This is an open thread for January 4, 2009. I am sitting here writing this listening to Glenn Beck on Fox preparing for a scathing article about Glenn Beck insulting concerned Americans, the same Americans who have faithfully listened to his shows and built up his audience.
Glenn Beck, I believe this quote came from your newsletter:
“Just like the notorious ‘seminar callers’ Rush talks about, there is a new type of seminar caller out there trying to get on talk radio: the birther. Sure, there are plenty of idiots out there who actually think Barack Obama was not born in the United States and this is a way to get him impeached. But most reasonable people don’t believe that. It’s so ridiculous that it’s actually a good distraction for Obama, because it’s an easy win for him and distracts from the real issues. Is that why so many birthers seem to be on different talk shows lately?”
I sent several emails to you today and tried calling your radio show. Some of the commenters on this blog got through to your call screener and were ignored.
While I might agree that there are other priorities to focus on, insulting hard working, concerned Americans, Americans who believe that the US Constitution is still relevant and still the law of the land, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
As Bill Cosby said to his TV son, “I brought you into this world, I can take you out.” Your faithful listeners who you just insulted, can do the same.
Glenn Beck, I am well educated, well read and I have a strong background. I challenge you to pay attention and especially to
Apologize to the American People for your stupid, uninformed comments.
And unless you have an answer to the following question, shut the hell up.
Why has Obama employed a legion of private and Govt. attorneys to avoid
presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?

I challenge you to prove that I am an idiot by showing me, with incontrovertible, legal proof, where the man who calls himself Obama was born, and who his parents actually were. Nowhere in the radio show transcript did I see him address the NBC issue. He only talked about the birth certificate. obama, himself, admitted that his father was a British subject. The only British subjects or childre of them that were eligible to be President of the U.S. was the Founding Fathers. Is obama over 200 years old???

It was obvious all along that he never touched the issue of Barry’s birth certificate and whether Barry is a legitimate president. Why would he honestly approach the subject now?
I never trusted Glen because I see a laughing, mocking and insincere spirit that works through him. He is not who he wants people to believe he is.
I’m beginning to think that obama wasn’t born. Someone just found him being rolled around by a dung beetle and decided to raise him as a human. haha

…The film, based on a book by Iranian-French journalist Freidoune Sahebjam, tells the true story of the stoning death of a woman in a rural area of Iran in the mid-1980s.
…The film opens when an Iranian reporter (Jim Caviezel) based in France has car trouble as he passes through a quiet Iranian village. Sure, the mechanic can fix his car, but it will take a couple of hours. As he waits, he is approached by a haunted-looking woman, Zahra (Shohreh Aghdashloo, who was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in The House of Sand and Fog), who tells him she has a story she must tell him urgently. The men in the village order her to stay away from him, but she manages to meet with him and the story she tells is both horrifying and shocking.
Her niece, Soraya (Mozhan Marno), was murdered the day before by the men in her village. In their justice system, she was found guilty of adultery and was given the punishment: death by stoning. This would be awful enough, if it were true. But Zahra tells a far more complicated story. Soraya’s husband, Ali (Navid Negahban), wanted to divorce her and marry a 14-year-old girl (he gets the girl’s parents’ permission for the match because her father has been accused of a crime and Ali promises to get him out of jail). But Soraya must agree to a not-very-generous offer of support for her and her four children that Ali proposes and she refuses. The mullah (Ali Pourtash) comes to her, trying to bully her into taking it, and offers another incentive – she can become his mistress by a loophole called temporary marriage and he will help support her.
She is disgusted by this and tells off the cleric. Her enraged husband [Usurper] now has the support of the local religious authority [Congress], and they persuade [Glenn Beck] the mayor that she [America] must be found guilty of a crime. Since she is helping out the recently widowed local mechanic, the father of a disabled boy, they press the mechanic into confessing to an affair with her. He knows it is wrong – but they threaten to take away his son and place him in a poorly run state mental hospital.
Now the die is cast. No appeal is possible, and no one listens to her. The last third of the film is an excruciating account of the stoning. She [America] is buried up to the waist, and all the village boys [Glenn Beck] are enlisted to find stones that are big enough to hurt her but not so big that they will kill her quickly. Soraya’s father and her sons are encouraged, virtually ordered, to hurl some of the first stones. Of course, her husband [Usurper] is the most eager participant. The sequence takes about 20 minutes but it feels like hours, or days. Nowrasteh does not spare us an instant of Soraya’s agony.
“I wanted people to respond to it as powerful drama,” he said. “I wanted audiences to become aware of what stoning is. I don’t elongate the experience. Everything you see, including the circus troupe coming along during the stoning and then playing music as it goes on, is from the account in the book. All the men in the village really were cheering as they stoned her. My responsibility is to tell this story as honestly and truthfully as I can.”
What is most fascinating in the film are the details of how ordinary men [Glenn Beck] become complicit in the ghastly murder of a blameless woman [America] whom they have known their entire lives. “It’s very much about mob rule. The husband [Usurper] is ruthless, but the mayor [Glenn Beck] is conflicted… There is plenty of questioning going on, but there’s no moment when someone steps up and says, ‘We’re not going to do this.’”
…Zahra, the victim’s aunt, fights for her niece. “She’s passionate about seeking justice, but she doesn’t have power,” said the director. At one point, as the men in the village try to stop the journalist from leaving with a tape of his interview with Zahra about the killing, she taunts them, saying, “If everything was according to Islam, why are you worried that word will get out?”
… the issue of the grotesque human-rights abuses against women (and, often, against men accused of homosexuality), including and especially stoning, which, until 2002, was sanctioned by the country’s legal code and continues to this day according to many reports, has been conspicuously absent on screen.

