That is why he has refused to allow access to the original or ‘vault’ birth certificate,” Martin told a Honolulu news conference. “We believe the original certificate did not list a father. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.
“Davis was already married to a White Woman. He did not need a nonmarital child by a second one. Ann probably refused to have what was then called a ‘back alley’ abortion. Davis may have felt that ‘Obama’ would face less stigma with an ‘African’ background than a Negro one. The civil rights revolution, of course, turned that gambit upside down. In discovering and understanding what happened we cannot forget we are dealing with events in 1961, not 2008.
“The irony in all of this is that Obama once stated he did not want his daughters to be ‘victimized’ with a child. And he is alive because his mother took the contrary view.
“Barack Obama has known this since adulthood, and the shock of this discovery still reverberates in his psyche.
“Ironically, what I have to say today dilutes the ‘Muslim’ theory that has propagated. Davis was not a Muslim. If Obama had told the truth at some point in his life, instead of living endlessly with the lies that were imposed on him by the adults in his life, we would have avoided a great deal of confusion. I, for one, have deep compassion for Mr. Obama. He is not the first person in history to be caught up in this kind of family fraud.
“The disclosure by the two women in his life that he was not the ‘son’ of his ‘father’ also explains why he manifests such extreme ambivalence to both his mother and grandmother. He is angry because he was cheated of his real father.
“Obama was robbed of his birthright of being the son of civil rights royalty, and of a father with whom he was completely simpatico. He could have grown up the son of Frank Marshall Davis, civil rights pioneer and activist, cutting-edge journalist, poet and man of letters. Mr. Davis was an extraordinary man in a dark period of this nation’s history, the pre-dawn of the civil rights era.
“Obama has probably suspended his campaign and is flying to Honolulu because he is deathly afraid his grandmother may make a ‘dying declaration’ and blow the whistle on his family fraud. Dying people often blurt out the truth. The true facts of Obama’s parentage also reflect why there has been so much tension and alienation, as well as genuine love, in Obama’s relationship with his grandmother.
“There has been a great deal of confusion and misconception about Frank Marshall Davis. A brief history lesson is essential to understanding the bizarre facts of Obama’s provenance.
“During the 1920’s and 30’s many Negros (African-Americans) became ‘communists’ because the Soviet Union and the Communist Party USA promised to end racial segregation and Jim Crow laws in the United States. “Madelyn Dunham is the last surviving person who knows the truth about the switch. That is why as we closed in on Dunham, Obama went ballistic, cancelled his campaign and came to Hawai’i to head us off.
“I actually carry an official, certified pocket-sized birth certificate on me at all times [Andy shows a copy to media]. But this is NOT my ‘birth certificate.’ The original certificate is held in the City Clerk’s vault in Middletown, Connecticut. That is what has come to be known as the ‘vault copy.’
“Likewise, the document that Obama has plastered over the Internet is NOT his original birth certificate or even a copy of his original certificate. It is a computer generated facsimile of an official record and nothing more. The original certificate was either handwritten or typewritten, not computer-generated in 1961. No one has ever seen that original certificate except the people that are working so hard to keep it hidden from the American people.
“I am asking Judge Ayabe to impound the value certificate and have the court hold it for safekeeping.
“By the time Barack Obama learned who he was, it was too late to change his identity. While ultimately only a DNA test could verify, I look at this image of Davis and wonder. Obama certainly didn’t bear any resemblance to his Kenyan father.
Does this mean he IS a U.S. citizen? What is the tangible evidence. Martin talks about alot of things but NEVER provides the cold, hard evidence to support it. Anyone know?
Here is what I would do. You know people can get those machines that can record/hear conversations from a distance. I would get a vehicle and sit outside Obama’s grandmothers place while he is there, listening to the conversation. I don’t live in Hawaii, but are there any takers?
Interesting theories, but where is the evidence that supports Andy’s conclusions. Who did he talk to, who gave him this information? If no evidence or source, then this is just speculation.
If true, now we know why there was so much secrecy about his “vault” birth certificate and why the Obama campaign tried to pass off a cheap, computer generated fake copy.
It also explains why Obama Sr. was mostly absent in his life. He probably knew he wasn’t his real father.
The possibility of Marshall being Obama’s real father is mentioned in a comprehensive essay called, Obama timeline.
The following is the portion mentioning Marshall. Notice (at the end) that it is assumed that Marshall is NOT Obama’s father. The author seems to conclude that it was just a rumor.

The judge ruled nothing about the birth certificate, only that he didn’t prove he needed the Nov. 7 date moved up. The birth certificate hearing has not yet happened in Hawaii.

I personally attended Andy Martin’s News Conference in Hawaii today (Oct 22) and later had lunch with him at the Food Court at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. In person he is a very nice guy.
I talked with Andy Martin (who is an attorney by the way) about the Philip Berg lawsuit.
He said it’s not going anywhere. For one thing it is filed in the wrong jurisdiction –
Pennsylvania & not Hawaii. A PA judge can’t force the State of Hawaii to produce a Hawaii
birth certificate. Also, pursuing the claim that Barack was born in Kenya is going nowhere.
The father being Frank Marshall Davis, the Communist, makes more sense. Barack writes
about “Frank” in his book as his mentor. Frank also paid Barack’s way through College,
his trip around the world at age 20 in 1961 etc. It all makes sense. He was more than a
mentor, he was his father.

