For some time, I have wondered about the staff of assistants and researchers for people such as Glenn Beck. For some reason early on, Glenn Beck avoided Obama’s eligibility. There were various theories floating around about Fox putting pressure on it’s show hosts to not touch the issue. Of course the Orwellian efforts of the Obama camp to form public opinion about where Obama was born, evidence supplied and rewriting the Constitution on Natural born citizen, could have swayed Beck for a while. I wondered many times about the motivation of Beck’s so called researchers.
Yesterday the Citizen Wells blog presented the following after Glenn Beck made some non factual statements about Obama’s eligibilty, embraced the far left demeaning definition of “birthers” and insulted millions of concerned Americans.

Both candidates get better than 70% of the vote from members of their respective parties, but Brown leads 65% to 21% among voters not affiliated with either of the major parties. In Massachusetts, however, Democrats vastly outnumber Republicans and it is very difficult for the GOP to compete except in special circumstances. Eight percent (8%) of Democrats remain undecided while just 3% of Republicans are in that category.
Most of Scott’s support is in the unaffiliated, that could carry it, plus he came on the scene so fast most of us never heard of him. Just a tad more and he’s there.

While I am not taking issue with the accusations against Glenn Beck for now, I will come out and simply ask: WHYWOULD BECK PUT OUT PROGRAMMING THAT IS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO EVERYTHING THAT HE STANDS FOR? In addition there is probably one hell of a lot that they have uncovered that his producer will not allow because it contradicts standing limitations placed upon Beck relating to what info can be disseminated, and that that the producer feels cannot be. I would be looking at his internet copy vs that which is put out over FOX. If his internet copy is also restrictive then it would seem that there would be an argument about his willingness to provide the true facts. I for one have not received his internet newsletter. Perhaps it is time that I began to. I am only saying that before we shoot the messenger we take a look at the underlying facts.

Regarding the search for certain information relating to the forfeiture of Michelle’s law liscensure.
In Indiana we have a division of the state Supreme Court that is referred to as the Disiplinary Commission. All such cases that involve lawyer MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD, ANTI TRUST, perpetrated by a duly liscensed attorney is often handled by the disciplinary commission. It is my belief that Illinois would poseess a similar body. It would probably be worth researching. If there is a database that can be accessed by the public then your foot is in the door. This body would have records, and documents pertinent to the forfeiture of her law liscense.

I once facetiously said that the 2 party system comprised of the CIA and the CIA. I believe that the real parties are made up of the Elitists and the Folks. Now if we can get all the good folks from both parties to come together into a Constitutional Party they will never stop us. I read somewhere Scott already filed ethics violations re: election. Something re: SEIU now I can’t remember where I saw it. For the Republicans I think they should have paperwork ready before going in and ready to file as soon as they detect any infractions of the law.

Republican Senate hopeful Scott Brown has filed a complaint with the State Ethics Commission after a report that a union backing rival (Communist) Martha Coakley used state resources to urge workers to volunteer for Coakley’s campaign.
The report by FOX25 said the Service Employees International Union used state computers and e-mail addresses to direct state employees to volunteer for Coakley, the Democratic (Communist) state attorney general.
Coakley’s campaign referred questions to the attorney general’s office. A spokeswoman said the attorney general’s office has received the letter from Brown’s attorney and will review it before commenting.
The SEIU did not immediately return a call for comment.
The special election is Jan. 19.
We will forgive the becks and the oreillys, et al, but when this is all brought to light, we need to give our business, (listening time, viewing time, and ad dollars) to spokespeople that put forth our views.
If they are not only going to ignore us, but even try to foil us, we definitely need to keep that in mind when we make economic decisions.
To compare people who wonder why obama’s birth certificate is top secret with people who think the US gov’t was behind 9-11 is over the top. I’m not saying that beck specifically made that comparison, but others like ann coulter have and they need to feel the economic consequences of peeing on their own base.
It’d be funny if it wasn’t so sad. I just heard Beck’s close of today’s radio show, promoting today’s TV show. He actually said, and I quote, “We’ve never treated our audience like idiots.”
I guess “referring” to his audience as idiots isn’t the same as “treating” them as idiots.

