Did Obama lose in California?
Something is definitely rotten in the state of CA.
The following 2012 CA counts were captured at approximately 9:00 AM today.
Obama…… Romney… Johnson.. Stein… Barr……Hoefling.. Total
5,863,499 3,816,757 104,350 61,004 39,031 0 9,884,641
The following 2012 CA counts were captured at approximately 2:45 PM today.
5,958,059 3,870,455 106,147 62,005 39,627 29,064 10,065,357
In 2008, 13,474,082 votes for president were cast.
As of 2:45 today 10,065,357 votes for president were cast.
That is a difference of 3,408,725 votes.
In 2008 Obama received 8,274,473 votes.
So far in 2012 Obama has received 5,958,059 votes.
That is a difference of 2,316,414 votes.
Obviously some of those votes Obama didn’t get went to Romney.
However
In 2008 John McCain received 5,011,781 votes.
So far in 2012 Romney has received 3,870,455 votes.
Does any rational person believe that Romney received that much less than McCain?
Especially with Obama’s drop in votes.
Let’s assume for a moment that 1 million fewer people voted in 2012.
Where’s the rest of the votes?
Consider the following.
A record number of Californians have registered to vote.
Field Poll estimated there would likely be a million fewer voters than in 2008.
Field poll predicted nearly thirteen million Californians or about seventy percent of registered voters would cast ballots.
Fifty one percent of voters will vote by mail.

People have been questioning how Mitt Romney could get fewer votes than John McCain. CA is part of the answer. How many mail in ballots remain to be counted and what controls are in place to insure security and accuracy?
Remember, California had one of the highest unemployment rates in the country. It is plausible that this race could be much closer.

CW, this is the first analysis I’ve seen re. CA voting. I believe that this type of thing could be applied to each of the key Obama states, excepting NY which is a given, and the results would be telling.
Here’s the problem, though. The Repub Party doesn’t appear to be the least interested in challenging the voting issue, and yet they lost a presidential election that should have been won hands down. It’s easier for them to take the course of least resistance, just as it has been for the last four years. And we, John Q. Pubic, have to take and live with the consequences, but I’m not done fighting, and neither are you and the other CW’ers!

P.S. This is a ghastly thought but one that was rumored to be true of at least some elitist Repubs. I didn’t want to think it then and hope it isn’t true, but politics is politics.
It was said at the beginning of the campaign that some high-up Repubs would just as soon wait and take the White House in 2016, because the thought was that the country had to get “enough” of Obama before things could get better.

Certified Republican poll watchers are being turned away [by poll judges] throughout Broward County, Florida. This Facebook postfrom one such poll watcher, Diane Sori spells it out very well.
Ok guys you are NOT going to believe this…at 5:30am I went to the poll I was assigned to to set-up signs and to start my duties as the poll watcher, which includes checking the tapes to make sure the tabulation machines start at zero. I brought all my documentation with me to prove my certification as poll watcher (my badge and official letter from the SOE certifying me as the poll watcher for said precinct).
I went to the clerk to sign in and showed her all my credentials at which point she said she did NOT have my name of the poll watchers roll. I said NO way, here’s my letter of certification directly from the SOE, and to please recheck the list and could I please see the list as maybe my name was spelled wrong, to which she replied NO! She then called the SOE office and asked whomever was on the other end what to do since my name was NOT on the list even though I had the official letter stating I was. She then snickered to whomever was on the other end, said I’m NOT on the list and if I do NOT leave the premises IMMEDIATELY that she would call the police to remove me!
I left and IMMEDIATELY contacted the Republican Command Center in Tampa and our local Republican command forces. And here’s the kicker…what happened to me is happening throughout precincts in Broward County (including to our BREC president)…the Dems are being let in to poll watch but almost half of the certified Republicans are now ‘suddenly’ NOT on the list!”

All day on election day the reports keep telling us that there were record turnouts. My theory is that millions of Romney votes were deleted, that would explain the supposed low turnout. It seems like it would be easier to delete votes than to make up votes and voters’ identities. Adding too many fake votes would also make the number of votes greater than the number of registered voters there by calling attention to the difference. By deleting votes, it’s like they never happened and cannot be traced. Just my thoughts because none of it makes sense.

