Old birth certificates no longer valid, Puerto Rico, US Government requires valid birth certificate

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

From The St. Petersburg Times September 27, 2010.

“Puerto Rican birth certificates issued before July will no longer be accepted as a valid form of ID at state and federal agencies beginning Thursday, officials say.

The change coincides with a decision by the Puerto Rican government to issue new, more secure birth certificates because the old ones, they said, were frequently used unlawfully to obtain driver’s licenses, passports, and Social Security benefits.”

Yes, the US Government is supposed to require a valid birth certificate.

Not announcements in  newspapers Glenn Beck, et al.

  1. It’s very telling there is not a peep in the Lakin case. I was listening to that mad man Ed Shultz’s radio program two days ago. I am paraphrasing here…Ed was lamenting the fact that the Republicans may take the House. He said something like “watch, they are going to impeach him over his birth (certificate, place, eligibility)” They will impeach him, he said.

I sent him an email that stated that he, Ed, implicitly admitted that Obama was not a Natural Born Citizen. If not, then Obama would not be impeached over that issue.

It’s crazy. It’s the big gorilla in the room that they are afraid to notice.

  2. That audio would be nice to spread around. Good morning! Zach

  3. I’m sure that there is a podcast…It was on Tuesday, around 2:10 Eastern Time…. The will impeach him he said…. He’s such a hotheaded di.psh.t that he couldn’t possibly even be thinking about what he was admitting to., that Obama is a fraud. I’m sure that my email to him brought him down to earth. Even with a Republican House, Obama would not be impeached over the NBC issue without tons of evidence. He’s such a moron.

  4. Isn’t it amazing that the “elite” class, who think that they are so smart, in the end have no ability to logically think through their own arguments?

  5. I hate to say this, but listening to Morning Joe this morning…Jeb Bush is the most qualified candidate out there right now…

Barney Frank is in serious trouble in his re-election bid. Who would have thought that two years ago? Same with Harry Reid, and Feingold and Boxer. the little “Ds” are dead meat already.

We are about to witness a political slaughter the likes of which hasn’t been seen in a century or more.

Wait for it…then we’ll have that fraud on the run.though.

  7. Expect bo to stage another false flag event associated with his Deep Horizon Disaster and Corexit Poisoning of the people of the Gulf and Atlantic States. Even if Repubs are successful in taking over the House we will need to put all bo’s co-conspirators in congress in prison along with bo in order to take our country back.

Justice Lewis Powell ruled:“ Such an (Grand Jury) investigation may be triggered by tips, rumors… or the personal knowledge of the grand jurors.”

    Paxon,

If the repubs take the House they will certainly start impeachment of bo, but don’t expect the repubs to remove bo even if they take the Senate. They will just use the impeachment investigation to the repubs political advantage that’s all. With bo still in the Presidency, the certainly win the White House in 2012 and continue to win in congressional elections.

If we want bo legally removed from our White House, we the people are going to have to do it by the Grand Jury process. Neither the repubs nor the demRats are going to remove bo. It is to the repubs political advantage in 2012 for bo to still be pResident and the demRats know that if bo goes to prison all his co-conspirators in congress will go to prison with him.

Janet Napolitano is attempting to push a hundred different nations into a non binding agreement to install body scanners in their airports. As more and more of our civil liberties are tramped upon, what is left of our nation will become a total police state.

  25. Paxson,

It won’t be a Gorilla in the room that exposes the largest Fraud ever commited in the History of America.

It will be the “Elephant” in the room (house) after the November elections that exposes the Fraud.

I am personally one of those 8 ton Elephants that will ensure this will happen. Every voter is also an assurance to expose this Fraud upon our precious beloved Country. It is now – the time has never been more ripe – to kcik these Socialist and Communist SOB’s back to the Countries which they hold dear as well as expose them to All of America and within each branch breached.

The absolute superfluitty of our so called MSM, severly lacking in its capasity, its ability for gainsay reformation in such a twisted manner will also be exposed.

Lastly, such gaudiness blanketed by this Fraud Administration is so far beyond absurd it boarders insanity, reaching all fibers of our liberties for shear destruction. It is not a matter of “if”, rather a matter of “when” this Fraud is exposed. It will happen.

    Just saying

Oh, I believe it! They’ve had a good grip on Congress for the last several years and like a cornered, trapped animal, the progressives will not go QUIETLY into the sunset. And when these folks don’t get their way they swear, cuss, call names, go into meltdown, as it were. Michelle Malkin wrote a book about their terrible behavior when Bush won in 2004. Some of them even needed psychiatric help. (imo, most of them need it now – Ha!)

Conservative Representatives Michele Bachmann (R-MN), Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Steve King (R-IA) called on the Attorney General Eric Holder to invest the Pigford Scandal.

More than 92,000 blacks have signed up for reparations from the Obama USDA after the Pigford case was extended this past year. That’s five times the number of blacks who were actually farming during the time period in question and would possibly qualify for the reparations.

  39. Here’s food for thought (from an e-mail):

    The $50 Lesson:

I recently asked my friends’ little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up.  She said she wanted to be President of the United States .

Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there.  So I asked her, “If you were President, what would be the first thing you would do?”  She replied, “I’d give food and houses to all the homeless people…

Her parents proudly beamed. “Wow…what a worthy goal,” I told her. “But you don’t have to wait until you’re President to do that. Tell you what – you can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my driveway, and I’ll pay you $50.  Then I’ll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house.  How about doing something wonderful like that?”

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, “Why doesn’t the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?”

Her parents still aren’t speaking to me.

Now you sound just like me.

I am eager to proclaim the message that THE PROBLEM is far bigger than Zero and far bigger than eligibility. There is something evil and heinous out there. I see it’s shadow, but I don’t fully grasp or understand it yet.

My greatest fear is that there will be some action as to removing Zero or forcing him to flee – and then everybody sighs “mission accomplished” and goes back to sleep. Or that Republicans have a big win and everybody sighs that order has been restored. Whereas I believe that the worst R is better than the best D, as groups, the R’s are only barely better than the D’s.

We are on a multi-decade, multi-generation, slog to return our Great Nation to at least some of it’s former glory. Are we all just a flash in the pan or do we have the resolve to continue on AS LONG AS IT TAKES?

You are so right! THAT is the big question! Let’s face it – We are tired, we are worn and we look for a glimmer of hope. That’s when we must most be on our guard and prepare ourselves for a long battle ahead. It isn’t going to be easy. The forces of wickedness will not go away quietly, once and for all. I will make an even stronger statement. There is significant evidence (including specific statements by Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh) that the Republican establishment LOVES the great Zero. I think the ideal republican scenario is to own enough of Congress that they can “contain” Zero and then have him stick out like an insane sore thumb against a sane background.

Clearly at this point, Zero does not stick out that much because the congress itself (esp. Pelosi and Reid) are so insane. But methinks the R’s greatly overestimate their own sanity.

Also, they think only in terms of policy, ideology, and legislation. Those things they may be able to contain. But what about the BIG dangers? Zero being the CiC? Zero appointing judges? And things like that. Those things cannot be adequately controlled or protected against by a righteous congress.

The Republicans who think like this are “playing games” with We The People. They scare me.

    ======================================

This is not as curious as you all might think. I wrote about this mindset some weeks ago and barely survived the onslaught of rotten tomatoes. But I am brave enough to try again.

I firmly believe that most Senior Democrats know that Zero is not “strictly” eligible – primarily as regards NBC. I don’t know if most of them know where Zero was born or not, nor whether he is a citizen or not.

(ASIDE: In fact I believe that his adoption by the Native Americans was for the specific purpose of gaining him citizenship which he did not previously have.)

But the crux of the matter is one of degree. Let’s examine some easier and less contentious areas. Suppose a presidential candidate that everybody wanted was 34 years old? Suppose they had 13 years residency instead of 14. It would be very difficult to make a sane or rational argument that they were less qualified or less capable than someone who “strictly” complied. It is easy to see how a vast majority of people and decision makers could come to a conclusion of “close enough”.

I now want to come back to a bold statement I have made before. It is an opinion and cannot be proved, but neither can you disprove it. My contention is that should records prove that the Zero legend is correct – parentage, born in Hawaii, etc. — That no authority in the land is going to depose a popularly elected (black!) official based SOLELY on our preferred definition of NBC. They will either 1) refuse to consider the issue at all, 2) define NBC broadly enough to include said official, or 3) post-date the definition so it goes into effect around 2016.

Whether or not you like this conclusion is neither here nor there. You are of course entitled to your own opinion. But I believe it with the strength of proven truth. I just don’t see how it could possibly be any other way.

Now – back full circle to Ed Schulz – People like him are afraid I am wrong. They know that the courts will never touch it. But they are afraid that some “lunatic fringe” of congress will achieve enough critical mass to apply the “letter of the law”.

The Democrat counter argument will be 1) close enough, 2) it is racist to apply some arcane law that nobody understands, and 3) if you were going to do something you should have done it before the election, it is too late now.

Bottom line – I don’t know, you don’t know, but I at least am not surprised. We’ll yet see how this plays out.

BELLE CHASSE — With oil from the Deepwater Horizon still washing up on land, Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser called on the U.S. Coast Guard to finish the cleanup before beginning the restoration phase.

“The Coast Guard’s role through this whole thing has been to get in the way of local government,” Nungesser said Wednesday. “We’re still fighting. They want to downsize.”

Nungesser said thousands of gallons of oil from BP’s ruptured well in the Gulf of Mexico are still washing into the parish’s fragile marshes.

You both live in a fantasy land of gigantic proportions. Being black is indeed almost synomous with “get out of jail free” in most parts of the country. You think people like Eric Holder are the “bad apples” of the Civil Rights business? Hardly. He and his appointees and assistants do what they do because they support prevalent opinions. Why do you think most blacks are Democrats? Why do you think most of the mindless astroturfers and people bussed in to chant slogans are black?

Why do you think the discussions of reparations keep coming up. Why do things like Pigford happen ALL the time?

There are certainly a great number of well-meaning people of every race and many who strive for the American Ideals and the better things MLK stood for? But why do you think we are almost ALWAYS saying – “what happened to MLK? Where did THIS cr-p come from”?

What percentage of white people are racist? Discriminate against blacks? Compare that to the percentage of black people who buy into at least some sort of anti-whitey sentiment. You DO understand this don’t you?

How many times and how frequently do you think the PTB’s mumble among themselves: “Whoa, we can’t do THAT, THEY will riot and the cities will burn”? And who do you think “they” are. And anybody who does not think that this is a key part of the fundamental foundation under the “no mess with Zero” rule – is beyond repair in terms of mental faculties.

Why would anyone want to hang with miserable racist people anyway? I don’t think there are too many Klu-Klux Clan members running around, nor Black Panthers either-yet they are seen on the news-so people might get a slanted view.

This is akin to my saying I have three Jewish friends and all voted against Obama. Since 100% of my friends voted against him, therefore, all Jews must be against Obama. The example is extreme but does illustrate the valid point that we MUST reach out and see the overall, national picture and not base judgments on only our personal experiences.

