Obama economy worsens, Highest poverty rate, Unemployment claims rise, Unemployment rate 9.1 percent, Gas prices high, Obama wants to raise taxes on business

Obama, et al are ruining this country and it’s economy. Today we learn from the US Labor Department.

“UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE WEEKLY CLAIMS REPORT

          SEASONALLY ADJUSTED DATA

In the week ending September 10, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 428,000, an increase of 11,000 from the previous week’s revised figure of 417,000. The 4-week moving average was 419,500, an increase of 4,000 from the previous week’s revised average of 415,500.”

http://www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/eta/ui/eta20111330.htm

The US Census Bureau just reported.
“Another 2.6 million people slipped into poverty in the United States last year, the Census Bureau reported Tuesday, and the number of Americans living below the official poverty line, 46.2 million people, was the highest number in the 52 years the bureau has been publishing figures on it.

And in new signs of distress among the middle class, median household incomes fell last year to levels last seen in 1996.

Economists pointed to a telling statistic: It was the first time since the Great Depression that median household income, adjusted for inflation, had not risen over such a long period, said Lawrence Katz, an economics professor at Harvard.

“This is truly a lost decade,” Mr. Katz said. “We think of America as a place where every generation is doing better, but we’re looking at a period when the median family is in worse shape than it was in the late 1990s.”

The bureau’s findings were worse than many economists expected, and brought into sharp relief the toll the past decade — including the painful declines of the financial crisis and recession —had taken on Americans at the middle and lower parts of the income ladder. It is also fresh evidence that the disappointing economic recovery has done nothing for the country’s poorest citizens.

The report said the percentage of Americans living below the poverty line last year, 15.1 percent, was the highest level since 1993. (The poverty line in 2010 for a family of four was $22,314.)”

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/14/us/14census.html

The reported unemployment rate remains at 9.1 %.

“THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION — AUGUST 2011
Nonfarm payroll employment was unchanged (0) in August, and the unemployment rate held at 9.1 percent, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today.
Employment in most major industries changed little over the month.”

The tax and spend policies of Obama and his cronies are a huge part of why this economy is tanking. Obama is more concerned about getting reelected than he is  the lives of ordinary struggling Americans. He speaks of creating jobs (with the worst past performance on record) and raising taxes on businesses to do so. The next part is important. Pay Attention!

Businesses do not pay taxes. Consumers do!

Taxes are part of the cost of doing business. When taxes are raised, some combination of the following will occur:

1. Prices will be raised.

2. Employees will be let go or have reduced hours.

3. Hiring will be diminished.

We have enough revenue. Cut spending!

Gasoline Prices

One of the biggest, if not biggest drains on the economy, one exacerbated by Obama and his cronies, is gasoline prices. This affects the cost of everything and is killing our economy. The left are so  concerned about theoretical environmental damage and emulating Europeans that they disregard the plight of average Americans. Below is a chart showing the rise in fuel prices during the Obama reign.

I am all for alternative energy initiatives that make sense and are not in place to enrich Obama supporters. In fact, I have done so myself with my own limited funds. However, gasoline prices are hurting this economy and the poor and middle class citizens who the Democrats pretend to represent.

Drill baby drill!

  2. This poll does not look good for Perry especially when you consider that it was taken before the last debate. I pray that Jeb Bush or some other prominent Republican gets in the race before romney wins by default. A win by romney will be a disaster for the Republican Party and the nation because romney will not beat boHillary.

Rick Perry holds a narrow, 4-point advantage over Mitt Romney, taking 26 percent to Romney’s 22 percent in a Bloomberg poll of Republican-leaning voters nationwide.

The poll was taken from Sept. 9-12, after the POLITICO/NBC debate at the Reagan Library but before the CNN/Tea Party Express debate in Tampa.

The survey, conducted by Iowa-based pollster Ann Selzer, doesn’t necessarily mean the Romney-Perry race has tightened. There’s not a recent Bloomberg poll to use as a point of comparison and several other polls have shown single-digit margins over the last month. (An ABC News/Washington Post poll conducted in late August and early September had it as a 6-point race.)

But the poll does serve as a check on several surveys, released before the POLITICO/NBC debate, that showed Perry leading Romney by as much as 16 or 17 points.

Here’s how the rest of the GOP field fared in Bloomberg’s poll:

Among Republicans and Republican-leaning independents in the poll, Representative Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Representative Ron Paul of Texas and Palin are all bunched together with support between 8 percent and 9 percent. Businessman Herman Cain and Gingrich follow at 4 percent, former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum at 2 percent and former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. at 1 percent.

  4. It was only a couple of months ago that everyone was in a tizzy over the debt ceiling and they gave us some kind of grand compromise to cut the deficit.

And now, two short months later, it’s like it never happened. They’re back to proposing major new spending bills.

The big fist of the market is going to come down on this edifice eventually.

Nobody in office or running for office is going to stop it.
I’m not going to kid myself and think otherwise.

WASHINGTON – Republican Rick Perry is learning a valuable lesson about a golden rule of presidential politics: Don’t mess with Social Security.

The Texas governor’s poll ratings slipped since he called Social Security a “Ponzi scheme” last week.

Pollsters found 82% of voters are dead-set against ending Social Security – and 70% scoffed at the notion the entitlement program was a “Ponzi scheme.”

Former White House secretary and Fox commentator Dana Perino stated on Wednesday morning that Jed Bush is being urged to become the third Bush in the White House. And leading in that push are the two presidents in his family.

When asked if she believed if he would run for the presidency one day, Perino said, “I do.”

“I know that his dad and his brother both want him to run,” she said. “I think each of those Bush presidents, and a possible future president, bring a unique aspect of the table. But what they have in common is a quiet dignity and love for America that makes me still support them everyday when I wake up.”

    Hey All,

My gosh, someone comments about Perry having back sugery, and you’d think he has terminal cancer or something.

FS changes positions faster than the wind changes.

What happened to Perry being the “be all and end all” FS?

I thought some female Gov was supposed to be the best running mate for Perry? You know that hispanic Gov from out west?

And now you want Jeb to enter, after going through 8 years of George?

    Give me a break.

Next it will be Giuliani FS will be begging to join the race, or maybe Fred Thompson or heaven forbid FS will be suggesting Trump again like he did BEFORE dumping him.

There seems to be a pattern here.

I believe I predicted this happening a couple weeks ago.

FS, you need some serious help.

It wasn’t Perry calling SS a ponzi scheme that was the problem, it was his lack of follow up on what he would do to fix or phase it out that hurt him.IMO

He should have said that this program is doomed to fail and here is my plan. That would have sucked the wind out of Romney and the rest.

A blind man can see there are not enough suckers left to finance the SS welfare system. It has to fail and will.

  12. Unlike the boHillary demRats who trash every Republican with a chance of beating boHillary and give token support only to those candidates that have NO CHANCE of beating boHillary, I am only interested in seeing the Republican Party defeat boHillary and all the rest of their demRat Cohorts in 2012.

Thus I only favor the strongest candidates, if Perry as a result of his health and drop in support since the last two debates is no longer viable then so be it. We need to find a candidate who can beat boHillary and that is NOT romney.

The poll numbers just don’t support your statement.

The problem was indeed not in what Perry said but how he said it and the words that he used to express himself.

  15. http://theweek.com/article/index/219253/the-rick-perry-phenomenon-like-obama-08-dean-04-or-goldwater-64

    1. Barack Obama
“Rick Perry is polling ahead for the same reason Obama eventually won his party’s nomination,” says Jaime Fuller at The American Prospect. He has captured the heart of his party’s base. While Obama’s opposition to the Iraq war appealed to the liberal voters who decide Democratic primaries, Tea Partiers and other “passionate partisans” who crave drastic change in the White House find “Ponzi scheme” Perry more attractive than his moderate rival, Mitt Romney. “In a way, it’s 2008 all over again.”

    2. Howard Dean
Perry was indeed looking like the GOP’s Obama, until he “fumbled his way through” this week’s Tea Party debate and started evoking Howard Dean, says Ross Douthat in The New York Times. Like the former Vermont governor — a centrist who campaigned as an anti-war, blue-state liberal’s dream — Perry has set aside his relatively moderate pro-immigration record and “rebranded himself” as the gun-slinging “embodiment of the current right-wing id.” The base wants to believe him, but, like Dean, his past could keep him from “making the sale.”

    3. Barry Goldwater
Perry isn’t the first “macho ex–Air Force pilot from the Southwest” to take the GOP by storm, says Avik Royat at National Review. Then-Sen. Barry Goldwater did it in 1964, “articulating the constitutional flaws of the New Deal” in much the same way that Perry now hammers Social Security and Medicare. Of course, Goldwater suffered a stunning defeat to Lyndon Johnson, and we got “New Deal II — the Great Society.” Perry will need a pragmatic entitlement reform plan to avoid Goldwater’s fate.

    4. Bill Clinton
“Perry wouldn’t necessarily like the comparison,” says Larry Sabato, director of the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics, as quoted by the Houston Chronicle “but he may turn out to be the Republican Bill Clinton for ’12.” Clinton, like Perry, “was a governor and natural politician with a knack for working the crowds.” He joined the race late and stirred up “what was seen as a less-than-stirring field.” Perhaps more importantly, Clinton, like Perry, “had a laser focus on the economy,” which helped put him over the top.

    5. Fred Thompson (’08) or Wesley Clark (’04)
Perry isn’t the first candidate to sprint out of the gate because voters were disappointed by their options, and craved a savior, says Aaron Blake in The Washington Post. In 2008, Fred Thompson was hailed as the first “true-blue conservative” in the 2008 GOP primary; in 2004, Wesley Clark, a retired general, was the Democrat who knew how to fight a war. But Thompson lacked drive, and Clark lacked experience — only time will tell if Perry can show voters “he’s worthy of their support in a way that Clark and Thompson couldn’t.”

  16. http://douthat.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/09/13/rick-perry-as-howard-dean/

Last week, I compared Rick Perry in 2012 to Barack Obama in 2008: Like Obama four years ago, Perry doesn’t have the profile of an ideal general election candidate, but he’s the kind of figure that an influential portion of his party’s primary electorate is eager to find a reason to support. As Perry fumbled his way through last night’s Republican primary debate, though, the Texas governor seemed a lot more like Howard Dean in 2004 — a candidate, again, who many Democratic primary voters wanted to support, because he was speaking their language and gleefully throwing insults in the teeth of a president they hated, but also a candidate whose weaknesses were obvious enough that he couldn’t finally make the sale.

