Why Barack Obama should be indicted
Part 4
One or more of the following events should happen:
- Obama steps down.
- Obama is forced to prove eligibility.
- Obama is indicted and/or arrested.
If one of the above does not occur within a few months,
perhaps we should look to the Declaration of Independence
or Thomas Jefferson, for our next strategy.
I began learning about Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich early in
2008 and wrote my first article mentioning Blagojevich in April.
Why did I begin scrutinizing Rod Blagojevich? I was reading the
transcripts from the Tony Rezko trial and investigation and the
names of Rezko, Obama and Blagojevich were intertwined in a web
of corruption and deception. On December 12, 2008, the Citizen
Wells blog presented an article about corruption in the IL Health
Planning Facilities Board. The article revealed the ties to Rezko,
Levine and Weinstein in their indictments and Blagojevich in
criminal charges placed against him. The article also requests
that Federal Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald indict and/or arrest
Barack Obama for his role in rigging the board when Obama was in
the IL Senate. Article that was published and faxed to Fitzgerald
Patrick Fitzgerald and the investigators working with him have
obviously been aware of Obama’s ties to crime and corruption in
Chicago and IL for many months. They have been proceeding in a
logical and methodical manner. Sentencing of Tony Rezko was delayed
and obviously he has been talking. Anyone following this story all
year knows much about Obama’s ties to corruption and Fitzgerald
knows much more. Obama is the next logical target of indictment
and/or arrest.
Consider this article from the LA Times Top of The Ticket Blog from
April 7, 2008. Here are some exerpts from the article written by
Andrew Malcolm.
“It’s an unfolding, seemingly local political story that’s fascinating
in its revealing details about the subterranean world of business,
financial and family connections in Illinois and Chicago politics
that helped take a virtually unknown black Chicago attorney, nurtured
him politically and financially and turned him into….
the polished candidate who today thrills crowds of thousands across
the country with his eloquence.
Obama currently leads in delegates for the Democratic nomination for
president.”
“This story concerns two men, neither of whom face any legal charges
today. They are two of Illinois’ top Democratic politicians — Gov.
Blagojevich, who’s been mentioned often in court, and Sen. Obama,
who’s received only passing mentions. They’re entwined in the Rezko
saga, particularly through the bounteous campaign money he raised
for them both.
Get used to that name. Rezko’s currently in a long-running Chicago
trial on federal extortion and bribery charges. Few campaign donors
were more responsible than Rezko for the rise of Blagojevich
(Blah-goy-ah-vitch) and Obama. Both politicians came to rely on him
for political and personal advice — and lots of campaign money.”
So far, Blagojevich, reelected in 2006, is more deeply enmeshed in
the scandal than Obama, who’s not been implicated in any wrongdoing.
But all three operated in the murky world of Illinois Democratic
politics, where money, family relationships and long business
associations provide the invisible glue of the local political world.
Witnesses in Rezko’s trial have testified that Rezko recommended friends
and associates for government jobs and posts on Illinois state boards
when Blagojevich took office in 2003, and some of those friends were
generous donors to Blagojevich.
An early trial exhibit from prosecutors was a spreadsheet. Prepared by
an FBI agent , the spreadsheet identifies Rezko-related donors who
supplied $1.43 million between 2001 and 2004 to Blagojevich, who was
first elected governor in 2002.
Using Federal Election Commission and Illinois state records, The
Times’ Dan Morain compared donors on the FBI spreadsheet to Obama’s
contributors. Guess what.
Sen. Obama received $222,000 during the same 2001-2004 period from
Rezko-related Blagojevich donors.”

Several things are important about this article and facts that were
surfacing about Rezko, Blagojevich and Obama. Rezko had already been
indicted. It was clear that Blagojevich and Obama were heavily
involved with Rezko. Blagojevich has just recently been indicted.
The fact that Obama has not been officially implicated and charged
is meaningless. That is standard operating procedure.

