Senator Robert Menendez stated:

It is apparent that senator Menendez is not up to speed on the court
cases in the US Supreme Court and state courts. The counterfeit aspect,
pertains to Versions of Obama’a alleged COLB, not a birth certificate,
that have been placed on the internet. This is not one of the major
arguments. It is documented, not conjecture, that Obama had dual
citizenship. Obama’s father was Kenyan, under British rule. The
remaining question is whether Obama had Kenyan or US citizenship as
well.
Mr. Menendez then stated:
“However, based on state health department records, Hawaii state

Hawaii Health Dept. Officials never stated that Obama was born in
Hawaii. See below.

Being born in Hawaii is not sufficient to make Obama a natural born
citizen. If it did, then British citizens vacationing in Hawaii and
delivering a child would enable that British child to be president.
Mr. Menendez then stated:
“As you may have heard, on December 8, 2008, the US Supreme Court turned
down the emergency appeal in one of these cases. Other appeals have been

What is Senator Menendez trying to say here? It is obvious that he does
not have a clue.

of Health by its Director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino. Dr. Fukino said that she
had “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of
Health has Senator Obama’s original birth certificate on record in
accordance with state policies and procedures.” That statement failed to
resolve any of the questions being raised by litigation and press accounts.
Being “on record” could mean either that its contents are in the computer
database of the department or there is an actual “vault” original.”
“Further, the report does not say whether the birth certificate in the
“record” is a Certificate of Live Birth or a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth.
In Hawaii, a Certificate of Live Birth resulting from hospital documentation,
including a signature of an attending physician, is different from a
Certificate of Hawaiian Birth. For births prior to 1972, a Certificate of
Hawaiian Birth was the result of the uncorroborated testimony of one witness
and was not generated by a hospital. Such a Certificate could be obtained up
to one year from the date of the child’s birth. For that reason, its value
as prima facie evidence is limited and could be overcome if any of the
allegations of substantial evidence of birth outside Hawaii can be obtained.
The vault (long Version) birth certificate, per Hawaiian Statute 883.176
allows the birth in another State or another country to be registered in
Hawaii. Box 7C of the vault Certificate of Live Birth contains a question,
whether the birth was in Hawaii or another State or Country. Therefore,
the only way to verify the exact location of birth is to review a certified
copy or the original vault Certificate of Live Birth and compare the name of
the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor against the
birthing records on file at the hospital noted on the Certificate of the
Live Birth.”

Just wrote a letter to my NJ senator Menendez mentioning that Barry Soetoro (Obama’s legal name) is making a fool of him. I named the facts and said that I was disappointed in him for not properly vetting Barry and that he still has a chance to uphold the Constitution on January 8th.
Oh great, Elton John just said on TV “America has a new president and hopefully a new future.” Great. The good news is that everyone in the audience stood up and applauded [us].
We must NEVER forget – and we must pound this into the heads of our “fearless” leaders – that more than their political future is at stake. Much more. If Obama is passed through by them and is later found to be fraudulent, then they have aided and abetted treason and coup d’etat. There are severe legal penalties for this. Ignorance is no excuse. We have written to every one of them hundreds of times. Most of them are lawyers. They know what due diligence means, how to do it, and know that it is their responsibility. Especially, people like Nancy Pelosi who have signed papers (under the weight of perjury) attesting to Obama’s eligibility. Unless she can provide some documents or other evidence to back up her flippant claim, she is going to jail – or worse. (Just what is the penalty for high treason these days?)

The problem is, most on both the left and the right are clueless about the Constitution. The only radio personality that I ever hear quote it directly and use it in its proper context is Kevin Price at http://www.BizPlusBlog.com and host of the Price of Business radio show on CNN 650(www.PriceofBusiness.com). I encourage people to check him out. But he is a single host on a small local station. We need more out there.

After reading the replies from Congress, I find that they have a common thread. They don’t care what the Constitution says. They all want BO to be President period! Congress blatant disregard for the Constitution has reached a new low. I’m thankful that CW and others are keeping Congress feet to the fire, but I don’t think it will do much good. If you think SCOTUS will do its job, and that the truth will be found here, forget it! They are all corrupt, some more then others. Find one Congressman to throw a stone, I doubt it. But to find two, impossible!

