Why Barack Obama should be indicted

Part 8

One or more of the following events should happen:

  • Obama steps down.
  • Obama is forced to prove eligibility.
  • Obama is indicted and/or arrested.

If one of the above does not occur within a few months,
perhaps we should look to the Declaration of Independence
or Thomas Jefferson, for our next strategy.

Many great writers such as Evelyn Pringle and many bloggers and
websites have attempted to reveal the truth about Barack Obama by
early 2008 and in some cases past years. Very little coverage about Obama
has made it to the MSM except for the articles in the Chicago Tribune,
Sun-Times and a few other papers. Fox News has been the only major
TV outlet to attempt to uncover the real Obama. Barack Obama has long
time ties to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois. His guilt
and ties are every bit as strong as recently arrested Rod Blagojevich.

The Citizen Wells blog will be revisiting older news stories about Obama
and presenting them in the new light of Chicago corruption that is before
the public as a result of the Tony Rezko trial and Blagojevich
investigation and prosecution. After reading a few of the articles the
following will be clear.

One or more of the following events should happen:

  • Obama steps down.
  • Obama is forced to prove eligibility.
  • Obama is indicted and/or arrested.

If one of the above does not occur within a few months, perhaps we
should look to the Declaration of Independence or Thomas Jefferson,
for our next strategy.

The following is from an article written by looseheadprop on February 6,
2008. As you read the article, consider this biographical description
provided by looseheadprop ( a Democrat ):

“About Me:
In rugby, the loosheadprop is the player in the front row of the scrum, who has the ability to collapse the scrum, pretty much at will and without the referee knowing who did it. While this can give the LHP’s team a great tactical advantage, it also exposes scrum players from both teams to the dangers of catastrophic spinal cord injury. Consequently, playing this position makes you understand your responsibility to put doing the right thing ahead of winning, and to think beyond your own wants and desires. It also makes you very law and order oriented. I am a former federal prosecutor who also served at other levels of government, both in civil and criminal law, including as Counsel to an Inspector General. These days, I’m a a soccer mom and a partner in a small law practice with a buddy of mine from the US Attorney’s Office.”

Article

“I have long been an admirer of Ms. Kennedy’s and I think she has point. Problem is, Obama has a Tony Rezko problem. Actually a whole bunch of Tony Rezko problems. And a few other problems here and there which do not say very good things about his character or his sense of ethics or his ability to spot the appearance of impropriety. I include on that list the recent revelations about the legislation which he claims to have “passed” relating to leakage of nuclear material into drinking water.

REZKO

When Obama became president of the Harvard Law Review, Rezko interviewed him for a job working for one of Rezko’s companies. Obama turned down the job, but instead accepted more indirect employment at the law firm representing a series of Rezko’s not-for-profit partners in the series of transactions to build and rehab low income housing that are now the subject of federal indictment in Chicago which US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald described as “pay to play on steroids.”

Obama was an attorney with a small Chicago law firm — Davis Miner Barnhill & Galland — that helped Rezmar get more than $43 million in government funding to rehab 15 of their 30 apartment buildings for the poor.

Resko got millions of dollars to build and rehab low income housing and according to the government, embezzled the money. The people in those houses had no heat, no water. They lived in squalor–many in Obama’s State senate district. You could assume constituent complaints would have come in and Obama’s law firm did the legal work for those government contracts and grants. Yet he denies knowing about it.”

“Barack Obama, for his part, went to Rezko for “advice” about how to buy a house he cannot afford and “poof” Rezko’s wife pays full price for a portion of the property and Obama gets a discount on the house. A while later, he bought back 1/6 of the lot from her for 1/6 of the price she paid for it. How is that different from an interest free loan equal to the amount paid for that 1/6 of the lot? According to MyDD, Obama pays for the landscaping of the Rezko lot and may have been using it to park his cars because his neighborhood does not allow on street parking, in which case how is this different from rent free occupancy of the land?”

