On October 25, 2011, Greta Van Susteren interviewed Donald Trump on his current stance on Obama’s birth certificate after Governor Rick Perry quoted Trump as still being a skeptic.
Van Susteren stated “Well, I actually — I’m convinced it’s the real deal,”
Here is some of the more compelling evidence:
1. Obama has used private attorneys and USDOJ attorneys at taxpayer expense for over 3 years to prevent presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.
2. When an image was placed on WhiteHouse.gov in April of 2011, no “chain of record” was authenticated.
3. Here is one a first year law student would question:
It states true copy or abstract.
4. Tim Adams, a election official in Honolulu in 2008 has signed an affidavit, a legal document, stating that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.
5. Retired Major General Paul Vallely, a former Fox contributor, has had the image evaluated by document experts and ex CIA employees. He states emphatically the the image is a forgery.

believer, and I’m not. I mean, you know, people look at the hospital.
There are no records that his mother was ever there. There are many
other things that are really suspect.
So you know, out of — after years of Hillary wanting it and McCain
wanting it and everybody wanting it, and I put the big pressure on,
all of a sudden, it appears. And people have real questions about the
validity.
Now, I don’t want to talk about that. I want to talk about jobs. I

The same day, in Pittsburgh, Mr. Obama explained to his union allies that he would move forward regardless. “We’re not gonna wait for Congress,” Mr. Obama explained. “We can act administratively without additional congressional authorization and just get it done.” Now we know that part of what he meant was yet another mortgage bailout – one that will cost bond investors billions – via subsidized refinancing.
This remarkable disregard for the rule of law and proper constitutional procedures fit a familiar pattern in this administration: What it cannot achieve legislatively it will attempt to do by regulatory fiat. Congress must actively assert its legislative prerogative or be relegated to the sidelines.
One year ago, the American people decisively rejected Mr. Obama’s big-government agenda in a landslide election. Surely, most voters thought that election would at least halt, if not reverse, the country’s profound lurch toward a larger, more intrusive and more expensive federal government.
Unfortunately, Mr. Obama has chosen to moderate his rhetoric only somewhat and his actual policies not at all. And Congress, institutionally weakened by decades of delegating legislative power, capped by two massive new grants of regulatory power to the executive branch in Mr. Obama’s health care and financial regulation bills, has thus far proven unwilling – at least on the Senate side – to stand up to him.
Consider that the day after last year’s election, Mr. Obama explained to the press corps that his signature cap-and-trade energy rationing legislation – which cost dozens of House Democrats their seats in Congress and was decisively rejected by the American people – was “one way of skinning the cat; it was not the only way. It was a means, not an end.” He clearly instructed his Environmental Protection Agency to go ahead and act as if the cap-and-trade law had been passed, even writing its emissions abatement schedule into the EPA budget.”

“Even that symbol of Bush-era executive power – the signing statement – has reached a new level of abuse under Mr. Obama. In April, Mr. Obama and House Republican leadership concluded tense negotiations on a funding bill to avert a government shutdown. Part of the deal the president specifically agreed to was language blocking funding for four of the president’s policy advisers – czars, colloquially. “On 10/25/11 Liberty Legal Foundation filed two simultaneous lawsuits against the Democratic Party. Both lawsuits request injunctions prohibiting the Party from certifying that Obama is Constitutionally qualified to run for the office of President in the 2012 election. Neither lawsuit discuss Obama’s place of birth or his birth certificate. These issues are completely irrelevant to our argument. LLF’s lawsuit simply points out that the Supreme Court has defined “natural-born citizen” as a person born to two parents who were both U.S. citizens at the time of the natural-born citizen’s birth. Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Obama can never be a natural-born citizen. His place of birth is irrelevant.
Despite numerous legal challenges, no case to date has been able to get a hearing on the merits related to Obama’s natural-born status. We have studied all of these cases in order learn from the rulings and avoid the pitfalls that stopped those lawsuits. We learned that the only entity remaining that can be held responsible for vetting a candidate’s qualifications to hold office, is the political party that nominates the candidate. All states rely upon the truthfulness of representations by the political parties, that their candidates are qualified to hold the federal office for which they are nominated. By naming the National Democratic Party as the defendant we not only target the entity responsible for vetting their candidate, we also avoid taking on any state or federal government.
The Democratic Party is a private entity, without any government immunities or government procedural advantages.
We also learned that Presidential candidates that are registered with the Federal Election Commission have standing to ask a court to keep another candidate off the ballot. That’s why two of our lead plaintiffs are FEC-registered Presidential Candidates.
Because we have lead plaintiffs that are Presidential Candidates, and because those plaintiffs are also Liberty Legal members, Liberty Legal has standing to sue as well. If one plaintiff has standing to sue, all plaintiffs have standing to sue.

