2010 voter fraud, 2010 election fraud, Voter intimidation, Reports clearinghouse

We have been witnessing voter fraud and voter intimidation coming from the Obama camp and organizations like ACORN for several years. The New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case was just dismissed by the US Justice Department. We have every reason to be concerned.

From Fox News August 26, 2010.

” Can an immigrant who resides legally in the U.S. on a work visa but who voted illegally in a presidential election year still become a naturalized U.S. citizen?
Yes, actually. Especially if the Department of Homeland Security sends a letter instructing him to request removal from the voter rolls.
That happened this summer in Putnam County, Tenn., where County Administrator of Elections Debbie Steidl says an immigrant who illegally registered to vote – and then voted – in 2004 is now seeking to become a U.S. citizen.”

From Citizen Wells August 25, 2008

Dr. Lynette Long has collected data and reports from the primaries and she has analyzed the data for accuracy. Texas has many reports of voter fraud and suspicious activity. This article will focus on Texas to provide a glimpse at how serious voter fraud was. Here are some reports from texas from Dr. Lynette Long:

We Will Not Be Silenced – Part 1

I was born and raised in NC and live there now. I do not want voter fraud in my state. Voter fraud was an issue in 2008.

From the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Oversight and Government Reform dated July 23, 2009.

“Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise?”
“A. Voter Registration Fraud
One-third of the 1.3 million voter registration cards turned in by ACORN in 2008
were invalid.3 ACORN has been investigated for voter registration fraud in Nevada,
Connecticut, Missouri, Ohio and North Carolina.”

From Lame Cherry October 9, 2008.

“CBS’s Harry Smith was drooling over Obama numbers in a rant fest with Michael Crowley of the New Republic.
The problem is that these two dim bulbs actually outed the Obama campaign in voter fraud as there are not enough people in North Carolina to get the “new voters” Obama claims are there.
Harry Smith apparently has not concluded that ACORN can not be registering all these “voters”. One can not just go into North Carolina and register EXACTLY 800,000 voters.
That is impossible and is a trend Obama in his election fraud is exposed by.”

We are rapidly approaching the November 2010 elections. We must be ready for everything and anything. The Obama camp has proven that they will stop at nothing to garner votes and steal elections. As we all know, the end justifies the means to them. What I am asking of you and for you to ask of others is this. Do you know of a central clearinghouse for reporting voter fraud or voter intimidation? If not, let’s seek one out.

Why Obama wants Republicans to win in November

Once there is a Republican majority in the House (and perhaps in the Senate as well), Obama will come alive again. He will stop taking wall-to-wall vacations. He will blame the Republicans at every turn, in every speech, at every opportunity…

    http://english.pravda.ru/opinion/feedback/17-09-2010/114965-obama_birth_certificate-0/

Obama’s ‘CERTIFICATION of Live Birth’ form reveals his Birth Registration was FILED in 1961 but was never fully ACCEPTED by the Hawaiian State Registrar’s Office. Hawaii is covering this up for political reasons to protect Obama. Only they know the ultimate reasons they are all willing to commit Misprision of Felony at this point in time given the…

  3. I put the following comment up elsewhere regarding the Pravda articles:

It seems that Russia’s largest online news service, Pravda, has an opinion article about Obama’s birth/records controversy on the front page.

    http://english.pravda.ru/opinion/feedback/17-09-2010/114965-obama_birth_certificate-0/

No evidence of Hawaiian birth for AKA Obama. What about Kenya?

Yesterday, there was a related story on Pravda’s front page:

AKA Obama fans: All together now – say OMG!!

    http://english.pravda.ru/opinion/feedback/16-09-2010/114949-obama_fans_OMG-0/

Both of these stories are also listed in the ‘Most Popular’ section of the Pravda’s front page. The willingness of Pravda to cover these issues indicates to me that the Obama birth/records/eligibility controversy is not going away any time soon. People (military included) do not have to get all involved in ‘conspiracy theories’ to give birth (sorry couldn’t resist) to a significant belief that Obama is not being honest about his past. All that is needed to develop such doubt is to rely on ‘common sense’.

