An Indonesian citizen, an illegal alien, with strong ties to corruption
in Chicago, Illinois and the Middle East, has apparently won the US
general election. Barack Obama, who stole the nomination for the Democrat
Party using tactics of diversions, lies, illegal campaign donations,
voter fraud and help from idiots like Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean, is
trying to steal the election. State officials, lacking in integrity
and knowledge of the US Constitution, and federal and state laws, allowed
Obama to remain on the ballot despite warnings and compelling evidence
that Obama is an Indonesian citizen, and no legal evidence that Obama is
a US citizen. These state officials will have a day of reckoning and will
be subject to removal from office and/or prosecution.
Now we come to the safeguards put in place by our wise founding fathers.
In the forefront is the Electoral College. The general election does not
elect a president. It echoes the will of the general population and serves
as a guideline for the Electoral College Electors to vote. State laws vary
on how the Electors must vote. However, two things are certain:
- The Electoral College was set up to protect the American public from
unwise choices and in the words of Delegate Gerry on July 19, 1787:
“The people are uninformed, and would be misled by a few designing men.”
- Electoral College Electors swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. Voting for a presidential candidate, faced with compelling evidence that the candidate is not eligible to be president, would be a severe violation of constitutional law. The US Constitution rules. 24 potential Electors have stated that they were filing suit demanding evidence of Obama’s eligibility.
What happens next.
Philip J Berg still has his appeal before the US Supreme Court. Mr. Berg
has the burden of proof and standing. This is a safeguard built into
lawsuits. Philip J Berg has done an outstanding job of trying to prevent
a constitutional crisis. The Democrat party, the states and federal judges
have put aside his plea to uphold the Constitution. The Judges, restrained
by lawsuit protocol, have some excuse. This does not relieve anyone
charged with upholding the Constitution of their responsibility.
More lawsuits and voting challenges will occur, more Electoral College
Electors will become involved and I strongly believe this country will
be thrust into chaos, if not anarchy, for several months. Some combination
of the Supreme Court, Federal court, state courts and Electors demanding
proof of citizenship will come into play.
What can you do?
Read up on the election process, starting on this blog, and demand that your State Electoral College Electors uphold the Constitution. Follow the efforts of Philip J Berg and others to demand that the US Constitution be upheld. Regardless of any concession speeches by John McCain, we cannot allow Obama, an illegal alien, to be elected and innaugurated.

A Disappointing Result – Now to the Legal Front
Last night’s result was disappointing. However, many believe that Sen. Obama is not eligible to hold the Office. It is time to focus our efforts to support Berg v. Obama and the other lawsuits challenging Obama to prove that he is eligible to serve. I remain loyal to the Constitution and will continue to support those who are determined to protect it.

Of utmost concern was that this election was predetermined. There are clearly untold amounts of money tied to an Obama presidency, or at least his election.
The next period will be to see if he arrives at the Oval office. During this period I fear Israel may launch an attack on Iran.
The nation however must continue to challenge Obama. Without that the country will face the worst consequences of the few holding totalitarian power over the masses.

I sympathize with your concerns. Obama appears to be well meaning, but he does not share our views about the dangers posed by Russia, Tehran, radical Islam, and mixing with Latin thugs like Hugo Chavez and Raul Castro. He will be given the keys to the White House, authority over the Pentagon, and all classified information about the workings of the government and the U.S. military.
At the end of the day, Obama may be well meaning. We can’t know for sure. But do you want to trust his judgement?
The organization of the Republican party was clearly lacking in this election. People need to organize resistance at the local, state and national levels to challenge Obama on any and all blunders, misjudgements or deliberately subversive actions.
We can’t really afford to be remiss any longer. The U.S. was founded by people with resolve to establish and protect their country, and if we want to assure that our country continues, we need to maintain a vigilant opposition.
Perhaps we can hope for the best from Obama, but it is critical that we prepare for the worst.