The West poll, by Wilson Research Strategies, had a 5.7 percent margin of error. It was based on telephone calls to 300 likely voters from Monday to Wednesday. That makes it more recent than the Klein poll, which was conducted last week. But Klein’s poll factored in 500 likely voters.
But considering both polls contain enough undecided voters to swing the election, it appears both candidates are vying for momentum. After the jump, West sounds a moderate tone in his most recent campaign ad.

Although I am currently residing in the State of TN, and have lived here for over 25 years, I was relocated by Job to the State of Alabama for 2 years. I have since relocated back to TN approximately 16 months ago.

I am Dis-qualified to run for State office as it requires me to be a State resident for 7 consectutive years. It would require, by law, another 5 years to run for State office, which I plan to do.

Now I could, since I held a residence in both States, (more than 1 home) claim I have always been a resident without interuption of my state citizenship and lock up all my personal private information, pray like hell a judge will agree its nobody business, and maybe get away with it.

I keep hoping that this sort of angle goes somewhere. I don’t mean a military coup – I mean for Citizens who happen to be Military to step up to the plate.

Everyone I know, which is quite a few, are either ignorant, or they think they have been trained to “stay out of politics”. Sure, they vote, but that is about it. You know, the ol’ “Don’t blame me, I didn’t vote for him”. They fail to grasp that they may be in a unique position to do something.

    But I remain ever hopeful.

Another concern may just be ignorance or lack of adequate research – but all the the military-oriented web sites I have seen, even ones I have reason to believe are grass roots, rather than official, or quasi-official – they all seem pro-establishment and anti-renegade. I have never seen anyone so offended by THE TRUTH as you are. This is just another example.

Now if I said that this situation is GOOD, or if I said that this situation is what I WANTED, then you have every right to be offended.

I fail to understand how saying that Zero was a racial selection and that his removal would generate a disproportionate amount of racial angst is offensive. These thoughts seem to be common knowledge to EVERYBODY in the country except you two.

In fact, I did not even expect that those particular words in my original post would be countered by anybody. They were not meant to be news or controversial. They were just connective tissue in my essay.

Similar to: “Now that the rain has stopped, I think I should go mow the lawn”. Now, it would seem reasonable for my wife to question the second part of the sentence – as she may have other opinions on how to best spend the time or what to do next. But it would never even remotely occur to me that she would quarrel about the rain having stopped.

You two are so far out on intellectual and rational thin ice that it is hard to believe it is because of ignorance – which leaves, what, “disinformation”? Why would you want to spread disinformation? Why would you want to divert from the clear and present danger and the tasks at hand.

    Very worrisome!

  112. Citizen Carlyle (FUBO)

    Question for the day:

What do you think PTB’s fear most? What do you think they lose more sleep over? Which do you think they spend more time talking about?

    1. A terrorist attack of the scale of OK City, or WTC?

    2. Simultaneous riots and the gutting of major cities.

And, of course, the resultant political and economic impacts associated with either. How many important political decisions are influenced by either of the above considerations.

I will give you a wee hint – has nothing to do with racism or any other touchy subjects – just a simple fact: Riots are more spontaneous and much more likely to escalate and be immediately “contagious” than planned terrorist attacks.

Until you figure this out, you might want to be a little less free with your opinions and ideas about how to deal with national politics in a practical manner.

Jacqlyn, I checked out the three links you provided and have discovered that information is not for me – There is too much conspiracy stuff woven into some probably factual items, and the info is rather stale-dated. That’s just me, however.

For example, on the last link there was this statement:
“Is there biblical and historical evidence showing that, in the 6th century BC, the throne of David was transferred from the land of Israel to the British Isles? If so, how did that come about? Tracing back the history of the British Throne – from England to Scotland, then to Ireland, and back still further to the ancient KINGDOM OF JUDAH, is a most fascinating task!”

The above is absolutely incorrect historically, and that belief is the root of the teaching of “British-Israelism” which has been around in various forms for probably 100 years, or more. It is erroneous and flies in the face of Jewish and non-Jewish history.

“Now it’s OUR turn!” – Don’t tell me you never heard that!?
    _________________________

This reply is addressed to everyone –

Back in 2001, lead plaintiff in the Pigford case, John Boyd ran for Congress in the 5th Congressional District here in Virginia. I managed his nomination campaign but chose not to manage his electoral campaign for a number of private reasons.

That said, in order for me to sell John, I needed to delve into the Pigford case from its inception. I was privvy to many documents others had not seen or read. In the course of my study, this is what I learned – John Boyd was a fourth or fifth generation black farmer. He lost his farm and family homestead b/c his family was told they did not meet the federal requirements to secure a farm home loan.

John later learned the feds lied to him and his family and sued. The case went into a class action suit within a couple of years. Black farmers from all over the country had documentation showing a pattern of discrimination. They won their suit and it was appealed. They won again and it was appealed and they won again. This was in the 90s.

Fast forward to 2001 when John ran for office. His sole reason for running was to elevate the case they won and to demand restitution for the original plaintiffs. T/o Dubya’s years, road blocks were put up again and again and again denying plaintiff restitution.

If you look carefully at the demographics especially where they once lived, you will see Agri business farms now on their ancestral land.

Now, Bob Goodlatte is a pretty decent fellow. He tends to work quietly to build concensus amongst the disputing parties. Let’s hope he can put this mess to bed.

Add to this the info stated above that more black farmers are jumping onto the suit. I do not know much about this but will give John a call to learn what is going on. Whether anyone here likes it or not, white men did lie to these black families to steal their land at dirt prices. Reparations has nothing to do with the original suit and the courts finding of guilt. Like FS, I find this racist generalization quite misleading and distasteful.

Now let’s talk about polls – I’m going to take this from a beginner’s understanding. A poll is designed to identify voters sentiment and intent. Typically the poll starts off w/innocuous questions like if the election were held today who would you vote for, do you trust so and so congressman, governor, senator, do you think the country is headed in the right direction blah blah blah. Once this first section of the poll is complete, they will ask you if you agree or disagree with a carefully constructed question, this is where the message of a candidate comes in, following that they will ask you two rate several message statements by asking you do you agree, agree somewhat, disagree, disagree somewhat or not all. It is from this portion of the survey pollsters are able to rate the intensity behind respondents replies. The pollster then repeats the top line ie the same carefully worded statement to see if any of the arguments tested persuaded you as a voter. Then they ask basic demographic questions.

Now, to continue to believe that 98% of the black population in America remains supportive of O is false advertising. Why? Because it is in the message development portion of poll cross tabbed w/demographics that you learn the 98% number means nothing. So, if you want to believe the freaky juice being sold to you that nearly 100% of the blacks support O allow me to assure you it’s poison. This tactic in the political world is known as concquer and divide. Don’t fall for it.

Lastly, this “one size fits all” generalizations about the Jews, Blacks, Whites, Muslims, Bhuddists or whatever is pure poppycock. And those of you playing your games on this board absolutely know better.

    Peace.

Is THIS possible? Actual racism? And not just a single event, but a widespread Liberal Lunatic / Progressive / MSM agenda? Judge for yourself.

America’s liberal media routinely demonstrate a formulaic knee-jerk response to the threat of white militias no matter what disorganized, shapeless form any such rag-tag organizations may take. Any white lunatic who perpetrates a violent event is immediately cast unquestioningly by the mainstream media as possible new evidence of some vague, relatively unstructured but assuredly white threat to all those of a progressive persuasion. By the way, for any aspiring liberal Journolistas, here’s the formula: Any white + any violence = probable white militia. (See Time Magazine’s new cover story this week!)

If you are Caucasian and mildly pleased with being so, then you are not only a racist in the eyes of the liberal media, you are, as well, a potentially violent threat to all people of color. Never mind the countless mainstream media articles praising those same people of color organizing in such a way as to proclaim their black pride or brown pride. In the eyes and minds of liberal America there is equal and then there is equal. If you are of Caucasian descent, you can forget about either term ever being applied to you and your offspring.

As usual, lots of partial truth, misrepresentations, and off center to the topic. Let me just address the most egregious:

    1. I do not know how many black people currently support Zero. I know for a fact that many are disillusioned with him. While acknowledging the above stated problems with personal knowledge of a narrow population, it feels very strongly to me that MOST of the blacks who are disillusioned with him is because he did not deliver what he promised – i.e. “now it’s our turn”. Be that as it may, my original statement ONLY had to do with who voted for him originally – an undisputed fact – and one I enter into evidence as proof of Racism.

    2. From what I know about the Pigford situation, there was indeed a “just cause” in there somewhere under the layers and layers of “stuff”. I am not aware that this is in contention by any rational person. The problem is what got piled on there afterwards – and the assistance from government personnel to DEFRAUD THE SYSTEM – especially an a racially disproportionate manner.

    etc. etc.

Let’s all try for more hard facts and less raw emotion.

  124. Free Speech | September 30, 2010 at 4:19 pm |
“Are there any rumors of klein being involved in bo’s Identity Theft and Vote Fraud in Florida?” None that I’m aware of-he just votes the party line, very boring-we had Robert Wexler before-Robert was a wild man, he got the paper ballots for Florida after much screaming and fighting. Whether you agree/disagree with Robert he was very passionate. I had to send many folks to his congressional office-he had a very well run office who assisted citizens if they encountered problems-(government bureaucracies).

  125. CC when addressing FS and Michelle for their non discriminatory or racial beliefs is a very clever operative.

Here’s what he said when Michelle and FS were set up to answer a question about racism he put out there. No one else did, just the operative CC.

“I fail to understand how saying that Zero was a racial selection and that his removal would generate a disproportionate amount of racial angst is offensive. These thoughts seem to be common knowledge to EVERYBODY in the country except you two.”

Again, this is an extreme tactic used by an operative to scare you. Don’t buy it.

Here is what he is not telling you. Former Mayor and Governor of the Great Commonwealth of Virginia went on one of leftie news shows in the summer of 2008 and said “there will be riots in the streets if O is not elected.” This great pontificator of extremism and scaremongering is none other than Doug Wilder. He is the only individual on record ever making such a threat. The only one.

Now, let’s see what his motives were all about. Doug was a huge supporter of O’s. Huge. In the summer of 2008, we Dem’s were experiencing the theft of an election by the elite of the DNC. jbjd has covered all of this so beautifully so go read what was going on then.

Doug wasn’t referring to the the general election when he made this threat. He was referring to the Clinton campaign. By taking this one statement made by a man many of us, including blacks, believe to be a nutjob, is taken totally out of context to its extreme and is intended to scare whitey.

I’m starting to think few of you even know black people let alone who they are and what they are striving for. Honestly, stop the generalizing of “one size fits all” stop misinforming CW’s posters with false claims and stop the race baiting and fearmongering.

I would think this type of divide and concquer political tactic is beneath most of the good people who post here so please don’t feed it.

Being the operative you are I’d think you’d know that. As well, the cross-tabs with demographics always and I mean always takes that artificial number down to a more meaningful temperature as to who or what the respondent supports. Always. That 98 % is pure rubbish and like I said, as an operative you would know this so I hope you’re not just trying to play us little people.

