“I rarely watch the Bill O’Reilly show on Fox because I’m not a fan of Mr. O’Reilly’s interview style. However, I received an email saying that Megyn Kelly would be looking into the allegations of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin concerning Obama’s eligibility. Ms. Kelly’s involvement tweaked my curiosity. Because of the tremendous amount of courage and commitment to principle that’s embodied in Lt. Col. Lakin’s refusal to obey orders he believes to be ‘unlawful’, I tuned in last week to see if fairness and objectivity in reporting could possibly emerge out of the morass of misinformation currently dominating the mainstream media.
Being aware that Bill O’Reilly has been consistently (mis) representing the ‘natural born citizen’ issue as merely a ‘citizenship’ issue and portraying everyone involved as a misguided group of nutcases, so I didn’t harbor any expectations that he would experience an ‘ah hah’ moment. (Mr. O’Reilly relies on the existence of birth announcements placed in local newspapers to prove his case but fails to mention that the birth announcements were most likely placed by the state, not Obama’s family.) However, I did have hopes that Megyn Kelly, an attorney, would at least frame the issue correctly. Once again, my hopes were misplaced.
I realize O’Reilly and Megyn Kelly are not journalists – they’re commentators/entertainers. And, the ‘natural born citizen’ issue and those attempting to peer behind the curtain have been effectively and maliciously recast by mainstream media misreporting and omission as something meriting ridicule, it’s not surprising to watch entertainers like O’Relly and Beck join in the piling on of the media herd. It’s sort of like a case of school bullying. Sometimes – once something or someone is portrayed as being a certain way, those with knowledge that could slow or reverse the momentum of attack fail to stand up. For whatever reason – they want to belong to the click, aren’t willing to risk criticism, want to keep a low profile, or they want to be popular (or at least not unpopular), etc. They fail to stand up and injustice continues.
I expect this of kids but not of national media figures or news organizations. Even though FOX does lead in the race towards Fair and Balanced reporting among the mainstream media, they have consistently failed regarding the ‘natural born citizen’ issue. In for a penny – in for a pound, I suppose.
I mention Glenn Beck only because of late he’s hammering away on a quote from Gandhi.
In any event, O’Reilly and Ms. Kelly portrayed Lt. Col. Lakin’s refusal to obey Obama’s orders as a mere attempt to attract attention to the issue. Ms. Kelly gave no information or opinion about the ongoing controversies regarding the definition of the term ‘natural born citizen’.
This is the issue. The issue that the media (including FOX) have been intentionally ignoring and misreporting is the abundance of legal opinion indicating that in order to be a ‘natural born citizen’ both of your parents must also have been U.S. citizens at the time of your birth. Regardless of where Obama was born, he fails to meet this part of the test to be a ‘natural born citizen’.”
““Use truth as your anvil…” Isn’t this the truth the media should be focusing on? Why won’t Obama release his long form birth certificate, college records, bar application, passport information, etc., etc., etc.? Weighed against the interest of soldiers in theater risking life and limb following ‘orders’ that could be ‘unlawful’ – doesn’t Obama’s small privacy concern pale in comparison? Weighed against the possibility that a Lt. Col. with 18 years of service is risking his career and liberty – doesn’t Obama’s small privacy concern pale in comparison?

Stefan Cook and many other members of the military have been questioning the eligibility of Obama to serve as Commander In Chief and jeapadizing their own military careers. Is it reasonable to believe that they would not take such drastice actions without real concern over Obama’s eligibility. How do these military lives and careers weigh in the balance when compared to merely releasing documents that every other Presidential candidate has voluntarily released?

But I did notice that Megyn Kelly said that if Lakin trully questions obama’s eligibility, he is going about it the wrong way. Was she suggesting that there is a better way. She also mentioned the other lawsuits & that Lakin did not use the same ones. So she has researched this & I believe she is not convinced either & can’t say it. Anyone who has looked into the eligibility issue (and isn’t a moron) would have to question it. At least the matter is beginning to get some exposure, even if it isn’t fair & balanced.

I posted to you a news article from Fox news. That article talked about a library fine for George Washington, that was 220 years old.
The importance of the article, and the fine, is that it mentioned which books were overdue. The key to understanding the Natural Born Citizen issue is to understand what the Founding Fathers felt that it meant. Once we understand what the context of Natural Born Citizen, as it was placed into the Constitution, then we will all be able to judge for ourselves.
John Jay wrote George Washington, before the Constitution was finished, that it would be prudent to ensure that the CIC was a Natural Born Citizen. The debate now centers on how that was defined. The dems, have stated that it meant someone born on us soil. Others, have claimed it was intended as a higher level than just citizenship and refer to British Common Law. Others have pointed to Vattel and a book called the Law of Nations, period correct, for an understanding.
George Washington, our founding father, just reached out from a grave of over 200 years to attempt to save this republic. How? He never turned in a book that he checked out as POTUS, and now we know which definition he and John Jay were discussing. You see, a book that President George Washington NEVER returned was Vattel’s- Law of Nations.
This my friend is how I define a sign from heaven, George Washington just reached out across centuries to say that Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen (two citizen parents born on Native Soil). Time for the SCOTUS to listen.

