The Indiana Grand Jury proved that bo’s co-conspirators can be successfully indicted, convicted and imprisoned. If bo’s co-conspirators can be convicted in bo’s backyard, certainly they can be convicted in your County, Gordo.

Lot’s of luck on St # 7……….if Congress can’t get documents from Obama …what makes anyone think a citizens grand jury can?
Now for Step # 12…..I sure wouldn’t want to be the one carrying the indictment to the Court House asking for arrest warrants…..I’m giving ten to one odds that individual will be the first one arrested !
As for Step # 11…don’t expect any newspaper or television station to run with the story…..hell man, we can’t even get coverage on the PROVEN well-documented criminal stuff on OBAMA…then again, if you know someone who owns a newspaper or tv station….you might make page 18 (back cover) next to the obets…..
Writing on Step #10…..you better have all REPUBLICANS…because you sure won’t get a vote with a DEMOCRAT or INDEPENDANT on the Citizen’s Grand Jury…..unless you have a lot of money to spread around.
I like Step number# 9……..I can tell you where your BILL will finally end up….in the ATTORNEY GENERAL’s files, formally called FILE 13….informally called the trash can.
As for Step # 8….You will be scheduled for a presentation on “the twelve of never” if you expect a PROSECUTING ATTORNEY to make this arrangement.

Step # 4 is my favorite…..Who makes that selection? If a committee… a committee of how many? Everyone knows that trying to get an agreement from a committee is like “rounding up cats”…it just can’t be done.

I believe that we are truth seekers here. After reading the following article, I have just called the Superior Court Administrator in South Bend, IN, and was told definitely that NO GRAND JURY was involved, only a regular court (petit) jury.
A special prosecutor was appointed, however.
In light of this information it is WRONG to keep using this case in support of even an official court grand jury, let alone a “citizens grand jury.”

That was the verdict late Thursday in the forgery trial involving former chair of the county Democratic Party Butch Morgan and party member Dustin Blythe, who were accused of conspiring to forge signatures on petitions to place Democratic candidates on the state primary ballot in 2008.
It came just after 8 p.m., after about three hours of deliberation.
Morgan was convicted on two counts of felony conspiracy to commit petition fraud and two counts of felony conspiracy to commit forgery, and Blythe was convicted on nine counts of felony forgery and one count of felony falsifying a petition.
Following the verdict, Superior Court Judge John Marnocha set a sentencing date of June 17. He also moved the sentencing date for co-defendants Pam Brunette and Bev Shelton from May 9 to that same date.
All four defendants were charged in the case last April, following an investigation by The Tribune and Howey Politics Indiana into suspected ballot petition fraud in the state’s 2nd Congressional District and, more specifically, St. Joseph County.

The unnamed person who wrote the above reminds me of Rip Van Winkle or of someone who has been in a time capsule for a couple of years. Anyone who has watched real court cases be dismissed for one reason or another re. Obama since he took office in 2008, knows that the Citizens Grand Jury doesn’t have a “snowball in hell” chance at this point.
Yes, it is constitutional. Yes, it was the intention of our Founding Fathers, but like so many other things today, our government has been so corrupted that a citizens grand jury will not even get off the ground under present conditions.
Why doesn’t the writer from Tenn, who posts ad nauseum about it, start such a grand jury in his own state as an example, so the audience he preaches to could see the merits of what he advocates? He’s had a few years now.

Three-quarters of respondents said abortion is morally wrong and 80 percent or more rejected homosexuality and sex outside of marriage.
Over three-quarters of Muslims in the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia want sharia courts to decide family law issues such as divorce and property disputes, the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life said on Tuesday.
Views on punishments such as chopping off thieves’ hands or decreeing death for apostates is more evenly divided in much of the Islamic world, although more than three-quarters of Muslims in South Asia say they are justified.
Those punishments have helped make sharia controversial in some non-Islamic countries, where some critics say radical Muslims want to impose it on Western societies, but the survey shows views in Muslim countries are far from monolithic.
“Muslims are not equally comfortable with all aspects of sharia,” the study said. “Most do not believe it should be applied to non-Muslims.”