I read several months ago that Obama was trained by someone very famous for training speakers – how to “hypnotize” your crowd using certain words and cadence. And guess what? Hillary Clinton was taught by the same person many years ago!
So don’t think all this “eloquence” is natural or that he is just a naturally fabulous speaker (though not lately AT ALL). This is why he needed the teleprompter, even at a sports venue!

Blago has been ARRESTED but NOT yet indicted. He was ARRAIGNED though.
For those who have never read their history, here is the actual story of Barack Obama, Sr., coming to America, a written in Time Magazine.
Obama, Sr. was simply one of the Kenyan students on a student visa, provided by the State Department through the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi.

This was clearly a “marriage of convenience.”
Obama, Sr. signed the divorce papers in Cambridge, Mass.– He did not contest the divorce.
President Kennedy was assassinated on November 23, 1963.

I just read a day or two ago that Lolo Soetoro was not Obama’s stepfather’s full name, it was Lolo Soetoro Mustajab —– now I think that was the spelling — I believe the article said it was the town he was from, not sure. So there is definitely something to this.

“The issue of standing seems to be behind us,” said Stephen Pidgeon, counsel for the plaintiffs. “What remains is to establish the duty of the Secretary of State, under Article III, Sections 4 and 17 of the Washington constitution, under RCW 29A.04.230 which names the Secretary as the state’s chief of elections, and under relevant administrative codes which also require the Secretary to act.”
Pidgeon goes on to say that “each candidate that stands in a primary election must make a declaration of candidacy, stating that ‘at the time of filing this declaration, I am legally qualified to assume office if elected.’ The Secretary of State has a constitutionally imposed duty to determine if the candidate is telling the truth.”

Among other important info, more evidence that Fitzgerald has few plans where Obama is concerned.
A good detective never removes a scenario from the table until it is proven absolutely implausible.
With that in mind, it is possible that the puppet strings are being jerked out of Obama’s initial controller’s hands by the Clintonistas. To support that assertion there is a drumbeat of criticism of the incoming Obama Administration coming from the George Soros-funded stable of groups which backed Obama in the campaign, but are now turning against him as his Cabinet is picked.
For example, Progressive Democrats of America head Tim Carpenter was quoted in Politico: “He [Obama] has confirmed what our suspicions were, by surrounding himself with a centrist-to-right-wing cabinet.” And the head of Campaign for America’s Future, Roger Hickey, said, “There’s a concern that he keep his basic promises–and people are going to watch him.”
These and others follow loud complaints against Obama’s shaping of his administration, by top Soros asset Mark Leonard, head of the European Council on Foreign Relations, which billionaire speculator Soros funds.
I am not suggesting that the birth certificate issue, among others are not valid, but if there is a successful operation to jerk the strings out of the hands of Obama’s controllers I am hesitant about disrupting that operation.
Everyone on this and other sites have consistently, in the near past, stated that Obama is a “puppet”. Now, as I read this blog, it is as if everyone thinks Obama is the brains of the operation. My suggestion is that you reread your Plato. The world and everything it is dynamic. What “is” today is not exactly that way tomorrow or the day after.
This Illinois business could be a shot across his bow by the Soros and fellow travelers. If that fails I believe they are capable of more drastic measures.
We will be able to determine if the Clintonistas are co-opting the Obama administration when Soros and friends controlled Democrats oppose confirmation of some of Obama Cabinet choices in the Senate. I suggest we watch for that.
Ultimately Obama is not the issue here, the policies to be implemented in this time of crises for the survival of our republic is the issue. We don’t seem, as citizens, to be able to define a direction to accomplish that goal. For example, we correctly demand that Detroit reorganize under bankruptcy to continue to exist and get 15 to 30 billion dollars. Yet, we handed Wall Street banks 700 billion plus dollars with no such demand when they are the ones the generated the bubble! What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
The fact is we are not going to de-leverage a bubble inflated 30 times over. It ain’t possible. Declaring those bogus “obligations” void in bankruptcy is the only option. After that, massive amounts of new credit directed at physical production and infrastructure is the only course to a revived economy.

