Yep, pulled again! I’ve saved the sellers name (Colmado_naranja) in my ebay account and selected to be alerted by email when the seller has new items for sale. This might not be a bad idea for all who are interested. We’ll be able to track any new sales faster….hopefully the B/C info. Make sure to take a snapshot of the page if the B/C sale info shows up again.

The Judicial Conspiracy
A movie called Judgment at Nuremberg was produced and released in 1961. It was the true story of four German judges tried in 1948 for war crimes three years after the most important Nazi leaders had already been tried. These judges used their offices to conduct Nazi sterilization and cleansing policies. Since the cold war was heating no one wanted anymore trials as Germany and allied governments wanted to forget the past.
Spencer Tracy played the retired American Judge, Dan Harwood who went to Germany to do the job. Burt Lancaster played Judge Ernest Janning, the one judge out of the four for whom the German attorney Hans Rolfe, (played by Maximillion Schell) most passionately defended as the “good judge” who by his sentencing did the least harm. The real life Judge Ernest Janning’s name was Schlegelberger. The story details the trial, the testimony from many victims, and the soul searching struggle of Judge Dan Harwood to reach a fair and objective decision—especially about Judge Hans Rolfe. Finally Judge Harwood renders his decision by finding all the judges equally guilty. Attorney Hans Rolfe, Judge Janning, and several other members of the court are shocked into a state of disbelief. Hans Rolfe had so beautifully pointed out what a benevolent and fair man Judge Ernest Janning was.
The almost last scene shows Judge Harwood walking through the holding cell where the judges were detained. The American judge stops at the cell of the German judge who basically said nothing through out the whole trial and gives him a long look. Finally, Judge Janning says in a shocked whisper; “Why? Judge Harwood answers him in the wise old voice of Spencer Tracy;
“You knew you were guilty the first time you sentenced an innocent man.”
“In its decision, the Justice trial tribunal considered what it called Schlegelberger’s “hesitant injustices.” The tribunal concluded that Schlegelberger “loathed the evil that he did” and that his real love was for the “life of the intellect, the work of the scholar.” In the end he resigned because “the cruelties of the system were too much for him.” Despite its obvious sympathy with Schlegelberger’s plight, the tribunal found him guilty. It pointed out that the decision of a man of his stature to remain in office lent credibilty to the Nazi regime. Moreover, Schegelberger signed his name to orders that, in the tribunal’s judgment, constituted crimes. One case described in the decision involved the prosecution in 1941 of a Jew (Luftgas) accused of “hoarding eggs.” Schlegelberger gave Luftgas a two-and-a-half-year sentence, but then Hitler indicated that he wanted the convicted man executed. Although Schlegelberger may well have protested, he signed his name to the order that led to the execution of Luftgas. Another case cited by the tribunal concerned a remission-of-sentence order signed by Schlegelberger. Scheleberger explained in his decision that the sentence imposed against a police officer who was convicted of beating a Jewish milking hand would have been bad for the morale of officers. “
One day every judge in United States who threw out a case against Obama asking him to produce his birth certificate and other documents based upon “Lack of standing” or any other technicality instead of merit, will be found guilty, too. They will be found guilty of breach of duty, failure to uphold their oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and maybe even conspiracy with the defendant, and possibly taking a bribe. Every judge who had the opportunity to do one simple request—order Obama to produce the documents that proves he is eligible by the requirements of the US Constitution to be a legal president—and failed to do so unwittingly became a traitor and a coconspirator with a usurper in the Whitehouse. This includes the nine traitors in the Supreme Court who literally had a clandestine meeting with Obama, a plaintiff in several pending lawsuits in the Supreme Court.
Every one of these judges who failed to do the right thing when asked in his/her court is responsible the existing National Security and Constitutional crisis which now exists in America. A simple court order could have prevented the anguish and grief so many concerned citizens now suffer because of this question. Each and every judge knew he/she were guilty when they dismissed the case instead of making the simple order. They should no longer be permitted to serve as judges. Their names along with the case numbers and their actions should be posted on the inter net hall of shame and they should be sanctioned for crimes against America.
“Richard A. Posner, federal court of appeals judge and one of the most astute observers of the legal scene, noted that it is not only German judges that might over-identify with popular causes. In The New Republic, Posner wrote:
Perhaps in the fullness of time the growing of marijuana plants, the “manipulation” of financial markets, the bribery of foreign government officials, the facilitating of the suicide by the terminally ill, and the violation of arcane regulations governing the financing of political campaigns will come to be no more appropriate objects of criminal punishment than “dishonoring the race.” Perhaps not; but [the story of the German judges] can in any event help us to see that judges should not be eager enlisters in popular movements of the day, or allow themselves to become so immersed in a professional culture that they are oblivious to the human consequences of their decisions.”
Unless Obama succeeds in his blue print to convert the Presidency into a dictatorship and totally turn America into an enslaved country, he will be legally removed from office along with a whole crowd of others. All will be indicted and tried for conspiracy, perjury, acts of treason, and more. It won’t make a difference if only ten people or ten thousand people conspired to harm America in the name of a 2008 Presidential election—all those who played major roles and knowingly supported Obama in spite of the fact he is not a “natural born citizen” will be found guilty and held accountable according to law. We will return America to a Republic under rule of law. WE will make certain these people will be held accountable for the crimes against America. We will not allow America to turn into another Nazi Germany. Every one who knew Obama did not qualify and ignored the Constitution is guilty. It is only a matter of time.

