Citizen Wells articles about fraud committed by Obama on his Illinois Bar Application have been getting a lot of attention lately. I am reprinting what I consider to be the more damning one. Andy Martin, whether you agree with him or not, was in the forefront of questioning Barack Obama prior to 2008. Martin has a legal background and below you will see his complaint against Obama from March 13, 2007 filed with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. You will also find an email exchange between me and Andy Martin.

There is much controversy regarding Barack Obama being eligible to be president. What we know is that Obama has not produced an actual birth certificate, his father was a British citizen, Obama is not a natural born citizen, Obama has kept hidden almost all official documents related to his past. One of the records Obama was not completely able to hide was his IL bar application. Here is data from Obama’s bar application that was saved in 2008.

- Obama had 17 unpaid parking tickets from his days at Harvard.
- Obama omitted his aliases of Barry Soetoro and Barry Obama.
- Obama admitted to drug use when he was younger and there is strong reason to believe he was still using drugs.

“Before Barack Obama was a United States senator and a presidential hopeful, he was a Harvard University law student living in Somerville who parked in bus stops and accumulated hundreds of dollars in parking tickets. And for nearly two decades those parking tickets went unpaid, until a representative of Obama’s settled all his outstanding debts with Cambridge’s Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department Jan. 26.
Obama attended Harvard Law School from 1988 to 1991. During his time at Harvard, Obama lived at 365 Broadway in Somerville, according to his parking tickets. Records from the Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation office show that between Oct. 5, 1988 and Jan. 12, 1990 Obama was cited for 17 traffic violations, sometimes committing two in the same day. The abuses included parking in a resident permit area, parking in a bus stop and failing to pay the meter.
Twelve of Obama’s 17 tickets were given to him on Massachusetts Avenue.
In one eight day stretch in 1988, Obama was cited seven times for parking violations and was fined $45. Thirteen of the 17 violations occurred within one month in 1988.
Obama’s disobedience of the rules of the road earned him $140 in fines from the City of Cambridge. The tickets went unpaid for over 17 years and $260 in late fees were added to the tab. On Jan. 26, the fines and late fees were paid in full. The final tally for Obama’s parking breaches was $400, according to Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation.
Obama spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki said the presidential candidate’s parking violations were not relevant.”

office will likely have authority to proceed with an actual investigation.
1. Background facts
a. Bar admission of Barack Hussein Obama
Mr. Obama was admitted to the Illinois Bar on December 17, 1991 (see
attached ARDC page). He is currently inactive.
b. IBAB requirements
The IBAB requires that bar admission applicants disclose whether they have
outstanding parking tickets (see attached excerpt from current application).
Obviously, in so far as the admission of Mr. Obama is concerned, the form of
the 1991 IBAB application would be controlling.
c. Outstanding parking tickets of Obama
Mr. Obama recently paid outstanding parking tickets that were unpaid at the
time of his admission to the bar (see attached news stories).
2. Legal issues
If in 1991 Mr. Obama signed an application to IBAB and denied that he owed
outstanding parking tickets, he falsified his application and gained
admission to the bar by fraud.
3. Request for relief/investigation/action
I would respectfully submit that Mr. Obama’s 1991 application should be
scrutinized to determine whether he falsified his answers and whether he
gained admission to the bar on the basis of fraudulent representations.
If the investigating authority determines that Mr. Obama’s answers were
deceptive, I believe an appropriate sanction should be imposed. It obviously
should not be a major sanction but a public reprimand or other appropriate
sanction should be imposed to protect the integrity of the admissions
process.

A Theory on why we have been on this 4 year eligibility question.
A – The Republicans were questionable on Obama’s NBC.
B – The Democrats were sure that McCain did not meet the legal qualifications for NBC because he was born off the Navy Base.
C – Both parties decided to pass Senate Resolution (SR 511) making McCain legal NBC.

