From a speech given at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner on June 5, 2010 in Virginia City, Montana by Major General Paul E. Vallely, retired.
“The Declaration of Independence states:
“To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”
We cannot permit the current leaders in the White House and Halls of Congress to continue in their efforts to lead us down the road of Progressive Socialism and destruction of America. This is the current battle that we Constitutionalists face and we must be aggressive in our efforts. Incompetence, Deceit, Fraud, Corruption, Dishonesty and Violation of the US Constitution of officials now come into play as relates to our National Character, National Security, Economy and the Nation’s well-being and is the rationale for resignations. Demand Resignation of derelict officials by the people of this country in now required.
Where is our Moral Compass?
The oath of office is simple and reads:
“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Sadly, we have seen them violate their oath. Fraud, lying, and corruption are rampant and some have engaged in treasonous activities, and they effectively thumb their noses at us and have sold you to the highest bidder.”

Major General Paul E. Vallely, retired
“Paul E. Vallely retired in 1991 from the US Army as Deputy Commanding General, US Army, Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii. General Vallely graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned in the Army in 1961 serving a distinguishing career of 32 years in the Army. He served in many overseas theaters to include Europe and the Pacific Rim Countries as well as two combat tours in Vietnam. He has served on US security assistance missions on civilian-military relations to Europe, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and Central America with in-country experience in Indonesia, Columbia, El Salvador, Panama, Honduras and Guatemala.
General Vallely is a graduate of the Infantry School, Ranger and Airborne Schools, Jumpmaster School, the Command and General Staff School, The Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Army War College. His combat service in Vietnam included positions as infantry company commander, intelligence officer, operations officer, military advisor and aide-de-camp. He has over fifteen (15) years experience in Special Operations, Psychological and Civil-Military Operations.
He was one of the first nominees for Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations under President Reagan. From 1982-1986, he commanded the 351st Civil Affairs Command that included all Special Forces, Psychological Warfare and Civil Military units in the Western United States and Hawaii. He was the first President of the National Psychological Operations Association. His units participated in worldwide missions in Europe, Africa, Central America, Japan, Solomon Islands, Guam, Belgium, Korea and Thailand. He has served as a consultant to the Commanding General of the Special Operations Command as well as the DOD Anti-Drug and Counter -Terrorist Task Forces. He also designed and developed the Host-Nation Support Program in the Pacific for DOD and the State Department. Most recently, he has in-country security assistance – experience in El Salvador, Columbia and Indonesia in the development of civil-military relations interfacing with senior level military and civilian leadership.
General Vallely is a military analyst for FOX News Channel and is a guest on many nationally syndicated radio talk shows. He is also a guest lecturer on the War on Terror. He has co-authored “Endgame: The Blueprint for Victory in the War on Terror” & “War Footing: 10 Steps America Must Take to Prevail in the War for the Free World.”

Lincoln issued this warning in his inaugural address:

Being a representative republic, not a democracy, “rising up” means other than revolution by means of arms. The people must “rise up” from the grass roots across this great country as we think of the greater good of this and future generations. We are limited in the peaceful transfer of power … resignation, death, elections, and impeachment.
“We the People” have had enough. Enough is Enough. The Obama White House and identifiable Members of Congress are now on a progressive socialist, treasonous death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office. “We, the People” cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen’s interests above self-interest by resigning immediately. Our so-called Representatives and Senators are more interested in party loyalty than performing their duties. So, do not expect them to resign en masse or be impeached. Therefore the “people” must decide. A civil uprising is still not out of the question. They know which side of the bread their butter is on and it is not on our side.

Good morning! A couple questions for the legal minds here —
1. If Obama were to resign, would it be easier somehow to prosecute cases against his fraud, etc?
2. Even as prez, would it be easier to prosecute him for fraud and forgery, rather than the eligibility issue?
I ask because it’s impossible for anyone to prove where Obama was born without proper papers. However, we already have the forged birth certificate, with at least 2 digital forensic examiners declaring it fake. Just seems easier to prove, but I’m not sure it’s grounds for prosecution.
Personally, I still prefer to have Obama removed in disgrace (and handcuffs), and all legislation and exec orders rescinded immediately.

1) Find the CROOKED politicians in your City or Town that supported BO. Form a local County Grand Jury to investigate the CROOKED politicians.