“One of the things that came out about Abramoff et al. was that they would invite Congress critters to play poker and wine and dine in a hotel suite that the lobbyist paid for, and then let them win. It was a way of passing money to them without leaving a paper trail. The Chicago events were hosted at the HQ of a lobbying organization, I think it’s fair to assume that the cocktails and Cohibas were provided by the hosts and the article makes a point of saying that he was a stingy better and a cautious player–directly suggesting that he seldom lost. And what kind of message are you sending joking about the game being a “Committee Meeting”?

One of the reasons public corruption cases, at least the bribery part, are often so hard to prove is that the participants go to great lengths to have a “beard” for the transactions. Paying for vacations, losing at poker, doing repairs on the elected’s house without any invoices, throwing business to the elected’s (or their relative’s) law firms or companies, regularly taking the elected out for very expensive meals is known as soft bribery. In the Bess Meyerson case, which the government lost, the bribe was a job for the judge’s otherwise unemployable daughter.

Unless someone flips and gives you testimony, or unless, as in Operation Greylord, you have audio or video tapes, it’s really really hard to get a conviction because there usually is not much of a paper trail. Since there wouldn’t even be hotel records for the Chicago games, they are particulary fuzzy.”

“As a state senator, Barack Obama wrote letters to city and state officials supporting his political patron Tony Rezko’s successful bid to get more than $14 million from taxpayers to build apartments for senior citizens.

In that deal Rezko paid only $1 for the land. The rest of the deal, which included an $800,000 development fee paid to Rezko’s company, was entirely financed by public money.”

“Was it simply enough that Obama didn’t make waves about the lack of heat and deplorable conditions in the Rezko buildings situated within Obama’s state senate district? I don’t know. But I was struck by a comment Obama made in the debate on of the debates to the effect of “you know how Illinois politics are” or some such. Followed later on by

Nobody’s hands are perfectly clean in politics. That is true. I mean, there a distinction, though, between not taking PAC and federal lobbyist money and having that as a major way of driving your campaign and having some ancillary involvement.”

Sorry Siun, maybe I just assumed eveybody would get the Abramoff reference. It’s not a leap at all.

Abramoff as you may recall did his bribery often in subtle ways, He took his “friends” on all expense paid luxury vacations/ he took his “golfing buddies” to play at St. Andrews, on him, er, his clients

He and other lobbyists would rent out hotel suites and with free flowing liquor and food, “lose” at poker to people from Capitol Hill.

The “Committee Meetings” seem even more brazen in that they took place in the actual building of a lobbying organization and because of the name.”

As much as the house deal troubles me-and folks you really DO want to click through to the MyDD piece. It’s obvious a lot of research hours went into it–the “committee Meetings” disturb me even more.

Rezko is just one bad guy. The Committee Meeting has all sorts of potenial. It’s an instinctive reaction, not per se based on fact. But if I were still a public corruption investigator I would want to know a lot more about those poker games.”

Yes, the house deal looks bad, but the rest is quite circumstantial. Friendship with slumlord = crook.

I know slumlords. Am I a crook?

I never said friendship with a slumlord = crook. Don’t put a strawman argument in my mouth. I said that Obama is telling us to ignore the fact that he doesn’t have much of record to run on or much experience and instead to trust in his character.

That was the thrust of Caroline Kennedy’s argument on his behalf, ignore the other stuff and concentrate on his judgement and character.

Opposing the war and opposing land mines are examples of good judgement on his part.

Voting to fund the war, voting present during votes relating to a woman’s right to choose, hanging out at poker games in a lobbyist’s stronghold while imbibing the lobbyists’ liquor and cigars, APPROACHING a guy already publicly known to be under federal investigation for fraud and asking that guy for help in buying a house you cannot afford–and then accepting the equivalent of both an interest free loan and a rent free use of the the property the guy bought to help you out with your PERSONAL FINANCIAL transaction?

