API, African Press International, has a new article up stating they are confirming Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya. I am neither confirming or denying the contents of this story as written. However, I am certain that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. Here are some exerpts:

He was immediately blessed by the Imam who was leading the festivities and given the name Hussein.
What the senior Obama and his wife did not know was that the coastal heat would cause early labor forcing the birth of their son Barack. They decided to cancel their trip back to the US and stayed in Kenya for a long period of time.
On their return to the US the couple settled down but it was not long before their marriage collapsed. When Obama’s mother found herself alone and bringing up a mixed child during the time it was not popular for a white woman to bear a mixed child in the US, she chose to get an Indonesian man to give her comfort.
The man took her back to her country, Indonesia and Obama remained with his grandmother in the US. A mother is a mother and it was not different with Obama’s mother – she longed for her son and asked for him to join her in Indonesia.
The young Obama had to go to school and the easiest way to do so was to be adopted by his stepfather. When he was adopted his Kenyan citizenship was not changed. His name “Hussein” helped him to get along in Indonesia. Kenya does not allow dual citizenship and all children born to a Kenyan man in Kenya and also in some foreign countries automatically get the Kenyan citizenship.”
The American Constitution does not allow a foreign born individual to become the President, but in this case, many Americans were charmed by Obama and they decided to ignore the Constitution this time around. This election now opens the door to all naturalized Americans to seek for the highest office in the land in future elections
Obama’s presidency will have to give priority to change constitution immediately to enable Obama to govern the country legally and become the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces.

Ok I am going way off here for a moment so bear with me. I think the Republicans knew about Obama not being born in US but have let it go because they want Arnold as President in 4 years and they know the problems that Obama will face and that he and the democrates will screw everything up so bad and fail. However , they have to have someone who would be able to beat Obama for a second term. Everyone saw how many electorals he got this time around. There should be documents, public documents, showing all the people who arrived in Kenya. In the old files, there should be the records of who arrived in 1961 when Obama was born.
All they have to do is go to that file and produce a certified copy.

Until then, no matter how they say that they can confirm (and notice that they do not say how), the documents from Hawaii are better.

Regardless if he was born in Kenya or not still remains the FACT that Obama was an Indonesia citizen to get into Indonesia schools. We we do not know is if he legally regained American citizenship upon returning to the states. The paper trail would begin here and would be more plausable to go this route first. Btw, did anyone catch last night’s South Park episode? First I would like to point out that these cartoons are usually made weeks ahead of time before airing, yet this one seemed to have been made within hours of his inaugeration and submitted to Comedy Central within hours of airing. I’m not suggesting a conspiracy here sans the possibility that Matt Stone and Trey Parker did an all nighter with the aid of snorting pure blow to keep them up, but it really needs to be questioned how fast they managed to get a FACTUAL parody into the network in such a short time. The second thing I wanted to point out was a brief mention about Obama’s grandmother and the clever play of her faking her death to be involved in this episodes story line which revolved around a presidential conspiracy to steal the Hope Diamond in the Smithsonian. I’m a fan of South Park but I have to question how these guys managed to pull off this episode in such a short time to include Obama’s grandmothers death which happened only Monday. We need to be more precise in our claims otherwise people will laugh at us. Obama almost certainly is a citizen, or else how did he obtain a US passport? How did he get paid for his work as a Senator?
It’s possible that Obama is not a “Natural Born” citizen – i.e. a citizen who was born in one of the states of America or like John McCain, who was born in a US Naval Base which is U.S. Soverign territory.
It is possible that a US Citizen may not have a US Birth Certificate (because they are a naturalized immigrant), but it is impossible for a natural-born US Citizen to have anything but a US Birth Certificate.
And what of the purported certificate shown by fact-check.org? Is it real?
The State of Hawaii seems to think so. How would a judge determine if a certificate was valid… they’d probably ask the issuing state for confirmation.
Even if the certificate is a fake, the fact that officials from the purported issuing state have already verified the certficate makes it very unlikely that the same officials would admit that it was a forgery.

1. Supposing API sent us a scan or photograph of the “real” birth-certificate.
How would be validate the authenticity of the document?
2. If Obama was born in Kenya as we suspect, how do we know that Kenya issued a certificate for his birth and that the document has not been destroyed.

“Concerned” – I will admit that I want to believe – it would be hard not to given the damage that I know the left-wingers will do to our great nation.
Unfortunately I am forced to agree – there is nothing I can point to that proves our case and I have very good reasons to to doubt some of the people who have made cases against Obama.
Mr Berg and Mr Sinclair, for example. They lack the kind of credibility most valuable in a plaintiff who makes a complaint against a senior politician.

Off the top of my head, I would begin with a copy of Berg’s Motions, A copy of the AP photo showing Obama’s school records in Indonesia, a link to the Sarah Obama audio with affadavits, the banner on this site from the African Website stating Obama is kenyan born, Obama’s book, Jerome Corsi’s book.

Please, check your facts. McCain was born in Panama and nobody has raised a whimper! Obama was born in the USA and he is now the NEXT president of the USA. 2. Look at his passport application

5. Check his mother’s passports (to see if she ever went to Kenya)

E-mail Address: kenya_acs@state.gov and ask when, if at all, Obama’s mother notified them of her son’s birth in Kenya as reuired by US law.
7. Examine Obama’s visa application for Indonesia (to ascertain what he said was his country of birth).
8. Examine Obama’s application to run for Sen. of Illinois (all constestants are required to state their countries of birth and the Secretary of State is required to certify this)
9. If all these turn in Obama’s favor be ready for a personal lawsuit. Yes, a personal lawsuit for harrasing the President elect.
We have been hoping for Obama to take us to court for months. There is a reason he took no one to court. Duh!