Suffice it to say, Article II “natural born citizens” are those citizens who are “born in the country, of parents who are citizens.”
Hence, Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen” of the United States, even if he was born in Hawaii, as his father was a “foreigner”.
To reiterate, Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States. Therefore, Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen” of the United States, even if he was born in Hawaii. Thus, Obama is not Consitutionally qualified or “eligible to the office of President”.

When it became known that George Soros, a multi-billionaire Marxist, spent a ton of money to get him elected, people said it didn’t matter.
When he started appointing czars who are radicals, revolutionaries, and even avowed Marxist/Communist, people said it didn’t matter.
When he stood before the nation and told us that his intentions were to “fundamentally transform this nation” into something else, people said it didn’t matter.

When Obama played politics in Afghanistan by not sending our troops what field commanders said we needed to win, people said it didn’t matter.
When he started spending us into a debt that was so big we could not pay it off, people said it didn’t matter.
When he took a huge spending bill under the guise of stimulus and used it to pay off organizations, unions and individuals that got him elected, people said it didn’t matter.
When he took over insurance companies, car companies, banks and other financial institutions, people said it didn’t matter.
When he took away student loans from the banks and put it through the government, people said it didn’t matter.
When he designed plans to take over the health care system and put it under government control, people said it didn’t matter.
When he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United States through Cap and Trade, people said it didn’t matter.
When he finally completed his transformation of America into a Socialist State people finally woke up……… but it was too late.
Any one of these things, in and of themselves does not really matter. But when you add them up one by one you get a phenomenal score that points to the fact that our Obama is determined to make America over into a Marxist/Socialist society. All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have been put into place. All can be documented very easily. Before you disavow this do an internet search. The last paragraph alone is not yet cast in stone. You and I will write that paragraph.
Will it read as above or will it be a more happy ending for most of America? Personally, I like happy endings.
If you are an Obama supporter please do not be angry with me because I think your president is a socialist but there are too many facts supporting this.
If you seek the truth you will be richer for it.
Don’t just belittle the opposition.
Search for the truth. I did.
Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Constitutionalist, Libertarians and what have you, we all need to pull together. We all must pull together or watch the demise of a society that we all love and cherish.
If you are a religious person, pray for our nation.
Never before in the history of America have we been confronted with problems so huge that the very existence of our country is in jeopardy.
Don’t rely on most television news and what you read in the newspapers for the truth. Search the Internet.
Yes, there is a lot of bad information, lies and distortions there too but you are smart enough to spot the fallacies.
Newspapers are a dying breed. They are currently seeking a bailout from the government. Do you really think they are about to print the truth?
Obama praises all the television news networks except Fox who he has waged war against. There must be a reason… He does not call them down on any specifics, just a general battle against them. If they lie, he should call them out on it but he doesn’t.
Please find the truth. It will set you free.

