To date, virtually all federal and state courts where actions have been brought seeking decision on the meaning of the Constitution’s Article 2 “natural born citizen” clause as a prerequisite for Barack Obama to be a lawful President and Commander in Chief of the United States (Mr. Obama having been born to a father of British/Kenyan nationality and father not a citizen of the United States), have been shut down, never getting beyond the issue of standing. If the Court finds no standing here, by a narrow interpretation of the same or otherwise, coming after all the rest of the “no standing” cases, it is doubtfull this important Constitutional issue can and will be resolved in any court of law. The question will nevertheless continue to fester, at tremendous national cost, never to abate, potentially to reach crisis stage, and in any event to undermine the structure of our Constitutional Republic.
It is more than chilling and says volumes that NOT ONE member of Congress will publicly speak on this or, better yet, since the Congress of the United States has more than a vested interest, opine if not as a “friend of the court” at the Supreme Court, in the court of public opinion — BEFORE the Supreme Court convenes on November 23, 2010.

If a trail is being created by an object flying at extreme altitude over (100,000 feet) it is visually very difficult to assess it’s flight speed without radar,and telemetry. I could say something is accelerating to MACH 4 or Mach MACH 5, but to visually determine it’s speed accurately I could easily be wrong to the tune of a couple thousand MPH either direction.

a U.S. District Court in Alaska issued a ruling in Joe Miller’s lawsuit against the state of Alaska over vote-counting. The U.S. District Court said the case belongs in state court, not federal court. The judge told the Alaska Division of Elections not to certify Lisa Murkowski’s win in the U.S. Semate race until after the state court has received the case. However, the federal judge also said that if Miller does not file in state court by November 22, the Elections Division is then free to certify the results.

I find myself in a position from which I offer some mild contradiction with the idea that most airforce officers are LIBERAL ARTS MAJORS. When comparing them with their US Naval Counterparts,this is NOT necessarily the truth. Many US Naval officers have a diversified background, While some might indeed be liberal arts majors, there is with out a doubt many others who are either electrical or mechanical engineering majors. Many are even biological studies majors. I personally think that this may be more accurate with regard to the Air Force as well. If I were to believe that ALL Air Force Commissioned Officers are Liberal arts majors it would cause me to wonder if they are deliberately selected for the academy based upon their political faith, instead of academic ability.

When I was in College and in the Army Reserve Officers Training Corp., I knew many friends that were in the AFROTC college programs due to be commissioned. ALL of THEM, were in the Engineering Field or Math Majors. Not a single one was an Art Major. My father was in the AirForce for 6 years and a Pilot as well, he too held a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
When he comes back in the U.S. next week, (he is in Belgium right now) I will ask him about the possibilities of liberal arts majors becoming Pilots.
Where Rahm is concerned I read where he not being a resident of Chicago makes him INELIGIBLE for the OFFICE OF MAYOR. …………where the hell have I heard this recently with regard to somebody else? Have you ever heard of the Korean War LDO program? Many Warrant Officers were out of this program. Sadly many of them were not aware of the animosity towards them from their ACADEMY GRADUATE counterparts. In the US Navy during the Korean war the hostility was very clear to all. Many of the LDOs were openly ridiculed for the entirety of their service ,and many left the Navy because of this.

America’s Judicial System Is On Trial
The issue of getting justice regarding Obama’s usurpation has morphed from Obama to a trial of the American justice system. The Kerchner case will be the acid test to the integrity of the Supreme Court. Will it have the courage to protect the laws of Constitution or will it use its powers to convolute the NBC clause and its meaning and betray America once again.
Eric Holder’s insistence upon trying Ghailaina in a civilian court, as well as his dismisal of the Black Panther case has demonstrated just how corrupt our judicial system has become. Though, I have read a recent article the Supreme is not too happy with Obama, I still fear that our honorable judges have become DISHONORABLE. Interesting. I am a firm believer in two things, “education and experience combined makes for great leaders”. A single exemption of one or the other only leads to incompetency if one chooses to be a leader. A great leader, in the military or private sector, needs both. (in my opinion and experience of course). Not everyone is a leader, nor does everyone wish to be such.
Now certainly, the latter portion “Experience” shall be construed (by my personal experience and professional opinion) as the single most important factor critical for success in anything. For without Experience, then the Education portion falls by the way-side and is useless.