Also, no taxes have been paid on this buffer zone. For all of you that love to squeeze every penny out of your constituents this should make you quite upset, but when it’s one of your own you don’t give a darn.
4) Many experts that have testified in multiple court cases to show how a document is a fraud have come forward to debunk the document presented to the public as the birth certificate of Federal Employee Barack Obama. You know the one that the Hawaii Department of Health Employee said was “half typed and half handwritten”. These experts include the one that brought down Dan Rather when he presented the fraudulent document about President George W. Bush and the foremost Adobe document expert.
You may ignore every crime noted above, but there is one piece of evidence which you cannot ignore. That is the Supreme Court ruling in “Minor v Happersett” which states that BOTH parents must be American Citizens for the child to be a Natural Born Citizen. It is now almost a week later and I have not received a reply to my request. As I mentioned in my note to Ms. Tipton “[r]efusing to address the crime does not absolve you, or Congresswoman Blackburn, of any guilt”. You have also been informed and are now an accessory to this Federal Crime.
My first contact with the congresswoman’s office about this issue was the first few days of September 2011. After calling the DC office on September 7, 2011 I was able to leave a voice mail for Ms. Tipton and receive a phone call on September 9, 2011. How was I able to get a return phone call? Simple. I did not mention the issue I wanted to discuss.
The political game being played in Washington DC is no longer being tolerated by us TRUE AMERICANS out here in the real world.
What I am asking is that I be notified by October 14, 2011 and told if Congresswoman Blackburn has been informed about the Social Security Fraud being committed by Federal Employee Barack Obama. I am also, again, requesting a meeting with the congresswoman.

Never has Federal Employee Barack Hussein Obama resided in the State of Connecticut. He has stated, but never proven, that he was residing in Hawaii at the time. In an attempt to cover up the crime Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly stated the number must have been issued while Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was attending Harvard in Connecticut. After the broadcast the video was removed from the Fox News site because they released that Harvard was in Massachusetts and not Connecticut. Besides, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. was not in the United States of America in 1977.
On September 13, 2011 I requested that someone from Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn’s office meet with Dr. Orly Taitz, esq. while she was in town to meet with legal council of other representatives. Dr. Taitz followed-up my request with a personal Email request from her asking for a meeting. No response was received from your office. But as non-smoker who has had no less than 3 relatives and 1 college friend die of lung cancer, I find the ad shocking. Cain is a paster so I find the ad hypocritical. I know Cain has a sense of humor, but it makes me less likely to vote for him even though I liked him in the beginning. Is he just trying to blow smoke; tell us he’s not serious? Is it a smoke screen? I don’t know, but I don’t like it at all.