UPDATE: Rasmussen is going to poll Massachusetts tonight, which would be the one and only poll done of the Brown-Coakley race.
We find the timing of this really odd.
Rasmussen had previously refused to poll the Massachusetts race. Then, over this weekend, Rasmussen released polls showing the largest public disconnect with Democrats in 7 years, and more dismal approval ratings for the White House. So, Liberals started attacking Rasmussen with a vengeance, and now Rasmussen suddenly wants to poll Massachusetts.
Why do we think Martha Coakley’s going to come out smelling like a rose in this? It sure would be an easy way for Rasmussen to make up with the Left.
The Republican Party should really be ashamed of itself with this race: they wasted $1 million on Dede Scazzawhatzit in the NY-23 Congressional race, but apparently have given Scott Brown nothing more than a box of peanut brittle and an old fruit cake to win his Senate race. This election is paramount because if Brown wins, Healthcare Rationing ends before it can begin and Democrats lose the 60th vote they need to enact all manner of craziness between now and November. And, yet, Republicans chose to do nothing to help Hottie McAwesome.
WE’VE done more for his candidacy and we don’t even live in Massachusetts, are DEMOCRATS, and are just amateur gay bloggers running a little blog here in Chicago.
It will be interesting to see what Rasmussen says about the race, but we don’t think the numbers will be right. If pressure is kept up for Brown and we all work together, we really believe we can land Hottie McAwesome into the Senate and stop the Healthcare Rationing.

Hey, guys: I listened to the Glenn Beck radio show this morning, and I thought he was not particularly fair to “birthers”. In fact, he was downright mean about the subject. I was quite offended by some of his comments, but then it dawned on me:
The founders of this nation fought with each other all the time. They agreed on very little, and some disliked each other enormously. However, they did pull togther when it mattered, and gave birth to the greatest nation on earth.
We can agree to disagree with Glenn, as long as we all share the same goal: taking back our country and restoring the Constitution as the law of the land.
Maybe Glenn is right in a way. The birth thing, as valid as it is, is going nowhere. Let’s get Obama on crimes that we can all agree on: healthcare, czars, etc. I say, the more the merrier. We will never win the battle if we spend all of our time bickering among ourselves, and licking hurt feelings.

That’s all the Constitution required of either body. HOWEVER, to get state election officials to print his name on the state ballots in some states, the law said, he had to be a NBC. (No corresponding law says, anyone has to check. Now, NP and other members of the D Corporation swore he is a NBC; but, when we ask on what documentary basis they determined BO’s status, they will not answer.
I am alleging, the failure to answer in this situation is tantamount to admitting either the D Corporation did not check on BO’s status before swearing to state election officials he was Constitutionally eligible; or, worse, they checked, and he is ineligible.
Stop trying to figure out how to get BO to prove he is eligible; he doesn’t have to. Besides, who cares what he has to say, anyway? I want to compel NP to tell us what SHE used to determine eligibility.
In TX, only Boyd Richie, the D state party Chair, signed and submitted to state election officials the Certification of BO’s nomination to get them to print BO’s name next to the D on the ballot. Just imagine if you will, for example, the AG from TX asks Mr. Richie, on what basis he swore BO was Constitutionally eligible for POTUS; and he says, ‘NP told me he was eligible.’
No one from the D Corporation who signed those Certifications; delivered those Certifications to state election officials; or defended BO in court cases has ever claimed to have based a good faith belief BO is a NBC, on the COLB he posed on FTS. No one.
When will people realize, this means, they know something we don’t know.

Why did the governor of Hawaii seal his birth record just before the election?
If the information was already released through FactCheck.org, then what was the problem? What was the issue?
For an administration that speaks of transparency, decisions based on evidence, this certainly is in contradiction to such statements.
It was bound to happen with Beck; reality tells us he was an alcoholic and certain behaviors are still not resolved (I worked as a counselor in addiction therapy for years)
This may end up being just a “wake up” call for Beck to check himself and his judgmental attitude/statements that can come through at times.

In an UGA classroom, they were discussing the qualifications to be President of the United States. It was pretty simple — the candidate must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age. However, one girl in the class immediately started in on how unfair was the requirement to be a natural born citizen.
In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president. The class was taking it in and letting her rant, but everyone’s jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating,
“What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country, than one born by C-section?”
Yep, these are the same 18-year-olds who just elected the new President of the United States.
If we, the sovereigns of the government we crated, cannot get our STATE officials to enforce existing laws then, it makes no difference whom we elect, the next time. We have already exposed our impotence; no one will ever listen to us again.
If you do not understand how the POTUS was elected; the role the major political parties played in this process; and the fact, the political parties are only corporations that perpetrated election fraud in order to participate in the public (read, government) function of voting/ballots then, read, study, and ask questions, until you do.