OB still has the online network he set up during his campaign consisting of over 13 million email addresses. Which means that at the push of a button on a computer keyboard they can get hundreds of thousands of Obots to flood congress with phone calls and messages. Which is exactly what will happen when the truth finally comes out. Congress will of course use those messages as an excuse to shred the Constitution once more because they’ll claim the people want them to.
So the real questions is How do we fight that? How will we get our message out through all of that?

Challenge, can anyone prove this wrong?:–
1. Constitution Article II requires USA President to be “natural born citizen”.
2. BHO’s website admits his dad was Kenyan/British, not American, citizen when BHO was born.
3. BHO is therefore not a “natural born citizen” (irrespective of Hawaiian birth or whether he may be a 14th Amendment “citizen” of USA) — as confirmed in the Senate’s own McCain qualification resolution agreed to by BHO.
4. Supreme Court has already docketed two upcoming conferences, 1/9/09 and 1/16/09 — between dates Congress counts electoral votes (1/8/09) and Presidential inauguration (1/20/09) — to address Berg Case and fashion relief on BHO’s eligibility to be President.
5. Since no facts are in dispute, Supreme Court rules on Summary Judgment to enjoin BHO’s inauguration as President.
6. Therefore, BHO is not inaugurated as President.
7. Vice President Elect Biden is inaugurated Acting President under the 20th Amendment to serve until new President is determined — the procedure for which determination to be set out by Congress and/or the Supreme Court so long as in conformance with the Constitution.

the only way to combat that, is have a list of our own. that is what was lacking during the election, organization. For example, if there were a protest that liberals wanted to do, they could pull if off in a jiffy cus of database of protest supporters. Repubs have nothing of the sort. My mom signed up to make calls at the local RNC, 5 weeks before the election, someone finally called her at 4 p.m. ELECTION NITE!!!!! Remind your representative that Bill Clinton himself threatened to, “talk about this election after January”, which I doubt he’ll come clean on considering his wife’s new position, but regardless, he can’t take back what he added in those 2008 interviews. Here’s a direct quote when Bill was asked about Obama’s qualifications:

It’s been my belief and experience, That if one has conviction and courage, You are anchored by an invisble will to communicate your message without any support. The reason I focus on courage and conviction, is because it really defines who they are. Without these important values, One can see that any man that appears to be male, can blurb words like *Hope and Change* without defining what he stands for. Therefore by uttering these strong words of hope,it falsely attracted people who had none. Real men attrack people by what they stand for and can define it without scripts and speech writers. because real men can speak from the heart. My New years wish for all that blog here, is this. My counterpoint entails the fact that there actually is a procedure already specified. So I carry my speculation a bit further:
1. USSC agrees to hear one of the pending cases and determines that neither Obama or McCain meet the Natural Born eligibility criteria.
2. Congress has to decide who is president and vice president. They must select from the slate of people who actually got Electoral votes.
3. Such a congressional vote is by State, not by Population. i.e. 1 vote per state! There are 30 red states and 20 blue states.
4. The congress therefore votes Palin for president and Biden for vice.
5. Biden quits in a huff and a pique.
6. Palin appoints Condi Rice as VP.
At Obama’s next news conference, someone needs to ask the Constitutional scholar. What is the definition of Natural born citizen? The answer he would have to give would make the Joe the Plumber comment look tame and well thought out. What plausible explanation could he possibly give that would allow him to continue this fraud?
Waiting for January 20, 2008… the day Obama “Must prove his eligibility by the time of (his) inauguration.”

After the vote has been counted, the President of the Senate shall call for objections. It is at this time that Federal officials in both the House and Senate may object to the certification of President-elect Obama by alleging that he fails to meet the Constitutional requirements to serve as President of the United States. We only need ONE Senator and ONE Representative to object and demand that President Elect Obama provide the proper paper work that proves UNDENIABLY that he is eligible to be President under the rules of the Constitution.
Please call the Senators and Representatives listed below who have shown concern for this issue and ask that they show the courage in objecting to this certification of the electoral votes until President Elect Obama’s proves his eligibility.
