The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months from now!
I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama’s request for dismissal today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, since Obama’s attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. I guess Obama would prefer a “kangaroo court” instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama’s motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).
The judge, who is a former U.S. Marine, repeated several times that this is a very serious case which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said Obama must prove his eligibility to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama’s attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about Barack Obama’s eligibility will be known fairly soon – Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

I see there were a lot of busy bees posting through out the night.
While I respect everyone’s opinion on 9-11, and I understand that with the 8th anniversary just days away, that the topic is out there.
But I also worry that this is taking us off topic – the current issues – and that is one of their strategies – distraction!
With all that’s going on in this country right now … I do worry that we can be attacked again, and this time I would believe it would come from within.
All due respect to those who voice their beliefs, opinions, etc… right now we need to continue to work on the current issues … getting the usurper out of the WH.
After reading all the comments on this thread about 9-11, I will admit, I would be open to reading and learning more. I argued with my son over this topic last year to the point we just couldn’t discuss it. The last thing any American would want to think, is that our Government would allow us to be attacked. I do appreciate someones ( I believe JeffM )comment above that said maybe Bush, etc… didn’t know. Maybe it was foreign banking, etc… I would be more open to that than to think our Government would do this.
BUT, I strongly believe we need to stay on topic … current issues.
Again, as JeffM pointed out, with the anniversary of this tragic, tragic event … it is being discussed. But please … let’s not lose focus and please … let’s not argue too much! This has always been a peaceful and insightful place to visit. Let’s not turn on each other over opposing opinions.
If anyone wants to go back to yesterday’s thread, you will see some of our most respected posters here were extremely offended … Oldsalt77. I have read his comments with great respect. He has served his country well. Please keep this in mind. 🙂

Val…..It is interesting to see what side people fall on concerning 9/11….even after reading much of the same information that is out there…..I think the idea that Van Jones was forced to resign mostly because he was a 9/11 truther tells us that most people aren’t really buying into the conspiracy thing and believe it is absurd…….as someone said on the other post……we probably will never know in our lifetimes what the real truth is…..Eventually…..if the 9/11 truthers theory is true then it will be known…just like our truth theory concerning the FRAUD in our house….however our theory would be very simple to prove if the FRAUD would just release several of his telling documents!!!

My gripe against him is that he does not know what a NBC is…
He and Orly were ordered by Carter to work together, against the objections raised by each…but in the Court instructions Carter orders only the lead Counsel to speak for each side and be present…that’s good for Orly, and Kreep will have a hard time…however I believe Kreep will help Orly do everything punctually and dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s…
Orly already is calling for amicus briefs against the Motion to dismiss, and I sense this is being done at the counsel of Kreep…
So I think it will work out….its just the medicine, perhaps, both need…and we need…plus Kreep has his own resources, and his presence will add luster and credibility to the case…

I’m saying the court of public opinion that the truther theory is not valid is what made Van Jones have to resign…..the majority of citizens don’t buy into it and the fact that he signed a petition saying he does buy into it is what tipped the scale pushing his resignation…..I didn’t say anything about the administration!!!

I listen to Beck everyday and have read several posts about his resignation and they all point to him signing the petition as the deal breaker….that is my take on it…..now I agree the other stuff is more concerning to me….that he is an avowed Communist for one….but in the court of public opinion that is not what forced him to resign….that is what I am saying……I think he would still be there if Beck hadn’t exposed his signature on that petition the last day before the weekend and called the White House to verify that he had indeed signed that petition and what ticked Beck off was that the WH wouldn’t give him an answer…..like Beck and millions of others…..the 9/11 truther conspiracy theory is just that….a theory….and to many an “absurd” theory….at least I’m not buying into it as of this day!!!!

The U.S Attorneys are prosecutors and law enforcement so should not be allowed to shield Obama, but should be the ones filing suits against him, demanding he release all his papers, as their job is to protect the Constitution.

If you remember the story that Glenn Beck broke on the NEA (Nat’l Endowment/Arts) last week of the government seeking artists to promote a variety of issues….Breitbart’s own guy was the one that was contacted by the NEA and came forward.

In Houston there was a HORRIBLE MURDER CASE…actually near to where I live now. There were a band a gangbangers hanging out in the woods when two young girls took a short cut. They were brutally raped and strangled with rope…while they begged for mercy. People who went to the courtroom to hear this case were disturbed afterwards for a long time. One of the leaders Medellin was actually not a US citizen. This case was appealed,appealed and made its way to Supreme Court. Taxpayers had to foot the bill plus translators..etc,they demanded he avoid the death penalty which is Texas law and penalty for capital murder.
Bush stepped in to get this case handled at the HAGUE due to pressure from his buddy in Mexico. The state supreme court basically told Bush to stick it.He really wanted to push for the World court justice for this band of TOTAL SAVAGES.