  17. http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/274827/rick-perry-auh20-avik-roy

The 2012 election, we all know, could be similarly consequential: failure to repeal Obamacare will make us nostalgic for the deficits of today.

There are a few reasons to believe that Perry 2012 will be different from Barry 1964. Perry, as the long-serving governor of a surging state, can speak to pocketbook issues in a way that Senator Goldwater could not. The national unemployment rate in November 1964 was 4.8 percent, compared to 9.2 percent today. Perry’s political team, by all accounts, is talented, disciplined, and effective.

While none of the GOP presidential candidates have proposed a detailed, credible plan to address entitlement reform, it’s arguably Perry who would be best-served by such a plan: it would aid the perception that he is a pragmatic problem-solver, and prevent others from successfully caricaturing him as an entitlement abolitionist. To be certain, they will try, but thoughtful reforms in the pursuit of liberty are no vice.

  18. http://blog.chron.com/rickperry/2011/08/commentary-rick-perry-is-as-natural-on-the-stump-as-clinton-was/

There are clear differences — a Rhodes scholar who tacked to the center versus a proud Aggie decidedly on the right — but it’s the political path to which Sabato refers.

“Clinton wasn’t the winner in either Iowa or New Hampshire (though he finished second in New Hampshire and called himself the ‘comeback kid’ after his controversies had cost him). Clinton finally started moving when the battles moved south. In that year, the key first race was Georgia, which Clinton won. In 2012 it will be South Carolina,” Sabato said.

And both Clinton and Perry are Southerners. There’s no question that the South is still America’s most distinctive region, and there is a natural tilt by voters to a fellow Southerner,” Sabato said by email after it became clear Perry would announce in South Carolina.

  19. If Perry has such a glass jaw, which I don’t believe he does, he needs to drop out now. I listened to his speech yesterday and grew quite a bit more fond of him as a candidate. Who cares what the polls say from minute to minute.?

  20. It is no surprise that the boHillary demRats have now become “fond” of Gov Perry now that his health is questionable and he is sinking in the polls. The demRats support any Republican that they think boHillary can beat.

  21. A Perry/Bush Ticket would be unbeatable by boHillary even with trump running as an indie for boHillary. Perry/Bush would defeat boHillary/trump in a Landslide.

  22. FS. You are a moron without an ounce of good intention or core foundation.

  23. I think Perry’s numbers may be down because one of the most disliked bloggers in right wing blogosphere was supporting Perry. You see FS, nobody likes you and most will go out if their way not to be associated with you.

    Congratulations! You earned it!

  24. Forget Bush III, the dems would characterize a Perry/Bush ticket as Bush squared. It would be enough to mobilize dems who would otherwise stay home next time around. A ticket with Herman Cain and someone else would be a much harder ticket to beat, as the dems would lose their race card (which they intend to use liberally).

  32. Gov Bush has wide appeal across the board. Gov Bush would do well across the Country among Conservative Republicans, Independents and Hispanics.

If Gov Bush were to enter the race with a solid plan to fix the Social Security System, he would immediately jump to the top of the polls.

  33. FreeSpeech,

I would definitely agree with you that any possible win of a Romney Vote would in fact be Disastrous for America. However, I am not quite confident that Hillary will run. But, she would certainly be “pulled” into the race if for any reason Obama is poised to lose. That part, I don’t doubt.

Can Romney win against Hillary? I don’t think so. At this time, I do believe the only way to destroy the Democrat party in whole, diminishing even the chances for Hillary, is to expose the massive fraud committed.

From a political strategic point, the media has no choice but report and oust Obama, thus in turn reduce their (media) viability of reporting and part of the cover up, including any and all U.S. Crises this fraud has created in making matters worse. In such a case, even Hillary would not step in, or have a chance if she did.

Here is what I do find interesting. Both Bachmann and Perry are seeking the approval of Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, as reported because of his tough stance on illegal immigration. The Country knows and fully aware, especially Texans,, that Perry’s stance on Illegal immigration is anything but positive for American Taxpayers and Texas citizens. What I find more interesting, is whether or not they are seeking approval based not only on illegal immigration, but rather his current investigation of Obama’s fraud? I would like to hope its both.

The next couple of months should be interesting for verification of intent. I do not know of Perry’s stance on the exposure of Obama’s fraud. Bachmann begun questioning, but later failed. I would like to think that Sheriff Joe would turn over all legal inquiries and subject matter to both to face the media and public, but only time will tell.

  34. As Orly said after speaking with several Republicans Lawmakers, they simply are NOT going to get bo indicted before the demRats re-nominate the muslim communist pervert because they are NOT going to hand the nomination over to hillary.

  35. Just for record,

Social Security is in FACT a PONZI SCHEME!!!

Major influential U.S. Economists call it just that, a Ponzi Scheme, well over the last 40 years. Was Perry wrong for calling it what it is? Hell no.

The problem is that American Citizens do not understand it as such. It would be best for Perry to take advantage of this and issue a presentation explaining in lay terms to educate the public how this is in fact a Ponzi Scheme. Medicare is the same.

Don’t “Appease” the media and public, educate them, explain the facts, then support your stance. In that order, you will gain the votes, in the least, you will have at least educated the public.

  36. Former CIA Head blows the lid off the fraudulent Wars, live on CNN (reporters shocked)

Mr. Scheuer: “They’re not separate issues mam you’re just carrying the water for Mr. Obama.”
    OUCH!

  37. To further emplify the SS Ponzi Scheme,

Dr. Walter Williams explains it well.

“The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was set up to combat fraudulent practices. The SEC’s website explains that “Ponzi schemes are a type of illegal pyramid scheme named for Charles Ponzi, who duped thousands of New England residents into investing in a postage stamp speculation scheme back in the 1920s.” It goes on to say, “Decades later, the Ponzi scheme continues to work on the ‘rob-Peter-to-pay-Paul’ principle, as money from new investors is used to pay off earlier investors until the whole scheme collapses.” That is how the SEC described the recent Bernard Madoff $50 billion Ponzi scheme, “a stunning fraud that appears to be of epic proportions.

A Ponzi scheme does not generate any wealth whatsoever; that is why it ultimately collapses. As Circuit Judge Anderson said in the 1922 Lowell v. Brown case, the Ponzi scheme was “simply the old fraud of paying the earlier comers out of the contributions of the later comers.” So long as the number of late comers — you might call them suckers — grows, the fraudulent scheme has life.

We have a national Ponzi scheme where Congress collects about $785 billion in Social Security taxes from about 163 million workers to send out $585 billion to 50 million Social Security recipients. Social Security’s trustees tell us that the surplus goes into a $2.2 trillion trust fund to meet future obligations. The problem is whatever difference between Social Security taxes and benefits paid out is spent by Congress. What the Treasury Department does is give the Social Security Trust Fund non-marketable “special issue government securities” that are simply bookkeeping entries that are IOUs.

According to Social Security trustee estimates, around 2016 the amount of Social Security benefits paid will exceed taxes collected. That means one of two things, or both, must happen: Congress will raise taxes and/or slash promised Social Security benefits. Each year the situation will get worse since the number of retirees is predicted to increase relative to the number in the workforce paying taxes. In 1940, there were 42 workers per retiree, in 1950 there were 16, today there are 3 and in 20 or 30 years there will be 2 or fewer workers per retiree.’

Now ask yourself, why did Bernard Madoff fail? As explained in a Ponzi Scheme, you eventually run out of the lower level number of suckers (forced or volunteer) to financially support the pyramid level above. When it reaches a 1 to 1 or near such, it collapses. If the average SS recipient draws $2,000 per month, on a 1 to 1 basis, can a working American have the same $2,000 per month withdrawn from their monthly income check in the form of SS taxes? Of course not. Reason for a collapse.

  38. “The Birther Summit in Honolulu: Day 2 by Dean Haskins in Hawaii”

“Before I share some of today’s highlights, I would like to clarify something. I have become aware that one of the particularly irksome Obots reported that she called Kapiolani Medical Center to try verify my story from yesterday, and got this response: “We have no comment on this topic [the Haskins story], except to say it is not true.” First, as I believe this Obot to be of dubious character, I think it’s entirely possible that she never actually made any call to anybody; however, if she did actually call and get that response, I believe it is quite revealing of the lengths to which the administration of Kapiolani Medical Center will go to cover their tracks where Obama is concerned.”

  44. http://www.mediaite.com/online/david-gregory-to-david-plouffe-can-you-guarantee-hillary-wont-run-for-president-in-2012/

Speculation about Hillary Clinton making a run for President in 2012, which began back in July, has made it all the way to Meet the Press. This morning David Gregory asked Obama campaign strategist David Plouffe whether he thought Hillary would challenge President Obama in 2012.

Said Gregory: “Can you rule out, based on actual information, that Secretary Clinton would not pursue the presidency again? Would not challenge President Obama?”

Said Plouffe: “Listen you saw this week they’re working so well together, working on Middle East peace, and it’s a wonderful partnership. And I think that was a really inspired choice by the President and the Secretary of State Clinton is just doing a wonderful job. They’re a team and a great team for America.”

    Translation: We really hope not?

One suspects that unless Obama’s poll numbers take a radical turn for the better (which essentially requires a equally radical turn of the economy) or Hillary Clinton herself comes out and categorically denies any intention to run, this is the sort of speculation which will persist through 2012 (and/or until Obama appoints Hillary to a new job). Watch below.

Now it turns out that Romney can use Bachmann (and Santorum and Ron Paul) against Perry too. And, even better for Romney, Bachmann will likely destroy what little plausible electability she had by attacking Perry from the right.

Meanwhile, Romney is hanging back, looking ever more presidential as the pack tears at Perry like jackals softening up the kill for the patient lion waiting just beyond the tree line. Or, to violently switch metaphors, Romney is drafting behind Perry until it gets close enough to the finish for him to slingshot in front.

It’s a strategy particularly well suited for Romney because he’s not an exciting GOP front-runner. Fair or not, he’s a lot like U.S. Sen. John Kerry in 2004, who was going nowhere until Howard Dean self-destructed.

The problem for Romney is that it’s a plan that depends entirely on forces outside of his control. Perry’s a dogged competitor who is famously interested in learning from his political mistakes and improving his campaigning techniques. Quite simply, he can get his act together before it’s too late.

Both candidates are where they want to be — which means one of them is wrong.