Obama campaign workers angry over unpaid wages

“Indianapolis – Lines were long and tempers flared Wednesday not to vote but to get paid for canvassing for Barack Obama. Several hundred people are still waiting to get their pay for last-minute campaigning. Police were called to the Obama campaign office on North Meridian Street downtown to control the crowd.
The line was long and the crowd was angry at times.
“I want my money today! It’s my money. I want it right now!” yelled one former campaign worker.
A former spokesman for the Obama campaign said 375 people were hired as part of the Vote Corps program and said people signed up to work three-hour shifts at a time. Three hours of canvassing got workers a $30 pre-paid Visa card.
The workers showed up to get their cards Wednesday morning at 10:00 am.
“There was a note on the door saying 1:00 pm and then at 1:20 pm everybody was like why is nobody here. They just got here and they’re trying to get it organized,” said Heather Richards, a former campaign worker.
The large gathering of around 375 people prompted police to call in extra officers and set up temporary barricades. The barricades helped keep the crowd from spilling out onto Meridian Street. Police say the several hundred people in line were for the most part orderly.
“No arrests. Some of the people were upset at first because the line wasn’t moving as fast as they thought it should. But we really haven’t had any problems,” said Major Darryl Pierce, Metro Police.
Eventually people did start getting paid, but some said they were missing hours and told to fill in paperwork making their claim and that eventually they would get a check in the mail.
“Still that’s not right. I’m disappointed. I’m glad for the president, but I’m disappointed in this system,” said Diane Jefferson, temporary campaign worker.
“It should have been $480. It’s $230,” said Imani Sankofa.
“They gave us $10 an hour. So we added it. I added up all the hours so it was supposed to be at least $120. All I get is $90,” said Charles Martin.
“I worked nine hours a day for 4 days and got paid half of what I should have earned,” said Randall Waldon.
Some people weren’t satisfied with filling out a claim form for money they felt was still due to them.
“They say that they gonna call you or they going to mail it to you, but I don’t know. We’ll see what happens,” said Antron Grose.
“Talking about they’ll mail it to us. I ain’t worried about that, man. They’re not going to mail nothin’,” said Martin.”

Citizen Wells, Sir I reside in the great state of North Carolina as well. This state was instrumental in adopting the first Declaration of Independence from the British, the Hornets Nest as it were. That nest is being stirred once again. Citizen, didn’t you say something awhile back about your blog reports not being picked up on Google search engines? Well guess what? I had a blog called Social Observations that was hacked into and disabled, and then I started another one titled Random Notes. My first entry was on “Obama is Indonesian,” but from about Oct. 15 when it first appeared until just yesterday it never showed up on a Google search. It was only after the election that it showed up on Google. This looks very suspicious. It appears that Google systematically removed any blogs or other items critical of Obama, and restored them only after the election. Pretty par for the course for Obama Brown Shirts I suppose.

Every one involved with this farce acts as if there are ‘no millions of people’ intensely questioning Obama’s citizenship. They totally ignore the probability of Barry’s most ruthless violation of America’s sacred document is being perpetrated as they so casually welcome the Obama’s to the White House.
A large cloud of contradictions, rumors and theories have been swarming about Obama’s place of birth, his actual citizenship be it dual or American. The theories are running wild as to who truly sired Obama. Through it all the only response the public ever got from Obama is a proven forged document claiming he was born in Hawaii and the GREAT SILENCE. THE GREAT SILENCE didn’t end with Obama. MSM and hundreds of others conspired in keeping this vital information out of MSM.
What about the two law suits sitting in USSC right now challenging Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS? What about the one law suit in Hawaii by Andy Martin? To this date Obama has not produced one acceptable document to prove where he was born. He has also failed to produce any other vital document about himself. Obama has never been held accountable for his refusal to produce required documents. Does he know something we don’t? Is he certain nothing will come of the many law suits against him? Since when does popularity excuse accountability?
Is it possible the greatest conspiracy ever enacted against America has happened before America’s blind eyes. Is it possible BO is the supreme imposter? The conspirators are Obama, the Democratic Party, MSM, 64,000,000 million voters and potentially the USSC. In between fact and fiction about Obama’s actual place of birth, his father, and his dual citizenship, is compelling evidence that he was not born in Hawaii and he is not an American citizen, and therefore is not eligible to be POTUS. This man has risked his life obtaining documents that allegedly prove beyond a shadow of a doubt Obama was born in Kenya. This issue and only this issue is why it is the duty of the Supreme Court and possibly the USDOJ to have the courage to establish beyond a shadow of a doubt the reality and facts regarding Barack Hussein Mohamed Obama Barry Sotoero. This means under no circumstances must the judges be allowed to distort, convolute, manipulate, contort or in any other manner ignore facts that prove Obama is not eligible to be POTUS either because of place of birth, dual citizenship, or other vital facts. Under no circumstances must they find a way to legitimize, or validate Obama’s right to be President if he fails to prove his citizenship.
The argument that 64,000,000 Americans voted for him is moot because if it is so proven Obama is not eligible, then he ran fraudulently and all who voted for him voted fraudulently. I am sorry for those voters who were so cruelly deceived by Obama.
This is the single most important issue America and the world is facing. This issue is greater than the economic crisis, world wars, or energy crisis. Now America is facing its last showdown between the American public and the USSC. If Obama is not eligible and the day the Supreme Court fails to acknowledge that fact, is the day the world discovers the Supreme Court became a coconspirator in the same guilty conspiracy. (This is perhaps, what Obama knows. America is not yet ready to believe or accept government betrayal.) This day will end all hope for justice in the world. By so failing to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America, America’s death will have been declared. Hence forward the American people will be at the mercy of lawless politicians.