Mitt Romney is a great American and his speech on religion was the best I have ever seen – including Obama’s ‘throw grandma under the bus’ race-instead-of-religion speech – but, he does believe in a religion that states that Jesus and Lucifer are brothers. This is problematic, to say the least.
Sarah Palin by contrast is quite rational and main stream with the silent majority of America.

Scientists are absolutely incapable of predicting the weather a week out with any significant accuracy. Why should we believe them capable of putting together accurate models looking forward by a century, or even a decade? If Glenn “Hurricane” Schwartz here in Philadelphia says it’s going to be 86 degrees here tomorrow and it turns out to be 91 degrees, why trust a liberal idealogue masquerading as a scientist to predict global temperatures in 2050 to within six-tenths of a degree?
In that same line of thinking — why do existing climate models completely fail to predict the known past? In other words, if the same models used by your so-called experts don’t work to predict known conditions, why should we bank our economy on those models and experts now?
Staying in the past, why did the planet cool between 1940 and 1975, even though human carbon dioxide emissions were sky high? Could it be that human carbon emissions and global temperature have absolutely nothing to do with each other?
Why don’t we see, in core samples, actual empirical evidence over a broad span of time–not 100 year segments here or there–that carbon dioxide levels drive temperature? Why don’t we see corresponding increases in such samples at the time of major volcanic activity?
The planet’s climate has always changed — why are we so willing to destroy the economy (or even take the risk in doing so) in order to fight a natural cyclical process?
With all due respect, Mr. President, the debate is far from over. Yes, I absolutely, positively believe that we should be responsible stewards of our planet; but believing that, after 4.5 billion years of plate-shifting and ice ages and asteroid strikes and a climate that has ranged from incredibly hot to unbelievably cold, we suddenly are endangering Mother Earth because of our industrial activities and internal combustion engines is more than ridiculous — it’s unfathomably arrogant.
And yet arrogance seems to be a hallmark of your presidency and your administration, Mr. President. You travel around apologizing to the world for America, when it is our economy that drives the globe, when it has been our brave men and women who have liberated it. You believe that your meaningless and empty words, authored by someone else and read from a TelePrompTer, can somehow change the ideological struggle between Islam and the West overnight, taking credit even for the uprising in Iran. As much as I like you on a personal level–and I do–as president of the United States your arrogance is matched only by your popularity among the politically ignorant. Combine yours with the arrogance inherent among the cult-like believers in detrimental climate change, and I fear for our world.
Wouldn’t it be ironic, sir, if the very same efforts which on their face claim to be done in the best interests of the planet actually end up destroying it? What of the hundreds of millions of people teetering on the edge of death from famine and disease, propped up only by a robust American economy and the generosity of a capable American people? What of the hundreds of millions of people whose only line of defense against ruthless oppression is our strong military, funding by a strong American economy, manned by a capable American people?
Yet your actions, and the actions of those in your party, are directly threatening the very heart of American exceptionalism. You claim that there is no contradiction between investing in clean energy and economic growth, yet study after study shows otherwise, that this legislation rooted so shamelessly in the expansion of political power will result in disaster for American business and industry and unsustainable, increased costs on American people from coast to coast. This legislation, and indeed your presidency as a whole, has been built on a web of lies on everything from transparency to policy and everywhere in between, and the price for those lies will be paid by an increasingly burdened American people. My three-year-old child, and her children after her, will be paying for your inexperience, ignorance, arrogance and malfeasance.
You acknowledge that “dependence on foreign oil is endangering our security” as if you’ve done anything at all to guide our nation to true energy independence. In reality, looking at energy independence in terms of the national security it provides, this horrific legislation is little more than the latest salvo in your ongoing war against the safety and security of America and the American people you are charged with protecting, be it the way you’ve handled our detainees, the way your party has disheartened our intelligence community, or the way your detente-at-all-costs approach to foreign policy has emboldened enemies of the United States of America and everything for which She stands.
If you truly wanted to become energy independent, if you truly wanted to facilitate economic growth, you would invest in the American people and the resources America is blessed to sit upon. You would create hundreds of thousands of jobs by drilling for oil off our coasts and on the northern plain of Alaska, and by increasing efforts to explore our vast oil shale deposits located under your hated flyover states. Knowing that the United States of America is essentially the Saudi Arabia of coal, you would pave the way for clean coal and expansion of the coal industry rather than overtly working to destroy it. You would build nuclear plants. But this disastrous piece of legislation is no more about clean energy or the environment as your stimulus package was about stimulating the economy — it’s about advancing your collectivist agenda, it’s about expanding the size and scope and influence of the federal government, it’s about trampling the values and principles upon which this nation was founded, and it’s about taking what you view as an unfairly powerful and successful America down a peg or two relative to Europe and the rest of the slowly developing world.
The problem, Mr. President, is that–for now, at least–you’re getting away with it. An obedient media and ignorant people are lost in your smile and ample charm. An embittered Democrat Party is making the most of what I promise will be an extremely short time in power. And a global community jealous of our freedom and our prosperity is clamoring for one of their own, a true Citizen of the World, to reduce America from the world’s only superpower to a beholden nation which relies upon everyone else for energy, for goods and, soon, for food. And you’re taking them up on it, quicker than any of us could have imagined.
Right now, when perhaps the greatest possible question is asked of those who believe wholeheartedly in the danger of climate change–what, pray tell, is the appropriate temperature for planet Earth?–the answer may very well be: “Whatever our Dear Leader says it should be.” But it won’t be for long. 2010 is right around the corner, 2012 is not far behind, and we’re waking up. America is waking up, Mr. President, and I take comfort in knowing you’ll be on the speaking circuit and measuring the drapes for your presidential library in no time.