Wherefore, this writer believes he has shown reasonable grounds to believe that Barack Hussein Obama has deliberately, unreasonably and with guile concealed nearly all records of his personal documented history from public scrutiny; and that requests to view those records are reasonable, rational and within the American People’s province. This writer believes the People of The United States have a right and responsibility to demand that all of the afore-described sealed records be released in order that the electorate may examine them to finally determine who Barack Hussein Obama really is, and whence he came.

Impeach, Remove, Imprison Barack Obama? – Part I

Richard Wolffe, the near defunct Newsweek Magazine’s man on his knees at the White House, sensed the danger to his belovéd. Wolffe ran to his White House bosses sources for a defense of Barack Obama. But instead of protection, Wolffe might just have put a torpedo into the dingy which is the S.S. Obama.
Wolffe is sensitive to the danger the oil gusher poses to his amour Obama. Today ABC/Washington Post released a new poll with bad news for B.O.:
“More Americans have given negative ratings to federal reaction to the BP spill then poll respondents gave to the government’s initial handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.”
Aware of danger to Obama, Wolffe leap into the action saddle. Wolffe came up with this extraordinary defense, which if proved correct, instead damns Obama:

I don’t know who or what Obama thinks his enemies are, with him real or imagined due to his state of mind such as it is with him. He has one huge enemy, you can’t see it, but all of us forever have or know it’s wrath. That enemy has a name he/she is called The Truth. Free Speech — Thank you for responding. As Margie pointed out, there’s no guarantee the next prez won’t just give Obama a full pardon even if he confessed and was convicted of everything.
I see the beauty of the citizen grand jury approach, but here’s the thing: I know I’m not qualified to do this, and I’d screw it up one way or another. Especially since we’ve seen how other legal challenges have ended by people who are qualified in a legal venue. I suspect alot of people feel the same way. We just don’t know how to do it.
But all of us can operate in the court of public opinion. I’m more than ready to step up our game, and I think we need to go directly to the public, starting with a major public information campaign operating up until the elections. After the elections, we hold their feet to the fire, or we step it up again, with civil disobedience.
Your citizen grand jury instructions would be part of informing the people; if the info is out there, people with better resources than I can get it done. Same for jbjd’s work; get it out there until it finds the right people.
A few of us have discussed possibilities on a post over at RepubX; I’d love to hear thoughts and ideas from the folks here too.

There are so many aspects to alternative energy-wind, solar, wave, geothermic and as much as the inventive mind can conceive. This is NOT how you go about it. I have a feeling Texas oilmen are not going to put up with this garbage very much longer.

Mia I agree that there is no guarantee, but the next prez would be as unpopular as Obama for pulling something like this. Nixon either got smart or very lucky. Obama is not popular -15 on Rasmussen, if the press reported accurately it would be even lower and he is going lower day by day. The American people would not put up with this guy going unpunished and all of his minions too.
OK! Here goes! I have had this feeling for a long time that Barry does have a double!
Sometimes he looks older then other times. No the hair dye does not do it! Sometimes is lips are purple and sometimes they are bigger. Sometimes he has two smile lines on each side and some times one on each side. I have noticed at times he seems to suck his upper lip. Sometimes his voice seems deeper then other times. Once I noticed a round scar from getting cut from shaving on the right side of his lover chin. It was a picture I think from when he was in Chicago.
Can any one take comparisons of his palms? I am serious! When he waves there is pictures where you can see his whole palm. I do not know if there is very many pictures of him as a child or young adult that his palms show. Plastic surgery can do wonders. Maybe why he disappeared for so many years was for his double to train. Or maybe he truly has a twin. No one can prove who really gave birth to him.
How about voice comparisons? In my gut feeling I feel there is much more to that person then any one can comprehend. Plastic surgeons can do almost anything to the body now so the mole to me can be doubled.

1. If you live in a conservative County you can present evidence of bo & cohorts crimes to the Sheriff and the DA and ask them to seek an indictment.
2. You can gather a group of 25 PATRIOT Grand Jurors and indict bo & co-conspirators and then serve the indictment on the DA.
3. If you are concerned about your safety, you can gather a group of 25 PATRIOT Grand Jurors and indict bo & co-conspirators and then serve the indictment on the Press ANONYMOUSLY.
Regardless of which action you choose do it now before we have lost our right to form Citizen Grand Juries.

