RFK assassination witness Nina Rhodes Hughes confirms computer analysis of multiple shooters, Two guns firing, Sirhan Sirhan, 13 shots detected

From CNN April 30, 2012.
“RFK assassination witness tells CNN: There was a second shooter”
“As a federal court prepares to rule on a challenge to Sirhan Sirhan’s conviction in the Robert F. Kennedy assassination, a long overlooked witness to the murder is telling her story: She heard two guns firing during the 1968 shooting and authorities altered her account of the crime.

Nina Rhodes-Hughes wants the world to know that, despite what history says, Sirhan was not the only gunman firing shots when Kennedy was murdered a few feet away from her at a Los Angeles hotel.

“What has to come out is that there was another shooter to my right,” Rhodes-Hughes said in an exclusive interview with CNN. “The truth has got to be told. No more cover-ups.”

Her voice at times becoming emotional, Rhodes-Hughes described for CNN various details of the assassination, her long frustration with the official reporting of her account and her reasons for speaking out: “I think to assist me in healing — although you’re never 100% healed from that. But more important to bring justice.”

“For me it’s hopeful and sad that it’s only coming out now instead of before — but at least now instead of never,” Rhodes-Hughes told CNN by phone from her home near Vancouver, British Columbia.

Sirhan, the only person arrested, tried and convicted in the shooting of Kennedy and five other people, is serving a life sentence at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, California.

The U.S. District Court in Los Angeles is set to rule on a request by the 68-year-old Sirhan that he be released, retried or granted a hearing on new evidence, including Rhodes-Hughes’ firsthand account.

At his 1969 trial, Sirhan’s original defense team never contested the prosecution’s case that Sirhan was the one and only shooter in Kennedy’s assassination. Sirhan testified at his trial that he had killed Kennedy “with 20 years of malice aforethought,” and he was convicted and sentenced to death, which was reduced to life in prison in 1972.

After the trial, Sirhan recanted his courtroom confession.

In the recent federal court filings, state prosecutors led by California Attorney General Kamala Harris argue that even if there were a second gunman involved in the Kennedy shooting, Sirhan hasn’t proven his innocence and he’s still guilty of murder under California’s vicarious liability law.”

“In a response also filed in federal court in Los Angeles, the defense team led by New York attorney William Pepper contends that the FBI misrepresented Rhodes-Hughes’ eyewitness account and that she actually had heard a total of 12 to 14 shots fired.

“She identified fifteen errors including the FBI alteration which quoted her as hearing only eight shots, which she explicitly denied was what she had told them,” Sirhan’s lawyers argued in February, citing a previously published statement from Rhodes-Hughes.
In this NBC photo taken in 1965, TV actress Nina Roman, today known as Nina Rhodes-Hughes, left, and her “Morning Star” co-star Elizabeth Perry, right, meet Robert F. Kennedy at NBC’s Burbank studios. Two and a half years later, Rhodes-Hughes witnessed Kennedy’s assassination. The FBI and the California attorney general’s office both declined to comment to CNN on the controversy over Rhodes-Hughes’ witness account since the matter is now being reviewed by a federal judge.

Rhodes-Hughes was a television actress in 1968 who worked as a volunteer fundraiser for Kennedy’s presidential campaign.

The FBI report indicates that Rhodes-Hughes was indeed inside the kitchen service pantry of the Ambassador Hotel during the crucial moments of the Kennedy shooting, but she contends the bureau got details of her story wrong, including her assertions about the number of shots fired and where the shots were fired from.

Rhodes-Hughes, now 78, tells CNN she informed authorities in 1968 that the number of gunshots she counted in the kitchen pantry exceeded eight — which would have been more than the maximum Sirhan could have fired — and that some of the shots came from a location in the pantry other than Sirhan’s position.

Robert Kennedy was the most seriously wounded of the six people shot inside the hotel pantry on June 5, 1968, only moments after the New York senator had claimed victory in California’s Democratic primary election. The presidential candidate died the next day; the other victims survived.