And why is it on the one hand, you acknowledge voter fraud and acknowledge dead people and felons cast their vote in 2008, but refuse to acknowledge that this made up number, pulled from thin air, actually reflects the black voters intent? C’mon, you can’t have it both ways.

Previously an OBOT, now an OPERATIVE – – –

But again, you are off center, miss the point, and irrelevant.

You are criticizing me for AGREEING with a racism that I only report.

Further you conflate two arguments – a specific case of rioting in the streets which may or may not happen under any given circumstance – and a general broad statement that the 2008 election was racial.

The main example I used was NOT one of rioting. The example was the tingle in Chris Matthew’s leg. Are you telling me that had nothing to do with race? Are you telling me that a common street thug, with no experience, questionable (even by mainstream Democrat party standards) ideology, and no positive contributions of any kind – that such a person could have even been remotely even considered if they were white?

You can really sit there with a straight face and say that?

HOW DO YOU ALL EXPECT TO SOLVE A PROBLEM OR EVEN BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY IF YOU DENY THE CORE AND THE ESSENCE OF THE PROBLEM?

Obama is illegal and should be removed. That is a fact – but that is not WHY he is so awful. The REASON he is awful is because he is the very epitome of Affirmative Action gone overboard insane. It was because “someone” thought it would be a good thing to have a black president – and all the things about qualifications did not matter, just as long as he was black.

Now – just for perspective – assume a slightly different scenario. Assume that a black candidate were fully legal, but was very underqualified, and was further AA’ed into his post. Now suppose that he wasn’t so bad. Somebody like, say Gerald Ford – not great but not truly awful. Then the appropriate response is to just grit your teeth, roll your eyes, and bear it. Wait until the next election cycle and hope people come to their senses.

But this is entirely different. We have the confluence of three things:
    1. AA
    2. illegal
    3. awful/marxist/muslim

But you can’t just focus on #2. You have to at least keep #1 and #3 in-mind. #2 is dead certain. #3 I suppose can be classified under “opinions”. But until today, I was unaware that ANYBODY disagreed with #1.

It’s like a guy with very bad GPA, and stone dead incompetent, gets admitted to your local college over a hundred good candidates with better GPAs. It is not “racist” or “politically incorrect” or “offensive” to know that AA was involved. It’s just a fact.

“Until I started investigating bo’s muslim connections, I did not realize that bo’s muslim ancestors were Slave Traders.” I knew long ago that the Arabs were slave traders, but what I didn’t know was in Africa when they snatched people that they were selected by categories-some tribes were good carpenters, some bricklayers etc. Can you imagine the victim did not know the language, they were invaded, snatched, thrown on a vessel, screamed at by people that they had no idea what they were saying. I just didn’t know the extent of how many people were mercilessly killed-a terrible genocide. I know the ships killed about 90 per cent because they were packed in like sardines-I think they called them coffin ships. So if someone became ill, the disease just swept through the ship. No regard for human life whatsoever. Cruelty beyond belief.

    More United Nations EVIL

This time, it really IS evil – not just disagreeable or laughable.

Yet another example of the Culture of Death’s war upon freedom and human decency:

United Nations officials have asked the Human Rights Council in Geneva to address the issue of physicians worldwide who refuse to perform legal abortions.

Brian Clowes, director of research with Human Life International (HLI), tells OneNewsNow the statement simply fits with abortion proponents in the U.S. who want a future in which obstetrician-gynecologists cannot refuse to perform abortions, suggesting their religious concerns are nothing more than pure emotion. He says that also fits the philosophy of the Obama administration…

This is old news. “Everybody” knew this before the election. I remember discussing it at length – maybe it wasn’t here but on TD blog. But we were all like: “Hey this guy isn’t even black, he isn’t even half black, he is mostly dark/african Arab.” There were even widely distributed exact ethnic mixture percentages floating around. And we did not know at the time of his latent Muslim tendencies, but we discussed ad nauseum his Muslim ancestry – and that they were all slave traders. And the Arab slave traders were far worse/inhumane than european slave traders.

We could not understand at the time how African Americans – you know, people with that specific new world slave/plantation background could even remotely identify with the guy. Even then we were remarking that the racism was so strong that if he was at least “tan” THEY were going to vote for him. Nothing else mattered.

This and the racism are all so known and so old – I marvel that the topics come up again. It’s like somebody has sent me back to some strange twisted inverted deja vu land.

I remember pelosi gleely chanting “barack obama barack obama barack obama” at the democrat convention because she thought this half-white-muslim-african would appeal to so many of the demRat party constituents. It now looks like all bo appeals to are GAY muslims.

  145. CC – I’ve never referred to you as an obot but stated I support FS’s position. I believe you to be an operative. I was once an operative and believe I know one when I see one. Could be wrong. Just sayin.

Now let’s take a look at how you chose to respond to me –

CC: But again, you are off center, miss the point, and irrelevant.
Helen: Please elaborate. I have only shared factual information refuting your generalizations. I wish to learn what you specifically mean by being “off center.”

CC: You are criticizing me for AGREEING with a racism that I only report.
Helen: Where did I criticize you, CC. I only stated facts as I know them intimately. How is such communication critical. My challenge to you CC is this – you tend to make over generalized sweeping assessments. I tend to deal in fact. Yet when I share said facts you tell me I’m critical. How exactly does this work b/c it’s news to me that facts are intended to be critical? They are not. A fact is a fact, sir.

CC: Further you conflate two arguments – a specific case of rioting in the streets which may or may not happen under any given circumstance – and a general broad statement that the 2008 election was racial.
Helen: Call it what you wish, I responded to two totally separate statements with two separate posts. I believe Sir you are the one conflating here. Not me. Again, I replied with facts regarding the Pigford case and your sweeping generalization that this case is about reparations when that is the furthest thing from the truth. Second, I tell you how that “rioting in the streets” quote was made, by whom and what their agenda was. Again, you make these sweeping generalizations yet ignore the facts I make and then you label me as being critical.

CC: The main example I used was NOT one of rioting.
Helen: first I’ve read the tingle by o’idiot Matthews even mentioned in this conversation. As for the second half of your question – Sure. Dubya got elected twice even though mainstream Republican’s left their Party in droves b/c of his extreme “ideology, with no positive contributions of any kind” voted by nearly 98% of white people. What’s the difference, CC? Be specific. Please don’t generalize. I’d love to debate you on the Bush crime syndicate anytime, and folks that includes Jeb.

CC: You can really sit there with a straight face and say that?
Helen: Absolutely. Can you sit there with a straight face and tell me just one positive thing Dubya did? Hello, he bankrupted this country by spending and misplacing trillions of dollars that our children and grandchildren must pay. He had eight years to do something w/Roe v Wade, as he promised his base but did absolutely friggin nothing, he appointed the most radical elements known as neocons to serve and run the agencies…Hello? Wasn’t it on Rice’s watch that Brennan hired a couple of techies to break in to state’s passport system to scrub-a-dub O’s passport records? I believe so, and what has ever come of that. We’ve lost thousands of Einstein’s, Martin Luther King’s, Sarah Palin’s in these two dispicable wars that Dubya had plans for long before 911 ever occurred. We’ve lost most of our individual freedoms and rights b/c of the Heritage Foundation, Bill Kristol, writing of the Patriot Act…shall I go on? We’re you living in America b/w 2000 – 2008? Did you have your blinders on? Shame on you if you did, b/c we former Dem’s didn’t.

CC: HOW DO YOU ALL EXPECT TO SOLVE A PROBLEM OR EVEN BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY IF YOU DENY THE CORE AND THE ESSENCE OF THE PROBLEM?
Helen: See another sweeping and over generalized statement. And then you end it with that all to familiar condescending tone. You treat people here as though they are stupid and lack all sense. Sir, allow me two be the first to tell you – the posters here have always been thoughtful, smart and concerned about their countries future.

CC: Obama is illegal and should be removed. That is a fact – but that is not WHY he is so awful. The REASON he is awful is because he is the very epitome of Affirmative Action gone overboard insane. It was because “someone” thought it would be a good thing to have a black president – and all the things about qualifications did not matter, just as long as he was black.
Helen: Here we agree. However, O is a criminal and not to be treated any other way. As well as all of the co conspirators which is the full House of Delegates and the full Senate. This contest is no longer about Party. It is about We the People and how we must rip it away from the hands that have brought it to her breaking point. As far as I’m concerned that is every single solitary member of Congress!

CC: Now – just for perspective – assume a slightly different scenario. Assume that a black candidate were fully legal, but was very underqualified, and was further AA’ed into his post. Now suppose that he !
    Helen: Absolutely.

CC: But this is entirely different. We have the confluence of three things:
    1. AA
    2. illegal
    3. awful/marxist/muslim
Helen: the latter two I wholeheartedly agree with. The first one is where we part company.

    Peace
But you can’t just focus on #2. You have to at least keep #1 and #3 in-mind. #2 is dead certain. #3 I suppose can be classified under “opinions”. But until today, I was unaware that ANYBODY disagreed with #1.

It’s like a guy with very bad GPA, and stone dead incompetent, gets admitted to your local college over a hundred good candidates with better GPAs. It is not “racist” or “politically incorrect” or “offensive” to know that AA was involved. It’s just a fact.

Like I said – I thought it was common irrefutable knowledge.

The bigger story is the audacity of the Obama administration to ask a religious school to neuter itself before the president speaks there.
NEW YORK (Catholic League) – When President Barack Obama spoke at Georgetown University on April 14, the White House requested that all religious symbols and signage that might appear as a backdrop to where the president was to speak be covered up. Georgetown acceded to the request and made sure that the symbol “IHS,” a monogram of the name Jesus Christ, was not in sight.

You just now made a civilized response, so I will try to make a civilized answer.

    1. I did not mean to imply that YOU specifically called me an Obot, although as you say, you support people who do. I was making a general gripe to the world from MY perspective – i.e. I often get called an Obot and now someone calls me an Operative. And, no, I am neither.

    2. By “off center” and “miss the point” I was not making a general reference to your character or persona. I was referring specifically to this topic. Like FS often does, you basically set up a strawman that was close to my position, but different. Then proceeded to “tilt at a windmill” of your own design.

    3. I am a scientist and a student (in the broad and original sense of the word). It is my job and my calling to generalize. It is called “synthesis” and it is one of the higher forms of human behavior. Among other things it allows one to see the forest instead of the trees. Otherwise one is in danger of thinking the whole world looks just like the (factual) pine tree you are staring at.

    4. I am not aware of that I criticized a fact of yours or stated a false fact of my own. But, as per above, I generally believe it is ineffective to deal in small samplings of fact that are statistically insignificant. As a very bold example which few Lunatic Liberals understand: The circumstances of a particular soldier’s death, or how badly mutilated, or heinous the crime is a poor consideration on which to base policy. Small numbers of facts tend to be irrelevant in that context. That is why statistics and aggregates are necessary (generalizations, if you will). In that spirit, are you aware that the hated Iraq war was one of the safest and sanest in history? The number of killed and wounded is far less than other common statistics that we don’t seem to lose much sleep over. This is the importance of SYNTHESIS rather than agonizing over isolated facts.