While she might have a command of legal expertise she has NO right to sit in JUDGEMENT of her SUPERIOR. This bill is MASS INSANITY. I believe that it will put thousands of produce farmers out of business. It could even lead to FAMINE in the US. Governor Palin is a courageous person, no doubt. In view of her massive following, if she would simply, briefly, tweet about the upcoming case before the US Supreme Court next week, it would change the course of American history.
November 23, 2010 marks a fork in the road for the future of America of more than historic proportions — perhaps on par with events leading to the Civil War. To date, virtually all federal and state courts where actions have been brought seeking decision on the meaning of the Constitution’s Article 2 “natural born citizen” clause as a prerequisite for Barack Obama to be a lawful President and Commander in Chief of the United States (Mr. Obama having been born to a father of British/Kenyan nationality and father not a citizen of the United States), have been shut down, never getting beyond the issue of standing. To date, courts have very strategically (narrowly if not artfully) characterized and applied law and legal procedure steadfastly to prevent the question from ever rising to the merits — this on a host of different types and classes of plaintiffs, causes and defendants — admittedly under the most intensely implicit (if not more) pressure to do the same.
The national media (some say our 4th branch of government) has aided and abetted the avoidance by mischaracterizing this as a “Hawaii birth” a/k/a “birther” issue which is nothing more than a “red herring” in that the issue for Article 2 “natural born citizen” is Mr. Obama’s father. Moreover, the legal community has aided and abetted the avoidance by mischaracterizing the 1898 Supreme Court Case, Wong Kim Arc, which dealt with the meaning of “citizenship”, not the meaning of “natural born citizen” under Article 2.
November 23, 2010 may very well be the last chance for the Judicial Branch realistically to take up the issue, this on a case of legal standing solidly presented by Attorney Apuzzo and Commander Kerchner. If the Court finds no standing here, by a narrow interpretation of the same or otherwise, coming after all the rest of the “no standing” cases, it is doubtfull this important Constitutional issue can and will be resolved in any court of law. The question will nevertheless continue to fester, at tremendous national cost, never to abate, potentially to reach crisis stage, and in any event to undermine the structure of our Constitutional Republic.
It is more than chilling and says volumes that NOT ONE member of Congress will publicly speak on this or, better yet, since the Congress of the United States has more than a vested interest, opine if not as a “friend of the court” at the Supreme Court, in the court of public opinion — BEFORE the Supreme Court convenes on November 23, 2010.

I did read whereby both of my Senators voted in favor of moving the S-510 bill forward, in my disbelief.
I spent a couple of days reading the bill provisions late this week, but did not finish. I had plans to contact both offices Monday morning and now I will definitely have added reasons to question their motives.
Senator Corker and Alexander (Both Republicans) have voted to move this forward. Not a wise step in my opinion.

The email to West occurred PRIOR to the Lakin debacle. I am SURE that he is aware of what is happening to Lakin,and perhaps even Kerchner,and Fitzpatrick as well. But before he could even expect to be heard he must get some others in government on his side. It might look as though he is doing nothing,but simply remember that NONE OF US have a direct line of sight into what is happening inside of a building. I agree. Are they really trying to intentionally create a food shortage or simply appeasing large corporations to force people to purchase fruits and veggies are their business only, or both?
I know in my State of Tennessee, we have many, many local farmers that barter out their supply, allow others to pick their farm and sell on road side fruit stands, and others that grow at home on small acres of their private property and sell at the local farmers market. All this would be considered illegal under this new bill.
When Senator Corker was the Mayor of Chattanooga Tennessee, he prided himself of the local small farmer and small town road side stands. Now he is against it? I will call his office Monday. I demand an explanation.

Is The End Of The Reign Of The Empty Suit Almost Here?
The wolves have surrounded Obama from all sides. George Soros has openly declared his disapproval of his personally picked puppet. The “Insider” articles are deliberately being leaked. There’s been hints dropped (“Obama becoming unhinged–etc.”) on more than one news net work. Obama’s enemies are rapidly increasing in numbers as fast as his failures on the domestic and foreign fronts. I speculate just about all the documentary evidence about his birth, education and other lies and activities–Donald Young etc. have been collected along with many people who are willing to blab for a price. There is a “lame duck” Congress which is in its last gasp. In less than 8 weeks a powerful anti-Obama Congress begins. Who knows what is going to come of that but we all have high hopes for some “hope and change.”
There is no doubt in my mind that slime ball Soros has bought and owned the Dems for the past several years in preparation for his stealing America to convert into a Fascist country. Now that Obama has failed his puppet master king, Georgy Porgy has no choice but to take him down–before the “broken-unhinged puppet” does any more damage to Georgy’s neat little Democratic army. Soros is so upset with the empty suit, he made a strategical blunder by coming out from the shadows and becoming public. (That is already beginning to backfire on the first narcissists of the world–Soros)
The Kerchner case is set for hearing this November 23, 2010–just before our great holiday of Thanks. (We are all praying they will render a decision to give America cause for Thanks and Rejoicing.) Coincidentally and/or simultaneously Obama is out of the country. This gives the master minds the time to get it all organized. Though we hope and pray the Supreme’s will rule in agreement with the Constitution’s NBC, it may make little difference to Obama’s vulnerable position how the dishonorables rule at this time. It appears the empty suit has no way out. He’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t.
The stage is being set. My best guess is that the strategic details are already being put into place as to how, when, and where to remove the empty suit with the least amount of damages to the holy high challengers. Among these players I SUSPECT are the Clintons, Biden, Pelosi, stinking Soros, and a few we don’t know. (Remember when Soros paid for part of the cost of Chelsea Clintons wedding and Obama was not invited.)
Though I can’t put the Kerchner case into the puzzle as clearly as I would like to, I feel it just may be the final nail in the coffin of the reign of the empty suit. There are too many wolves with the taste of blood on their tongues around a weakened prey.

