Philip J Berg, attorney at law, filed a complaint on Thursday, August
21, 2008, against Barack Obama stating “Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.” The defendants
in the case are:

The complaint was served on the U.S. Attorney on behalf of the DNC and the FEC. The complaint is being served on Barack Obama. According to Philip J Berg “We are awaiting confirmation Senator Obama has been served.”
Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in his lawsuit that Senator Obama:
1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or
2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.
The Philadelphia Times Herald has an update on the status of the temporary restraining order and the lawsuit. Here are some exerpts:
“A day earlier, Philip Berg filed a motion for a temporary restraining order in federal court in Philadelphia questioning the authenticity of Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate and claiming the Illinois senator was actually born in Kenya, according to court papers.
Though the motion was denied, Berg said he was encouraged that Judge R. Barclay Surrick did not dismiss the lawsuit. The litigation also sought “expedited discovery.”
“We’re still waiting to serve the senator,” Berg said in a telephone interview Wednesday. Discovery would include examining the candidate’s birth certificate and adoption papers, among other documents, Berg said.”
“”Six days later (after the suit was filed), there’s not been one word from his campaign, which tells me I’m on the right track,” he said.
The 64-year-old Whitemarsh attorney has been fielding phone calls almost nonstop after word got out about the legal action.
On Friday, Judge Surrick denied Berg’s emergency request, Berg said, because Obama had not yet been served with the legal complaint and a summons.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania accepted service of the suit on behalf of the DNC and FEC, according to Berg’s office.
Once the senator is served, Berg will be able to move the suit forward in court. The case is still “very alive and active,” according to an e-mail message from his office.
The lawyer plans to file another motion for a temporary restraining order once Obama has been served.”

I can’t find anything that says being a dual citizen stops you from running for POTUS. Can someone find this information and post it? I am very curious since I am a dual citizen. Not that I ever had any plans to run for POTUS, but I’m still curious.
Should Sen. Obama truly have been born in Kenya, Berg writes, the laws on the books at the time of his birth hold that U.S. citizenship may only pass to a child born overseas to a U.S. citizen parent and non-citizen parent if the former was at least 19 years of age. Sen. Obama’s mother was only 18 at the time. Therefore, because U.S. citizenship could not legally be passed on to him, Obama could not be registered as a “natural born” citizen and would therefore be ineligible to seek the presidency pursuant to Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution.

One has to wonder as to “Why” Obama won’t simply hand over his Birth Certificate to be examined. Another matter is “Why” are his College Record’s being held by a Private Party who will not release them. Could it be that he recieved scholarship grant’s as a Foreign Student? How come he only has a half page Health record with no blood analysis, etc.. I’m sure that Obama would have to had some type of Medical Exam and shot’s before coming to America. It is interesting that the bottom of the “so-called birth registry” indicates any alteration invalidates the “certificate”. The certificate number is blocked out, therefore, by its own declaration, makes the certificate invalid.
Why is the number blocked out? Maybe because Obama’s people can’t come up with a valid number to put on it.
By the way, in 1961 there were no computers, laser or ink jet printers producing such neatly typed documents. A real certificate would have been typed using an old fashioned typewriter and the font would most likely have been a Times New Roman font–the most common at the time. This font is definitely not Times New Roman. Hmmmm……..