RMinNC – I think I just heard that Cong. Darrell Issa will be on Hannity 2nite discussing the GSA scandal. WOW and meanwhile no one is talking about the biggest scandal in America’s History. Their guilt is is on all their faces and Consciousnesses(Sp.?).
I personally believe Obama is a “natural born citizen.” He was born in Hawaii and both his parents were US citizens. He is concealing his true identity as the son of Malcolm X who became Malik Shabazz when he converted to Islam. Obama’s original name may have been Bari Shabazz, which may be reflected on his original birth certiricate. He then became Barry Soetoro after his mom married his step-father. When did he become Barack Obama? That is the question.
The CIA was recruiting Muslims during the Cold War. They were trying to find common ground with Muslims to fight the Communists. That may be when Bari Shabazz became Barack Obama. The CIA created a new identity for him so he could work as an agent. To do this they took all his personal records out of circulation and classified them.
There is a growing amount of circumstantial evidence supporting this idea. The more people look at the false father, Barack Obama Sr., and Kenya, the further they are led away from the truth.
The problem is, like his true father, Barack Obama alias Bari Shabazz, is Muslim and pro-Marxist. This makes him a Shiite in theory if not fact. Manning Marable, who, before he died in April 2011, wrote a biography of Malcolm X, said Malcolm, who had become a Sunni, was inspired by Hussein, the founder of Shia Islam. Malcolm seemed to believe he would die in a similar fashion as Hussein.
So Shiite Iran was the first to honor Malcolm X with a postage stamp. It is also Shia Islam that justifies taqiyya, pretending to be of another faith for the greater glory of Islam. Each year Obama wishes Iran Happy Noruwz (New Year) in Persian. When he was elected, Iranians in Tehran danced in the streets calling him “brother.” His chief advisor over the years has been Valerie Jarrett, an African American born and spending her formative years in Iran. She is featured at one Iranian website as “Iranian of the Day.”
He is backed by foreign overseas money and everything he has done in foreign policy in the Middle East has been to favor Iran, whether it be keeping hands off Syria (ruled by Shiites) or the overthrow of Sunni leaders like Mubarak and Gadaffi. Iran has now co-opted support of the Muslim Brotherhood as it did Hamas. The Iranian regime continues to develop nuclear weapons. I’m not trying to write a book here, so I’d better stop.

Applying for admission to the Illinois bar would require an application to be filled out, would it not? I would think they would want to know where you went to law school, and possibly what pre-law studies one took, and what degrees were earned.
Where is all of this info, needed to make the decision whether or not to admit an applicant to the bar?
I know at this point it is still hard for most to fathom. The CIA created a monster and doesn’t know how to own up. In fact, has the agency even figured it out yet? Also, the agency has become rogue in some ways. It is an independent agency under the Executive Branch, but separate from the Department of Defense. It should be under the Department of Defense. Otherwise it can morph into something very dangerous to free institutions, like the Gestapo. I believe it already has to some point under Obama. We were taking about mysterious deaths the other day. The CIA has committed assassinations in the past. Once you do away with due process, you’ve entered onto the slippery slope to tyranny.
So, our Representatives and Senators and the Supreme Court have been told, I believe, by the CIA to leave the matter of Obama’s qualifications alone–that he is a natural born citizen and the rest is classified in the interest of national security. So eveyone in a position to do something, to include the Media, have backed off this issue. The problem is, it allows Obama then to fly in under the radar.

Here’s another thing: If Obama is responsible for Bin-Laden’s death–if he wasn’t already dead or if it wasn’t the act of a local commander acting on his own without the White House knowing about it–it might be Obama wanted him dead because Bin-Laden maybe knew Obama’s true identity. When Obama was elected, Bin-Laden through his 2nd in command, called Obama a “House Negro.” That is a direct allusion to a speech made by Malcolm X. Obama was in Pakistan the same time Bin-Laden was when we were smuggling arms to him to support the Afghan rebels fighting the Soviets. If Obama was working for the CIA at that time, he may have even met Bin-Laden in person. So, by using the Malcolm X quote, was Bin-Laden in essence saying, “I know who you are”? If so, would it not be a form of blackmail? Obama would then move heaven and earth to get rid of Bin-Laden. He has no problem getting rid of Sunni rivals, as Mubarak and Gadaffi found out. And Bin-Laden was a Sunni.
I know this sounds like a spy novel. It sounds crazy. But sometimes isn’t the truth stranger than fiction? Does anyone else have a viable explanation that would hold water as to how Congress and the Courts and the mainstream Conservative Media have all been silenced? Good patriotic Americans silenced! Only on the Net can we explore this, like here at Citizen Wells, American Thinker, World Net Daily, Atlas Shrugs, ATLAH, etc. The CIA is behind the silencing and the people being silent, Beck, O’Reilly, Hannity, and all the others in Congress and the Courts– all believe they are doing their patriotic duty as good citizens because of the CIA. They are obeying the CIA in the interest of national security. So Obama flies beneath the radar screen of checks and balances that our founders thought was so important.
One more thing: we were talking about mysterious deaths the other day, to include the members of Seal Team 6. How about Obama’s grandmother? She dies one day before he is elected? She was sequestered up until that point. She did not appear in public and the press was denied access.
Did she really die? Or was she further sequestered and a lie that she was dead sent out to remove suspicion? Yes, she was getting up there in age (85) but if in good enough health, more years would be in store. They said she died of cancer, but the memorial service was not held until December 23, 2008 and she was supposedly cremated. ( A worse suspicion, someone decided a peaceful euthansia was in order . . ??? ) How convenient that an eye witness to who Obama really is, is removed from the scene one day before the election!
Last thing for tonight from me: I don’t like the “Ain’t it awful” game. If we just dwell on the problem, we become part of the problem. We want to become part of the solution. What is needed? We need Obama to be removed from office ASAP.
He needs to be impeached and removed from office. How do we go about calling for his impeachment? Perhaps the crime of fraud because of the forged birth certificate is sufficient to start with. I am going to give this some serious thought.
There are a host of other things like the Illinois bar application that CW is bringing up here, but maybe the birth certificate gets to the heart of the matter. We want ID!!! We want ID at the voting booth and we want ID for the person running for office. That means we want Obama’s ID and we want it now. And since the certificate he produced is fake ID, he should step down or be impeached. Maybe it is as simple as that.