The Los Angeles County coroner determined that three bullets struck Kennedy’s body and a fourth passed harmlessly through his clothing. Police and prosecutors declared the four bullets were among eight fired by Sirhan acting alone.

Rhodes-Hughes tells CNN the FBI’s eight-shot claim is “completely false.” She says the bureau “twisted” things she told two FBI agents when they interviewed her as an assassination witness in 1968, and she says Harris and her prosecutors are simply “parroting” the bureau’s report.

“I never said eight shots. I never, never said it,” Rhodes-Hughes told CNN. “But if the attorney general is saying it then she’s going according to what the FBI chose to put into their report.”

“There were more than eight shots,” Rhodes-Hughes said by phone. She says that during the FBI interview in her Los Angeles home, one month after the assassination, she told the agents that she’d heard 12 to 14 shots. “There were at least 12, maybe 14. And I know there were because I heard the rhythm in my head,” Rhodes-Hughes said. She says she believes senior FBI officials altered statements she made to the agents to “conform with what they wanted the public to believe, period.”

“When they say only eight shots, the anger within me is so great that I practically — I get very emotional because it is so untrue. It is so untrue,” she said.

Contacted by CNN for comment, Sirhan lead attorney William Pepper called the alleged FBI alteration of Rhodes-Hughes’ story “deplorable” and “criminal” and said it “mirrors the experience of other witnesses.”

Other witnesses also mentioned more than eight shots

Law enforcement investigators have always maintained that only eight shots were fired in the RFK assassination, all of them by Sirhan. His small-caliber handgun could hold no more than eight bullets.

But released witness interview summaries show at least four other people told authorities in 1968 that they heard what could have been more than eight shots. The following four witness accounts appear not in FBI reports but in Los Angeles Police Department summaries:

– Jesse Unruh, who was speaker of the California Assembly at the time, told police that he was within 20 to 30 feet behind Kennedy when suddenly he heard a “crackle” of what he initially thought were exploding firecrackers. “I don’t really quite remember how many reports there were,” Unruh told the LAPD. “It sounded to me like somewhere between 5 and 10.”

– Frank Mankiewicz, who had been Kennedy’s campaign press secretary, told police that he was trying to catch up to the senator when he suddenly heard sounds that also seemed to him to be “a popping of firecrackers.” When an LAPD detective asked Mankiewicz how many of the sounds he’d heard, he answered: “It seemed to me I heard a lot. If indeed it had turned out to have been firecrackers, I probably would have said 10. But I’m sure it was less than that.”

– Estelyn Duffy LaHive, who had been a Kennedy supporter, told police that she was standing just outside the kitchen pantry’s west entrance when the shooting erupted. “I thought I heard at least about 10 shots,” she told the LAPD.

– Booker Griffin, another Kennedy supporter, told police that he had just entered the pantry through its east entrance and suddenly heard “two quick” shots followed by a slight pause and then what “sounded like it could have been 10 or 12″ additional shots.

An analysis of a recently uncovered tape recording of the shooting detected at least 13 shot sounds erupting over a period of less than six seconds. The audiotape was recorded at the Ambassador Hotel by free-lance newspaper reporter Stanislaw Pruszynski and is the only known soundtrack of the assassination.

Audio expert Philip Van Praag told CNN that his analysis establishes the Pruszynski recording as authentic and the 13 sounds electronically detected on the recording as gunshots.

“The gunshots are established by virtue of my computer analysis of waveform patterns, which clearly distinguishes gunshots from other phenomena,” he said in an e-mail. “This would include phenomena that to human hearing are often perceived as exploding firecrackers, popping camera flashbulbs or bursting balloons.””

  1. Why is cnn reporting this old news now? Are the obots afraid that bo is about to meet a similar fate?

McGovern alluded to a book about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and noted he felt it likely that both Panetta and President Obama may have reason to fear certain elements of the CIA.

“Let me just leave you with this thought,” he said, “and that is that I think Panetta, and to a degree President Obama, are afraid — I never thought I’d hear myself saying this — I think they’re afraid of the CIA.”…

  3. Who does the CIA actually work for? They’ve always seemed to be all over the place…depending on the personal proclivities of the agents!