Examples of bad judgment and lack of character”

I was trying to rebut paragraph by paragraph but the site keeps hanging up for me. And I am falling WAYY behind in reading the subsequent comments.
I stand behind my belief that someone as bright as Obama HAD TO KNOW how bad those poker games looked. There is a phrase used in government ethics (and until recently I sat as a voting member on a government ethics commsion) there is an actual legal standard called

“Appearance of impropriety”

The mere fact of these games, and their cheeky nickname “committee meetings” (committe of what? to do what?) certainly meets that standard.”

Actually all I am trying to do, is get this stuff out now, on Dem terms.

Christy mentioned it above, it is trial tactics 101: Whatever problems your witness has, the jury better hear it from your side before the other side can play gotcha.

Obama would be a fool to think that the Rovians won’t go after him with this yet he has done virtually nothing to innoculate against it”

If you mean why did Obama go to work for a firm that he was clearly overqualified for? This firm has had a spotty ethical history (one of the law firm’s partners left to become a partner of Rezko’s)

It’s not like he was doing something altruistic by joining this firm. It’s not like he went to work for the SCLU or Legal Aid.

I don’t think it equates with your not-for-profit service. BTW, Brava”

The partner began working in Land develpoment with Rezko while the firm was still reprsenting the not for profits in the land deals –a clear conflict of interest, which is why the partner had to leave.

That kind of conlfict of interst is a violation of legal ethics which in most states (and I believe in Illinois) is written in law. So yeah, that’s an example of spotty ethical history”

LHP, by the quote above, I take it that you wrote this piece to actually protect Obama in a sense? In other words, knowing how rough things will get, you want to air this out now.

And not the alternative context, which would be that you support Hillary Clinton, and have written this piece in order to assist her campaign

I am not trying to protect Obama or Hillary per se. I am trying to prevent the election of a GOP candidate in November”

Thanks. I’m not sure why you think the voting “present” isn’t an example of not great character. It’s not henious, but it’s not admirable either.

The law firm’s actions, I do find very troubling. And I’m not sure we know the whole story about the firm and these not for profits, which apparently didn’t exist until Obama incorporated them. Where they incorporated soley to partner up with Rezko? And if they were actual functioning independant groups, how is it that they all coincidently went to the same law firm?

And yes, a partenr becoming involved with Rezko’s underlying business while still at the firm, is a clear conflict of interest.

So, I think sleazy –which does not = violation of law, but does connote suspect practices is prabably the right word”

  1. Once again, CW, I think you have one of the, if not THE premiere site for tracking BO. Great work. Thank you.

  2. citizenwells, Obama is not stupid. He knows he is getting away with this (so far) by the skin of his big white teeth.

As soon as he is inaugurated (IF he is), he will immediately, along with the frauds who put him there, begin changing the laws and the constitution so that he will not only be able to stay in office, but no media would dare say anything else negative about him, and insure that he would have no term limits, either. In other words, welcome to the united states of cuba (where Michelle Obama so proudly got her black & red commie dress).

The man and his cohorts have caused the economic mess we are in so that we can look to O Him in the Highest for HOPE and CHANGE.

  3. By the way, CitizenWells, I just don’t know what we’d do without you and I want you to know that I admire you for your spunk and your strong desire for the wellness of this country, your strong belief in the ultimate goodness of its people. Thanks for all you do.

  5. Question:

How can we find out if the mysterious Barry Soetoro was ever in jail, perhaps for selling drugs?

Maybe that’s why he has been so mysterious about his life, especially those years around 1979-1983. Most likely 1981-1982.

Let’s try New York State records …
Let’s see if we can look up Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham and Barry Obama. Isn’t that public record? Who can we call? I’m positive there are records that can be accessed by anyone. Let’s start calling – one of us is bound to come up with something if there is anything.

  6. CW, I need to ask you something here. How close are you to Leo Donofrio? Have you been to his website lately, and read his last post? What is more telling, is his responses embedded within the comments to him. They are not pretty. In a nutshell, one can say that Leo has lost it. I’m not pointing to a psychosis here, but at the very least, a mild neurosis. He is clearly burned out.