1. Yes, Kreep has technically been allowed to enter the case as “co-counsel”, but –
2. Kreep only represents 2 plaintiffs out of 48. Most of the rest of us have retained Ms. Taitz as our attorney and do not recognize Kreep as lead counsel or even co-counsel. He’s just a secondary or sub attorney on the case. Orly is lead counsel and will make all final, binding decisions on behalf of us plaintiffs. Any further attempts to delay these proceedings by Mr. Kreep (he delayed a hearing yesterday from Sept. 11 to Oct. 5), will not be tolerated and we will take all necessary legal action to stop any more of his antics.
3. Ms. Taitz has a large team of experienced attorneys assisting her now. If Mr. Kreep remains on this case he will be expected to give his professional input, but defer to OUR lead attorney, Ms. Taitz and not argue with her in open court.
4. As you may or may not be aware, Mr. Kreep has a horrible reputation in Southern California among grass-roots activists and Patriot groups. His latest court gimmick yesterday was just another in a long string of selfish games that Kreep has been playing. Everyone is on to him here and watching his every move from now on. He will be tarred and feathered if he in any way hurts our case.
His days of damaging Ms. Taitz’ efforts to get to the truth are OVER!

You’re right-their oath is to the Constitution and not one criminal entity, but I think at this point in time the m.o. is threats and intimidation. I think they all know what this ‘administration’ is capable of and I believe there’s a good slug of fear going on in the ranks. The South. I don’t think the judge is dragging this at all. 45 days are a normal lead time for motions and that motion to dismiss was filed on the 4th. He has schedule a hearing on the motion for October 5th. He will not dismiss the case then and discovery will be ordered. He has already told counsel to prepare for discovery. Once discovery happens it is over. They will find Indonesian citizenship at Occidental, they will find vital records in Hawaii that show he was not born, at least in a hospital….all that will be made public and the house of cards falls. He will be forced to resign. NO TRIAL NEEDED.

The South: I have seen the unfortunate affects on people…ones who are good, smart, professional, savvy, honest, full of personal integrity…who have almost inexplicably become the ‘victims’ of subtle manipulation. It’s one reason why the ‘de-programming’ of ones who’ve unwittingly succumbed to ‘cults’ of various types is a big business.
What I have witnessed, sadly, is that when these ones finally come to the light and truth of their situation…they have to make a choice: to either except and deal with the humilation of saying (to themselves, primarily) “yeh…I was duped.” Or, to continue in a state of denial, and/or make excuses and provision for the perpetrator’s actions.
The worst part of the ‘coming to the light of truth’, as I have observed, is that the PROCESS of renewing their thinking, and restoring their ‘dignity’ can be A THOUSAND TIMES more painful than having been ‘duped’ in the first place. It boils down to being about true humility…and discovering what a tremendous gift and help ‘forgiveness’ is.
Ultimately, and thankfully, it leads to TRUE liberty of the heart, mind, soul, and spirit of the individual; released to true freedom of conscience. And that, is what our ‘common enemy’ hates and fears MOST.

Not necessarily. Just imagine if the judge orders access to BO’s vital records in Hawaii, and those records deviate *in any way* from the COLB that BO posted on his fight the smears website. Say, for example, his vital records say that he was born at home based on information provided to the state of Hawaii by his grandmother. How will they explain that? Any deviation will further erode his credibility.

In September of 2006, Kelly J. McCrum sold 1525 S Sangamon St. Unit 707, Chicago IL to a person named Osama Barakat.
Kelly J. McCrum is the wife of Craig M. Robinson. Craig Robinson is Michelle Obama’s brother.
The part of the transaction that I found odd was the creditor. Burlew Plumbing & Heating of New Jersey issued credit for the transaction.
Burlew also owns Magic Touch Construction Company Inc. This contractor does nonresidential construction, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning.
Knowing how New York and New Jersey share contracts for Port Authority work, I can’t help but wonder if this is the same Magic Plumbing and Heating that had contract work at the World Trade Center on September 5th, 2001.