    5. We seem to be miscommunicating in regards “conflation of two arguments”. Perhaps you should read what I wrote again.

    6. Your comments about the Pigford case are a good example of “off center” in that you sought to challenge something I did not say. I do not think Pigford is about reparations. I said it has a just cause at the core. Can we agree with that much? I further said that above and beyond that just cause, there were racially biased shenanigans. I don’t think that is too hard to understand either, and I don’t think anyone refutes that. It is just a matter of how bad and how deep and who is culpable.

    7. I don’t/didn’t follow Doug Wilder that much so I do not know what he did or did not say. So I do not dispute YOUR fact. MY fact is that very many people besides Doug Wilder are worried about this and I further maintain that it drives a lot more political and legislative strategy than some (perhaps yourself?) admit. This is all.

    8. In regards Chris Matthews, please seem my post at 3:41pm.

    9. Your answer of “sure” to “Are you telling me that a common street thug, with no experience, questionable (even by mainstream Democrat party standards) ideology, and no positive contributions of any kind – that such a person could have even been remotely even considered if they were white?” is absolutely ludicrous. I don’t know how to be more polite than that.

    10. Your comments about Dubya are a profound example of BDS. Dubya was in no way extreme. In fact he bordered on being a RINO. You may or may not agree with his policies – similar to how I may feel about Clinton. And that is a fair viewpoint and set of opinions coming from different perspectives and ideologies. But he is not the devil incarnate – whereas Zero is pretty dang close.

    11. You then segue into a further rant about Dubya’s administration and various perceived malfeasances. I’m not going to debate that with you for the same reason I do not debate the related Truther nonsense (sorry, being as polite as possible again). And it has NOTHING whatsoever to do as to whether anything about the Zero election was racist or not. In other words, off center to the discussion.

    12. I am sorry if I appear GENERALLY and UNNECESSARILY condescending. I’m sure I often am: particularly in the sense that people with rather narrow understanding of various topics want to debate against people with a much wider and deeper knowledge – for example – in a topic at arms-length removed from you and me – a lawyer arguing with an engineer over oil well hydraulics seems a bit ludicrous. However that may be – on the specific point put forward: “HOW DO YOU ALL EXPECT TO SOLVE A PROBLEM OR EVEN BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY IF YOU DENY THE CORE AND THE ESSENCE OF THE PROBLEM?”, the “YOU ALL” in question was anybody who believes that rampant racism was not at the very core of the Zero Phenomena. That is so bizarre and off the wall, that I feel justified in being haughty and superior. Until today, I was unaware that this FACT was contested by ANYONE! As I mentioned, the FACT is often discussed in the media – what happened to MLK dream? We thought this was going to HEAL race relations? etc. etc.

    13. Yes, I think we basically agree here: CC: Obama is illegal and should be removed.

Here is my respectful response –

Wow. Sucking on the bong of non-facts again. I have NEVER heard the 98% number criticized – even by folks like the liberal MSM would might have a vested interest in downplaying it.
Helen: Operative CC must demean me and characterize me as a pot smoking head b/c he never criticizes or demeans others. Chutzpah! Now, you say on the one hand, not to trust the MSM, yet on the other giving them credit for pushing such a false narrative.

Where in the honest new medium of blogging have you seen anyone push this meme. We know it is a false narrative pushed by MSM. That’s why few challenge it, b/c it’s not in their interest b/c they’d rather sell the propaganda. Prove to me and everyone else here that 98% of the black population voted for the Messiah and to this day continues to support him. I want to see the facts supported by mediums we trust and I can assure you sir we don’t trust anyone in the MSM.

CC: I don’t know if 98% is real or not – maybe it was only 97. But it is irrefutable that vast numbers of blacks voted for Zero simply because he was black. Democrat and Republican strategists all agree. Exit polls agree. Man in the street interviews agree. Unless of course it was someone like Colin Powell. I remember we all LAUGHED at CP at the time. Do you remember why we laughed?
Helen: Again, you choose to give so much power and credit to the MSM. Why? I don’t. I gave up a long time ago on their idiocy. Anyone can concoct numbers and then go out onto the street and find lower income blacks to interview. But these blacks don’t speak for the entire black population. So why do you generalize this to all blacks?

CC: Even commentators on TV and radio and people here routinely say – Oh, this was supposed to be a post-racial election – what happened?
Helen: Sir, why did you buy into the media’s propaganda? This is what it’s called. We former Dem’s didn’t. So not sure why chose too. That is a question you must answer for yourself.

CC: I really don’t know who is making up these bizarre stories or what purpose they serve. Does ANYBODY think that race relations are better know than they were a couple of years ago? Has Zero healed anything or just made things worse?
Helen: We former Dem’s greatest concern was that O was going to setback black relations to the 50s or 60s. However, what we are witnessing is blacks confronting O at town hall meetings such as the one FS posted last week. Therefore, these smart American’s are beginning to figure out and understand they were played. Please give them the space necessary for them to arrive at this conclusion. We former Dem’s are and even Glenn Beck. We are allowing said space b/c we love and care deeply for our black brothers and sisters challenges which is a chief reason so many of us former Dem’s were Dem’s to begin with. We cared about our black brothers and sisters deeply; it was the elite that let them down again and again, not the base.

CC: Did you not read my request for more hard facts and less raw emotionalism?
Helen: See there you go again CC. What emotionalism have I shown in responding to you? Show me precisely where this has occurred. You can’t b/c you’ve not shown or displayed the first fact whereas I have given you a peak into my world as a former Dem operative. Tell me please, show me please, CC the first fact you’ve brought to this conversation.

    1. in re: “Wow. Sucking on the bong of non-facts again.” — OK, I partly apologize. But I go absolutely Ape Ch-t over false facts. I stand by my statement of fact 100%. I have never heard it criticized by ANYONE.

    2. I already said I do not know the number for “continue to support”. You are again changing the subject.

    3. The reason I refer to MSM so many times is because of bias. If EVEN THE BIASED media agrees with my opinion, then it speaks a lot about the lack of any credible opposition. The liberal MSM would in a minute jump on any so-called fact that would allow them to imagine the election was not ALL ABOUT RACE – but of course they cannot. That it is because it is a HARD fact – a fact with no credible disagreement, not an ounce of “opinion”. It is like arguing against the sky being blue – a common FACT that we all see every day.

    4. And then there are FACTS we all saw: Like Colin Powell!

    5. What did you fail to grasp about ” what we are witnessing is blacks confronting O at town hall meetings such as the one FS posted last week”? With the mid-term elections five weeks away, it’s desperation time. President Obama scolds voters for “apathy,” and for “not being serious in the first place,” VP Biden tells them to “stop whining,” and Senator John Kerry pronounces voters ill-informed on the issues, i.e. stupid. One has to wonder if that is going to be a successful strategy for getting people to the polls on November 2nd. Well, it may get them to vote, but whether they vote FOR your party or AGIN it is another matter.
President Obama had his best professorial, condescending tone on display these last few days both in his campaign appearances and at the end of his interview with Rolling Stone magazine. As Ben Feller of AP reported in his piece, Obama Now Blaming Democratic Voters for Their Apathy:
Admonishing his own party, President Barack Obama says it would be “inexcusable” and “irresponsible” for unenthusiastic Democratic voters to sit out the midterm elections, warning that the consequences could be a squandered agenda for years.
“People need to shake off this lethargy. People need to buck up,” Obama told Rolling Stone in an interview to be published Friday. The president told Democrats that making change happen is hard and “if people now want to take their ball and go home, that tells me folks weren’t serious in the first place.”

    Why are we doing this??

I’m not really sure I care what anybody thinks – or thinks they think. I have provided valuable service by explaining some of the most critical headwind we are trying to sail into.

    You basically have two choices:

    1. Stick your head in the sand, be in denial, and continue to wonder why none of the decision makers whose help you need take you seriously. Or equally effective – claim I am a crackpot.

    2. Watch and learn – and put your claimed brainpower to work trying to figure out ways to help said decision makers get over their hurdles. It doesn’t really matter in the end if the said hurdles are real or imagined – they are never-the-less THE hurdles.

It seems to me the extreme of arrogance to clothe ourselves in the cloth of righteousness and then sally forth into the enemy camp. Especially when the enemy camp owns the game board and the game pieces.

I think even the most deeply religious among us would admit that that hasn’t worked since Old Testament times. (Unless you believe the Joan of Arc story).

Don’t you think the armor of Practicality and Knowledge is a far better covering than Self-Righteousness and Wishful Thinking?

JD Opinions are not facts. They are opinions. In this case you disagree with the opinion. Just because you disagree does not mean that the person (CC) giving the opinion is an Øbot.

In order to enhance debate it would be better if you just said “I disagree with your assessment. I believe that the impeachment will happen. It might not be as a result of ineligibility but could be about any number of other things that have taken place since the electoral fraud that allowed this fraudster to become POTUS”.

If you had chosen to simply make a case for your disagreement then the discussion could move forward in a civil manner.

I suggest that all serious Honest Seekers research this phrase: Magical Thinking. It is a specific technical term (or “term of art” as the jurists like to say) from the fields of psychology, anthropology, and cognitive science.

Absorb what it means and it’s various implications. Discover if there is a good side and a bad side, imagine how various players in the drama in which we are enmeshed might consciously or subconsciously use this technique. Is it sufficient to ridicule or deny this technique, or must we meet it half way some how? Can we use it to our advantage? How?

Well stated Cabby. The British-Israelism is the same as Armstrongism. He is the one who promoted that nonsense without one shred of evidence to support the comments.

Of course, people who truly understand the historical side of Scripture know what happened to the descendants of David. It is described in the Book of Isaiah. There is also good reading to be found in the Books of the Maccabees that explains how Herod became king. He was not a descendant of David.

The descendants of David were the family of Jesus. Both Joseph and Mary were descendants of David. Ditto for two of the Apostles: James the Less and Judas Thadeus (the sons of Mary of Clopas)

  174. CC – broad statement from Helen –

The 2008 election was framed purposefully and intentionally by the black elite and the MSM. Where I part company with this charade is where such generalizations are made with no concrete or statistical information to back it up. Let me expound before you go “ape chit crazy”.

Have you or anyone else studied the demographics of the 2008 election?

Have you or anyone else, when studying said demographic information, factored in the dead or the relocated (moved), or felon into a data set that we the American can look at and discern for ourselve who actually voted in the 2008 general?

I ask these very basic questions for one reason, the only talking heads reporting such a fact and pushing such a meme is the MSM. No one else. So, again, why should I believe them on this and not on anything else they report? I don’t. I DO NOT GIVE THE MSM ANY POWER OR INFLUENCE IN MY WORLD.

I ignore them. I haven’t watched a talking head in three years b/c I witnessed first hand how they destroyed my candidate for President. Do you or other’s actually think the mysoginy we women witnessed towards our female candidate is to be forgotten and shlopped off as though it didn’t matter? Fool’s if any of you believe this.

Therefore, CC, I find NOTHING credible spoken out of the mouths of the punditry. NOTHING! If you bothered yourself to at a minimum learned who owned the conglomerates and then studied their personal history, you too may walk away saying – these rastards have an agenda and it is destroy our homeland.