In his opinion, the Constitution died on Dec. 15th. In his opinion, SCOTUS no longer exists as a Constitutional body. The “Law of the Land,” no longer exists. He is displaying, quite frankly, what most dear folk would term — fatalism. It is quite painful to read his responses to his commenters.

Notwithstanding what “Lawdawg” has provided thus far, is it possible that Mr. Donofrio knows a bit more than any of us here? Are we all missing something concealed (subconsciously) within our zeal?

    I would appreciate your feedback…

  7. I went back, and read through again Leo’s responses to some 258 comments. I’m still chewing on them. We need to understand, that Leo was on the “front lines” of judicial combat. He saw it, firsthand, from a perspective that none of here have seen and experienced for ourselves. To give you just taste, I will include a small montage of his thoughts…

    *******************************************

The problem now is that the SCOTUS doesn’t exist. That’s why I’ve given up.

The case was about the Secretaries of State and whether their oath means anything and whether they have a duty to investigate the eligibility of the candidates… SCOTUS didn’t have to find – right now – whether or Obama is a nbc… instead, they could have ordered the SOS of NJ and/or Conn to do their job and uphold their Articl 6 Section 3 duty to uphold the Constitution by forcing them to investigate Obama’s BC, and then if he came back with a genuine BC… then and only then would Obama’s nbc status require analysis by SCOTUS.

Nothing will happen after the EC. The deal is done. Obama will be your President. I’m not as worried about that as I am about what this means for the Constitution and that SCOTUS seems to be other than SUPREME. In other words, I’m not impressed with them at all.

The light went on that the lights have gone out. I did a recap of the events and being a lawyer and knowing what the clerk’s office did to stop these cases, the incredible drastic actions they took. The way Cort and I were mocked openly by the Clerk’s office… anthrax testing of Cort’s papers. SCOTUS did NOT want these cases before them. The word had to come down from on high to stop these cases. It was only after people wrote, faxed, called and threw tantrums that they even docketed them properly. It was a dog and pony show.

I beat them at their own game. And they even cheated. And I still beat them. They know it. You know it. Everybody who has any sense of truth knows it. Even if you think Obama is a nbc, just the fact that 200 years of precedent has been broken is enough to warrant the case at least being heard and an opinion being written. SCOTUS wimped out. To think, they would get involved in Bush v. Gore, on such silly grounds… and now here’s a situation the Court was really created for… and they skulked away hiding behind their rabid dog. OK, the result was fixed, the fix was in. But they lost.

I feel like an idiot because all the while I thought it some rogue clerk. Ha! He was just taking orders. No clerk could get away with that at SCOTUS. It’s a joke. And we’re not in on it.

I filed official misconduct as to both. I got no response form the authorities involved. None. Nada. Zippo. Zilch. What do you want me to do? I followed the proper rules for filing official charges of misconduct. Chief Justice Roberts never got back to me. The NJ Supreme Court’s Sdvisory Committie on Judicial Conduct has blown me off. What would you have me do now? When you’ve taken every legal step available and the authorities just look the other way, what do you do?

It’s just that it finally hit me, SCOTUS was behind the actions of Bickell and the other clerks who defiled the Court and its rules of procedure. I believe now that people higher up the food chain at SCOTUS empowered the clerks to shake me off so the Justices wouldn’t have to go on record.

Being a lawyer, and having dealt with clerks, judges attorneys… I never in my life expected anything like what happened in these cases from the lower courts right on up to the SCOTUS… the disgusting behavior the judicial branch is something I have no frame of reference for.

Now it’s finally dawned on me. SCOTUS sicked Bickell on Cort and I like a trained dog. Why? because they didn’t want to answer to history and we forced them to do so. The blood is on their hands now. I did ALL I could possibly do within the law. Now all I have left to fight with is the truth. I’m sorry if the truth upsets you. But that does not stop the truth form being true. You should be mad, but not at me.