I’m not sure the Army is going to do anything to LTC Larkin . It’s going on 4 weeks now since he refused orders.
The Army took his Pentagon pass, computer, ban him from seeing patients as a doctor, and reassigned him to some non-existant job (just show up).
Being retired ex-military myself, I know before the Army takes the first step to discipline someone, they usually know and are ready to swiftly push for final action against that individual.
There is no evidence the Army will ever court-martial LTC Larkin. The Army who is taking their march orders from ZERO is willing to let this die a slow death without taking any action against LTC Larkin, other than try to discredit him in their government controlled media.
One day hopefully, we will know what LTC Larking’s duties have been after he was relieved from his duties at the Pentagon. I only hope his assignment wasn’t degrading or lower in status than his rank would call for.
That stunt by O’Riely and Kelly was staged by ZERO’s administration to discredit LTC Larkin. I don’t think it worked.
The only thing coming out of that charade was Megyan Kelly lost a lot of her loyal viewing audience, including me. It also told America FOX is not fair, nor is it balanced.
This poorly staged infomercial has proven beyond doubt obama has no birth certificate which will pass a court test otherwise Kelly (being a lawyer) would have argued some valid point.
O’Riley was pete, and Kelly was repetor. Same tired story. Same bogus certification of birth, same birth announcements (bogus) in HI newspaper.
We must keep the LTC Larkin story alive by continuing to push for obama’s birth certificate.
Off Topic, but the teachers’ union is really ticked off at our new Gov. (Christie). He’s doing the very unpopular, but necessary things. The school called me yesterday to remind me to vote tomorrow on the budget. They really shouldn’t have done that. NO MORE TAXES!!! If they don’t like their budget not getting passed, they should complain to the fraud for taxing us to death.

No; this is a sign that Pete, who sent this tripe to my blog and was roundly rebuked by another reader, is more interested in hearing the sound of his own inner voices than in searching for real truth, and facts.
No definition is better than any other, whether well-founded in historical documents or emanating from within one’s head, is better than any other. All definitions are garbage except the one that comes from the pen of a Justice on the federal appellate court.
The alternative is to buy into the definition that comes from inside Pete’s head.

Isn’t it about time for congress to have an investigation into the Constitutionality of Obama’s presidency? This is, like Phillip Berg said, “a Constitutional crisis” and for these representatives to bury their heads in the sand is just plain treason against the Constitution. The whole system is broken, the media is worthless and won,t tell the truth. The courts are deaf and have conspired with Obama to avoid the issue. The executive branch is corrupt, Attorney General is working for the usurper and won’t even respond to correspondence received pertaining to the illegality of the usurper pretending to be president. The people are without representation from the executive branch, the judicial branch and the legislative branch of our government. I guess Berg was right, now we are screwed.
Maybe the fifty states as individual sovereigns can reign in the corruption we see in DC, and come to the rescue of the people. I sure hope so.

I think that you are pretty much correct in your assessment. Although there is still a small chance that they will be so stupid as to pursue Lakin’s prosecution. I however really think that he might be discharged under “administrative”conditions. If this occurs he CANNOT APPEAL the discharge. Given that he can still be a potential thorn in the side of Soetoro, I see this action as a probable one.
While I served on both sides of the fence during my Navy career, I was witness to a few court martials. Two General.and one Summary. In all cases the prosecution was expedited, allegedly because we were then embroiled in the Korean war, and the prosecutors stated that they had more important things to do. I always thought that such a remark,even from a prosecutor was the mark of a complete A$$hole, and perhaps imbecile all rolled into one. Even in the fifties there was a propensity for many of our alleged senior officers to be so caught up in tailgating their superior officers that they simply saw having to take time out for anything else as UNREALISTIC. It would appear that Lakin ,and Kerchner both could become really nasty thorns in the side of Soetoro. Let’s see what he does about this probability. It should be quite intereasting to us vets, don’t you think?Maybe even set a precedent for things to come.

Hope you are having a great day! Regarding Hannity, I can only guess. After all is said and done he is still a “SHOWMAN” if you will. Out of that distinction it would seem that he would be still centered in MSM broadcasting, and would possibly look for the same exposure that he now has, or perhaps a position that allows him a WHOLE LOT more latitude in his show criteria, and the same latitude in reference to what he can talk about. One thing is clear. Every broadcasting company knows that Soetoro would not hesitate to force the FCC to pull the liscenses of any company that presents a show that talks about his birth certicicate,or his eligibility. Interestingly Chaveaz said that he nearly lost the last alleged election because he failed to adequately control the media.

I sorry to say Old Salt, the military forces you and I once knew no longer exist. Personally I think we lost it in the Vietnam war and have made no effort to regain integrity we once had.

Here is something that has entered my mind in the “off moments”. We all seem to feel, and rightly so, that Fox is being muzzled by Saudi influence. Well, when I saw a reporter from Sky News, a sister corp. of Fox, something popped.
Sky News reports out of the UK, and most know that the UK is becoming riddled with Muslims. The Muslim saturation has become a real problem! Besides whatever influence the Saudi prince who has become an investor in Rupert Murdoch’s company has had, don’t you also imagine that Fox has to walk softly and not stir the waters because of the Sky News sister affiliation? The Muslims are very pleased with O as the usurper president and would not take kindly to any public probing or revelations concerning the birth question and his right to be POTUS. Oh, this is a ghastly, intertwined mess that we find ourselves in. And don’t we all know it?
Lets hope Comcast gives the loons at MSNBC the boot soon. Comcast owns NBC ) Maybe this is a start.

To answer your comment about Yahoo: The stories I read say that the pro-privacy people are angry that the DoJ just drops their attempts instead of taking it to court for a ruling. This is what they do. Poke and prod and hope nobody complains. If they don’t, they get what they want. If they do, they just drop it and go on to try something else. They also contend we have no privacy interest with regard to our location, as pinpointed by our cell phones.

There are only two types of Officers in the Military, NCO’s and CO’s.
An Enlisted member who has attained the rank of E-4 or higher are normally Non-Commissioned Officers. What you would know as Sergeants of all rank (NCO’s)
Any Military member who are part of the Officer Corps O-1 and up (Ensign/2nd Lt. all the way up to Admiral/General) are Commissioned Officers.

