It doesn’t matter if Orlys case gets heard or not.
The “Court of public opinion” is fixing to come into play.
The word that these Officers and Active Duty personnel are joining these suits and going down the road of not following orders because they believe he’s an usurper/fraud/impostor, etc. is coming to fruition!
It “will” get attention as soon as the right “High Profile Officer” jumps on board.
I believe the Officers in the military who are jumping on this, are going to eventually take it to a “military court” even if it’s not heard in a federal court (because of corrupt left wing judges) who won’t let the cases be heard on legal technicalities.

truthbetold11, please do not assume that because I solicit support for my action plans on other blogs that I have not attempted to get through to Orly. You might have noticed that, no comments with my initials are posted on her blog. When people like Leo object to her strategy, they post diatribes on their blogs. I used to contact her directly, until she stopped listening to me. But this did not fix the misinformation she was disseminating. And, you might not have noticed but, Orly does not explain to her readers, the rationale behind her decisions. Without this understanding, they “trust” she will deliver them from BO the impostor. When she does not, they know no more about how their government operates than they did before; but they sure are more cynical and frustrated, assuming some invidious conspiracy has thwarted their cause, again. On the other hand, I know, it’s much simpler than that. The case Orly presented was flawed; or she lacked rational thought.
I get criticized for posting my critiques of her efforts on other blogs; that goes with the territory. Because I want people to think and not to blindly follow, her, or me, or anyone. And I post previous emails between her and me hoping that people will become a little more skeptical and a little more demanding of those who claim to share their objectives.
Orly is not the only person who could file a military Complaint; but only someone who files the Complaint I drafted will avoid the kind of sinister backlash she has already evinced toward our military. Read Leo’s blog; including the comments. (And remember, his initial Complaint against the S of S of NJ was thrown out, because 1) it was Mandamus; and 2) he lacked particularized standing.) Now, he, too agrees, military Plaintiffs are the way to go. So, all of the other high profile lawyers now agree to use military Plaintiffs. Orly is using bad Plaintiffs and maybe the wrong cause of action. Berg used the wrong Plaintiff and the wrong cause of action. Leo has not filed another lawsuit and, based on his latest representations, seems unlike to do so. There will be no ‘unity’ until these lawyers still filing Complaints care more about what case is most likely to succeed than who thought of the idea.

venice, good question. Interestingly, I ‘spoke’ with a couple of military people – each a proper Plaintiff – and proposed they should take the military Complaint to a lawyer of their choice. See, I believe, a lot of lawyers who would otherwise file a case like this have no idea how meritorious it is, having ‘heard’ only from lawyers whose cases perhaps lack the clarity that could recruit more support from the bar. I have not given up on this idea.
I also heard from a non-military person who proposed that my Complaint is so simple; she sent it to her elected officials and recommended everyone should do the same. Of course, I have said all along, anyone listed on CW’s Hall of Shame deserves a copy, with her or his comments highlighted!

And am in the middle of perfecting a complaint for citizens to file with their A’sG, charging Nancy Pelosi, Chair of the 2008 DNC Convention, with fraud for Certifying BO was a NBC just to get him onto state general election ballots! I appear to know what I know because I do the research before I post. And the research stems in part from my attempt to figure out how to achieve my desired results; and in part, from my desire to resolve problems I read in comments posted on blogs.

He is no more a ‘natural-born Citizen’ than is Barack Obama, and deserves the same kind of opposition from those who want to see the U.S. Constitution preserved.

The definition of ‘natural-born Citizen’ has been argued ad nauseum in this website.
BTW — Senator John McCain was NOT a ‘natural-born Citizen,’ either.
He was born in the Republic of Panama (and NOT the Canal Zone as alleged), while his father and mother (likely never married — as is noted by the Baja California authorities, who were the ones who ought to know (they cannot find any license, or marriage certificate (which they issue))) also were living in the Republic of Panama (and NOT the Canal Zone as alleged by the RNC.)
Also, the hospital that the McCain Campaign alleged he was born in was not built until McCain was already 5 years old, and living in New London, CT, while his father had been fighting for over a year in the Pacific.
So, fraud and misrepresentation is not the exclusive property of the DNC. The RNC is quite capable of it too, when it suits them.
But, they used taxpayer matching funds! And this is why they are so quiet about abuses in Obama’s campaign financing.
This whole past election was a huge fraud perpetrated on our Constitution.