That ebay auction looks awfully suspicious to me. I clicked on “History” (15) and this is what I notice……
There are only 8 bidders.
Every ID name contains 3 asterisks in the middle of 1 character on either end.
6 of the users have ratings, 2 do not.
I performed an ID search on all Member ID’s and get these messages:
1) We’re sorry. No information was found because of one of the following reasons:
The user ID you have entered is incorrect. Please try again.
2) The user ID or email address was not found. Please try again.
This doesn’t make any sense. I know of no way that one can manipulate their ebay member account info. Unless, it’s ebay admin that’s doing the manipulation!! It’s my skeptical opinion that all of those bidders are one-in-the-same….ebay OBOT(S) for Obama! If this is true, then maybe the B/C is the real deal. We’ll just have to wait it out like that bogus AP whitey tape. It seems that “someone” is worried enough to think that the B/C might be real. If it is, I fear for colmado_naranja’s life.

Also, if you do not have an eBay account and are just checking out an item that has bids on it, you’ll see the same ‘z**x’ configuration. I have accessed eBay’s page many times on an item that *I’m* bidding on (without logging in to my account) and rather than my handle, I get the same asterisk configuration….and it’s me!!!
You’ll also notice that one bidder can bid several times under the same ‘username’ with the asterisks because they’re sent a notice when someone outbids them.
So, I don’t see a problem here-I see a regular bidding process. Hope this helps.

Yes, I’ve seen that asterisk configuration previously on pricey items, but I *think* that the seller can request that ‘anonymity’ when registering to put items on the site. EBay and the seller seem to have the control over the asterisks.
If you try to bid without logging in, the system will direct you to your login page. What I meant to say is that even if I go to eBay to see if someone else has bid on the item I’m bidding on without logging on to my account, MY bid has the asterisks, too.
There used to be a little blurb about the seller wanting to maintain bidder confidentiality but I don’t know if it’s still there.

A copy of defendants’ motion and supporting brief are available in the right frame of this blog. We all know that we have seen months of stalling from the defendants. We fully expected this dismissal motion which Obama has previously used when he was a mere candidate. The difference now is that Obama is the putative President and not simply a candidate with a 1st Amendment right to run for political office. As the putative President, Obama must show that he is qualified under Article II of our Constitution. We also know that Congress failed to exercise its Constitutional duty to properly vet Obama prior to confirming him as President at the Joint Session. The motion return date is July 20, 2009. We, of course, will file opposition to their dismissal motion prior to that date. I will comment more later after I have had a chance to fully study the motion and supporting brief in greater detail.

P***1 isn’t bidding against him/herself. On ebay, you can enter a high bid (in P***1 case $500k). The other bidders can’t see that high bid, so when they bid they get a message back that they’ve been out-bidded. As a result, they’re name doesn’t show up, however P***1’s name and the amount someone else tried to bid shows up. So, in other words, someone or 5 people tried to out-bid P***1. I hope I explained it okay.
LD: it appears that P1 has been bidding against themselves – but that is just how the bids show up on e-bay. It is a proxy bid that has been put it and keeps rising.
Lurker: the 666 bid was only there momentarily – and then it appears that someone upped the ante by $100 so that the amount changed. Either way – someone was making a point with the original 6 number bid.
I told you guys that, if it is not an “Obama” article, meaning a FRAUD, it will go over $1 Million.

There is someone that has an Autmatic Bid up to a High Limit and whenever someone bids the AutoBidder bids over the last bid and the bid that was placed in no shown.
JJ, I believe when you place a bid and there is someone who has set a limit and that limit is higher than your bid then you get a message that you are not the high bidder and an offer to bid again. Until you hit the limit of the other bidder.

This is the first “and” second auction. After ebay admin pulled the first one, the seller listed it again under another number. This one tells the story of how the seller acquired the birth certificate while in Kenya. I don’t know what to make of this whole thing. The only thing that keeps me from believing this whole thing is just a hoax, is that the seller has put herself in extreme personal danger. She’ll have either a fatal accident or go to jail for fraud. This not something a normal rational thinking person would do if it “is” a joke.

Hey Greg, usually if an auction is ended early, there’ll be some sort of blurb on there as to why; this last listing was literally yanked off the site. EBay aways cautions you to report if the seller suggests a sale *off* eBay, and when there is a ‘buy it now’ option, the listing will tell you that the auction ended early with ‘buy it now.’ This was a bidding auction, so the latter doesn’t hold water.
They simply pulled the listing for the fifth time!
I guess the only thing to do is to keep checking the seller’s handle and see if anything pops up.