This is something we’ve talked about here for a long time, based on things we’ve noticed anecdotally being involved in Democrat politics for the majority of our adult lives.
We told you that when the DNC and the Leftist wing of the party went all-in for Obama and savaged Hillary Clinton in the 2008 primaries, the things the Obama campaign did to take the nomination from her (including voter fraud, intimidation, race-baiting, sexism, misogyny, and employing ACORN, the SEIU, and other thugs to beat down Hillary’s supporters) created a permanent fissure in the Democrat Party that the media’s ignored.
To which Donna Brazile, no doubt, says, “so what”. She clearly does not care if five gay guys in Chicago won’t ever vote Democrat again. She doesn’t care if a mom in Pennsylvania won’t ever vote Democrat again. She doesn’t care if a bar full of coal miners in West Virginia won’t vote Democrat again. Brazile’s too busy calling everyone RAAACIST to notice that if you add up all these individuals who are so sickened by the behavior of the party that they won’t ever vote Democrat again then you have an awfully large number of people who’ve been permanently alienated.
That’s going to come back and hurt Democrats in a very big way.
We still maintain the REAL Democrat Civil War won’t start until a week after the November elections.
Honestly, we think the DNC has done so much damage in the Golden Age of Obama that we don’t want to see the party saved. We want it destroyed, with the Earth around it salted so that it permanently joins the Whigs on the scrap heap of history.

Mia, the reasons I have focused on using existing laws to redress the wrongs we have identified occurred in the 2008 election cycle are simple. First, not all fraud that was committed, broke laws. So, I searched out and found those laws that were broken AND did affect the outcome of the election. The second and, perhaps overriding reason, is this. If we cannot get our public officials to obey those laws we have already passed then, passing new laws or electing new officials will not make either more responsive to our oversight.
Know what I found to be the biggest obstacle to enforcing existing laws, through current officials? Citizen apathy. How many citizens even know what’s in the election laws passed by citizens in their state, let alone call the SoS of their state to ask questions. (Do they even know the name of their SoS?)
For example, in the past, I have asked citizens to look up their laws and get back to me. (Of course, I could look up the laws in each state; but how does this empower citizens? What is the difference between elected officials telling them what to do and jbjd telling them what to do? I want to empower citizens to take charge of their own government.) A citizen from AZ looked up the law in AL and found they, too, are an applicable state for citizen complaints of election fraud. He also found all of the documents I would need to draft the complaint. But I cannot draft and post a complaint for any state, until a citizen of that state takes a couple of steps with state officials, first. And I asked for citizens from AL to contact me, JUST SO THAT I COULD DRAFT THE FREE CITIZEN COMPLAINT! But even with most of the hard work already done for AL, still there were no takers to my free offer.
Even after all of this time, eople on this blog have commented, they don’t really understand my work. Then, they should read some more; and ask questions. Because the people who know more about how this political systems works, stole the power from the rest of us. And this usurpation of powers will continue as long as we fail to expend the time and energy required to understand how our government works, in order that we can remain sovereign.

Mia, I wrote extensively about how the fraud played out in Texas. I reported I had spoken to the FOIFT (Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas) in a failed attempt to secure local help for Texans in trying to compel to comply with requests for documents under the Texas Open Records law. (Technically, there are no such documents; but his refusal to provide documents would highlight this fact. A mechanism exists for citizens to attempt enforcement of this Open Records law through the courts; but enforcement is something the FOIFT could help with.) They turned me down because the subject matter was BO’s Constitutional ineligibility for POTUS. Well, I published the names and media affiliations of the FOIFT Board of Directors. I proposed citizens could mount a campaign to alert these high profile media people the FOIFT is shirking its mission; and, if that fails to obtain help, to get the word out to Texas the FOIFT and its media Board stifle the free flow of information they don’t like. Did they? Nope.

Maybe he has a double for parading in cars, exiting airplanes on non military bases, etc., in case of assassination attempts? Obummer certainly takes great care to give speeches in Union halls, military bases, pre checked graduates prior to graduation speeches, and to bussed in pro-Obummer participants at events where he has “town halls”. He chooses his venues with great care to protect his a** and his ego.