Mr.Paul Powell has commented at WND that we have lost our first amendment rights. Here is some food for thought Mr.Powell. We have lost NOTHING…at least NOT YET. What we have lost is the willingness of those who are supposed to uphold our Constitution to do so. It is this which needs attention,not that which is still intact. Everybody can’t seem to discern this fact, and they continue to yell and scream that we are losing our Constitutional rights. All those people have to do is stand up and FORCE the people who are supposed to be UPHOLDING the Constitution to do what they are SUPPOSED to be doing. As long as people continue to do nothing then they have ONLY THEMSELVES TO BLAME for their PERCEIVED LOSS of their Constitutional rights.
However I do agree that our Constitution is being circumvented at every opportunity,by the same people who are refusing to uphold it. If we eliminate the people from office who are the perpetrators of the problem then we will have fixed 90% of the problem. The remaining 10% is fixable by repairing,and strengthening the laws ALREADY on the books which have been tampered with to allow the perpetrators to do their crap in the first place. Do that and then everybody needs to take the time to watch over our form of government closely and protect it………..when you don’t care what happens you get what IS NOW HAPPENING.

I too watched the Cain ad. While I found it to be a bit tacky, I for now am entertaining the notion that there is another meaning which the smoker is supposed to be implying, but for the life of me I for whatever reason can’t figure out what a person smoking a cigarette,and exhaling a puff of smoke is supposed to be telling us. Perhaps it was for the purpose of causing us to question the temperance of the ad. Basically to get us to THINK about it,and not just look away,and go “HO HUM”. If this was the case then I think there are better ways to tell us to PAY ATTENTION!
Regarding Donald Trump,and Gretta Susteren, I tend to view both of them in a light which casts them both as somewhat INSIGNIFICANT. To me neither has really done much which can be viewed as PATRIOTIC! They are sort of like people flailing about in the darkness,and are hoping that they might accidentally hit on something Important. I guess that in the same breath would they know what to do with truly important information if they discovered it…….would either of them recognise valuable information to begin with. Last evening after watching an old WWII movie about PT boats in the Philippines, I googled in “Bataan Death March”. I am old enough to well remember when Pearl Harbor was bombed and have always had an avid interest in WWII events.
Having heard a survivor of the march speak many years ago, I wanted to find out more. As you know, there were not many survivors, and that ordeal was one of the worst crimes against humanity. I ran across a true story of a survivor, and, I tell you, everyone, even the faint-hearted (I’m one), should take some time to read at least a little of this story. Why?

Look around at any state fair and the food that the candidates were eating there. Now I don’t know what kind of physical condition that you are in, but I didn’t hear you saying that you wouldn’t vote for a particular candidate because they were chowing down on a couple pound piece of fried cheese on a stick. So what if one of Herman Cain’s campaign workers smokes? Who gives a rip?
Our country is at the crossroads and you are worried because somebody was smoking a cigarrette? Sure it is unhealthy, but so is being fat.

Cain was asked about the ad. His philosophy throughout is to let people be themselves, including Cain, and including his staff. This man happens to be a smoker, so what? There was no subliminal message contained therein and the ad agency created the ad. In fact, the pic of a smiling Cain was added on by the agency. This particular aide knows it is unhealthy to smoke, but he was just being natural – being himself.
I am not a smoker but the ad has been very effective. Everyone is talking about it! Most conservatives are not offended by it. I think it’s great, truthfully. People are getting sick of political correctness carried to extreme.

Old Salt, I believe like you do about Greta. She loves to get the important interviews (of course, that is her job) and revels in them. I don’t feel the sense of sincerity that there should be when it comes to the serious matters confronting us. She REALLY likes to get Trump on! She is extremely flattered by his attention, and he is also by hers. It gets a little sickening at times to me.
Mitt Romney happens to be the front runner. The question has to be do we have anyone strong enough to win against him if Romney can beat Obama. Perry is a poor debater. Cain is a flip flopper. Just this past week he said he would support a women’s right to chose before he flip flopped on that. He’s gotten many other things incorrectly. So if Cain is a flip flopper and Perry is a flip flopper why not vote for the guy who is the front runner? Ron Paul won’t win. I happen to like Newt, Bachmann and Santorum, but none of them are ahead. Cain is simply not strong enough to abandon our front runner, but I would support any of them except for Ron Paul and Huntsman; although, Cain’s smoking add makes me less enthusiastic about him by a long shot.
I’d say that eating poor fried food on a daily basis will kill you a lot faster than smoking. So it’s a hypocrites point of view. I don’t think that his campaign manager should have been smoking on the ad, but it is no worse than showing a fat person.