In reading Janet’s comments regarding how things seem to happen in 3s. My comment has to do with a little conjecture. Have you ever wondered how Kasey Anthony came up with the name KAYLEE for her daughter? There are a few of us who think that Kaylee was really a product of an incestuous relationship between Kasey and her brother LEE. This certainly seems plausible given what has been verified with regard to her sexual behavior.

I have been following the Obama ineligibility thing, and really hope that the newest data will help bring this person’s past out in the light of day. It is quite obvious that the SCOTUS does not intend to take any interest in upholding the Constitution. I think that they will continue to reject all of these lawsuits without comment, or alleged “standing”. It does sound encouraging,and I sincerely hope that the Washington State thing holds up. The American public has a right to know the truth.

Perhaps my point with the Time Magazie story was too well hidden, so let me put a little better light on it —
1. Time’s historical article traces arrival of foreign national on temporary student visa from Kenya.
2. Temporary student visa issued by U.S. State Department with cooperation of British Embassy.
3. No visible means of support, but foreign national on temporary student visa marries, has child, and later divorces.
4. The father of child born on August 4, 1961 is a British subject.
5. Child is born under the care and custody of British subject who in the U.S. on a temporary student visa until January 1964, when divorce is finalized.
6. Not before January 1964 is child under the care and custody of the mother, an American citizen.
7. The British subject’s status in the U.S. was temporary from the first until the last, because of his temporary student visa — i.e. never applies for permanent residency, and never intends to.
This scenario does not describe a ‘natural born Citizen’ under anybody’s definition.
Further, this totally ignores the fact that after age 6, the child is voluntarily placed under the care and custody of a second foreign national (this time in a foreign country) until the age of 11.

Now I want to say how this is all pulled together.
NOWHERE in anything that you have put on your indictment does Obama demonstrate a single shred of evidence that he understands that the U.S. is a nation of laws and not of men.
In fact, the evidence is that he believes exactly the opposite — that he better understands the meaning of monarchy, “a nation of men,” or even better, the “cult of the personality.”
How in God’s name has he slipped under our nation’s radar? Our defense system hardware must have been unplugged!
We need the “over the mountain boys” now!

I know it’s probably a fake but I have three realatives’ Hawaiin birth certificates to compare this number with. (1920, 1942 and 1943)
151 is the first number on all three of my documents .
I assume 1961 is the year of birth., but I can’t see any logical sequence in the last six numbers.
The numbers 010641 must have some significance that may prove or disprove
authenticity.
Jonah; the numbers are probably the number of people, to date, that were registered that year. just a guess but that is how it works on serial numbers I work with.
I believe that it means it was the 10,641 birth registered in sequence in Honolulu in 1961.
But you can check the numbers in your relatives’ birth certificates to see if that makes sense. Sometimes that last digit is merely a check digit, in that case it would be 1,064 birth registered in sequence in Honolulu in 1961.
The date the birth was registered was August 8, four days after the date of birth.
I believe that 151 is the Hawaiian Government Department that handles all birth registrations, since all certifications bear that number.
The Washington Case is set for Oral arguments on Jan 9th. That means both sides should be there to present their cases. It may come too late for all of the votes but still, if it’s ruled in the constitutions favor, I would think it could start an avalanche before the inauguration.
I wonder it the fact that the case has gone through means that Standing has been established and other cases can use that as precedent in other courts?

To think that Obama is not involved with the pay for play, and is just as dirty if not more so as Blago, is to forget how Michelle Obama received a double or triple salary increase for her hospital “job” at the exact, same time Obama the Great attempts to pass multiple-million dollar earmarks for the same hospital. Another coincidence? Does the state of Illinois or the city of Chicago bother to enforce any laws at all on their politicians? These are some of the same people who demanded the Enron executives be hung from the highest tree for unethical business practices. Bribery is considered a bit unethical and illegal where I come from which, obviously, is not Obamaland.

The number of people registered was my first logical reasoning too.
However the last six numbers on my Aug 1920 birth registration is 001579.
The June 1943 registration is 010621.
The July 1944 registration 000707.
Its not likey that 10,621 people were born/registered by June 1943 whereas only 707 people were born/registered by July 1944. Possible? Yes, but not very likely. So I wonder what the code is. And I wonder if Barack OBama would be the result if someone entered Obama’s number 151 1961 010641 in the Hawaii database.
BTW the new forms are Rev 10/08. Looks like the controversy prompted a form revision.