You don’t live in the right part of the country. Unemployment here is 20%. The line at the food bank gets longer every week. They don’t have enough food to hand out. It really brings it home when you drive by and see all the families, moms and dads with little kids waiting in line just to get a tiny bit of food. Statement of Purpose:
The content of this paper is deliberately intended to stimulate thought and discussion, as well as to inform. As with all White Paper Briefings, informational analysis comprising global security, national security of the sovereignty of the United States of America, economic forces as a dimension to national security, culture, freedom in human rights, defense and the rule of law are considered within the framework of this treatise. Additionally, the subject of America’s Christian Faith as a cornerstone of America’s ideals, and Christian teachings and beliefs as a significant influence upon American society are presented.
Overview:
The Restore America Plan is a bold initiative deeply rooted in Common Law, which law was a foundational principle to the Founding Fathers. The Restore America Plan further draws its’ guidance on another principle of the Founders; namely, the value system of the laws of nature and of nature’s God established in the Declaration of Independence. The courts of America, and elected officials, and most Americans consider such talk silly and not really significant. Most of America thinks the Constitution is independent of the Declaration of Independence. Many generations after the ratification of the Constitution, the Declaration was considered a primary guiding document in American constitutional government. Well into the twentieth century, the Declaration and the Constitution were viewed as inseparable and interdependent documents.
“The Constitution cannot be properly interpreted nor correctly applied apart from the principles set forth in the Declaration; the two documents must be used together. Furthermore, under America’s government as originally established, a violation of the principles of the Declaration was just as serious as a violation of the provisions of the Constitution” (David Barton, p.251 Original Intent).
The Constitution has been shredded by elites who have no interest in maintaining the government, the freedoms, the spirit, the Divine wisdom, the Common Law handed to us by the Founding Fathers. The Declaration of Independence has been relegated to a quaint old document with little relevance for modern America. These two foundational documents have meticulously
been studied by the leadership of The Restore America Plan; taken off the shelf to serve as guiding principles for The Restore America Plan. Both of these Hallowed documents are again applied as Common Law guide, Divine Wisdom, and the voice of the Founders saying in unison: “America, WAKE-UP and return to the core values and guiding principles that made this country special, even during its’ infancy!”
The Restore America Plan is accomplishing this through the means provided within the framework of these two documents. Putting forth these documents as the basis for establishing freedom from a tyrant king was a minor miracle in itself way back in 1776. Employing the same rights and privileges as inscribed in these documents today against a group of thugs who could care less about the people of America and her history, values and culture which derived from the Founding Fathers as much as the words: WE THE PEOPLE, is equally miraculous given the decay experienced in a government no longer responsible to those in whom are governed.
The Restore America Plan is a Divine Appointment to reintroduce individual responsibility, and collective responsibility in communities, respect and responsibility for those serving as representatives of the people, and to re-establish individual rights, national sovereignty, Common Law, and the Judio-Christian Heritage from which America derived.
The Restore America Plan, from all of my briefings and readings of the documents associated with the leaders of this plan, tells me that for America to have any hope whatsoever of surviving, it must return to its foundations, and return NOW. There is NOT a moment to lose. The damage to our Nation is catastrophic on multiple fronts. The leaders of this plan have return to the very principles and guidelines, the very “lawful” and ethical values written in the two documents I already have mentioned. The preponderant majority in Washington, D.C., regardless of party affiliation, no longer believed The Declaration of Independence or The Constitution for the United States of America could be put into play, so to speak. The elites in Washington, D.C., and those in public office around the country who bought into the corporate speak of Washington power, and give only lip service to these two Hallowed documents, are learning the Founders always intended for the will of the people to be the fundamental principle of all sound government. When those principles are routinely and egregiously abridged, and elected representatives no longer are protecting the sovereignty of the nation and the people to whom they report, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish the “corporate government” responsible for the abridgement.
We were about to lose, forever, the sovereignty of our great Nation. Mr. Obama was scheduled to sign a series of International Treatise last month, and again this month, which would have forever changed our national sovereignty. The leadership of our combined Armed Forces, and all Justices of the United States Supreme Court recognized the gravity of the situation, and the radical manner in which our country has been run the past 16-months. With learned assistance, research, and constitutional guidance, The Restore America Plan came to life. This plan has been following a most specific, and detailed course of action. Not deviating from precepts which are “lawful” v. those deemed “legal” The Restore America Plan has moved quickly and quietly to restore the Republic of America, and return lawful constitutional government to this nation.
This restoration process has been, one, and the same time, simple and difficult. Simple because following the “lawful” provisions outlined in the aforesaid documents provides a clear and straight path in establishing a government of the people and for the people. Difficult because leaders in power during the 41st Congress in 1868, and other diabolic scoundrels, deliberately and willfully altered the foundation by which our country was established, and for all the years since, our country has steadily moved further and further away from the original intent of the Founding Fathers. We have now a government the Founding Fathers would not recognize as the one they so carefully crafted and handed to us to take care of…to nurture…and to protect.