I’m not buying. I worked with blacks all of my life. My first introduction into the black communities struggle was when I was an impressionable teen. There would be a fire a month in Ghetto Springs, right up the street from me b/c this was the only way they could get HUD money to rebuild. Imagine if you had to live in a rat infested shack, which they were in those days, even though both parents worked, but could hardly afford to put food on the table.

I have lived in the black community most of my life. At first I saw their plight as imagined and sad. Then I saw their plight as being humble and wanting to provide for their families. Then I saw their plight as anger. And now I see their plight as simply wanted to be seen as one of us – Americans.

It’s the leaders of the black communities that have kept them apart from us. Just as the leaders in the white communities that have kept us apart from them. The divide and concquer strategey is winning b/c of folks like you who have elected to buy into the narrative of all blacks voted for the black man. This narrative is simply not true. Certainly a majority did, but look at every single Presidential election in the last 20 years and you will discover the same statistical trends. Moreover, you will also see the inflationary number that includes those that have died, moved away or are felons who do not have the right to vote while in prison who somehow got that right in 2008.

You and so many others do yourselves and the rest of us such a disservice by falling for the MSM propaganda and for leading folks to believe all blacks are racist against whites. Please sir, I beg you to stop this propaganda now. Sure their are black racists just like there are white racists but do not generalize that to the entire population of either people.

I for one am not racist. I don’t see color. All I see is the game that keeps all of us separate and apart. And yes, this game is played by black and white leaders alike. No question about that. But all your rhetoric does is to continue to keep this conversation in the realm of we vs them. I for one refuse to play.

Now I will answer your five points. oh goodie.

I endorse these comments. I do so because I am on the outside, looking in and there is a lot of truth to the comments. This is a truth that needs to be addressed.

The Pigford case has become prominent again in the past year. Although the original claimant had a case, it seems that there are thousands who took advantage. My comment is based upon the fact that there are more claimants than those who applied for loans and got knocked back in the first place.

One of the major winners in this case was Shirley Sherrod. Do you remember her? They were running a Marxist co-operative farm. They did not treat the members of the commune all that well. Yet the Sherrods got a massive payout from the Pigford compensation case.

The claims themselves need to be re-examined based not upon race, but totally upon the merits of the applications. If any of the claimants do not have paperwork to show that they were knocked back for a loan then they should get no payout. The only farmers who should get a payout are those who faced what was believed to be discrimination at the time. Only those people had a right to make a claim.

The fact that there are thousands more claimants than there were black farmers means that people are using the case to get “reparations”

Again – off center, and mis-representative.

I never said all Whites were Racist.
I never said all Blacks were Racist.
I know there are many of all types of people who try their best to not be racist. I know that “some” people actually voted for Obama because they thought he was the better candidate. I know that a lot of people voted for Obama because he was “not bush”.

But let us back up a step.

I refuse to believe that more than about 10% – or even less – of Democrats voted for Obama in the primarys because they actually thought, in a purely agnostic manner, that he was a better candidate than Hillary.

Now consider the fraud. We know there was a lot and we know it was decisive – i.e. more than the margin of win. But I have not seen any number bigger that 10% – even from the most lunatic fringe.

So, given that the race between Hillary and Obama was very close, say 50%/50% of Democrats – just exactly why did that 30% unaccounted for vote for Obama? If you explain that, you answer your own question.

HINT: Even allowing for misguided Obama worshipers and fraud – a race-free contest – meaning one in which race did not play a decisive factor – would have seen Obama garner no more that 20% of the primary votes. He would have been eliminated early in the primary season – or else ended up at the convention looking at 70/30 or 80/20 Hillary in the lead.

There is only one thing that explains all.

This is how facts and synthesis combine to yield ground truth.

The fact that YOU and a FEW other people are not racist has nothing to do with anything. The numbers tell all. Remember what happens if you stare at the pine tree? If not, review one of my prior posts.

    The technical term is MYOPIA.

Engineers Slam Internet ‘Censorship’ Bill Under Review by Senate
    by DFX September 30, 2010 08:03
    Judson Berger
    Fox News
    Sept 30, 2010
Internet entrepreneurs are in a panic over a Senate bill they say will censor the Web, stifle Silicon Valley startups, damage the United States’ credibility on free speech and ultimately trigger the creation of an alternate-universe Internet.
The West Coast engineers say they were blindsided last Monday when the Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act was introduced in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The bill has a bipartisan roster of co-sponsors who say it will be a tool for stopping the worst offenders in the world of online piracy.
The bill would give the attorney general new powers to shut down websites deemed dedicated to counterfeit material — by going through the courts and by encouraging service providers to go after sites the Justice Department puts on a public blacklist.
According to the bill, a website would have to be “dedicated to infringing activities” to trigger the enforcement.

Massive Houston Voter Registration Scandal Linked to Barack Obama & His Che-Loving Office Manager

Earlier this week Houston authorities reported on a massive voter registration scandal involving more than 23,000 bogus registrations.
    FOX News reported:
Two weeks ago the Harris County voter registrar took their work and the findings of his own investigation and handed them over to both the Texas secretary of state’s office and the Harris County district attorney.
Most of the findings focused on a group called Houston Votes, a voter registration group headed by Sean Caddle, who also worked for the Service Employees International Union before coming to Houston. Among the findings were that only 1,793 of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted appeared to be valid

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about the MSM and “talking heads”, but I personally want to know (within reason) what is being said, at least to some extent, and would not consider it a badge of honor to not listen for three years, as was said here recently. In other words, any error presented is not going to upset my bedrock, but I listen with an open mind.

In warfare the good side must keep abreast of what the bad side is up to. It’s called reconnaissance! Doing that in no way weakens the good side; in fact, it strengthens it. We also need to check in and see what our enemy is up to.
Those who completely “tune out” give the impression that their minds are already made up and somehow there is a hidden fear that something might be heard that would be upsetting. Is a person with that attitude, well grounded? Methinks that is a good question.

    ======================================
    Citizen Carlyle (FUBO) @ 12:58 pm |
“parentage, born in Hawaii, etc. — That no authority in the land is going to depose a popularly elected (black!) ”
All of my black friends are law abiding loyal American citizens-since when did half black become a get out of jail free card?
We civil rights people take these issues very seriously since we almost got killed in the marches and we were little children at the time. This is the crux of Panthergate-civil rights extend to all Americans. We do not have weaponized “black” “white” people to be used to heist and/or play the system that is not civil rights. There are those who just don’t understand the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. “CONTENT of character, not color of skin”-not to be confused with criminals who operate under color of skin (pick a shade).

    =================================================
Your questions are good ones, especially when it is true that the majority of Americans are not racist in the first place.

However, one thing did come through from statistics relating to the election of Øbama and that is that more than 90% of black voters did vote for Øbama. At the same time there were a number of whites, who obviously wanted to feel good and to show that they were not “racists” who also voted for Øbama.

You rightly pointed to the Black Panther case because it was a case which has shown that with Holder in charge of the Justice Department blacks can escape being prosecuted for intimidatory behaviour that stopped white people from voting.

This is the reverse of the actions of the KKK who applied intimidation against blacks as well as white Republicans during the Reconstruction period. There is no difference, except for the skin colour of the perpetrators, and that they are not hiding under sheets with slits for eyes nose and mouth.

Bartle Bull, the civil rights campaigner and lawyer was a witness of what took place in the Black Panther case. I remain in awe of those who participated in the civil rights actions. It was very appropriate to fight against the discrimination that was being applied by white Democrats in the Southern states.

What CC stated is correct, because with the present Administration, and whilst Eric Holder is in charge of the DoJ, blacks like the Black Panthers, and Bo himself are getting away with their crimes.

CC is also correct because when you analyze what took place during the Blago case there was a concerted effort to not address the obvious corruption of Øbama. I am wondering if they will now address the corruption of Jesse Jackson Jr.

Another reason that CC is correct is the way in which Øbama brought up the case of Professor Gates, stating that the police had acted “stupidly” or words to that effect, because he was framing the incident in terms of white police accosting a black man, when in fact the black man had behaved in an offensive manner.

These blacks who talk about “crackers” and who state openly “it’s my turn”, and I have seen numerous threatening comments on conservative blogs from these blacks should give pause for thought.

Whilst there are thousands of conservative blacks who do not think like them, there are thousands of others who have bought into the b.s. and who act angry.. and who will riot if Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton whip them up into a frenzy. These are the angry blacks. They are nothing like Col Allen West or Herman Cain, or other blacks that I have encountered.

    1. in re: “Wow. Sucking on the bong of non-facts again.” — OK, I partly apologize. But I go absolutely Ape Ch-t over false facts. I stand by my statement of fact 100%. I have never heard it criticized by ANYONE.
Helen: what statement of fact? That 98% of blacks voted for and continue to support O? This is no statement of fact, sir. This is simply repeating what the MSM punditry has repeated incessantly. Understand, they have a reason to do this, they want civil unrest and what better way to achieve such a goal – get the whitey’s all upset about the blacks. C’mon, CC, I know you are smarter than falling for this propaganda ploy. Black and white relations have been divided by the MSM for what…forever now. Stop feeding this beast and get to know your black neighbors.

    2. I already said I do not know the number for “continue to support”. You are again changing the subject.
Helen: I am not changing the subject, CC. I am asking you to show all of us docummented analysis of the 2008 electoral vote and then factor in the dead, the felon and the individuals who moved.

Helen – if even the BIASed media agree’s with you then you must be right. Chutzpah. Facts, CC, FACTS. No, CC it is not a hard fact or a proven theory. You say you are a scientist. I too earned a degree in science, however the year I earned it it was referred to as a BA the following year it was changed to a BS and remains this way to this day. Thus, as a scientist you know nothing is “proven” without a data set that’s been replicated by outside sources again and again. So let’s take your fact – over the last 20 years we know statistically black voters have surged the polls for D’s in the 60 to 70% range. Now, factor in those illegal votes and I’ll bet you an ice cream cone at your favorite parlor it will equal to 98%. There is not one pundit in this country that would ever bother themselves to take a look and study said stats; however, they are more than happy to push this meme b/c it serves their owner’s purpose – start riots in the street and then O can declare martial law. Is this what you want? I don’t. I’m all about a peaceful resolution to this madness. Do you get it yet?

    4. And then there are FACTS we all saw: Like Colin Powell!
Please explain to me this fact. Colin is owned by the neocons. How was his cameo interview perceived as fact. The black community calls him Uncle Tom. Do you honestly believe for a millisecond Colin had any influence on the black electorate. If so, you are truly showing your naivete.

    5. What did you fail to grasp about ” what we are witnessing is blacks confronting O at town hall meetings such as the one FS posted last week”? That lady was complaining that Zero was not racial enough – that he did not appear to be delivering on “now it’s our turn”. How else could you possible construe that?
Helen: I find this comment racist, CC. How dare a middle-class black woman stand up and say to the POTUS – I’m tired of defending you, sir, when are you going to deliver on the rhetoric you espoused to get me to vote for you. White’s, hispanics, latinos, cubans, chinese, japanese, russian, german, irish are all asking the same question. Why is it when a black woman asks it it is then framed into the silliness of “now it is our turn” crappola. What is wrong with you, CC. Honestly. I am very concerned about this response from you. Have you actually bought into the entire propaganda of blacks vs whites, we vs them, goodness vs evil? I pray not.

