What are the chances that the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the federal agency in charge of investigating even the slightest incidents involving civil transportation, would not conduct a thorough, on-site investigation that involved a fatality, especially a fatality of a high-profile state employee?
What are the chances that a passenger seated in the rear of the plane, publicly identified as Ferdinand Puentes (seen wearing a United States Federal Marshal cap) would not only have a GoPro video at the ready, but have the mental composure and clarity to record the “crash” and aftermath considering the unexpected, life-threatening circumstances?
What are the chances that this video, or at least portions of it, is suddenly released from nowhere, nearly a month to the day after the “crash” when its existence was never before referenced or acknowledged by crash investigators or survivors?
In my 25-plus years of experience as a career investigator, I’ve seen a lot of strange things that would give one pause and cry out for explanation. Odd things that at first blush seem to defy logical explanation, only to be answered through investigation as mere coincidence (yes, ‘stuff’ does happen) or indicative of something more nefarious. In my professional opinion, the strange death of Loretta Fuddy falls squarely into the latter category.
As I noted in my initial report dated December 13, 2013, Loretta Fuddy’s place in history was forever memorialized when she authorized the release of Barack Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) at his request. On April 25, 2011, the month following her appointment as Hawaii’s Director of Health, she certified that she witnessed the copying of the original COLB. The document that was certified as a true copy by Ms. Fuddy was handed to Judith Corely, Barack Obama’s personal attorney, when Corely made a special trip to personally pick up the document instead of sending the document by a private courier, such as Federal Express.
Given her role in the authentication of the controversial document, Ms. Fuddy was named in two affidavits (one public, one sealed) filed in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington on October 18, 2013 by Douglas Vogt, citing twenty points of forgery that comprise misprision of treason and misprision of felony. Vogt, with researcher and document expert Paul Irey, investigated the intricacies of the forgery. Mr. Vogt’s affidavit and Ms. Fuddy’s involvement gained national attention when he was interviewed on The Hagmann & Hagmann Report on December 4, 2013, exactly one week to the day before her tragic death on December 11, 2013. The detailed three-hour audio testimony of Douglas Vogt can be heard here, and the report detailing Ms. Fuddy’s possible role here.”

Loretta Fuddy, at the center of the Obama birth certificate controversy, is the only death out of 9 passengers who had minor injuries.
We were told yesterday:
“One of the passengers even swam to shore to try to get help. But not everyone got out alive. One person died in the tragic crash.
“That person remained in the fuselage of the plane. Not much details. Always a difficult situation when you can’t get everyone out, and unfortunately that was the case here,” Capt. Seelig said.”
“Nine people were onboard when the plane took off. One person was pronounced dead, three were flown to Honolulu and taken by ambulance to the Queen’s Medical Center. Another three stayed on Molokai and were hospitalized. The rest did not need any medical help.”

He says everyone did make it out ok and he helped people get into their life vests.
“There was one couple that had their vests. The guy had a seat cushion to his chest leaning back. He couldn’t open it. I went and helped him open it, shoved it over his head, and fired the thing off,” Hollstein said.

