Our biggest concern is another manufactured crisis from the Obama camp and the potential for Martial Law. Martial Law would give the usurper, Obama, nearly total control, especially when he is losing control over the American public and some in Congress.

“The Pentagon has approached Congress to grant the Secretary of Defense the authority to post almost 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States in times of emergency or a major disaster.
This request has already occasioned a dispute with the nation’s governors. And it raises the prospect of U.S. military personnel patrolling the streets of the United States, in conflict with the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878.
In June, the U.S. Northern Command distributed a “Congressional Fact Sheet” entitled “Legislative Proposal for Activation of Federal Reserve Forces for Disasters.” That proposal would amend current law, thereby “authorizing the Secretary of Defense to order any unit or member of the Army Reserve, Air Force Reserve, Navy Reserve, and the Marine Corps Reserve, to active duty for a major disaster or emergency.”
Taken together, these reserve units would amount to “more than 379,000 military personnel in thousands of communities across the United States,” explained
Paul Stockton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and America’s Security Affairs, in a letter to the National Governors Association, dated July 20.
The governors were not happy about this proposal, since they want to maintain control of their own National Guard forces, as well as military personnel acting in a domestic capacity in their states.
“We are concerned that the legislative proposal you discuss in your letter would invite confusion on critical command and control issues,” Governor James H. Douglas of Vermont and Governor Joe Manchin III of West Virginia, the president and vice president of the governors’ association, wrote in a letter back to Stockton on August 7. The governors asserted that they “must have tactical control over all . . . active duty and reserve military forces engaged in domestic operations within the governor’s state or territory.””
“But NorthCom’s Congressional fact sheet refers not just to a “major disaster” but also to “emergencies.” And it says, “Those terms are defined in section 5122 of title 42, U.S. Code.”
That section gives the President the sole discretion to designate an event as an “emergency” or a “major disaster.” Both are “in the determination of the President” alone.”

According to CNN, the Pentagon is “to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials.”
“The proposal is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
The officials would not be identified because the proposal from U.S. Northern Command’s Gen. Victor Renuart has not been approved by the secretary.
The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military.
It has yet to be determined how many troops would be needed and whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces.
Civilian authorities would lead any relief efforts in the event of a major outbreak, the official said. The military, as they would for a natural disaster or other significant emergency situation, could provide support and fulfill any tasks that civilian authorities could not, such as air transport or testing of large numbers of viral samples from infected patients.
As a first step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called “execution order” that would authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the proposed plan.

The implications are far-reaching.
The decision points towards the militarization of civilian institutions, including law enforcement and public health.
A nationwide vaccination program is already planned for the Fall.
The pharmaceutical industry is slated to deliver 160 million vaccine doses by the Fall, enough doses to vaccinate more than half of America’s population.
The Pentagon is already planning on the number of troops to be deployed,. with a view to supporting a mass vaccinaiton program.
It is worth noting that this involvement of the military is not being decided by the President, but by the Secretary of Defense, which suggests that the Pentagon is, in a key issue of of national interest, overriding the President and Commander in Chief. The US Congress has not been consulted on the issue.
This decision to mobilise the Armed Forces in the vaccination campaign is taken in anticipation of a national emergency. Although no national emergency has been called, the presumption is that a national public health emergency will occur, using the WHO Level 6 Pandemic as a pretext and a justification.
Other countries, including Canada, the UK and France may follow suit, calling upon their Armed Forces to play a role in support of the H1N1 vaccination program.
US Northern Command
Much of the groundwork for the intervention of the military has already been established. There are indications that these “regional teams” have already been established under USNORTHCOM, which has been involved in preparedness training and planning in the case of a flu pandemic (See U.S. Northern Command – Avian Flu. USNORTHCOM website).
Within the broader framework of “Disaster Relief”, Northern Command has, in the course of the last two years, defined a mandate in the eventuality of a public health emergency or a flu pandemic. The emphasis is on the militarization of public health whereby NORTHCOM would oversee the activities of civilian institutions involved in health related services.”