    Good question.

“On August 13, 2008, Gwatney was fatally wounded when a man, identified in news reports as Timothy Dale Johnson, 50, entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas and shot Gwatney three times. Gwatney was taken to a hospital, but died at 3:59 pm CDT.

The gunman had said he wanted to speak with Gwatney about volunteering, but sidestepped his assistant when she said he was busy. After the shooting, the gunman fled the scene in his truck and led police on a 30-mile (48 km) chase out of Little Rock.[10] Johnson was fatally shot by police after a PIT maneuver forced him off the road into a field near Sheridan. No motive was discovered, except Johnson quitting his Target job earlier that day.”

“She claimed, however, that Bill Clinton’s intention to unequivocally state to the public that Obama was ineligible was stopped in its tracks by the murder of a close friend of the Clintons, Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney, just two weeks before the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

Gwatney was killed Aug. 13, 2008, when a 50-year-old man entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock and shot him three times. Police killed the murderer after a chase, and investigators found no motive.

The Clintons said in a statement that they were “stunned and shaken” by the killing of their “cherished friend and confidante.”

Viviano said a campaign staffer who was close to Hillary, whose name she requested be withheld for security reasons, told her Gwatney’s murder was a message to Bill Clinton.

“I was told by this person that that was ‘Shut up, Bill, or you’re next,’” she said.

The campaign adviser, according to Viviano, said that despite the intimidation and threats, Bill Clinton was prepared to speak out about Obama’s eligibility

“And then,” Viviano said, paraphrasing the staffer, “they went in and said, ‘OK, it’s your daughter, now, we’ll go after.’”

On April 25th the Tennessee State Senate voted unanimously to allow federal and state law enforcement officials full access to the medical records of the citizens of Tennessee. According to SB 2407, “…state and federal law enforcement personnel authorized to have access under 53-10-306 shall be permitted to have real time electronic access to the database…” The statute continues by stating that access is permitted “without the necessity of obtaining a search warrant.” It is a law which is scheduled to go into effect on July 1, 2012 as “the public welfare [requires] it.”

    Hey All,

I know, I know, I should “let this go”, but I’m sorry, I just can’t:

On April 30 at 9:38am, “a certain someone” (if you use their name or initials you go to moderation), commented this:

“I was not for Gov. Romney initially, but I am 100% behind him now regardless of who his VP pick is.”

Really, and later you claim that I am “an Anti-American Traitor” because I am NOT willing to step on the Constitution, but YOU are supposed to be some kind of “patriot” for admitting you will support an INeligible candidate if he is put on the ballot?

Then that “certain someone” comments this:

“The survival of this nation depends on the election of Gov Romney.”

Not really, that actual truth is we have made it through almost 4 years of BO, and IF he is re-elected, I am confident that we will make it through that also. It really depends on who is elected to CONGRESS.

And then that “certain someone” concludes with this:

“It is as simple as that. Anyone who is not for Gov Romney at this point is obviously an Anti-American Traitor.”

Well, I guess I’d be put in moderation if I made such a comment about YOU “certain someone”, but let me comment this:

I spent 20 years in the military defending YOUR right to post such crap as this, and I’d do it again.

For you to suggest that I am ANYTHING but an informed voter who cares deeply about this Country, but am NOT willing to overlook my PRINCIPLES simply to elect the “lesser of two evils”, speaks VOLUMES for YOU “certain someone”.

You suggest I am a “traitor”, but YOU are the one advocating voting for someone INeligible.

But what REALLY got my goat was this comment by CW himself at 10:39am:

    “Free Speech.
    Well put.”

    REALLY CW????

You agree with that “certain someone”?? (I’ll probably be put in moderation simply for copying and pasting what CW commented)

You think it’s alright to PERSONALLY attack me? You think it’s “Well put” for this “certain someone” to come here and call people “an Anti-American Traitor” for disagreeing with who the “establishment” has chosen to go up against this man who we KNOW is INeligible. And you think it’s “Well put” to put all of your hard work in “outting” this President, but yet you are wiling to throw YOUR principles in the trash can and vote for Romney whether he puts an INeligible candidate on the ballot with him or not?

