There is much controversy regarding Barack Obama being eligible to be president. What we know is that Obama has not produced an actual birth certificate, his father was a British citizen, Obama is not a natural born citizen, Obama has kept hidden almost all official documents related to his past. One of the records Obama was not completely able to hide was his IL bar application. Here is data from Obama’s bar application that was saved in 2008.

- Obama had 17 unpaid parking tickets from his days at Harvard.
- Obama omitted his aliases of Barry Soetoro and Barry Obama.
- Obama admitted to drug use when he was younger and there is strong reason to believe he was still using drugs.

“Before Barack Obama was a United States senator and a presidential hopeful, he was a Harvard University law student living in Somerville who parked in bus stops and accumulated hundreds of dollars in parking tickets. And for nearly two decades those parking tickets went unpaid, until a representative of Obama’s settled all his outstanding debts with Cambridge’s Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department Jan. 26.
Obama attended Harvard Law School from 1988 to 1991. During his time at Harvard, Obama lived at 365 Broadway in Somerville, according to his parking tickets. Records from the Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation office show that between Oct. 5, 1988 and Jan. 12, 1990 Obama was cited for 17 traffic violations, sometimes committing two in the same day. The abuses included parking in a resident permit area, parking in a bus stop and failing to pay the meter.
Twelve of Obama’s 17 tickets were given to him on Massachusetts Avenue.
In one eight day stretch in 1988, Obama was cited seven times for parking violations and was fined $45. Thirteen of the 17 violations occurred within one month in 1988.
Obama’s disobedience of the rules of the road earned him $140 in fines from the City of Cambridge. The tickets went unpaid for over 17 years and $260 in late fees were added to the tab. On Jan. 26, the fines and late fees were paid in full. The final tally for Obama’s parking breaches was $400, according to Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation.
Obama spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki said the presidential candidate’s parking violations were not relevant.”

outstanding parking tickets (see attached excerpt from current application).
Obviously, in so far as the admission of Mr. Obama is concerned, the form of
the 1991 IBAB application would be controlling.
c. Outstanding parking tickets of Obama
Mr. Obama recently paid outstanding parking tickets that were unpaid at the
time of his admission to the bar (see attached news stories).
2. Legal issues
If in 1991 Mr. Obama signed an application to IBAB and denied that he owed
outstanding parking tickets, he falsified his application and gained
admission to the bar by fraud.
3. Request for relief/investigation/action
I would respectfully submit that Mr. Obama’s 1991 application should be
scrutinized to determine whether he falsified his answers and whether he
gained admission to the bar on the basis of fraudulent representations.
If the investigating authority determines that Mr. Obama’s answers were
deceptive, I believe an appropriate sanction should be imposed. It obviously
should not be a major sanction but a public reprimand or other appropriate
sanction should be imposed to protect the integrity of the admissions
process.

Not if they have lost jurisdiction over the individual. They can’t punish someone who has resigned, which is why so many corrupt lawyers in Illinois resign before they are disbarred.

By law. (I didn’t know this was STILL GOING ON!= federal welfare fraud…and if you’ve ever been to Hawaii its demographics are bizarre).
So when Fukino said she had seen the “original birth certificate on file” and verified that Obama was born in Hawaii, but then it was discovered this was an amended birth certificate, it does not mean that the “real” original birth certificate was even from Hawaii at all–there are 2 original birth certificates, the real one and perhaps the amended one with a fresh “born in hawaii” on it. Come to find out Fukino and Obama are both “fellow travelers” and Obama supports her Akaka Act giving preferential benefits to Hawaiian natives over Native Americans, as well as interlinks with ACORN and Fannie/Freddie and Linda Lingle giving higher than norm “non-conforming” loans for Hawaiian housing, as well as this “amendment” shit ballooning the welfare roles for greater amounts of Federal welfare monies. I.E. it’s all corrupt. Oh, and Lingle (R) is going to turn (D)–she never was (R).
But Hawaii law requires them to release amendment information.

The one thing that I would be worried about if I lived in or around that area is this private company’s contractual commitment to fill the prison.
I don’t believe the contract specifies or even limits where the prisoners will come from. Based on the other articles I read, feelers were put out to other states and they weren’t interested. I’m sure they didn’t want to give up any funding (our tax dollars).

Sounds like a denial of service (DOS) attack. So many computers try to access the site at the same time, the servers can’t handle it.