I also believe that most people who genuinely support the Constitution consider even a small possibility that Obama may not be eligible to serve as POTUS and issue ‘lawful orders’ a serious concern. Almost everyone knows that it would not take a great deal of transparency on Obama’s part to put the issue to bed. Even if Obama does not owe such transparency to the general public, he owes it to the military, whose members are expected to follow his ‘lawful’ orders.

    UCMJ –

-…. Obedience to orders. It is a defense to any offense that the accused was acting pursuant to orders unless the accused knew the orders to be unlawful or a person of ordinary sense and understanding would have known the orders to be unlawful….II –109

Is there a point when a military man or woman of ordinary sense and understanding should know that Obama’s orders are likely unlawful?

How many articles raising questions, how statements in news articles, how many items of evidentiary value, how many statements from former Hawaiian official (Tim Adams), how many affidavits from investigators, how much money needs to be spent keeping records hidden, how many military careers must be destroyed before a person (or Joint Chief) of ordinary sense and understanding should know?

President blasted as a Christianity-hating tyrant ‘working that anvil right now forging our chains’
    http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=204149

  5. ACORN’s voter registration goal and cover for Obama.
It’s all about the, over/under vote. The object is to register or add to the voter rolls as many voters, or number of registrations as possible, to cover up the number of people who vote more than once or multiple times fraudulently. As long as the total number of votes is less than the number registered to vote, the fraud is covered. If the total number of votes is greater than the number registered then alarms will be going off. This allows operatives to vote multiple times for a candidate and not set off any alarms.

All of these crimes have been covered up by bo cohorts: Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, DA Torry Johnson and former Police Chief Ronal Serpas.

“As Governor, I’m going to prosecute fraud, clean up waste and stop abuse in state government. We are facing a huge budget deficit and there’s no better time to root out fraud and waste and I will be appointing California citizens to sit on the grand jury,” Meg Whitman said.

“This grand jury will have the powers to subpoena, indict and hand over cases for civil and criminal prosecutions,” said Whitman. “The bottom line is, when I’m Governor, there will be consequences. … how many military careers must be destroyed before a person (or Joint Chief) of ordinary sense and understanding should know?

    =====================================

To me that is a core issue, but in reverse. How many military careers have been destroyed so far as a result of this? Zero. How many are likely to be destroyed in the near future? 1 or 2, maybe 3 or 4. If they do a good enough job of “crucifying” the “early adopters”, how many more will risk a head first plunge into the buzzsaw? Zero.

If the fraud is outed, how many military careers will be destroyed? And of really “important” high-ranking military in particular? [ _______ supply your own answer here, but at a minimum, dozens, probably hundreds.]

The article you cite starts out with these words:
Concerning Christine O’Donnell’s stunner in Delaware, the eminent Charles Krauthammer writes that the late William F. Buckley had a rule: “Always support the most conservative candidate who is electable.”
    ****************************
It is a good article, but the author’s analysis either misses or somewhat skirts around the vital point, imho: Considering the climate of the electorate, as pointed out in the article, I would say that Ms. O’Donnell IS electable! Mike Castle is a liberal RINO and people are fed up with them, almost as much as they are with the Dems. Times they are a-changin’ and we shall see what happens!

I’m a former Dem now Tea Party-half of Tea Party is Dems (they haven’t admitted that yet) they have also forgotten that once upon a time “rag-tag group of misfits” is how the British referred to George Washington’s army. Gen Washington never gave up, and neither will we. Someday when honor is restored to DC, we can put Washington’s name before as it once was. DC is so corrupt now I would not dishonor Washington, by putting his name in front of DC.

My problem with all this is this:

I am computer illiterate….I am an Einstein compared to my husband.
However, he can change his ring tone on his cell in 2 minutes…where am I going with this??
If he can do that, what can be accomplished with computer hackers?? those that get into data of govt documents, business billing data, and that’s just for fun!!!
I don’t think the focus is needed on voter fraud alone–electronic machines being compromised is the devil here.
In my little district?? Hell no. EVERY voter is known by someone at that voting station. But in a metropolitan city, with thousands, voter fraud is rampant.
I still wish our focus was centered on paper ballots; with receipts; and purple fingers.