    6. “greatest concern was that O was going to setback black relations to the 50s or 60s” – exactly my point. Why did YOU bring it up? It is a FACT and proof of my position.
Helen: no CC my comment does not prove your point. I don’t know what your point is b/c you write in such sweeping generalities. Why did I bring it up? B/c we former Dem’s new who this impostor was. We knew much more about him than you give any of us credit for. You say you were a TD blogger, well, if you truly were then you know what I’m talking about here. Read jbjd’s awesome reports. She and I as well as others were on the front line of the D assault or attack. It was the elite that thrusted O upon all of us NOT the blacks. If there is one black that played an instrumental role in this whole debacle understand she got her Head Start in LA and her name is Donna Brazile. But Donna does not command such faithful supporters, she only knows how to guilt and organize.

    7. In regard FACTS – see above. In regard EMOTIONALISM – not wanting to see racism where it clearly exists. That is about as emotional as you can get! “No, no, it CAN’T be true – I don’t WANT it to be true.” Does that sound like an Honest Seeker to you? Does that feel like cold hard facts?
Helen: I don’t “feel” hard cold facts. I read and synthesize hard cold facts. What’s your point? Is it that I’m the first to come along and say the MSM is full of chit and I could give a$$ rats about what they spew?

    ==============================

“Reparations” I think generally means something VERY specific – and involves a widespread and official/formal – presumably vast – redistribution of wealth.

I don’t use that word in the context of Pigford. My claim is that a sizable majority of the Pigford settlement is Race Biased Fraud. I think that is precise and sufficient.

It is to me further evidence – among a bazillion examples – of being so hasty and Politically Correct to distance ourselves from Racism, that we have allowed – nay, encouraged – the maggots associated with the other side of the argument to “get away with murder”. The Black Panther case is another stark example. I further believe that Obama – and especially Michelle – are both such maggots. I believe they encourage such maggotry, and appeal strongly to other such maggots. I further believe that there are more such maggots than we acknowledge.

I think it is an exact reverse of KKK – themselves the maggots of the White population. I can state it no more plainly than that Obama is the “color reverse” image of the KKK leader. And his ascension to King of America is exactly as racist as we would all say is the case if a senior KKK got elected. Especially one who had absolutely zero credentials other than being a really good KKK.

I stretch my case to cover even this point. I believe that Al Gore is so evil that if it came about that I had to choose between said actual KKK dragon and Gore, I would choose the KKK. I think many Democrats were faced with what they thought was a similar choice. Those I don’t hate so much – because I can see an ideologically righteous comparison. Who I despise is people who vote for KKK knowing full well that they are KKK and because they are KKK – if you get my drift.

  191. Correction –

    4. And then there are FACTS we all saw: Like Colin Powell!

What started out as a useful conversation has now sunk to innuendo, opinion, and wishful thinking. I think rational discussion ON THIS TOPIC is no longer possible.

And at some point, it just gets to a difference of opinion – or more specifically which facts are being looked at and whether or not they are representative of the whole.

The remaining fallacy that you have embraced – and permeates all your replies today – is regarding the MSM. We both agree that the MSM is biased and cannot be depended on for ground truth. But you fail to account for a valid scientific principle.

Being wrong does not mean you are useless. The case of the MSM is a good example. The scientists call it “brackets”, every day people tend to call it “book ends”. The gist of the thing is that the bias of the MSM makes it impossible to tell where exactly the truth lies – but it DOES help us understand where it isn’t. Since the MSM is LEFT BIASED, you can be absolutely sure the truth is to the RIGHT of the MSM. It is NEVER to the left – NEVER.

This is why I can reliably use the MSM as a gauge of certain things. They won’t tell me the truth – but at least I can reliably deduce the upper limits or lower limits of certain things.

Because of this principle it is very naive to just throw away anything the MSM says. MUCH can be learned, even from their errors and biases.

    With that in mind:

    1. POPPYCOCK

    2. UNNECESSARY

    3. BRACKETS

    4. You miss my point – again. CP is proof of racism, even among the elite. He came up with some pitiful explanation of why Obama was the better choice. WHY DID WE ALL LAUGH? Because he TRANSPARENTLY voted for Obama because he was black. Just like MILLIONS of other blacks.

    5. Clear and obvious denial. I cannot help you here.

    6. You knew, we knew – blacks would vote for him because he was black. When in this process did you forget that or choose to deny it? Don’t forget the Chris Matthews leg dingle. Absolutely diagnostic. Remember Robin Roberts on GMA? Weeping over Obama while she was trying to be an objective reporter. Why was she weeping? And even worse, Dianne Sawyer weeping because her friend was weeping. Why? How’s them for facts?

    7. As a scientist, I find it very offensive that you describe picking and choosing non-representative facts as SYNTHESIS. That is a total perversion of a beautiful and elegant concept. SYNTHESIS starts with an unknown goal and builds facts upon facts to an inescapable conclusion. It does not start with a goal and seek to defend that goal.

A very good example might illustrate the difference. Neither the plaintiff nor the defendant, neither good lawyers or bad lawyers, ever engage in synthesis. They engage in “building a case”. That is righteous and what they are supposed to do. That is the way our legal system works.
A famous TV lawyer once said something VERY PROFOUND: “There are many versions of the truth, pick one that works”. My discussions with you leave me feeling like I had a discussion with that lawyer. Even worse, some of the things you espouse don’t even qualify as a “version of the truth” – they are indeed from an alternate reality.

That is one reason I talk in generalities – if we cannot even agree on what constitutes “proper thinking”, then rolling around in various miscellaneous factoids, and even seasoned with a mixture of non-facts, is just not going to be very productive.

  196. CC said -My claim is that a sizable majority of the Pigford settlement is Race Biased Fraud. I think that is precise and sufficient.

Helen: I do not care what you ‘THINK’ with regards to the original plaintiff’s in the Pigford case. No, I am not willing to speak for those you mention above who have glommed onto the suit. Why? Because I don’t know enough about said plaintiffs to make such an opinion. Neither do you, CC.

The original plaintiff’s more than proved their case based upon discrimination by the federal gov’t. Your thinking means zero here. The facts are the facts. Please bother yourself to read the suit and rulings. Here you will find whitey agreeing with the black farmer…they were discriminated against.

Please, I truly beg you, CC, stop your pushing of this racist meme. Your chosen rhetoric only serves one purpose, that is get whitey mad at the black evil doer who has done not a friggin thing to you or me. Stop it now. Please.

    Homework Assignment

I suggest that all serious Honest Seekers research this phrase: Magical Thinking
    *************************************
Within a limited time frame, I did a little looking re. the homework assignment and want to share a reference to an article which seems to put the subject in layman’s terms, for what it’s worth. I’m sure it only scratches the surface but is interesting and timely:

    Magical Thinking by Todd Strandberg

    (excerpt)
“How can a person know he or she is not in error? Because we are the ones judging our own thoughts, it’s not easy to determine if we are up to the task. Surely, there are other folks who consider some of your views to be void of sound reasoning. So the question remains, who is correct?
After many years of contemplation, I’ve come to realize that magical thinking is one of the most common causes of erroneous beliefs. It is the ability to draw conclusions that are based on a person’s desire for what reality should be, not necessarily upon what reality actually is. People simply believe things that have no connection to logical thinking.”
    (snip)
“It’s very appealing to believe one is able to create whatever reality one so desires. Someone who uses magical thinking will have the satisfaction of always being correct. However, with the ability to create your own evidence for your beliefs, there is nothing to prevent error from creeping into your consciousness.”

Massive Houston Voter Registration Scandal Linked to Barack Obama & His Che-Loving Office Manager
    by MiaX September 29, 2010 21:18

Helen: I find nothing you’ve stated, CC as rational or backed up by the facts. You can only turn to what the propaganda media has stated to the world that 98% of blacks continue to support O. Yet, I asked you and even explained to you how pollsters conduct surveys. Yet, you dismissed this insight out of hand. You dismiss the fact that 60 to 70% of blacks have turned out in Presidential elections since 2000 voting for whitey. You dismiss the fact that election fraud and caucus fraud was rampant. Please read jbjd’s posts. Honestly, the woman has gone to great lengths to inform the people about what happened in 2008. She at least deserves your time to read her hard work.

CC: And at some point, it just gets to a difference of opinion – or more specifically which facts are being looked at and whether or not they are representative of the whole.
Helen: dear, goodness knows you haven’t presented the first fact. Please, CC, all knowing politico, we want to see your facts. Gosh, I’d love to see some statistical data that substantiates this factoid…but all I’ve read and heard is that Katie, Brian, Chris, Rachel, Keith have said it so it must be true.

CC: The remaining fallacy that you have embraced – and permeates all your replies today – is regarding the MSM. We both agree that the MSM is biased and cannot be depended on for ground truth. But you fail to account for a valid scientific principle.
Helen: If there is nothing that blows smoke up your tailpipe it is this moronic comment. Precisely, Mr. Scientist, is your valid scientific proof? Don’t fall back on your pals in the MSM b/c we smart CW posters wrote them off a long time ago. So do share your wisdom and proof…

CC: Being wrong does not mean you are useless. The case of the MSM is a good example.

Please know, I will do this tit for tat everyday until you finally get the point, that is, your comments are more than welcomed but your condescension, lack of facts, sweeping generalizations are relegated to the past. Congratulations if you are, but the more I read your comments the more I realize how little you really know and how little life experience you actually have. Interesting. I study linguistics, rhythm and cadence. Now that I’m replying to your comments, I’m beginning to truly see how young and the political neophyte you truly are. Fascinating. Keep talking to me and keep on challenging me. Soon, I will know who you truly are and it is certainly not who you attempt to be here. 204. I cannot imagine anyone espousing cold blooded murder like Dohrn and Ayers have done, he’s a murderer and she thinks murder is justifiable? I can’t think of a word to explain her words, they are so sick.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernardine_Dohrn

    Controversial statement about Tate-LaBianca murders
Dohrn was criticized for comments she made about the murders of actress Sharon Tate and retail store owners Leno and Rosemary LaBianca by the Charles Manson clan. In a speech during the December 1969 “War Council” meeting organized by the Weathermen, attended by about 400 people in Flint, Michigan, she said about Tate (who was 8 months pregnant at the time of her murder) “Dig it! First they killed those pigs and then they put a fork in pig Tate’s belly. Wild!” She said of the LaBiancas (who were repeatedly stabbed): “Offing those rich pigs with their own forks and knives, and then eating a meal in the same room, far out! The Weathermen dig Charles Manson!” [14] In greeting each other, delegates to the war council often spread their fingers to signify the fork.[15]
In 2008, Dohrn’s husband Bill Ayers wrote that Dohrn was being ironic when she made the statement about the Manson murders.[16] Ayers wrote that he always thought Dohrn’s statement was intended to make a political point, “agitated and inflamed and full of rhetorical overkill, and partly as a joke, stupid perhaps, tasteless, but a joke nonetheless”, and similar (he said) to jokes about Charles Manson that were being made by Hunter S Thompson and Richard Pryor. Ayers said he had been present at interviews with reporters in which Dohrn had tried to put her statement in context but the reporters had dismissed her explanation

Again – we are talking past each other. I know almost nothing of the original case. My understanding is that it is just. I will take your word for it.

