Harry Reid, Kick Harry Reid out of office, Nevada senator Reid, Sue Lowden, 2010 elections, NV US senator race, Reid liberal agenda

This is not the article I promised on Harry Reid but it is part of raising awareness on how to kick Harry Reid out of office.

Dear Fellow Conservative,
I’m running for the U.S. Senate in Nevada to kick liberal Democrat Harry Reid out of office once and for all. https://secure.donationreport.com/donate.html?key=AKPLUEZNZMUX

Harry Reid supports big government and all that comes with it – tax hikes, wasteful spending and government takeovers. If we retire him, we can bring the runaway liberalism in Washington to a screeching halt.

Will you follow this link today and make a generous contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to my campaign?

I don’t want our children or our grandchildren paying for Harry Reid’s spending spree, and I’m sure you’ll agree. It’s time to stop Harry Reid and his liberal allies, but I must have your support.

When news got out that I was entering the race, the respected non- partisan political analyst Charlie Cook moved this race from “Likely Democratic” and declared it a “Toss Up.” But while I’m already ahead in the polls by up to 10%, Harry Reid is still ahead of me in two ways.

For starters, I do not have your support – yet. And second, Harry Reid has stuffed $8.7 million into his campaign war chest and he’s twisting arms for more cash every day.

In the past Harry Reid has won by intimidating people, so this campaign will be an ugly fight. In fact, more than 383 days before the election, Harry Reid launched his television campaign, because he has the money, and he knows Nevadans know he is out of touch.

But I’m ready for this fight. I’m a strong conservative, successful business woman, a former state Senator who defeated the sitting state Senate Majority Leader, so I’ve been in all kinds of tough battles. But I do need your support.

That’s why I hope you’ll immediately make a contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to help me defeat Harry Reid!

Harry Reid has been in politics for more than 4 decades, and he is completely out of touch with Americans. In fact, he thinks that Washington houses all the intelligence, but we know that isn’t true!

Early polls show me ahead of Harry Reid, and I’m confident we can defeat him and send him into retirement. But I need you on my team from the beginning. Will you follow this link and make a generous contribution today?

Thank you in advance for you support. I know that together we can put Harry Reid into retirement.

Sincerely,

Sue Lowden

P.S. It’s time to retire Harry Reid’s liberal agenda and his love of spending taxpayers’ money. I’m ready to bring a conservative voice to the U.S. Senate, but first I need your support. Will you follow this link and make a contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to my campaign today?

Harry Reid and his cronies are trying to force a government option health care plan on the American public against our will.

Let’s help the good citizens of Nevada remove Harry Reid with his liberal agenda, disregard for the US Constitution and support for ACORN.

  5. In connection with Mario Apuzzo’s Kerchner v. Obama & Congress case, it would also seem that in addition, each and every member of Congress is personally liable (can be sued) for his or her own failure, or the same in conspiracy with other members, to perform what is a ministerial and constitutional duty, that is, to require and/or insist that Presidential electoral votes only be counted for candidates who are “natural born citizens” under Article II of the United States Constitution, the failure of which creates a cause of action for deprivation of claimants’ constitutional rights (as allowed under the Bivens case) against employees of the Federal Government, in this case, to a lawful President and Commander in Chief, and therefore, for deprivation of adequate continuation of the United States as a Constitutional Republic. The constitutionally tortious conduct is not subject to congressional immunity and would be the jettison of Article II of the Constitution by failure to stop and/or object to the counting of electoral votes for Barack H. Obama who has admitted that at the time of his birth his father was a Kenyan/British citizen and not a citizen of the United States of America.

Do any of you have any insights or opinions regarding Sue Lowden?
She appears to be the stronger NV Republican challenger to Harry Reid.

    http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections2/election_2010/election_2010_senate_elections/nevada/election_2010_nevada_senate_race

The first Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of the 2010 race shows Sue Lowden beating Reid by 10 percentage points, 50% to 40%. Lowden is chairwoman of the Nevada Republican Party and the preferred candidate of the Republican party establishment.

GOP hopeful Danny Tarkanian beats Reid by seven points, 50% to 43%. Tarkanian is a former basketball player for the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the son of a legendary college basketball coach.

Maybe between us we can come up with a questionaire for prospective Constituionalists Candidates that we can support if they meet or achieve a certain percenatge of our criteria in the questionaire. Maybe we can look into becoming Constitutionalist Christian Coalition PAC or such thing and make our donations to the PAC to have more clout and get The Consitutionalist Party off the ground…instead of us donating individually with little clout.