In a classic case of misdirection, while the media are preoccupied with the fate of the Bush tax cuts, President Obama is preparing to attend a United Nations summit next week to endorse “innovative finance mechanisms”-global taxes-to drain even more wealth out of the U.S. economy.

A draft “outcome document [1]” produced in advance of the September 20-22 U.N. Summit on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) commits the nations of the world to supporting “innovative financing mechanisms” to supplement foreign aid spending.

Here in FL-when I just voted in the primary-you have to sign in and show a picture ID (driver license) in my case. FL now uses optical scanners due to Gore/Bush- Robert Wexler (D) was our rep then who held the position Lt. Col. Allen West is now running for ( a little redistricting had gone on but essentially most of Palm Beach County). Our ballot has arrows and you just connect the arrows, bring to the scanner-election officials are NOT allowed to touch the ballot. If you see anything that looks funky report it here-state, county and possible criminal activity. Maybe we need a web-site/hot line called I see election fraud and I want to report it, at least there is a record of it-

“The federal government, instead of supporting us and saying, ‘You go, Arizona, sorry we can’t help you,’ they decided to go a step further and drag us into court, with the ACLU, so they’re undermining the rule of law,” he said.

Thank you for an adult response. Of course I do not agree with much of it, but that is not critically important – especially when we are trying to challenge each other and work out of our comfort zones. What IS critical is to be an adult and not be so intolerably THIN SKINNED. Geesh.

CW’s blog is not the place to debate these facts – maybe someday when I have more time I can come over to your blog and we can have a hand-to-hand, fact-to-fact “smackdown”. But I would like to discuss strategy for a moment.

My beef with 9/11 truthers and anti-zionists is the same. And since Jews seem to play an important part in 9/11 conspiracy theories, maybe they are indeed the same topic.

I agree that there is a BIG PROBLEM with the standard story. There are holes with no official explanation. And there are few if any actual facts (even “non-approved” facts, many of which seem probable) about this situation that I disagree with. The problem comes when trying to suss out the ground truth. The CT’ers (may I call you/them that?) seem to have rushed in where even angels fear to tread.

Opinions and speculation are OK and even necessary when trying to share ideas or determine a best compromise in a business or political situation. I do not accept opinions and speculations as a foundation for a belief system. I stop short – at the level of incontrovertible facts – and then say about the rest of it “it is still emerging from the fog”. To do otherwise seems to me to put one in Rorschach Test land where there is grave danger of “reading into it” a prejudice or wishful thinking. But that’s just me.

As regards Jews in particular, I am on record as saying that Jews probably have more influence on the US than might be the case in a pure world. I have stated that we out to research it and decide what to do about it someday, but it is not very high on my list right now.

Instead, I would like to direct your attention to a practical matter. Perhaps reference to English/France history throughout the middle ages and into the Enlightenment would help. These two were almost constant antagonists and constantly meddled in each other affairs. No two greater enemies – over a longer period of time – ever existed. Yet from time to time they put all that aside and worked together against an EVEN GREATER COMMON ENEMY – Austria, Russia, and Turks jump immediately to mind. Sometimes these “temporary alliances” would last years, decades, even generations.

With that introduction, here is my very succinct bottom line on Jews: Even though I don’t agree with your more extreme opinions and conclusions, let us accept ALL OF THAT for the purposes of argument. The Islam/Sharia scourge far FAR exceeds that and is far more dangerous and far more damning to Western Civilization. At this point – regardless of their own iniquities – an enemy of my enemy is my friend.

That leads me by inexorable logic to say: At least until the Islam/Sharia crisis is squashed forever, lay off the Jews.

I believe any other approach to be suicidal. It IS as simple as that.