I like to examine verifiable information, such as the colmado_naranja pages and their caches that have surfaced and Greg Goss’s (June 30, 2009 at 9:52 am) link to the history of the bids for colmado_naranja’s document.
In CW’s previous thread, I speculated that the eBay sale might be a sting (say, by the FBI, CIA, Justice Department) to see who, and/or what, info they might smoke out. I still haven’t seen any evidence to rule out that possibility. It’s even possible that a sting’s plan was to stop the sale when a $1,000,000 bid was submitted.
One can speculate until the cows come home, but there’s no way to know unless/until some hard evidence appears. Until then, it’s just hope and guess. Darn it!

It took a little more than three years to obtain a full copy of Operation Garden Plot from the U.S. Government, and was done so under the freedom of information act for unclassified documents. The implications within the full context of this document should make the hair on the back of your head stand on end!!!!!
In this document signed by the Secretary of the Army, is hereby assigned as DOD Executive Agent for civil disturbance control operations. Under Plan 55-2 he is to use airlift and logistical support, in assisting appropriate military commanders in the 50 states, District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and US possessions and territories, or any political subdivision thereof.
The official name of this project is called “Operation Garden Plot.”
Under this plan for the deployment of Operation Garden Plot, the use of CIDCON-1 will be mandatory. This direct support of civil disturbance control operations is to be used by the Army, USAF, Navy, and Marine Corp. with an airlift force to be comprised of MAC Organic Airlift Resources, airlift capable aircraft of all other USAF major commands, and all other aerial reconnaissance and Airborne Psychological Operations. This is to include control communications systems, aeromedical evacuation, helicopter and Weather Support Systems.
If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters.
Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder.
Under section D, a Presidential Executive Order will authorize and direct the Secretary of Defense to use the Armed Forces of the United States to restore order.
2 TAB A APPENDIX 1 TO ANNEX S USAF CIVIL DISTURBANCE PLAN 55-2 EXHIBIT POR:SGH, JCS Pub 6, Vol 5, AFR 160-5 hereby provides for America’s military and the National Guard State Partnership Program to join with United Nations personal in said operations. This links selected U.S. National Guard units with the Defense Ministries of “Partnership For Peace.” This was done in an effort to provide military support to civil authorities in response to civil emergencies.
Under Presidential Decision Directive No. 25, this program serves to cement people to relationships between the citizens of the United States, and the global military of the UN establishments of the emerging democracies of Central and Eastern European countries. This puts all of our National Guardsmen under the direct jurisdiction of the United Nations.
Section 3:
This plan could be implemented under any of the following situation:
(1) Spontaneous civil disturbances which involve large numbers of persons and/or which continue for a considerable period of time, may exceed the capacity of local civil law enforcement agencies to suppress. Although this type of activity can arise without warning as a result of sudden, unanticipated popular unrest (past riots), it may also result from more prolonged dissidence.
This would most likely be an outgrowth of serious social, political or economic issues which divide segments of the American population. Such factionalism could manifest itself through repeated demonstrations, protest marches and other forms of legitimate opposition but which would have the potential for erupting into spontaneous violence with little or no warning.
(2) Planned acts of violence or civil disobedience which, through arising from the same causes as (1) above, are seized upon by a dedicated group of dissidents who plan and incite purposeful acts designed to disrupt social order.
This may occur either because leaders of protest organizations intentionally induce their followers to perpetrate violent acts, or because a group of militants infiltrates an otherwise peaceful protest and seeks to divert it from its peaceful course.
Subsection C: (2) Environmental satellite products will be continue to be available. (d) Responsibilities. Meteorological support to civil disturbance operations will be arranged or provided by AWS wings.
The 7th. Weather Wing (7WW) is responsible for providing / arranging support for Military Airlift Command (MAC) airlift operations. The 5th Weather Wing (5WW) is responsible for supporting the United States Army Forces Command.
(3) SITUATION. Civil disturbance may threaten or erupt at any time in the CONUS and grow to such proportions as to require the use the Federal military forces to bring the situation under control.
A flexible weather support system is required under control. A flexible weather support system is required to support the many and varied options of this Plan.

Subsection B:
Concept of Environmental Support. Environmental support will be provided by elements of Air Weather Service (AWS) in accordance with refs a-f. The senior staff meteorologist deployed int the Task Force Headquarters (TFH) will be the staff weather officer (SWO) to the TFH.
Centralized environmental support products are requested in accordance with AWSR 105-18. (4) Weather support is provided by weather units located at existing CONUS bases or by deployed SWOs and / or weather teams to the objective areas.
(5) Support MAC source will be provide in accordance with the procedures in MARC 103-15. MAC forces will be provided in accordance with the procedures in AFR 105-3.