SCOTUS knew these cases were ripe and the clerks protected them as far as they could. We put up one hell of a fight and got them cases docketed to all nine justices… but they didn’t want to look. Regardless, the one good thing that happened is that the responsibility for “the change” now has shifted from the people – who were asleep at the wheel – to the SCOTUS who made believe they were sleeping. The light was cast upon those black robed entities. Their honorability is now in question. Nothing more true can be said about this sordid affair.

There was a Constitutional violation of Article 6 Section 3, and SCOTUS don’t care. Apparently the oath of office means nothing to them even thought they have ruled that to disobey the oath of office is to be at war with it… and I cited that case in Cort’s brief. SCOTUS were afraid of my briefs. That’s why we faced such treachery by their rabid attack dog Bickell. That’s where Im at on this. They were scared of these briefs and this issue.

The SCOTUS is closed to us. Votes are tabulated by touch screen BS… not one Secretary of State or Judge in the entire country wanted to see Obama’s BC. It’s a misconception that my case and Cort’s didn’t hit the BC issue, we did… and the SCOTUS didn’t give a crap about it or the more solid non fact based legal argument that the man was a Brit and Kenyan at the time he was born.

They don’t care about you. They don’t love you. They don’t want to hear form you and they won’t listen. They are bought and paid. Souls have been sold for a seat. Change is here. Chokoe on it. Say goodbye to your constitution.

It’s done. If for some miraculous reason it turns out IM wrong, that would be awesome. I make my living making bets. I wouldn’t take this bet for any odds. Change is here to stay.

The game is over. There’s a concept in poker when a guy keeps hanging on to a lost hand, it’s called CONTINUING COMMITMENT TO A LOSING COURSE OF ACTION.

Obama’s eligibility will not be reviewed by SCOTUS. It’s done. Trust me, Obama will be sworn in. Change is here.

I’m not giving up on life. But I have officially given up on law and the Consitution and SCOTUS.

I am a mental warrior. It’s not me who has suffered. It’s the Constitution and the country. And I can’t help but think, with every sin we’ve committed as a country, that God is removing his protection. The Constitution is the only thing that separates us from destruction as a nation. Look what our leaders say about the Document and look at the way SCOTUS has failed the Document.

I saw a chance to help the Constitution, put my life on hold and gave it everything I had. There was nothing the case could do for me other than preserve freedom in the US. Unlike many of you, I can move. But I don’t think I have to do that just yet. The time may be coming. We have no Constitution and that will begin to show soon enough.

I don’t advocate violence and will be happily slaughtered before taking up arms. I don’t believe in war. I believe in Love.
I tried through legal peaceful means to attend to our Constitution, but the people who are suppsoed to attend to it did not want me meddling in their affairs. I have no way left to fight and I can tell there is nothing to fight. The end of the Document is upon.

It appears to me, and this is really just my spiritual side talking, that God is about to judge this nation and that he has now removed his protection from the USA. We have forfeited it. By saying God Bless America while bombing children and other innocents, we fail to acknowledge God’s children, misguided or not, all over the world are as much loved by him as we are. But America has become arrogant and bloated. And the punishment is not going to come from outside America but from within.

You will have change. Chew on that. real change.

    *******************************************

Quite sobering dear people. Some here may believe that Leo is being premature. However, he has been at the FEBA (Forward Edge of the Battle Area) that none of here have experienced. Perhaps the argument can be forwarded that Leo, in his “high-charged” zeal, is possibly missing the forest for the tree(s)? Simply exhibiting symptoms of apparent burnout?

I would love for someone like Lawdawg, and/or especially Dr. Edwin Vieira to propose some alternate perspective in these matters. These are so critical times, that most (the masses) do not even wish to imagine to entertain…

I suppose what troubles me more are the masses of people working at the
state level plodding along without regard to the well being of the nation and
following tradition and party dictates. What prevented one concerned American involved
in the election process from speaking up? What pressures were in place to threaten them.
We did not get one State officer, election official or Elector (I far as I know) to challenge
    Obama’s eligibility.
Which of the following had the greater influence?
    Tradition
    Party Loyalty
    Brain washing from MSM
    Fear of riots
    Apathy
    Ignorance

  9. This war against Unconstitutionalism is not over yet by a long shot. It’s time we as Americans take real action. Writing to our state, local, and Congressional leaders is a waste of time. Consider the system to be broken. The bailouts, SCOTUS rejections, and “hands-off” attitude towards Obama are clear signals we have to assume a different approach.