Well CW, I find that a bit hypocritical.

I’m sorry folks, but I can’t sit here and allow ANYONE to suggest that I am any LESS of an American simply because I won’t “go along to get along”.

I have advocated ONE candidate from day one, but was willing to look at other candidates that I could also support. Romney never was one of those that I could support, and because of that, I am labled “an Anti-American Traitor” and the owner of the blog advocates a “certain someone” calling me that.

I remember a time not so long ago when someone on this blog personally attacked this “certain someone” and was “told” by CW to appologise and then was blocked from commenting.

It is rather obvious that CW allows SOME personal attacks, as long as it’s posted against someone that supports a candidate that CW doesn’t support.

    I think this is disgusting.

IB, we both know that there are some things you and I have not agreed upon. However, I am glad that you have spoken your mind, and there are others here, including me, who would agree with your sentiments.

Here is the point that came to me when I read the post you refer to: The shoe doesn’t fit me, you or any other patriot who sincerely has a difference of opinion. I refuse to wear that shoe…..and others should, too.

Why should we empower that type of thinking? It is just a personal OPINION – That does not make it FACT!! I know in my soul what the facts are as they concern me, just as you do those that concern you. That statement is not meant in any way to stifle your freedom of expression. It just explains why I let it fall by the wayside.

    cabby,

I agree, the comment doesn’t really bother me in the least.

What bothers me is that the owner of the blog allows such one sided personal attacks.

  27. If Ron Paul isn’t running in the general and people refuse to vote for Mitt Romney, that will be the same as voting for Obama. Ron Paul’s chances of winning the Republican primary are a long shot at this point, but if he wins I will vote for him. Because this scenario doesn’t seem likely, I am getting behind Mitt Romney as our best chance to remove Obama. While I find the individual who made the original comment to be unsavory and merely looking for a fight, I know that CW doesn’t condemn others for their view points. In this case, I agree with CW that Obama winning cannot be an option. There is a huge difference between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

  28. Better our unconstitutional occupants in the White House, than theirs, huh?

And just for the record, I have never been a RP supporter. But I can’t wait to vote for him in the Texas primary. And I am hearing the same thing from a lot of folks that I never thought I would hear say that. If the ba$tards in the MSM did their job, we wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place.

  29. Paxson;
There is a huge difference between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

    Please list the HUGE difference

Both are NOT natural born citizens.
    both have the same policies

  30. Good for you, Ray. If Paul finds a way to win the Republican primary I will vote for him. At this point it seems like a long shot. In what way is Mitt Romney unconstitutional?

  31. Mitt Romney is a natural born citizen.

  32. Mitt Romney IS NOT a natural born citizen!

The Romney family Genealogy/History is recorded as the following:

“In 1885, President John Taylor advised Brother Romney to go to Mexico, to help establish settlements there. He was to first take with him only one of his families, the one with the fewest children. Hannah stayed in St. Johns, Arizona. In 1886, Brother Romney sent his eighteen-year-old son, Will, back from Mexico to bring Hannah to the colonies. She traveled alone with her children in a wagon from St. Johns, Arizona to the colonies of Mexico through Indian territory.”

Miles Romney lived in Mexico as a Mexican citizen for the next two decades and until his death in 1904. Miles is buried in Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico.

This is where Gaskell Romney also became a Mexican citizen. He married his wife in Colonia Dublan.

Wikipedia states of the Colonia Dublan colony: “In 1888, George M. Brown of Provo, Utah made a deal with German-Mexican Lewis Huller for 73,000 acres (300 km2) of land north of what was then the Casas Grandes River. The colony, which was originally called Colonia Huller, was first settled by George Lake, a Mormon colonist, with many others following in the spring of 1889.[1] However, due to a problem with the deal between Brown and Huller, titles to the land could not be given to them. Instead, the colonists were forced to rent from the native population or make their own individual purchases. When it was founded, the nearest train station to the colony was Gallego, 110 miles (180 km) away. Since a large percentage of goods consumed by the colony had to be imported from the United States, prices were high. In 1897, a railroad was built from Ciudad Juárez to a point twelve miles (19 km) outside of Dublán. The railroad proved extremely valuable for the colony, as goods could be cheaply imported and exported.[2]
The community was also the birth place of Michigan Governor George W. Romney, father of 2012 Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.”