More power to you, Tina. I don’t like smoking either, but not everyone feels the same way, including many good, conservative folks. You don’t have to compromise anything. Vote for whomever you wish, if it reaches critical mass for you.
Tina. Cain is not a flip flopper. He made a gaffe. Cain is and always has been pro Life. As a person, you, who was a Democrat your entire life and a Hillary Clinton supporter you are just as guilty as all of the doctors who have aborted the children over the years and it appears to me that you are the ultimate flip flopper. Sorry folks, got up on the wrong side of the bed today. I’ve been trying to put the political noise aside for a while to do a cleansing of sorts to recalibrate my positions. Then I hear absolute stupidity while our country and world is burning around us. All of these folks (media, pundits, bloggers and just the plain old chatter) who are telling the rest of us “how it’s going to be” , whether it’s the Marxists or the Social Conservatives or the crony capitalists, are really grinding on me.
HYPOCRITES ALL OF THEM.
Let’s look at what Cain has done in the space of a few weeks:
1) Aggressively advocated for the government to stay out of a woman’s decision to have an abortion. It wasn’t just a gaff. He went on and on about it until after the interview and then made the correction.
2) On CNN, he said that he would negotiate with terrorists to release prisoners in Gitmo and then after the debate changed his position on that.
3) With Chris Wallace said he’d support the Palestinians right to return and was sure Israel would have no problem on that, and then changed again when it was pointed out to him that Israel would have a huge problem with it.
Paxson, you can support Mr. Cain all you want. If he wins the nomination, I would support him, but add the smoking ad to these mistakes and I am very nervous about him being the nominee. No one is perfect so I’ll take the strongest one and right now that is Mitt Romney, even though, at the beginning I wanted someone else. Mr. or Mrs. Perfect has not arrived yet.
Cabby…you are so right…. 99% of the population of America just does not know what hardships the military men of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam went through. Nor do they care.
Speaking from experience, I just don’t think our nation has the will to fight a serious war like WWII ever again. We have been in Afganstan, Iraq and the middle east for over 10 years and our KIA (killed in action) numbers are only about 4,500. We were in Vietnam about 10 years and our KIA numbers were 58,487. In Korea we lost over 13, 000. But the biggie of all wars was WWII where we lost several hundred thousand KIA. I am not listing any WIA (wounded in action) of any of the wars..but those numbers have been staggering.
Since WWII, America has not fought a war to WIN. Not even to break even. Korea ended where it began. Vietnam was a total political disaster. Henry Kissenger secretly went to Paris and sold out our military efforts. The soldiers came home to score and were branded as baby killers and cowards. We were neither.
Since WWII, we have involved ourselves in a war somewhere almost ever 10 years. At the time our country was shipping all of our heavy industry and manufacturing capability to foreign countries, our MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL complex was increasing their ability to entangle our nation in armed conflict under false flag operations.
As a result, most soldiers today are fighting and dying in foreign countries not even knowing what they fight for. This is sad.
We no longer are a nation that produces things. Our only “claim to fame” is in our ability to be able to put “Boots On The Ground” all over the world. Fighting other countries wars is the only business of America today. We are squandering our most precious resources ( our youth) and the capital of our taxpayer citizens (money) for nothing.
Major General Smedley Butler, a famous Marine Corp general of WWII, and a two time winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor publicly said that “War is A Racket” and the only people getting rich from the sweat and blood of our soldiers are the people who make the bullets”. The soldiers fight and die and the military-industrial complex takes the results of their efforts to the bank
What MG Butler said then was correct and true. It is no different today.Now we have more bloodshed and suffering to look forward to because of our involvement in AFRICAN.
We never seem to learn from history. Our first president, George Washington warned us of FOREIGN entanglements. We didn’t listen.
As a nation, we are today 14.5 TRILLION dollars in debt, and war is our only business.
What a sorry state of affairs our nation degenerated into.
Herman Cain addressed the right to return gaffe a few days ago. I encourage you to look for his recent words about educating himself. The other two are just nit picking to find faults in words. Herman Cain is pro- LIfe. Herman Cain is not a politician and speaks from the cuff sometimes and he get’s himself in trouble.
I find it odd that you would seem to support Romney, whom I have no real problems with, and yet give him a pass on having real problems with real shape shifting on subjects, the biggest of which is his position on abortion.
I think Herman Cain’s manager smoking a cigarette in that commercial looked stupid. But I think watching a fat person eat a fried twinkie on camera to be just as disgusting.
With respect to the Gitmo comment, Cain was actually defending the rational behind the Israeli’s trading one man for one thousand Palestinians. He realized that he made a gaffe and corrected it. I appreciate a person who can admit to a mistake in their choice of words. Romney, on the other hand, has taken positions (pro-abortion etc.) that were not verbal miscue’s but were how he truly believed at the time.