As early as mid-November 2008, Maddie, following his “election” as the 44th President of the United States, I sensed that Mr. Obama wasn’t just some inexperienced former junior senator, who somehow managed to rise to the top of the political world all on his own with a simple message about Hope & Change. No, he couldn’t, unless, of course, he was already tapped years in advance to come on the scene when his handlers if you will in the intelligence community decided that a specific operational plan needed to be carried out. I personally believe that a dry-run if you will of this operational plan was introduced years ago in the early 1980’s when Mr. Obama was managing to travel here and there around globe, for what reasons or motives I admit I do not know , but the means/cover could have only come from one source–the vast resources of the intelligence community. I also believe that Mr. Obama is akin to Michael Corleone of Godfather fame, where he is being offered to the sworn enemies of America as an “agent of change”, but in fact serves only to draw them out of their rat-holes expecting cheese but actually recieving a dose of what “Renegade” (Mr. Obama’s codename) and his handlers really have in store for them.
If the above proves to be true, then it would explain why his records have to remain hidden/sealed until such time that the operational plan’s mission is completed. We all are aware that we live in a dangerous and unpredictable world, Maddie, so if the powers to be took it upon themselves to manufacture an “election” for their strategic purposes, then they should be prepared to place an asterik next to Mr. Obama’s name should it ever be revealed that he is in fact is not a NBC. When you have American patriots like yourself, CW, Zachjonesishome, etc, etc, etc asking all the right questions but still coming up empty–then it’s a safe assumption that the powers to be are trying to keep as tight a lid on things until the appropriate time to come clean, and explain why they may have engineered “election” 2008 and Obama’s former travels abroad in the 80’s and how those mysterious travels tie into the present landscape of the world stage we live in at the moment
This is just my take on the unfolding events, Maddie, and there may be other explanations how an inexperienced junior senator emerged seemingly out of nowhere to become “the most power man in the world”. My money is on the prospects that a final chessmatch is unfolding on the grand chess-board, and Mr. Obama’s past will remain sealed until he has completed his mission, whatever that may be–hopefully for us–the USA–it’s in our best interests that Mr. Obama wasn’t outed during his travels abroad and subsequently sent back to us as a double-agent with allegiance elsewhere…somehow I don’t think the capable men and women in the US intelligence community would have allowed themselves to be duped…
Of course, there’s still that nagging/lingering eligibility issue of him possibly not being a NBC, so an asterik should be noted after this power-play unfolds and runs its course if he proves not to be a NBC.

Presidents with Either Parent Being Foreign Born, Relative to Eligibility as a Natural born Citizen.
The Supreme Court has never had to consider a Constitutional dispute directly pertaining to a natural born citizen defined as those born in the county of citizen parents. Being of both ‘soil and blood’ is a Constitutional requirement for eligibility to serve as president. The Founding Fathers wisely established this to assure the loyalty of the President to only America, as best they could. Today this tradition has turned to treachery.
Obama simply decided the law didn’t apply to him, and Congress capitulated. When Congress counted the electoral votes during a joint session to certify the election, any single individual member or Congress could have and should have opposed Obama for not being a natural born citizen. None did. Those members of Congress apparently now feel they are also above the law. The continuing egregious violations of the 10th amendment are proof enough. Such treasonous disregard for the Constitution has caused several states to recently reassert their sovereignty. Another more recent example of Congressional arrogance is evident by their having illegally voted themselves an increase in their cost of living allowance, in direct violation of the 28th amendment. [1]
Confirming the adage that the people get the government they deserve, today’s Congress is truly the best money can buy. We the people are losing more and more of our freedoms and liberty to the abuses of government. The Founding Fathers would shudder in horror and revolt at the taxes taken from us, at the hands of Congressional robber barons who laugh all the way to the bank, while exempting themselves from the worst of the laws they dare pass for us.
Before ‘Obama the usurper’, the Constitution still seemed to matter. However illusory that delusion may have been, now Congress has unabashedly abandoned all pretext of honoring the Constitution. Having accepted the burden of their crushing yoke for so long without complaint, it’s no surprise a complicit Congress let the worst of their ilk, usurp the presidency to allow even worse abuses to now go unabated, including unrecoverable generational debt and the unconstitutional nationalization of entire industries.
Clearly there is an inherent danger of not demanding that our elected public servants fully honor the Constitution. Should we allow even one part to be ignored, the entire Constitution is diminished. Then soon, another part is ignored, then another and another after that, until eventually the guarantor of our liberty is surrendered and our freedom is gone.
George Washington offered this sage advice on amendments while also warning us against any changes brought by usurpation of the Constitution.
“To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them. If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.”