I was talking ENTIRELY about the pile-ons. Something you apparently either know nothing about, or worse choose to avoid. But it is critically important to the “racist meme” as you call it. Avoiding it is a severe form of denial. That denial, in turn, seems to be driven by not wanting to know the truth. Further exemplified by your response to me that by stating the truth that I will somehow “stir something up”. Well, I sure d-mn well hope so. It is high time something got stirred up. That “thing” – the evil that none dare speak it’s name, I guess – is what got us Obama. If we don’t drive a stake through it’s heart, it will just happen again and again – and likely get worse and worse. You think by ignoring it, it will go away or get better?

Now THAT is an alternate reality. Definitely not THIS planet.

  207. Oh yes, CC, I absolutely 100% w/o question know who you are. Same with Aussie and Paxson and Cabby Az. This is your team right? You’re selling art by the day and blogging at night. Your masters have sent you here to stir the racist pot…Oh, so how I get it now. Your country wants black on white riots here in America, don’t they? I mean, Dubya was owned and a sworn friend your existence, thus, he blocked such restitution intentionally to get our black neighbors to turn on their white neighbors. How dispicable is that, CC, and you support this policy? Really?

Be careful, CC, Cabby Az, Paxson, Aussie and possibly Tennbrook b/c I’m watching and I will urge the appropriate American’s to turn your IP addresses into authorities.

Many of you don’t know what I’m referring to here. Art students, kiosk owners and other grads from Israel’s espionage universities were here prior to 911. Following 911 they either disappeared OR were caught and sent back quietly to their homeland. No questions, interrogations or investigations ever occurred.

Although the students may be different, their goal is the same. Go door to door pretending they are selling art and to ask questions about whatever site the Israeli gov’t wants to learn more about. Right now, intel tells us they are in Utah asking about the new NSA facility being built there. We know they are in Atlanta Ga. as well as other key localities in the country.

These people are not students, they are being trained as Mossad agents. Their entire goal is to infiltrate and divert attention from what is really happening in what ever country they are targeting.

I am dead serious about this. Be warned, these individuals are not OBOTS THEY ARE MOSSAD AGENTS IN TRAINING.

BTW – I am a great believer in the SUNSHINE THEORY. Of which there are several parts, the two most useful being:

    1. Shine a light on it so all can see it’s true nature.

    2. Sunshine is the best disinfectant.

And, double BTW, where have I heard the theories of “don’t talk about it you may stir things up”, and “appease the poor misunderstood victims and they will stop pestering you”, before? Is this a common habit of people who live in alternate realities? I don’t remember ANY good EVER coming from these theories. They have UNIVERSALLY failed. CC: Being wrong does not mean you are useless. The case of the MSM is a good example.
Helen: No, I am not wrong and I am very, very, very useful.

    =============================================

I only reply to this entire rant to highlight a single point – and why these discussions spiral into nowhere. You read what you want to read and not what the paper says. I have become very suspicious that this is how ALL your “facts” are obtained.

Read the above again. I said right in the sentence that I was discussing the MSM. And, further, your failure to understand the scientific principles involved as to how to use and calibrate the MSM – shows the kind of thinking that results in things like BDS. Here is a very pertinent example – we use it all the time when teaching science to kids or newbies.

Which is better – a broken clock or a clock that is slow by one minute a day? The answer is THE BROKEN CLOCK because it is exactly right 2x per day, while the slow clock is never right. But then we turn the discussion around on them and point out the utility of being approximately right.

There are several points to this parable. 1) your facts you love so much are a lot like the broken clock – and further promotes your self image that you are self righteous. 2) it is an exact analogy to the MSM. The MSM is NOT broken, they are systematically biased – i.e. slow by a minute a day. A numbnut will throw away the slow clock because it is always wrong. A scientist and an Honest Seeker will learn how to use the slow clock to their advantage.

Your disparaging my use of the MSM as brackets or bookends is proof positive that you are not a worthy debate opponent. You fly straight into the face of hundreds of years of logic and clear thinking. Learn to use the tools that are available. Retreating into your own private world is not a viable alternative.

  215. I don’t know if the oppressive riot, I mean, rant, I mean, rally, is still on for this weekend.

Either way, for those who want:

Prayer is one thing Pelosi et al really hate, that is, prayer to Jesus.

Oh, for crying out loud, Helen. You are delusional, irrational and dead wrong! I have lost count of the number of times you have speculated who was who, what was what on this blog, and been so wrong it’s pathetic. Are you crazy? Give me a break! I am not going to get into controversy with you, but your threat to “turn your IP addresses into authorities” is OVER THE TOP. You are talking like a crazy person – totally uncalled for. Unlike other people here, I do not claim to “make fools” of other people. The most I can be accused of is talking and listening, and letting the other people describe themselves. It’s all part of Sunshine Theory. It usually works pretty well.

Take yourself for example – I write things, you sometimes respond, or add or subtract. Sometimes you agree, sometimes not. You think things trough and write responses. By doing so, you eloquently describe yourself. The Sunshine gets shown on you. People see more of your “true self” than even you had perhaps intended. Like I say, it works pretty well.

I could write on many topics – some things I write to convey simple information – supposedly non-controversial – “Hey, did you see this or that?”

Other things I write on purpose to be provocative – and I mean that in a good way. I say them to help stimulate an “ah ha” moment. Writing them can stimulate ME, reading them can stimulate YOU. We need more “ah ha” moments – business as usual ain’t getting it done.

The provocative pieces are particularly diagnostic. People’s reactions to them shines a GREAT DEAL OF SUNLIGHT ON THEMSELVES. Think about the various reactions I have provoked. Subtract the ones where there was a misunderstanding, I will take the blame for poorly stating my thoughts. Then look at the rest of them. Absolutely 100% diagnostic, no?

Perhaps the most amazing truth that is revealed over and over is the simple saying that “everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but not their own facts”. Such an amazing and profound truth.

Didn’t I mention that appeasement, or having an evil that cannot be named, never work? NEVER EVER? Didn’t I say, it only makes things worse? I don’t know. I THOUGHT I said that. I THOUGHT I was pretty clear.

    =============================

Do you know what a Black Belt is in martial arts?
It does not signify Master, it signifies Student.
All the preliminary training and ranks and colors
are all to mold the mind and body to be able to
    be a student.

A Student is always willing and eager to learn.
A Student is keenly aware of what they know
and what they don’t. But that keenness of
awareness of the BRACKETS (there’s that
word again) of the knowledge and skill,
brooks no challenge within the brackets.

You know why I am usually right? Simply
because I hate being wrong so much, that
I will not post an essay or a response unless
I already know that I am within my Brackets.
I’m a wimp that way. I pick my fights carefully.
If forced to discuss something outside my
brackets, my usual response is “I don’t know”.
Did you see my response about the original
claimants on the Pigford situation? I thought
it was pretty righteous: “I don’t really know,
I hear it is a just cause, and I will take your
word for it”. How common is that? How
often do you read things like that here on
    this blog?

Well – good night – been a long day –
but at least my fangs have been honed a bit.

  224. Witness the personal attacks.

These MOSSAD IN TRAINING AGENTS never attack the facts b/c they don’t live here day in and day out. Instead they read reports, talking points or whatever to gain insight into we Americans. CC’s general and sweeping comments are straight out of book called – chutzpah!

He’s good though so CC, tell your masters, since you’ve agreed to be a slave, that an American gives you an and your team an A+. Y’all had us fooled for a very long time now, but now I KNOW WHO YOU REALLY ARE!!!

Deal with it and find another blog to infiltrate. This one is now off limits to you and your stirring up race riots. Go somewhere else and do your master’s work.

We CW Patriots, black and white, have no intention of ever supporting or participating in your racist stirring. How dare you come to my country as vulnerable as we are right now, and attempt to deflect the very real issues we American’s are struggling to understand. None of us and I mean none of us have gone to the black on white issue. Do you know why we haven’t? Simple answer, b/c we KNOW ALL OF CONGRESS HAS BETRAYED US!!!

A person’s vote is a persons vote. Nothing more and nothing less. Today when we American’s vote for a candidate, we have no assurances whatsoever that our votes were even tallied honestly. It’s a waste of time if you’d ask me, although I’ve exercised my right to vote in every single election since I turned 18.

Today, I have every intention of voting out my current Congressman, Eric Cantor…your hero, savior, and betrayer to the American people.

My call to the authorities has already occurred. I want this site monitored b/c you MOSSAD IN TRAINING STUDENTS have infiltrated and diverted the attention of American Patriots long enough. I’m sick and tired of your game and defending my character and my integrity for no other meaningful reason than to demean me and to distract/divert the good patriots who post here.

CC I think that you hit the nail on the head with regard to Pigford Pt 2. There definitely seems to be race biased fraud involved.

  234. Aussie, there is not race biased fraud involved w/the first round of plaintiffs. If you bothered to read my post above, I was the original plaintiff’s campaign manager. Their case was solid. Can’t speak to the others who have attached their names to the case since then, but the original class action suit was spot on. It was discrimination.

Nice try though. I’ll give you that. Checkmate.

  235. Helen | October 1, 2010 at 12:14 am |

Once again Helen has descended into what can only be described as ranting and raving.. sheer lunacy.

I do not know Paxson, Tennbrock, Cabby or CC. I am not a racist or am I stirring up a racist pot.

So many times these posts turn into pure rants indicating that there is something wrong in the thought process because there is simply no rational thinking.

Blacks can be racist. Indonesians can be racist. Greeks can be racist. Polish people can be racist. Germans can be racist!!!

There is no better example of racism that the Aryans otherwise known as those Germans who joined the Nazi party. They believed in racial purity.

Racism, as it was experienced by blacks as a result of what the KKK did to them turns my stomach.

All men and women are created equal. We all should have equal rights under the law. However, that has not always been the case and all too often different subsets of groups have had to fight to obtain those equal rights. This has ALWAYS been the case.

I also find it sickening when I hear the rants like @@@@ is a Mossad agent in training, and all of the other nauseating rants. This is typical of a Jew-hater. It is just so very sickening.

  240. Cabby – AZ | October 1, 2010 at 12:50 am |
Cabby I broached this subject earlier about those who think that feelings are facts.

Beliefs are not facts, and facts are not beliefs. However, when there is someone who cannot tell the difference it becomes impossible to have a decent conversation.

Every time “Helen” and her gang like Aerie and a few others come across to CW the threads end up getting hijacked and by the end of the thread there is usually the same amount of ranting and raving. Most of it is due to a delusional thought process.

I was a lurker on this blog until I caught posts by Helen, JS and a few others. They had a similar anti-Semitic theme. Always it seems to get back to the anti-Semitic ranting and raving.