I have a different opinion of Sarah Palin. Yes, I like her; yes, I agree with many things she stands for and proclaims. However, I distrust her and in my opinion, she is becoming more and more a politician disconnected with the American Constitution, the agreement pac made between we the people and the Federal Government.

William, I agree with your comments. My husband was in the RAAF. He is an aeronautical engineer. He has friends that were Air Force pilots. All of them were engineers or at least science majors… not arts.

My comments were critical of Obama but they were truthful and backed by facts. Though I may have ruffled a few obot feathers. Like you I was not off topic nor did I disrupt civility. I do remember reading your comments. Try to post them again and see what happens. I am surprised that the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal censored us. Although I’ve been censored before for speaking the truth.

Are Expert Networks About To Be Exposed As The Ringleader In The Biggest Insider Trading Bust In History?

Over a year ago, Zero Hedge published an expose in three parts (two of them in the form of direct letters to Andrew Cuomo) discussing the possibility that so-called “expert networks” are nothing less than legalized insider trading rings for the uber-wealthy, operating largely unsupervised, and leaking selective information to preferred clients. For those who may be new to this topic, we suggest catching up on Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3. Subsequently, we also suggested that expert networks would be implicated in the bust of Galleon Partners, the Goldman “Huddle”, the collapse of FrontPoint Partners and, most recently, that expert networks may have been directly or indirectly involved in facilitating the record historical P&L of such hedge fund “titans” as SAC Capital. Today, via the Wall Street Journal, we realize that not only have the good folks at the SEC been diligently reading us for the past 13 months, but that we may have been right all along (once again). To wit: “Federal authorities, capping a three-year investigation, are preparing insider-trading charges that could ensnare consultants, investment bankers, hedge-fund and mutual-fund traders and analysts across the nation, according to people familiar with the matter. The criminal and civil probes, which authorities say could eclipse the impact on the financial industry of any previous such investigation, are examining whether multiple insider-trading rings reaped illegal profits totaling tens of millions of dollars, the people say. Some charges could be brought before year-end, they say.” Good bye expert networks (and many, many hedge funds) – we hardly knew you.
If the SCOTUS should for some unknown reason rule to uphold the Constitution, it would add a real clout to Lakin’s defense. Perhaps enough so that the DOJ will drop all charges against him. If that would happen then it would up to a point show that the ARMY does not have a case at all. It will also show that the ARMY is afraid to get into any eligibility issues.
If the ARMY is afraid to get into any eligibility issue, it could give Lakin cause to request a dissmissal of the charges against him,because the Army itself decided that none of his defense that involves the eligibility of Soetoro is admissable. They denied him the right to discovery against Soetoro, which was a very large part of Lakin’s defense. To deny him this RIGHT is contrary to our Constitution.
ADMISSIBLE= NOT ADMISSIBLE. (inadvertentlyleft out the word NOT sorry about that. SEE WHAT I MEAN ABOUT ONE WORD CHANGING THE MEANING OF A STATEMENT.
We need to pray that SCOTUS will choose to uphold the law of the land. If they don’t then we have only ourselves left to clean up the mess that the LIBS have created. I have a gut feeling that we ultimately will be forced to certify our OWN court system. If we cannot find fair treatment in ANY Federal court,I believe that we would be forced to form and certify our own court system.
Old Salt, as each day passes it just gets more and more disheartening. What was that garbage, even in jest, about Obama taking AirForce One down to go see Hugo Chavez? It’s like Obama is just mocking the American people. Things are just unbelievable in just about every way. The Democrats lose their mandate, the public is screaming at the top of our lungs to please stop, and yet they are still trying to go full steam ahead to screw us as much they possible can before January.

I’m very passionate about what happened to JFK. At the time of his assassination I was in high school and really liked him. It wasn’t nutil Married that while learning about what the family was involved in my brother-in-law talked about past President assassinations. Remember the family is linked to the big financial groups especially the big banks. He told me that it was their group who participated in JFK’s assassination meaning the banks were involved. If you look back in history you’ll notice a serious connection with Presidents assassinations and issues done that threatened the finanicial groups. Keenedy before going to Texas signed a bill to put our finanical area back in the hands of the people. You have to be careful with who says what about what. I trust what I was told is correct and true.

The whole Judicial Branch is corrupt to the bone. They will not hear it and they don’t have to tell why. Alen Keyes calls it dereliction of duty.

None of the three branches of government gives rat’s ass about the Constitution. Furthermore, this military court is part of the Executive Branch. Who is the head if that branch? There is an inherent conflict of interest. The judge is under the control of the accused.