I have been wondering whether or not the executive order that Obama signed into law on the first day of his fraudulent presidency could be the reason why all of the lawsuits are being dismissed.

Notice Of Intent To Disclose Presidential Records
When the Archivist provides notice to the incumbent and former Presidents of his intent to disclose Presidential records pursuant to section 1270.46 of the NARA regulations, the Archivist, using any guidelines provided by the incumbent and former Presidents, shall identify any specific materials, the disclosure of which he believes may raise a substantial question of executive privilege.”
Now for all of you who commented on our previous articles that we were no more than right-wing nut jobs, that this thing about Obama’s birth certificate was a non-issue, and those of you who tried to shift the focus of the stories, doesn’t this strike you as just a little odd?
That the first order of business Obama took care of on day one of his Presidency was to sign off on an Executive Order that states that only the records he chooses to be made public will be released?
This is the subject that was at the absolute top of his agenda?
If this isn’t proof that Obama is hiding something, I don’t know what is.
I’m not a lawyer so I can’t answer the following question. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is there anyone who has the authority to overturn an executive order? Or do we just have to wait for the next election?
I was disappointed and shocked to hear Glenn Beck disparage people who are questioning Obama’s eligibility. He could have just disagreed that it was a “legitimate” issue. Why did he go so far as to mock those who are questioning a person who has sealed his bona fide documents and followed up with an executive order to keep them sealed? Isn’t that highly suspicious and secretive to do by someone who supposedly has nothing to hide?
Perhaps Beck was trying to get attention for the issue – using a negative way to achieve such an end? Was he being sarcastic the whole time?
If he never mentions all of the angry emails that he is most likely getting from former fans of his, then we must conclude that either he believes the issue is a joke or he is being forced to keep quiet about it.
I recall that O’Reilly brought it up on his show – only to label the idea “ridiculous.”
I wonder. Is this issue only going to get out to more people via any T.V. plus radio pundits (except for Limbaugh and Savage who aren’t under any T.V. network contract) ONLY through mocking the issue? Is that the strategy now? Hmmm…I wonder.

Linda all I can say is I hate corruption, it is corrosive like acid. I’m glad Scott and his people are on the ball and looking for corruption and acting upon the information.
I hate to use this example again but Tiger Woods is still on the news down here in Florida. He protrayed an image of a nice guy, family man etc. but underneath was a totally corrupt person, in complicity with business people, the media etc. They quit reporting after 14 or 18 girlfriends-ceased to be shocking I guess. But he was doing this for at least 10 years, anyone can do the math. It cracks me up that the fool was done in by a bunch of catty, mean, vindictive girl friends. “All that glisters is not gold”.

While I in no way defend Glenn Beck, I feel that I should only ask if he is being taken “OUT OF CONTEXT”. He often uses cliche expressions to highlight a point. Sometimes he spends more time on the cliche than the point, and it is easy to see why he would be taken out of context. Again I don’t defend any remarks that he might make that implies his viewers are birther morons. You need to listen to what is being said. Then ask yourself if this agrees with his show content or does it disagree with the content. It is logical to assume that since the show produces his income, that he would not do, or say anything that would contradict his show content. This could eventually lead to zero viewers, and not long thereafter, zero income from FOX. For now I tend to think that all of this hype is being pumped out by those who HATE HIS GUTS………FOR WHATEVER REASON. Until I no longer see the contradictory information being spread around will I rethink my position. I simply think that documented truth should prevail. If Glenn is indeed insulting his viewers, then we do have a channel selector on our tv sets, as well as a ON_OFF switch which will drive our point home with the people who watch ratings. As a result HE WILL get our message…….loud,and clear.