I’ve read and read, until my eyes seem to come out of my head and yet I still have learned nothing new. People have their opinions, their blogs, their forums, their websites, their…well ideas, though nothing is new. We throw around terms like conservatives, liberals, leftists, Marxist, socialism, communism, etc. without know what each in and of itself means. Not the meaning to which “they” give to it, but the meaning of which it was derived. How can we be so naïve to mislead ourselves with skewed logic and unfounded reason? Some throw out morality without being moral; splash an idea with thoughts of enlightenment, escape behind authors and minds of the past without reading the words. What does this all lead to, do we have a chance or a choice at something real?
I’ve come to realize that history is not in the past, but coming around the corner of the future. Cycles come and go, but for now we are in stagnant level of thought. Technology has led the way, and arguably stifled new thoughts of philosophy and spiritual growth. Now slow down before you want to burn me at the stake for some semblance of religious thought. Spiritually doesn’t itself denote or promote theology in any form, so let’s move on. Enlightenment is not a state a mind, but a passive expansion of unprecedented thought and reason. Where has it all gone? I thought the “great minds” of the past would lead us into a better future, though doesn’t it seem that something is going wrong?
The rhetoric that has been applied in today’s discourse into political thought is more of a regression than in any other discipline that I know of. Why is it that we want to “go back to the way it used to be?” Is progress always progress? Who knows anymore, though I would like to find something new and exciting to look forward to wouldn’t you? Why have we missed that class that ought to have introduced us to more than one side of any argument? However, why is argument such a bad thing in today’s American vocabulary? He has no record for us to judge him by and therefore he needs to give full answers (true answers) to all the questions that are raised starting from “where was he really born?” to Reverend Wright, William Ayres, Rachid Khalidi, Tony Lesco, Acorn and God knows how many more. All we know about him is that he took a stand against the war in Iraq when all the domestic and international intelligence said that Saddam Hussein DID have WMD. He is now giving us enough information to be really concerned to have him in the White House when he is on one hand saying that he wants to distribute the wealth and on the other hand he says he wants to change this country fundamentally. Me tries to make fun of those who say that he has a Socialist agenda but like his running mate said, “if it sounds like a duck, if he quacks like a duck, if it smells like a duck, it IS a duck”. Well if Barack sounds like a socialist, if he thinks like a socialist, if it smells like socialist, he IS a socialist. This is even more evidenced if you look at his aspirations and associations with the Reverend Wright, William Ayres and others. This is very dangerous. This country is based on capitalistic grounds and everyone’s dream is to prosper and succeed and have a good life. That is the American dream. There are new millionaires in the US everyday, every month and every year. They make it with hard work, perseverance, and dedication. This is why people from all over the world come to the US. Mr Obama will kill the American dream. He wants to punish the upper middle class and the wealthy. He wants to raise their taxes when they wake up in the morning, when they eat lunch, dinner and when they go to sleep at night. He also forgets the fact that the wealthy people, over and above the taxes that they pay, they make many generous donations to charitable organizations. Under his plan, that will also stop.

Please tell me the difference between capitalist, socialism and communism and I will give you food, money, a home and you will be living like the rest of us. John says that he needs time to think and come up with the answer. Khrouchev gives him one month to get back to him. As John walks out of the Kremlin he sees a man all dressed up in front of a big black car. He goes to the man and asks him if he knows the answer to question asked by Khrouchev. The man says “yes it is very simple. You see this can? This can is mine. I didn’t have it during capitalism, now that it is socialism, I have it and when communism comes you will get one too.” John runs back to Khrouchev and says: “I have the answer. It is very simple. See this bag hanging down my shoulder? This bag is mine. I didn’t have it during capitalism. Now that it is socalism, I have it and when communist comes, you’ll have one too” .
Start thinking America. Wake up and smell the coffee while you still have time. By taking away from the rich you will not become rich. Instead, learn from them and try to make it and become rich yourself. This is one country where you can become rich if you decide to and work hard.

If this was made in 1961 in Hawaii, then Hawaii was the most advanced state in America.
My son was born in Texas in 1980 and the birth certificate is a pre-printed form with the information typed in by a typewriter.
The font on the form is different than the font from the typewriter. Look at the font – I do not know of a typewriter in 1961 that had proportional spacing for the font.

“Even if he was born in Hawaii
like he more than likely was”
then at 45 minutes 42 seconds into the show
“I don’t believe he was born in Hawaii
I have never believed he was born in Hawaii” …
I’m just wanting you to clarify this, I’m not making this an attack. Although I do believe it shines a light on the fact that you really do not know what you believe in and you have no business making up attacks on Obama.

While living in Hawaii I did inquire about the birth of Obama for a friend who lived in Chicago, when he was running for the US Senate. She was a big fan of Obama, but was shocked when I told her I could not find any birth records for a Stanley Ann Dunham, even though I knew if there was any records that I could not see them. I did look at both hospitals, during my time with the government, again nothing!! So my question to anyone is what’s going on with this person, is he a fraud or we just fools? Time has a way of catching up with the truth…Nixon, Clinton, Bush all got caught in time, will the truth prevail again with Obama? I don’t understand why he is fighting so hard to hide a simple “vaulted” birth certificate. There are too many questions still unanswered with Indonesia, the multiple names, the still many records that are hidden.