OPINION: Accused Boston Bombers’ Mosque Should Be Shuttered
USA Today reported Tuesday that “the mosque attended by the two brothers accused in the Boston Marathon bombing has been associated with other terrorist suspects, has invited radical speakers to a sister mosque in Boston and is affiliated with a Muslim group that critics say nurses grievances that can lead to extremism.”
The Islamic Society of Boston was founded by Abdulrahman Alamoudi, the leading “moderate Muslim” in Washington throughout the 1990s. Alamoudi turned out to be an al-Qaeda financier and is now in prison.
And it wasn’t just Alamoudi. USA Today notes that others linked to the Islamic Society of Boston include Aafia Siddiqui, who “was arrested in Afghanistan in 2008 while in possession of cyanide canisters and plans for a chemical attack in New York City”; Tarek Mehanna, who was “sentenced in 2012 to 17 years in prison for conspiring to aid al-Qaeda”; Ahmad Abousamra, who “is wanted by the FBI on charges of providing support to terrorists and conspiracy to kill Americans in a foreign country”; and Jamal Badawi, who “was named as a non-indicted co-conspirator in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorism trial in Texas over the funneling of money to Hamas, which is the Palestinian wing of the Muslim Brotherhood.”

On Wednesday, my organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) issued an 18-point action plan for defending freedom in the wake of the Boston jihad bombings (read the whole thing here). • AFDI calls for immediate investigation into foreign mosque funding in the West and for new legislation making foreign funding of mosques in non-Muslim nations illegal.
• AFDI calls for surveillance of mosques and regular inspections of mosques in the U.S. and other non-Muslim nations to look for pro-violence materials. Any mosque advocating jihad or any aspects of Sharia that conflict with Constitutional freedoms and protections should be closed.
A survey was published in December 2011 by Perspectives on Terrorism, a journal run by the Terrorism Research Initiative (TRI). This survey showed why the mosques need to be monitored:
A leading international peer-reviewed journal specializing in the empirical study of terrorism has published a study that found that 80% of U.S. mosques provide their worshippers with jihad-style literature promoting the use of violence against non-believers and that the imams in those mosques expressly promote that literature. BARI, Italy (Reuters) – Italian police on Tuesday arrested four of six men they suspect are members of an Islamist militant cell which was planning attacks in the United States, Israel and Italy, though no specific targets were named by police.
The men aimed to train militants and send them abroad, para-military police said, and are suspected of conspiracy to commit international terrorism and inciting racial hatred.
They were arrested in Andria in the southern Italian region of Puglia, where police say the group was based, and in Milan, Brussels and Catania, Sicily, and include a Tunisian who was the former imam at a mosque in Andria, police said.
Italian police are still looking for two other Tunisian men who they believe have returned to their home country. No international arrest warrant has been issued for them.
Investigators believe the six men tried to recruit among illegal immigrants in Italy, who then went on to training camps in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Iraq and Yemen.
In some cases the new recruits carried out attacks in Iraq.
The cell was characterized by “fierce anti-Semitism and anti-Western sentiment” and aversion to states viewed as enemies in the context of religious war, a police statement said.

HERALD SQUARE SUBWAY STATION An NYPD undercover officer helped disrupt a 2004 plot to bomb the Herald Square subway station by lone-wolf admirers of Al Qaeda. Shahawar Matin Siraj and James Elshafay conspired to blow up the 34th Street subway station, including surveilling the subway station, choosing the location for their bombs, and diagramming entrances and exits.
PATH TRAIN and WTC RETAINING WALL A multi-agency investigation disrupted a plot to attack NYC’s underground transit link with New Jersey in 2006. Law enforcement monitoring international chat rooms discovered suspects’ plan to destroy a PATH train tunnel and the retaining wall at Ground Zero, to flood the New York Financial District. The main operative was taken into custody in Lebanon and admitted to plotting the attack.
JFK AIRPORT/BUCKEYE PIPELINE – Al Qaeda sympathizers plotted to bomb the fuel tanks and pipeline at John F. Kennedy Airport, through which jet fuel is transported from New Jersey through Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens. Four suspects were arrested in New York and Trinidad in 2007; three were later sentenced to life in prison.
TRANSATLANTIC PLOT A British-based plot to destroy seven commercial aircraft over the Atlantic Ocean or fly one or more of them into East Coast targets including New York City resulted in multiple arrests in London.