In essence we will find ourselves under a dictatorship. If this should be invoked upon us I believe that we will immediately be plunged into a CIVIL WAR of a magnitude that will make 1866 seem like children at play. I guarantee that blood will run in our gutters,and much of it will be our own.
For this tragedy to be averted Obama will need to show ALL of his personal papersincluding his VAULT COLB. It is time that he began TELLING THE TRUTH. All he is doing is creating a deep division of the United States. In the coming Civil war there will also be consolidation of street gangs with the Obama government. We will be also fighting Mercenary drug cartels from Mexico, along with Muslim radicals. This fight will be like no other war we have ever fought. There is also a very strong possibility that we could LOSE. Should we consider being a live peasant with nothing, or a dead hero,who at least had the testosterone to stand up and fight for our rights. I choose the latter. If Jindal doesn’t meet the requirements, then he can’t run for POTUS in the future. Nothing will change the circumstances of his birth one way or the other (ditto for Ahnold) and his POTUS eligibility short of a new constitutional amendment. However, whenever Jindal or anyone else publicly brings O’s status front and center, we should be cheering and applauding loudly…thereby encouraging others to do the same until the din is so great that O proves he is legit or is gone.

Officer Oath –

As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. We only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a Presidential Usurper).
Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation like we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constiution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.
Let’s see if SCOTUS runs and hides again. They failed to live up to their oaths by ignoring the prior cases. I pray they will wise up very soon and honor their oath to defend the Constituion.

I was there in the fifties to visit a high school buddy who had joined up. FYI it is the home of the 2nd Marine Div..Jacksonville is a nearby little town. Anyway I want to reiterate what you say,because this is something which has been causing me to wonder as well. A narcissistic person usually shows a propensity for lieing in his/her early youth.. Often even as a very young child. This is usually linked to a level of immaturity,and everyone thinks he/she will grow out of it. NOT SO! Most of the time it gets worse. Even to the point that he/she can no longer separate truth from fantasy at all. Their lies,and/or fantasies are the truth to them. I personally believe that this is what we see in Casey Anthony,and Scott Peterson. In actuality their maturity stops advancing and they remain fantasical children for well into their adult lives,if not for the rest of their lives. As they get into adulthood they learn ways to disguise their behavioral problem,and continue into their adult lives as chronic liars, and often they become so artful at their lies that even specialised psychologists are unable to tell when they are lieing. I can tell you this as a father of two sons. My youngest got into a pattern of lieing at a very young age. I fought this in psychologist’s offices all over our state. I managed to bring him out of it by simply providing a LOT OF LOVE to him. To this day I believe that he really only needed attention. I was busy very long hours in operating my lithographic commercial printing company and discovered the hard,and very expensive way that I was in actuality neglecting him. Slowly he came out of it, but it was a very painful experience. I believe that there may very well be a a very similar situation existing with Barrack Hussein Obama. If this is ever proven then he is probablyUNFIT to be the POTUS. The roots of narcissism are invariably found in the first months of life. Since the parent -child relationship generally don’t change (unlike yours), the problems begin to metastasize and grow depending on the degree of neglect and/or abuse.

In regard to the activity of the SCOTUS, it seems to me that they ALL might find themselves being FIRED by the AMERICAN PEOPLE resultant of their latest failures. What good are they if they refuse to uphold the Constitution. It is apparent that it is their intention to reject any and all lawsuits against Obama. Their failure is tatamount to treason against the United States in a time of War. We ARE still at war. Obama stated yesterday in a speech at Camp LeJeune that the “war will end”……These words confirm that it is a time of war. In retrospect the SCOTUS has comitted treason against the United States. All of the Justices should face criminal prosecution for failing to execute their duty as the SCOTUS.

