Why has Obama employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans
I was asked to research this by a patriot friend, someone who has served their country for many years. I could not refuse.
I like Glenn Beck. I wish that he would practice what he preaches. I diligently have tried to practice what I preach and have avoided criticizing those taking a different approach to the Obama eligibility question. I want Glenn to shut his mouth for a moment and listen. Glenn, if you are listening or reading. I will be glad to meet with you. In private if you wish.
Glenn Beck, if you had simply chosen to avoid the Obama eligibility questions it would have been cowardly, irresponsible journalism and an affront to the US Constitution. But when you opened your ill informed mouth and attacked concerned Americans, repeatedly, for asking questions and exercising their First Amendment rights, you crossed way over the line.

When Glenn Beck openly and deliberately insulted the American people asking questions about Obama’s eligibility under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, after months of telling people its all about defending our constitution and speaking truth to power, he exposed himself as a hypocrite and his ratings have dropped accordingly. 90% of the people in his 9-12 Project are constitutionalists or as the left calls them, birthers. For Beck to adopt the Alinksy tactics of the far left and to use them on his own followers was disgraceful. And his ratings are now showing it.
Beck knows the issue is not just where Obama may or may not have been born. Beck knows that Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen and thus Obama can NEVER be a “natural born Citizen” of the USA to “constitutional standards”. He knows it because I have sent him many essays on the issue including suggested reading such as reading “The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law” and the four U.S. Supreme Court cases which document what a true “natural born Citizen” is to “constitutional standards”. And Obama is NOT one.

Nice job, CW. I used to love GB, but cannot stomach watching him anymore. It is clear that he is the “controlled opposition”. He calls himself an entertainer, but I don’t find him entertaining anymore, and since he is masquerading as a journalist, he should hold himself to journalistic standards. Mostly he should hold himself to his own standards and stop being a hypocrite. I wish he would see the light, but right now he has bitten the hand that feeds him, and I am glad to see it has hurt his ratings.

Look everyone, we have a right to question our president, which we really don’t have one now, do we? I get tired of their crap in saying that we are the idiots. Even if BO is an NBC, evidence has been put forth otherwise to say it’s not so. Looks like a normal person would say, well, heck, you know, I have to prove it to them that I’m an NBC.
No such thing from BO. He spends millions to fight this, so something is up. Either he’s not an NBC or it’s something extremely embarrassing, which it would figure out to be better to come out with it and let the pieces fall where they may. A child can’t help how they’re born or who their parents are. That’s a fact. Maybe if he is an NBC, then it’s something embarrassing, but regardless, Americans do have understanding in such issues and compassion. He should allow it to come out. He’s only hurting himself more by not allowing it. This is my opinion.

CW, How about posting Glen Becks email address here, and then at a given time, everyone email Glen with the same message… “Glen call Mr Wells”, maybe if he gets hundreds or thousands of emails sent with that message, all at once, it might get his attention and maybe he’ll call.
He really needs to call you, Beck can’t bury his head in the sand forever. He needs to be questioned about what he believes natural born citizen means, and how Obama fits that definition.

Beck thinks he is being patriotic. He thinks the best way to deal with the Obama problem is to oppose his policies and otherwise ride it out until election time. The “natural born” issue would bring up a host of issues the country is not prepared to face. This includes the role of the CIA, national security and the possibility of civil unrest were this thing to go to court.
And if it did go to court, Obama’s case would rest on the 14th Amendment, that all citizens are equal, natural born or otherwise. (Obama’s website during the election said he was qualified to be President based on the 14th Amendment. So that, obviously, is his rationale. His team of lawyers will be working from that angle if it goes to court.)
Technically, McCain was not born on American soil, though both his parents were American citizens. So that is another can of worms.
Both McCain’s service in the Navy and Obama’s service in the CIA, demonstrate their patriotism in the minds of political insiders like Beck, O’Reilly and the rest of the Fox crew. The birther question is a moot point to them. The main problem is Conservative Republican versus Liberal Democrat, such as taxes, health care, the role of big government, etc.
They will continue to dismiss the birther issue as not in the best interests of the country.

