I honestly do know how the federal government process of giving away grants (taxpayers money) to universities work.
But it appears to me if they can give away grants to teach our students and childen for such things as socialism and communism, then who is to stop them for giving grants to reinvent journalists? What’s that process?

I was really trying to stay away from the ‘dispute’ about covert operatives on the internet on the last topic. Your newest post is directly related to that reality, paid government operatives whom post on sites to mislead the interested public. They haven’t been capable of ‘downing’ sites entirely, so they have used posters whom are ‘paid operatives’ to post and mislead. This has been more successful, IMHO, then constant internet attacks such as they did to Orly’s site.
This has been going on for some time, I have jumped from active open sites like yours looking for ‘real news’, only to find that after a few months they get ‘infested’ by individuals whom I would characterize as operatives. I am not suggesting that everyone needs to agree with me, in fact the opposite. I refer a healthy discussion and unique outlook, or debate. Personal attacks, especially from seemingly intelligent and well educated posters, whenever a strong arguement is made against Obama, is a instant red flag.

History has shown that individuals with access to great wealth and power can destroy great minds. Einstien, whom you quoted understood that, and Nikola Tesla felt it, as did Billy Mitchell. Trillions of dollars are being spent by the most corrupt administration in US history, as illegal bribery and payoffs have become the new normal. Some of that money is funding those internet individuals whom post at site like this.
To my motivation, I say this to all; I have no dog in this hunt except a strong belief in the principles set forth in the Constitution. I own no blog, I ask for no donations, I promise no lawsuits, I am but a humble american whom wants my Constitution respected and requests a government envisioned by Lincoln that “is by the people, for the people”.

A little off the subject, but I was just thinking about why obama’s birth certificate hasn’t been leaked yet. You all probably know that if a republican was hiding his birth certificate, it would have been leaked or obtained by hacking within the first month.
I’m speculating that the computers they have birth certificates on is probably on something like a closed system, with no internet access. Then, it is probably password or door lock and key protected so nobody but just a few employees could ever look at it. Something tells me they’ve covered all the bases on this thing.

1. CW did not put any of my comments into Moderation. WordPress does this automatically; on the contrary, CW rescued my comments from Moderation.
2. The comments that automatically went into Moderation and which CW rescued contained offensive words and phrases, any of which could have triggered the automatic censor mechanism. And, as this offensive language was contained in direct quotes, I did not want to change the offending speech.
3. I posted those offensive comments so as to demonstrate, again, what passes for civil or uncivil discourse on this blog might only be facade. (And because sometimes, I tire of people ‘getting away with murder.’)

I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven.
So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the “copy” of the original was ordered. I stress the word “copy”. My copy also has republic of Kenya. So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama’s birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered. The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.
Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground.

One of my problems is that I studied law for many years and have practiced for many more so I err by thinking everyone should know what I know about the law.
Also, lawyers are trained to WIN arguments in court, so it is very hard for me to turn off my argumentative lawyer skills and simply discuss the law in the Socratic method.
I knew this was a developing story for a long time now, what I didn’t know is that it is a well known fact that Broward County, FL is very corrupt, this case scared those who know they are corrupt also, information came from folks who would know, I did not know at the time, but I’m sure many are quaking in their boots right now.

Your welcome, Free Speech, but I was commenting generally and taking heed myself. I fully understand that we carry over without realizing it our individual propensities which have been shaped by our careers. For example, being an accountant for over fifty years, I tend to be very analytical, which then, at times, makes me judgmental and critical. I have to work against those traits, or, at least, keep them balanced. Also, I have to be very tactful and wise in dealing with clients, but sometimes the bluntness takes over.
Those differences in the bloggers here at CW’s are what make this forum so unique, imo. At times it has gotten a bit “rough”, but we can take care of it, can’t we?

I frankly admit that was my same exact sentiment when I first came to citizenwells. And I’m guessing that about half the country still feel that way.

I pointed this out before on the Gulf spill and I’m not sure if anyone saw it. There’s one thing about the spill that doesn’t make sense.
They are saying 40-100 million gallons of oil have spilled to date so far. Okay that’s a lot.
But lets put it into perspective here. The Exxon Valdez had a capacity of roughly 70 million gallons and at the time of it’s accident it was carrying 52 million gallons. It only spilled 10 million.
So right now the total spill is between 1 and 1 1/2 Exxon Valdez’s filled.
Okay, that still a lot BUT… compare the size of a tanker to the size of the Gulf. It’s just a speck floating at sea. Am I right?
So how can that tiny speck of total oil be spreading out as much as the computer models are showing??? It’s really not that much oil and at some point it can’t spread any more.
We are not getting the real picture here. Sure it’s a bad accident, it’s hurting a lot of people and the environment and we have to get it cleaned up but I honestly think it’s being made up worse that it really is.