The 41st Congress in 1868, created a corporation named “the U.S. Corporation,” and a jurisdictional area 10 sq miles by 10 sq miles = 100 square miles named: the District of Columbia. This same congress seductively altered the title on the original or organic Constitution from: The Constitution “of” the United States of America to The Constitution “for” the United States of America. Without consent of the governed, the 41st Congress created a corporation. You can see this at: 28 U.S. Code 3002 which defines the United States as a corporation. This alteration of the original document and the original intent of the document known as the Constitution, gave jurisdictional authority to Congress for the District of Columbia and any future territories seized or obtained by Congress, but not the original states and those contiguous states which comprise the nation known as America.
In addition to the District of Columbia, the territories of: Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Americana’s Island come under the direct jurisdiction of the United States Corporation. This sets up a critical clash between the two jurisdictions. As long as no one knew the difference, ignorance was bliss. The original Constitution remains the document of record for America – not the corporation.
But one day, storm clouds would have to appear – and they have. You can not have a house divided and expect it to stand.
The 14th Amendment is a good example of the deceit perpetrated upon WE THE PEOPLE all these years. Many believe, and having been taught, the 14th Amendment has to do with setting free the slaves. Rather, it has to do with enslaving a nation. Upon passage, all citizens became “14th Amendment Citizens” with their loyalty to the Corporation legally known as the United States. The day before this amendment passed, Congress passed another law giving people a choice to opt-out; in essence, they had the right to choose whether or not they would remain citizens of the corporation. They would have to give their consent. This small political battle became known as the “Ex-Patriation Amendment”. The devious and diabolic acts of Congress were present then, too. Another example of the deceit from forces of darkness that have been present since the birth of our Nation: The 16th Amendment was NEVER ratified. It is a totally illegal amendment that has taken on a life of its own throughout all the years. Knowledgeable individuals within The Restore America Plan are presently in discussions with the IRS Commissioner, and others, to teach and demonstrate beyond a reasonable doubt, the illegality of the agency and its’ assignment. The Restore America Plan will reset the proper form of government none of us has known. It already has stopped some of the “rape of America” at the hands of Obama and his thugs.
1. As of March 30th, 2010, all 50-Governors were hand served by a courier correspondence outlining The Restore America Plan, the definition between “law” and “legal” actions, the altering of the original Constitution, and the appeal for each Governor to take an Oath of Office to support and defend the original Constitution, not the altered one of 1865, which was altered further in 1933. The Governor’s were further informed that the Joint Chiefs of Staff and all Justices of the Supreme Court were supportive of this action to restore America.
2. As of March 30th, 2010, each member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Supreme Court were also served correspondence similar to that of each Governor.
3. The FBI was fully briefed the last week in March, 2010, having met with two of the leaders of The Restore America Plan. During these meetings, documents, and the lawful actions stipulated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were reviewed, as well as the correspondence to the Governors, Joint Chiefs and Justices of the Supreme Court. The FBI rendered the official opinion: No laws are being violated. The procedures to-date have been lawful and absolutely correct. The FBI did voice their concern associated with “spin-off” violence from groups not committed to lawful acts. The FBI did not view the leadership of The Restore America Plan as militant, extremists, or a threat to anyone’s personal or national security. The FBI continues to remain in the loop.
4. Not one Governor has released any portion of the correspondence they received. Each Governor is under a “Gag-Order” to the same.
5. The week following each Governor’s receiving this correspondence there was a slight news flurry from government controlled media wherein they attempted to “spin” the actions of the week prior. The slight media attention was based on verbal reports, rather than a review of the actual documents hand delivered to each Governor by The Restore America Plan. There have been no media announcements or coverage since.
6. Absorption of all bonds for each state, and for the federal government, was not accomplished until March 31st. In essence, each Governor by position of office as the Chief Executive Officer for the State is the keeper of the Great Seal of the State. Among the responsibilities for the keeper of the Great Seal is to maintain a bond providing protection against suit or lien of any state property. Similar to a contractor carrying an insurance bond against suit for acts done or left undone, for negligence, for harm, etc. without these bonds the state is vulnerable to liens being filed and/or litigation. Likewise, the arresting of these bonds creates serious and significant concerns in all financial transactions, as well as loans or other funding sought by the state, especially reaching out to the private sector. In essence, without holding a bond the state is extremely vulnerable and handicapped in business and financial transactions.
7. The Governor’s of the Great States of Michigan, Nevada, and Louisiana each have told The Restore America Plan they do not place any credence or value in what has been accomplished.
8. The bonds of the United States Corporation were likewise arrested. While this concept is most difficult for Americans to grasp, the principle of this is not lost on leaders from Nations of the World. The week of April 4th, 2010, Mr. Obama attempted to arrange several trillion dollars by “floating a bond” in Switzerland, and the offer was not entertained and turned down! Informal notice has also been sent to Washington, D.C. that Obama has, and is, running out of favor in many sectors of the world. The world leaders are awakening to the reality that Obama and crew have lost credit by the seizing of the bonding authority, and they have lost personal credibility in many, many regions of the world community.
9. The World Court meeting in Hague has been working with the leaders of The Restore America Plan.
10. The countries of China, India, Mexico, Germany, and Canada have all sent communications in support of The Restore America Plan. Other countries have begun to look into the activities taking place with this plan. The Nation of China has made it clear that while there remain philosophical differences between our two Nations, the Chinese very much support The Restore America Plan because they see this plan as the only mechanism that might bring economic stability to America, and to the world. China admits it has a vested interest because of loan amounts to America, and the need for their country’s manufactured items to be purchased in America to maintain the Chinese economy.
11. A dimension of The Restore America Plan is to rid American government of the egregious criminal and selfish acts perpetrated by those in positions of service. It has become known that 135-Congressman pocketed funds from the various BAILOUT schemes rushed through Congress. These “Representatives of the People” took funds and deposited them in various accounts across the world. The Chinese Government, demonstrating support for The Restore America Plan, took the lead investigating these despicable acts. All funds deposited have been located, the accounts have been frozen, and the names of those serving in Congress who deposited these funds into personal accounts are known! They are currently petrified that their names will be released.
Conclusion:
Much has been accomplished with so much more needing to be put into place. In a way, there is a race between two opposing forces; just so happens if one force wins the race, a nation goes down and ceases to exist as we have ever known her; while, if the other force wins the race, a nation is saved from imminent collapse and prayerfully restored to a proper form of government that hasn’t been seen in our life-time. Make no mistake, both forces are dedicated to their beliefs, and this will not be an easy or quick race. The opposition to limited and representative government has much to lose, and their arrogance and distaste for America will force them to throw everything and anything in the path during this race.
There was another group long time ago who also threw everything they had at America, and Americans. This group, like the bunch now in power at several levels of government, wanting to control, to put down any who would dare raise the subject of independence and freedom as God
gave freedom to every man, woman and child. That group, similar to what we have taking place in America today, did not want to hear anything from the multitudes. Well…that didn’t fly, and a small but determined group of Americans set-out to shut them up, kick them out of positions of any authority, and to establish a nation built on what is lawful not merely legal; to build One Nation under God with liberty and the pursuit of justice for all. The Founding Fathers were passionate about protecting against despotic rule; against tyranny, against a totalitarian ruler or pockets of rulers.