And they won’t, Tina. Everyone is mortal, subject to human failings as we all are. With all due respect, your Dem background somewhat hampers critical thinking in some of these issues. Thankfully, you saw the light and left the Dem Party, but you haven’t been away from it very long.
Cain needs to educate himself quickly, and improve his judgement. I hope he will be motivated by his upcoming debate with Newt to do so because Newt will tear him apart otherwise. Obama was a novice as well. But he debated so well and knew the issues so well that people believed him despite his flaws. He also got great media attention. Cain is a novice as well in the political arena, but he obviously had enough confidence in himself to run for POTUS. I like his business experience, but right now I’m looking at other candidates until Cain lifts his game. Right now Romney is the one to beat and that’s just the way it is.

Newt is going to tear Cain up because I had a vision of Cain choosing Newt as his running mate the other day if he wins. I’m not always right about political matters, but I watch and absorbe and can see good matches. Cain/Gingrich would be huge.

Romney is leading in the 4 states that vote first for the Republican primary. Maybe that will change. Cain may have been leading in the national polls, but he’s slipping and the primaries are not national elections as people vote through state elections, so it still remains to be seen if Cain will win. I think not, but who knows. I use to think Cain would make a good VP candidate, but now I have my doubts. Either way, he’s better than Obama.

Why do you have your doubts about Cain as VP, Tina? Because you are sweeping all of Romney’s position changes under the rug while holding Cain responsible for a few minor gaffes that have been blown out of proportion. Romney’s position changes DWARF anything that you have accused Cain of in being a flip flopper. Also, Cain leads nationally. He will sweep the south if it is Cain v. Romney at that point. This isn’t Romney’s to lose, it’s Romney’s to win. There is a big difference in perspective there. I for one am not going to be told whom to vote for by a Republican country club establishment that think they have all of the answers, but only offer solutions that maintains the status quo. What your current opinions are a bi-product of is an disinformation campaign put out there by the powers that be who said, “oh sh.t, this Herman Cain guy might be for real”…we need to put him in his place.
Pat…he spent hardly any money on that ad and everybody is talking about it. If the Democrats say anything, Obama is a chain smoker. It is pure genius. For the record, I am not down on Romney, I am just not going to be told whom to vote for or support. The Republican establishment has let me down for some time now. We need new blood.
Paxson, we must remember that Tina’s views are shaped greatly by her prior affiliation with the Dem Party. We have been observing Romney for a number of years, while Tina is a relative newcomer to Repub politics.
Also, we understand the elitist position of some of what we used to call “eastern” or Rockefeller Republicans, while this would be a new concept to many Independents, including those actively affiliated with the Tea Party. Those folks are very anti-Obama, but many have just recently been learning about the need for smaller government. There is extensive background that they still are not aware of. Just thoughts.