It’s been a long time since I posted here, but I do think and trust that the election was totally rigged with BO. That person can’t do anything worthwhile like win something and really win it without cheating.
I know t his is an older election, but please take a few minutes of your time to see how horrible those crazy machines are and how easy they are to rig.
BTW, I personally trust that the election should be done over again, and somehow policed extremely so. Then it needs to be paper ballots. Maybe it should take a few days, along with voter IDs. Something needs to be done. We’re paying for their cheating in a huge way. You’ll see about the machines when you watch that. Those suckers can be fixed. Do not trust those things.

The reason why people say it needs to be close is that if the polls are showing one candidate WAY in front of another for months, then it’s not plausible for the electorate to shift that much and they raise suspicion and possible investigations. Better to rig polls from the beginning, showing a close race and then rig results making the count match the polls, more or less.
Of course they can easily change numbers like that by hacking A machine, but there are many machines and where is the counting accumulated? In one place? In one computer? I don’t know how it works.
But they use multiple methods to cheat already.
Putting a 1 in front of 321,292 would be FAR too obvious. (Not that we haven’t seen instances where there are more votes counted than registered people in the area!) But see, they can’t do anything too far out of bounds. Like put a one (for million more votes) in front of a number where they might then count votes for a million more registered voters than there are citizens in the county, state, whatever. They’re far more clever than this. If they do this, then they do it small scale. Do you remember the movie Office Space? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0151804/plotsummary The guys in the movie plant a computer virus that’s SUPPOSED to take a tiny fraction of a cent (rounding) off each financial transaction their company makes, and deposit it in a bank account belonging to them. They make a mistake and accidentally steal hundreds of thousands. This is my guess what they’d do, but not make that mistake. They’d steal a vote here or there. They’d accumulate enough to put him over the top. Just enough in every critical precinct. Then they probably have other methods to make adjustments, where necessary, such as when counting provisional or absentee ballots or doing recounts (as in Allen West’s case).
It’s in the software code. In the machine code. It’s a clever algorithm that even a very smart statistician wouldn’t be able to EASILY detect. I’m sure they have it down to a science.
What’s outrageous is that local election boards have contracted for these machines and they have no way, that I know of, to VERIFY that they’re counting accurately. Or even registering accurately. Just because Romney’s name lights up on the display doesn’t mean that the vote was counted inside the machine, or on that chip, FOR ROMNEY. We’ve seen their claimed need to “recalibrate” the touch screen. You wouldn’t see any need to “recalibrate” whatever code writes the result to that computer card/chip, if that’s the kind of machine you use.
Same for if it prints out a tape showing your choice, although that would be trickier. If they print the tape with the correct votes but the card/count doesn’t match, that’s a problem for them.
Of course, the victim has to ask for the recount; and there are laws that the margin has to be close or else they won’t recount.
It’s very suspicious that the manufacturers won’t be transparent about the software. If they won’t provide the software, the machine code, and evidence to prove that’s the software loaded on the machine and that each machine passes multiple audits, BEFORE EVERY ELECTION, then the election boards should stick with the old methods.
I was going to write a post about those touchscreens, but time got away and before I knew it, the election was over. But think about this: We have touchscreens everywhere. On our cell phones. On computers, sometimes. At McDonald’s. How many times do you order a Big Mac, the counterperson TOUCHES the screen for a Big Mac, but you get a McChicken because the machine registered that instead of a Big Mac? Doesn’t happen. How many times do you use an ATM machine and you ask for 100 bucks but it gives you 4000 bucks because it needs calibrating? Doesn’t happen. How many times do you dial a 1 on your cell phone but it registers a 9? Doesn’t happen. So why is it so common for these machines to need to be “recalibrated”?

ML: Why would they do that?
JJA: Jeez, nobody knows anything any more! (coughing again, he’d probably lit up a Camel). It’s routine. The FBI always monitors the top levels of CIA, especially the director, any time there is reason for them to worry about a national security counterintelligence matter. Everybody in the business knows that. And all they need to open one of those investigations is a complaint, or a tip, from anybody. You can’t imagine how many hours are devoted to checking out anonymous leads. I can give you lots of recent stories about promotions and nominations being held up because some fabulist sent a little whisper across the transom of an inspector general’s office…
ML: And the CIA guys know that? Petraeus knew that?
JJA: Of course. And he also knew what any moderate geek knows, namely that gmail is an open book. Any skilled nerd can read most anybody’s emails. We don’t ever use email here.
ML: You’ve got computers?
JJA: Indeed. What do you think that “cloud” thing is all about anyway? We control it.
ML: I should have known! So Petraeus knew that people were reading, or at least could read, all his passionate emails to his lover.
JJA: Yes. And he knew enough about such matters to realize that when the counterintel people became aware of the affair, the bureau would instantly worry that he could be blackmailed. So they would go back through all his emails, and all hers as well, to everyone.