When you call and talk to the screener DON’T tell him you want to talk about The “Birther” issue. Listen to what the program is about and then make up something “cute” to talk about whatever the issue is. Then after you first talk about that say: My friend is a big birther and she said that Obama is not A Natural Born Citizen and I would like for you help me convince her that BO is NBC…can you please explain to me what qualifies soeone as Natural Born Citizen and others as country born citizens?
If he says he doesn’t know ask him to ask Judge Napolitano or bring on a retired Judge to quote cases and constituion of what NBC and born in country citizen is.

This is a followup to the Operation “Flood It” against Glenn Beck. Steve Cooper over at the Conservative Monster website had this to say. It seems Glenn is hiding his head in the sand. It is a shame. I like Glenn Beck but I don’t like a quitter or someone that is afraid to seek the truth.

Many thousands of people flooded Glenn Beck’s radio show today with calls, demanding to know why he is avoiding the Obama eligibility issue and the PENDING lawsuits that are currently being blacked out, by the entire media, FOX News included.
Glenn Beck used left wing tactics today against his audience. He bashed the movement as “birthers, giving Obama what he wants”, but there could be NOTHING further from the truth. The left are scared to death of this issue and rightfully so, they know that Obama is not eligible to be in office. Glenn is doing what Obama wants, by not reporting about the PENDING LAWSUITS.
I got flooded with e-mails that Beck’s call screener was angry that people were calling about this and he would just tell the caller “I will let him know” and then hang up in their face. There are over 20 people that told me the same happened to them. This same tactic was used against me twice already, Becks screener hung up in my face.
Beck let us know how he feels, HE ATTACKED US while his stooges laughed in the back. He helped the LEFT WING today…
These are the left wing tactics that Glenn used, I think he is hanging out with Bill O’ Reilly too much – He attacked and discredited the movement right away and then ignored it. NOT ONE of the callers were allowed to come on the air and voice their opinion or concern about this topic, which proves my point that there is a MEDIA BLACKOUT on this issue.
We all know Glenn is a patriot, BUT he is also participating in this news blackout. There are reports that Fox news was allegedly threatened with FCC intimidation if they reported this issue. Other networks were allegedly threatened as well, to keep this story OUT OF THE NEWS.

Listen to what the program is about and then make up something “cute” to talk about whatever the issue of the moment is. Then after you first talk about that say: “My friend is a big birther and she said that Obama is not A Natural Born Citizen and I would like for you help me convince her that BO is NBC…can you please explain to me what qualifies someone as Natural Born Citizen and others as country born citizens? What is the difference?
If he says he doesn’t know ask him to ask Judge Napolitano or bring on a retired Judge or Constitutional Lawyer or expert like Edwin Vieira. Phd. to quote cases and Constituion of what is the difference between NBC and a country born citizen.

Beck will hang up on you if you lie to the screener, much like Mark Levin does. There is also a delay from the time you speak until the time you are heard over the radio. I suspect they will dump anyone attempting to sneak by.
At this point, it doesn’t matter to me if they cover this issue or not. I believe that Obama’s presidency is going to have to play out. I do not believe that any effort to legally short circuit his presidency will succeed, because no one is going to stand up and enforce the constitution.
Whatever damage this man does to this country, those who failed to speak up when they could have will be complicit, and they should be made to account when that time comes.

Has anyone read or heard this story? I read it somewhere last year and did not pay a lot of attention to it at the time. The story said the “real” Barack Obama died in a plane crash, I believe in Indonesia somewhere, and Soetoro has assumed Obama’s identity. Anyone else heard this story?
Also, all of the high school photos I’ve seen of Obama are photoshopped. Obama’s head is placed on photos of someone else in those yearbook photos. I wonder if anybody has a high school yearbook with the original photos in it.
Maybe the Nordyke twins saved a yearbook. I believe they were in the same class Obama claims to have been in. I would be interested in seeing the original photos in the yearbook and it would tough for Obama to explain how his face was transplanted to those yearbook photos.

I went out to get interest in a Neighborhood Watch program and signed up 20 houses out of 21. They want to be involved!!! As Block Captain I am in a good position to share lots of information with my neighbors, as well as giving us a voice in our community.
Go to the PTA, attend council meetings in your city. MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD in your communities and in your states. The states need to be shored up to stand against the federal monstrosity.
If O’Reilly or Beck or whoever isn’t saying what you need to hear, TURN THEM OFF. Look up something online, educate yourself and go out armed with information.