Tiger had the talent, conditioning, and control to achieve unsurpassed success and yet, he had no control over his private life. Makes no sense to me…guess money can’t buy you love or whatever else it was he was looking to accomplish.
As far as Scott is concerned, NY23 might have taught him/his supporters some lessons in how the Dems manipulate the vote. I am also concerned about the lack of support Scott is getting from the RNC.
While I feel energized by the 2010 Elections, I worry about the fraudulent practices uncovered in MN, NY, and all around the country for that matter. If the integrity of the vote can so easily be compromised, what hope do we have of ridding our government of the “unwanted?”

I would respectfully disagree with you. Correct me if I am mistaken, but you are making far too many assumptions here that do in fact lead to theories, which can never be proven or disproven. The main argument and complaint from the American public should be why the Media, those responsible to assist is continuously aiding and abetting politicians, rather than conducting journalist investigation?
Regardless of the excuses, they are not standing on the side of interest for the American people and public. For that matter, the entire falsities on Bush alleged AWOL all began with a single letter from a single unknown person making an acquisition, which in turn launched 14 media journalist investigations, 156 Freedom of information requests and countless demands from citizens to their respective politicians for investigations, which they obliged. Without a doubt, many legal questions have arisen pertaining to Obama, however, it is displaced as misinformation, lunatics, racists, and many other distractions. Beck is following the same.
Terminu – you have something there. The BC issue is clouding the real, already-out-in-the-open crime (IMO). It’s the Constitutionality of whether or not a dual, British-born citizen could also be considered a United States of America natural born citizen!

I totally agree that he is hiding something big! But if the courts won’t allow any of the lawsuits to see the light of day in a courtroom, what are WE THE PEOPLE to do??
I thought that the GM dealer owners lawsuit might work. The subject of the BC isn’t the only thing being discussed, but it could come out in court preceedings.
A writer at WND once wrote that Obama’s history is “wild.” Does that mean he knows the truth but claims to want to “allow Obama to reveal it himself?” When I read that, I thought that Obama’s father was probably someone other than Obama SR. (like maybe Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X). But why would Obama spend 1.5 million dollars to hide that he was born a bastard child? In such a case he would be considered a “natural born citizen,” but why all the secrecy?
No. It is more logical that Obama SR. is his bio father and the Dems pulled a fast one over on the American people. By the time most realized it, it was way too late.

Yes Don – I know. That is what is so desperately disturbing about it all. How far our nation has drifted from the groundwork (and the protections against enemies foreign and domestic) that was created and written in our Charters of Freedom by our brilliant Founders is so very heartbreaking to witness.

The NBC requirement in the constitution is a national security measure–to prevent the invasion of the WH and the take over of our armed forces. We have been taken over, in the coup of 2008. IMHO, Glenn Beck is no different than the shills on the left. All the while, he was baiting us with what we wanted to hear and yet, the minute someone mentions ineligibility or BC he cannot be bothered. He doesn’t practice what he preaches, either!

IMHO, it is all a distraction from what is really going on…how many “behind the door” actions have to take place while we are grappling with a potential loss of personal liberty through a Health Care mandate we do not want?
Are we all just a bunch of saps who listen until we hear something we want to hear? These guys are paid big bucks to cater to the masses and tell them what they want to hear. All of the stations are owned by foreign entities or money mongers who now control what we see and hear.
Why do we have to go to the foreign press to find out what is going on in our own country?
What has happened to our freedom to think and do as we please? Has Congress taken that away already through their massive spending legislation? All those e-mails and phone calls…did that stop them? No. They ignored us!
Sure…we can attempt to vote them out, but do they look worried? Maybe not, if they get their forced voter registration plan in place or their plan for immigration reform. They know how to “cheat” the system. That is how the Fraud stole the election and usurped the Presidency!