Beginning in 1789 when George Washington humbly accepted the honor of being our first president, a 220 year precedent has since been established for the president to either be a natural born citizen, unless having been exempt from this requirement as a citizen at the time of the adoption of our Constitution. Chester Arthur was recently discovered to have gone to great lengths to hide the fact that he was not eligible, and was the sole exception before Obama.
Obama assumes the Constitution does not apply to him, however he is not above the law. Obama’s Kenyan father precludes him from being a natural born citizen. Obama, and those who aided and abetted him, must be held accountable for knowingly usurping or assisting in the usurpation of the office of the President of the United States of America. We must honor the Constitution.
The United States Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787. The Constitution was ratified on June 21, 1788. Prior to this date citizenship was established by the state. As of June 21, 1788 each citizen of a state became a citizen of the United States. No formal naturalization was needed. [3]

1. Obama Brownshirts Try to Silence Glenn Beck
Barack Obama’s brownshirts are after Glenn Beck.
We can’t let them win. If they win with Beck, they’ll be emboldened to go after even more people.
A while back, Glenn Beck called Barack Obama a “racist.” Given all the terrorists, thugs, and racists Barack Obama has chosen as close personal friends (see e.g. Rev. Wright), it’s not a stretch to say it.
In fact, Obama’s Green Jobs Czar, the self-declared communist Van Jones, has direct ties to the organization that’s trying to shut down Glenn Beck. Jones’s group has hired a big Hollywood PR firm and they are pressuring Glenn’s advertisers to stop advertising. If not, they’ll lead a boycott.
We need to strike back and boycott these groups for ditching Beck. If they are going to fold so easily in the face of Obama brownshirts, we must push back. If not, who’ll be next?

There is absolutely no doubt now that Nancy Pelosi Certified Barack Obama is a natural born citizen and together with the state Democratic Party chairs submitted these Certifications to elections officials in all 50 states in order that his name would be printed on the general election ballots; notwithstanding neither she nor the state party chairs had vetted him as to Constitutional eligibility for the job. This means 1) in those states that require the nominee from the party to be a NBC, they committed election fraud. There is also a shortage of nurses. In fact, one reason a patient may have to “wait for a bed” in a hospital is because of the nurse shortage. Some hospitals have resorted to “importing” nurses from other countries via placement agencies.
We’ve also seen an increase in NP’s (Nurse Practitioners) and PA’s (Physician Assistants) as a result of the physician shortage.
You will definitely see a mass exodus of docs if this healthscare bill is passed, especially without tort reform.

I remember, although vaguely, reading after the election about someone (blogger) was pursuing another angle….the fact that there was a form for the televised debates each candidate (or party?) had to verify/certify that their candidate was indeed eligible to be PTOUS.

If you substitute Duncan the King who was murdered with the word Constitution you can see a lot of parallels with Lord Obama and Lady Pelosi.
There are several reasons for his decision. Macbeth has been told by the witches that he will eventually become king. If Duncan is already king, how can Macbeth become king? Answer: kill Duncan. However, this is Macbeth’s first mistake. The witches operate on the basis of fate–it is destined for Macbeth to become king. However, Macbeth takes matters into his own hands (rather than just letting events play out as they will), and that disrupts fate’s system. (Or you can argue that it was fated that Macbeth would kill Duncan and that’s what the witches were predicting when they said he’s become king.)