I recommend we first begin with a full out public investigation of Obama and everyone and everything close to him. Not a little here, not a little there like some investigators and media have. I mean walking down to the county clerk’s office in Chicago, California, New York, and DC, and requesting any and all documentation on anything this man has been involved in. Loans, public financing, residences, convictions, announcements in the newspapers, arrests, convictions, anything and everything. Sure some of his records are sealed. But you can’t seal everything. Discover who his lobbiests are. Get his roster from the Capital Building. Find out all the connections with him in the Senate. Swing by Harvard and visit the libary. Find out who his friends were on campus. He’s got to have photos somewhere in old publications. Look up any and all cases filed by Obama in the law firm. Dig deep. Let’s get as much info as we can, compile it somewhere on the web, then connect the dots and see where it all leads.

That will send a clear signal we’re not going to take NO for an answer on this. Let’s really start digging.

  10. There’s some potentially blockbuster info at the Gina Cobb site today, including in the comments.
    http://tinyurl.com/4kf9mp

  11. CW —

The division of labor, the absence of talent, and the apathy of the voter are about par with our recorded history.

What concerns me is a truly stupid remark by a nameless “conservative commentator” telling you or me to “get a grip” because the “first principle of the Constitution is that the people are sovereign (okay so far, then he goes over the cliff and down the hole), “What the people say, goes.”

That sentence is not written by a constitutional scholar, or even a conservative. And, it begs the question, “What did the people say?”

“Obama is our president!” he writes. “So, get used to it.”

So, this is what we have to look forward to from now on?

If, the GOP Nomination is going to be the GOP’s “Lifetime Achievement Award” (Dole, McCain), then the Presidency goes to the “People’s Choice Award,” and the next election cycle is going to be next “American Idol.”

Who’s been watching too much TV? Guys like this, sitting on the bench of conservative punditry! Tell them to switch it off!

There’s the true stupidity that you’ve been looking for —

  12. What that nameless commentator, David Horowitz, failed to tell us, is that winners and losers of elections are normally waged from opposite ends of the spectrum, and not on the same side of the aisle.

Both the GOP and Democrat candidates for the Presidency were unqualified for the office, so one candidate ignored all questions concerning eligibility, while the other silenced everyone else who asked the questions, attempting to alert the public to this problem.

That’s why there is a genuine sense that this election was “rigged!”

So, it’s time for the great war hero to fade away now, along with all his buddies in the GOP, because the whole bunch of them are playing “kissy face,” hoping that no one will notice that the GOP had their hands in our pockets for our taxpayer money to spend on their campaign, while Obama got twice that sum from overseas!

So much for the “Voice of the People!”

  13. JeffM.
    You just read my mind.
I am pushing on 2 major fronts.
    1. BO eligibility and forcing him to prove.
    2. Blagojevich arrest, investigation and heightened awareness of BO ties
    to crime and corruption.
I have started a series of articles to revisit those ties.
My next article, sometime today, will make it crystal clear that Obama
    should be indicted next.
So here is what we need to do.
Pass these articles along to as many people as possible and as you
mentioned, dig deep into BO past.

  14. Quite frankly, I have always believed that Mr. Donofrio is an Obot. He brought suit against the wrong party. He now tells his “followers” (interesting, why in the world should he have followers) that all is lost and now is the time for despair. He tells you all that you are powerless against the great O train, and to give up your principles.

He’s a fraud, and as I have stated, probably in intelligence. We have seen the subversive methods that the Obama (DNC) machine has operated this year. This is just another facet.

  15. Somehow I can understand the frustration Our founding fathers felt when they saw injustices and tried to cry out against them, only to find those cries went unheard. Yet they continued to cry out and the more they did, they soon found new voices joining them. Before long it became a roar that could no longer be ignored.