There is no doubt that George W. Romney is NOT a citizen of the United States. And there are no records showing George Romney’s father ever to have been re-patrioted. At least I can find no such record.

A Boston Globe News webpage states:”After fleeing the Mexican revolution, Mitt Romney’s grandfather, Gaskell lost his home and possessions…”

As best as I can determine, Gaskell and this son, George came back to the US and renounced their Mexican citizenship. Once they did this all of their Mexican property and possessions were confiscated.

The Gaskell website continues: “Gaskell sued Mexico for the loss of his property and, in 1938, was awarded damages of $9,163.”

    http://www.boston.com/news/politics/2008/specials/romney/graphics/GaskellRomney/

The big question is this…how did George and Gaskell Romney get their US Citizenship back if they still had it at all? If Gaskell (son) and Miles Park Romney (father) who were both Mexican citizens how could they transfer US Citizenship to George Romney? Mitt Romney, however, may be a birthright baby because he fell under the 14th Amendment (I doubt they were under the jurisdiction of the US) but it is absolutely clear that Mitt Romney is NOT a Natural Born Citizen unless he can prove that George Romney gained citizenship from naturalization prior to Mitt’s birth in 1947. I have found no records showing this to be the case.

    http://www.washingtontimes.com/blog/inside-politics/2012/apr/30/new-obama-slogan-has-long-ties-marxism-socialism/

The Obama campaign apparently didn’t look backwards into history when selecting its new campaign slogan, “Forward” — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.

Many Communist and radical publications and entities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries had the name “Forward!” or its foreign cognates. Wikipedia has an entire section called “Forward (generic name of socialist publications).”

“The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other left-wing newspapers and publications,” the online encyclopedia explains.

  37. Hi Observer,

  38. Pretty iinteresting article theorizing why people get tattoos, and why the number of people getting tattoos is increasing. Judging by the many people who have responded, it seems that a lot of people are getting tattoos as yet another way of claiming discrimination. That is, whenever anyone says that tattoos are silly or stupid, the tattooed person can turn around and claim the person is a bigot and intolerant of tattooed persons. It is yet another in a long line of examples of our growing grievance culture, the idea being that we must accept all persons no matter how different they may be. They are inviting confrontation. One commentator at the site said, “If you don’t like my tattoos don’t look at them!” Yeah, just like the black kids walking down the middle of the street daring you to honk at them or get too close, or yell “Get out of the street!” Yep, they’ll take that opportunity to call you a racist. This stuff is getting out hand.

    AMEN!!!

  46. Folks,

We don’t need a birth certificate or the Constitution to tell us who the real Americans are. Mr. Soetoro has proven he is not a citizen. Mr. Romney has proven he is also not a citizen. I have my doubts about Mr. Paul and the others. Vote. Yes, we know the elections are corrupted. But when you vote for the one you feel is best for the nation, take satisfaction in knowing you did your civic and Godly duties.

Citizens prove themselves through responsible action. Citizens fight for the people of this nation. Citizens unify our country by gathering other citizens to fight for causes that benefit our nation. Those who profess they are citizens while giving our country away to foreigners are traitors. Those who divide our citizens by race, denomination, skin color, or religious preference are also traitors. Those who profess they know all the answers are hypocrites. Those who sell our future children and their prosperity down the river are better off jumping into the river with shoes made of cement. No matter what we do, we all need to keep our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren in our heart, our souls, and our plans. They do not deserve to suffer a burden they didn’t create.

Reach out to your neighbors. Teach them the truth. Tell them you are there for them, especially when the government attempts to take away their dignity, pride, and love for others. Sit down with your children and grandchildren. Tell them you will fight for them. Let them know they are loved and cherished.

