I am sick and tired of good, hard working Americans being insulted, being ignored, being attacked for questioning the eligibility of Barack Obama. People that are supposed to look after our best interest and the best interest of this country, are taking their cues from political agendas, lazily accepting status quo or being bought. This includes the Mainstream Media, State Election officials, US Congressmen, judges of all ranks and certainly the Obama camp of left wing socialists. Even the best of those in the media, such as Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck have either stayed away from this constitutional crisis issue or joined in belittling “birthers.”
Many of us are guessing why those on Fox are not covering this issue. The consensus, I believe, is that Fox Management has said no to covering this issue. Even if the people doing research for Fox were restrained or bought off, O’Reilly, Hannity and Beck are not stupid enough to not get it.
So, therefore, The Citizen Wells blog is going to do two things.
1. Each day, a fact sheet, truths and facts that are self evident about Obama’s eligibility including interviews with Sarah Obama, Barack’s Kenyan grandmother, facts about Obama’s birth and reports from media in the US and Africa. This will serve as an Internet Billboard and will be posted everyday until either someone in the MSM accurately reports on this or action is taken by a judge or elected official.
2. I am issuing a challange to Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly and others in the media to step up and do their jobs. I will answer any questions they may have, debate them and I challenge them to dispute the facts.
To my knowledge, the only person in the MSM who has covered Obama’s eligibilty issue to any extent is Lou Dobbs and he did this on CNN of all places. Mr. Dobbs consistently stated his no brainer question again recently on the O’Reilly show on Fox. Lou Dobbs on CNN earlier referred to the COLB presented by the Obama camp as a piece of paper referring to another piece of paper. He then simply stated why doesn’t Obama present an authentic birth certificate. We applaud you Mr. Dobbs. This is such a common sense basic question to ask yet few in the media have asked it.
The eligibilty issues surrounding Barack Obama have been extensively covered on this blog and many other sites. To not cover this on the mainstream media is certainly unprofessional, un American and I believe criminal.
I am challenging those in the media to do their jobs, to serve their customers, their fellow Americans and cover this crisis. You are being out scooped and many of you are going down the tubes fast. That is no surprise. I am also challenging those on Fox, the only TV network to seriously question Obama and his agenda. O’Reilly, Hannity and Beck, if you do not cover this story, it will eventually rise to the surface and you will be lumped together with the masses of biased, leftist, talking heads that pretend to do journalism and reporting.
I am personally challenging you. Anyone have the guts and integrity to take me and the American people on?

I have always thought of Thanksgiving as a day when all of our family converged upon the old place where they spent their childhoods. Today they are grown up, out in the world working, and some raising families of their own. When everybody is home it gets lovingly loud,and boisterous. We must never stop loving our families,and everyone about us. For only a few minutes from now,or a few days, or a few months we might be called home by God. It is especially pleasant for all senior members of a family to take up a cushioned rocker in front of the fireplace, and everyone reminisce about things, and events of long ago, while sipping a royal tea. It is especially nice when we can laugh at ourselves. Cherish all of this because you might live to see all of it forbidden by Islamic law.

If your duck shattered if dropped, my aunt’s turkey (after being overcooked for a few hours) would bounce. I dropped it one year, many years ago, and it did; once it hit the floor, it somehow bounced its way into the hallway.

Thanksgiving always makes me think of my childhood, my grandmother lived with us as my mom was her youngest. She was full of lifetime stories, born in 1901 and living through prohibiton and the great depression she would always tell us the happenings in her life. Her grandparents had been slaveholders and her parents lived in the reconstruction of the South. After the civil war when the slaves were freed, they were gone for a while but most returned scared and starving. There was no money because the confederate money was no good. The soldiers had taken any food they could find and anything of value, leaving most everything in Ga. burnt to the ground. These people had Great Faith, common sense, and ingenuity. The reason the area is called the Bible belt is because of the belief in God and His Word. They had some gold and silver buried and hid well and they had good health. My forefathers came from Lancashire Scotland in 1725 to Va. then on to Ga. in the land lottery. This is where I am to this day with my sons and my grandchildren. Another wonderful Thanksgiving to celebrate, my grandmother always used to say ‘It’s been a good life’ She died @ 102 yrs. in 2003. When I would ask her about the slaves, she told me they had to come here, because they would not have known about the Lord running around in the jungle. I am very chatty tonight I guess I am wound up. God bless you all!!