Nope, not on your life. Dead serious. This one DOES qualify for “sky falling”. There is no worse threat to Americanism than the internationalization of our law – or even the philosophy of our law. (Having anything at all to do with anything at the UN is a close second.) This is correct. There is even a worse aspect. Many California 2nd amendment zealots (you know, the good guys! – and as conservative/libertarian as they come) are seriously considering for Brown because he is “not bad”. He has been kicking around California since forever (even multi-generational) and has never done anything truly awful. Not good, mind you, but better than recent governors including Ahnuld. For a Liberal/Democrat he has had a relatively mild history with respect to gun rights. Meg is somewhat unknown in this area, but what little is known, she seems to be a knee-jerk anti-gunner.

So, what’s a voter to do? SIGH.

Seriously, what a way to start a Friday.
Please go over to Democrats.org and read what’s being said about the new toilet-inspired logo Tim Kaine spent the LAST FIVE MONTHS designing, with the help of Amish school children (who had never seen or touched a computer before). Kaine’s inspiration and reasoning appears to be that “Well, everyone’s got a toilet in their house, or knows of one nearby, and the same should be true of Democrats. One in every house, or nearby that you know of, so that’s what our logo should look like. Who doesn’t like or need a toilet? It just sort of made itself”.
Our favorite comment so far on the DEMOCRATS’ OWN SITE is that the new logo is RAAACIST:

  45. For those of you who have not looked… a poster at Pravda has made a direct threat which will most likely result in black suv’s and helicopters (as JJ puts it). This should be alarming for many reasons.

  46. Cabby AZ,

My friend, the words of Justice Breyer are most disturbering.

  47. http://newsflavor.com/opinions/white-house-insider-on-obama-the-president-is-losing-it/#ixzz0zjOVl9rF

So if Obama doesn’t appear interested in the job of president, what does he do day after day? Well, he takes his meetings just like any other president would, though even then, he seems to lack a certain focus and on a few occasions, actually leaves with the directive that be given a summary of the meeting at a later date. I hear he plays a lot of golf, and watches a lot of television – ESPN mainly. I’ll tell you this – if you want to see President Obama get excited about a conversation, turn it to sports. That gets him interested. You start talking about Congress, or some policy, and he just kinda turns off. It’s really very strange. I mean, we were all led to believe that this guy was some kind of intellectual giant, right? Ivy League and all that. Well, that is not what I saw. Barack Obama doesn’t have a whole lot of intellectual curiosity. When he is off script, he is what I call a real “slow talker”. Lots of ummms, and lots of time in between answers where you can almost see the little wheel in his head turning very slowly.

Ok, back to President Obama then. In just a few words, how would you describe him these days? Like I said, it’s been a while since I was last at the White House, but I don’t have a problem saying that the president is losing it. I don’t mean he is like losing his mind. I mean to say that he is losing whatever spark he had during the campaign. When you take away the crowds, Obama gets noticeably smaller. He shrinks up inside of himself. He just doesn’t seem to have the confidence to do the job of President, and it’s getting worse and worse.

What about Hillary Clinton? Obama is scared to death of Hillary. He doesn’t trust her – obsesses over her almost as much as he does Fox News. He respects her though, which might be why he fears her so much as well. He talks the game, but when it comes down to it, she has played the game on a far tougher level than he has, and Obama knows that.

How about Bill Clinton? I never heard Obama say anything about Bill Clinton personally, though I was told he has cracked a few jokes about the former president since getting into the White House. I have heard that Bill Clinton does not like Barack Obama. That really started when Obama played the race card against him during the primary campaign. Apparently Clinton was apoplectic over that and still hasn’t gotten over it. If there is one thing I have learned in this town – don’t make an enemy of Bill Clinton.

Oh, simply explained. Thank you for asking nicely.

It’s just that since forever I have been a follower (even leader!) of the Buckley Rule. Under ANY circumstances, at ANY time, for ANY purpose, electability is the foremost criteria. This is (has been?) a core belief of mine for decades. The reason is very simple. If you want to do ANYTHING you have to be in the game. No matter how good you are, no matter how pure you are, if you are sitting on the sidelines, or not even in the stadium, you are worthless.

So, this article broaches the topic that maybe electability should not be such a big concern. Like I said, I still have to disagree with it, but they make some excellent points worthy of consideration.