I know, Cabby. I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed and she touched a nerve. I personally don’t have anything against Romney, as you know I supported him in ’08 and I like him. This campaign against Cain is coming from the east coast Republican operatives who know how to push some people’s buttons. I like those same operatives when they are framing the debate against Democrats, but can see through their veneer and don’t like them trying to do it to other Republican candidates.
Also, Cain mentioned briefly that he wasn’t going to stand there and take it anymore. He has been very reserved in his criticism of other candidates positions. If he does open up a can of “whoop a..” against Romney or Perry it will come off a lot more meaningful because he has been so gracious to date. There is plenty of artillery to use against all of them, let’s not get worked up over details that don’t mean anything other than to frame a person merely for political reasons.
That will be the first ever nationwide emergency alert( at least by FEMA) on 11/9. Keep in mind that most emergency broadcasts are local, not nationwide on the airwaves. I guess this means no TV, no radio. But even when 9/11 happened, Pres. Bush didn’t do this. It’s just creepy!

With exception of the UNIONS most people are now very aware that the gravy train has left the station, and no matter if you chase the train in your welfare Cadillac,motorclcle,airplane,motorhome, or boat it is unlikely that you will be able to get on the train any longer. Now those who were expecting to live FREE off the government,will probably have to GET A JOB…..if they can. Better get some sort of skill,or training……SOON!

So you were aware that he was pro-abortion for a fairly extended period of time in his life? Yet you call Cain a flip flopper for a gaffe on how much control that he would have as President over a person’s choice to have an abortion? It doesn’t add up. There are many more examples that you seem to want to sweep under the rug for Romney, but hold Cain accountable for a couple of errors that he corrected QUICKLY. Makes no sense.
I am deeply offended by establishment GOP too. I was very offended when they said anyone, but Palin. I would have liked for her to run, but she couldn’t withstand all the negative hits against her. I was offended when Romney didn’t take a harsher stand against unions a couple days ago, but I still think he’s the man to beat. Now if Cain can pick up his game and make less mistakes I might change my mind about him, but I don’t like what I’ve seen the last couple of weeks. I agree the ad worked in getting attention. I found it highly offensive with the smoking bit. It’s a strong pet peeve of mine.
I think the best way to sum it up, Paxson, is that Cain appears to me to be ignorant of the issues. He has to be corrected frequently. Romney has a strong command of the issues, for the most part. Now you might not like where Romney has stood, but I can’t say he appears to be ignorant of the issues. He has changed his mind, but so have I and I don’t hold that against him as long as he can back up his current positions. Cain comes across on being strong on the tax code and economy, but you have to know stuff as Newt says. If Newt says Cain doesn’t know stuff, I trust Newt. I just wish Newt didn’t have so much baggage associated with him. Newt is not as likeable as Cain, but he’s a very smart guy. Newt knows his stuff. Cain does not give the appearance of that. If Cain proves me wrong later in the election cycle, that would be great. I hope he does because the idea of a Cain vs. Obama election has a lot of appeal.
Does anyone know that Mitt Romney’s father was born in Mexico. Wouldn’t that fact have a little to do with Mitt’s eligibility? Since everybody got all over McCain’s eligibility maybe somebody ought to take a thorough look here as well.
Cain seems like a nice old gentleman, I’m not convinced that he’s not just selling books. As far as Cain sweeping the south, well any Republican will do that. It’s the swing states that are the issue. And that takes someone who can attract Independent voters.

As Issa points in the first clip, two federal agents under the jurisdiction of the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jamie Zapata and Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, were killed as a result of Operation Fast and Furious, yet Napolitano denies knowing anything about the program or speaking to Attorney General Eric Holder about the operation up to this point.