Like Obama, Chester Arthur’s father was a British subject when he was born. Obama would undoubtedly use this historical precedence to support his case if it goes to court.

I don’t think there is any doubt that CW is having an impact on the reduction in ratings. While I enjoy opposition to the administration’s policies, I almost feel like FOX intentionally wants this administration to remain in power to keep ratings high. To do that their mission is to squash birthers as a fringe group and to purposely use the term birther instead of constitutionalist. The reality is we aren’t a fringe group. Just how many of us are there? We’ll only know if we keep boycotting FOX. No media outlet or poll will ever measure just how many of us there are. I guarantee on the other hand if Lou Dobbs stepped in for just one day, ratings would skyrocket. Never watch MSNBC and only return to FOX if they call Mr. Wells. Otherwise you’ll just see the same bashing of the adminstration everynight for ratings. It gets old when you know they could put pressure on to get at the facts surrounding Obama. I feel the same frustration felt when the media didn’t put any pressure on Clinton to tell the truth about Monica. Anyone else would have been fired and put in jail for lieing under oath and Obama plays the same card as Clinton..ignore and deflect.

To make my position clear: I do NOT believe the 14th Amendment qualifies Obama President. I do NOT believe he is a natural born citizen. I believe Obama is wrong to assume he is qualified and wrong to manipulate the system based on his work for the CIA.
I also believe it was wrong for President Bush to allow for this development, for Dick Cheney as President of the Senate to allow for Obama’s confirmation without opening the floor for objections. I totally support CDR Kerchner’s lawsuit.
I believe, however, that there are many misguided people, like Beck, who think they are being patriotic to put down us “birthers.” They do this because the CIA gets a “pass” by people who are grateful for the “dirty work” that the CIA is called upon to do. But things get out of hand this way.
I am a retired Army Noncom who worked in the Intel field. The CIA tried to recruit me at one point. It was easy for me to see from the very beginning, once I knew Obama had worked for BIC and how he traveled about, that he worked for the CIA. I’m glad Rev. Manning has the inside information on this now.
I also fear that Obama may be in danger of “transference.” That happens to Intel personnel who work so closely in target nations. They begin to identify with our opponents and their loyalty “transfers” to the other side.
Has this happened to Obama? We are putting our young men and women in uniform in jeopardy by the fact that this question even has to be asked.
The Founders wanted to mitigate the problem of possible “transference” by the natural born requirement. They did not want a “citizen of the world” to become President. If you read their discussions in Madison’s notes, you will see this expression used in a derrogatory sense, implying a lack of loyalty.

My personal view is that no long form Hawaiian COLB exists,only the CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH EXISTS. This is because Soetoro,s grandmother probably registered him as having been born in Hawaii, but because there was no hospital long form forwarded to the Hawaii Board of Health there was never a long form CERTIFICATE of LIVE BIRTH issued. If he is ever brought up on charges of ineligibility I believe that any court would override the lockdown XO, and ORDER Hawaii to either produce his long form or face being jailed on CONTEMPT OF COURT charges,which given the magnitude of the action could cost the State of Hawaii a very dear sum. Here is something that I think will ultimately be cited when he runs again for a second term.(if he does at all) I think that he will tell the American people that he was never successfully brought to court by anyone,nor did Congress move to impeach him, therefore they already passed judgement on him,by allowing him to remain in office. Therefore his peers do not believe that he is ineligible,and there is no valid case against him. I think that this could be seen as PRECEDENT. It would carry significance in a KANGAROO court only. All Federal Court judges have shown us that this is the sort of courts that they run. They MAKE,and APPLY all of the laws that are utilised against the plaintiffs. So far there has been no Constitutional laws applied to any of the lawsuit cases.Only procedural laws so far have been used.