And yes, I was hoping for some kudos for posting an article that is so against a core belief – it is proof that I am a True Seeker. It is equivalent to Free Speech posting an article on “Why lawyers are FOS on all things technical – especially oil wells”. Do you think he would ever do that?

    =======================================

    Question 1:

Has dumbnuts slowtalker Professor Zero EVER said or written anything that even REMOTELY resembles the distinctive wording, phrasing, and cadences on “his” book, Dreams From My Father?

    Question 2:

Can you name any persons who have actually written stuff in this style – and readily available for public access? Hint: Indeed there are. But the style is so odd and unique, there are is only one.

    Question 3:

Given the ready availability and easy access to all the necessary materials, why has nobody connected the dots?

  58. CC,

    Thanks,

And yes, you have clarified your position on that particular subject. I would have to say, that once upon a time, I too thought that electability was worth its venture. However, and since the days past Regan, the understanding of Carter prior too, I changed my core belief.

Nothwithstanding, the negative impact on our politicians directly correlated to the Buckley Rule – in my opinion – is the causation of current conservative party splits. It also, in my opinion is what lead to the absolute divisions of our Republic party ideology.

The Buckley Rule, in my opinion, lent its hand into those of have the largest pockets and set aside as some unknown residual effect, others that would have adhered to their oath of office and follow the Constitution; City, State or Federal level matters not.

We hear multiple officials at the federal level, clearly voting against Obamacare, but refuse to make a public denouncement of it violating the Constitution, reasons given is that they have personal paying clients that were for it and would be a conflict. Yes, a conflict of interest for their re-electability. This must at all costs be overcomed.

    Just my opinion

If you say “you are a moron”, that is an emotional personal attack.

Instead you are supposed to say “what you said was moronic”, that removes the emotion and re-targets the arrow to a non-personal abstract object.

I apologize I do not have a direct link to Scribd as to the 9 page responce, as it was of course sent directly to me, being a party thereof.

I will sum this 9 page reply memorandum for motion for summary judgement up for you.

Basically, all they did in their responce (no shocker, didn’t expect different) was to claim that they did everything in their known power to meet the FOIA goals requested, and therefore, they have a “REASONABLE” applied effort for responce, should be sufficient to satisfy. Of course, they list case arguments to support their reasonable documentation search efforts, thus ask for dismissal here on out, releived of any further seach.

Soooo, that’s basically it in a nutshell and it didn’t take 9 pages to explain that to you.

The final of course is left up to the judge. Will he buy their argument and grant closure, or request otherwise? Who knows. Let’s keep our fingures crossed.

Any questions about specifics in the release, just let me know and I will try to answer them.

I don’t care what bingo associations are doing, when a business is required to report payments for rents and outside services (contract labor) it has to be on a cumulative basis for the year. $600 or over, TOTAL, paid to any one individual must be reported on Form 1099. Of course, dividends, interest, and certain other payments must be reported likewise.

Here is the change that businesses are justly complaining about: It won’t just be for rents, services, etc., but for merchandise purchases, supplies, etc., which will put a very heavy burden especially on small businesses, the backbone of our economy. The record keeping requirements will explode and be a real headache for business and accountants. This must be repealed.

If there is no paper trail because of electronic voting machines, the only alternative is to check the code written into the computer that tabulates the votes from all of the machines used. THIS MUST BE DONE WITH A WARRANT from the prosecutor and you must have PROOF OF FRAUD.
This is why exit polling in the age of electronic voting is so vital.

To Mark Constitution Day, Congress Should Require All Bills to Cite Their Constitutional Authority
Posted by Kevin Boland on September 17, 2010
On this day in 1787, the Founding Fathers signed the U.S. Constitution – and what better way to honor their legacy than to adopt a proposal by Rep. John Shadegg (R-AZ) to require each bill moving through Congress to include a clause citing the specific constitutional authority upon which the bill would be enacted. Last month, Rep. Shadegg submitted the idea on America Speaking Out, and it was immediately embraced by House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH). To mark Constitution Day today, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and the House Democratic leadership should honor the Constitution by scheduling a vote on Rep. Shadegg’s proposal. POLITICO today reported on the concept:

  87. What is this nonsense wanting Piglosi to resign? I want her PROSECUTED to the fullest extent of the law, doing hard time. No cupcake prison time. Fight on my fellow law abidding citizens. Stay safe, God Bless.