I will try to be polite about this. First, the other person posting on your blog below my comment was the Administrator, which I believe is you. When John Jay and Washington contacted each other concerning NBC they didn't refer to the laws of nations by Vattel. However, they both were CLEARLY familiar with the book. NBC is in the Constitution, it appears that John Jay and George Washington was familiar with Vattel and the law of nations, no one can now deny this fact.
Since you are logical, I would ask that you consider what other definitions were available for NBC in 1790? Why didn't John Jay and Washington discuss the 'other' definitions? You state that no definition is better than another, but what definitions were available in 1790, and what was George Washington familiar with?

We are in a Constitutional Crisis-just undeclared somewhat like undeclared wars-bullets fly, folks get killed/wounded for all practical purposes it is a war.
I live in Palm Beach County and well who could ever forget it.
These are the high points from what I remember-
as early as 10 am people were calling the radio stations reporting people of color were being turned away at the polls. (They later hired lawyers-do not know to this day what became of that).
We had punch cards-since are many elderly people in Palm Beach, they really squished the names together on the ballot. I remember when I went to vote it looked like an optical illusion-if you didn’t line it up exactly on the posts it would have looked off. This is where the people of Palm Beach took a lot of heat for being illiterate, blind, stupid-pick an insult.
Polls closed-around 10-11, national media reported Gore won. Then it got a little crazy down here, something about starting a recount-on top of that craziness I remember hearing on the radio/tv people running around in Broward County screaming stop the recount. All I know is the recount was stopped in Broward, why-never heard.
From there it went into the giant recount in Palm Beach which I’m sure the whole nation saw on the news-hanging chads and all that. Pat Buchanan offered to give Gore his votes, because he paraphrasing here “knew those people would not vote for me”.
It was a mess-still don’t know details. Al Gore used all legal means at his disposal which I think every American can/should do. One result was Bush won, but Palm Beach County will always remain skeptical of any government entity.
Worse for me I was born in Chicago but raised in suburbs-every Chicagoan is aware of the cesspool of corruption South Side, Cook County Illinois. We really believe a lot of what our government tells us. NOT

All of a sudden we heard that they had intervened. Why? They must have responded to someone, or did they themselves decide to call it all to a halt? There certainly was no court case, was there? If there was, it was moved on the fast track to SCOTUS.

I mentioned this a few posts ago.
Drills and exercises are conducted to plug any holes in preparedness plans before an actual event occurs.
By cancelling this Vegas drill, or even ‘scaling exercises down,’ this means (to me) that if an actual event were to occur, the response would be not quite up to snuff, or minimal, at worst.

Who cares how we succeeed, so long as we do succeed? Texans must pursue jbjd’s advice and strategy. If they do so, then he won’t be on the Texas ballot come 2012. In your own state, work to make sure that eligibility is addressed and enforced at the time those ballots are written.
It’s interesting that Washington was familiar with that particular definition of NBC, but it’s an intellectual exercise until someone gets to the point where he or she can use it to argue FOR that definition in a court of law–to back up the argument that that was the definition relied upon by the Founders.
About Florida in 2000: it went to the SCOTUS because the lawyers took it there. The result would have been the same, no matter what, because had the SCOTUS not stopped the recount, the ultimate decision would have been made by the FL legislature, which was Republican. Do you think they would have voted for Gore?

I can envision at least one but don’t recall their names. They then petitioned SCOTUS to come to the rescue? So, we don’t have a situation now that could be compared judicially.
The DOJ would represent a sitting president against an attorney for a plaintiff wanting a resolution as to eligibility… I don’t envision that or anything similar happening with SCOTUS.

WE can now confirm Obama’s secret meetings with the Iranians in Russia over the weekend. Although WE don’t know every detail it goes something like this:
Obama was there to “SELL OUT” THE United States and aspects of the United States MILITARY. Among other things the “Treaty” presented by Obama promised to deliver to them by noon today one TRILLION dollars. The source of funds is in China. He was to receive two TRILLION from them, give one TRILLION to IRAN and one TRILLION for himself, this in addition to whatever else he agreed to hand over to them.
He was told by the Iranians that their Intell says he is not the legal President of THE United States. Obama responded, paraphrasing, that he is the President of everything and the PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD and everyone will do as he instructs.
Our “Presidents” funds will not be arriving from China, not this morning, not ever. WE know who was to transfer the funds from China to Obama and the reason why it won’t happen but no need to go into that ‘here’. His source in China now has his own problems and says he knew Obama was a S.O.B. but had no idea he was willing to sell his country and the American people down the river. Obama also told him that “you will obey my orders” and was told “no, I will not”.
Besides money, the additional give-a-ways to Iran had something to do with Israel and the Nuclear Situation. One aspect was Obama’s personal GUARANTEE Israel will not attack Iran and that he would come to their defense if they did. WE are not clear what all Obama was to receive in return.
The packs are supposedly out this morning for delivery late today.

Kittycat….Unfortunately I have to agree with you…..it is going to be up to we the people to take on the unlawful US corporation…..that is why the Grand juries are being trained now….
What most people don’t understand is that the Power of our Republic is with the people and these De Jure Grand Juries……the De Jure Grand Jury is a part of our judicial branch of our Constitutional government and has 3 functions…..
1) to examine all aspects of city and county governments and special districts by initiating its own investigations.
2) to serve as ombudsmen(An official appointed by a government or other organization to investigate complaints against people in authority. This position is designed to give those with less power — the “little people” — a voice in the operation of large organizations) for the citizens of the cities and county. A person can request the help of the De Jure Grand Jury is basically what it means.
3) to conduct criminal investigati0ns and if the evidence is sufficient….issue criminal indictments in lieu of a preliminary Superior Court hearing.
Something else the average Joe does not know is that the DJGJ is an entirely independent body……at the DJGJ request, the presiding judge of the Superior court, the District Attorney, the County Counsel and the State Attorney General act as consultants…..they all are below the DJGJ in power…..that is what was taken from us under the evil US corporation…..the above authorities can not prevent the DJGJ action unless that action violates common law.
Also…..DJGJ functions effectively only as a body…..NO individual grand juror acting alone has any power or authority…..Meetings of DJGJ are not open to the public…..All matters discussed and voted on are taken in private and are highly confidential……the end result of inquires into civil matters is released to the public in the form of a final report.
Knowing the above is why getting these DJGJ back working is highly important if the full restoration of our Republic is to effectively take place!!! Hope this helps!