The birth certificate on his website is fake for at least 4 reasons:
1. It is computer written – there were no public computers in 1961. In 1961, it would either be filled out by hand with a pen or typewritten – it is neither.
2. There is no State of Hawaii Seal.
3. There is no signature of the Dept of Health.
4. The father is listed as Barack Obama Sr and not the real father, Frank Marshall Davis.
Yes, Andy did lose a court case today in Hawaii for expediting the lawsuit. But he only lost the request to expedite the lawsuit, the hearing goes ahead and is scheduled for November 7th.
I am absolutely amazed that the national & international press has not picked up on this very credible story.

At first I thought this was total bs, then I saw the pictures of the three men on hillaryclintonforum. There are several distinct facial similarities between Barry & Frank Marshall Davis:
Upper lip: cupids bow is sharply shaped and has a line running right down the center.
The flesh between the bottom lip and chin.
The nasolabial folds.
The shape of the undereye area.
Both have longish faces.
foreheads and hairlines similar.

A person is not pro-life simply because they have a child. There are many pro-choice people that choose to still have a child. Having a child does not mean you are willing to give up your right (and the rights of all women) to choose. This is a fundamental flaw in your logic – “if x therefore y” – it’s just not true. I have no idea if Ms. Dunham was pro-life or pro-choice or neither, but you cannot assign her a “pro-life banner” simply because she opted to have a child rather than abort it. Ridiculous.

What the Constitution stipulates is “native born citizen.” If he is the son of Frank Davis, and born in Hawaii, then he was a native born citizen regardless of what happened to him next.

Andy Martin could be a plant of the Obama camp, who is being paid to put this out in order to validate Obama’s credibility as a US citizen while not having a complete and legitimate BC. John McCain was born in the Panama Canal zone in the country of Panama. U.S. installations in foreign countries are not considered part of the United States. So, delivering a baby at a U.S. naval base or embassy in a foreign country does not entitle the baby to U.S. citizenship.

For those who have not followed this story, Soetoro is the name on Obama’s Birth Certificate (BC) because a new BC was issued when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his step-father. His original BC, which we assume was issued for Barack Hussein Obama at birth, would have been sealed at that time.
We assert that Barry Soetoro acquired Indonesian citizenship in approximately 1965-1966, and may still hold it. Barack Obama possibly changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama as an older child, teenager, or adult, possibly never did — but even if he did, this procedure would not result in a change to the BC.
The Birth Certificate published by Obama on his campaign website (still there, by the way) and distributed to the media was forged because the real BC on file is in the name Soetoro, an identity he apparently wanted to hide from the American people.
I am getting reports from different sources that Obama traveled to Pakistan in ‘81 with an Indonesian passport.
These revelations raise several troubling issues for Obama’s electability and eligibility. People have been commenting about the 13-year-old Ann mentioned in Frank Marshall Davis’ book “Sex Rebel: Black” (under the pseudonym Bob Greene, but he admitted he was the author, that the names were changed, but that the events all occurred as he wrote them). In his book, Davis says he had sex with her. People have been conjecturing that this 13-year-old was Ann Dunham. However, it appears that this event in his book occurred earlier; the timing wasn’t right.
But noone has noticed that starting on page 274 of his book, Davis talks about his swinging lifestyle, and his meeting Hawaii visitors Lloyd and Dorothy, with whom he had some sexual relations. Lloyd and Dorothy were visiting in 1958, from Seattle, and Dorothy was described as blonde. Davis described a conversation he had with them about moving to Hawaii. For the record, Stanley and Madelyn lived in the Seattle area at that time, and moved to Hawaii in 1959 when Stanley found a furniture store deal there. Furthermore, Madelyn is blonde. So, in my mind it is more likely that Lloyd and Dorothy are Stanley and Madelyn. The timing and descriptions and events are all accurate. This is also probably around the time when Stanley and Davis first met. On the other hand, Lloyd and Dorothy could be just about anyone.

The things Obama is telling everyone is one of the many things that are turning off Americans, including what he’s now saying about his cultural background. He is NOT Hawaiian in the slightest. He is African-Arabian. We don’t even have evidence that he was really born in Hawaii. We only have his Certficate of Live Birth. We DO NOT have his Birth Certificate. Obama campaign trolls on the internet shouldn’t even try to joke about such matters of culture to Americans because they have no idea who it is you’re trying to pretend to be, and rather pathetically so.

Obama REFUSES, time after time, to present his original birth certificate to a Federal Court. WHAT is he hiding?
If one could prove that he was Barack’s brother then maybe he could legally acquire a copy of the original birth certificate and put this controversy all to rest.

The State Dept link requires the certificate display place of birth. The supplied certificate says “City, Town or Location of Birth” is “Honolulu.”
The State Department considers this legally sufficient. Where’s the problem?

Until you have Obama’s DNA or a reliable analysis of it, you’re only guessing. I expect his DNA would disprove Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo (and anybody of recent African origin) as birth parents and raise the question of who the birth parents are. My guess would be Stanley Armour Dunham, Stanley Ann’s father, and an unknown Polynesian wahine. Obama wants DNA from other suspects. He should set the example by producing his, as he is suspected of posing as a federal officer and many other crimes. His DNA is vital to proof or exculpation in that it can determine his status as a natural born citizen, at or about the time of his birth, under U.S. Const. Art. II Sec. 1.
Davis was also a pornographer and took nude pictures of Obama’s mom. In one of his writings,Davis even indicated that he was sleeping with an underage Ann in a threesome.
Perhaps the reason obama’s grandfather introduced little barry to Davis was to try to convince davis he should help out with a little child support!