1. GENERAL Opposition forces or groups may attempt to gain knowledge of this plan and ‘use that knowledge to prevent or degrade the effectiveness of the actions outlined in this plan. In order to protect operations undertaken to accomplish the mission, it is necessary to control sources of information that can be exploited by those opposition forces or groups.
OPSEC is the effort to protect operations by identifying and controlling intelligence indicators susceptible to exploitation. The objective of OPSEC, in the execution of this plan, is to assure the security of operations, mission effectiveness, and increase the probability of mission success.
2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC):
The denial of information to an enemy is inherently a command responsibility. However, since the operations Officer at any level of command is responsible to his commander for the Overall planning and execution of operations, he has the principal staff interest in assuring maximum protection of the operation and must assume primary responsibility instibility for ensuring that the efforts of all other staff elements are coordinated toward this
end. However, every other individual associated with, or aware of, the operation must assist in safeguarding the security of the operation.
3. OBJECTIVES:
a. The basic objective of OPSEC is to preserve the security of friendly forces and thereby to enhance the probability of successful mission accomplishment. “Security” in this context relates to the protection of friendly forces. It also includes the protection of operational information to prevent degradation of mission effectiveness through the disclosure of prior knowledge of friendly operations to the opposition.
b. OPSEC pervades the entire planning process and must be a matter of continuing concern from the conception of an operation, throughout the preparatory and execution phases, and during critiques, reports, press releases, and the like conducted during the post operation phase.
4. Specific operations orders and standard operating procedures “MUST be developed with the awareness that the opposition may be able to identify and exploit vulnerable activities.

A short history of FEMA— Some people have referred to it as the “secret government” of the United States. It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars. This government organization has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress, it has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them without trial, it can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems, and can suspend the Constitution. Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. No, it is not the U.S. military nor the Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress. The organization is called FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Originally conceived in the Richard Nixon Administration, it was refined by President Jimmy Carter and given teeth in the Ronald Reagan and George Bush Administrations.
FEMA had one original concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the United States government in the event of a nuclear attack on this nation. It was also provided with the task of being a federal coordinating body during times of domestic disasters, such as earthquakes, floods and hurricanes. Its awesome powers grow under the tutelage of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard Secord, the architects on the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America’s savings and loan institutions. FEMA has even been given control of the State Defense Forces, a rag-tag, often considered neo-Nazi, civilian army that will substitute for the National Guard, if the Guard is called to duty overseas.
THE MOST POWERFUL ORGANIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES.
Though it may be the most powerful organization in the United States, few people know it even exists. But it has crept into our private lives. Even mortgage papers contain FEMA’s name in small print if the property in question is near a flood plain. FEMA was deeply involved in the Los Angeles riots and the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some of the black helicopter traffic reported throughout the United States, but mainly in the West, California, Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, are flown by FEMA personnel. FEMA has been given responsibility for many new disasters including urban forest fires, home heating emergencies, refugee situations, urban riots, and emergency planning for nuclear and toxic incidents. In the West, it works in conjunction with the Sixth Army. FEMA was created in a series of Executive Orders. A Presidential Executive Order, whether Constitutional or not, becomes law simply by its publication in the Federal Registry. Congress is by-passed.
Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation.
General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate: The National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities; The 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy; The Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency; and The International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.

A quick note to Jerome Corsi, I read that you were very skeptical of my story and any document that I might have. I want to first say that I hold you in high esteem, I have great respect for you. Hadn’t checked eBay yet today, but I’m stunned. The ‘new’ auction from a different seller to physically go to Kenya to see IF he/she could obtain the record is gone; at last check the top bid was $100,100.00.
I agree with P.D. that if Dawnella does have what she says she has, she needs to sprout wings and get to Farah *yesterday!* I’m very afraid for her safety. We’ve seen what happens to people when they get too close.

All of the certificate auction thing leaves me with a few thoughts. First is it real? Secondly if it is real will Joseph Farah really have the courage to publish it. He has to know that he would quickly find himself up against Soetoro’s GOON squad who probably would not hesitate to put a bullet in him. Would anyone else pick up the reigns if Farah is taken out? I believe that the present owner should have about 100,000,000 copies of it printed, then arrange for a simultaneous airdrops of these from coast to coast over ALL US cities. Perhaps Farah might do this. Aerial advertising has always been pretty effective. People on the ground are natuarlly curious to see what is printed on the pieces of paper fluttering to Earth. It would be a very effective way of getting the information along with a copy of the BC into everyones hands.

We have another serious problem. It turns out that the information originslly supplied by the UN regarding global warming is now suspect. This information was used to form the basis of the CAP and TRADE act which was recently passed. The info supplied by the UN was based upon BULLSH## supplied by people who were not even scientists. A person at EPA has the lowdown, and a Congressional hearing might be convened in which he will most certainly be a star whitness. The CAP and TRADE law has the potential to raise everyone’s electric bill by about 15%. If true it is time to find these nitwits and do a little ASS kicking.

Hate to say I am skeptical, but I’ll believe it when I see it….
If you could just drop us a crumb, like:

If the above isn’t enough then hear is another choice morsel to chew on; Five states are now on the brink of complete financial collapse. Sadly Indiana is one of them. Our state will be forced to shutdown completely within the next few days, if there isn’t any resolution. Among the the options being considered is a an 8% increase on income tax, and an additional 4% being placed upon the already 6% sales tax which will be 10%. This is going to result in even a worse situation for the state eventually. Thousands will leave the state, and the nitwits at the statehouse will find themselves the ONLY ONES LEFT.
I also believe that we are headed towards a NATIONAL famine, resulting in the mass starvation of millions of Americans each week. Such a famine could last for many months,and/or many years. If everything stops you will have NOTHING, including utilities, and transportation. You will need to be a trained infantryman just to protect what you have. You could get murdered for the loaf of bread in your hands, as you leave the grocery store. Not a very pretty thought. Buy a weapon, and get a liscense to carry it. Above all LEARN how and when to use it. There is some really tough sledding coming. If everything happens like I outlined we will be tossed back in time to the 1700s. With a rifle, fishing poles,and a shotgun it would be possible to exist for awhile off the land. Eventually all game would be gone. I forsee all of this as possible, and a large percentage of it as probable.
Stock up on dried foods like rice, etc., drill a well ,and put a hand pump on it. Dig a PRARIE
PRIVVY. Own enough land to grow your own food. Do canning. Buy a boxcar load of bathroom tissue. Buy or own a sewing machine, and have lots of fabric, and thread on hand. Learn self sufficiency. Learn how to be resourceful.

“Domestic Terrorists” Gear Up For July 4th Tea Parties

On April 15, over a million people—who had already smelled the contaminated coffee of the Obama regime’s galloping socialism-cum-communism-cum totalitarianism—attended thousands of Tea Parties across the country. Since then, the Tea Party movement has grown exponentially, with hundreds more taking place on a regular basis and attended by Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Libertarians, et al—all increasingly horrified at Obama’s breakneck efforts to destroy free-market capitalism, inflict decades of debt on future generations, spit on the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, employ a Hitler-like force of ACORN brown-shirts (read what Dr. Paul L. Williams has to say about them here here) to manipulate the census and intimidate critics, compromise our military and intelligence services, and ultimately bring about a caliphate of repressive Muslim (Sharia) “law” to the United States of America.
Sure enough, a day before the Tax Day demonstrations—which Obama’s Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said the “president” knew nothing about—Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano issued a fatwa that declared the extraordinarily peaceful Tea Party attendees de factor “domestic terrorists”—including our military! As radio host Dr. Laurie Roth has written: “That offensive and lying list ended up targeting two-thirds of the country, certainly those who love their freedom, Constitution, and God.”
That was then. Today, we are zooming towards 10 percent unemployment (and higher in several parts of the country), a cap-and-trade tax—the biggest tax hike in American history—that will effectively kill commerce and inflict ongoing hardship on the 95 percent of people Obama in campaign mode promised not to tax, a socialized medicine scheme that will ration healthcare, aggressively promote killing the young via abortions and deny timely diagnoses and treatments to older Americans, and afflict our nation with the same kind of system that has failed so grievously around the world.

Puts us on the path to a European-dominated (and failed) financial-regulatory system.
Threatens our safety and security, as Jim Talent and Mackenzie Eaglen have documented, by cutting $1.4 billion from missile defense (in both America and Europe), ending F-22 production despite the objections of senior Air Force leadership, ending C-17 cargo aircraft production, and delaying Army modernization and the Navy’s CG(X) Cruiser Program.
Makes end-runs around the Constitution with an avalanche of Executive Orders and the appointment—ala Stalin—of over 20 Czars.
Manipulates the spineless, now state-run leftwing media (ala Putin and Chavez), to spread his hate-America message.
Proves daily that appeasement to America’s enemies runs thick in his Leftist blood.
Demonizes any and all dissenting voices in his push to obliterate our First Amendment right to Free Speech.
Pushes with equal fanaticism to deprive Americans of their Second Amendment right to bear arms.
Pretends—against empirical evidence—that his utterly failed $787 billion-dollar “job-creating” Stimulus Bill, $800-billionTarp bill, $417-billion appropriations bill (with thousands of earmarks), Bailout travesty and budget have all worked!
Continues to flout the U.S. Constitution, as David Crockett has spelled out, by violating the law in seizing control of GM and Chrysler without proper authorization from Congress as well as seizing corporations and presuming to set the salaries of their leaders; using the community organizers from ACORN for rank political purposes; pandering to sworn enemies (treason, anyone?); compromising alliances with our tried-and-true allies Israel, Britain, France and Germany while implementing policies that favor Hamas, Iran, Egypt, Syria, and other terrorist hotbeds; and illegally firing Inspectors-General investigating the corruption of his cronies.
Most egregious, fails to produce the crucial document which would prove his dubious eligibility to be a valid, lawful, and legitimate President of the United States—his birth certificate—all the while paying over a million-dollars to his attorneys to block the ongoing investigations of this vital issue.