Without honest reporting, it would be anybody guess. Those who might know would be oil people, retired oil people, the folks that live near the sites-the fishermen. I’m sure the folks who live in Louisiana know their bayous like the backs of their hands. 1. The Exxon Valdez only dribbled “a little bit” – certainly next to nothing in regards the huge volume of ocean in which it discharged, yet it did a great deal of environmental damage.
2. The oil leaking in this case is very dirty. It contains a number of very harmful chemicals. Only a few parts per million can be very dangerous. The most visible, but not the most damaging, problem is the scumming of the coastline and the gunked up wildlife. The biggest damage is to the undersea ecosystem – which in this case is a lot of fish and shrimp.
3. Oil largely floats on water. And a tiny amount will spread out very thin and to an astonishing lateral extent.
4. With a tanker, you have a known maximum spill – it cannot exceed the volume of the tanker. With a well like this, there is no end. Estimates of flow, pressure, and extent of damage are all relatively unknown at this time. But even so, the bigger worry is the future several months, not the past several weeks.
5. This well is VERY DANGEROUS. It has already destroyed a vast amount of hardware, killed a dozen people, and injured others. Everybody in the area is essentially like working on a bomb squad.
6. And EVERYTHING is magnified and multiplied by the huge depth.
7. But, who knows, the well could be contained or capped within the next few days. The vast amount of sea could effectively absorb the oil, and the oil now on the surface could dissipate and be blown out to the deep blue sea and away from shorelines. Who knows.

Without honest reporting, it would be anybody guess. Those who might know would be oil people, retired oil people, the folks that live near the sites-the fishermen. I’m sure the folks who live in Louisiana know their bayous like the backs of their hands. Where folks could get information, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops-I’ll bet the folks who work in those places are getting an earful.

If you use the satellite function in Goggle maps you should be able to find an oil tanker docked at one of the many piers in the Gulf. I found one In Long Beach Calif. Once you do just zoom out and you’ll understand exactly how much oil is going into the gulf by their estimates.

HR 3590 is 2074 pages and is extremely difficult to understand but I found some questionable exemptions beginning with page 329.
If certain religious groups, American Indians, illegal immigrants, hardship cases and prison inmates are exempt from ObamaCare’s health insurance mandate then the law is clearly unconstitutional.
How can a federal law dictate adherence by only some groups of people but not others. Why will some religions be required to buy insurance and others will not? How far back does your American Indian heritage have to reach in order to allow exemption? Illegal immigrants won’t have to pay for insurance but hospitals will be required to treat them anyway?
Can legal experts who post here frequently help me to understand why this law should not be thrown out?

One of the bad things that is happening other than the fishermen and sport fishing, is the resorts are getting cancellations and this is prime time for them, children out of school etc.
My best recommendation is the city’s Chamber of Commerce web-site, whether it be LA, AL, FL. Florida is being very pro-active they want people to come, have a good vacation and hopefully return and/or recommend to friends/family, therefore press should report accurately.

Oh things have happened in Tennessee because of RAP/AGJ. Two RAP/AGJ disciples were killed in West Memphis by the police.
A 200 + Man SWAT TEAM was ordered by boChort TN Gov Bredesen to harass 20 people involved with RAP/AGJ in Madisonville, Tennessee.
2 men were arrested in that incident RAP/AGJ inspired incident.
I was visited by the FBI in Nashville because I made the mistake of being lured unknowningly into a conference call with a bunch of RAP/AGJ lunatics.
My question is if RAP/AGJ is not informing to the FBI & Homeland Security on these Patriots who is? The common denominator in all these incidents in Tennessee. In my case, all I did was engage in a conference call, I gave no one my phone number. I gave no one my address. Yet the FBI agent had my phone number and my address and he had been falsely informed that I was in Madisonville on 4/20/10 when I was 150 miles away in Nashville.
Who was the false informant? Only RAP/AGJ agents knew who I was, what my phone number was and what my home address was.
You were very smart not to get involved with RAP/AGJ, Honor.

First of all, I too miss the people that don’t post here as much now because of thier interest in RAP. I pay attention to the news and look for what they (RAP) are doing but I have not gone further than that. I focus on the Natural Born Citizen issue, Larry Sinclair, Inspector General Walpin (which I need to check on), and a few other issues.
I believe that we each are playing a (our) part. It’s cummulative.
When Obama’s credibility is shot to hell, some of the media will have no choice but to cover some Obama’s secrets if they are to survive as a institution (I almost said legitimate institution but stopped).
Take care and I hope when and if they do come back they will be welcomed with open arms.