I think something very odd in American politics is happening right now. Since Obama announced his candidacy no Republican and no Democrat was allowed to speak out and/or ask questions because Obama was too special, too historic, too sensitive, too you name it. Joe the Plumber somehow got a quetion in. What happens the media investigates him…meanwhile no one investigates Obama-Sarah and her family put throught the wringer, Hillary well she was used to it, they just attacked her people with violence.
Due to all this all that has been stifled, has caused all this pent up everything. Americans do not liked to be stifled in their speech, in their thoughts. This reminds me of Hurricane Katerina in New Orleans, they were ok after the hurricane but when those levees blew look out. If our government was smart they would do the right thing by our Constitution tonight. I’m sure many in Washington are copying their little hearts out CYA so they don’t go to jail for treason along with so many others. I’m not even factoring in those who work there who know what’s going on and copying information to be used later. Orly is a Joke…..I have been her biggest defender & advocate, through the Berg nonsense and through all of her mishandlings, from website to website. I have always said at least she is trying to do something. However, I sent her a note encouraging her not to make a mockery of the Court, namely going outside to the steps of the courthouse and start doing exactly what the Judge asked her not to do (He asked her to work with Kreep and she went outside his doors & spent time destroying Kreep publicly). I wanted her to know that her actions can destroy the Plaintiffs’ case. She sent me a response asking “Am I a Plaintiff?”. This lady has absolutely lost it. She is a “clown” and she does not know the law. The only thing that is holding this case in tact is the fact that Keyes and the other Plaintiffs found a judge who is looking at the substance of the fundamental and underlying argument that has been made from court rooms across America and he has decided to look over her incompentent behavior. She really does think that it is her case or it is about her. She is mistaken…it is her clients’ case and she is simply representing them, if that is what you want to call it. I simply tried to help her understand that the judge is watching her (TV, internet, radio, etc) and she should at least act as though she is going to follow his instructions. This lady is a clown and I hope that the Judge will continue to forgive her for her writings and procedural flaws and mishaps. Thank God for this Judge and for one that is interested in the rights of the Plaintiffs and Defendants above Civil Procedure. For the record, Orly has strongly objected to Kreeps presence on the case for sound reasons, not personal issues:
1) Kreep does not believe Vattel has anything to do with NBC, he holds that all 14th amendment citizens, in the broad interpretation of merely jus soli, are NBCs…
2) Kreep openly argued against Orly’s request for the Motion to Dismiss being heard on Sept 11th, and he argued in favor of Oct 5, thus delaying the case further. Orly was right to call for a quick consideration, since the Motion to Dismiss can easily be answered on the basis of its outrageous and false claims in fact and law.
3) Kreep unethically sought to peal plaintiffs off the suit and then equally unethically sought to insert himself therein.
In all, the evidence is sufficient to impugn Kreep’s motives: I believe he is being payed or cajoled by Obama to disrupt the trial from within, and this fits what Obots have been doing since Aug, about sowing division in patriots’ ranks…

The “other side” has lots and lots of stuff on ‘natural-born SUBJECTS!’
I hate to break this to them, but almost everyone of the cases that they cite, actually works against their hero — for two reasons:
1. The determination that someone is a ‘natural-born SUBJECT,’ only allows that someone to inherit things like ‘titles of nobility,” because, you see, the TOP JOB is already taken in a Constitutional Monarchy, like they have in the United Kingdom;
2. Someone is a ‘natural-born SUBJECT’ by DESCENT — that is based upon the blood-line of the father (or mother, if the father is unknown — or, just recently, the mother too, if she is a ‘SUBJECT’ of the Queen.
What this means is that almost ALL of the cases the “other side” are referencing, or discussing in detail, point to the fact that Obama is a Brit by DESCENT from his father!
Why are they doing all this hard work? Maybe they just aren’t smart!
Bob-wouldn’t this also affect inheritance laws. In my brothers neighborhood a few years ago, his neighbors suddenly became a count and countess. Their family was in Europe WW2 came, I think they may have been born here I don’t remember, but as the only surviving members of that family they inherited those titles-I don’t know what else. I attended the Canton, Ohio Tea Party Express rally yesterday.
Several thousand patriots attended and it was even more exciting and informative, than I ever expected.
A local newspaper extimated 5000 in the crowd, but it surely looked like more than that to me.
The rally began at 9:00am, and being a workday, I found it quite amazing that so many concerned citizens were in attendence. Glancing through the crowd, I would say that the ages of the people varied. Not only senior citizens were there, but a large turn out of middle aged and young people attended. A small group of Obama supporters (about 8) were in the crowd, but the police moved them to the very rear of the crowd. They must have been causing some trouble, is my guess.
One of the speakers asked who, in the crowd,
was going to Washington, and after seeing so many hands raised, and the loud cheers, I would guess maybe a third of the peole were going.
I wish everyone here could have had the oppertunity to experience the excitement the Express has created across our country.

There was a recent video posted by some guy who said he was filing suit against the MSM for not discussing the issue and he used the clip from Glenns radio show. I believe someone posted it here, but I will try to find it. He ends his video saying he is coming after FOX.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 33% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -8 (see trends). Thirty-three percent (33%) say the United States is generally heading in the right direction.