  88. Cabby AZ,

Joking aside (on my part), many private citizens in the work force (little lone the politicians) do not understand the financial end of accounting procedures enacted upon us for requirements.

I disagreed with the further strick pratices that Bush himself pushed for and had passed.

Of course, in my past management positions, accounts and myself never got along. It was a constant battle everyday in every meeting begining in the 1 hour conference daily held with the President. Fists pounded, exchange of words I cannot repeat, but its a real headache, as you said.

One day, I would be instructed to run the facilities for “absorbtion” against my protest, but over-ride by the CFO (an accountant). 3 days later, be screamed at (by the sane CFO and now President) to “shut it all down” your building inventory….our costs will go through the roof…

No kidding sherlock, what did you think was going to happen? If I only have demand to run 60 percent of our equiptment in the plants, then 40 percent must be idol, or I am going to build a massive inventory quick, of which we have no sales for.

Fire it up, shut it down, on and on, everyday headache to better position yourself to survive as a company and meet the rediculous accounting procedures imposed by congress. I am sure its not fun for you guys either Cabby AZ.

My question is this. If its so good to account for every penny in, adjusted through every process, and end product accounted for, then why in the hell is it not good enough for our congress to use the same exact accounting principles imposed on us in business?

Let me lose a half million dollars in business not accounted for and my butt is in a federal prision, let Congress lose 100 million of my money (taxpayers) and they promise to look into the matter.

    Double standards? You bettcha.

Don’t think for one moment that the U.S. Goverment responcible to spend our dollars and account for it, to the last penny, doesn’t have the technical capability to use accounting programs to keep up with it, they do, but chose not to. Why?

WASHINGTON — A scientist and his wife who both once worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory were arrested Friday after an FBI sting operation and charged with conspiring to help develop a nuclear weapon for Venezuela.
After their arrest, the two appeared in federal court in Albuquerque, N.M.
They were accused of dealing with an FBI undercover agent posing as a Venezuelan agent. The government did not allege that Venezuela or anyone working for it sought U.S. secrets.
The pair were indicted for allegedly communicating classified nuclear weapons data to a person they believed to be a Venezuelan government official.
Accused in a 22-count indictment are Pedro Leonardo Mascheroni, 75, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Argentina, and Marjorie Roxby Mascheroni, 67, a U.S. citizen. Both were formerly contract employees at Los Alamos.

But the UN and several foreign nations will use next week’s conference to push for “small global taxes” on airline tickets and financial transactions that could net $30-$35 billion a year. The new UN tax will deposit the money collected from developed Western nations into a “Global Solidarity Fund,” which will then redistribute the funds to other nations. The president told the UN last year, “We have fully embraced the Millennium Development Goals.”

Lobbyists all over Washington are privately complaining about getting undue pressure to contribute to House Democrats, who are frantically dialing for dollars to save their House majority. One of those insiders has now made available a fascinating tape showing how at least one member may be stepping over ethical lines in securing money. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi started the unseemly treasure hunt in August when she and other top leaders wrote members saying: “We need to know your commitment is to maintaining a strong Democratic majority now” and pleading with them to call.

The dramatic ascent of the Tea Party continued in America this week, with the conservative movement scoring another surprise victory in the Republican primary in Delaware. German editorialists digested the news on Thursday and warned that both Republicans and Democrats were right to feel uneasy. The Tea Party movement has enjoyed a comet-like rise since last year. It provides a haven for voters for whom the mainstream Republican Party is not conservative enough, and its popularity is widely attributed to dissatisfaction with US President Barack Obama and frustration with the lackluster US economy. Many observers expect its rise will
    Comments:
The ”frustration” was created by 0bama and his band of merry leftist Marxist hacks who have been trying to hack our Constitution to pieces. Most of the German papers quoted side with socialism of course. And the one paper (Handelsblatt) that starts to get it mentions Hitler and hasn’t a clue about what leftist fascism is
Read the quote from Süddeutsche Zeitung in the article. “The Democrats and the president have been put totally on the defensive. From now on they will only be able to react, rather than act.” This is the best summary of what is happening in American politics. It about fighting tooth and nail for what you believe in the face of incompetence, idiocy and treachery of liberal Democrats and their philosophy of socialism, marxism, globalism and class warefare.