Jonah, I’m not answering as a legal expert (far from it), but I did read recently a reliable article which stated that something was inadvertently omitted from the bill. That “something” is a clause which is included in most all bills, and simply states that if any part of the bill should be declared unconstitutional, the rest would remain intact. That was left out, and, if this report is true, I’m sure it was NOT intentionally omitted. Therefore, this could work in our favor, theoretically. Wouldn’t it be great, however, if BHO is removed as a criminal usurper and ALL of his laws that he signed be declared null and void? Folks, if this Kenyan report is true, (we already have the Hawaii birth debunked) things are looking better all of the time. We have to remember cornered beasts behave very dangerously.

a) the AG *cannot* represent/defend Obama in any challenge that involves a question of his citizenship, for the relevant statutory laws mandate that the AG be on the *prosecuting* side against Obama, if the AG is involved, at all… In fact, whether intentional or not, Obama and Holder can be hit with “constructive fraud”, at the very least…
b) the AG also *cannot* represent/defend Senators or the Senate body, itself, in these constitutional questions, either… Again, whether intentional or not, you have that “constructive fraud” against the rule of law thing again…
c) there are various statutory standings provided for even “mere” individual Citizens to sue Obama, Congress, etc.
d) Obama’s “Presidential records” are expressly PUBLIC by mandate of simple written law (and, combined with using AG Holder & U.S. Attorneys, i.e., our *taxdollars*, in an expressly-unconstitutional manner, defending Obama in any citizenship issues, then Obama gets to pay back every single red cent of that $1.7+ million spent so far… plus interest and penalties, naturally… plus, getting deported, or imprisoned, or whatever else…).
e) additionally, there are all sorts of various federal agencies/heads to statutorily go after Obama’s eligibility through.

But the chief reason for Hitler’s success in Germany was his incrementalism. He did not do everything in 1 day, or 1 year. He worked progressively to strip all laws opposing him in the country, and to realign all allegiance to himself and place all power and authority in his hands.
And this incrementalism worked, for 1 simple reason: the rank and file of Germany citizenry was passive and only reacted; they had no proactive organization to oppose Hitler. And so he could easily crush each group independently.

You can go to the cornell online law library by clicking on the links and read these Statutes for yourself.
Oddly, what is missing is the strongest law that we Patriots have in our favor which is the Constitution which gives us the right to form a Grand Jury and bring any number of charges for bo’s violations of some of the statutes mentioned in the article as well as many State Statutes. Furthermore, the Constitution gives us the right to bring a case directly before SCOTUS if the State or Federal Attorneys do not take action.

Thanks for that excellent post re. similarities between Hitler and BHO. Sometime ago there was an e-mail circulated which was based on facts, but the authorship was in question. I posted it then and later had qualms, because I gave the purported author’s name, which has later proved to be bogus.
However, I am going to repost it, with the exclusion of supposed author (later proved to be untrue) and the opening paragraph which describes his background. This fits in here very well: (I would like to be able to take credit for it)
Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like, and how people react to it.. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about ten to fifteen years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two. We demand and then codify into law the requirement that our banks make massive loans to people we know they can never pay back? Why? We learned just days ago that the Federal Reserve, which has little or no real oversight by anyone, has “loaned” two trillion dollars (that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose the terms. That is our money. Yours and mine. And that is three times the $700 billion we all argued about so strenuously just this past September. Who has this money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a government of “we the people,” who loaned our powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not. We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why? We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why? We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election (violently in California over a proposition that is so controversial that it simply wants marriage to remain defined as between one man and one woman. Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?) We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic. What they should have known was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory. Conservative “losers” read it right now. And there were the promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and frowned and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully and beat them into submission. Which they did – regularly. And then, he was duly elected to office, while a full-throttled economic crisis bloomed at hand – the Great Depression. Slowly, but surely he seized the controls of government power, person by person, department by department, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The children of German citizens were at first, encouraged to join a Youth Movement in his name where they were taught exactly what to think. Later, they were required to do so. No Jews of course, How did he get people on his side? He did it by promising jobs to the jobless, money to the money-less, and rewards for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe , and across the world. He did it with a compliant media – did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and …. . .. change. And the people surely got what they voted for. If you think I am exaggerating, look it up. It’s all there in the history books. So read your history books. Many people of conscience objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and ridiculed. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though. And the world came to regret that he was not listened to. Do not forget that Germany was the most educated, the most cultured country in Europe . It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And yet, in less than six years (a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency) it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors.. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with them. As a practical thinker, one not overly prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice: I can either believe what the objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong by closing my eyes, having another latte, and ignoring what is transpiring around me.. I choose to believe the evidence. No doubt some people will scoff at me, others laugh, or think I am foolish, naive, or both. To some degree, perhaps I am. But I have never been afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe-and why I believe it. I pray I am wrong. I do not think I am. Perhaps the only hope is our vote in the next elections.