  47. FS and his obsession with Hillary Clinton is just overwhelming. In listening to Laura Ingraham this morning, there is no way that Hillary (or anyone else ) will challenge Obama in a primary. Obama essentially would have to resign to avoid a civil war in the party.

    I particularly like this statement:

“The White House confirmed Wednesday that its Office of Management and Budget suggested changes to the general’s testimony but insisted such reviews are routine and not influenced by politics.”

    LOL, R I G H T !!!

  53. It is highly likely that Jeb Bush will be elected the 45th President of the United States in 2012.

Gov Perry has done the unthinkable and grabbed the third rail in raising his valid concerns about the viability of our Social Security System, but Perry does not have the wherewhital to fix. romney may come up with a plan but Conservatives have no faith in him because of his myriad Flip Flops and inconsistencies. hillary is paralysed on the sidelines until she can figure out a way to get bo indicted for his crimes without demRats knowing that she did their messiah in.

  54. Jeb Bush is the only Stateman with the wherewithal and brain trust available to present a realistic plan for fixing Social Security that the people will trust.

  55. http://politicalwire.com/archives/2011/08/24/bush_family_wants_jeb_to_run.html

Former White House press secretary Dana Perino told Fox News that the Bush family wants former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush to run for president someday.

Said Perino: “I know that his dad and his brother both want him to run. I think that each of those Bush presidents and a possible future president brings a unique aspect to the table, but what they have in common is a quiet dignity and love for America that makes me still support them everyday when I wake up.”

  56. I told you that Perry had opened Pandora’s box with his statement that included no solution or alternate paths for Social Security. Bit I was just a Holborn DemRat who wanted to see Perry fail. What we got instead is two weeks worth of trash talking. Now we are on to a different subject as if nothing has happened.

Perry is not done yet. He just needs to articulate his direction for the program. Social Security IS A ponzi scheme.

  57. The last Hillary video posted has me wondering what model broom she operates. I am wondering what it’s service ceiling is.

  58. I also notice that Hillary is wearing a “BLUE DRESS”.

  59. It will not be enough for Perry to calm the uproar created by his admittedly “provacative” statements about SS with more rhetoric attempting to walk back his previous statements.

Perry will have to come up with a detailed plan to save Social Security ASAP that the American People will buy into. Maybe he can? But he will have to present his plan very soon to prevent further drops in his poll numbers.

(CNN) — People often ask me what advice I would give the White House about various things. Today I was mulling over election results from New York and Nevada while thinking about that very question. What should the White House do now? One word came to mind: Panic.

We are far past sending out talking points. Do not attempt to dumb it down. We cannot stand any more explanations. Have you talked to any Democratic senators lately? I have. It’s pretty damn clear they are not happy campers.

  64. Had Gov Perry just stuck to the jobs issue, he probably could have coasted to a win in the Republican Primary. However, by grabbing the third rail of politics (Social Security) unnesessarily he had fumbled the ball into his court and now he must come up with a viable believeable plan to fix SS ASAP in order to save his candidacy.

Some people here who think they know it all and say so need to research the facts re Gardisil. It is of limited value in the whold scheme of treating and preventing CC. It only addresses one facet of the total picture and most cases of the infection will resolve themselves.

    ++++++

The primary problem with Gardisil is it’s ineffective if your child (Boy or Girl) has already been exposed to, and ever contracted quite a few types of common childhood warts (aka. HPV) before the age of 12 years old.

Granted there are over 130 variants of HPV, however if your child has been exposed to/contracted any of the following variants of HPV, the vaccine is useless. If you have a good Pediatrician they will inform you of this before they offer to give the vaccination. Like all vaccines, it only works if given before one has been exposed to/contracted the virus.

These common childhood warts (HPV types) include –

    HPV types 2 and 4 (most common); also types 1, 3, 26, 29, and 57.
    Plantar warts (myrmecia) – HPV types 1, 2, 3, 4, 27, 28, and 58.
Anogenital warts (condylomata acuminata or venereal warts) – HPV types 6,11, 42, 44.
    Flat warts – HPV types 3, 10, and 28
    Butcher’s warts – HPV type 7.
Heck’s disease (Focal epithelial hyperplasia) – HPV types 13 and 32.

This information is important for parents. I’ve Re-posted it from the previous thread, as somebody keeps SPAMing rhetorical garbage.

    **************************************
Agreed. For some time now all we have heard from both sides – left and right – how bad both Bushes were. I don’t buy into that. Of course, mistakes were made, but to saddle them with treason charges, etc., is beyond the pale, but we have to acknowledge that they are polarizing figures.

Now, however, for the Repubs to select another one for 2012 seems unwise to me. We are dealing here with an electorate that has been brainwashed for years by a progressive educational agenda. They don’t do much independent thinking, and when they DO think, it is often misdirected.

Zeb Bush is not in agreement with strong immigration enforcement either. Don’t forget that he is married to a Hispanic. I’ve personally heard him speak to these issues. He’s a nice guy and a good politician who, I believe, loves his country, but it takes more than that in this age of crisis.

  72. Interested Bystander

    Paxson,

You commented a couple weeks ago that Perry needs to have a plan for fixing Social Security instead of just saying that it is a problem, and I predicted that FS would throw Perry “under the bus” if given a few days, but yet we are demonized by the very person who did exactly as we predicted he would do.

    Kind of strange isn’t it?

After the Reagan Library debate FS was suggesting a “Perry/Hunstman” ticket, and before that a “Perry/Female Gov” ticket, and after this week’s debate he was demonizing Bachman and Santorum and was praising Gingrich and Cain.

The revolving door of a man who is UNstable.

Join reality Leo, have enough guts to stand by your statements.

    1. start your comment, when you get the word you want in bold stop

    2. type the begin bold tag:

    3. then type your words

    4. the type the end bold tag:

    5. finish your comment.

So for example if you wanted to comment on this post: “Wow this is such a useful post.” and say you wanted to emphasize the word useful with some bold then you would type: “Wow this is such a useful post.” Which should look like this after it’s posted: “Wow this is such a useful post.”

Obama and the Fools Who Elected Him

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but its citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with our presidency. It would be easier to limit and to undo the follies of the Obama administration than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for its president.

“The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him president.” – Anonymous

    **********************************
Don’t forget, although many people have had their eyes opened to Obama, there is still a large portion of those who voted for him the first time who will probably do so again. That’s where the “fools” part comes in, and that is why any big misstep by the Repub candidate that wins the nomination could cause dire consequences. He(she) must be extremely wise in their choice of words, because we are dealing with a real enemy of everything we hold dear.

    “CAN AMERICA SURVIVE?”

    By Pastor John Hagee
    Simon & Schuster

“Can America Survive? Special Updated Edition is not just a warning, it is a wake-up call and a rallying cry to Christian citizens everywhere to prevent the next unthinkable American disaster.

With constant global crises at every turn… will America survive as a nation? Can America Survive? is a riveting description of the perfect geopolitical and economic storm that now threatens America’s future.

Pastor Hagee asks the gripping questions that must be answered by our generation:

    Can America Survive…

•The impending nuclear war in the Middle East
•The coming death of the dollar
    •The consequences of rejecting Israel
•The absolute accuracy of Biblical prophecy
    •The coming Fourth Reich
In this provocative book, Pastor John Hagee delves into such hot-button topics as the nuclear capabilities of Iran; the global status of the American dollar; Israel, the only nation created by an eternal covenant with God; and the coming of Armageddon. However, even in the midst of these grave warnings, Pastor Hagee offers resounding hope and guidance through the current political, economical, and religious fog in which we find ourselves.

As a candid, conservative Christian leader, this New York Times bestselling author courageously sounds an alarm to awaken the American nation from the slumber of political correctness. Using carefully documented facts and powerful biblical teachings, Pastor Hagee illustrates the relationship between current newspaper headlines and biblical prophecy. This book is about more than politics, economics, and prophecy. This book is about America’s very survival!”

It certainly looks like she has had quite a bit of plastic surgery on her face, since she started running for political office.

It appears that Hillary has had a face lift, neck lift and blepharoplasty (upper and lower eye work), and she has been keeping up her new look with botox injections. She also has a full set of upper veneers on her teeth.

Hillary Clinton before and after Plastic Surgery – Funny Image

  96. http://www.surgeryspy.com/443/article/hillary-clinton-plastic-surgery-before-and-after.html

But, it is said that, all of this freshness and the activeness is actually the result of so many surgeries and the treatments and indeed she is an old lady. The past pictures of this former First Lady will tell you the exact story that how much older she is.

Though, the reports are not confirmed, yet it is said that she has had an eyelid surgery, neck lift, chemical peel, face lift and laser treatments and many other things like that. It is said that she relies upon fillers like Botox injections, and Restylane which help her maintaining that young look. If we compare old pictures of Hillary when she was not Secretary of State with the new pictures, we will get to know that she has got many changes in her personality like her jowls have been softened, the wrinkles and the lines on her face have been disappeared, the crow’s feet have been removed, the depression around her eyes have also been removed, and most of all she has a more fresher skin.

She does not talk about these issues in the public, but it is evident that she relies upon them

Perry, the Texas governor, calls Social Security a “Ponzi scheme” for younger workers that needs to be fundamentally revamped for future recipients. One in five Republicans say that position makes them more likely to support him; one in five say it makes them less. However, by more than 2-1, 37%-17%, Republicans predict Perry’s position will hurt rather than help his chances of being elected president.

There is evidence they are right: By close to 3-1, 32%-12%, independents who were polled say Perry’s stance makes them less likely to support him. By almost 4-1, 40%-11%, they say it would make it harder for him to win the White House.

  99. http://www.philly.com/philly/columnists/dick_polman/129852328.html

More than half a century ago, a U.S. president insisted it was nuts for any politician to target Social Security. In his words, “the federal government cannot avoid or escape responsibilities which the mass of the people firmly believe should be undertaken by it.” Therefore, “should any political party attempt to abolish Social Security . . . you would not hear of that party again in our political history.” And those who want to abolish it “are stupid.”

So wrote Republican Dwight D. Eisenhower, in a 1954 letter to his brother, voicing the bipartisan consensus of his era.

Ike would have nodded knowingly. Ten years after he wrote his letter, Republican presidential candidate Barry Goldwater suffered a 44-state loss, in part because he had suggested on the stump that Social Security should be voluntary. Conservative icon Ronald Reagan took that lesson to heart; running in 1980, he successfully emphasized that he intended to mend Social Security, not end it.