Imagine going up against The British Empire. They must have powerless at times but they were not afraid to stand up for what they believed in.

Keep Yelling. Contact everyone on both sides and demand answers. When they don’t give you a good answer. Yell some more.

  16. Well, jcd, you have me crying at 10:52 am just a few days before Christmas. Not for any other reason than the thought that Berg might actually be not only burned out but right.

  17. Jeff M, I agree and disagree at the same time.

I disagree that writing to the people who work for us, our Senators and Representatives, is useless; in fact, I think they need to get thousands of letters every single day. Millions. Saying we will not only not vote for them in the next election but will take out ads in major newspapers.

I DO AGREE that we need to dig deeply, even more deeply than we already are.

    1. His secretive New York years: Was he ever arrested as Barry Soetoro/Dunham/Obama for selling drugs? This info can’t possibly be sealed.
FIND OUT. That little piece of information would be the bombshell that forces him to step down, mainly because it would prove he used another name legally.

    2. His Hawaiian vacation Dec. 20th – Jan. 1st:
A private detective needs to be there to monitor Obama’s every move, especially regarding the original birth certificate.

    3. I hate to say this one: I hope his Blackberry is “lost” and analyzed, as it would be a goldmine as far as foreign contacts, etc.

Let’s give each of us a holiday gift by looking into numbers 1 and 2 above and DOING SOMETHING TODAY and every day until this fraud is dethroned. Otherwise, the Constitution will be changed in 2009 and you will no longer recognize your country which will no longer be red/white/blue … it will be black and red like Michelle’s Cuban commie dress.

  18. Janet — The fight has moved from the Courts to Congress, that is all. The lawyers have either to wait for awhile until the politicians act, or they have voluntarily taken themselves off the field of play (Like Leo, his is a classic, “Don’t call me, I’ll call you!” ploy for peace and quiet).

Here are the real questions to ask:

Can the people of the several States vote for “constitutionally ineligible” candidates for President? Yes! Certainly! For example, Write-in Candidates. And, those ballots are counted, but don’t add up to much.

However, can the Electoral College submit ballots for “constitutionally ineligible” candidates for President to Congress? Yes (with reservations), but not without risk their ballot will never be counted!

Can Congress count the ballots submitted for “constitutionally ineligible” candidates? No!

Why? The words “constitutionally ineligible” come from final sentence of the 12th Amendment,” “but no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

The 12th Amendment creates distinct ballots for President and Vice President, governs their submission to Congress, and mandates their disposition by the House and Senate. Ballots for “constitutionally ineligible” candidates for each distinct office are simply not counted.

This is the Constitution’s answer to David Horowitz’ comment, “What the people say, goes!”

The correct statement is this: “What the Constitution says, goes!”

  19. If Barry was disbarred from practicing law for going by the wrong legal name is there any way to get this information from the Illinois BAR? Can he be senator and or president by the name BHO when in reality his real legal name is Barry Soetoro? Didn’t the witch get disbarred too?

Where were his daughters born in Illinois? Can records be found there that has some kind of information?

What a travesty to his daughters if in reality Barry’s legal name is Soetoro and he is denying his daughters the right to their legal name? Oh, what a web we weave……..

  20. I think we need to be seen. 1000’s of people marching to the Supreme Court and demand to be heard. No longer can we sit around and hope things will get better. We need more physical action, not talking violence.

  21. There are millions of people in the country who would never question a doctor’s advice or diagnosis and yet doctors are human and make millions of mistakes every year, some resulting in patient death.

And there are millions of people in this country who are just blindly believing what people in authority are mistakenly telling them about Obama & the laws. It’s like the game of telephone, it just goes from one person to another and no one questions it but believes it because so many others do.

It’s easy to say 20 lawyers and their clients wear tinfoil hats, oh look at how silly they are. But it would be impossible to ignore thousands of people sending thousands of letters every day complaining and questioning and demanding.