BRONX SYNAGOGUES Disrupted in May 2009, the Riverdale plot targeted two Jewish centersa synagogue and a Jewish community centerin the Bronx, and Stewart Air Base in Newburgh, NY. The NYPD and FBI arrested four men who were convicted in 2010.
NYC SUBWAY & TRANSIT HUBS – In September 2009, Najibullah Zazi and others planned a series of coordinated suicide bombings of NYC subway transit hubs at rush hour.
TIMES SQUARE Faisal Shahzad attempted on May 1, 2010 to detonate a bomb inside an SUV parked in Times Square on a busy Saturday night.
MANHATTAN SYNAGOGUE – The NYPD disrupted a plot by two Queens men, Ahmed Ferhani and Mohamed Mamdouh, to bomb a synagogue in Manhattan in May 2011.
JOSE PIMENTEL – Muslim convert Jose Pimentel was arrested in November 2011 in Manhattan as he constructed bombs and plotted to killer soldiers returning home to New York from Afghanistan and Iraq. He had followed instructions in an article from Al Qaeda’s English-language magazine “Inspire” on “How to Build a Bomb in the Kitchen of Your Mom.”
JESSE MORTON; REVOLUTION MUSLIM: The case of Jesse Morton, a New York City-based Muslim convert, resulted from NYPD monitoring, combined with the investigative and prosecutorial expertise of the FBI and the U.S. Attorney for Eastern District of Virginia. Morton was apprehended in Morocco and pleaded guilty in Feb. 2012 to soliciting murder and encouraging violence via the Internet; Morton was sentenced in June to 138 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, for using his position as a leader of the “Revolution Muslim” organization’s internet sites to conspire to solicit murder and encourage violent extremism. His partner Zachary Chesser was sentenced for providing material support to al Shabaab, communicating threats and soliciting acts of extremism, including against the creators of South Park. Chesser and Morton were associates of Mohamed Alessa and Carlos Almonte, two New Jersey men who pleaded guilty in March 2011 to conspiring to murder individuals overseas on behalf of a foreign terrorist group.

Almontaser: Violence of a few doesn’t represent Islam
Last Thursday New Yorkers everywhere felt a sinking feeling in our stomachs. Mayor Michael Bloomberg revealed that the Tsarnaev brothers had planned to bring the same acts of terror that shook the Boston Marathon to our own Times Square.
It was sickening to learn that the terror we saw in Boston was intended for our own city as well. It also reinforced the gratitude we all feel for the heroic efforts of law enforcement officials for finding the suspects before they could strike again.
For those of us who lived in New York City 12 years ago, Boston brought a flood of memories of what it was like to live through 9/11 and its aftermath. As an American Muslim — one of an estimated 800,000 Muslims in New York City — I will never forget the generosity of complete strangers from all faiths who quickly recognized our communities’ unique fear. We worried about becoming victims twice: from being victims of terror to being victims of backlash by our own neighbors.
Sadly, I also can’t forget the bullying of our children, discriminatory policing and numerous hate crimes against houses of worship and Muslim, Arab and South Asian New Yorkers that followed.
Now some elected officials, including Rep. Peter King (R-Seaford), are using Boston as a political ploy to justify expanded surveillance of the American-Muslim community. New Yorkers have seen how ineffective the NYPD surveillance program has been in preventing terror. Last summer it was revealed that the head of the NYPD’s Demographics Unit testified that the program never — not once — developed an actionable lead or a terrorist investigation.
What did the program actually achieve? Alienating an entire community of patriotic Americans in New York City.
We are all in this together. We must hold our political leaders accountable for rhetoric aimed at dividing us in these moments of great tragedy.
The Boston runners and the heroic first responders came from all corners of the world and all faiths and backgrounds. Terror has no faith. The actions of a few will never reflect the community nor the religion that the radicals claim to come from. The purpose of terror is to divide us, but we exemplify the best in humanity when we stand together.