We need to Network and Organize in ways that will forward our agenda…..if ACORN Pimps can do it Constitutionalist should as well….

    What’s everyone think?

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 27% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13. That’s just a point above the lowest level ever recorded for this President. It’s also the sixth straight day in negative double digits, matching the longest such streak (see trends).

From Feel the Change Media-Obama admits he is a Muslim
In this video he sites many examples of Islamic
contributions to the World, but does not site anyone specific. My question is why did he run as a “Christian” when he was actually a Muslim? that is just not honest. It makes me wonder is he ashamed of being Muslim, or just trying to pull one over. I am going to have to look up examples of Muslim culture I really don’t know much about it, except they marry beautiful Hollywood movie stars, and unfortunately 9/11.

Reduce the amount of lawyers/lobbyists, lifetime Politicians, freeloaders, etc and we will give the government back to We The People.

Lets commit to at least not electing any more lawyers and voting out all the ones that are there.

  12. Linda has complete information on the reconciliation bill and how it can and can not be used. According to this, it can not be used on new programs. Also, Smart Girl Politics nails the eligibility question.

re: constitutional PAC sounds like an awesome idea! Is there one already in existence that we could champion or do we need to start a new one?

  15. Re JustMe, 9:27AM, I cannot stress this strongly enough. After listening to Phil Berg’s radio interview I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT THAT PHIL BERG IS WORKING FOR, WITH AND/OR IN SUPPORT OF TEAM OBAMA. No doubt whatsoever!

The interesting thing here is the lengths and trickery used by and on behalf of Team Obama — to realize that Phil Berg was a plant for Obama all along! (By listening to Phil, it would appear that Team Obama is getting desperate and knows that Orly is closing in on them.)

Orly Taitz & Mario Apuzzo are on the right track — go Orly! go Mario!

(now I’m wondering about Gary Kreep????)

  16. Portuguese, et al.
I have been thinking about starting a new org for about 2 years.
This would be an org of Americans of all ages and political parties.
It would not be a PAC, not bound by outside rules and influences.
Kind of like AARP without corruption and political ties.
An org that actually works for Americans.
With a democratic (higher sense of word) basis to allow member voting.
Obviously based on the US Constitution and rule of law.

  17. Jacqlyn Smith-Peter Francisco
Peter I like your idea of a PAC-instead of smatterings of good ideas all over the place it could be coalesced into one place-easier to follow, they could still be independent but a member of.
I would love to see people from every profession in Congress-and I would add Letter of the Law, Spirit of the Law, in hopes that nit-picking on the most minute details of each law would not be bogged down-if it ain’t broke don’t fix-health care modify the parts that don’t work, don’t demolish what works for the most part and put in over 1,000 pages of a bureaucratic nightmare.
Jacqlyn-when my fellow Chicagoans admit to themselves that they unleashed on the world a product of the most corrupt political system that exists in the world that lovely cesspool of corruption South Side of Chicago, you will see changes made. Obama and his minions all of them corrupt. Does he know any decent people, all immoral and amoral, no ethics whatsoever. I wondered why during the election cycle no members of the press went to South Side to see his community organizing skills at work, they would have seen the disaster area for what it is-a bottomless pit for the taxpayers money. All in Chicago know this, all-it always ends up in the politicians pockets. Some day Chicago will be free of corruption it is called institutional corruption there.

  18. Jack,

Who really knows what is real at this point. I try not to get caught up in any of it for that reason. I try to remain hopeful that something will happen with someone.

I enjoy Tarpley, but everytime Berg comes on I have to tune him out. He spends most of the time dogging Orly. I think he’s convinced Tarpley that he is the only one capable of getting anything done.

But, Tarpley ends up being the one having to coax Phil to get other people involved, to show up at rallies, offering to make contact with others for him, etc…Even during the big march on Washington, Tarpley was giving him advice on having a presence there – who to contact, etc…I thought that was odd.

The next week Phil would just make excuseswhy he didn’t go…that to me was very telling. And, of course, Phil always says at the end…”send money.”

Tarpley is definitely backing the birthers 100%, and gives Phil the opportunity to provide weekly updates. Too bad the others wouldn’t contact Tarpley and try to get on his show.

Are you planning to post any of Sue Louden’s past history, and perhaps a little about the company she keeps. I would hate to get my pump all primed then discover rhat I was getting all lathered up over a possible “closet”Pelosi type. One has been enough.