The reason the birth certificate issue is important is because it’s the only one, imo, that would result in barry being ceremoniously kicked out of office.
We know that the dual citizen issue disqualifies him, but the people of this country don’t seem to give a rats behind about it. Trying to get a court to rule in our favor has about as much chance as getting a court to rule properly on the interstate commerce clause or the general welfare clause. Which is to say, none.
And that’s why the birth cert issue is important. The people of this country do still care about fraud and if we can ever get those vital records, i think there’s a good chance we’ll find something explosive. These politically minded judges will have little choice but to take action, (or at least let actions go forward!)
So it’s great to make waves about the dual citizen issue and make note of it for all posterity, but if we really want him out of office, we need those vital records. He’s not gone to the lengths he’s gone to just to “misdirect”. And the hawaii doh wouldn’t be putting their butts on the line if there wasn’t something they knew was fishy as hell in those documents, too.

I just wish people wouldn’t get all upset over something which they do not hold in their own hands either. Rather, get off the “certificate” that is out of reach, and emphasize the very words of the man himself – esp. when wishing to convince someone in the media who uses only hard evidence given through words recorded or viewed on YouTube or other such convincing means. Don’t blame the messenger for not having the tools of backup to speak convincingly that we don’t have ourselves. Beck, on his blackboard or in his piles of paper evidence, needs “the beef”. Sometimes people of good will and honesty themselves blame others they place hope in for what they haven’t been able to establish concretely themselves.
If Beck doesn’t go off on the NBC question, could it just be that there is a combination of no hard evidence to demonstrate to the public, combined with no defining precedent established as to the exact definition – admitted to by D’onofrio and others themselves?
Don’t like being called names here either, but pushing for what isn’t out there to be gripped solidly does sometimes become annoying to others who are, admittedly, contributing some other good things to the cause!!
More education is needed and pushing O’s own admittance to other citizenship might be a better approach to move the matter beyond the “birther” soundbite for protection from embarrassment.

The question that keeps nagging at me is why was Lou Dobbs willing to break with the pact?
Has Lou been heard from recently on this issue? I know he has made appearances on O’Reilly. Would it be worthwhile to contact him and ask about the apparent cartel of non-coverage?
Actually, we need a movement. Fox thinks they are on the top of the world because people watch them. We need a movement to boycott Fox. When they lose their ratings like CNN and MSNBC have, they may pay attention to us. My Response: Who said I “Resent” a theory? I specifically stated that “Theory’s” can never be proven or disproven, which is true. A quick example; life exists on other galaxies outside of the Milky Way! That is a theory, it cannot be proven simply as there is not enough evidence/data to support it, thus it remains a “Theory” and can never move into the hypothesis stages , null or alternate. The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said shortly after noon that a swab of the substance, initially reported simply as hazardous material, came back positive for TNT and TATP.
Sheriff Donny Youngblood said the explosive substances were found on the inside of the bag and on the outside of five Gatorade bottles filled with what appeared to be honey. The contents of the bottles had yet to be tested, Youngblood said.
The owner of the luggage was detained, though it was unknown if he would be arrested. Youngblood said that man, 31-year-old Francisco Ramirez, of Milwaukee, was heading home after visiting his sister in Kern County since Dec. 23. Ramirez is also an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, according to Youngblood.
The sheriff’s office was unable to say how much TNT and TATP was found in the luggage, which was being removed from the airport. Crime lab technicians from Los Angeles were coming to Bakersfield to conduct further tests.

Glen Beck made a great big issue about all the research his staff does to make certain they get the facts right and tell the truth on his programm yesterday. In the spirit of giving the benefit of the doubt—let us say Beck truly believes Obama is legitimate. What harm to his belief or that of Fox news if Beck used his large staff of researchers to report the following facts which also lead to truth:
1. Obama has sealed all his records from the birth certificate to school records to his pass post. Why?
2. Except for his word—what proof does America have that Obama is who he says he is?
3. Our constitution demands three items to be qualified for the American presidency. Has Obama met them and proven so?
4. By Obama’s own admission, his father was born in Kenya and therefore a British citizen? Would this not be a fact to justify the challenge of Obama’s qualifications?
5. What do the public law suits by Leo Donofrio, Mario Arpuzzo, Philip Berg, Dr. Taitz, and others?
6. What about all the money Obama spent in defense of these suits and where does the money come from?
7. What about all those judges who dismissed the cases on “standing” and not merit?
8. Why does Obama refuse to release his documents and settle the argument once and for all?
Any or all of the above points would make an hour long program. He wouldn’t have to agree with them, but he could objectively present the reasons and facts why they have filed these suits. He could also take the time to acknowledge and commend those precious American patriots who love America enough to challenge this.
Glen and Fox News persistent refusal to even discuss the subject make me very suspicious they are complicit in the cover up. Therefore have betrayed America as flagrantly as Obama and goons.
If –after all is said and done—it proves Obama is legitimate—the problem will be resolved and America can go forward to challenge other issues.