There was a second Oathe of Office administered to Soetoro behind CLOSED doors. I don’t know about you but I have never stopped wondering what the specific language was that Roberts used. Only Roberts ,Soetoro,and Soetoro’s wife know. I am inclined to think that there might not have even been a second swear in and the visit was turned into a social visit while the public was told that it was a second swear in. If this sort of crap occurred,Roberts could face treason charges as well.
I have yet to determine who botched the administration of the Oathe of Office. Was it Roberts, or was it Soetoro when he repeated it. I tend to think that it was in the administration as such. That could be looked upon as a deliberate design to get the whole thing moved behind closed doors. This could be interpreted to mean that if the oathe was deliberately botched, and there must have been a reason for Roberts to have done this. I personally think that he DIDN’T want any VISUAL,or audio record of the closed door.visit because he he didn’t really intend to swear him in again. At least not with the real oathe of office. Or,within this notion there is another possibility; this is that he was sworn in with his hand upon the Kouran instead of a Bible. The Bible is more of a tradition than a requirement, so there’s no law that says it must be used. Presidents along the way have used a Bible to be sworn in, as that’s what the tradition has been.
Something, however, still bothers me about the re-do of the oath, and has since it was administered.
Perhaps Roberts knew he was swearing in a usurper and botched it the first time on purpose? What was said (or whispered) the second time around? We already know that Barky has SCOTUS in his hip pocket, along with some smack, maybe?

And the Supreme Court justices had all the information on BO well before he was sworn in. Donofrio and Wrotnowski’s cases were airtight and they wouldn’t proceed with oral arguments. But all the evidence was there so there is a higher order controlling these people. I think Roberts was nervous administering the oath or he would never have botched it.
I’ve called SCOTUS and gotten the roodabuse treatment, nonanswers, b.s., runaround. They all know they’ve perpetrated treason on Americans. They SHOULD be nervous!

No country can have a foundation built on lies, the foundation of our country is the Constitution. If the Constitution is followed there is no need for civil unrest. When Nixon resigned there was a collective sigh of relief “the long national nightmare is over”-same thing here neither Nixon nor Obama acted alone, those who are co-conspirators they made their decision-let the law determine their outcome. Everyone could have said No, this is wrong along the way.
Once beck and oreilly made their decision to trash birthers, i really don’t think there’s much chance of them turning around. They’ve invested too much in calling us nuts. They can’t change now. Too big a blow to their ego. In fact, their next move, if there is one, is more than likely to double down on their position.

When we Constitutionalists support Article 2, Section1 or question any part of it we are supporting the Constitution in it’s entirety. If there are parts that WE THE PEOPLE want to change/modify etc. we have a remedy-Amend the Constitution. Obama did not do this, when Arnold (Austria) was asked why he didn’t run for potus he always said Amend the Constitution. Arnold understands Article 2, Section 1.
Glenn Beck and others who use the put-down word “birthers” don’t realize free speech is part of the Constitution, by their reckoning they should lose free speech, since if Article 2, section 1 does not stand, neither should their free speech. What other parts of the Constitution would they like to get rid of?

Michelle, When you fudge with one part of the Constitution, then all the other parts are up for grabs. Notice when Blech and Company started ridiculing POTUS requirements in the Constitution, there tolerance for free speech also went out the window. It saddens me because in the past I’ve always seen Conservatives as more the protectors of free speech because of all the PC speech rules we’ve gotten from the left.
I still see it this way for the most part, but also cannot ignore what has happened to so called “Conservative” warriors when willing to ignore one part of the Constitution. Ignoring POTUS requirements makes it easier to ignore free speech. Just look at Glenn Blech and Redstate. It’s a sad sad day in this regard.