ARMED FOR BEAR
The majority of Americans—including the Obama constituency of Blacks, Hispanics, gays, feminists, and liberal pundits, et al.—are now having Buyer’s Remorse! The only people not cringing at every news cycle and weeping with regret are the radicals in Congress and the union organizers who hope to ride the Obama gravy train into the Socialist “paradise” they’ve been yearning for– and planning—over the past several decades.
But for most people, when they consider what this alien hybrid of a Manchurian Candidate and Trojan Horse has done in five short months to bankrupt our country and everyone in it, it clear that this “president” is the worst thing that has ever happened to the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Not quite ready for a full-fledged rebellion, Americans are gearing up once again to express their grievances on July 4th—the 233rd anniversary of the Declaration of Independence—in thousands of Tea Parties across our country. But even before they take place, it is heartening that citizens have been hard at work in heroic efforts to save America from the catastrophe known as Obama.
“In fact,” writes political journalist JB Williams, “the Obama administration has made so many wrong moves so fast that it has frightened people across the nation into action. According to the Tenth Amendment Center:
35 or more state legislatures are rushing state sovereignty legislation through to reclaim States Rights under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments, preparing to defend the states against an overreaching federal juggernaut.
Many of the same states are also rushing Second Amendment protections through to assure their citizens that even under conditions of Martial Law, the states are prepared to defend Second Amendment rights.
Several Constitutional Convention efforts to enforce constitutional limitations on a runaway Fed are in the works.
A Grand Jury effort is underway to force Obama to open up the birth, college and passport records he has spent a million bucks to keep sealed and secret.
Numerous lawsuits are pending in numerous courts demanding that Obama make his life “transparent” for all to see, all of them convinced that he cannot pass Constitutional muster for the office he holds.
Guns and ammo sales have been through the roof for months now.
Companies are laying off and cutting back in preparation for worsening economic conditions.
Soldiers and Sheriffs are restating their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution and the people against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including a runaway Fed if need be.
TEA Party movements opposing excessive taxation and unbridled wealth redistribution are growing across the country.”
Individual stalwarts, too, have their own unique strategies. Ron Ewart, president of The National Association of Rural Landowners, says that The Only Truly Effective Tea Party involves “taking your messages of freedom to where [politicians] live, eat, procreate and sleep…because the perpetrators will have to pay a personal price for their misdeeds before they get the message.” And JB Williams recommends ”taking your protest to the front steps of every local TV news station in America so that the media can no longer ignore the movement.”
True to form, the Obama regime (yes, regime) has already tried to suffocate the free speech that the upcoming Tea Parties embody. After the April 15th Tea Party in Atlanta proved to be one of the best-attended in the country, with over 20,000 participants, its organizers secured the same location, the Gwinnett Place Mall, for July 4th, only to have its permit pulled about a week ago. Turns out, Melvin Simon ((a Forbes 400 billionaire and co-chairman of Simon Property Group, Inc.) owns the Gwinnett Place Mall, has been a major contributor to Obama (and other Leftists), and gave at least $1 million to the William J. Clinton Foundation. And his wife Bren was a major contributor to Obama’s inaugural committee. The good news is that their efforts failed and just days ago, the Atlanta organizers secured a new location.
WHAT’S AT STAKE
“We are a nation in grave danger of being deprived of everything so many Americans worked, fought, and sometimes died to maintain,” writes Alan Caruba. “We are being betrayed by a political and economic socialist theory that is the antithesis of the American system of governance [which] killed millions in the last century. America in 2009 must be reclaimed in the name of all those who came before us and in the name of generations to come.”
Herbert E. Meyer, who worked for the CIA during the Reagan administration, explains:
During the last 30 years we Americans have been so politically divided that some of us have called this left-right, liberal-conservative split a “culture war” or even a “second Civil War.” These descriptions are no longer accurate. The precise, technical word for what is happening in the United States today is revolution.
While conservatives have been working to improve our democracy and our free-market economy, liberals have been working to replace our democracy with a dictatorship, and our free-market economy with a command economy controlled by the government. The liberals couldn’t say this aloud, because if they did the American people would have tossed them out of office on their ears. So the liberals worked covertly, feigning support for democracy and for the free market while working diligently to undermine both.
Our country’s future now lies within our own hands—yours, mine, all of us who comprise what the Washington insiders sneeringly call the grass roots. Good, because unless I’m very much mistaken the liberals have over-estimated their strength. There still are more of us than there are of them. I mean ordinary, decent Americans from across the political spectrum who may disagree about specific issues, but who understand who we are and how we became who we are; who love our country, have a genius for self-organizing, and won’t let the United States go down without a fight.