If the facts surrounding Beck’s rhetoric are true then he has a dilemma. It seemed like everyone on CW was watching his show, and reiterating their agreement with him. South, It’s been so long since I’ve watched any newsnetworks, even FOX, and I’m not planning to any time soon. This whole Beck episode only confirms my resolve. In fact, I’m thinking about just cutting my cable completely since I know FOX gets some sort of extra fee for my buying cable. I know cuz it costs extra to have them.
There’s nothing I can’t find on the internet without supporting the commies. I will never again listen to Beck. As long as Rush doesn’t start outright bashing “birthers”, I will listen…but as soon as anyone crosses that line, I’m done. I respect their right not to talk for whatever reason, but what glen said about my dear fellow patriots and the ferver at which he said it, has crossed the line for me.

As far as I know – and I listen almost everyday, Rush has never bashed the birthers – although I hate that label.
(I am pretty sure Rush told a joke a few months ago, something about God having a birth certificate.)
Admittedly, Rush has not covered it in any depth – but the fact that he mentions it at all is significant, considering how many are not. Could it be that Rush is his own boss?
Exploring the reasons for non-reporting is a very interesting angle. I hate to be cynical, but could the simple explanation be (and the simplest avenue is usually correct) that the conservative pundits are better off with Obama there, than not?
WE – many if not most of us – believe Obama is ineligible. Should that be proven – and it only is a matter of time – he will be removed. Perhaps a single conservative voice does not want to be The One that brings Obama down?
A very smart person – my late father – always told me at times like this, to follow the money. That’s where you will find the answer.

I was really hoping that the American Grand Jury panels in the states would have gotten a judge to indict Obama. But we have been disappointed over and over again. Why is the power of the WE THE PEOPLE Grand Jury method being suppressed in this way? What will it take to make it work for us?

I would respectfully disagree with you. Correct me if I am mistaken, but you are making far too many assumptions here that do in fact lead to theories, which can never be proven or disproven.
The main argument and complaint from the American public should be why the Media, those responsible to assist is continuously aiding and abetting politicians, rather than conducting journalist investigation?

Beck’s statements about birthers doesn’t compute. He’s been at this for long enough to realize that birthers come in all stripes and colors. His statement to paint a birther as being ONLY a Kenya birth proponent seems ludicrous.
I am a birther — but I don’t believe that Obama was born in Kenya. All I’m saying is that Beck’s statements don’t compute for someone who’s researched the subject as thoroughly as he has. To me, there’s something missing in the report.

BHO signed an executive order on the 21st of Jan 2009 and just one day prior he was served by Orly Taitz to show his records and defend his eligibility. The timing suggests he takes Orly Taitz’s legal actions seriously. Taitz may or may not be the attorney to take down BHO and his illegitimate claim to the title of president, but he will be removed from office unless he voluntarily leaves before his removal.
Instead of asking “where’s the birth certificate” maybe we should ask “who’s yo daddy?” because this is the only relevant aspect of eligibility. He was not born to two American citizens, thus voiding any possibility of ever being a Natural born citizen. The most he can claim, if born in the U.S., is native born citizen. His triple allegiances – Kenya, Britain, and U.S. make it impossible to qualify for POTUS. To be POTUS, one can only have a single allegiance, that is to the U.S.