Three US Navy SEALs (Sea, Air, Land special operations) who captured a top terrorist in Iraq are being rewarded not with medals and commendations but with a court martial to answer criminal charges stemming from allegations that they assaulted their prisoner.
The three non-commissioned officers — Petty Officers Matthew McCabe, Julio Huertos and Jonathan Keefe — captured Ahmed Hashim Abed, who is alleged to have been responsible for ordering the murder and mutilation of four contract workers, two of whom were later hung from a bridge in Fallujah. The incident shocked Americans in 2004 and a special operations team was dispatched to capture the killers and their leader.
According to Fox News national security correspondent Catherine Herridge, the SEALs succeeded in capturing Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber.” Abed reportedly later told investigators he was punched by his captors causing his lip to bleed.
“The three suspects, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial,” according to Fox News Channel.
“Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers,” states the report.
Charges against the three SEALS include dereliction of duty, failure to safeguard a detainee, assault, and making false statements. The three SEALs will be arraigned separately on December 7. Another three SEALs — two officers and an enlisted sailor — have been identified by investigators as
witnesses but have not been charged, according to Fox News.
“All clear thinking Americans should be outraged. Is this how we treat our protectors? Is this justice?” asks a former NYPD detective and US Marine.
“Let me get this straight: we’re trying a guy — a foreign terrorist — who killed 3,000 people on September 11, 2001 in a civilian court, but we’re going to try three war heroes in a military court over a bloody lip?” adds political strategist Mike Barker.
The SEALs’ court martial is scheduled for sometime in January, 2010.
The four civilian workers murdered by Abed were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Abed’s terrorists then burned the bodies and dragged them through the city streets. Finally, they hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the world press to photograph.
SEALs are superbly trained in all environments, and are the master’s of maritime special operations. They are required to utilize a combination of specialized training, equipment, and tactics in completion of special-ops missions.
A tactical force with strategic impact, their training includes unconventional warfare, direct action, combating terrorism, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense, information warfare, security assistance, counter-drug operations, personnel recovery and hydrographic reconnaissance.
Although personnel comprise less than one percent of U.S. Navy personnel, they offer big dividends on a small investment. SEALs’ proven ability to operate across the spectrum of conflict and in operations other than war in a controlled manner, and their ability to provide tactical intelligence offers military and
political decision makers immediate and virtually unlimited options in the face of rapidly changing crises around the world.
The most important trait that distinguishes Navy SEALs from all other military forces is that SEALs are Maritime Special Forces, as they strike from and return to the sea. Their stealth and clandestine methods of operation allow them to conduct multiple missions against targets that larger forces cannot approach undetected.

I am not a climate change denier but a climate change science sceptic. I believe we have more to fear from The New World Order than from global warming.

Mario Puzzo’s, Kerchner case, is at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and scheduled to begin in January, we should draw as much attention as possible to this case and make the media aware of the importance of any decision they will make.

That is why there’s no statute defining a Natural Born Citizen, it’s “NATURAL” it’s a given, it’s obvious, it’s without alternative.
That is why ALL of the statutes which define Citizen OMIT the permutation required for Natural Born Citizen (jus soli jus sanguinis both parents).
That is why Article II differentiates Natural Born Citizen from mere Citizen by use of the word “OR”.
That is why Minor v. Happersett says the definition of Natural Born Citizen is not in the 14th amendment, which only defines Citizen.
That is why the term “Natural Born Citizen” is nowhere in the 14th amendment, or resulting statutes (US Code 1401).
That is why every permutation of citizen exists in the 14th amendment EXCEPT that for Natural Born Citizen (jus soli jus sanguinis both parents).
This is so obvious, but obotfuscation has served to make it complicated, when it’s not!!
Assume a point system for
Mother=US citizen=1 point
Father=US Citizen=1 point
Born in-country= 1 point
A Natural Born Citizen requires 3 points.
A “Born Citizen” (a made-up bot term to cloud the issue) is 1,2 or 3 points
A Naturalized Citizen is 0 points
Notice what they did, they started saying there’s only 2 types of citizens, “born citizens” and “naturalized citizens”, which is true however while NBC is a born citizen, not all born citizens are NBC.
They think they’re so clever, but they’re not.
Think about how closely this dovetails with the global warming scam.
The so called scientists wouldn’t share the data.
Sound familiar?
And then they belittle and ridicule anyone who challenges their “secret” results.
Surely anyone can see the similarities, can’t they?

The idea that Natural Born meant the combination of jus soli and jus sanguinis is absurd. Some countries were jus soli and some were just sanguninis, but no law in any country requires someone to be BOTH jus soli and jus sanguninis.
IF that were the case in Article II of the Constitution, it would have been so different from the normal meaning of Natural Born (which was simply “born in the country”) and so different from normal citizenship laws in the colonies and in foreign countries, that the writers of the Constitution would have spelled out the difference.
But they did not say that Natural Born mean anything different from the Natural Born subject and Natural Born citizen used in the common law, and the laws in the colonies and the early states, and the meaning of Natural Born at the time was simply “born in the country.”