Tonight K.T. McFarland, a national security specialist, disclosed on Judge Jeanine’s program (Fox) that anyone testifying before Congress like the head of the CIA would customarily present in writing to the White House a written copy of the statement that he was going to make before Congress.
McFarland can’t be sure but felt that it was entirely possible that when Obama found out what Petraeus planned to say, he objected, and Petraeus decided to resign. Of course, we know now that there must have been an affair, but that had been known for sometime by the FBI, which would be required to inform the W.H.; so it is certain Obama knew about it and purposely timed the news to come out AFTER the election. So what else is new?
She did say that as a private citizen Petraeus could say anything he wanted.

BREAKING: Massive Voter Fraud in St. Lucie County, Florida
On Tuesday only one precinct had less than 113% turnout. “The Unofficial vote count is 175,554 registered voters 247,713 vote cards cast (141.10% ). The National SEAL Museum, a St. Lucie county polling place, had 158.85% voter turn out, the highest in the county.”
The Supervisor of Elections, Gertrude Walker, had this to say concerning the 141% voter turnout: “They may have had something like that in Palm Beach County, but we’ve never seen that here.”
So maybe Allen West wasn’t crazy to ask for a lock-down on the ballot boxes and machines in this county. According to the report given the day after elections, Allen B. West garnered 52,625 votes in St.Lucie county and Patrick Murphy 65,896 votes.
This is a problem that must be addressed right away. There is no reason that there should ever be more than 100% turnout. This county alone could have cost Allen West his election. Voter fraud is real, and it is time that this be solved.

This is very important for anyone living in the above states. A massive effort is being made via Tea Party Command Center to do recounting, etc.

Vatican digs in after gay marriage advances
VATICAN CITY (AP) — The Vatican is digging in after gay marriage initiatives scored big wins this week in the U.S. and Europe, vowing to never stop insisting that marriage can only be between a man and a woman.
In a front-page article in Saturday’s Vatican newspaper L’Osservatore Romano, the Holy See sought to frame itself as the lone voice of courage in opposing initiatives to give same-sex couples legal recognition. In a separate Vatican Radio editorial, the pope’s spokesman asked sarcastically why gay marriage proponents don’t now push for legal recognition for polygamous couples as well.
Catholic teaching holds that homosexuals should be respected and treated with dignity but that homosexual acts are “intrinsically disordered.” The Vatican also opposes same-sex marriage, insisting on the sanctity of marriage between a man and woman as the foundation for society.
The Vatican’s anti-gay marriage media blitz came after three U.S. states approved same-sex marriage by popular vote in the election that returned Barack Obama to the U.S. presidency, Spain upheld its gay marriage law, and France pushed ahead with legislation that could see gay marriage legalized early next year.
“One might say the church, at least on this front, has been defeated,” L’Osservatore Romano wrote. “But that’s not the case.”
The article insisted that Catholics were putting up a valiant fight to uphold church teaching in the face of “politically correct ideologies invading every culture of the world” that are backed by institutions like the United Nations, which last year passed a non-binding resolution condemning anti-gay discrimination.
“The church is called to present itself as the lone critic of modernity, the only check … to the breakup of the anthropological structures on which human society was founded,” it said.
Vatican spokesman the Rev. Federico Lombardi, for his part, said gays can have their rights protected by means other than through legal marital recognition. He stressed that children should have a right to say they have a father and a mother.
“If not, then why not contemplate freely chosen polygamy, and naturally so as to not discriminate, polyandry?” he asked sarcastically. Polyandry is when a woman has two or more husbands.
“As a result, don’t expect the church to stop insisting that society recognizes a specific place for marriage between a man and woman,” he said.
The U.S. election had been closely watched at the Vatican because of the strong divisions that erupted during the campaign between the Obama administration and U.S. bishops over gay marriage, which Obama endorsed in May. The administration and bishops clashed more vehemently over Obama’s health care mandate requiring nearly all U.S. health insurance plans to cover contraception, which the church opposes.
The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said the contraception mandate – which exempts houses of worship but applies to faith-affiliated employers – is a violation of religious freedom.
The Vatican’s reaction to Obama’s re-election was tinged with such lingering criticism, with Pope Benedict XVI congratulating Obama and praying that the ideals of freedom and justice continue to be upheld.
Lombardi went further urging the administration to respect essential values in “promoting a culture of life and religious freedom” – Vatican buzzwords referring to abortion, contraception and the insurance mandate.