Thanks for the additional info. After reading a number of the articles from the local newspaper there in Montana (provided by Patriot Dreamer) & discussing it with others on this site, I began to get the historical perspective of this boondoggle.
Looks like initially it was another “build it and they will come” dream. But, that didn’t happen. Now the bills are coming due and there isn’t any money coming in. Suddenly, this private company shows up and folks in that town couldn’t get any answers. Bottom line is this company’s contractual obligation is to FILL IT UP.
My understanding from what I read is there is no mandates on where these prisoners come from. They could be locals, or they could be from other countries. The other interesting factor that comes into play for this facility is all the laws change because it is located on an Indian reservation.
One thing is for sure Hardin is no longer Mayberry and I doubt Aunt Bee will be baking cookies for these guys.

OK…got it.
Although the H1N1 strain is more widespread than the seasonal flu, it has become a lot ‘milder’ than when it first hit back in the spring. Its duration is shorter than the seasonal flu, which can put you down for a few weeks.
The projections that H1N1 would combine (or BE combined) with H5N1 (Avian flu) has not occurred; that would definitely be a problem, as H5N1 is a particularly virulent strain.
The target group that’s affected is still the 5-18 year old crowd, maybe because that group hasn’t been exposed to a lot of flu strains in their short lifetimes.
Will keep monitoring this, but it’s good news!
I just checked the source on http://www.orlytaitzesq.com and there has been a script tag to redirect the site that affects primarily Vista machines using IE7.
It’s a hack a 5th grader could do. I would assume it’s a 5th grader doing it.

Seems like they are both real powerhouses. I gave up on Bill O’Reilly long ago. I find him particularly rude to many of his female contributors, including at times, Malkin. Yeah, your tax dollars at work for a potentially dangerous vaccine whose use will be too late.
You’re right-even with the ‘rush’ put on this vaccine by the manufacturers and the ‘super-rush’ by Washington, it’s too late. This strain, unlike the seasonal flu, likes *warm weather,* not the cold. The kids are already back in school and it’s still relatively warm so the peak should be within the next few weeks.
As of right now, JustMe, there are no state mandates to get this vaccine-it’s purely voluntary. The NY mandate is for healthcare workers only (which is horrible), but does not extend to the general population. Let’s hope it stays that way!

Paranoid ravings aside, you must understand that the only reason Bush placed “Gitmo” outside of the US was to avoid the possibility of prosecution for torturing prisoners. That’s the only reason it was located there. During World War 2, there were many POW camps within the US borders that housed German Soldiers, and even SS men. They were treated very humanely. Bush, as everyone knows, did not treat his prisoners humanely. If you think this was by necessity is your opinion. But the point is, Obama doesn’t believe in torturing these prisoners (opinion on that is not the point). Thus, it makes sense, for him, to move it inside the US. I think he’s going to war, but that’s a different subject.
The people of Hardin want this, have been begging for it. I wouldn’t want it in my town, but hey, it’s their town.

Just a quick note about the Hardin MT story. I have an inside source for this story. I am going to contact my source later tonight and ask a few questions. I was going to start with debunking the Steve Quale (sp?) warning crap. First it was a gate being constructed, now I see the quack sites saying a check point with H1N1 pamplets. Gun registrations. Etc… These assertions should be easily proven true or false by anyone with boots on the ground.

Work, chores, school, home work (Catholic school) term papers-grade school, tests to prepare for. I talked to someone on a conference call a few weeks ago from NJ and he told me that before a child in NJ can go to school, they must have a total of **58** vaccines!
This is beyond ridiculous.
If I were a parent in NJ, I’d pull each of my kids out of school. It comes down to either home schooling, or injecting the child with a who-knows-what’s-in-it vaccine. A no-brainer.
I smell a court case on the horizon in NJ-this is unconstitutional (but since when has that stopped them).
Still, they’ve ‘mandated’ vaccines for a certain population, but not for everyone in an entire state. Yet.

Florida has mandatory vaccinations, and most are probably unaware of the specific law allowing it.
I will totally REFUSE it. Some one else can be the lab rat until the safety of the vaccine is proven, even then i will REFUSE it, as most of the vaccines used in the past caused more harm in the recipients than helped.

It would appear that there is more than one problem with Dr. Taitz’ site…………I’m using Windows XP, and Mozilla Firefox…………when I go to her site, I get that red warning panel about her site being a “Reported Attack site”.. this panel is a product of Google….
The second problem I saw posted in earlier posts referred to her site sending you over to a Vista printing program and appeared to be associated with I.E. 7………
Pathetic that these simple minds can do no better than this, especially when things may come to a good conclusion next Monday with Dr. Taitz’ and Judge Carter…… in spite of, and not because of simple minds

Magna Carta-Obama is MAFIA to me. Mayor Daley-was a lot like your father if you were bad. He said something to the effect Nobody tells me how to run my city. He wasn’t kidding, I remember many times he did the “dawn to dusk curfew” thing, usually 3 days because the business community howled. Riots in Chicago never lasted more than three days, I think everybody just got tired. You can see from the video, they got very physical. This is not to be mixed up with the occasional brawls (fist-fights only) that occurred in bars. Is this a Chicago guy thing, or does it happen everywhere? If the guys got arrested most of the girls (wives, girl friends) left them in jail-peace reignth in the household and they behaved well for a couple of years.