I am not a Jew, and I am not a Mossad agent, let alone one in training. Such talk is just plain crazy, out of this world, totally insane talk.

Like Paxson, I am a Catholic and I have been one from birth. I have a real distate for the anti-Semitic talk.

I am also very well read, and I am very much aware of the menace that is Islam these days. I will where necessary speak up when people do not speak the truth about Islam, and I happen to reject the notion that Muslims follow a moon god, since the Arabic word for God is Allah, and that word is found in Arabic Christian bibles. That does not mean that within Islam there is no paganism. It is just the way that people express themselves that is wrong.

I find the rantings of these anti-Semites to be totally distasteful, especially in the light of what took place during the second world war. Since I am of 1/4 German descent, I have always been embarrassed over what took place during the second world war. I was always totally offended by what the Nazis did when they forced people into those death camps. It was not only Jews that died, it was also people who were gypsies (mostly Catholic) and countless others. Some were sent to these camps because they helped to hide their Jewish brothers and sisters. I met an Austrian woman whose mother was hauled off to one of these camps because that good woman helped a Jewish family – somebody turned her in to the Nazis.

The actions of the KKK were also extremely offensive to me. Again it was not just to blacks, but also to those who voted Republican and in the later period they did the same to Catholics. It was extraordinarily offensive. The period in which the KKK operated unabated should be remembered as a period of total shame.

As for my own country, well we do not get let off lightly either. We have our own disgrace because of the treatment of our Aboriginals.

One book that I read was the “Chant of Jimmy Blacksmith” (I think I heard more of it being read on the radio than I read in print). In this book it describes what took place when one aboriginal snapped. It was a number of gruesome murders. The Aborigines from Tasmania were wiped out. Not far from where I am living now there had been talk of a massacre (back in the 1800s). It went both ways. During the 20th century the authorities took some of the aboriginal children away from their parents. I understand the reason why that happened. The parents were drunken, and the children were given a chance to get an education, but some of them were ungrateful whilst others saw it as a blessing. It is hard to be one way or the other on the subject.

  241. According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable.

Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues. Critics have complained that much if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship between the executive and the judicial branches of the federal government. Obama publicly declared war on the court, even as he blatantly continued to propose legislation that flies in the face of every known Constitutional principle upon which this nation has stood for over 200 years.

Obama has even identified Chief Justice John Roberts as his number one enemy, that is, apart from Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. And it is no accident that the one swing-vote on the court, Justice Anthony Kennedy, stated recently that he has no intention of retiring until ‘Obama is gone.’

Apparently, the Court has had enough.

The Roberts Court has signaled, in a very subtle manner, of course, that it intends to address the issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven. A ruling against Obama on any one of these important issues could potentially cripple the Administration.

Such a thing would be long overdue.

First, there is ObamaCare, which violates the Constitutional principle barring the federal government from forcing citizens to purchase something. And no, this is not the same thing as states requiring drivers to purchase car insurance, as some of the intellectually-impaired claim. The Constitution limits FEDERAL government, not state governments, from such things, and further, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle.

In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can ‘opt out.’

Second, sources state that the Roberts court has quietly accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama’s history that raise serious questions about his eligibility for the office of President. The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue. This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number in Connecticut , while Obama was a high school student in Hawaii. And that is only the tip of the iceberg.

Third, several cases involving possible criminal activity, conflicts of interest, and pay-for-play cronyism could potentially land many Administration officials, if not the President himself, in hot water with the Court. Frankly, in the years this writer has observed politics, nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption of this Administration, not even during the Nixon years. Nixon and the Watergate conspirators look like choirboys compared to the jokers that populate this Administration.

In addition, the Court will eventually be forced to rule on the dreadful decision of the Obama DOJ to sue the state of Arizona . That, too, could send the Obama doctrine of open borders to an early grave, given that the Administration refuses to enforce federal law on illegal aliens.

And finally, the biggie that could potentially send the entire house of cards tumbling in a free-fall is the latest revelation concerning the Obama-Holder Department of Justice and its refusal to pursue the New Black Panther Party. The group is caught on tape committing felonies by attempting to intimidate Caucasian voters into staying away from the polls.

A whistle-blower who resigned from the DOJ is now charging Holder with the deliberate refusal to pursue cases against Blacks, particularly those who are involved in radical hate-groups, such as the New Black Panthers, who have been caught on tape calling for the murder of white people and their babies.

This one is a biggie that could send the entire Administration crumbling–that is, if the Justices have the guts to draw a line in the sand at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

  242. JJ | October 1, 2010 at 3:43 am |
JJ this is brilliant… absolutely brilliant.

Even the Roberts Court does not catch them on any of the above, then a challenge to anything that involves an attempt to chill free speech will definitely sound a death knell as well.

I read through the Citizens United decision, especially the majority opinion. Of special interest are the comments by Justices Alito and Thomas. They varied a little bit from the comments of Justices Roberts and Kennedy. What was of interest to me was the fact that they were very much aware of the right to free speech on the Internet. I am certain that they would likely strike down anything that attempted to limit a right to speak freely on the Internet.

Also, as noted in that piece, when Øbama and the Dhimmicrats took swings over that decision they told quite a few porkers about the effects of the decision. They did not strike down the limitations on overseas political contributions to candidates. What they did was acknowledge that a corporation is a legal entity. They acknowledged that citizens may choose to form themselves into a corporation for a specific political purpose – which is Citizens United.

From an outsider POV where we do not have these PACs I think that they are a cumbersome way to get campaign contributions. On the other hand I do believe that overseas corporations and individuals have no right making donations to either political party.

Now, I think that one area that is missed in the above article is the issue of oversease campaign donations for Øbama. These are donations that came from Lebanon and other areas of the Middle East. These were bundled so that the names of the contributors are hidden. This is yet another area of campaign fraud that had been committed by Øbama and his campaign bundlers.

The Weathermen dig Charles Manson!”

    ===============================

Try as we might, we get caught up in the emotions – BECAUSE SO MUCH IS AT STAKE. While certain “rants”, “denials of reality”, and “alternate realities” are certainly diagnostic – they are essentially emotional outbursts. So let’s try ourselves to be pure thinkers and look at only cold hard facts (yeah, I know, that is a BOLD statement coming from ME, but I’ve had a good nights sleep and a very cold shower – so I am a new person).

The factual truth that you cannot avoid is back to actually where I started complaining yesterday – “off center” and “mis direction”. The Pigford situation is a prime example because it seemed to wind through everything.

She wanted to focus solely on the original complaint. But NOBODY ever disputed that. She kept pounding us on it, and claiming her inside knowledge, and that we were wrong, because she knew the truth, etc. NOBODY ever disputed that. I even said specifically I would defer to her on that. She seemed to want to “prove” that there was no racism in Pigford because the original case was pure. She wanted to deny all racism by focusing on the part where there was no racism. This is the essence of my example that staring at a pine tree for too long might give you the wrong idea of what the forest looks like.

I think her logic would hunt down the 5 people in the entire Nazi organization who were actually good-hearted and well-intentioned, and then used these FACTS to deny that Nazi-ism was bad, or perhaps even real.

That logic would lead to find 5 Muslims (Palestinians?) who were holy and 5 Israelis who were evil and base an entire Middle East policy on that.

That logic would lead to finding 5 Neocons who exhibited suspicious behavior (and I will help her out by donating Paul Wolfowitz, so she has to find only 4 more), and then deducing a whole cloth of fabricated Truther business.

Like I said yesterday – discussions like we had tends to bring out the truth – and allow the participants to (perhaps inadvertently) fully describe themselves and their methods.

Then I don’t have to make judgments or call names or anything – the Sunshine illuminates everything for all to see. People can then draw their own conclusions.

Finally – did you notice something INTERESTING?

I began the day by noting that the biggest, most transparent, most blatant racist event in over 50 years – was both evidence of, and would lead to more, racial strife – the main point being that a LOT of important people were scared stiff about Cities Burning.

This racial Ticking B-mb is just below the surface and boiling hot. Like any other such B-mb, we best acknowledge it, and figure out how to defuse it PRONTO.

(that all being just a brief paraphrase of my position yesterday)

Now – this is where it gets interesting – – –

I was first slapped for thinking that there was any racial tension at all and that the Obama Situation had anything to do with race. That lead in-turn to downplaying – in fact being offended by – the idea the riots would easily occur – Hair Trigger.

Then – now it’s gets REALLY interersting – I was chastised for saying such things, because in the end, my minor observations WOULD CAUSE RIOTS?

See – I told you it was INTERESTING – bad logic ALWAYS implodes on itself like that. In fact it is one of the diagnostics of bad logic. Proper logic starts with assumptions, gathers facts, and builds a large general edifice, all of which in turn reflects back to the initial assumptions and reinforces them. Bad logic might appear to follow the same path, but the end result as an edifice that points back and BL-WS UP the original assumptions. You are then left with a heap of useless facts and no credible edifice.

Maybe God designed “logic” that way so it was at least partially self-correcting? I dunno.

Thank you CW. I am in agreement with you because the attempt to buy the seat by Jackson is small potatoes when compared to the rest of the fraud.

What I would be hoping is that if Jackson is taken down that he will talk. I think he is one who does not have the guts to stay quiet about what he knows.

What is disgusting to me is the way that they are covering up all of the other fraud… and that they refuse to address Øbama’s obvious corruption.

CC you are right about the progression of the poor logic.

I share your concern about the hair trigger for riots. What is on my mind?

First I will start with the Muslim situation. The imams have this disgusting tendency to whip up their people into a real frenzy so that they go out into the streets and they start a murder spree. So many times it has ended in deaths. Pakistan, London, Paris etc. These riots have been going on for several years and it does not take much to get one to happen. With an increase of Muslims in the country, those imams in the tank for Øbama can be used to start the riots.

Second, I look at the race riots that occur in your country, and that is over the past 40 years because my memory is clearer about those ones. There is one in particular that bears some mention. It happened in New York and there was a murder of an Australia Jew. The murderers have not been punished to this day. That riot was sparked by an unfortunate incident in which a little boy died because of a car accident. Al Sharpton whipped up the crowd into a frenzy. It ended with the death of the Australian citizen.
Since Sharpton and Jackson are so influential and both are able to whip up crowds into a frenzy there is always the possibility that should anything happen to Øbama they would attempt to stir up these riots.

CC if you go back you will see that I even stated Pigford 2 and was treated to a rant about the original case. Not only that, I categorically stated that the original case had merit.

The sum total of my comments concerned those who had made claims when they were not farmers, and that there were more claimants than there were black farmers.

However, there is more to be said about the case because Senator Øbama was the one that introduced legislation to increase the base of the claimants, extending it to “muslims” who were not even a prominent part of the USA at that time, as well as to Native Indians.

With such actions, the fraud should be obvious. The only farmers who should have received the compensation were those who participated in the class action suit because they had been wronged. The remainder are hangers-on and frauds. So, my statement remains – if they cannot produce paperwork proving that they were knocked back for a loan (which was the basis for the Pigford 1 case) then their requests have no merit. On top of that if they were not farmers at the time they should be pursued for fraud.