That’s the danger for Perry. He appears to sense it, because in the Monday debate he sought to soften the “Ponzi scheme” rhetoric by suddenly insisting that “we’re not going to take that program away.” He needs to be careful. As Rich Galen, a Republican commentator, once told me: “On this issue, I know we have a long history of getting the you-know-what kicked out of us. You clearly have to approach it with sensitivity.”

  102. Carville to Obama: Panic

Political James Carville has spoken bluntly as he always does. He says the Democratic senators are not “happy campers” and recommends that Obama do a lot of firing. This is on the heels of the two recent Dem upsets in NY and Nevada.

Quote: “The course we are on is not working. The hour is late, and the need is great. Fire. Indict. Fight.”

“When President Obama spoke to the graduating class at West Point Military Academy he spoke of the coming New World Order. The New World Order is not a new idea. It has been floating around since the Book of Genesis and has made serious inroads over the centuries into the present. Why is this topic relevant? As Americans we have lived in freedom so long we are blind to the tyranny that is approaching. We need to understand it clearly so that we can help our nation change course. It is time to stop wringing our hands in despair and take action. We need to rescue our destiny from the disaster of socialism. Socialism is paganism…it makes the state your god instead of God Almighty! This is a must hear teaching for such a critical time in our history.”

“Three M’s of the Bible The Three M’s of the Bible are marriage, money and miracles. This series is a much needed teaching from the Word of God for the Body of Christ. The state of crisis in which we are living puts great pressure on marriages, money and most are in need of miracles. When a spouse loses their job, plans are canceled, dreams are abandoned and pressures begin to mount. Jesus used financial teachings to attract the attention of His audience. He said on one occasion, “The Kingdom of God is like a treasure hidden in a field.” Immediately every ear was listening because all men are interested in their finances. In these times of global economic uncertainty, it’s good to know how to qualify for God’s unlimited abundance and provision. Pastor Hagee also explains what God requires for miracles to happen. Miracles are not mysterious; they are the supernatural consequence of meeting God’s conditions. This series will change how you view your marriage, money and God’s miracles!

  108. In the US, the great merger between Canada, Mexico and America has been all-but-abandoned – for the time being. However, one of the primary figures behind that putative merger is Texas governor Rick Perry who spent much time and political energy in the early 2000s trying create a “North American Union.” In our view it is no accident that he is a front-runner for the presidency at this juncture.

The Rick Perry story is certainly illustrative of how the elites work. Perry actively supported a superhighway of some 20 lanes plus railroad tracks that was (and is) planned to bisect the US, running from Mexico to Canada. It would effectively turn the country into two separate halves, both of which would be economic backwaters, as trade and prosperity flowed between Canada and Mexico.

Perry also supported a kind of international health-care in which the US would subsidize medical treatments for Mexicans. He tried to portray this as a rare opportunity to address flaws in the health care system that a bi-national program would counteract. But in reality, it was more internationalism.

Perry was and is a globalist; he is likely a candidate of the elites and it is perhaps no coincidence that he is suddenly a leading GOP choice to run for president. Perry’s globalist sympathies were so evident in Texas that he had to write a book renouncing them.

In his book, from what we can tell, he basically repurposes most if not all of libertarian presidential candidate Ron Paul’s message of small government and reliance on the private sector. Perry’s statements were so extreme, however, that he has made himself a target on both sides of the aisle.

Perry is just one more unmoored and unprincipled politician, willing to undermine his country and its hundreds of millions for personal gain. (Some have compared him to a used car salesman and claimed in another, less corrupt era he would never have achieved his current position.) He has become a millionaire several times over during his political career, and no doubt millions more await him if he does by some chance become president.

  112. http://www.thestar.com/news/world/article/1053927–sarah-palin-had-sex-with-nba-star-snorted-cocaine-book-alleges?bn=1

Salacious details about Sarah Palin are quickly emerging from leaked copies of Joe McGinniss’ highly-anticipated book The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin.

The book, which is said to answer such questions as “Who is she, really?” and “How did she happen?” according to a statement on the author’s website, details the former Alaskan governor’s alleged one-night stand with basketball great Glen Rice nine months before her marriage to husband Todd, reports The National Enquirer, which obtained an advanced copy of the controversial book due out Sept. 20.

McGinniss unearthed some of the details about the former U.S. vice-presidential candidate’s alleged affair with Rice in 1987 during his time living next to the Palin in Wasillia, Alaska last summer.

Rice, the former Miami Heat player, was in Anchorage for the college basketball tournament Great Alaska Shootout while Palin was working as a sports reporter for TV station KTUU at the time of the alleged hookup, the tabloid says.

McGinniss, who says he spoke with Rice, who confirmed the tryst, claims Palin had a “fetish” for black men during that time, the Enquirer says.

Rice, whose ranked eighth in NBA history with over 1,500 three-point field goals in 15-year career, could not be reached for comment Wednesday, The Miami Herald reports.

NBC’s “Today” program, airing an interview with McGinniss, said the author quotes friends of Sarah Palin as speaking of “a sexual encounter” she had with basketballer Glen Rice in 1987, shortly before she and Todd Palin eloped.

Palin was then a local television reporter just out of college, and Rice — a National Basketball Association all-star great — was in Alaska with his Michigan college team for a tournament, the supermarket tabloid said.

“In a short time, we got to know a lot about one another,” Rice told McGinniss, according to “Today”. “It was all done in a respectful way… She was a gorgeous woman, super nice. I was blown away by her.”

McGinniss also told “Today” that friends of the Palins described snorting cocaine with them — another allegation that collides with mother-of-five Sarah Palin’s outspoken social conservativism.

“I’m not saying Todd and Sarah Palin today abuse cocaine or even use it,” the writer said. “But there is no question that they both did at one point in their lives.”

McGinniss described Palin as a “phenomenon” who was also “an absolute utter fraud” and “at worst, a vindictive hypocrite … What really surprised me is that the people who know her best like her least.”

There is hardly an older woman in public life that hasn’t had some form of cosmetic surgery. We women notice such things. A couple of points:

    1) The last six months Hillary has looked worse than I ever remember. What she has had done in the past needs some serious overhauling. She looks as though she needs a complete makeover – hair, and all.

    2) Hillary’s phoniness has no connection with her appearance; after all she is a serious follower of the Marxist, Saul Alinsky. According to her own words she was a real-life student of his while he was living. She is also a consummate liar, like some others we know. She is very clever at being a great pretender.

“Were there any telltale signs on the presidential sheets that they ever had sex with each other? For that matter, did the Big Girl have any interest in sex with a man? Or, as was widely rumored, was she a lesbian?”

“She was a mother, but she wasn’t maternal. She was a wife, but she had no wifely instincts. She said she was passionately in love with her husband, but many of her closest friends and aides were lesbians.”

Throughout the book, he seems to reach for every last bit of innuendo. On page 62, he describes the “long tradition of lesbianism” that had, uh, influenced Hillary during her Wellesley College days, making a point to note, “At least two women who were close to Hillary . . . would become out-of-the-closet lesbians.”

He then quotes an unnamed someone identified as a former Clinton classmate, who claims “the notion of a woman being a lesbian was fascinating to Hillary.”

It was his job to address the underground suggestion that she’s a closet dyke, and explain it—how it’s been fueled by, say, Clinton’s own “spinster” looks, the “mannish” appearance of her female friends, the presence of open lesbians on her staff.

“We’re talking about a woman who was virtually called a lesbian by Dick Morris,” he says, trotting out the name of the Clintons’ onetime pollster and present enemy. “I had to discuss it.”

  130. http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2007/11/hillary-lesbian.html

As I recently said on MONICA CROWLEY’s radio show, whisper campaigns are claiming that HILLARY CLINTON is GAYLE KING–ing her aide de camp, the glamorous HUMA ABEDIN, an Indian/Pakistani goddess from Kalamazoo, Michigan. In other words, Hillary may be putting Huma out there in the press and purposely making her more visible as a pre-emptive strike that amounts to her hiding in plain sight. This way, no Republican can later say, “Who is this gorgeous babe who spends so much intimate time with Hillary that the Observer called her Hill’s ‘body person’? Was GENNIFER FLOWERS’s book right about Hillary’s sexual taste?” And does either of this couple have the balls to bottom?

We’re still a bit incredulous on this one, but a top level U.S. Department of Justice official is telling Big Head DC that Michael Musto’s rumor about Hillary Clinton fooling around with one of her top female aides Huma Abedin is based in reality!

“I am close enough to Hillary and Huma to tell you that this ‘rumor’ is true,” the official says. “It is well known inside her campaign that Hillary and Huma are an item.

“If you call Hillary’s residence in DC first thing in the morning, Huma answers the phone,” the official continues. “Same thing late at night and on the road. It’s a closely guarded secret that Hillary’s inner circle guards at all costs.”

Already, though, there are those suggesting Perry may have been suffering from physical discomfort during the debate — attributing why he seemed tired, testy and generally delivered a poor performance. Writing on a blog in “Texas Monthly,” Paul Burka, who has studied Perry up close for decades, suggests, “Perry was clearly off his game during the tea party debate.

“He looked uncomfortable, his face was strained, his combativeness was muted. He looked to me like a man with back pain. I wondered if he were wearing a brace. I’ve had back surgery, and it hurt to watch him.”

Anybody who has had back surgery understands the physical challenge of an ongoing, grueling pace like what a presidential campaign can inflict. Burka said he’s had back surgery, and said it “hurt to watch (Perry) in the debate.”

Burka writes: “Another explanation could be that Perry has been around so long and has been so successful in politics that our expectations are high, and they are hard to meet. He just didn’t seem presidential, and I think the reason was that he was hurting.”

  139. Nobody has learned!!

Today, this very minute, news sources are saying that the democrats made a huge mistake and should have elected Hilliary Clinton. Buyers remorse is what voting for Barack Obama has become. Now more than ever, Americans need to consider the reality of Barack Obama and Hilliary Clinton. Tell me if you can tell whom is whom.