Taking BHO Directly before SCOTUS
It is noteworthy that it has been over a year and a half since I first began to write about the Citizens Grand Jury Process and Original Jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of cases against Barrack Hussein Obama and, to date, BHO’s lawyers have never been able to refute my Constitutional Theories.
The precedent for getting standing and bringing a case directly to the United States Supreme Court upon Original Jurisdiction is the landmark case of Marbury v. Madison 5 U.S. (1 Crunch) 137, 2 L.Ed. 60 (1803). As succinctly stated by Chief Justice Marshall in Marbury, “If a persons duty is backed by law and not by political in nature, then he becomes subject of the law and is examinable by the court.”
Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution states, “In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.”
Marbury was a case involving a minor public minister. The case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all “Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls” of the United States and of all foreign nations with diplomatic status with the United States. Furthermore, the case against Barrack Hussein Obama involves all States of the United States as parties.
As in Marbury, We the People shall prosecute our cases against Barrack Hussein Obama petitioning the United States Supreme Court for a Writ of Mandamus compelling Barrack Hussein Obama to abide by the Constitutional Contract that he entered into with We the People on January 20, 2009 and uphold his Oath to abide by the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America.
It is stated in United States v. Butterworth, 18 S. Ct. 441, 169 U.S. 600 at 602 (1898),
“The office of a writ of mandamus is to compel the performance of a duty resting upon the person to whom the writ is sent. That duty may have originated in one way or in another. It may, as alleged in the present case, have arisen from the acceptance of an office which has imposed the duty upon its incumbent. But no matter out of what fact or relations the duty has grown, what the law requires, and what it seeks to enforce by a writ of mandamus, is the personal obligation of the individual to whom it addresses the writ.”
Following much good faith research regarding the issue of original jurisdiction in the Supreme Court of the United States, We the People have found no cases in the history of jurisprudence of the United States of America wherein a Defendant disputed the Constitutional fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over “all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls” as plainly stated in the Constitution of the United States, Article III, Section 2.
That being the case, “We the People” respectfully request that the Barack Hussein Obama stipulate to the fact that the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction over all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; or, in the alternative, that Barack Hussein Obama show good cause why the Supreme Court of the United States shall not have original jurisdiction

The Federal Law (US Legal Code) also seems to state an expectation for the qualification of candidates for Federal office. Maybe that’s one reason so many states do not have a specific law stating only qualified candidates may be placed on the ballot?????
The law in this section (Bribery) applies to an officer even BEFORE that officer “has qualified,” and also to a person who is a NOMINEE for an office.
Seems like “an officer . . . acting for or on behalf of the United States” would apply to the Office of the President.

Just do a websearch. The most important law to read is the Constitution, particularly the Bill of Rights, first 10 Amendments.
This may sound strange but I had never sat down and just read the Constitution until I started writing Brief & motions & articles about bo. In law school in constitutional law class. We read cases and only the parts of the Constitution that applied to the cases that we studied. It was a revelation to read the Constitution by itself with having to think about a case that a professor was interested in but to interpret it for yourself.

There is a synagogue in our town. Rabbi has huge tablets depicting the 10 Commandments on one of the outdoor walls, in Hewbrew and just beautiful. One day on the way to work the tablets went missing, I’m like God forbid somebody stole Rabbi’s 10 Commandments, but they came back in a week freshly painted. Thank you Rabbi, missed them while they were gone, they just add a certain something to the building.

Guess what?

If you have not done so, you absolutely MUST read The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution, by Kevin Gutzman.
It is full of interesting tales, but apropos to your own situation: He tells how he went through an emphasis in Constitutional Law at a major University and never once read through the constitution. All they did was review Supreme Court case law.
If nobody has articulated this before – we are living in the age where “Constitutional” is whatever the Supreme Court says it is, not the original document. Right or wrong, that is were we have evolved (shall I say, “progressed”). Any return to the historical situation would be decried as “going backwards”, undoing 200 years of PROGRESS.

Most of his early appearances came after a FREE concert, otherwise no one would have shown up. I doubt he met his constituents too busy making crooked deals.

I do not believe that the entire government (executive, legislative, judicial) is corrupt, or bribed, or frightened. Some yes, all no.
My theory is that EVERYBODY is afraid of ‘unrest’. As much as we all like to say the sky is falling and that we are in a terrible constitutional crisis, etc., the fact of the matter is that nothing much is happening.
Yes, the economy is in the tank, foreign policy stinks, and all that. But in my view (and I bet in the view of ALL the conservative establishment), not a lot worse than if any other uber liberal President were in power (e.g. Hillary). Everybody knew that have a very leftist Democrat president (and a Democrat congress) was inevitable after the last 8 years of disliked Republican rule.
So, I don’t think anybody ‘important’ sees any kind of crisis just because of Obama.
On the other hand, Obama is a sacred cow. ANYTHING happens to him, legal or not, will cause MASSIVE loss of life and property.
My theory is that the establishment thinks they are buying peace by their actions, and since they know the constitutionalists will not riot, they have nothing to lose.
Even if many Democrats and Rinos get voted out, they will blame it on Democrat-fatique, and unforeseen circumstances, they will not attribute it to Obama.
That’s my story, and I’m stickin’ to it.

I am trying to practice something I learned from the Israelis.
The Thoenes, husband and wife authors, have written exceptional historical novels about the rise of Hitler in Germany, as well as about the formation of the nation of Israel in 1948.
Their research is so accurate that professors use their books as texts for history classes. Many of the characters are based on real people, whom the Thoenes interviewed about their experiences during those times.
What really impressed me from my reading was this idea.
The Israelis defeat and rebuff their enemies by LIVING, and loving, and enjoying the blessings of life, by affirming everyday that they have the right to exist.
They enter into life with everything they have, whatever their circumstances, wherever they are, even when knowing their deaths could come at any moment.
Makes me want to enjoy and appreciate what I have and to thank God everyday.
I also read the Psalms — Bible verses to some, words of life, health, comfort, truth, and blessing to me, telling of the Creator who knows my name and sets a place for me at His table.