Michelle, thanks for the Texas Darlin heads up. Great blog from the moderate Democrat point of view during the 2008 election.
As for the political unrest that is feared, it would have to do with the race issue.
Remember, the original Constitution allowed for slavery. The 14th Amendment dealt with the issue of citizenship after the slaves were freed. It tends towards all “citizens are equals.”
Obama would use the 14th Amendment in his defense if the issue went eventually went to court. It would be a long and drawn out process. In the meantime many blacks might begin to see this as a race issue, which could lead to serious civil unrest. The question of the 14th Amendment and whether or not it destroys the “natural born” clause will be tied in with issue of slavery and race.
Also, the fact that Obama risked his life serving with the CIA will be used to support his patriotism. What he did is classified and the CIA doesn’t want this to become public knowledge.
Furthermore, Obama’s British connection is a “plus” from a CIA standpoint, not a disqualification.
The violation of the natural born clause is considered minor by the anti-birthers compared to the possible damage done to the country in pressing this point.

Everyone was NOT on the same page because they believed he was born here or was qualified; everyone was on the same page or ELSE!
Would also explain his SMUG attitude during the primary, the general election, and well afterward…he was convinced no one could touch him! Latest development in US District court in the District of Columbia

Mr. Obama has responded today. I have to say that they didn’t drag their feet and responded within 10 days since the Application was posted on the docket. The pleadings are signed by 3 US attorneys: Ronald Machen, Rudolph Contreras and Alan Burch.
As expected, they filed an opposition to the application for preliminary injunction and motion to dismiss.
There are 7 exhibits and a total of 94 pages. I am in my office now and I am actually seeing patients. I will be having dinner with my family and I will take a red eye to FL, as I am speaking in Daytona, at the Volusia county freedom fair. I will read all the pleadings and exhibits at night, on the planes. I will submit my reply and other necessary papers in due time.
I appreciate everybody’s support. I should have written the names of the people, who help me, but I am really swamped, I will do it later.

The earthquake occurred at a tectonic plate boundary between the Nazca and South American plate; this is an active region that has produced many large quakes in the past (magnitude 7.0 or greater).
There have been many large-magnitude aftershocks already, and that will continue for days.
And a tsunami warning has been issued for Hawaii-the first waves will arrive later on today. Here’s the statement from the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Hawaii:

The Democrats will keep a working majority under this Obama plan in 2010, and when this is built to fruition in 2012, he will have a landslide majority.
I fully believe that is why ACORN is being left to close it’s doors as Obama has abandoned the black vote and is channeling money into union crony vote systems to directly mass vote Mexicans in the way Democrats mass vote the Indian reservation vote, which is burgeoning now with Mexicans moving onto federal reservations.
In this, this is why someone like Byron Dorgan is not running for re election, because North Dakota, Bayh in Indiana and Dodd in Connecticut do not have Mexican populations in mass to steal the 2010 elections.
Sen. Dorgan is the cleverest of all in lining his pockets with John McCain now hedging his bets in attempting to FDA regulate vitamins and spices, which will give industry control over food products and plush jobs for Mr. Dorgan and Mr. McCain to settle into as Tom Daschle type lobbyists.
This is what is behind all of this Democrat suicide voting. It is not suicide at all, but a well thought out and literally treasonous plan against these United States.
I hope people will comprehend this as once black voters, Democrats and Obamalings figure out they are about to be replaced by Mr. Obama with illegals, it should provide the movement to the right to actually save America, and hopefully a platform that when a Conservative majority inhabits Congress enough pressure will be brought to indict numbers of these usurpers and seditionists.

I’m getting better; I went to the Chiropractor yesterday…have some good news and some bad news. Good News is I will heal without surgery and/or adjustment. Bad News? It will take twelve weeks! My daughter also went through some problems with her birds…she, too, lost a beloved pet; she is working it out, though.