I have concluded the marriage was a sham. Marriage took place on Maui in Feb 1961 and Obama pops out six months later. The dates on the Obama cover story of a “two year marriage” does not hold water and the dates in the Obama official story don’t line up.
However, Obama was born in Aug 1961, but Stanley Ann Dunham was enrolled at the University of Washington for: Autumn 1961 Winter 1962 Spring 1962 according to University of Washington records. This would mean that Ann Dunham went to Washington in Oct-Nov 1961 immediately after giving birth to Obama.
Her “two year marriage” to Obama Sr. seems to have ended immediately following the birth.
Stanley Dunham and Obama moved back to Hawaii in 1963. This seems to coincide with when Barack Obama Sr. departed for Harvard in 1963, and Dunham returned to Hawaii to reenter the University of Hawaii for the Spring Semester in 1963.
From this I surmise that there was no relationship between Dunham and Obama instead of the “illusion” that there was a two year marriage between 1961-1963. In fact, there was NO physical relationship and the fantasy that Obama builds up about his father may be all fiction.
However, as to your supposition that Obama Sr was without funds — and the inference that he got money from the Dunhams for whatever reason — may be off the mark. I was at the University of Hawaii when Obama Sr. was there at the East-West Center. I used to hang around with one of the students from Fiji and I believe the University of Hawaii provided a dormitory with dining facilities on campus — and if one lived off-campus, they provided a small stipend — enough where two students on this stipend could afford an apartment and food.
There needs to be more court cases to hit the high courts in redneck states. Maybe a redneck federal judge can get this country away from the international mafia.How’s the truck driver out of Kentucky doing?
Also, it may be the case that litigation challenging Obambi will not be dealt with until after damage is done..like after the votes are counted.It may be very much a ‘timing” thing.

Also one of the commenters is trying to get a list of foreign students of the year 1981 from El Camino College, Torrance CA.

Unfortunately I cannot see that this is in 1981. And I don’t know how this year came into play.
In my opinion the listing in the journal is the same person as on the picture.
An Indonesian exchange student at El Camino HS, Sacramento, CA.
Possibly the same Soetoro that married Obama’s mother later.
I don’t know if this is a lead or not, I still want to share it with You.

Info are emails from the registrars at University of Hawaii and University of Washington. Info comes via Atlas Shrugs but I do NOT buy into their theory of the birth of Obama. The phone numbers and email addresses are on the emails to do followup research.
By the same token, I do NOT buy into the theory of Andy Martin that Frank Marshall was the father. To me, the paternity is uncertain — but still could be Obama.
Remember I was there at the US during those years and the idea that there were few “negroes” around the UH and Honolulu at the time is hogwash. There was a varied mix at the time on campus. Also the idea is shot to hell by the tons of “negroes” from the US Army, Navy and Marine bases on the small island of Oahu. Even though this was the days prior to the “black power” movement, there was a lot of black awareness and the anti-South African apartheid movement on campus heightened black awareness and black pride.

With regard to Obama / Soetoro attending a school in CA named El Camino, there actually is a high school in Garden Grove, CA named El Camino HS. I was a student there in the 60’s. If you are interested in finding out if he was a student there, why not check out ‘classmates.com’ and act as an alumni. You might also call the school and ask if they have any of their year books available on line. Too baf he wasn’t there in the 60’s. I have my yearbooks.

Lolo Soetoro Mangunharjo is Barry’s step father’s name. So, if he attended under Soetoro, he probably would have used this last name: Mangunharjo. I am not sure he would have done that. If, as claimed Barry was born in 1961, he would have been 20 in 1981, far too old for high school. We don’t give 20 year olds scholarships for high schools.
He is supposed to have attended at Occidental College which is also in L.A. And if you want to check with them, just act like you are trying to get hold of him because you miss being at college with him when you call Occidental college. They might put you intouch with him or at least verify that he was your classmate.
