Forget Obama, not a chance.
As reported on this and other websites, Obama has long time close associations to crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois. One of Obama’s longest and closest ties is to Tony Rezko, who of course has strong ties to Rod Blagojevich. On December 16, 2008, the Citizen Wells blog reported the following fallout from one of the Obama and Rezko real estate transactions.
“Since arresting Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald has renewed interest in convicted fundraiser Tony Rezko’s part in the purchase of Barack Obama’s Chicago mansion, according to a former real estate analyst who says he was interviewed by the federal prosecutor in the past 10 days.
Kenneth J. Conner told WND he was interviewed by investigators from Fitzgerald’s office regarding the purchase of the Obama mansion and the adjacent vacant lot that Rezko’s wife, Rita, purchased simultaneously. As WND reported last week, Connor filed a civil complaint in October with the Illinois Circuit Court in Cook County alleging he was fired by Mutual Bank of Harvey, Ill., because he objected to land appraisals submitted on behalf of the Rezkos and the Obamas, with the complicity of the bank.
Connor previously confirmed to WND that he told the FBI, months ago, when he initially was fired, that the bank and the Rezkos were engaged in “fraud, bribes or kickbacks, use whatever term you want,” to benefit the Obamas.
Connor said his lawyer, Glenn R. Gaffney, also has been interviewed by the FBI about the Rezko-Obama deal within the past 10 days.”

Spindled is a Illinois courts term for the process of filing a motion, and filing the notice that the motion will be presented to the court for a hearing. The term derives from Cook County, Illinois, in which the court clerk had the practice of attaching the motion and notice papers o the clerk’s file with a needle, or “spindle.”
I have spoken to Kenneth J Conner on several occasions and will continue to monitor the lawsuit.
Many of us have wondered about Patrick Fitzgerald since he took the assignment from the Obama Administration. I must tell you that this continues to stink.

Interesting CW and I agree, it continues to stink. I wonder why the FBI is interviewing the attorney rather than interviewing Obama’s involvement?
On another note, I also find the story pertaining to Obama’s aunt equally interesting. She apparently will be filing (again) for asylum. People who seek asylum must show that they face persecution in their homeland on the basis of religion, race, nationality, political opinion or membership in a social group.
One would think with her and Obama’s blood relative ruling Kenya she would not have any asylum claims. Does anyone know HOW she entered into the U.S.A. in 2000?

Scott Baker and Liz Stephans from the B-Cast interviewed Dr. John C. Drew today. Drew said he tried to get his story out during the 2008 election. He says he was a Marxist himself in college and was until 1984. He knew Obama at Occidental College and went out to dinner and argued politics with the young Marxist Barack Obama. Drew says Obama was a Marxist-Leninist and believed in redistribution of wealth. He was deceiving the public during the election because he was 100% in agreement with his Marxist pals and professors. Drew still believes that Obama is a socialist.

Urging passage a legislative bill similar to Arizona HB 2441 – Requiring documents that prove that the candidate is a natural born citizen for Presidential elections.
Dear Sir or Madam:
The reason I am writing today is to urge passage a legislative bill similar to Arizona HB 2441, which is currently awaiting a hearing before the Arizona House Judiciary Committee. Given that Article, Section 1 of the Constitution has be severely weakened this past year when not one Secretary of State required proof from any candidate to would establish he or she were a natural born citizen.
My fear is that if one or two states do not pass legislation requiring those who supervise elections to scrutinize the eligibility of candidates in 2012, we might as well cut Article II, Section 1 from our Constitution. This provision continues to be needed today. It helps to ensure that whoever is chosen to lead our military and county will not have divided loyalties.
I urge you to read and consider the following article that I wrote recently. Thank you for all of your work. America needs state legislators who will not cede more and more power to Washington D.C.

Obama Making Plans to Use Executive Power
With much of his legislative agenda stalled in Congress, President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities.
Mr. Obama has not given up hope of progress on Capitol Hill, aides said, and has scheduled a session with Republican leaders on health care later this month. But in the aftermath of a special election in Massachusetts that cost Democrats unilateral control of the Senate, the White House is getting ready to act on its own in the face of partisan gridlock heading into the midterm campaign.
“We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues,” said Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff.

Thank you for this update…I was wondering what happened to Mr. Conner.
When I first learned about the loss of his job and this lawsuit, I was concerned for his safety.
I wonder…is Mr. Conner asking to be re-instated in his job? Do you or anyone else think the defendants believe this lawsuit is not important enough to warrant a response? Is there a time frame wherein a response is required or does it depend upon how many cases need to be heard before this one?
This morning I read an article about the obnoxious security measures they have taken to protect the property…the neighbors are not complaining because it has cut the crime rate in that neighborhood measurably. However, the SS personnel may be lonelier than the Maytag Repairman…lol

I commented a couple days ago about McCain’s NBC status, and wanted to thank those who responded, and reply back. I didn’t mean to hit and run but had something urgent come up.
Don in California – Very good point about military not being required to take their families on deployment. I had not considered that before, but will have to factor that in and rethink this. Thank you.
TJ – Thank you also. And I agree, we do have to respect the document as it stands. I thought the Constitution did address military as “agents of govt” but I need to read it thru again, and rethink this.
Katie – Ummm, I did happen to notice that…. But this isn’t just about McCain; this is about all our troops, past present and future. Including my father, brother, uncles, nephews and several friends. I care about our troops, and protecting their rights. What rights our troops can and cannot pass on to their offspring is not predicated on my opinion of McCain (nor yours).