    § 212. Citizens and natives.
The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. (1) The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those (2) children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. (3) The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and (4) these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, (5) in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, (6) if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

Exactly what do you mean by that? Never mind, I can guess. The behavior you describe is ILLEGAL, and I don’t care how you want to view it, that kind of immorality is one of the reasons we are where we are today.

Upon what basis do you justify “money under the table”? It has consequences and not just because of possible audits. People who have conducted their self-employed businesses in that manner (I have happened to know a couple personally) have lived to regret it. When it came time for retirement, their Social Security payments were somewhat or greatly reduced, depending on the degree of cheating. Also, people who indulge in that practice are, in effect, stealing from other citizens who pay their taxes.

  120. Folks,

I just cannot pass up this open free-4-all game. I have listened over the past couple of days of the so called Michelle Obama healthy plan for fast food businesses to offer more healthy choices, in her words carrot sticks and sliced apples.

Don’t laugh yet, but she even said that if it meant they had to sacrifice a top choice menu.

Now I presume, before she runs off to Kenya with hubby, every first lady attempts to leave some form of historical mark. For example, Nancy Regan was “just say no to drugs”, and Laura Bush was fighting against illeterate children in America. As we all know, Hillary Clintons was “free” health care at zero cost, which flopped and unconstitutional. Now we have another Socialist, Michelle Obama demanding apple slices and carrot sticks for private businesses.

Here is my question “Michelle”, where in the entire U.S. Constitution, does it say you or any part of the Federal Government, have the authority to “tell” or even “suggest” that private businesses should offer a different healthy menu? I cannot for the life of me, place my fingure on that Article in the U.S. Constitution. Maybe someone here can.

In addition “Michelle Obama”, the last time I checked a picture of your hubbies half brother next to his tin hut in Kenya, he looked like he could use a few apple slices and carrot sticks…. but I’m confident, that he would prefer a number 1 McDonalds value combo meal instead….

Ah, dear sir, you fail to understand the level of depravity.

Thanks to the Supreme Court going back at least as far as FDR, two interesting clauses in the constitution have been conceptually expanded so they cover EVERYTHING a government can imagine:

    Regulate Commerce

    General Welfare

That is why otherwise well-intentioned suggestions to require every law to have a constitutional tie-back will fail at a practical level. Just write in either of these two phrases as appropriate and you are golden.

It is also why it is going to be very difficult to find anything in the Obamacare unconstitutional. You may thank the USSC.

We have been witnessing voter fraud and voter intimidation coming from the Obama camp and organizations like ACORN for several years. The New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case was just dismissed by the US Justice Department. We have every reason to be concerned.

From Fox News August 26, 2010.

“ Can an immigrant who resides legally in the U.S. on a work visa but who voted illegally in a presidential election year still become a naturalized U.S. citizen?
Yes, actually. Especially if the Department of Homeland Security sends a letter instructing him to request removal from the voter rolls.
That happened this summer in Putnam County, Tenn., where County Administrator of Elections Debbie Steidl says an immigrant who illegally registered to vote – and then voted – in 2004 is now seeking to become a U.S. citizen.”

I was born and raised in NC and live there now. I do not want voter fraud in my state. Voter fraud was an issue in 2008.

From the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Oversight and Government Reform dated July 23, 2009.

“Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise?”

One-third of the 1.3 million voter registration cards turned in by ACORN in 2008

ACORN’s voter registration goal and cover for Obama.
It’s all about the, over/under vote. The object is to register or add to the voter rolls as many voters, or number of registrations as possible, to cover up the number of people who vote more than once or multiple times fraudulently. As long as the total number of votes is less than the number registered to vote, the fraud is covered. If the total number of votes is greater than the number registered then alarms will be going off. This allows operatives to vote multiple times for a candidate and not set off any alarms.