    1. The one that supported a National Health Care plan via the Federal Government?
    2. The one that supported green energy businesses to prevent man-made global warming.
    3. The one that strongly believed in regulation of businesses.
    4. The one that was against the Stimulus bailout.
    5. The one that spoke out about unconstitutional acts of the Executive
(POTUS) branch in the past or Present.
    6. The one whom believed that government should shrink, not expand, in bad economic times to become less of a burdon on the people.
    7. The one whom would not support the toppling of moderate middle east governments.
    8. The one that has said that the Federal reserve needs to be investigated.
    9. The one that has advocated protecting protecting the borders of the united states to prevent drugs and illegal immigration.
    10. The one that has believed Gitmo should be closed.
    11. The one that has been involved with illegal campaign contributions/payoffs in the past.
    12. The one that has cooperated fully and completely with previous investigations into illegal government activity.
    13. The one that stood up and said that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac had to be stopped from giving illegal loans.
    14. The one that was strongly against the Democrats producing no budget in congress.

Same policies, would have been same outcome!!!! My fellow Americans, when you are polled you always want conservative policies and less government interference, yet the media sells you the opposite and you have been led astray. The wrapper changes from Jimmy Carter to Barack Obama, but the outcome hasn’t. What rational decision would make you expect a different government experience with Hillary?

The debt is important, but not a winning issue either. focus on jobs, jobs, jobs with a better plan than OB’s.

  144. Tina | September 16, 2011 at 9:10 am |

romney is hardly gaining in the polls. He has only gained 1 point in 1 poll. Yes Perry did lose some points in the Bloomberg poll, but that may be an outliers. We need to see what the other polls say.

Perry did not raise the SS issue. romney and the also-rans did that. Perry has a much better record on jobs than romney and Perry was winning on that issue.

In the past few weeks, several blogs have posted articles critical to the campaign spearheaded by President Obama, to transform the 10th anniversary commemoration of 9/11 around the world into what I believe he and his handlers intend is a whitewash of actual horrific circumstances surrounding the event. The WH has issued 2 separate guidelines for conversation and commemoration, one to domestic public officials and government employees and one to embassy staff. (No official has gone on record claiming responsibility for either the content or the tone of these edicts and so, I will not cite to the articles that reference these anonymous instructions.) Basically, we are told to avoid characterizations that what happened in NYC is unique – after all, al Qaeda is attacking all over the world – and, to downplay the involvement of al Qaeda, presumably lest we incite reprisals predicated on the U.S. involvement in his death.

I see these transparent attempts to re-frame the narrative as adding insult to injury. Read more…http://jbjd.org/

“It’s not going to help him in the primary, and it would indeed hurt him in November,” warns Charles Black, a veteran Republican strategist who hasn’t endorsed any of the candidates. “I do think if you criticize the Social Security program but have a solution that makes sense and that would preserve benefits for the currently retired and those near retirement, that it’s not necessarily a political liability in the general election. But it looks to me like he has some work to do on the issue.”

The electability issue — being pressed by Romney — could be “deadly,” Black says, because Republicans “definitely want somebody that can beat the president.”

Some 37% of surveyed Republicans said the issue will hurt the governor’s chances against President Barack Obama, assuming Mr. Perry is the nominee, with 17% saying it will give him a boost. Among independents, 40% said the issue hurts Mr. Perry in a general election, and 11% said it helps him.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that when Bachmann was asked if she intended to apologize for her comments, she responded, “I’m not going to answer that question.”

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pennsylvania’s senior Democratic official is breaking away from President Obama when it comes to his jobs bill.

U.S. Sen. Bob Casey says the president’s legislative strategy won’t work.

Casey was one of the first Democrats to endorse Barack Obama, but now he thinks the president’s jobs bill needs to be broken apart, he told KDKA Political Editor Jon Delano.

“I’m afraid if we tried to pass one big bill, I think there’s a lot of skepticism about big pieces of legislation with all kinds of different component parts. We should break this up.”

Rep. Peter DeFazio said a primary would “push the president and his advisers a bit … to give us back the candidate we had three years ago.”

The Oregon Democrat pointed out that some of his colleagues in the House Democratic Caucus agree with him, but he declined to name names.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) told The Hill a challenge “would be healthy for the party.”

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who caucuses with Senate Democrats and is a critic of Obama’s payroll tax cut extension, has recently spoken out in favor of a primary challenge.

In July, Sanders called Obama “weak” in dealing with Republicans, adding: “I think it would be a good idea if President Obama faced some primary opposition.”

Consumer activist and former presidential contender Ralph Nader is looking to recruit a liberal to run against Obama, whose approval ratings have hit record lows.

Nader, in an interview with The Hill earlier this summer, said that “it’s almost 100 percent sure there’s going to be a primary challenge to Obama from somebody or somebodies — plural — in some states.”

“I’d love to have that candidate back. I think it would be helpful,” DeFazio said, noting that he doesn’t have a challenger in mind.

But a liberal House lawmaker, who requested anonymity, does — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“I would be interested in seeing that. She’s the only one who could really crystallize the issues,” the Democratic member said.

If Clinton won the primary, not only could she get elected in a general election, the lawmaker said, “she could do the job and hopefully lead us to a better place.”

  156. http://www.irishcentral.com/story/news/periscope/how-hillary-clinton-might-run-in-2012-against-obama-126827808.html

I was asked on a radio show in Ireland yesterday was there any way I could see Hillary Clinton running for president in 2012.

No, I said, with one small exception.

That is a 1968 scenario where a deeply unpopular president, Lyndon Johnston was forced out of the race after a complete outsider, Senator Gene McCarthy, ran him close in the New Hampshire primary, 49 per cent to 42 per cent.

Soon after, Johnston, wearied from the Vietnam War debacle, announced he was not running,

Hillary is not Gene McCarthy in that scenario, rather she is Bobby Kennedy, who tragically, saw the McCarthy opening as an opportunity for him to jump in, a quest that ended tragically with his murder in California later that year.

If the economy continues to tank and Obama continues to roll over for Republicans then a McCarthy scenario becomes more likely.

Last week’s crisis revealed Obama as a show horse rather than a workhorse, searching only for a deal to mollify the Republican right.

He did not stand up and fight for the people who elected him who will now be hit with the trillions in cutbacks.

As a result there is now a profound unease about him in Democratic party circles.

Thus,a New Hampshire opponent is not as unlikely as it might have been a few weeks ago.

There is an obvious McCarthy-type person, Vermont independent senator Bernie Sanders from a neighboring state who has been deeply critical of what Obama has been doing.

He’d have to change his affiliation and there is certainly no guarantee that he would fare anything like as well as McCarthy did.

But with the economy tanking by the day and Obama seemingly in professorial mode listening only to the Harvard clique surrounding him it is not impossible.

He seems deaf to those who elected him, and they may take a measure of revenge.

In which case Hillary might well be back in the game.

No question that is the dominate issue on the minds of people; however, I will say that we didn’t get into this mess overnight and we are NOT going to get over it quickly regardless of what Repub is elected.

Of course, renewed confidence among our people will do a lot to ease the fear, but we must remember there is still a lot of animosity out there against any Repub, especially from the media. We are in for the long haul, and there are NOT going to be any quick fixes.

Perhaps the worst thing about O occupying the oval office, is that during his tenure there have been multitudes of leftists who have obtained jobs in the various agencies and departments. That condition will remain for decades after he is out of office, because no one is going to oust them.

For fifty years, or more, career positions have been filled gradually by those who do not value our constitutional government, and they have been allowed to remain there untouched. Many of them, especially in the State Department, set policy that is dangerous for U.S. security. Now matters have only become worse – much worse.

There is not one Repub candidate in the race, or even Palin, that will touch career government employees. Of course, appointees are the exception.

It only takes four of them to keep it from passing on a floor vote, as Democrats only have a 53-47 advantage in the Senate. In the news report itself, there are already enough Democrats objecting to derail it entirely. Mark Begich, Jim Webb, Mary Landrieu, and Barbara Mikulski are all named in this report as opposing the bill. None of them face voters in 2012, having to explain backing tax hikes, massive new spending, and a rerun of the 2009 Porkulus flop. If Mikulski objects to the bill, will Ben Nelson in Nebraska back it? Claire McCaskill in Missouri? Mark Pryor, who has to stand for re-election in Arkansas in 2014? None of the endangered Democrats in the next two cycles will dare vote for $450 billion in new spending to do the exact same thing that didn’t work in 2009.

Obama’s plans to pay for the jobs bill, which he unveiled this week, met a cool reception from some Senate Democrats.

Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.) has said Congress should not increase taxes on ordinary income, calling the idea terrible.

Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) has also come out strongly opposed to higher taxes on the oil industry.

Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) has balked at the idea of raising taxes on the health benefits of high-income earners.

Mikulski appeared unconvinced after meeting with senior administration officials, but declined to discuss the “specifics” of her concerns.

“We’re all trying to figure out the answers to my questions, particularly the pay-fors,” she said.

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said Thursday morning that Obama should abandon his jobs plan, given bipartisan opposition.

“The White House probably expected stronger support from Democrats than it’s gotten so far,” McConnell said. “After all, this bill’s top selling point, according to the president, was both parties should like it. Yet, so far, the only thing both parties in Congress seem to agree on is that there’s got to be a better way.

“It seemed like the only Democrats who were even willing to talk about it here on Capitol Hill were tearing it apart,” he said.

A new book about Sarah Palin claims that she had a one night stand with former NBA player Glen Rice.

The book claims that Palin had sex with Rice during a college basketball tournament in Alaska in 1987 while Rice was playing for Michigan, and Palin was a sports reporter for a TV station in Alaska.

    Palin: Drill baby drill.

  176. http://randompixels.blogspot.com/2011/09/glen-rice-says-he-had-sex-with-sarah.html

    From Miami New Times:

Stop us if you’ve heard this one: Miami Heat great Glen Rice had a “steamy” one-night stand with Tea Party queen bee Sarah Palin back when he was a University of Michigan star and she was a local TV sportscaster. Wait, no one has ever heard that one before because it’s INSANE.

Yet it may just be true. Pieces of an epic new biography of Palin by Joe McGinniss have leaked to the web today and supposedly Rice himself confirms this actually happened.

The mind-bending hookup between the 6’8″ forward who’d soon become the Heat’s first real superstar and the Lord of Hockey Moms happened back in 1987, according to the copy of “Going Rogue” leaked to the National Enquirer. (Yeah, yeah, but they were right about John Edwards!)
A publishing source told The ENQUIRER that McGinniss claims Sarah had a “fetish” for black men at the time and he quotes a friend as saying Sarah had “hauled (Rice’s) ass down.”

At the time, Rice was playing in a tournament in Alaska with the Wolverines and Palin was a sports reporter (see video above) at KTUU in Anchorage, the book says.

Less than a year later, Palin would elope to marry Todd, her current husband — but not before shagging Rice! The biography “quotes Rice as confirming their one-night stand.”