Interestingly, The City of London has its own laws, security forces and military, completely independent of the rest of London and the entire United Kingdom. It is considered the most elite banking and economic center in the western world.
The Bank of England, again, owned by the Rothschilds, sends our tax dollars to other central banks, all privately owned, and located in Europe.
Why do we even pay this illegal personal income tax, when our own government can operate without it?

Pete is passing this off as truth but, even assuming the original report is true, that a book was signed out to President Washington AND SoS Jay; this in no way indicates they were discussing the meaning of NBC. Because Vattel is only mentioned in Article I of the Constitution, dealing with how to treat piracy on the high seas (‘in accordance with the laws of nations’). In other words, maybe they were consulting over how to word a proposed treaty affecting trade.
JS: Those daily updates from “Casper” and the continuing saga of the “packets” are some of the most entertaining pieces of fiction(?) that I’ve ever read on the ‘net. But I don’t know how someone can make that stuff up? And WTH are the “packets” anyway?
Gordo, facts are a rough thing to refute. The truth will come out eventually, the truth is a stubborn survivor, and when it does I am going to celebrate big time. We need to remember all of the collaborators in the media, congress and the courts and see that they are drummed out of office and held responsible.
I’m no legal brain, so this is just my opinion.
As for the info about George Washington and the book, it just indicates that he “may” have been aware of the NBC issue. Having the book does not prove that he read any or all of it.
But, if the letters and papers written by the Founding Fathers can be believed, they understood what a Natural Born Citizen is/was.
I still don’t believe o is eligible under the Constitution. With that being said, I think our main focus should be on pelosi and crew and what they determined his eligibility on. It was up to the Dems to determine who was eligible and who was not. If they failed in their duties, then they committed fraud and should be held accountable. Then o can be impeached and tried for any crimes he committed in the process.
I have written pelosi and asked her way documents she reviewed to determine o’s eligibility and she has refused to respond.
I wish I was better versed in the law and could them make better decisions about this whole can of worms.

Obama REFUSES TO DISCLOSE TO ANYONE the full content of the TREATY he attempted to conclude with Iran including the U.S. Military. He told them “it is none of your business”.
Obama will do anything, anything at all, to stay in power. The ‘general consensus’ is that he is trying to start a war between Iran and Israel for that purpose. The Trillion Dollars to Iran as reported here this morning was for Iran to purchase the Missiles to reach Israel.
When Netanyahu cancelled his appearance at Obama’s Nuclear Summit in D.C. last Monday Obama colluded with some of the other “LUNATICS” there in this plan.
The U.S. Military agrees with none of this and views Israel, as the only Democracy in the Middle East, as our staunch ally.

On April 12, 2010, ten minutes into the third hour of your broadcast, you said: “I’m not a ‘Birther’ but … Barack Obama is an American citizen, born of a U.S. woman citizen …”
You then talked about a member of the Kenyan Parliament making a statement to the effect:
“… how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?
I immediately called in to try to get you to discuss this a little further, but your screener told me that you had expressed yourself clearly and would not discuss it any further today. However, I was confused as to where you stood on the matter.
The question I left with your screener was: Why do you, Roger, think that the usurpation of our Presidency by Fraud and Deceit is neither a High Crime nor even a Misdemeanor? I and millions of your listeners would have liked to have have heard your considered response to this, lest we conclude that someone made you an offer that you couldn’t refuse.
However, on Tuesday, April 13, I was stunned to hear you read Clause 5 of Article II of the Constitution in its entirety but then hide behind the point that foreign parliamentarians shouldn’t go making statements about our government – about things they know nothing about, such as our requirements to be President, rather than actually discussing the legitimate doubts surrounding the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief of the military. I, like millions of patriotic Americans, was appalled at your response to the people who demand that anyone swearing an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States be held to that oath. Your attempt to sidestep Obama’s eligibility problem was pathetic.
The following are your excuses and my answers to you on your avoidance of Obama’s ineligibility:
McCain was not born on U.S. Territory (he was born off-base in Panama), but a Resolution by the Senate confirmed that he was Natural Born, and therefore eligible for the Presidency.
Not true. A cabal of Senators, including Barack Obama, passing a Resolution (S-511) does not amend or change an Article of the Constitution. The requirements to do that are much more complicated, as I’m sure you’re aware. You must also be aware that, if McCain had actually won that election, the DNC would have challenged that very same meaningless “resolution” by the Senate committee and would have produced all the proof that the Article II Constitutionalists (which you so derisively call “Birthers”) have produced so far, and which you, our “trusted” media, have so effectively silenced.