The doctor tells the gentlewoman that what Lady Macbeth needs is spiritual and not physical help.
Lady Macbeth’s condition worsens, and she goes in and out of sleep with delirious visions. Macbeth asks the doctor to cure her or give her a drug that will erase the troubles of the heart. The doctor responds that he cures physical not moral problems. Later, as the battle ensues outside of Dunsinane, by unspecified means Lady Macbeth commits suicide.
At the beginning Lady Macbeth finds strength to entice Macbeth to murder Duncan and to follow through with the murder herself. As time advances though, her pretended strength diminishes as she fights the torments of her conscience. Tending to her conscience engulfs and destabilizes her so that she can not support Macbeth against Malcolm. Lady Macbeth’s attempts to suppress her conscience fail. At the end she chooses death because she can no longer bear the torments of her guilt.
Sandy, I’m not sure how to ask this.I get a flu- shot every year, because I’m that, have to group.I would like to know if , I or anyone could tell the difference between the two.Could they tell me its the just the flu-shot and it is the H1N1 shot. I hope I asked the question right.

I’m in that high-risk group, too, but am NOT getting any kind of shot this year.
The H1N1 (swine flu) vaccine will be a two-shot deal. This is an unproven vaccine which is being rushed through clinical trials. We will get the vaccine from Novartis here in the U.S. There is a concern that an ‘adjuvant’ containing squalene will be added to the vaccine-Novartis has a patent on this adjuvant, which is thought to cause illnesses like Gulf War Syndrome; all the adjuvant does is stretch the number of shots you can get out of a batch, but it’s what’s added to it (squalene) that’s frightening. You can Google squalene to find out about it.
You DO NOT KNOW what’s in these shots and the vaccine is unproven. Please, do NOT go there and tell everyone you know not to get the shot.
The seasonal flu shot is one shot. I’m not getting that this year either. I will practice normal seasonal flu hygiene and wash my hands until they’re raw, if need be.
The seasonal shot is the ‘best guess’ as to which strain will affect the population each year. Sometimes, they nail it; other times, they miscalculate completely and everyone gets sick.
The H1N1 series of two shots is for this new, never seen before strain. It’s all experimental and unproven. If this virus mutates the vaccine is useless, plus the danger that I’ve stated above.

I don’t know what kind of support they have in their immediate ‘sphere of influence’, but I know folks who ‘intercede’ for them regularly. I have not yet heard anything ‘goofy’ about either, and hope that they are as solid as they sound.

Are you aware that in addition to ‘flu shots’, there is also a shot for pneumonia, that is good for several years – about 5 – 7 years I think.
I have never taken a flu shot, but did get the pneumonia shot a few years ago, and had no ill effects from it.

I am just wondering who will be the one to bust this thing wide open. Seems many are trying, but lack the foresight or overlook small details which were obvious at second glance. I have no doubt the time will come, I am just hopeful it’s sooner then later. Several yrs of this guy in the white house is troubling at this pace.

Even though he may have served his country in this capacity (or presently) as I have suspected since Novemeber 2008, I still believe in your efforts and all the other modern-day patriots’ efforts to honor the sacred words of the Constitution of the United States, seeking confirmation that Mr. Obama is in fact a NBC–if not, his presidency deserves an asterik, because the framers of the constitution were crystal clear about eligibility requirements to become president, and I trust that many of the framers would never have suspected an inexperienced junior senator would leap-frog over other more qualified statesmen/women if the political playing field was level.
Have you had an opportunity to read Mr. Sinclair’s book yet? Have you noticed how the mainstream media ripped John Edwards and John McCain for their affairs, but somehow obeyed a stand-down order to lay off the Mr. Sinclair storyline? An inexperienced junior senator cannot get these results all alone, Maddies, only somebody, an entity if you will behind the scenes can ensure that he comes in under the radar.