Without a new era of conservative activism, the
America we have known will become unrecognizable.
As conservatives, we’ve worked hard, paid our taxes, raised our families, been involved in our communities and voted. But, most of us have steered clear of being actively involved in politics. When offended by government outrages, our typical reaction is to scream at the TV. While we’ve been largely disengaged, the other side’s community organizers have been busy at work fomenting anger among every imaginable “victim” group, and then turning anger into votes. In the last election, far-left activism finally hit the Mother Lode. As a result, the American free enterprise system is in danger of being brought to its knees from within by the false promises of socialism. Unless each of us is willing to aggressively engage in a new era of conservative activism, the America we have known will become unrecognizable. The Tea Party Movement can be the spearhead of such activism, but to do so it must encompass more than public protests. Some say socialism’s tentacles run so deep that it’s too late to do anything about it. With all due respect, that’s an attitude for losers. The greatest free enterprise system in history may ultimately succumb to socialism, but that should not be allowed to happen without a fierce fight. Violated the Code of Federal Regulations as well as Federal Criminal Laws Pertaining to their Conflict-of-Interest
in
Berg’s Qui Tam Case [False Claims Act] against
Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama
and Berg has filed a Motion for Reconsideration
(Washington, DC – 07/02/2009) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of Constitutional “qualifications/eligibility” to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending in Federal Court, Berg vs. Obama [Third Circuit Court of Appeals No. 08 – 4340]; this case – Berg as Relator v. Obama; [U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia No. 08-cv-01933]; and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al [U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, No. 09-5080]; announced today that he filed a Motion for Reconsideration in the Qui Tam [False Claims Act] Case filed in the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia as United States Attorney General Eric Holder and his Office have a Conflict-of-Interest and inasmuch violated both the Federal Regulations as well as Federal Criminal Codes. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, his Office, his Staff and the United States Department of Justice are required to uphold and ensure our laws; the laws of the United States are upheld and enforced.
Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution states:
“The Constitution entrusts the Executive with duty to take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.”
Berg said, “The request of the Government to Dismiss his Qui Tam action against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama is in clear violation of the U.S. Attorney General’s duties pursuant to Article II, Section 3 and should ‘NOT’ be allowed”.
Berg continues, “I furnished the Government and the Court with the information as to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name, which is Barry Soetoro and his citizenship status as Indonesian; I furnished sworn Affidavits showing Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombosa, Kenya; I presented evidence that the Certification of Live Birth [COLB] presented on the internet by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama has been deemed a forged and altered document; I presented evidence that the birth announcement filed in the Hawaiian newspapers regarding Barack H. Obama on or about August 13, 1961 could not be verified; I presented evidence Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama never resided in the address on the birth announcement; and I raised the genuine issues pertaining to Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama’s college records wherein Berg is informed, believes and therefore alleges Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama attended Occidental College in California and Columbia University in New York and Harvard Law School as a foreign student. None of which have been refuted by the Government”.
“Instead of investigating the true issues, the Government through the United States Attorney General Eric Holder, his staff and the United States Department of Justice, who U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder also over-sees moved to Dismiss the Qui Tam action instead of upholding our United States Constitution and the very laws stated to protect “we the people” from any individual usurping the Office of the President of the United States”.
Berg’s Qui Tam was regarding the U.S. Senator Position from Illinois held by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama and the salary and benefits Obama drew based on fraudulent claims. This is a very unique situation as Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama is now our acting President of the United States. President Obama appointed Eric Holder for the position of the United States Attorney General and Mr. Holder reports directly to President Obama. This creates a huge Conflict-of-Interest with anyone from U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s Office having any association with the Qui Tam matter against, now, President Obama.
There are Federal Statutory prohibitions and related regulations addressing Conflicts-of-Interest on the part of present officers or employees of the Federal (and in some instances of the District of Columbia) government.
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 5 CFR § 2635, et seq. and 5 CFR § 2640, et seq. governs Governmental Employees, including U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and his staff.
5 CFR § 2635.101 states in pertinent part, “ (a) Public service is a public trust. Each employee has a responsibility to the United States Government and its citizens to place loyalty to the Constitution, laws and ethical principles above private gain.
In addition to the standards of ethical conduct set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, there are Conflict-of-Interest statutes that prohibit certain conduct. Criminal Conflict-of-Interest statutes of general applicability to all employees, 18 U.S.C. §§ 201, 203, 205, 208, and 209, are summarized in the appropriate subparts located in these chapters and must be taken into consideration in determining whether conduct is proper.
As to the restrictions on Conflicts-of-Interest during government service, only Section 208 is illuminated by formal regulations, which are found in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
5 CFR. § 2640.103 “Prohibition” states:
“(a) Statutory prohibition. Unless permitted by 18 U.S.C. 208(b) (1)–(4), an employee is prohibited by 18 U.S.C. 208(a) from participating personally and substantially in an official capacity in any particular matter in which, to his knowledge, he or any other person specified in the statute has a financial interest, if the particular matter will have a direct and predictable effect on that interest. The restrictions of 18 U.S.C. 208 are described more fully in 5 CFR 2635.401 and 2635.402.
Berg stated, “U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has a financial interest as does his staff as they draw their income from the Government who is over-seen by Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack H. Obama”.
“Eric Holder joined President Obama’s presidential campaign as senior legal advisor and also served as one of three [3] members on Obama’s vice-presidential selection committee. In December 2008, then President-elect, Obama asked Eric Holder to serve in his cabinet as the U.S. Attorney General. Mr. Holder was appointed by President Obama and now serves as the United States Attorney General; is the head of the United States Department of Justice and United States Attorney General’s Office. Eric Holder is paid by the United States Government and reports directly to President Obama. Eric Holder has a direct financial interest in that he draws a salary based on his position as United States Attorney General. This Conflict-of-Interest goes beyond financial. The United States Attorney General is the Chief Law enforcement officer of the Federal Government and represents the United States in legal matters and gives advice and opinions to the President of the United States”.
Conflicts-of-Interest include but are not limited to a financial interest; a personal interest; improper business practices; etc. Berg continued, “It is clear U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and the staff in which he supervises have a huge Conflict-of-Interest as they have financial interests as well as personal interests which limits them from doing their job as required pursuant to the United States Constitution and therefore, Attorney General Eric Holder should recuse himself and/or designate Relator Philip J. Berg to proceed.
Berg concluded, “I am not giving up and am continuing my legal fight to prove Obama is not constitutionally qualified/eligible to be President of the United States. I am proceeding for the 305 + million people in ‘our’ U.S.A., for ‘our’ forefathers and for the 1.5 million men and women that have died defending our Constitution in the many wars over the years and the 1.5 million men and women who were injured in those wars,”