Richard-this is interesting. Years ago here in Florida we had a lot of Chinese students here. We all live near FAU so all of us neighbors had a student with us. My guy was a doll. He was getting an MBA in International Business, something like that. Anyway he was also working at the time and he told me about some “deal” he said something about a guy at the World Bank who went dirty-something about deflating the value of Chinese businesses in China. Something in this “deal” he was telling me about and the dirty World Bank guy sounded very creepy to me. I said do not get involved with this it could get you into a lot of trouble. The Chinese people we had in the neighborhood all very lovely and educated by totally naive and innocent. I said please show this to the Jewish guys at work, they will explain it to you and you can trust them. I thought they could see more nuances than I could, the “deal” just creeped me out. What was so cute tho, is the Chinese guys can’t pronounce J’s in their language so they came out to be the Zooish guys. He listened and got as far away from that deal as he could.

Richard-where are you now? My neighbor and I are both bougainvilla freaks, I have every color except white (it didn’t make it) I cried. I have the best mango tree in my yard I give them away, can’t eat them too sweet for me.
If you come back to this area, prices much more reasonable now. They quit with the McMansion stuff. My brother and I went into Palm Beach, everything is so lovely there. Understated elegance and all very natural. West Palm Beach is trying very hard, Mayor Nancy Graham seemed to have gotten a good start, it was rockin and rollin until the melt down. I had to go to West Palm Beach at the court house-jury-still needed a lot of work.

I lived in Palm Beach and worked in both Del Ray and Boca on federal highway.
There is a restaurant in Palm Beach called “Bice” on Worth Ave, that has the largest bougainvillea I’ve ever seen, five inches in diameter, very tall, twenty to twenty five feet high, and dark reds, dark purples. Combine that with night blooming Jasmine and Honey Suckle, all making for one of the best places to have dinner on a cool evening on the back open air patio. Awesome ! Gourmet Italian, and the fragrances of Palm Beach all at the same time !
Of Course, don’t forget the Orange blossoms, the Grate fruit blossoms, and throw in some Oleander wafting through the air on a starry sky !

What bothers me the most about this entire Hardin thing (and no, I’m not talking about “The Sky is Falling” theatrics so not taking xanax ) is the secrecy. Friday they have stickers on vehicles- someone mentioned Serbian Coat-of-Arms, then they are off the next day. Very little information re: what they are about or who the head honcho is. And do you really believe that at this point in time APF really is an innocuous institution? All things that operate above board and in the light of day stand more of a chance of acceptance then flying below radar. And we have all learned especially from the so-called MSM not to trust everything we hear- especially the sound of “Don’t pay any attention to the man behind the curtain”. This is the time when WE NEED TO ASK QUESTIONS. TRUST AND VERIFY! Look at the results now when people didn’t ask during the election. I for one would not like to see a repeat. We must be viligant.

In December of 2017, Donald Trump made history by recognizing Jerusalem as the captial of Israel. Why is this big news? Because by this the Jewish people of Israel are now able to press forward in bringing about the Third Temple prophesied in the Bible.
The Jewish people deny Jesus as their Messiah and have stated that their Messiah has been identified and is waiting to be revealed. They say this man will rule the world under a one world religion called “spiritualism”.
They even printed a coin to raise money for the Temple with Donald Trumps face on the front and with king Cyrus'(who built the second Temple) behind him. On the back of the coin is an image of the third Temple.
The Bible says this false Messiah who seats himself in the Third Temple will be thee antichrist that will bring about the Great Tribulation, though the Jewish people believe he will bring about world peace. It will be a false peace for a period of time. You can watch interviews of Jewish Rabbi’s in Israel speaking of these things. They have their plans set in place. It is only years away!
More importantly, the power that runs the world wants to put a RFID microchip in our body making us total slaves to them. This chip matches perfectly with the Mark of the Beast in the Bible, more specifically Revelation 13:16-18:
He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
Referring to the last days, this could only be speaking of a cashless society, which we have yet to see, but are heading towards. Otherwise, we could still buy or sell without the mark amongst others if physical money was still currency. RFID microchip implant technology will be the future of a one world cashless society containing digital currency. It will be implanted in the right-hand or the forehead, and we cannot buy or sell without it! We must grow strong in Jesus. AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT TAKE IT!
Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-11).
People have been saying the end is coming for many years, but we need two key things. One, the Third Temple, and two, the technology for a cashless society to fulfill the prophecy of the Mark of the Beast.