I briefly addressed in an earlier post. Obama suffered significantly at the hands of his present and absent parents. That he did not attend his mother’s funeral speaks volumes. That at age 12, he did an about face, and rejected his white heritage (which he does to this day) speaks volumes. The list is endless, but yes as with your son, you were and are right about this. However, this man is POTUS, and comprehension does not confer pardon. If that were the case we would not need legal institutions.
One more point, injuries of this nature, if caught early, take years to repair. In later life it is often , but not exclusively irrreversible.

It is my most earnest hope that Orly is able to break through the log jam that the SCOTUS has deliberately put in place. The Federal Court is where the whole Obama thing needs to be heard. I have a sinking feeling that Orly’s military action is also going to be denied. If this happens you will see swift, and severe justice doled out by the Military Court to all active duty servicemen who participated in her lawsuit. In reality it is the Military who could easily end this mess.There is more than enough evidence showing, and confirming the illegal status of Barry Sortoro as POTUS. The “strength of suspicion” is enough justification for the military to act . Barry Soetoro is NOT the legal POTUS, and why the military hasn’t taken any action speaks volumes. It is because the TOP BRASS are also corrupted right along with the SCOTUS. old salt76, It is going to be difficult for any judge to dance around an active military member’s lawsuit for declaratory judgment. The military has to receive an answer, otherwise they are left sitting on the fence wondering if their commander is legitimate. This suit should really put the pressure on the courts to act, to expose Soetoro, and just like the other cases, I will be watching with great interest to see justice done. Remember, Soetoro can never be a natural born citizen, his father was British, (Kenyan), and his birth certificate regardless of where he was born makes no difference on this issue.

Pardon my negative gut feeling, but I believe that the corrupted top brass will be instructed to dismiss the actions brought by Orley and the active servicemen. They will then proceed to make life for those who signed on to her action as miserable as possible for them. It will be tatamount to having the infamous P.I. initials placed at the top of a serviceman’s service record. When ever a CO sees this the serviceman gets transferred quite often. He could concievably have 52 duty stations per year. This is really designed to make him look as though he is a misfit. At some point he can also recieve a general discharge,as well. In all probability the Article 138 action will be officially vacated by the JAG. In short they will use this to demonstrate to everyone that the military jumps, and says YES SIR whenever they are ORDERED TO.If they refuse they will probably looking at some hard time, in Levanworth. This could happen because the top brass will want to make an example of these guys. And when this occurs it is also possible that the military services could become involved in an insurection so large that it could effect the ENTIRE military (all branches). This would soon spill over into the civilian world, and we will then officially be in another CIVIL WAR. We are walking on extremely thin ice,because none of the TOP brass have said a word about anything. They have long ago recieved their marching orders. As Obama has executive problems in court actions he is now engaged in, this brings this all into the White House in past history which was protected under the law, such as passports and college records. Every last detail is now subject to subpoena and Freedom of Information Act.
I agree 100% with all that you have said. However there is at least one dark area that will need to be watched closely. The General who is involved is to an extent a peon when compared to people like Petraus and the like. Also he is retired and now a reservist. While his signing on is a significant step forward it might not have the CLOUT that is needed in this crusade. Don’t get me wrong, I am only saying that we must try at all costs to get at least one of the joint chiefs on board (PUBLICALLY) This would put a serious crack in the dam,and would signal ALL subordinates that it is time to change their view points. Hopefully more upper echelon brass will publically get on board. The more who do the quicker the dam will fail.
I agree that Obama has indeed committed a grave error in releasing the Bush papers. The need to do as severe as personal injury to the last president is so necessary in the sick minds of the Democratic LEFT that they will now use ANYTHING to try to hit at him no matter how insignificant it might be. The person behind this is Senator Durbin.This tells just how derranged they are. As I stated in a prior comment that you only need to look into their faces to realise the extent of their neurosis. This goes for all of the “gang of 14” as well.

And now we have Gordon Brown coming to ask us to provide a couple of trillion plus for welfare for the entire world, with a Global New Deal?