It has been my repeated experience to discover that nearly every person I have inter acted with in commerce and socially have no idea that Obama is being challenged in American courts and elsewhere to produce his legal records to prove he is eligible to be our president. In fact in a recent AOL survey 67% of the people believe Obama is qualified under the Constitution to be president.
The really big lesson we learned since Obama’s campaign is that main stream and Fox media are definitely suppressing vital information needed by the American public in order to make the right voting and other survival decisions. Those of us fortunate enough to be connected to the inter net are able to research and get vital news facts that a large percentage of the American public does not. We need to become a beacon of truth and facts for the benefit of our country.
It is vital to the restoration of America that the facts regarding the history and actions of this current government be revealed to a far larger number of the American public than to just we the inter net members. There will be minimum to no restoration of America until at least 70% of America’s population agrees it is necessary to restore America now, by challenging the legitimacy of the current government; the integrity of congress and Senate and ethics of the judicial system.
It is obvious we need to begin our own information net work to get facts to all of America. We need our own news paper—with or without advertisers. We need our own system of distribution. We need our own TV news network. Obviously, it will take time, money, and experienced, ethical people in these various media to get it started and keep it running. There is no time to wait for it to happen. We need it last year—during the 2008 campaign. So how do we do it with what we have got? Let us each become anonymous underground publishers and distributors of this information in our daily life.
What if each and every blogger, poster, and website owner printed just one factual article relating to any one of the law suits—past or present challenging Obama to produce his sealed records and left copies wherever he/she goes—doctor’s office, super market, restaurants, hardware stores, back of the church, gym, and so on.
Put one simple head line on it. Suggestions to name the paper:

There are 300,000,000+ Americans who must learn truth from the sophistry heaped upon America, today. If there are at least 100,000 bloggers who start publishing one article a week and print only 100 and leave them wherever they go, that will reach 1,000,000. That 1,000,000 reach 2,000,000 and soon it will catch on.
There are many sources to find these articles—Orly Taitz has published all her filed briefs. Mario Puzzo, Phil Berg, Leo Donofrio, and other also have filed briefs in the courts—all of those are available to the public. I worked with some CIA agents overseas and they were pretty good and sure liked the USA. I don’t know what has happened to them. The Agency sure seems like it has turned it’s back on us. However, I do believe that he cares.

1. Find a very well written article about the challenge of Obama’s eligibility you think sums up the issue best,
2. Ask permission of the writer or web site to print it Most of them would be glad to give you permission as it would help drive traffic to their web sites.
3. You could use an actual court filed document—that is public record and it gives absolute authenticity and can be easily validated because of the court filing numbers on it
4. Print it and make 100 or more copies—depending on you time, money, & energy
5. Take them with you everywhere you go, leave whatever number of copies at each place
You can choose to do this anonymously—like an under ground newspaper. You could decide to leave contact information. You could develop the newsletter into an opportunity to sell ads or you could simply just continue to get out the message. Any way you choose, the most important action is to continue brining the information the media refuses to publish and let anyone and every one know the TRUTH AND FACTS.

Many people I’ve talked to never heard anything in the mainstream media about the 40 lawsuits against Obama trying to get him to reveal his birth certificate and other documents. The American press is either incompetent or coerced, or both. We, the People will have to do their job since the main stream media won’t. My only suggestion is keep the articles short. Three or four paragraphs, max. One page only. Otherwise, most people will not read it. Include a link to website like the Obama file http://www.theobamafile.com/
Imagine the possibilities. Leave copies among the magazines at barber shops and beauty salons, doctors’ waiting rooms, on the subway seat or right next to the barf bag in an airplane.

I saw that scar when Barry was campaigning. It’s on a U-Tube. The scar is on the right side of his head. It is oval shape. I see hits of it at times. The reason why it caught my eye is because my son has the same shape scar and it is from a subdormal hymatoma (sorry spelling wrong) I think it is covered up with makeup.

Glen Beck claims to have a large group of people that do research for the show. If we can find a way to work directly with Beck’s research group maybe we can educate them properly.
Obama and his minions have apparently worked very hard to convince Becks research group that “birthers”are wrong in their thinking.
I have argued with obots at the Right Side of Life and they put up what looks like a sound argument, but the “key” to obots is their idiotic definition of natural born citizen. Obots are adulterating the definition by claiming all that is needed to be NBC is to be born on American soil, even if both of your parents are foreigners. This definition is bogus, we know, but if obots say it over and over long enough they can muddy the waters and the truth becomes a blur. We must find a way to steer Beck’s research group in the right direction so they can see the evidence we have seen concerning Obama’s ineligibility.