We are far from done in this fight. Grab pitchforks and golf clubs if you have to. Whatever it takes to take down the beast and his minions. Remember this. God is with you, and that is what matters. None of the trials and tribulations we face now matter in the grand scheme of life or the afterlife. Do what you can. Press on.

    Hey All,

Good morning CW, Zach and all here at Citizen WElls

I can’t believe how hypocritical it is for Bill Clinton being on a commercial talking about making the decision to take out bin Laden.

He sure couldn’t do it when given the chance, but yet there he is telling the Country how much “more” of a “man” Obama is for making that “tough” decision.

And don’t forget, Obama also made the decision to take out an AMERICAN CITIZEN without “due process”.

But that’s the Country we have become.

    1) Before last Sunday’s raid, every intelligence analyst, geopolitical commentator or head of state worth their salt was on record as stating that Osama Bin Laden was already dead, and that he probably died many years ago, from veteran CIA officer Robert Baer, to former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, to former FBI head of counterterrorism Dale Watson. In addition, back in 2002 Alex Jones was told directly by two separate high level sources that Bin Laden was already dead and that his death would be announced at the most politically opportune moment. Top US government insider Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, a man who held numerous different influential positions under five different Presidents, serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under the Nixon, Ford and Carter, told the Alex Jones Show last week that Bin Laden died of marfan syndrome shortly after he was visited by CIA physicians at the American Hospital in Dubai in July 2001.

Obama and his ploy to use the Bin Laden story as campaign fodder is making himself transparent, and exposing him as the piss poor candidate he really is. Transparency is something he promised in his first election. I don’t think he meant it this way.

  69. White House Insider: Obama Hesitated – Panetta Issued Order to Kill Osama Bin Laden
by Ulsterman in Issues, May 3, 2011

Q: You stated that President Obama was “overruled” by military/intelligence officials regarding the decision to send in military specialists into the Osama Bin Laden compound. Was that accurate?

A: I was told – in these exact terms, “we overruled him.” (Obama) I have since followed up and received further details on exactly what that meant, as well as the specifics of how Leon Panetta worked around the president’s “persistent hesitation to act.” There appears NOT to have been an outright overruling of any specific position by President Obama, simply because there was no specific position from the president to do so. President Obama was, in this case, as in all others, working as an absentee president.

  70. Msss.Hughes like a lot of other people might not understand very much about ACOUSTICS. In a metropolitan area such as the place where the shots were fired has masonry buildings nearby. The pressure wave generated by the first shot often resonates from nearby structures almost in the same intensity of the original shot. If you don’t believe this go to an empty movie theater, stand at the extreme back and clap your hands just once. You will quickly hear another clap but not quite in the intensity of yours. Unless Mss.Hughs has the technical understanding of this she cannot ACCURATELY say that there was a second shot much less 13 shots. For anybody to make such statements then try to prove the statement with a computer is again a FALACY. A computer indicates whatever it is PROGRAMMED to INDICATE ONLY. In the field rifles fired almost without exception generate echos which often sound like second shots. I have been a firearms enthusiast for over 60 years of my life, and I have yet to hear 13 secondary echos from a rifle shot. In addition had 13 shots been fired between more than one weapon there would have been a equal number of spent cartridge cases in fairly close proximity to the scene of the crime. In addition since there was no evidence of a second weapon, for 13 shots to have been fired would have required a weapon having a magazine holding the 13 rounds. The weapon taken from Sirhan was a REVOLVER having a capacity of either 5 or 6 rounds, dependent upon the manufacturer. Sirhan was brought down almost immediately so there would not have been an opportunity for him to reload the revolver. Had an automatic weapon been used as I stated there would have been spent cartridge cases lying in close proximity to where the shooter stood.I do not recall if he was able to empty the weapon or not. I don’t think he had the chance to empty it. I personally doubt virtually all that is being said . I see this as a POLITICAL PLOY.

