Megyn Kelly Neil Abercrombie panel biased and uninformed, Fox News fair & Balanced?, Fox biased, Boobs on news shows
I held off of letting Megyn Kelly have it until yesterday even though she had made some stupid, uninformed comments about the Obama eligibility issues. She was undoubtedly influenced by the pontificating, bloviator Bill O’Reilly. She crossed the line a few days ago when she interviewed two biased and uninformed panelists regarding the Governor Neil Abercrombie remarks about Obama’s birth and birth certificate.
First of all, Fox News touts being “fair and balanced.” This show was one of the most unfair and unbalanced that I have viewed. It almost gave MSNBC credibility. The guests were:
Dan Gerstein, president of Gotham Ghostwriters, a Democrat Strategist and clearly a Orwellian spin meister for Obama.
Rich Lowry, editor of the National review. All he did was regurgitate the standard lines from the left.
Not only did Megyn Kelly not ask probing journalistic questions such as:
Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?
Isn’t Obama ineligible due to not being a natural born citizen? His father was Kenyan/British. The founding fathers had to be grandfathered in to be eligible. Senate resolution 511 stated that McCain had 2 US Citizen parents.
The Certification of Live birth, COLB, placed on the internet. Do we have proof it was issued by the state of Hawaii? Isn’t the COLB, as Lou Dobbs stated, just a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper? Is it possible to get a COLB and not be born in Hawaii?
There are obviously more questions that could be asked. Not only did Megyn Kelly not ask real questions, she joined in the “feeding frenzy” and lent credence to comments made by her biased panelists. This was one of the more disgusting displays I have ever witnessed on TV!
And Megyn Kelly is a law school graduate. She referred to comments made by FactCheck.org and to birth announcements in newspapers as evidence.

Kelly should not be taken seriously on the Natural Born Citizen issue. She fails to grasp the most fundamental legal concepts.
By definition I am not a birther. I do not believe or disbelieve that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. was born outside of the United States. I readily admit that I do not know where BHO Jr. was born. However, both BHO Jr. and his closest family friends like Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie vociferously allege that BHO Jr. was born in Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham.
If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term Natural Born Citizen in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution and SCOTUS has consistently defined a Natural Born Citizen to be a person born in the USA of two citizen parents.
Now it may just be me, possibly over analyzing, but if anyone watched the interview I posted above, which also show Obama with Ambercrombie, did anyone take notice to the “Colors” combination they were wearing, their lei to be specific.

I completely agree with you FreeSpeech. Although I would propose a few reservations of my own pertaining to Kelly’s analysis. She is a Lawyer, she damm sure knows that what is posted on the internet for legal documentation as “Proof” is not admissible in replacement of original documents in a court of law. In fact, it does not take a person to hold a JD Degree to be aware of such fact. I could most certainly take my laptop down to the DMV for a drivers license having 2 people claim (even if true) that the personally touch, felt, handled my B.C., but it wouldn’t pass the smell test and I would be denied. Same is true if I did that for my Passport.
Complaining to Kelly of such Obstruction, she would deem me an idiot. When its Obama, she claims legal ignorance and “Just doesn’t get the complaint”. Can anyone have a JD Degree, a defense lawyer and at one time a Prosecution Lawyer, and claim what she does as legal facts pertaining to Obama? I just don’t think anyone, especially an attorney, is that stupid.

I for one believe that the Certification of Live Birth that Gibbs posted on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” Website was a true document proving him to be an American Citizen. I also understand that Certification was given to Foreign Born Babies to become American Citizens by Hawaii until 1973. The Certification and the “Birth Announcements” only Prove that Obama was Born to Barack Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham. That is all. No other information given. Two Hospitals were Claiming Obama was born in them at the start of the Election. Now Neither Hospital is claiming him due to “Lack of Documentation in their Records”. Just Like Obama’s Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth, there have been 2 other Birth Documents Posted about him. These 2 have Signatures. The First is a Kenyan Birth Certificate with Obama’s Baby Footprints on them. The Top of the Document states “Protectorate of Kenya because in 1961, Kenya was under British Rule” The Delivery Doctor was James W. Ang’awa. This man was a Leading Pediatrician (Published Twice in the American Medical Journal in the 60’s) in Kenya during this time, and he was a Neighbor of Barack Sr. in their Home Village in Kenya. Dr. Ang’awa died in 1971. The Document also has the Stamp and Signature of the Acting Coast Province Hospital of Kenya’s Administrator in 2009 when the Document was Obtained. The Second Document is the Certificate of Live Birth from Barack Sr. Stanley Ann Dunham’s Divorce Papers. It was not part of the Complete Papers posted on the web, but was discovered (turned over?) a few weeks later. This one is a Photograph of the Document which is hard to dispute. There have been Several Postings by people Born in Kenya that state that they have this exact same document and have verified its authenticity. Both of these Documents have been Accepted into Several Court Cases as Evidence with the stipulation that if they are proven to be False, then the Lawyers submitting them should be Jailed for False Evidence. So Far, no one has been Jailed for False Evidence. Therefor, The Supreme Court in more that 5 states have AGREED that they are Official Binding Documents. Granted every Case is Thrown out for NO STANDING. All that means is that all the Supreme Court Judges are UNWILLING to try any of the cases due to what maybe the Final Outcome. Even Justice Clearance Thomas stated that the United States Supreme Court will not see any of the Eligibility Cases. The Cases are Live Wires that no one wants to touch. That is why they are all Dismissed. Not because “birthers” are Crazy and Lunatics, but because no Official wants to Discover the “TRUTH”. They are afraid of what they will find and then they will have to take Action that could shake the Foundation of this Country, the Government, the Judicial System, the Lawyers, and the way they have been looking at the Constitution since the 1960’s (or since the early 1900’s when the Federal Reserve got started). We can agree to disagree on some key points. I agree that our government officials are scared of the truth. I agree that the SCOTUS has avoided doing their job. I agree that it has been a giant cover-up from the beginning. I agree that Obama likely has a certification of live birth or COLB from Hawaii.
Here is the key point that we disagree on. Neither of us have seen his real COLB. The documents placed for review on the internet have been manipulated and faked–I completely agree with analysis. The COLB released has been manipulated and faked. That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t have a COLB, just that we have never seen the original document.
You might ask why I believe that the original COLB has never been ‘seen’ by us. Here are my thought: 1. Polarik’s video workup—I believe is accurate all the way into how they did it. 2. Personal friend/relative, whom has testified as an expert witness on digital image fraud, found a lack of ‘random digital numbers’ at the margins–a clear sign of video manipulation. 3. The definition of a birther is: Birther–noun–a person who believes – against evidence – that Barack Obama was born outside of the United States.
By definition I am not a birther. I do not believe or disbelieve that Barack Hussein Obama Jr. was born outside of the United States. I readily admit that I do not know where BHO Jr. was born. However, both BHO Jr. and his closest family friends like Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie vociferously allege that BHO Jr. was born in Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham.
If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.