This may sound strange but I had never sat down and just read the Constitution until I started writing Brief & motions & articles about bo. In law school in constitutional law class. We read cases and only the parts of the Constitution that applied to the cases that we studied. It was a revelation to read the Constitution by itself with having to think about a case that a professor was interested in but to interpret it for yourself.

It is full of interesting tales, but apropos to your own situation: He tells how he went through an emphasis in Constitutional Law at a major University and never once read through the constitution. All they did was review Supreme Court case law.
If nobody has articulated this before – we are living in the age where “Constitutional” is whatever the Supreme Court says it is, not the original document. Right or wrong, that is were we have evolved (shall I say, “progressed”). Any return to the historical situation would be decried as “going backwards”, undoing 200 years of PROGRESS.

I’d just heard not too long ago about his conversion and what an impact it had. I certainly do agree with the Biblical worldview, which espouses man’s utter dependence upon God both in a personal way and in national life.
There is something I’ve become much more aware of than ever before – that is the rampant immorality among progressives who are seemingly trying to reach a utopian goal. It is so apparent now because we see so much of it in

CC, I’ve discerned that the strong believers in RAP (I know they are sincere folks) are going largely on faith. They believe what they have been told by mortals, whom they believe to be of God. A number of us are people of faith, but that faith is placed not in something we have been told by another mortal, but rather in Someone Who is divine and Who has revealed Himself. I’m sure that RAP believers would say they do also.
However, here is the problem. We have been told a number of times over the past several months to watch for certain events that are going to happen within a few days. Wonderful, amazing events! So far, none of this has come to pass. So that reaffirms suspicions that something is wrong here. The leaders have made certain predictions which were said to be forthcoming and we would see the fulfillment.
This reminds me of passages from the Old Testament re. prophets, not all of whom are true. For example, just one reference is Deut. 18:21-22: “And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken? When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously…..”
Some time ago we were told IRS would be ended and that there would be no more withholding taxes; debt would be absolved; there would be a release of certain prisoners…. When and where did it happen? IRS is going stronger than ever!
This is straight talk, but it’s from the heart, and it is also spoken only from an attitude of goodwill towards those fellow patriots who believe these things.

I disagree completely. I think Obama arrested with the rest of the co-conspirators would be viewed with relief by all loyal Americans.
We can’t have an illegal government and “unrest” could be the least of their problems. We are an open target for any enemy who has all the information on Obama along with every nation on Earth.
Things have happened in Tennessee because of RAP/AGJ, nothing good like RAP/AGJ promised.
Two RAP/AGJ disciples were killed in West Memphis by the police.
A Two Hundred Plus (200 +) Man SWAT TEAM was ordered by boChort TN Gov Bredesen to harass 20 people involved with RAP/AGJ in Madisonville, Tennessee.
Two (2) men were arrested in that RAP/AGJ inspired incident.
I was visited by the FBI in Nashville because I made the mistake of being lured unknowningly into a conference call with a bunch of RAP/AGJ members.
My question is if RAP/AGJ is not informing to the FBI & Homeland Security on these Patriots who is? The common denominator in all these incidents in Tennessee is RAP/AGJ. In my case, all I did was engage in a conference call, I gave no one my phone number. I gave no one my address. Yet the FBI agent had my phone number and my address and he had been falsely informed that I was in Madisonville on 4/20/10 when I was 150 miles away in Nashville.
Who was the false informant? Only RAP/AGJ agents knew who I was, what my phone number was and what my home address was.
It is wise not to get involved with RAP/AGJ.

I don’t see any inconsistency at all. My only concern in all things is rationality and common sense.
My primary criterion is that an independent dis-interested 3rd party is something of a gold standard. That prevents “agenda” politics and blind following the blind.
I try to follow that philosophy in all that I do. And I complain when other people violate that policy.
Having said that, I think I have two current quarrels with you.
1. Obama is a legal POTUS. I think I have clearly laid out my reasoning. It requires 2 independent items to be true – and you only address 1 of them.
2. LtC Lakin is wrong-headed. Before I am willing to further discuss this with you, I only ask how your opinions do not eviscerate the Nuremberg trials and the Geneva Conventions, both of which I claim take precedence over your cites, and both are factored into officer training.
These seem like simple and logical positions for me to take. You may or may not agree with them. So be it. At least I can defend myself logically. I think you can defend yourself only on basis of an “agenda”.
Other readers here can determine for themselves who is on stronger footing – me or you.