I don’t know the truth about Obama, because everything is sealed. I strongly suspect that Obama is connected to the CIA. I also suspect that he is a ‘monster’ of their creation. Further, I suspect that Zbigniew Brzezinski has been involved directly with Obama for years. I really don’t care if Obama was born Bari Shabazz, a product of two US citizens, except that he would be hiding his true identity. As always, I appreciate your input, Dean M. It seems that if “national security” were the reason for the silence initially, now in light of subsequent events re. O’s behavior – fraud, and a host of other impeachable offenses – AND the clamor of a multitude of citizens that suspect O’s eligibility – that this “reason” no longer holds water. IMHO, this well could have been the reason to start with which closed mouths, but it is a very weak reason to continue the silence. As time passes it is more and more evident that other factors are perpetuating the lock-down. Just my thoughts.
All of our reasoning and all the known facts point to Obama being a made up man of no real history. I believe that. What is hard for me to believe, knowing the inability of human beings to keep their mouths shut when they know a secret/info others don’t, is that someone,anyone who knows the truth hasn’t come forward in some way to put an end to this charade of a President. The amount of people we are speculating about who know the truth is staggering. I just don’t believe they can all be silent for this long and facing another 4years of this destruction of our country. Just doesn’t make logical sense to me. I want the truth now. Someone stand up and stop this assault on my country before it’s too late. Are they trying to settle the issue being satisfied in taking back just the Congress thereby circumventing the Obama problem? Bad move as we seen his use of EO and his czars. He must be voted out or impeached, imo.

“We tried citizen grand juries: simply bringing citizens together and holding hearings, however the District Attorneys, US attorneys and judges were not willing to consider any findings by the citizen grand juries.
There are official grand juries.
There are 3 types of them:
a. county grand jury. They get the case for review from the District Attorney
b. state grand jury. They get the case from the office of the Attorney General of the state
c. federal grand jury. They get the case from the US attorney
There are some states, where citizens can submit their complaints directly to the grand jury. There are instances of “runaway grand juries” who went against the DA. I do not know if in AZ citizens can submit the complaint directly to the grand jury. I do not know a rule, where a sheriff can submit a report directly to the grand jury. As far as I know, he has to go through the authorities, who of course can be a part of the corrupt establishment. As far as I know, the sheriff can submit his report to the District Attorney and the District attorney will forward to the grand jury.
I believe he can also submit to the Attorney General, US attorney, Secretary of State, Governor, FBI and Congress and they need to run with it.
That is why I am beating the drums of war and saying that he needs to submit the report before it is too late.
In terms of arrest, he can arrest a person who is committing forgery and using forged documents. I am sure Sheriff Arpaio arrested numerous individuals, who came from Mexico and are using forged documents.
Believe it or not, but Obama’s case is not any different from cases of illegal aliens from Mexico, who are using forged IDs. The only difference is that corrupt party bosses on both sides of the isle simply made a deal to look the other way.

It is my understanding that Grand Juries do not hold trials but have investigative duties. They can conduct an all out investigation of anyone for anything; issue subpenas demanding anyone testify and to gather evidence. The evidence is kept confidential until it is presented as an indictment and as evidence at trial by a judge and possible jury.
So, this may be an excellent way to gather more info and put criminals and accomplices under oath, making them risk perjury.”

You are right. The problem is that the grand juries are often manipulated by the DAs and US attorneys to go in the “proper” direction, if you know what I mean.

Judiciary committee does not need to go to the Supreme Court. They can subpoena records directly. They have subpoena power. Contact each and every member and demand that they issue the subpoena[s]. Congress can also issue warrants for search and seizure and even arrest[s].”