Thank you again. And this points to another highlight of my work. I will not advocate Impeachment on account of my disdain for BO personally. And none of the bills he signed into law appeared spontaneously; that is, Congress passed these bills. I do not base my attempts to spark Impeachment proceedings on my belief he is not a NBC. No; I base my work on the fact, I believe, crimes were committed to put him in office. And he conspired in committing those crimes.
jbjd — I understand and share your frustration. I’d love to see people take your work and run with it, but that hasn’t happened. And I agree it’s probably because people don’t understand it, or don’t think they can do it themselves. But it’s not wasted work. Maybe we just have to get this info to the right people. Maybe just getting it out to more people would help find that person (people). Maybe just spreading the word that there are standing laws to pursue would encourage and empower more people and this isn’t a lost cause.
I confess, I’m one of those who don’t completely understand your work, but because my state is not one of those it applies to, I didn’t try real hard either. I will fix that. Maybe if I understand it better, we can put our heads together and find a way to change public perception…

However, here is something which I observe about the human psyche at this point. We are all so overwhelmed over the many outrageous, atrocious acts by BHO since he has been President; AND his complicity in fraudulently being placed on the ballot seems SO distant in the past in comparison with now, that IMO many patriots feel that we have moved beyond the point of going back to those early events. The subsequent events are so overwhelmingly real – in the here and now – if you will.
I am not saying this is my attitude, but I am recognizing a reason as to why people are apathetic about wrong-doing that happened over a year and a half ago.

Yes, you can only convict a person on crimes committed, no law should be based on whether we like a person or not. If we did it that way, half the nation would be in jail half the time. He is in enough trouble with what he did do, along with his co-conspirators.
Part me would add stealing-with what Obama/minions did they stole money and time from all their sincere supporters, all of Hillary’s, Sarah’s and McCain supporters. Cabby – AZ, yes, I agree that minds are preoccupied elsewhere. However, having gotten away with stealing the last election, I have absolutely no doubt, the D’s will do this again. And my rights as a citizen; and yours; and the rights of everyone else who understands what was stolen in the last general election; are only as sound as our fellow citizens’ knowledge of how our government works.
(C-A, during the primaries, people convinced BO was not a NBC were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, complaining to any entity they mistakenly assumed could ‘fix’ the problem, including the FEC, which only deals with campaign finance. I was up night and day posting links to the FEC and other federal and state agencies, explaining to people how our government works! When I finally said (in the summer of 2008) the way to keep BO out of the WH – assuming he is the D party nominee – is to file ballot challenges with the state election official, usually the SoS, to keep him off the ballot in those applicable states. (I did not have that epiphany until the first days of August.)
BO will never be the President we would have him be. For this reason, focusing discussions on present emergencies sometimes seems to me like just a convenient preoccupation to detract from having to engage in the hard work of learning how he got in there, and how to get him out.

Michelle, you are absolutely right about the finance irregularities. I am not saying, election laws viz-a-viz the ballot were the only laws broken. But the only ones I am interested in are the laws that he broke to get on the ballot, without which ballot entry, the Electors would not have dared to make him POTUS. (How scary is this, that according to current laws, the Electors can elect anyone, regardless of whether that person is on the ballot!)
jbjd — I’m in AZ. Our AG is a Dem. Jan Brewer was SOS at the time of the election; she succeeded Big Sis when Obama appointed her head of DHS. (I give Brewer credit for 1070, but she wouldn’t do anything about Obama before the election. I know because I called and emailed a zillion times). Ken Bennett (R) replaced Brewer as SOS; Ken is running for re-election this year. That may give us some leverage…

This is exactly what I have been talking about: citizens who have no idea how government works. I have advised people who are clamoring for new ballot eligibility laws not to waste their time and energy. As I point out, election officials in each state are required by statute to promulgate rules and regulations to carry out their statutory mission to oversee elections. So, where the state law requires only the names of eligible candidates may appear on the ballot; the SoS can write rules to ensure this is the case. However, in states without such ballot eligibility rules, the SoS has no statutory authority to bar any party nominee from the ballot.
Orly Taitz has already promised to implement barriers to ballot entry for people she considers to be ineligible.

This means, she has announced as a public official, she will break the law. Yet, for some reason, for those citizens who like her brand of illegal conduct, this is cause to celebrate. Which leads to this question that has bugged me for a long time. Assuming that people oppose BO because they believe he broke the law; why would they support someone else who promises to break the law?

