Larry Sinclair Delaware Court Appearance, August 11, 2008, Sinclair asked for dismissal of charges, Delaware Justice, Biden Justice
I spoke to Larry Sinclair this afternoon after his 45 second court appearance. Larry is doing well. Delaware has an odd system and Sinclair had to appear as a formality. Here is Larry Sinclair’s statement:
“I am having a late lunch and will be heading home shortly. The Delaware Court appearance lasted all of 45 seconds before the Hon Joseph R. Slights, Judge. I will return for a final case review on September 2, 2008 and if the Delaware Attorney Generals office has not dismissed the charges by that date the matter will go to Trial starting September 11, 2008.”

Well I have a theroy… If Obama does not select Biden the charges will drop… if he does Sinclair goes to trial… what do you think? Pay to play?????

Larry Sinclair may be the main reason Biden doesn’t get the VP nod, because the media will be forced -dragged kicking and screaming- to investigate Sinclair’s allegations.

Biden has already made a public statement that Obama is not ready to be president, I doubt he will be nominated VP.

This is important. There have been too many personal attacks on delegates that are Hillary Clintons. The Obama democrats have really gone too far. They think by demanding your vote as a delegate or you are thrown out for supporting Clinton will ensure that Obama has no problems. What are they so afraid of? They have been attacking PUMA websites.. another one down today. It is really sick to think they must cheat and steal and make death threats in the name of Obama. This just makes us stronger. We will not vote for him. Please follow this link and see the latest Delegate Problem. Please air these attacks and make it public. We have never seen McCain Supporters or Bush or even Bill Clinton supporters use these tatics to try and win an election. I think maybe America should fear a President Obama based on these tatics being used to silence Hillary Clinton Supporters. It is not right. And someone needs to speak out about it publicly!