We don’t have a great handle on how the Saudis operate or what motivates them.
We believe they’ve been lying for decades about how much oil they really have, and we’ve read a great deal about their Wahabbism and desire to spread this oppressive cult around the world. Helen, the problem is that this stuff just reeks of wacko Conspiracy Theory – the kind that Alcoa has not enough foil to make a big enough hat.
Admiralty law and gold fringe flags and substitution for the constitution, and all that.
We can all read the Rules of Procedure (1946). What is in there is well known. Your Sgt. Harrington did not just achieve enlightenment that nobody else knew.
These rules do not replace the constitution. They simply codify and make uniform the details of court operation and procedure.
The Rules of Procedure make quite clear, I think, that presentments are not deleted, but only that they have fallen into disuse.
Sure, there is a practical matter of getting the courts to recognize them. And I have challenged FS before on this – i.e. what makes him think that any court will hear them? And he has put forward an opinion and rebuttal to my skepticism. I respect his enthusiasm and opinion, but remain skeptical.
I have also written before that overall we seem to have strayed from the constitution and that Constitutional Law seems to have evolved (devolved!) into being whatever the Supreme Court says it is.
I have also written before that I think a majority of all the Federal laws, regulations, statutes, agencies, and common practices are unconstitutional.
But I think all that has occurred for a variety of reasons (mostly related to leftist, progressive, and populist ideologies and politics) and not to some mystical thing with “The Corporation”, or “Admiralty Law”, or the unseating of the constitution by these particular rules and procedures.
I just think a little more sanity and cool-headed-ness would serve us better than hyper-ventilating over every dark shadow we see.

I agree with you completely. I am TERRIBLY worried. What I am saying is what I think the power elite of all political persuasions are thinking.
From their point of view – Nothing awful has yet happened just because of Zero. In fact some pundits like Ann Coulter love Zero because they they think him being a dolt and a poster child for liberalism, strengthens their argument that conservatives are “righter” and “better”.
And – I think it is a given that the patriots will not riot but the inner cities will. How can you argue against that?

If you take the time to listen to Harrington’s interview, what he is saying is this – the Articles of War instituted by King George were adopted by our military from the beginning or birth of our country.
Winthrop, who wrote the Articles of War, a tyrannical document, and who found the Constitution to be a “pesky document that gets in our way” convinced Congress, following the Civil War to adopt these rules as Military code for justice.
Congress adopted Volumes 1 and 2 of Winthrop’s writings. They became the code of military justice…not the constitution.
In 1946 these military rules of procedure were adopted in place of constitution law and have governed the judicial system since then.
Therefore, what Sgt Harrington is trying to get across to everyone is this – our constitutional protections for redress were stripped away from us in 1946. Therefore, few, and I mean few, courts in this country even accept citizen presentments. One of those systems is TN.
I believe it is Washington state that rid themselves of all GJ processes. If this is the case a) where do the citizens go for redress and b) if GJ’s remained under constitutional law then how in the heck did Washington state rid themselves of them altogether.
The point is citizens no longer have redress which is intentional and illegal, b/c GJs were taken over by the federal gov’t. Our constitutional rights/protections within the judicial system are non existent.

Helen, the problem is that this stuff just reeks of wacko Conspiracy Theory – the kind that Alcoa has not enough foil to make a big enough hat.
Admiralty law and gold fringe flags and substitution for the constitution, and all that.
We can all read the Rules of Procedure (1946). What is in there is well known. Your Sgt. Harrington did not just achieve enlightenment that nobody else knew.
These rules do not replace the constitution. They simply codify and make uniform the details of court operation and procedure.
The Rules of Procedure make quite clear, I think, that presentments are not deleted, but only that they have fallen into disuse.
Sure, there is a practical matter of getting the courts to recognize them. And I have challenged FS before on this – i.e. what makes him think that any court will hear them? And he has put forward an opinion and rebuttal to my skepticism. I respect his enthusiasm and opinion, but remain skeptical.
I have also written before that overall we seem to have strayed from the constitution and that Constitutional Law seems to have evolved (devolved!) into being whatever the Supreme Court says it is.
I have also written before that I think a majority of all the Federal laws, regulations, statutes, agencies, and common practices are unconstitutional.
But I think all that has occurred for a variety of reasons (mostly related to leftist, progressive, and populist ideologies and politics) and not to some mystical thing with “The Corporation”, or “Admiralty Law”, or the unseating of the constitution by these particular rules and procedures.
I just think a little more sanity and cool-headed-ness would serve us better than hyper-ventilating over every dark shadow we see.

Sgt Harrington, knowing the UCMJ inside and out is stating that the civilian courts now mirror the Rules of Procedure adopted in the late 1800’s Military Rules of Procedure.
B/c of this we have been under a form of Martial Law since 1946.

Read the first response from Judge Lamberth’s court to the American Grand Jury’s Presentments. The Judge said his courts jurisdiction AND rulings only need to based on Rules of Procedure NOT constitutional law.

Michelle, I read something about that very thing recently. The Saudis don’t like the Iranians. Of course, Saudis are Arabs and mostly Sunnis. The Iranians are mostly Persian and Shiites. The Sunnis and Shiites, both Muslim sects, don’t get along with each other. Then add to the mix that Ahmadinejad is a very radical Shiite who believes in the coming of the twelfth emom(sp?), which would give Iran an excuse to create chaos in order to herald the coming of their messiah.
Saudis and Iranians are united when it comes to the destruction of Israel, but they are not friends by any means. Hence, it would appear that Arabia will give safe passage to Israeli jets. That is more than the U.S. will do, because I’d heard that the U.S. would not allow Israel to fly over Iraq.
If there is anything that frightens me the most, it is the U.S. change in position towards Israel. If we let her hang out to dry, I fear for America, because God cannot bless us. In fact, we are in grave danger of His judgment if we join with the U.N. in condemning her for only defending her own country.