Another thing, Congress would not have to rely on the eligibility issue if it really wanted to act! Goodness knows, there have been lists and lists of
impeachable offenses over the last couple of years that have nothing to do directly with O’s origins – sealed records, etc.
So, what is the reason for Congress not acting at all? Period? If it is still preservation of “national security”, that is a complete farce. In fact, a number of the offenses could be said to be linked to national security.
What about the following which could qualify as high crimes and misdemeanors and reasons for impeachment?
Obama’s refusal to secure the borders and his lawsuit against the State of AZ for trying to prevent mass illegal immigration.
Also, is the president showing contempt for the Constitution, the separation of powers and the rule of law by ordering an “administrative amnesty” for millions of illegal aliens through the implementation of the John Morton memo of June 2011?
Has the president demonstrated contempt for the Constitution and violated the separation of powers by issuing numerous executive orders and agency rules that have no basis in statute and often contradict congressional votes against such actions?
Did the president violate his oath of office when he instructed the Department of Justice not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act in federal courts? Does the Constitution permit the person designated by Article II, Section 1, as holding the “executive power” of government to decide unilaterally to not enforce a law he disagrees with?
What about the open mic “conversation” with Medeved and O’s willingness to help Putin after O is reelected? One congressman said “We should be very afraid.”
Then WHY doesn’t Congress act on the above, which are just a few of impeachable offenses? No, there has to be more to the wall of silence than just protecting O for “national security” reasons.
This is a challenging, sobering article. Some may not agree, but exposure doesn’t hurt.

I believe even an average attorney should be able to get an acquittal. I would be surprised if any charges are filed. If charges are filed, they probably have more to do with politics rather than the evidence.

I have wondered the same thing as this situation has progressed. It has become apparent however, that if such a person were to have come forward, that first they would need a secure venue to report to. One that they could absolutely trust. In consideration of the foregoing, and if it were myself coming forward, prior to the Arpaio investigation, there has been no such avenue available. If it were the case that someone has come forward, I doubt seriously that Arpaio would allow that info to circulate or even be alluded to.
This is all serious stuff, and even though it sounds like a ‘made for TV’ movie, it is quite apparent that real people are really dying in conjunction with this operation whatever it is. At this point, it is anybody’s guess, but my gut tells me that communism, as it has elsewhere in the world, will be the method by which this agenda will be advanced.
It is my belief also that Arpaio has not been silenced because his opnet would immediately lock on to wherever the threat came from and whoever is behind this could not risk it.
Either Arpaio is following a red herring, and whoever is behind this is not really concerned, or he is, in reality, a part of the plot and a diversion to cause us to focus on something else. I say this based upon the facts that jbjd has put forth in recent days concerning the fact that the appearance of the BC on the web is merely a ruse.

All of our reasoning and all the known facts point to Obama being a made up man of no real history. I believe that. The people whom made the decision to sell Obama on the American public likely know everything, but don't want us to know. I said it almost 4 years ago, the democratic party went all in on a pair of 5's hoping to bluff, and expecting that no one could call their bluff. Thus far it has been a good play, as their has been no success via standard channels (courts) for the average american citizen. The left wing nuts (my term for liberal democrats) are just fine with a dictator, just ask them on the street or in person. Obama, as long as he supports free stuff, green power, drugs, illegal immigration, federal money squandering on pet projects, and gay marriages, he's a fine dictator for them.
While they brag that the left wing nuts are more intelligent, it is their greed that will eventually trap them. When you have a dictator, king, ect. they will remain in power if possible and the best way to do that is to eventually go with the majority—which just happen to be conservative. In short, the left is sowing the seeds for a conservative dictator whom will likely take all of the previous liberal gains and heave them out the door. In liberal speak, "what goes around comes around". Obama is just plain evil. I have not seen any signs of compassion, truth, or justice from this adminstration. It is obvious that many people still don’t realise that the entire Federal Court system,and in all probability the State level Superior Courts systems are now under the control of the WH. All of the judges KNOW ALL TOO WELL WHAT WILL HAPPEN if they allow any sort of litigation involving Soetoro to gain headway in their court. In conclusion folks we need to find ways to regain the control of our court systems,first and go from there. A grand jury at any level is virtually useless,except if Congress should decide to convene a grand jury. Exactly. I’d rather have a rich president who knows how to make money and get things done than a poor radical president. My father was very poor. He went to college, worked hard and is now upper middle class. I don’t know anyone who is more detailed oriented, more respected in his company or more organized. He gets things done. That’s what we need. But the left hates rich people. They would rather keep people poor and dependent.