Earthquake magnitude is based on a logarithmic scale; the whole numbers are pretty easy to calculate, but the ones in between are more difficult. My fuzzy, rusty math put Chile at 800X the strength of Haiti.
This was a ‘shallow focus’ quake, 35 km. below the surface; the closer they strike to the surface, the more damage is done. ‘Deep focus’ quakes are 80 km. and below, so this one really had the potential to do a massive amount of damage, and it has.
Hawaii should be feeling the impact of any tsunami somewhere around 6:00PM EST.

Yes, I did read about your experience! Now, this is not to say that you’d have a rat as a pet; my idea was to have you not be petrified of them!
I think that getting the image of the horrible Norway rat out of your head and the domestic, sweet rat in is the way to go :). I have the same issue with spiders, but do try to observe them in my garden in the summer. Industrious little creatures!
Now, I’ll never bring one into the house, but I think I can live with them munching on pests in my garden. The same for you and the rats. Each time you’re in the pet store, perhaps you can mosey on over and watch them…maybe talk to them. They’re just looking for a good home, too!

Mr. Wells, thank you for posting the malware virus attack correspondence I sent to you about The T-Room on Thursday morning. It was a miserable experience.
Once we learned the site was compromised, we immediately put it into maintenance mode to prevent the virus from spreading and sent the warning message you graciously posted.
We ran scans on Thursday and Friday on everything including the server and narrowed the culprit down to one of the advertisers. We disengaged the advertising plugin and will be signing up with Google this week.
This is certainly not the manner in which we hoped to launch The T-Room, but after years of experience watching other bloggers deal with similar issues, we chose the route we did to ensure minimal infection.
We’re back up so come on over and visit us for awhile. Let us know what you think.

What part of the Constitution will he not obey next? His background is total fiction, no one believes a word he says, for obvious reasons. Just got in and it appears as though Hawaii has dodged a *huge* bullet! Prayers answered…
Don’t know what the broadcaster meant by that comment however, we have all the bells and whistles these days to measure depth, magnitude, focus, and radius of damage. I’m sure with today’s technology, the ‘best guesses’ in the past can be completely fine-tuned today.
So, it’s possible that quakes in the past can be reevaluated using the latest technology; I wouldn’t doubt that’s what they did. No matter, though, an earthquake of that magnitude will level pretty much everything in its general vicinity.
Chile has been devastated…

I know there’s a new post, so I hope you see this.
Times were given for Hawaii Standard Time, and the first waves were due to hit at 11:17AM, HST; that’d be 4:17PM EST.
Looks like the waves came in pretty close to the time projected; they were moving across the Pacific at 500 MPH!
There seems to be little damage, but it’s not over until the Tsunami Warning Center gives the ‘all clear.’

Ya, PD, it depends on how you do the math-it’s a logarithmic scale, so it can be tricky. I calculated 80oX stronger, give or take.
Ocean waves do move at those speeds because there’s really nothing to stop them in fact, you could look at the open ocean and you wouldn’t even see a tsunami wave because the water is so deep; it’s when it nears land and the wave ‘feels bottom’ that the water starts to pile up.
Most people think of tsunamis as a 50-foot wall of water heading to the shore, but it’s not like that. It’s measured relative to sea level and if you just think of it as a ‘push’ of water, that’s mostly what it is.
If you’re ever at a beach and ‘sea level’ on the horizon appears to be over your head, don’t walk. Run!

Who’s next? Good question! For years, Dr. Lucy Jones and her team at CalTech have been working on some sort of warning system but ya know, if you had, let’s say, 48 hours notice that an 8.2 would hit in the L.A. area, what the heck would you do? Evacuate? Good luck with that with how many millions of people?
Hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, blizzards…sure, a warning system is a great idea but what the heck would you do for an earthquake? That presents a different set of circumstances with millions of people over a large area!
Glenn Beck’s ratings don’t deserve the lofty status they presently have as the guy is an out-and-out liar and phony – much like our IslamoCommunist-In-Chief.
Actually, Obama’s whole life seems to be nothing but a work of fiction. The man has never shown himself to be Constitutionally eligible to hold the office he now occupies.