  178. http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/213858/20110914/sarah-palin-glen-rice-cocaine-the-rogue-joe-mcginness.htm

Finding the truth in the fast-developed Sarah Palin scandals involving claims that she A) had sex with Miami Heat star Glen Rice in the 1980s, B) snorted cocaine from a 55-gallon drum years ago while snowboarding with her husband, Todd, and friends, C) had an affair with her husband’s business partner for six months, and D) smoked pot in college with a professor, is easier than it seems.

At this stage, we don’t know if the claims, which the National Enquirer reports will come out in less than a week when Joe McGinniss’ new, highly anticipated book, “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin” comes out, are each specifically true, of course. But we do know at this point that Palin’s political career — considered by some to be nearing a run for the Republican presidential nomination — has probably peaked, and is heading downward.

No matter how hard Palin tries, she may never be able to “refudiate” the claims.

To be fair, it was the “National Enquirer” that made the report. But to also be fair, those who have seen the few advance copies of the book that were sent out, including The Daily Beast’s Andrew Sullivan, “Doonesbury” cartoonist Gary Trudeau, and musician Roseanne Cash, act like there’s something to this new book.

It will be published on Sept. 20 by Crown, a division of Random House. Crown is a respected imprint. The writer, McGinniss, is also respected in journalistic circles. He’s written such works as “The Selling of the President,” and “Fatal Vision.”

Even Crown suggests in its book description that readers will get to know Palin in a new way through the 336-page work. “Based on McGinniss’ on-the-ground reporting that began in late 2008 … this book is a startling and penetrating examination of the illusion and reality of Palin — and a probing look at the Alaska and the America that have produced her, and the country she feels she is destined to lead.

In much the same way Christopher Bryon’s book “Martha Inc.” started a chain of events that tarnished the public persona of Stewart, the household name brand who ended up in prison for insider trading before making a comeback because Byron’s portrayal was of a steely, hard-to-please woman, McGinness’ book on Palin will no doubt cast the former Alaska governor in a light that may take years to sidestep.

That’s the one truth we can take from this all so far. It’s that Palin may never escape the reflection already cast, politically and professionally speaking at least.

  179. If McGinniss’ books is not absolutely true then why hasn’t Sarah Palin gone on TV and looked straight into the camera and said, “I did not have sex with that Basketball Player>”

    http://www.mediaite.com/tv/the-rogue-joe-mcginniss-alleges-todd-and-sarah-palins-cocaine-use-on-today/

To his credit, however, McGinniss does not shy away from the conflicting relationship he had with the Palins in presenting his “side” of the story, and reveals many doozies that will likely be discussed in many months to come. Some of the most controversial topics include Sarah Palin’s alleged unpopularity among her closest acquaintances and reported cocaine use by both Palin and husband Todd. Former NBA basketball player Glenn Rice reportedly confirms an included story of an romantic affair that he had with an unmarried Sarah Heath, who was reporting on Great Alaskan Shootout, a college basketball tournament covered by Palin while she was a local sports anchor.

The candidates need to focus on jobs, and lower taxes. The candidate who does will win.
    ***************************

    ________________________

Very true. I think that’s a lot of the problem. So many leftists are still in the State Department from years ago. They impact things even though administrations change.

The new book about the Tea Party favorite says the then 23-year-old sports reporter had a “fetish” for black men, which led to a one-night stand with the then University of Michigan basketball player, Glen Rice.
Palin had apparently covered a basketball tournament when she met Rice, who would go onto the NBA and become a three-time All-Star and champion. The author of the new book contacted Rice and verified the information. Rice said that he did sleep with Palin back in 1987.

“VA AG ON 4TH CIRCUIT RULING (OBAMACARE)”

    09/16/2011 | Ken Cuccinelli

Posted on Friday, September 16, 2011 5:04:44 PM by EDINVA

    “Dear Fellow Virginians and Americans,

As you all probably know, we heard from the Fourth Circuit last week in Virginia’s healthcare lawsuit.

The court decided unanimously to throw the case out on standing and not address the merits of our constitutional arguments.

However, the story is far more complicated than that. You may recall that Liberty University’s suit was heard at the very same time as Virginia’s. The court threw that case out as well; however, two of the judges stated what they would have done on the merits, and that has interesting implications as we press on to the Supreme Court.

Here are the things I’m going to address today:

    -The court’s ruling that Virginia lacks standing to bring the lawsuit;

-The implications of the court’s standing ruling for state sovereignty; and

-The extraordinary position of the court as compared with Federalist 51 (you know, written by that radical guy by the name of James Madison…).

Then I’ll do a quick walk-through of the Liberty ruling, and I’ll explain how it relates to Virginia’s case. Finally, I’ll note the three unique aspects of what this court did last Thursday that make the decisions true outliers that need to be corrected.

    The Court’s Ruling

Before the federal health care bill became law, Virginia passed the Virginia Health Care Freedom Act (VHCFA). The VHCFA applies to employers and governments in Virginia and anyone else who might seek to force a Virginian to buy health insurance. With limited exceptions, it provides that no one can mandate that a Virginian buy health insurance.

Along came the federal government and passed the federal health care bill. In that bill was the individual mandate requiring most all citizens to buy federal government-approved health insurance. The individual mandate conflicted with the VHCFA, and under the supremacy clause the federal law would trump; however, the supremacy clause does not apply if the federal law is unconstitutional.

    Thus was born Virginia’s lawsuit.

We sued the day the President signed the bill – May 23, 2010 – the 235th anniversary of Patrick Henry’s ‘give me liberty, or give me death’ speech. So began our fight for liberty against the unconstitutional federal mandate.

To bring any lawsuit, a plaintiff must have what is called “standing.” Standing is the right to sue.

To have standing, a plaintiff has to be able to show three things: 1) an injury; 2) that is currently occurring or is certain to occur; and 3) the court must be able to remedy the injury if the plaintiff wins.

Virginia’s injury is that the federal government’s health care law stops Virginia from exercising its legal authority to regulate health insurance mandates using the VHCFA.

This is an injury unique to a state. You and I don’t have a code of laws. States do. And States have the right to protect their code of laws. In fact, as attorney general, I have an obligation to protect Virginia’s laws (the district court judge in our case explicitly noted that responsibility).

Our suit was premised on redressing this sovereign injury. However, the Fourth Circuit rejected our position, stating that, to allow Virginia to bring this suit would allow States to act as “roving constitutional watchdogs” over the federal government. And yes, that quote comes straight from the opinion!

We now know what caused the earthquake in Virginia – James Madison obviously saw a draft version of the final order and rolled over in his grave!

This ruling is an extraordinary assault on state sovereignty and the role for States envisioned by the Founders in our constitutional system.

If you read Federalist 51 – written by that constitutional radical from Virginia, James Madison – you will find that States are supposed to check federal power when the federal government gets outside its constitutional authority!!!

    From Federalist 51:

“In the compound republic of America, the power surrendered by the people is first divided between two distinct governments [federalism], and then the portion allotted to each subdivided among distinct and separate departments [separation of powers]. Hence a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other, at the same time that each will be controlled by itself.”

How do you suppose the “different governments” are supposed to “control each other?” Contests of authority are carried out in the federal courts – exactly what we are doing, and directly contrary to the Fourth Circuit’s opinion! In fact, as the United States Supreme Court noted in 1992 in New York v. United States,

“In 1788, in the course of explaining to the citizens of New York why the recently drafted Constitution provided for federal courts, Alexander Hamilton observed: ‘The erection of a new government, whatever care or wisdom may distinguish the work, cannot fail to originate questions of intricacy and nicety; and these may, in a particular manner, be expected to flow from the establishment of a constitution founded upon the total or partial incorporation of a number of distinct sovereignties.’ Hamilton’s prediction has proved quite accurate. . . . While no one disputes the proposition that the Constitution created a Federal Government of limited powers, the task of ascertaining the constitutional line between federal and state power has given rise to many of the Court’s most difficult and celebrated cases. At least as far back as Martin v. Hunter’s Lessee, 14 U.S. (1 Wheat.) 304, 324, 4 L. Ed. 97 (1816), the Court has resolved questions ‘of great importance and delicacy’ in determining whether particular sovereign powers have been granted by the Constitution to the Federal Government or have been retained by the States.”

    The Liberty Ruling

Liberty lost its case in the district court in the Western District of Virginia (we were in the Eastern District of Virginia), and so they appealed to the Fourth Circuit. Their oral argument was the same day and before the same three-judge panel as Virginia’s.

The Liberty plaintiffs were found not to have standing in their case under what is known as the Anti-Injunction Act or “AIA”. I won’t go into this, but suffice it to say that other judges around the country considered the AIA in other cases and not one judge anywhere in America found this statute to apply. In fact, even President Obama’s Justice Department conceded in the Fourth Circuit that the AIA did not bar Liberty’s suit.

So, in addition to being the only appeals court to deny a State the authority to defend its own law, they are also the only court in any of the health care cases to find that the AIA applies. That’s two “unique” conclusions.

The vote to dismiss the case based on the AIA was 2-1.

Normally, when a case is kicked out under the AIA (or on standing), the judges do not comment on the merits of the case. To do so would violate the long held principle that the federal courts do not issue merely “advisory” opinions. However, in Liberty’s case, two judges did comment on the merits.

Judge Davis was the one judge that voted against kicking the case out under the AIA. He said that he agreed with all of the other judges around the country who had concluded that the AIA did not apply. He then explained how he would have ruled on the merits, indicating he would have found Congress had the power to implement the mandate and penalty under the commerce clause.

It was not unusual for Judge Davis to issue an opinion that discussed the merits. Because he voted not to kick the case out under the AIA, all he was doing was saying how he thought the case should have been resolved.

Despite finding that the case was not properly before the court because of the AIA, Judge Wynn wrote an opinion that also addressed the merits of Liberty’s challenge. This opinion provided the THIRD “unique” aspect of the Fourth Circuit’s health care opinions. Judge Wynn said that he would have upheld the federal health care law under the taxing power of the constitution.

So far, 16 different judges have addressed this subject and he is the ONLY judge in America to say he would uphold the federal health care law under the taxing power.

This is truly an extraordinary position. What it means is that Congress can pass a law to tell you to do anything (as long as it doesn’t violate some other part of the constitution like the free speech or double jeopardy clauses), and as long as they fine you ($$$) if you disobey their command, that fine is an exercise of Congress’ constitutional taxing power and that makes the underlying statutory command constitutional!