Many legal analysts and scholars agree with this take– and until the Supreme Court weighs in.. this is how the law is interpreted:

The Constitution requires that the president be a “natural born citizen,” but does not define the term. That job is left to federal law, in 8 U.S. Code, Section 1401. All the law requires is that the mother be an American citizen who has lived in the U.S. for five years or more, at least two of those years after the age of 14. If the mother fits those criteria, the child is a U.S. citizen at birth, regardless of the father’s nationality.

The brouhaha over President Obama’s birth Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. — has revealed a widespread ignorance of some of the basics of American citizenship. The Constitution, of course, requires that a president be a “natural born citizen,” but the Founding Fathers did not define the term, and it appears few people know what it means.

The law lists several categories of people who are considered American citizens at birth. There are the people born inside the United States; no question there. There are the people who are born outside the United States to parents who are both citizens, provided one of them has lived in the U.S. for any period of time. There are the people who are born outside the United States to one parent who is a U.S. citizen and the other who is a U.S. national (that is, from an outlying possession of the U.S.), provided the citizen parent has lived in the United States or its possessions for at least one year prior to the birth of the child. They’re all natural born U.S. citizens. That also includes people who are born in Puerto Rico and people who were born in states before they became states. Born in Hawaii in 1950, a decade before statehood? You’re a natural born U.S. citizen.

Thank you for posting this vid.

I am no fan of Alex Jones/Infowars; IMO, he’s an entertainer like Rush or any of the talking heads in the media.

That said, I agree with what Jones shared in this vid: binLaden has been dead for years and his ‘death’ has been under wraps, ready to be trotted out when it’s politically advantageous to do so. The American people and the world had been told that for years, ‘the hunt was on.’ Sure.

    A few observations:

Odd that 20+ members of Seal Team 6 (the unit that ‘killed’ binLaden) were killed in Afghanistan. Did they know the truth, even if they were not directly involved in the raid?

Why were the ‘death photos’ never released. Is it because they were taken 10+ years ago when he really died? The photos that have been released were Photoshopped images of a picture of him many years ago; all you need do is check the wrinkles on his face and his hair color.

The photos of the ‘raid’ showed his ‘associates’ dead, but never binLaden. Why?

If barky thinks that this one incident will win him reelection, he’s wrong. It’s been proven that Panetta was the mastermind of this raid (regardless of who was killed) and had a team reporting directly to HIM and not barky. The ‘Commander-in-Chief’ only had control over his golf game that day.

I hope the American people now see him for what he is: A two bit dictator with an I.Q. of around 51.

No problem with negative comments directed toward Mitt; we all have our own perferences. As you may remember, I reside in MA and he was my Governor. Things were very good here under his leadership; he was left to clean up the fiscal mess the Dems left behind. He left us with a budget surplus at the end of his term, which our current ‘Governor,’ ‘Cadillac’ Deval Patrick has pi*sed away, sending us into a multi million dollar fiscal hole. Jobs (both in the public and private sectors) and essential services have been cut; businesses now find it too expensive to operate here, and are leaving. Thank you, ‘Coupe’ Deval; one of barky’s VERY good friends!

One thing I will mention to you that not many know is regarding RomneyCare. There were several provisions in the bill which Mitt vetoed; the individual mandate was one of them. He didn’t feel it was the right way to approach health care, and the citizens of MA agreed. The problem was with our ever-present Dem legislature: What Mitt vetoed in that bill, they overrode. The law in MA is as we see it today *because of the legislature,* not Gov. Romney. Just wanted to say that.

Our focus is to get behind whoever the (R) nominee is (even if he’s not our cup o’tea) and get the illegal, usurping dictator out of the White House. If the nominee was Perry, Santorum, Cain, etc., I would support them with every fiber of my being, even if their platform didn’t mesh with mine; we must look a the big picture, here!

I hope you’re right and that EVERY aspect of barky’s administration, personality, and ‘leanings’ will be exposed. My dream is to see him do the perp walk through the Rose Garden in shackles. Wouldn’t that be loverly????

It’s too late for the bo regime to attempt to scrub the news of bo’s cowardly secret joy-ride to kabul. Thanks to internet reports, the whole wide world knows that bo is in kabul.
