Ok, they didn’t get the binding done on the motion for the Supreme Court in time! Phil will let me know tonight what time everyone is suppose to be at the Supreme Court Steps to meet him tomorrow and I will send it out to you tonight as soon as I get it!
Please get your signs made today and tonight and be ready for tomorrow! The things to go on the signs will be listed below. We need as large a Crowd as we can get to be waiting at the steps of Supreme Court for Mr. Berg, the person meeting him at the Train Station as well as Will Bower who will be there to accompany him there. Fox News will also be at the Train Station and will follow them all the way to the Supreme Court, filming everything.
Remember to be loud, but RESPECTFUL as this is about having the Supreme Court hear us and grant us what we are asking for, proof that Obama is eligible to run for the Office of President, our Commander In Chief. Chat Speech, Speech, Speech when you see Mr. Berg. He will either speak before he goes into the Court, unless he needs to go in immediately, if so he will speak when we comes out. He will stop and acknowledge everyone that is there and thank you for your support, if he doesn’t have time for a speech right then!!
DO NOT yell anything negative about Obama. You can yell that “Obama needs to show he is eligible”, Why the Secrecy Surrounding Obama”, “Obama Release Certified Copies Of Your Records and Papers” and you can chant over and over “Uphold Our Constitution, Defend it, We The People Demand It”.

This is a great idea. However, can someone please get back to “MommaE” and let her know that the signs should read, for example, “Obama (or McCain) Supporters for the Constitution” rather than “Obama (or McCain) Supporter’s for the Constitution”?
Can you please call the local McCain office in Philly, as well as the Republican office there to go to this event?
Please don’t put the ‘s on the signs, it will make you look bad. ‘s signifies possession like “Mabel’s book.” Just plain s to make the words plural, like Americans for the Constitution. Please.
That is correct —- NO apostrophes or it will seem as though you flunked English (I used to be an English teacher!).
How can we make sure no Obama supporters will be in the crowd with nasty, racial signs, pretending to be part of the rally in order to make the innocent people at the rally look bad?

I don’t want to diminish your great work by asking the same question over & over again.
However, API has been coming up with some incredible stories; Phil Berg has said that he is associated with their organization.
Therefore if those stories turn out to be false it will certainly have an impact on Mr. Berg’s credibility. That’s why the public needs to know what the status of the Michelle Obama Tapes is relative to Mr. Berg representing API, and he needs to either corroborate the API stories or debunk them.

I’m with Entwife. Please make sure the signs read correctly. This will get national TV coverage and we don’t want the supporters ridiculed. So, please, please…. Not McCain Supporter’s…but rather McCain Supporters…not American’s for the Constitution, bur rather Americans for the Constitution.
Date, time, location ? I need some updated specifics.

I have supported John McCain for a long time, although more so since his selection of Sarah Palin.
Barack Obama is a blindly ambitious man with a very dubious background, criminal/Communist/terrorist connections, a dislike for our Constitution, and a dangerous view of government and its role in our lives.
Moreoever, I have supported Phillip Berg’s efforts at seeking the truth.
However, Berg should know better than staging a rally at the Supreme Court steps.
The Supreme Court is not an equivalent of a legislature to lobby and influence. Justices of the Supreme Court (who are faithful to their role) make objective decisions on the basis of the Constitution, not public opinion. All attorneys, indeed all Americans, should know this difference.
I don’t know that Berg is behind the rally.
The rally is more for public awareness and press coverage.

Did anyone show up for the rally? Can’t find it mentioned anywhere. Someone must have a laptop or blackberry. Fox News has nothing.

The rally at the courthouse was attended by about 30 people, Berg said, and coverage of what he called a “news conference” was provided by Fox News and a European news service (the name of which escapes me now). Apparently, the filing may be mentioned on tonight’s Fox Report w/ Shepherd Smith, but nothing is confirmed.
Two America’s Right readers were there, one of which described the coverage as “sadly thin.” The other said it was “nice, but could have been a little bigger.”
I had the pleasure of attending the rally for Mr. Berg today. While the turnout was not the size that I would have expected, I understand that not everyone has the luxury that I have of living within 15 miles of the Hill and being retired.
My 88 year-old mother and 92-year old father eagerly attended as well for they understand the crisis facing our Constitution. My mother was awarded the Bronze Star in WWII and both parents treated victims of Hitler. They draw the similarities each day we hear from Obama.
Sadly my Ivy League educated daughter is under the spell along with her friends. Tito the Construction Worker and Joe the Plumber have more insight.