Congress could pass a law ordering us all to wear purple on Mondays, pink on Tuesdays, etc. and fine you $50 if you disobey. And Judge Wynn’s reasoning would say that the $50 fine is an exercise of the taxing power and therefore such a statute was constitutional.

    Conclusion

So, we lost in the Fourth Circuit; however, we are working on our appeal right now and will file it as soon as practicable. And the fact that the Fourth Circuit is utterly alone in three extraordinary aspects of its rulings leads me to be cautiously confident that the Supreme Court will take a different course regarding all three of those aspects of the Fourth Circuit’s decisions.

I am still cautiously optimistic that the individual mandate will be found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, and I am hopeful that we will have such a ruling by the end of June of 2012. Whether that happens in our case or in another does not matter so long as the correct constitutional answer is reached.

The federal government will likely try to slow the case down by asking for more time to file its brief in our case and by asking to drag out the appeal in the 11th circuit (where the Florida case with 26 other states was decided). So it is still possible that this will not be decided before Election Day 2012; however, if you were President Obama, do you really want this being argued in the Supreme Court in October of 2012? I would think he’d want it disposed of in June 2012 rather than watching a maelstrom of news coverage related to the case on the verge of the election.

Nonetheless, they keep doing everything they can to drag it out.

    I will keep you informed!

    Sincerely,

Ken Cuccinelli Attorney General of Virginia”

By now, maybe you’ve heard about the most titillating portions. For instance, there’s Sarah Palin hooking up with basketball star Glen Rice when Rice was a college star playing in a tournament in Alaska. Rice confirmed to McGinniss what he called a “respectful” encounter, noting that afterward “we talked a lot on the phone” and he had a “big crush” on Palin. But for McGinniss, there’s more to this episode. In his book, this bizarre-in-retrospect intersection is proof of Palin’s “fetish for black guys.” That quote comes from an unnamed “friend.” But–wait a moment–another unnamed friend says that following the Rice date, Palin freaked out: “Hysterical, crying, totally flipped out. The thing that people remember is her freak-out, how completely crazy she got: I f*cked a black man! She was just horrified. She couldn’t believe that she’d done that.”

“Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.

The posse, under the authority of Arpaio’s office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.

WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio’s office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio’s office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with “utmost diligence,” and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.”

WTPOTUS research found others in the Obama family were also associated with the East-West Center: Lolo Soetoro, Barack Obama Sr., and Ann Dunham.

Our research also led us to believe that Eleanor Nordyke wasn’t a exactly trusted source for information because of her associations and connections.

Just 3 days ago she was all over the News telling lies about Gov Perry and now she is hiding out. Very suspicious behavior by Sarah Palin.

Forget seeing Russia out her front door. Did former NBA star Glen Rice sneak in Sarah Palin’s back door? In an story sure to doom Palin’s future political aspirations, the National Enquirer reports that a new book by Joe McGinniss alleges that, in her twenties, Sarah Palin had hush-hush sex with then-University of Michigan star basketball player Glen Rice. Sort of redefines her stance on “Drill, Baby Drill”, doesn’t it?

According to the Enquirer, “In the book, McGinniss quotes Rice as confirming the one-night stand.”

The National Enquirer goes one step further, asserting that a publishing source said the book contains allegations that, at the time, Palin had a “fetish” for African-American men. She was also allegedly still involved with future husband Todd, who she married a mere nine months after the alleged incident.

This isn’t the only shocking allegation in McGinniss’ book, “The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin”, which is scheduled for release next week. He also claims that Palin and her husband were quite fond of the Peruvian marching powder. The Enquirer reports a story where Palin was snowmobiling with friends and took a break to snort some cocaine off of, of all things, a 55-gallon oil drum.

Palin is also rumored to have carried on an affair with her husband’s business partner, Brad Hanson, leading Todd to dissolve the partnership and end the business relationship.

Good lord. She is a walking, talking Jerry Springer episode…and she was a few electoral votes away from being Vice President of the United States. For all we know, she still thinks she can BE President of the United States. You know there is some political adviser out there who has convinced her she can win the young, black male vote with stories like “I banged Glen Rice”.

In the meantime, let’s have one last laugh as the clock strikes 14 minutes, 59 seconds on Sarah Palin’s career.

It seems that before Sarah Palin was a hockey mom, she was a hoops groupie.

The story burning up Michigan sports blogs today is that the ex-Alaskan governor had a one-night stand with ex-University of Michigan basketball superstar Glen Rice back in1987.That oughta improve her standing with Independents.

Backed up by Rice, the book claims the two young hard bodies hooked up when he was in Anchorage for the Great Alaska Shootout tourney and she was a TV sports reporter fresh out of college (less than a year later, Palin married her husband Todd).

  200. http://www.cnn.com/2011/POLITICS/09/16/palin.book/

Among other things, the book cites an unnamed friend who claims Sarah Palin once snorted cocaine off an overturned 55-gallon oil drum while on a snowmobiling trip. As for Todd Palin, he “did coke with us all,” former friend John Bitney says in the book. “He was on the end of the straw plenty.”

“I’m not saying Todd and Sarah Palin today abuse cocaine or even use it, but there is no question they both did at one point in their lives,” McGinniss told NBC

One gossipy tidbit: Palin had a sexual encounter with former NBA star Glen Rice in 1987, before she was married. Rice played for the University of Michigan at the time.

“She freaked out afterward,” McGinniss quotes a source in the book as saying. “The thing that people remember is … how completely crazy she got” over the fact that she had sex with an African-American. “She was just horrified. She couldn’t believe that she’d done it.”

Rice, according to McGinniss, remembers Palin as “a sweetheart.”

McGinniss states that, as governor, Palin fired roughly two dozen state employees who had formed a coalition known as the Diversity Group. “Her distaste for people of color … became manifest,” McGinniss asserts.

“Sarah just isn’t comfortable in the presence of dark-skinned people,” Bitney says in the book.

Just one more week before author Joe McGinniss’ long-awaited “The Rogue: Searching For The Real Sarah Palin” hits the bookstores. From what we know about the book already, it is sure to have Sarah Palin, her family and supporters in full damage-control mode. But the real damage will have already been done. McGinniss’ book and Levi Johnston’s tell-all tome (“Deer In The Headlights: My Life In Sarah Palin’s Crosshairs“) will be released the same day and they will provide the uppercut and knockout blow ending any hope of a Palin run for the U.S. Presidency.

  216. http://lynnrockets.wordpress.com/2011/09/15/palins-are-wailin-and-flailin-about-mcginniss-book/

Also, “By November 2001,” he writes, “… Sarah’s domestic life was in tatters.… Time with friends — not that there were many friends — would degenerate into marital squabbles, raised voices, and frequent threats of divorce. A recurring cause of conflict was Sarah’s inability or refusal to act as mother to her children.” Indeed, the LA Times column goes on to say that McGinniss suggests “that Palin’s “hockey mom” image is the most stage-managed sort of lie. “Friends recall,” McGinniss observes, “that when Todd was working on the North Slope, the children literally would have a hard time finding enough to eat. ‘Those kids had to fend for themselves,’ one says. ‘I’d walk into that kitchen and Bristol and Willow would be sitting there with a burnt pot of Kraft mac and cheese on the stove … and Sarah would be up in her bedroom with the door closed saying she didn’t want to be disturbed.’” Ouch! That is sure to leave a mark.

But McGinniss was not finished there. The LA Times says that McGinniss also writes that “when Catherine Taylor, the Palins’ next-door neighbor, squawks about their decision to cut a road across her property, “Todd told her, very plainly, that Sarah was mayor and they could do whatever they wanted, and it would be a mistake for her to try to stop them,” while a man named Dewey Taylor (no relationship to Catherine Taylor) has his truck window shot out after delivering chairs to McGinniss’ house.

The New York Times reports that McGinniss even writes of the theory that Sarah Palin may not be the mother of her youngest son, Trig. He calls into question “the circumstances under which he was born. Mr. McGinniss puts forth a provocative case for doubting Ms. Palin’s account of Trig’s birth, which involved a round trip between Alaska and Texas while she was supposedly in labor.” McGinniss then concludes by writing,

The time has come to strike the tent, no matter how much my book sales might benefit from a Palin presidential campaign in 2012, I sincerely hope that the whole extravaganza, which has been unblushingly underwritten by a mainstream media willing to gamble the nation’s future in exchange for the cheap thrill of watching a clown in high heels on a flying trapeze, is nearing the end of its run.

  217. Funny, since I was accused of being a “Paularian” (or whatever) the other day, it has prompted me to do some more research on Dr. Paul along with my original choice of Cain.
I found this very interesting and timely:

Will you read “The Rogue,” Joe McGinniss’s book on Sarah Palin?

    8% Yup – Can’t wait.

46% Not if it were the last book on Earth.

  227. Here’s some good stuff from a freeper:

“I want to know who paid for Joe McGinniss’s book?

My guess if some one digs into it, you will find the 0 2012 campaign is behind this transparent political smear job.

Look at the accusations. The smears are all calculate to drive a wedge between Palin and the “tea party”. About the only smear they DID not put into it was “Sarah Palin had a lesbian affair”. This smear job will not work with the real tea party, but it is carefully designed to discredit Palin with the caricature of the tea party the crazy Left thinks exists.

Supposedly, in wacko Leftist land, the tea party is a bunch of racist intolerant old white puritans waving bibles and burning crosses. so they send out this slime bag to write a book that will punch all the supposed “hot button” issues of their imaginary tea party folks.”

  228. Like everything else the barky campaign comes up with this McGinnis book will backfire.

  229. The Tea Party will simply dump palinand bachmann and unite behind the only Conservative in the race who can beat boHillary and that is Gov Perry unless Jeb Bush decides to get in the race.

  230. The boHillary demRats don’t get it. hillary obviously was behind starting the expose’ of Palin months ago because hillary saw palin as a threat to hillary’s obession of being the 1st woman pResident. Now the demRats think that they can spin the palin demise to hillary’s benefit. As usual the demRat MORONS are wrong.

  233. http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2007/11/hillary-lesbian.html

  234. demRats,

In mid-2007, rumors started to circulate about Huma Abedin a stunningly beautiful staffer working for Hillary Clinton. The wagging tongues of Washington asked logical questions about Huma.

If Hillary is bisexual (as had long been thought and occasionally uttered in public), what is the nature of her relationship with the dark eyed enchanting Abedin, a young lady from a strict Muslim family?