After I reported that computers were stolen from the Nashville/Davidson County Election Commission by the bo cohorts in Nashville, bo cohort Nashville DA Torry Johnson had me arrested on false charges.

The computers stolen by bo cohorts contained the names, social security numbers and dates of birth of every registered voter in Nashville. Since then bo cohorts in Nashville have used this stolen information to engage in identity theft and voter fraud.

All of these crimes have been covered up by bo cohorts: Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, DA Torry Johnson and former Police Chief Ronal Serpas.

As we now know, bo and his local co-conspirators engaged in identity theft and voter fraud in cities throughout the USA in 2008.

Meg Whitman announces California Grand Jury on Waste, Fraud and Abuse

CUPERTINO – Meg Whitman today announced her plan to create the first California Statewide Grand Jury on Waste, Fraud and Abuse.

I want to be able to look taxpayers in the eye and tell them their tax dollars are being well spent.”

… how many military careers must be destroyed before a person (or Joint Chief) of ordinary sense and understanding should know?

    =====================================

As the saying goes – DO THE MATH.

This is just totally outrageous. I have noted many reasons why various people (especially PTBs) may be hesitant to go after Zero and why they may fail if they try. One of my theories is that the concept of NBC is too arcane for Joe Sixpack to grasp. But in stark contrast, this seems black and white, open and shut, premeditated, belligerent, easily grasped by even the dimmest bulbs. Like I said, unbelievably outrageous.

Isn’t anyone in TN outraged that nothing is being done? It would seem like that even my hypothetical chickensh-t PTB would cry out over this one.

Their modus operandi is to deny, obfuscate, and complain about facts.

I cannot for the life of me, place my fingure on that Article in the U.S. Constitution. Maybe someone here can.

    —————————————
They always use (misuse) the General Welfare cause because they know what is best for us.

“Congress has not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but only those specifically enumerated.”
    — Thomas Jefferson

“If Congress can determine what constitutes the general welfare and can appropriate money for its advancement, where is the limitation to carrying into execution whatever can be effected by money?”
    — Senator William Draden, South Carolina 1828

”With respect to the two words “general welfare,” I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators. If the words obtained so readily a place in the “Articles of Confederation,” and received so little notice in their admission into the present Constitution, and retained for so long a time a silent place in both, the fairest explanation is, that the words, in the alternative of meaning nothing or meaning everything, had the former meaning taken for granted. “
    — James Madison, the Father of the Constitution, elaborated upon this limitation in a letter to James Robertson

Well, sir – our illustrous USSC begs to differ. After all, your quotes are not binding or court precedents. They are just random musing of old fogeys, clearly out of touch with modern needs.

    ————————————–

The quotes are the thoughts from two of those who wrote helped frame the Constitution so I don’t consider their comments random musing. Some folks would have us believe that the Founders writings and actions after ratification violated the very document they had just created which is absurd. I say, since Founders wrote it, they know best as to what it meant and expressed themselves in letters afterwards to ensure we would know the truth.

Those who disagree believe in the philosphy of Supreme Court Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes who on May 3, 1907 declared: “We are under a Constitution, but the Constitution is what the judges say it is.”

    **********************************
This problem has been straining my brain cells for awhile, too. I’ve come to the conclusion that in some instances there is a woeful lack of the art of conversation. To be a good conversationalist one must break way from one’s own thoughts long and sufficiently enough to get “into the mind” of the other person, i.e. try to enter into the context and spirit of the other person’s message. This has become rather a lost art.

That explains, at least to me, why there is often so much misunderstanding here at times. Things are taken out of context and often magnified way beyond what the poster meant. A little more care on the part of the reader and a little more reluctance to jump to conclusions would be in order, so it seems. Am I off-base?

  147. Citizen Carlyle (FUBO)

I think also that we are ALL so tired, so weary, so frustrated.
Many of us are unimaginably angry – that we have been
    F-CKED, F-CKED IN THE B-TT.

That tends to make one a little skittish, and trigger happy.

Although on one level I deplore it, it is no wonder that
    TEMPERS ARE HOT!