Barack Obama says, without a lot of documentation, that he was born in Hawaii.
Let me get this straight, Roger. Do you, as one of our supposedly more intelligent and purportedly patriotic voices for conservative Americans, mean to tell us that you will accept a known Constitutionally-ineligible lying Marxist thug, who failed to register for the draft (thereby making him ineligible for office in our Executive Branch), but produced ludicrously fraudulent documentation to try to prove otherwise, and who has used at least 39 different stolen Social Security numbers in his life of crime leading to the usurpation of our Presidency – WITHOUT A LOT OF DOCUMENTATION? What little “documentation” he has produced is all fraudulent, and you know it.
You have fallen for the oldest trick of the Alinsky crowd. They’re going to drag you away from the major issue, which is stopping Obama’s march towards socialism.
I contend that you, Roger, have fallen for that oldest of Alinsky tricks: Drag them away from the major issue – which is to RESTORE OUR CONSTITUTION BY REMOVING THE USURPER, for taking over our Government by force of contrivance, concealment, fraud, and deceit – a pure and simple act of TREASON!
Let’s assume that is turns out that he was actually born in Kenya. It is not a High Crime and Misdemeanor! The “stupid” question of whether or not he is Natural Born would have to go to the Supreme Court … who would never oust a sitting President because of where he was born (or words to that effect).
Roger, I have some further questions for you:
1. Why do you say you’re “not a ‘Birther’” when you obviously know that those who are asking the most basic questions about Obama’s origins are just trying to find out if he satisfies the Constitutional requirements to be our President and Commander-in-Chief?’ Most of us contend that anyone who does not want to uphold ALL the terms of our Constitution are violating the very concept of our being a Constitutional Republic and that the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land.
2. Why were you concerned that a member of the Kenyan Parliament would make the statement “…how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?”
3. Are you willing to repeat again, on air, before millions of patriotic American listeners, the exact terms of Article II of our Constitution regarding the “Natural Born” requirement to be POTUS and CINC and to take calls to discuss this matter publicly on air? I would venture that your listenership will increase five-fold immediately.
The entire nation is anxiously awaiting someone of your stature and patriotism to do this (Rush won’t, Hannity won’t, Beck won’t … somebody must have made them an offer they couldn’t refuse), or are we all so brain-dead that we will continue to follow blindly into hell someone we know nothing about – except that he is obviously INELIGIBLE for the Office of POTUS and CINC!?!?
TREASON, I assure you, IS a High Crime. There are no degrees of Treason. Treason is Treason, and can be punishable by death.
Roger, I recently posted an article wherein I discussed the fact that no one in Congress, the Judiciary, and even the media was willing to even mention the words “Natural Born” as a requirement to be President. They just all ignore it and say he’s a “Citizen,” and if you’re a “Birther,” you must be crazy to even be concerned about those words (Natural Born).
*P.S. We know that he is now “probably” “an American citizen” – since he married American citizen Michelle Robinson, an attorney at the time (working closely with now convicted felon Tony Rezko), who then provided him with the cover and documentation to become “an American citizen.” What on earth does that have to do with the Article II requirements for POTUS that you read to us?

Yup, the volcano (whose name I can’t pronounce) blew its top again. I just can’t imagine the number of cubic yards of material coming out of that thing!
The reason it’s screwing up flights is that the ash is basically *glass* and that’d wreak havoc with any kind of engine, and do a number on windshields while it was at it. The plume has filtered across the pond, but is in eastern Canada; Newfoundland is seeing it now however, the upper air wind patterns aren’t conducive for the plume to drift down to the U.S. It should be heading back east over the Atlantic shortly.
Still, ash plumes do circle the globe, so we may be in for some spectaculas sunsets for some time.
Regarding Crist, if a zebra changes its stripes, it’s still a zebra. I still don’t think he’s got a prayer, even if he runs on the Constitution ticket; it’s his policies, not his party.
Has Al Gore calculated that Volcanoes carbon footprint yet? I just want to know how many trees we need to plant to make up for it.

Iceland’s volcano has begun spewing lava and heavy ash again, threatening aviation officials’ attempts to reopen the skies over Europe for air travel.
After appearing to calm down in the previous 24 hours, raising hopes that the nightmare for passengers and airlines might finally be coming to an end, activity at the Eyjafjallajokull volcano began to increase again late on Monday.
We can’t forget John A Bingham….14th amendment….I find no fault with the introductory clause, which is simple declartory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the united states of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignity is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen, ….

You know that old saying from his lips to Gods ear. This is throwing global warming for a loop, they’re reporting down here it may cause global cooling. England is sending cruise ships to pick up some of their folks. Costing Europe the airlines, the people, the businesses a fortune. Man proposes God disposes-the pictures of the volcano on the news are beautiful-nature is awesome that’s for sure. They reported this could go on for weeks, months and the next door neighbor volcano, usually blows its top too. I think they better start thinking up a plan B.
At O’Hare when flights would get stranded-or at any holiday time the parent type people would go to the airport and if some young guy was wearing a uniform-dragged home with them-they weren’t going to make those kids stay there for 3-5 days. Probably because they were nice people and their son was off in the military somewhere.

Actually, Michelle, they’re *blaming* global warming for the eruption! (They’re also blaming the recent earthquake swarm on global warming, too!) I haven’t yet figured out how that can be; it wouldn’t matter if the local glacier was advancing or retreating in my book because this is a deep earth process taking place. I can’t see how snow and ice factor in.
Someone will come up with some Mickey Mouse theory for global warming as the culprit, I’m sure.
The volcano will stop when it’s done, and not before. The pictures and vids are spectacular though, aren’t they? Iceland is volcanic in nature, so neighboring volcanoes may just pop, too. This one’s been dormant for quite some time.
Nice story about the strandings at ORD. The American people are so good at heart, especially with circumstances such as that.

Sue I’m serious they would literally drag the young service person duffle bag and all out of there. You are coming home with us. You know how kids 17-18-19 I don’t want to put you out. You’re coming with us. I think it meant the parents missed their own child so much, and were worried-well many reasons. We used to see the military guys there all the time-sleeping in those chairs. We got out of work 3-4 am it was one of the few places open, somewhere to go when you are wide awake.