If I have one concern about the way Rick conducted his campaign it is that he alienated a lot of independent women from the GOP when they were moving towards the GOP. If Romney loses, I think Santorum will be partly responsible. Romney was ahead of Obama before the primaries got started. Romney contributed to this drop in the polls, but Santorum did too. Rick did a lot of damage. However, as I said, I also feel he contributed a lot when he spoke about family values so it is a mixed story with Santorum. I personally like him, but have mixed feelings about this primary and how nasty it was. For me now, while I hope people will keep speaking out against porn and the absolute filth that has invaded American society, I am going to vote for the GOP nominee. We can’t afford Barry for one more minute. I just hope the GOP picks a good person for VP.

Effort to abolish local sheriffs a stealth federal power grab?

A news report has been quietly making its way around the alternative media, under the radar screen, concerning a Delaware legal decision to strip county sheriffs of their arrest powers in the state.
The mainstream media has not reported the story, but the son of Vice President Joe Biden, who serves as Attorney General for the state of Delaware, has issued a mandate to county commissioners informing them that sheriffs in the state’s three counties no longer have arrest powers.
When the information reached this reporter late yesterday evening, further investigation revealed that there is a nationwide effort to strip local sheriffs of most of their enumerated powers that are mandated in the state constitutions of the various states. Such a move would have the net effect of abolishing local sheriffs departments and strengthening the power of federal law enforcement agencies.
And this is not the first time such an effort has been launched.
In the 1970s an initiative was launched by county supervisors in California to eliminate the office of sheriff, but one supervisor instead was able to persuade two state legislators to get a question placed on the California ballot as to whether or not the office of the sheriff should be an elected office. The measure passed overwhelmingly, and the mandate for elected sheriffs was placed in the state constitution.
And in 1935 President Franklin D. Roosevelt was set to eliminate all of the 48 states in order to implement nine regional governments that would operate as extensions of the federal government. All local law enforcement would be eliminated. The plan failed, but the fact that it was attempted points to an ever present, insidious stealth plan on the part of some within the federal government to take away the right of the people and the states to elect their own local law enforcement and to vastly strengthen the hand of the numerous federal law enforcement agencies that currently operate throughout America.

Why is that so important?
The answer can be found in the statutes of Florida law surrounding Justifiable Use Of Force (Statute 776) which outlines in Statute 776.032
Immunity from criminal prosecution and civil action for justifiable use of force:
(1) A person who uses force as permitted in s. 776.012, s. 776.013,
or s. 776.031 is justified in using such force and is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such force, unless the person against whom force was used is a law enforcement officer, as defined in s.
943.10(14), who was acting in the performance of his or her official duties and the officer identified himself or herself in accordance with any applicable law or the person using force knew or reasonably should have known that the person was a law enforcement officer. As used in this subsection, the term “criminal prosecution” includes arresting, detaining in custody, and charging or prosecuting the defendant.
(2) A law enforcement agency may use standard procedures for investigating the use of force as described in subsection (1), but the agency may not arrest the person for using force unless it determines that there is probable cause that the force that was used was unlawful.
(3) The court shall award reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, compensation for loss of income, and all expenses incurred by the defendant in defense of any civil action brought by a plaintiff if the court finds that the defendant is immune from prosecution as provided in subsection (1).
Note that in section 2 of the immunity statute 776.032 a person is “immune” from criminal or CIVIL action if they are not arrested. The arrest itself can be interpreted as “Probable Cause” the force, or action taken, was unlawful.
Remember the key distinction between guilt or innocence in Criminal vs. Civil trials. In criminal trials the burden of proof is “beyond a reasonable doubt”. In civil trials the burden of proof is “with a preponderance of the existing evidence”; this is where probable cause comes into play. For the purpose of “monetary justice” it only takes an arrest; a subsequent conviction is not necessary.

Hi…….I think that you might not have followed what I was trying to get across. Far be it for me to lose heart in my cause. I hasten to point out that in saying this the way I did I wanted to show what sort of rationale got our country into the mess that it is now in right up to our ears. The rationale is exactly what I said. Nobody gives a damn,and as long as they have their drugs and their porn they are completely happy. These are also the people who think that the people surrounding them should provide them with a free living because they see themselves as being so all good and very important people. In reality their tiny minds have been washed clean of the ability to think logically,or use reason by their respective academies of higher learning.

I remember going through a 9.2 earthquake in 1964 and no one in other countries were concerned enough to help. Why should I worry about a earthquake in another country?? There are going to be earthquakes and storms until Jesus returns and I’m not worrying.