People, please, do not allow anyone else on this blog to misdirect you for reasons about which I can only speculate. As citizens of any state, you are entitled to seek redress from your state officials, in this case, A’sG, to enforce existing laws. I only put your charges into words.
The basis for these charges of election fraud are spelled out in these citizen complaints. Of course, applicable state laws are cited.
Remember, the charge here is, election fraud. And elections are a state issue.

Mia, just to clarify, no law in AZ (or FL or MI or…) requires that only the names of candidates who are qualified for the office, may be printed on the ballot. In those states with such laws, members of the D Corporation swore to state election officials BO was qualified for office BEFORE ascertaining he is a NBC. (The overwhelming circumstantial case for this charge is spelled out in the citizen complaint in a particular state.) Swearing a candidate is eligible without ascertaining he is, just to get his name printed on a ballot, is criminal election fraud.

CA ELECTION LAW
6901. Whenever a political party, in accordance with Section 7100,
7300, 7578, or 7843, submits to the Secretary of State its certified
list of nominees for electors of President and Vice President of the

HOW TO STOP HARASSMENT OF CLINTON-PLEDGED DELEGATES
BACKGROUND
Some states, including AZ, CA, GA, IN, KY, MA, NH, NM, OH, OK, OR, TN, and VA have enacted laws that bind their pledged delegates to vote for the candidate to whom they are pledged as the result of votes cast in the state’s primary or caucus contest, at least through the first round of voting at the party’s Presidential nominating convention. Therefore, in these states, to threaten, pressure, or coerce pledged delegates to vote for a candidate other than the one to whom they are pledged is to solicit them to break the law.
PURPOSE
To stop harassment of Clinton-pledged delegates in those states that have these vote binding laws, notify the Attorney General of your state, someone is breaking the law.
RATIONALE
As has been reported in the press, in states throughout the country, delegates pledged to Clinton are under siege to switch their allegiance to Obama. A CO delegate was summoned into the office of the state chairman to explain the contents of an email she had sent to a fellow delegate, for expressing loyalty to her candidate. There are two sets of ‘rules’ that apply to state pledged delegates. There are the rules written by the Democratic National Committee in the “Call to the Convention”; and there are rules written by states, which are called laws. State laws always trump DNC rules. For example, DNC rules call for pledged delegates to use their “good conscience” to represent the will of the voters. State laws, however, require delegates to vote for the candidate to whom they are pledged, at least through the first round of voting at the nominating convention.
Even DNC party ‘elders’ including Governor Ed Rendell (PA), fail to understand the difference between DNC rules and state laws. Speaking with Neil Cavuto on FOX TV, he opined, delegates are not bound to vote for a particular candidate at the convention. ‘There’s no such thing as a “pledged” delegate. We haven’t had a “robot rule” since the Carter Kennedy convention in 1980.’ Since PA is not a vote binding state, we can understand his confusion. But in fact, in these vote-binding states, the word “pledged” means exactly what it says. If even Ed Rendell is unaware some states have enacted vote binding laws, one cannot assume that Clinton’s pledged delegates are aware of such laws.

“…I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that at the time of filing, I am a resident of the county, district or precinct which I propose to represent, and as to all other qualifications, I will be qualified at the time of election to hold the office that I seek, having fulfilled the constitutional and statutory requirements for holding said office.”
Could criminal charges of fraud be filed based on Obama knowing his parents were not US citizens, and therefore (as a “constitutional scholar”) he knew he was not an NBC, and therefore “not qualified to hold the office?” If so, would it be up to the state AG to file such charges? Could anyone else file such charges?
Or — Leo — is this exactly the kind of criminal activity you see a citizen’s grand jury addressing?

I don’t know if this thread is dead yet, but I wanted to throw in my 2¢ worth here.
That is absolutely correct. Without the specific law, even without a specific regulation – she will do it.
It must be remembered that just because it is not in the law, does not necessarily make it illegal! Is there a law that says she can’t do it?
Even if jbjd is right and the law seems to say that you must put the party’s nominations on the ballot – there is a larger, more sweeping, law – “upholding the constitution”.
Orly will do the right thing. She may get sued, and may ultimately lose. If nothing else she will use the constitutional argument. She may be told to put them on the ballot anyway, but she will not be fined or imprisoned.
AND – it will make a hell of a public spectacle!

No, the AG according to our Constitution has NO AUTHORITY over a Grand Jury. The Grand Jury should DEMAND AG file a criminal complaint against bo & co-conspirators after the Grand Jury INDICTS.