Don’t ever give up on what’s right.
I hate to do this, but it is Christmastime and so I’m going to say it anyway ……….
    Do what Jesus would do.

And for those of you who are not Christian, think of the most blessed person in your religion and ask yourself: What would he do?

  22. I believe he was known for saying:
“Pick up your cross and follow me.”

  23. justice will be swift and final,

  24. Joyce Stangland

    CW:
Could it be that the reason BO is so swift in picking his cabinet is that he wants to make it more difficult for the US ATTORNEY to disqualify him before inauguration day? NO ONE WILL WANT TO DISRUPT A PERFECTLY PLANNED EVENT. IT MAY CAUSE MORE RIOTS,….. SHOULD IT NOT GO FORTH!?????
I DO PRAY THAT THE US ATTORNEY STICKS TO THE REAL LAWS OF THIS LAND., and STOPS OBAMA BEFORE HE DESTROYS THIS GREAT .

  25. Joyce Stangland

CW: I would welcome a few riots if it means that we would be free from BOs lies and deceit. We would be far better off,…. even if the riots destroy a few parts of a few cities across this country. (That we would/could survive from!)

  26. I agree.

  27. looked on NYPD site for access to criminal
records– records are not open on site to
the public. If you send in a name and $15
they’ll send you a copy of the criminal record.
If BHO has any crim. rec. there which name/s
would be checked–he has so many
    possibilities?!

  28. I agree with Ginger’s questions. Did half of
the country’s votes go to Barack Obama and not to a Barry Soetoro or Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo — would not
the votes for Barack Obama now be nul and
    void? Just wondering.

  29. Curious —

An American voter can write the name of anyone they want on their ballots, and vote for them.

Congress cannot. Congress can only count the ballots of someone who is eligible for the office of President and Vice President of the United States. That’s a big difference where we are in the process.

  30. Fellow patriots, you are missing the point. Forget about the voters. Forget about the Supreme Court.
Forget about Congress. Forget about the MSM. Forget about Leo Donofrio. Forget about Michelle Malkin. They are all usurpers. No one is President until We Say He Is. The Constitution belongs to Us and no one else.

Only we true Patriots matter. Everything else is illegitimate!

  31. On January 8th the Senate under Senate President Dick Cheney are obliged to verify the vote of the electoral college. ANY senator, and it only takes one, may object to the count of the vote for any reason. The senate then goes into chambers for the purpose of resolving the objection.

Every Senator has is sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of The United States of America from emimies both foreign and domestic.

You need to write to your senators and implore them to do their duty or face the consequences of failure of duty.

  32. Greg Goss.
    We are encouraging that.
It does, however, require one senator and one rep.

  33. This whole citizenship controversy, as well as all the crimes Obama has been involved with, all the way down to the fact that he has such an arrogance about him has made it impossible to ever accept him as “Our President”.
He has bluffed his way through, lied to all, and would throw his own grandmother off a cliff if it served his purpose, but what about all the others involved? The Supreme Court, the Media, Bush, McCain, O’Reily, and so many others? What is their excuse for allowing a man to get as high as he’s gotten without asking for, “no” demanding proof that he is a Natural Born Citizen?

Anyone in their right mind can see that this has become a very big issue with at least half of America, so why let it go on without demanding an end to it? What is it going to take to stop this from happening, and are we “all” going to be willing to do whatever it takes to stop it, or will we do as they say, and ‘back off’ after they say we should?

I say that we should all get a second wind, because frankly, I think the corruption is far too high for ‘any court of law’ to decide. Congress won’t do anything, and the courts won’t do anything so, who will if we don’t?

  34. Maybe what we really need is to keep the lawsuits going, nomatter what, just keep Obama tied up in courts all over the Country. Challenge everything, investigate ‘everything’ he’s doing, and bring about the “real change” that Obama has lied about. We can get a lot done by sticking together, and deciding that for better or worse, we want our “Constitution Protected”. Eventually, Obama will slip, and something is going to fall…. You can’t keep going up, up, up, like he’s doing without the weight bringing you back down where you belong.