The packs were out this morning for delivery today. They were on the vehicles and deliveries were to begin after 5 p.m. so that recipients would be home to sign for them.
Approximately 4p.m. UPS Management ordered the drivers not to deliver and the packs were to be sent back to D.C.. The Nations and the World Court informed UPS Headquarters they would meet the planes in D.C. and take possession of the packs and on orders of the World Court the UPS Headquarters in Atlanta would be “padlocked” tonight permanently. The ‘good guys’ had already given every possible leeway so as not to have all UPS workers lose their jobs.
UPS Management, acting on orders from Obama, thought the good guys were bluffing as they had been led to believe by Obama. When management learned it was not a bluff they ordered the packs turned around and positioned for delivery tomorrow morning which is underway now.

p.s. From Iranian sources WE learn tonight that Iran has declared the proposed Treaty null and void. They recognized that the entire proposal was designed to lead them into war with Israel and are saying they will not allow Obama to do that to them.
Gun owners came out in force Monday on both sides of the Potomac River to proclaim their Second Amendment rights, but only those on the Northern Virginia side of the river came bearing their handguns and rifles.

Current Minister of Kenyan Government Declares Obama “was born here in Kenya” and Is Not a “native American”
A debate on the adoption of a new Kenyan Constitution took place in the House of the National Assembly of Kenya on Thursday, March 25, 2010. The Official Report of that House, dated Thursday, March 25, 2010, and recorded in the Kenyan government’s depository, Hansard-the official source of printed transcripts of parliamentary debates-provides the details of that debate. One of the speakers (see pages 29-31) during that debate was The Minister for Lands, Mr. James Orengo. Ironically, he expressed to the Parliament in open debate that “[i]f we do not live by the values and principles contained in this Constitution, all that is contained in this Constitution will be of no significance….” He continued saying that Kenyans must follow the rule of law and especially the Constitution, stating that the “unmaking of Kenya began by disregard and non-compliance of the law. We ended up in a dictatorship that we had to fight for so many years….” He further explained that under the new proposed Constitution, the “Executive authority of the President . . . is derived from the people….”
He then continued to tell the Parliament that Kenya must overcome its problem of elements of its population excluding people from participating in Kenyan life because of their ethnicity or tribal affiliations. He asked that all Kenyans unite, regardless of ethnic or tribal affiliations, stating: “The other thing that we are addressing through devolution is exclusion. What has made us suffer as a nation is exclusion. Once people feel excluded, even when you want to employ a policeman or constable or you want to build a dispensary, it must come from the centre. In the colonial days, these things were being done on the ground and they could give bursaries and build roads.
I commend devolution. Those who fear devolution are living in the past. They are being guided by their ethnic consideration and objectives. They are living in the past. If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America? It is because they did away with exclusion. What has killed us here is exclusion; that once Mr. Orengo is President, I know of no other place than Ugenya. That is why we were fighting against these many Presidencies in the past. I hope that Kenya will come of age. This country must come of age. People want freedom and nations want liberation, but countries want independence.”

Certainly the Commerce Clause gives Congress the power to regulate commerce among the states, but for more than 220 years it has been appled to affirmative acts of commerce voluntarily entered into by individuals. If someone is not buying insurance, then – by definition – he is not participating in commerce. How, then, can the government use the Commerce Clause to regulate noncommerce? Virginia contends that it cannot.
It occurs to me that even that understates the case. After all, one of the Republicans’ proposals to reduce the cost of health insurance which the Democrats rejected has been to allow interstate commerce in health insurance.
IOW, interstate commerce in health insurance is currently prohibited by federal law. So where does Congress get off, appealing to the Commerce Clause to assert that it has the Constitutional authority to require – that is, to condition a tax on the people on the basis of the failure to – purchase of health insurance specifically within each of the states!
FDR did manage to get the mandate for Social Security past SCOTUS back in the day, but only by asserting in court that it was not what it was promoted to the public as – they had to claim that it was not insurance!”

“Paul Krugman, Nobel economist, calls it “looting.” The media, spoon fed a story line by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, regurgitated the claim that Goldman Sachs had sold a $1-billion mortgage derivative product that was “designed to fail.” The case against Goldman, said the Financial Times of London, “is damning.”
It would indeed be damning if true – and if the SEC’s story line on the evidence were to hold up before a jury, should it ever get to a jury, which is doubtful.
There’s barely a thread holding it all together, and one of the thinnest bits is in an email from one Fabrice Tourre, a 31-year-old Goldman vice-president who put the alleged fraudulent deal together. On Jan. 23, 2007, Mr. Tourre wrote to a friend: “More and more leverage in the system, The whole building is about to collapse anytime now … Only potential survivor, the fabulous Fab[rice Tourre] … standing in the middle of all these complex, highly leveraged, exotic trades he created without necessarily understanding all of the implications of those monstrosities.”

“On March 19, 2010, Jerome Corsi’s weekly financial strategies newsletter, “RedAlert,” reported that Canada‘s Manitoba province is devoting a portion of its website to promoting Canada’s portion of the NAFTA Superhighway system, the Mid-Continent Trade Corridor.
While interested parties, especially the State of Texas and many national publications, have downplayed or denied that plans even exist to build Superhighways from Mexico through Canada, our northern neighbors have gone full steam ahead with their plans to augment this system. The website displays a map showing the connection of the Mid-Continent Trade and Transportation Corridor with the much-vilified American NAFTA Superhighway (IH-35) just north of Fargo, North Dakota, at Winnipeg, Manitoba. As early as 2008, the website of CISCOR (Canadian Intelligent SuperCorridor) showed the same map, and both websites extol the virtues of a giant trade corridor, using the tired old language found threading its way through nearly all the websites and documents pertaining to this mess: “Intermodal in nature, the corridor allows cost-effective and safe movement of goods and people, minimizing both travel costs and time.”

Lt. Col. Lakin is going to be hung out to dry. If all he is asking for is a piece of paper, I can assure you that document will emerge because it can easily be forged. The technology of today can easily re-create a document of the 1960’s , with signatures and all, so this is a no-win scenario for him and will be a silver bullet to the Birther movement. Its unfortunate those that advised him to stick to his guns do not realize that. It seems rather obvious to me.