Is the fact that Huma was never seen twice in the same designer outfit and lived in a $649,000 condo explainable because she was trading sexual favors with Hillary for a fabulous lifestyle?

If so what does that make Huma?

How did Huma, whose government salary was listed as $9,999, live as she did?

    “Is Hillary Clinton a Lesbian?”

Is Huma Abedin her lesbian “kept woman?”

  238. http://www.uncoverage.net/2011/06/will-weinergate-blow-president-hillarys-lesbian-cover/

On page 42 …of Gennifer Flowers’s 1995 book, Passion and Betrayal. Starting on that page, Bill Clinton’s ex-flame says that he very clearly told her that Hillary is a lesbian:

“There’s something you need to know. I’ve been hearing tales around town that Hillary is having another thing with a woman.” I watched his face to see his reaction, and couldn’t believe it when he burst out laughing. I was stunned! I asked him what was so funny. “Honey,” he said, “she’s probably eaten more pussy than I have.”

Bill said he had known for a long time that Hillary was attracted to women, and it didn’t really bother him anymore. His first clue came from her lack of enjoyment of sex with him. She didn’t like to experiment and insisted on the missionary position and nothing else. Because she wasn’t enjoying herself; neither was he. Sex with her became a duty; nothing more.”

    Currently has over 251 comments

Over 150 are from FreeSpeech. TAA DAH You’re the winner FS!

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

About 7 months ago, I did a simple percentile analysis per topic article and poster percentile response in each of the topic headlines and over a 4 month period. The results were astonishing, but expected. The range of a single poster was between 40 – 72 percent in each topic posts, minus all other responders.

  244. FS, why are you trying to divert attention away from all the scandals surrounding bama that are now finally coming out into the mainstream? Is it because you’re just a dem disinfo agent as I contend?

  245. DABIGRAGU,

Another way of looking at it. For each topic CW posts, there would be between 40 and 72 responses out of 100 opportunity posts from 1 poster, if no one else responded.

  246. OK demRats let’s discuss boHillary’s GAY LOVERS, Reggie and Huma.

  247. William | September 17, 2011 at 11:36 am |

His role is to hog and to crap.

  248. Personally,

I don’t care if Hillary had/has a gay affair with Huma or not, no more than care about the size of the package to discuss in photos from Huma’s hubby.

What does concern me is a Presidential contender that is going to address and expose Obama and all those involved in the most massive fraud ever committed in the United States, or Coward out with fear?

That is what we should be discussing, that is what we should be demanding from all of them. That point is being avoided, here and practically everywhere else. Attention is being diverted by a handful on Conservative blogs to “Electability” issues and “Popularity” contests from polls. This is in my opinion intentional deception with the hope of getting a Republican in office that is middle of the road for a win – win scenario for liberals all the while claiming they want Obama out.

  249. There is no doubt in my mind, based upon FS ‘s obsession with taking down prominent Republicans, that he is a Democrat operative.

    Enough said!

  250. Prediction,

The next week or so, will be to divert attention from exposing Obama and the most massive fraud ever committed in the History of America, divert attention away from discussions of demanding any credible Republican running for office to address such key issues and instead, direct attention to whether or not Hillary had a gay affair, knowing she herself, is not a contender.

Saul Alinsky style, divert attention and discuss a Red Herring instead.

  251. Give it a rest demRats! The Republicans are NOT going to indict bo until the demRats re-nominate the muslim COMMUNIST PERVERT. They are NOT going to hand the demRat nomination to hillary and you boHillary demRats are wasting your time with that meme.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.

The investigation, they said, will be conducted with “utmost diligence,” and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

As I have been advocating for almost 3 years now, this is precisely what needs to be done. Indict bo in conservative jurisdictions across US making it impossible for him to campaign in 2012 for fear of being arrested in those jurisdictions where he has been indicted.

Forms and Charges to INDICT BHO for his CRIMES

Demand that your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman indict and prosecute BO and his local co-conspirators in State Courts for these crimes:

Murders and False Imprisonment of Opponents of the BO regime, “Fast & Furious” Sales of Guns to Mexican Drug Cartels, Birth Document Forgeries, TSA Sexual Assaults & Illegal Searches, Union Assaults, Election Fraud & Voter Fraud, Identity Theft, Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions, Aiding and Abetting of Muslim Terrorists, Poisoning of the Gulf of Mexico, Theft of Private Property (Chrysler, GM, Pension and Retirement Accounts etc.), Embezzlement of Government funds distributed to Foreign Entities, WikiLeaks and other Leaks of US Secrets by the BHO regime to our enemies, and War Crimes in Libya.

If the politicians refuse to take action then form a Grand Jury:

First, NO person of sitting Congressional nor Senate office has EVER claimed that a constitutional crises of Fraud ever existed in the first place over the last 3 years, little lone claim one exists now – all of a sudden – willing to be exposed, just waiting to expose what they knew all along.

But you factually know differently, the current ongoing strategy? How do you know this time-line of exposure from current running Republican candidates, that they are simply “waiting” until after the your party nominates Obama, then, with pure innocence, that politician claims he/she was completely bespattered until now?

Secondly, you are “Assuming” that Hillary will run “IF” Obama is exposed before your Democrat party nominates Obama, but not after.

After your party nominates Obama, and no Republican announces in the media the most massive fraud ever committed and direct immediate investigations into your party on Obama, then you officially become a liar and a knowingly obfuscated the process of exposure of your party to the public.

Far more disturbing than the salacious details of Weiner’s dalliances is the fact that apparently his mother-in-law is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Furthermore, Huma Abedin’s brother, Hassan, “is listed as a fellow and partner with a number of Muslim Brotherhood members.” Hassan works at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS) at Oxford University. The Egyptian Al-Azhar University, well-known for a curriculum that encourages extremism and terrorism, is active in establishing links with OCIS.

    FS,

Hillary is the Secretary of State, and has NOT announced that she will be running.

From what I understand, she has said that she wants to leave after Obama’s first term (IF Obama gets re-elected which is NOT likely at this time), and go back to New York and spend time with Grandchildren or something.

Why do you want to “discuss” the unsubstantiated rumor that she MAY be gay?

And why do you continue to bring up the unsubstantiated rumor that Palin had an affair with some “business partner” of Todd’s when BOTH parties dispute those rumors?

Last I knew Palin was simply a citizen traveling around the Country in a bus making inspirational speeches, and is NOT a candidate for the nomination.

  262. http://teaandpolitics.wordpress.com/2011/06/20/huma-abedin-and-her-family-links-to-the-muslim-brotherhood/

Ms. Abedin’s mother, Saleha Mahmoud Abdeen, is reportedly part of a special woman’s unit known as the Muslim Sisterhood or the International Women’s Organization (IWO) which, according to a counter-terrorism report obtained by the Terrorism Committee of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, operates within the Brotherhood in Egypt and possibly other Arab nations as well. The Egyptian newspaper Al-Dostor confirms that the Sisterhood includes 63 international members in 16 different countries.
The group is being portrayed by Western media in a benign fashion, as noted in Der Spiegel and on its Facebook page. But a report by the Egyptian opposition newspaper Al-Liwa Al-Arabi paints a far more ominous picture. It reveals that these women, who are “the wives of some of the highest-ranking leaders in the Muslim Brotherhood” are being recruited to:

[S]muggle secret documents for the members since women go undetected by security surveillance…to spread the Brotherhood’s ideology by infiltrating universities, schools and homes…to lay the plans for the Sisterhood to work at the state level…[and]…to fulfill the interests of the Brotherhood and also to benefit from international women’s conferences and unify all efforts to benefit the Brotherhood globally.

    Furthermore, the Sisterhood’s mission includes:

The newspaper then lists the names of the women who belong to the organization on a country-by-country basis. There are a dozen members of the Sisterhood from Saudi Arabia. Saleha Mahmoud Abdeen (Abedin) is one of them.

… Which brings us to Anthony Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, who is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff. Ms. Abedin was born in Kalamazoo, MI, but moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the age of 2, before returning to the United States 16 years later to attend college. A detailed report from 2007 shows that the aforementioned Abdullah Omar Naseef was instrumental in the Abedin family’s move around 1977 — the same year that the Muslim Sisterhood was established. Huma Abedin has been working for Mrs. Clinton since 1996. Between that job and being married to a Congressman — in a ceremony officiated by Bill Clinton — Ms. Abedin is privy to sensitive and secret information. Walid Shoebat explains the significance: “Huma Abedin is a practicing Muslim and is still well-connected to her

. Yet if an article written by former PLO terrorist-turned-Christian and Israel supporter Walid Shoebat (along with KTEM radio host Ben Barrack) is any indication, it may very well be that the wrong member of the family resigned. According to Arabic sources translated by Mr. Shoebat, Huma Abedin’s mother and brother are both associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

  264. “As I have been advocating for almost 3 years now,”

Not true. Advocating the only means of exposing Obama is by a citizen grand jury your 3 years of suggestions, yes. However, Sheriff Arpaio has appointed a special committee to investigate, null of any grand jury (your suggestions of the only legal means).

Not even close. Try to gain credit elsewhere. Or would you like about 400 posts over the last year alone of your suggestions of Grand Jury alone suggestion? It would make a hell of a thread…….

  265. Well it looks like the “occupy wall street” day of rage is happening. I viewed live video feed. Can’t tell the size of crowd from the video, nor can I determine what exactly their message is. 266. It is now obvious that hillary’s scheme was to replace weiner with her LESBIAN LOVER huma.

  267. http://romanticpoet.wordpress.com/tag/huma-abedin-muslim-sisterhood/

Was Huma Abedin, the wife of Anthony Weiner and the Deputy Chief of Staff to Hillary Clinton, unaware that her mother was reported as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood? Is it possible she does not know that her brother is tied to the Brotherhood’s radical leadership? Did Western media miss what has been revealed in several Arab newspapers, which has remained secret in American government circles?

Al-Liwa Al-Arabi (translated here) claims to have leaked an extensive list of members of the Brotherhood’s secret women’s division, which is known alternately as the Muslim Sisterhood or the International Women’s Organization (IWO). This detailed list was partially published by Al Jazeera and several other major Arab newspapers. And it included Huma’s mother, Saleha Abedin.

Egypt’s Al-Dostor revealed that the Sisterhood included 63 International members that span 16 different countries; it’s also confirmed by the Arab Centre for Research and Studies, headed by researcher Abdul Rahim Ali.