Hold your horses.
On election night, not long after the polls closed in California, the announcement came out: Prop 37 was losing. A little while later, it was all over. 37 had gone down to defeat.
But is that the whole story? No.
As of 2:30PM today, Thursday, November 8th, two days after the election, many votes in California remain uncounted.
I tried to find out how many.
It turns out that the Secretary of State of CA, responsible for elections in the state, doesn’t know.
I was told all counties in California have been asked, not ordered, to report in with those figures. It’s voluntary.
So I picked out a few of the biggest counties and called their voter registrar offices. Here are the boggling results:
Santa Clara County: 180,000 votes remain uncounted.
Orange County: 241,336 votes remain uncounted.
San Diego County: 475,000 votes remain uncounted.
LA County: 782,658 votes remain uncounted.
In just those four counties, 1.6 million votes remain uncounted.
The California Secretary of State’s website indicates that Prop 37 is behind by 559,776 votes.
So in the four counties I looked into, there are roughly three times as many uncounted votes as the margin of Prop 37’s defeat.
And as I say, I checked the numbers in only four counties. There are 54 other counties in the state. Who knows how many votes they still need to process?
So why is anyone saying Prop 37 lost?
People will say, “Well, it’s all about projections. There are experts. They know what they’re doing. They made a prediction…”
Really? Who are those experts? I have yet to find them.
For big elections, the television networks rely on a private consortium called the National Election Pool (NEP). NEP does projections and predictions. Did NEP make the premature call on Prop 37? So far I see no evidence one way or the other.
NEP makes some calls for the television networks, but NEP is composed of CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC, ABC, and AP. It could hardly be called an independent source of information for those networks.
NEP has AP (Associated Press) do the actual vote tabulating, and NEP also contracts work out to Edison Media Research and Mitofsky International to do exit polls and projections based on those polls.
Edison Media Research did the exit polls in the state of Washington for this election. How? They surveyed 1493 people by phone. Based on that, I assume they made all the projections for elections in that state, even though there is no in-person voting in Washington, and voters can submit their ballots by mail, postmarked no later than election Tuesday. So how could Edison know anything worth knowing or projecting on election night?
Both Edison Research and Mitofsky were involved in the 2004 election scandal (Kerry-Bush), in which their exit polls confounded network news anchors, because the poll results were so far off from the incoming vote-counts.
Edison and Mitofsky issued a later report explaining how the disparity could have occurred; they tried to validate their own exit-poll data and the vote-count, which was like explaining a sudden shift in ocean tides by saying clouds covered the moon. It made no sense.
So if NEP did the premature Prop 37 projections that handed 37 a resounding loss, there is little reason to accept their word.
We’re faced with a scandal here. An early unwarranted projection against Prop 37 was made, when so many votes were still uncounted.
Those votes are still uncounted.
Why should we believe anything that comes next?

I voted on election day in California. It was a completely different experience than it had ever been before and I have voted in this precinct every election since 1990. I have never waited before. This time I waited an hour. Everyone in line looked very serious, it was obvious that this election was very important. There was no small talk at all – mostly silence. Many folks in line did not look like they lived in the area – I did not see anyone I knew. Many people arrived to drop off fists full of absentee ballots – apparently allowed on election day. I am not sure if this matters, but the poll workers have always been a eclectic group of senior citizens – this time all young black females.
The ballot is counted by optical reader (at least I think that is what it was called) – it was punch card until the hanging chad fiasco in FL. Apparently, when you feed it into the machine – with your votes clearly visible to the person managing the scanner – if you did not vote for one of the items, the machine asks you if you meant to do that. You have to hit another button to acknowledge that. I noticed that procedure happening as I was holding my ballot and waiting to vote. It did not dawn on me until days later that I did not vote in one category and the machine did not ask me if I meant to do it.
Something is really wrong all over the country.

At this point new money is introduced,and the dollar is retired. At this point we as a country will technically be starting over. Frankly, I wouldn’t touch that site with a ten-foot pole. There has to be another way for a state to petition secession.
If memory serves me correctly, the state legislatures and/or the governors of the states don’t ask to be ALLOWED to secede, they issue a PROCLAMATION that they are DOING so.
Thornton Parsons may be right. IMHO, putting one’s name on anything coming off whitehouse.gov is naive, and possibly dangerous. Something’s wonky.