  20. http://www.theobamafile.com/ObamaLatest.htm
I think Obama followers have some real problems with truth and history. This is more on the level of fairy tales and not well written by fairy tale standards.
It cannot be denied that the world has entered a new golden era of economic and social justice. An era of peace led by and made possible by President Obama.
President Obama is the son of Kings and Queens who ruled over the greatest civilizations in human history. The world waited a long time for the arrival of Obama. We did not always know what his name would be or what he would look like but we knew a son of Africa would return to restore light to the world.
President Obama is of such character that always sees a task to it’s completion. He has an extraordinary spirit of inquiry such that he will always find the most wise course of action. He loathes greed and hate and he treasures truth and justice.
It is natural and is the destiny of historical truth that he leads us today.

We have no idea what’s going to be on it, but the Philly ACORN video drops tomorrow at 930am EST.
There’s a clue over at James O’Keefe’s Twitter account…saying something about “NPR and Philly”.
    Should be interesting.
We have not heard anything more about a Chicago video, but everyone here believes that would be the mother of all ACORN videos, since Chicago’s easily the most blatantly corrupt city in the country.
Remember, Dr. Utopia got his political start with ACORN in Chicago. It defies logic to believe there are no videos from the very belly of the ACORN corruption beast.

Bridgeport man to stay on ballot despite death

The name of Jerry A. Nicola will remain on Bridgeport’s Nov. 3 ballot as the Republican candidate for mayor despite his death on Sunday of cancer, Montgomery County Voter Services Director Joseph Passarella said yesterday.

The last day for withdrawing the name of a candidate was Sept. 17, the last day for naming a substitute was Sept. 21, and absentee ballots were sent out weeks ago, Passarella said. “We’ve already printed the ballots and programmed the machines – it’s too late in the game” for any change, he said.

Nicola, 71, had been mayor since 2002. The Democratic candidate is Thaddeus Pruskowski.

If Nicola gets more votes, the Borough Council will appoint a successor to serve until the next election, in two years. Until the new mayor takes office, Borough Council President Jack Kowal is serving as acting mayor. – Dan Hardy

I like the thought of a “Constitution” party coming into existence. I think that I remember such a party trying to get off the ground back in the 60s, or 70s. I remember they could not get any interest, They crashed ,and burned at the end of the runway. It is really tough getting a political party started. You need to have something really serious occur within a country which serves as a catalyst, and galvanising agent. We would need to get in contact with Rupert Murdoch, and see if he would be interested in sponsoring such a party. The Constitution party has a real nice ring. Speaking of ring the Liberty Bell could be the LOGO. How about that. With Murdoch on board we would automatically pickup about everything necessary to establish a political party. This party would be “Of the people, by the people, and for the people.”

Linda….I don’t know that much about her….I am supporting Bill Parson…..he is the Conservative and from a small town in Nevada….also an ex marine. I don’t want anymore politicians in DC….Tarkanian is from a long line of politicians…and his mother was on our school board here when I taught…..not my favorite….his father was the coach of the basketball team at UNLV and he is getting alot of support because of his father….not from me cause daddy was a crook and should have been prosecuted by the NCAA for many violations!!!

Pardon my candor but it is already sounding as though we might have a hassle getting background on Louden. Nevada GOP should be more than happy to provide the info. There are a lot of other potential sources.

  30. We absolutely must defeat Harry Reid.
    He has lots of money.
I will only support a candidate that has a chance to defeat Reid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After that is accomplished, then it is open for debate.

    JS,

Apparently, the Republican (Dede Scozzafava) that Doug Hoffman is running against is endorsed by Working Families Party (ACORN affiliate) and Daily Kos founder Moulitsas. She is in favor of “card check”, the stimulus, bank bailouts, etc. There is also concern that she might switch to the Democrat party (like Arlen Spector) if she faces a tough primary in next year’s general Congressional elections.

Hoffman is against bank bailouts, pork, ACORN, and more spending in Washington.

  32. @Portuguese Revolutionary War Hero – Peter Francisco //

Jumping headfirst with national third party candidates is only going to get you a lot more Obamas and his ilk.

A third party movement is a long slow process that must start from the bottom up. Local first, then national.

If you abandon the Republican in a national sense at this time, you are only dooming yourself to more of the current scene.

Remember Ross Perot ( a con man by the way who received an airport for his efforts in getting Bill Clinton elected with 43% of the vote.)

  33. PD, et al.
There is an exception to every rule.
If both Dem & Rep are skunks, then maybe.
In any case, the skunk that smells better must be elected.
Bottom line. Look what the Dem party has done.
