API, African Press International, made an announcement today, Sunday, October 19, 2008, that they have overcome legal hurdles and will release the Michelle Obama tape to a US media channel. Here is the API announcement:

The legal hurdles that API feared in connection with the release of the tape has now been settled. The American people has soon to be treated to the truth about the true personality of their (probably) incoming first Lady.
API is soon to conclude an agreement on which of the media channels in the US is to air the Michelle Obama tapes. This has come about because many news channels have shown great interest in getting the tapes so that they air to the American people before the elections.
Many Americans are waiting and we promise to satisfy their desire very soon. The delay in releasing the tapes is due to two things:
1. The legal issues that may arise after we release the tapes.
This one has now been cleared and API feels safe and is no longer in fear when it comes to a legal battle that may come when the information gets out.
2. Choosing one media channel to air the tapes in the USA.
When we wrote the story, many people contacted us asking for the verification. At the same time, many media outlets have contacted API and would like to be the sole network to air the tapes. What we are finalising now is to come to an agreement with one channel that will have to air the tapes unedited.
After noticing the desire that has been exhibited – to have the tapes out, may be you Americans would like API to air the tape through a particular news channel. Your advice will be appreciated.
We are aslo seeking to agree with the particular channel that we will finally choose to give the tapes to, that they study the US laws properly so that we are not sued. Some have informed us that there are some states in the country that do not have laws that the Obama’s can use in attacking API. It may be wise that the tapes get aired in such a State to avoid court cases being filed against us.
The important thing we are discussing with the US news networks is if they are ready to take the whole responsibility incase the Obama camp reacts using the courts.
We understand the desperation some people may have due to the delay that has been exhibited by us, but API is interested in being safe after the release of the tapes and this seems to be acchieved now.
Some who have been impatient have called us so many names. That does not bother us much because we know we have the information.
When people say API is not known or that it is a small thing, we get surprised. People must never forget that all the huge media networks started somewhere small and became what they are today. Credibilty is not our fear. Failing to bering forth the truth is wah twould bother us, and yet we know that we will accomplish.
The urgency of the matter is known to API, but we wish to state that we are not served with a sistuation that will destroy us even if we have to move slow but sure, so that any loopholes that may give anyone a chance to take us to court is closed tightly.
We are about to reach the end of this saga and all those who favour the truth will rejoice. We know we will also hurt many who will see us as a news agency that interfered with the US politics. We believe, however, that where there are two competitors competing against one another one will win and the other will win, in cases of course where a draw is not an option.

API was one of the first websites to publish the information regarding Odinga and Obama. Also, the first to report the Dick Morris connection to these people. They know first hand what Obama is capable of doing to innocent people. I think it goes beyond the “being sued” reasoning. Think of it. If Obama is willing to support genocide in Kenya to get his cousin put in a position of power, what do you think he would be willing to do to protect himself. I would guess almost anything.

I’m not an attorney. So, this issue of liablity confuses me.
Not long ago a young man hacked into Sarah Palin’s email account and her personal emails and pictures were plastered all over the internet by the Associated Press. When the AP’s liability was questioned it was explained that the internet laws hadn’t caught up with the changing times. That since the information that AP had printed didn’t originate with them that AP was not liable. And AP did not have to disclose its’ source.
So, why doesn’t API simply disclose this information through an internet source?

Good summary . But let’s remember that McCain has to make significant gains on Nov. 4, since voter fraud has to be assumed. The good news is that according to one poll, 22% of independents remain undecided and for the moment appear to be breaking in McCain’s favour.
The group that appears to have consolidated are the Dems, but unfortunately for them Obama is not getting past 50%. So most of the movement will come largely from Indep. and to a lesser extent Repubs.

1. My experience tells me that foreign “press” have more knowledge of our politics than many American’s.
2. From that, I can say they knew exactly the “explosive” material they exposed.
3. Their fear of being “sued”, is not rational. (how and by whom?)
4. The timing is impeccable.
5. The next step is money.
6. The only fear they could have, is from taking this “so called” tape, from someone that was not supposed to “leak” it… not from “us”.
The desire to “bring down” BO, may be authentic… or planted. But this whole idea is designed to take us away from other issues (in my opinion).

Does anybody still use “tape”? I’m afraid the whole thing is bogus. I can’t imagine many scenarios that would cause the release of evidence to be delayed by a week now. It was a neat stunt, and they drove their traffic way up, but now it’s time for API to fess up.

The touchy interview tapes of Michelle Obama, the wife of the US Presidential Candidate Barack Obama is soon ready for release in the US and will be aired unedited.
The release has taken long due to the fact that API wanted to clear all legal hurdles and be safe from getting sued by any one. API and a US Law firm – LAW OFFICES OF PHILIP J. BERG has just entered into an agreement giving the law firm the right to represent API in all matters that may arise due to the Michelle Obama interview and the release of the tapes in the US.
API has realised that the interview with Mrs Obama is of great significance in the coming elections. The release of the tapes is not intended to derail the elections or to destroy the chances that Mr Obama may have in getting elected the first black president of the United States.
For us in API we wanted to get the tapes released – aired by a news channel that has a good reputation in the US, one that has listeners interested in the elections.
Many networks have contacted us and due to the fact that we in API do not know them from before, it took time to go through all requests from the networks that took contact with us and to choose one that will air the tapes unedited.
API is not interested in selling the tapes to any network. Our demand is that the tapes must be aired unedited by the network that we finally select.

Yes, he did, but only to charities which teach (i.e. “PREACH” abstinence only prevention. He cut off all funds to charities which try to educate people about condom use. Forget the morals a second: Abstinence does not work – it’s the reason why America has the highest teenage pregnancy rate in the world – ‘cos you don’t teach your teenagers to put a shrink-wrap on their John-Thomas before they send him spelunking. Another example of Bush’s belief being put ahead of common sense and observed facts.
There are some who desire to have API collaborate with them to keep the truth from the people. I suspected that Obama was an illegal alien using fraudulently obtained credentials. Even if he worked for the credentials, did he pat the alien tuition fees, or did he claim to be a citizen to pay the subsidized tuition amount? If he entered college fraudulently, then any degrees are fraudulent and invalid. Subsequently, no valid college degree means no valid law degree, no valid law license, and fraudulently based government employment.
The COLB on Obama’s friends website (Factcheck) is useless. A certified copy of the birth record (long form) is only Ten Dollars from the Hawaiian Department of Health.
If he is a citizen, and lawfully eligible to serve, why doesn’t he simply issue releases so that the official documents can be issued to the public.
Remember, the registered voters are “members of the board” that are getting together to determine which applicant is going to receive which job. Each board member MUST have ALL information pertaining to that applicant’s lawful qualifications. I will NOT employ a suspected undocumented migrant using fictitious documents.

Of course we will. Obama’s story can ultimately only be sad. He was abandoned by his mother at age 10 to live with his grandparents. It is said that that was Obama’s choice, but if that is true, its even more grave than one can imagine.
In an early piece, Obama exclaimed to his mother at age 12, that her “experiment on him had failed”. Thereafter Obama sought hard to distance himself from the white community.

I urge you to release the tape to Fox News with the condition they MUST air it. Please release it BEFORE the election. People can say we don’t want to interfere with the election process by releasing this tape but we don’t need to wait till after a racist is in the White House to find out they are a racist! If she said anything racist, she needs to explain herself or stand by her statements either way. If she hates me because of my skin color she has no business being the First Lady of the United States of America. If this was reversed and it was Sara Palin or Cindy McCain we would have heard this tape 30 seconds after it was made.