By the way, has Helen retired for the night? I would like you to develop what you feel her theory is about changes made in 1946? Somehow there are statements she makes which would appear to be connected somewhat with the same beliefs that RAP has, but I’m not sure.
I do gather that she is basing her beliefs on the fact that Judge Lamberth referred to the Rules of Criminal Procedure as the guide for his court, and that is why the grand jury presentments did not qualify. Of course, she has other sources for her beliefs also.

Thanks jbjd, we had so much turmoil going on in Chicago, that we had no idea what was going on in the rest of the world, plus all the sadness. This was such a sad time for America and I hate to people fear mongering like they do, to me it is insulting to all our fellow Americans no matter, race, color, creed and so un-fair and no excuse for an illegal government.

Random thoughts, at 4 he was too little to conceive the word crime not committed by him.
In Illinois when I was a little kid, I can still remember in Church when the Cubans first started coming over due to Castro, Father saying we must help these people. Everyone in the parish was expected to dig a little deeper in their wallets and help, money, a job-whatever they could provide. I wonder if he has a family member who could take him/mom in? I don’t think there was any kind of assistance from the government in those days, just an open door policy and people willing to make the sacrifices. Many of the Cubans had been from wealthy families, but there was no menial job that they would not do, that is why people respected them so much. Boy did they teach us a lot about patriotism. It would be helpful if Mexico had a much better government, a much better president than Calderon so the Mexican people would not want to leave. Calderon is doing like a reverse guilt trip, I’m a lousy president so this is all the fault of the American people, especially the citizens of AZ. He needs a slap too.

Even the most darkened atheist can read through the constitution and readily see that it is not a “stand alone” document. It needs a foundation. It is very clear that this foundation is intended to be Judeo-Christian ethics.
If we intend to be atheists or multi-cultural, then the constitution needs to be rewritten with all the necessary assumptions integrated into it.
But none of that matters if we keep on the present course. We are accelerating toward a British type of system. There is no constitution, the parliament just makes things up as they go along – based on tradition and oratory. There never is any question of “constitutionality”. Their government is whatever they want it to be on any given day – no constraints or limitations.

In 2007, Missouri placed on the ballot a proposed constitutional
amendment designating English as the Official language of Missouri.
Nearly 90% voting in favor! English became the official language for
ALL governmental proceeding in Missouri.
It also means no individual has the right to demand government services
in a language OTHER than English.
In 2008 a measure was passed that requires our Highway Patrol and other
law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any
person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found
to be here illegally.
It allows Missouri law enforcement offices to receive training to
enforce federal immigration laws. The bill makes it clear that illegal
immigrants will NOT have access to taxpayers benefits such as food
stamps and health care through Missouri HealthNET.
In 2009 a measure was passed that ensures Missouri’s public
institutions of higher education do NOT award financial aid to
individuals who are here illegally.
The law also requires all post-secondary institutions of higher
education to annually certify to the Missouri Dept. of Higher Education
that they have NOT knowingly awarded financial aid to students who are
unlawfully present in the United States.
So while Arizona has made national news for its new law, it is
important to remember Missouri has been proactive in addressing this
growing problem.
Missouri has sent a clear message that illegal immigrants are NOT
welcome in our state and they are certainly NOT welcome to receive
public benefits at the cost of Missouri taxpayers!

Finally, during the week of 14-18th of January 2010, just on the eve of my winter tour to the US, Rachel picked up a Nile TV broadcast in which Egyptian Foreign Minister Abul Gheit said on the “Round Table Show” that he had had a one on one meeting with Obama who swore to him that he was a Moslem, the son of a Moslem father and step-son of Moslem step-father, that his half-brothers in Kenya were Moslems, and that he was loyal to the Moslem agenda. He asked that the Moslem world show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic American problems (Healthcare), that he would show the Moslem world what he would do with Israel. I think we are on an “INFORMATION OVERLOAD” except for the INFORMATION regarding Obama.
Here is my whole case in a nutshell – My father served in the Second WW and Korea as a Naval Officer Reserve. If he had gone into politics and become successful he still would have been ineligible to run for the Presidency because his father was born in Canada. Now we have a President who has a completely missing record of anything and OUR government says that it doesn’t matter and he will be your president whether YOU LIKE IT OR NOT regardless of LEGALITY.

I too do not engage myself into conspiracy theories. Yes, they can br interesting to read sometimes, but that is as far as I lend myslef to go. Those such as 911 was an inside job or The corporation, oe the white house has been infiltrate by alien hosts green lizard people from the planet alfa omega 1, or alien life exists on other planets are just a few examples.