At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.
Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees. She told Fox News her client and some of the others, who consider themselves whistle-blowers, have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.
“I’m not talking generally, I’m talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened,” Toensing said in an interview Monday. “And not just the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA.”
Toensing declined to name her client. She also refused to say whether the individual was on the ground in Benghazi on the night of Sept. 11, 2012, when terrorist attacks on two U.S. installations in the Libyan city killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.
However, Toensing disclosed that her client has pertinent information on all three time periods investigators consider relevant to the attacks: the months that led up to the attack, when pleas by the ambassador and his staff for enhanced security in Benghazi were mostly rejected by senior officers at the State Department; the eight-hour time frame in which the attacks unfolded, and the eight-day period that followed the attacks, when Obama administration officials incorrectly described them as the result of a spontaneous protest over a video.
“It’s frightening, and they’re doing some very despicable threats to people,” she said. “Not ‘we’re going to kill you,’ or not ‘we’re going to prosecute you tomorrow,’ but they’re taking career people and making them well aware that their careers will be over [if they cooperate with congressional investigators].”
Federal law provides explicit protections for federal government employees who are identified as “whistle-blowers.” The laws aim to ensure these individuals will not face repercussions from their superiors, or from other quarters, in retaliation for their provision of information about corruption or other forms of wrongdoing to Congress, or to an agency’s inspector-general.
Rep. Darrell Issa, the Republican from California who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, wrote to Secretary of State John Kerry on Friday to complain that the department has not provided a process by which attorneys like Toensing can receive the security clearances necessary for them to review classified documents and other key evidence.
“It is unavoidable that Department employees identifying themselves as witnesses in the Committee’s investigation will apply for a security clearance to allow their personal attorneys to handle sensitive or classified material,” Issa wrote. “The Department’s unwillingness to make the process for clearing an attorney more transparent appears to be an effort to interfere with the rights of employees to furnish information to Congress.”
The Obama administration maintains that it has been more than forthcoming on Benghazi and that it is time for the State Department to move on. At a recent hearing before the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Kerry noted that administration officials have testified at eight hearings on Benghazi, provided 20 briefings on the subject and turned over to Congress some 25,000 documents related to the killings.
“So if you have additional questions or you think there’s some document that somehow you need, I’ll work with you to try to get it and see if we can provide that to you,” Kerry told committee Chairman Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., on April 17. But Kerry added: “I do not want to spend the next year coming up here talking about Benghazi.”
Asked about Issa’s complaints about attorneys not receiving security clearances, State Department spokesman Patrick Ventrell on Monday indicated that – far from threatening anyone – the administration hasn’t been presented with any such cases. “I’m not aware of private counsel seeking security clearances or — or anything to that regard,” Ventrell told reporters. “I’m not aware of whistle-blowers one way or another.”
Ventrell cited the work of the FBI – whose probe of the attacks continues almost eight months later and without any known instances of perpetrators being brought to justice – and the Accountability Review Board. The board was an internal State Department review panel led by former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Thomas Pickering and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen. An unclassified version of the board’s final report that was released to the public contained no conclusions that suggested administration officials had willfully endangered their colleagues in Benghazi or had misled the public or Congress.
“And that should be enough,” Ventrell said at Monday’s press briefing. “Congress has its own prerogatives, but we’ve had a very thorough, independent investigation, which we completed and [which was] transparent and shared. And there are many folks who are, in a political manner, trying to sort of use this for their own political means, or ends.”

The US government knows who organized the Benghazi attack that killed our ambassador and three others and yet he walks freely in Libya today. Why? The whistleblower says “we basically don’t want to upset anybody”.
Not only that, but he says the US is ignoring a much larger terrorist haven that is building in Libya and N. Africa. The whistleblower said “the second highest population of foreign fighters in the war in Iraq came from Benghazi – second to Saudi Arabia.” and that if we continue to ignore this threat it will take another invasion just to turn the tide.
Lastly, he says they are not allowed to capture or destroy any of Qadaffi’s weapons, like the 20,000 MANPADS (shoulder-launched missiles) that are floating around all over the place.

“The bill that’s in place right now probably can’t pass the House,” Rubio told Mike Gallagher, a nationally syndicated talk show host. “It will have to be adjusted, because people are very suspicious about the willingness of the government to enforce the laws now.”
He continued: “That is a very legitimate suspicion, it’s one that I share, and if there’s anything we can do to make [the bill] even tighter … that’s exactly what we should be working on.”
In a separate radio appearance Tuesday, Rubio elaborated on the challenges facing the legislation in the House, saying the enforcement mechanisms in the Senate legislation would need to be much stronger in order to pass the lower chamber.

Tomorrow is the National Day of Prayer. We NEED HIS INTERVENTION in the affairs of our country, or our country just won’t make it. We can put our congressmen on speed dial and call all day long. “Private-sector jobs growth slows in April: ADP
Private-sector employment growth slowed down in April, hitting the lowest result in seven months as tax hikes and government spending cuts took a toll, Automatic Data Processing Inc. reported Wednesday morning.
Private employers added 119,000 jobs in April, the weakest gain since September, compared with 131,000 in March, according to ADP’s monthly report.
“Job growth appears to be slowing in response to very significant fiscal headwinds,” said Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody’s Analytics, which produces the report for ADP. “Tax increases and government spending cuts are beginning to hit the job market.””