Notice I never mentioned Barry issues as a conspiracy theory, the reason is simply that is in fact not a conspiracy theory, or for that matter it does not even come close to a theory. As a matter of specifics, it is a hypothesis, which means two things.
First, it is a hypothesis because it does yeild avalible data. Secondly, it is the simplest form of data as it is binary in nature. Remember, a theory cannot be proven or disproven for reasons of lact of data avalible for determination and moved into a hypothesis stage, obummer info does not fit this definition. Let’s look at it briefly.
Binary in this case meaning Yes/no. Was obama born in a Hawaiin hospital? To answer this you must ask.. Is there data to prove he was or was not? If yes, then not a theory and can be very easily proven. Next. Did obama graduate from Columbia? Again, is there data available to to prove or disprove? Answer, yes. Therefor again, not a theory but rather a simple binarry hypothesis to prove or disprove the null oe alternate. Did obama accept any foreign scholarships? Again, apply the same priniples and you will find that none of it falls into the theory classification of definitions.
It is for these illogical reasons that I become ill when many claim the birthers are theorists, which of course is not true, if you understand the differeences of a theory and a simple hypothesis. What bothers me the most is when they throw birthers into the same category with the truthers, they are not the same. Yes, truthers are in fact conspiracy therorists. What they claim is impossible to prove or disprove. I can elaborate on the massive differences if you wish.

Note to Subdivision (a).
1. This rule gives effect to the following provision of the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury…
4. Presentment is not included as an additional type of formal accusation, since presentments as a method of instituting prosecutions are obsolete, at least as concerns the Federal courts.
There is no mention of “presentments” in the body of Rule 7. It is merely mentioned as a footnote in Note 4 of the Advisory Committee Notes on the Rules:
“4. Presentment is not included as an additional type of formal accusation, since presentments as a method of instituting prosecutions are obsolete, at least as concerns the Federal courts.”
Cabby this footnote 4 is UNCONSTITUTIONAL notwithstanding the fact that judges adhere to it.
It will take a SCOTUS ruling to remedy. IMHO Justices like Scalia are inclined to Rule in favor of the original intent of the Constitution not some footnote penciled in by Socialists in 1944.
In United States vs. Williams (USSC 1992) Justice Scalia wrote, “Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history…the Grand Jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the three branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right.” In other words the power of the Grand Jury is assigned to We the People in order that we may obtain a “more perfect Union.”

Thank you!!!! FS, YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD. Not only that, but you have explained this matter in a way that I have never read before – I mean, the reconciliation between Rule 7 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Constitutional provisions in
the Fifth Amendment. You see, for those of us who don’t have a background in law and don’t have the time to sort it all out, the myriad of voices out there (most of whom are ill-informed)
is confusing, to say the least. I hope that others “get it” as you have explained. In other words, Congress has codified and “amplified” what they wanted to re. constitutional principles and deviated from the original intent of the Framers.
So, what we have here is this situation. There are a number of folks who have researched this very issue and have come up with various theories. They may be “right on” when it comes to their findings, but what happens after that is up for grabs. So, there are those who have come to the right conclusions (as you have laid out), but then the conspiracy theories start flowing. That is where many of us part ways!
This is not to say that there were not forces at work to try to subvert the power of the Constitution, but we cannot embark on all the speculations out there (which cannot be proved) that lead to theories that don’t hold up under plain scrutiny. In other words, to put it bluntly, many of them are crazy, looney, unsubstantiated, and……….utter nonsense. (I mean the theories, not the people )
As far as the “elders” and “white knights” are concerned, I did enough research early on as to the background of some of the principals and found them to be possibly dangerous individuals. People have gone to jail over the years from following the wacko advice of leaders of the sovereign movement, which is the wellspring of the present RAP and related beliefs. In my opinion, there is a certain money-making aspect to these leaders, and who knows what else.
In another post you indicated that your false arrest was possibly made because of phone contact you had with RAP/GJ individuals.
You were unsuspecting, but what about those patriots who have given pertinent personal information and even thumbprints to these leaders? NO WAY would I ever do that!! First of all, why would it be required? Secondly, who knows where that info may end up?
Again, I have to say that you have written many good things, but this explanation is to me the most practical for the immediate situation we find ourselves in. Thanks for taking the time!

My thoughts on this are that we have to follow the law.
I also wonder why the young man took the time to apply for a Harvard scholarship, but never took the time to become a legal citizen?
I would think that would have been more important. Yes, his mother brought him when he was a child, but he is an adult now. If he would have tried to become a legal citizen, he may have been given it.
I have a lot of family here that are not from the U.S., but they all took the time to come here legally, it took awhile, but I think that is the only way to go. Otherwise you are just breaking the law and have no rights here.

The Magna Carta established and/or clarified the relationship between the King and the Nobles. It defined or led to the current parliamentary system.
Before the Magna Carta, the King got to make up rules as he went along. After the Magna Carta, the Nobles got to participate in the process.
The Magna Carta is a seminal document and concept of Western Civilization – but a Constitution, it is not.
I have never hear of any law or regulation in England being struck down because it was “not Magna Carta nal”.