With both piston engines,as well as turbo prop there are MANDATORY ENGINE PERIODICS, and majors which are designed to find potential failures before they occur. That is exactly why they are required. I am very doubtful that the periodic record of that aircraft will show any departure from the mandates. Given the fact that the Airline has a near perfect record,and given the fact that the Cessna Buccaneer is an extremely strong and reliable aircraft the liklihood of such a failure is about 10,000,000 to oneWhen we take these variables away from the equation,it is no longer an equation It then becomes a question. My first question is why was the aircraft so completely destroyed by the ALLEGED salvage teams, when it could have easily been brought up in one piece? That destruction alone tess a very suspicious story.. Then when we inject the questionable timing of all of the events leading up to the alleged crash,the suspicion grows rather than diminishes. Then when we inject who was the ONLY person to dieit becomes even more suspicious.. Now the simple fact that the NTSB has taken so long to determine what caused the engine to failis itself becoming suspicious.. Normally it only takes a few hours to examine the inner workings of a turbo engine. If a turbine rotor failed then it will have come through the outer walls of the engine itself,and would be very plain to the naked eye. Yes turbine rotors have failed in the past,and in a varity of engine configurations., but again they always come apart with such force that it takes out nearly the entire engine,and they don’t make a simple bang either..Further,if there was a conspirator he/she had a very limited understanding of the aircraft technology. To sabotage an engine of an aircraft flying over open water might be the thinking of a person or perpetrator,but he /she failed to consider that without an engine the airplane could be glided to a fairly safe landing. That said the mission to murder Fuddy would have failed at that point. Which seems to have been the case in actuality. So if she was alive as she entered the water then something happened after she entered the water. Yes she being older,and somewhat overweight could have been enough to cause a stress related heart failure..I do not take this possibility out of the question, but given all of the surrounding circumstances I am a little doubtful that this caused her death.. I am more inclined to think that she may have been held underwater until she drowned.. Such an act would not have been readily visible by the rest of the people. They would have been consumed with their own thoughts and keeping themselves from drowning..If she was wearing a correctly positioned Mae West life preserver,it is very doubtful that she would have drowned unless she was held undr.. If that is the case then there is only ONE or TWO people who could have done it,and one of them is her assistant.
I personally look upon the entire incident as SUSPICIOUS, and I too am looking at a lot of variables. Like Canada Free Press, there is more than enough question to justify such suspicion of wrong doing where Fuddy is concerned. Why was the results of the AUTOPSY kept secret. The cause of death is PUBLIC INFORMATION,yet it is obviously being kept from the public. In addition there is more than enough evidence of wrongdoing when we look at the bigger picture. Like the “Clints” there are a hell of a lot of skeletons in the growing collection. So far there is about 10 people who have died under very suspicious circumstances. With the Clintsthe total reached 23.
I am hopeful that there will be enough public clamor regarding the NTSB findings that the NTSB will be forced to make a public statement. If not then a hell of a lot of people need to make their suspicions public,and keep making them public until the NTSB is forced to answer. Unfortunately what they have to say might very well be a BLATANT LIE, even if they are fully aware of what actually happened to the engine. They are undoubtedly in Soetoro’s HIP POCKET. After all is said and done there probably will never be a credible answer to Fuddy’s death.
I have saved my most important question for last. Was Fuddy actually being detained,and was being flown to a remote area for extensive questioning regarding the PHONEY BC, by the US Marshall’s service. It is they who transport MOST of the Federal prisoners. There is an outside chance of this,and if they were doing what they were doing under orders from above. If that is the case then there would have been more than one of them escorting her,but it also offers a lot of material ,because they could have been under orders to make it a ONE WAY trip for her.
…………and how they got rid of her would be CARTE BLANCH. Then the person who carried out the deed would receive a very nice and elegant all expenses paid vacation of his choice.

There is quite a lot that comes into focus when we look at it as a PHONEY ARREST, which is in actuality her last day on earth. HMMMMM!

Just read your synopsis on the aircraft and Loretta Fuddy. If she died from ‘heart failure’ it would have had to been an acute infarction. This should be easy to determine at autopsy. Yet, we have not ’cause of death’ available….it’s been delayed. I have gone from a belief this was an accident, to now believing it may have been a staged murder. BTW, the plane was intact when it sank, and came up totally destroyed.

California Rep. Darrell Issa, the Republican chair of the House Oversight Committee, accused the Obama administration of waging “a war on guns” after new reports of “rogue” sting operations by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) conducted during 2013.
Issa spoke to Fox News’ Shannon Bream Sunday about a report by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, which claimed that ATF agents operating firearm stings in 6 separate cities “took advantage of the mentally ill, set up stings near churches and schools and made decisions which some claim actually increased crime in their neighborhoods.” Issa and Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley sent a letter to ATF Director Todd Jones this week to demand answers on the tactics and how often they’ve been used.

I am at present trying to determine why a US Marshal’s deputy, would be on that airplane…..particularly when Fuddy was aboard. At the moment I am trying to rationalise whether he was legally escorting her,or whether he had actually arrested her,under a court order. You might recall that Fuddy had been subpoenaed,by the court,and did NOT appear as directed. One option a judge has is to order the arrest of a person who refuses to comply with a court issued subpoena.My next step is to attemt to see if there was an order from the court for her arrest.The problem that I have in doing that is the fact that it needs to be done with discretion..Any computer which accesses a state operated website automatically has it’s URL recorded at the website.That is to say that in a matter of seconds they would have my name and address.

Your question of if the US Marshall’s were there for Fuddy probably could be answered by were they were headed, ie it wouldn’t be away from a courtroom or incarceration area. It clearly states in the article below “She was with her deputy”, which means she was escorted.
Why does a Department of Health head need a US Marshall’s “escort”, is that normal? It seems very odd.

They would not be headed AWAY from incarceration, as you say,unless it was known beforehand that the aircraft was going to be brought down. I would venture to guess that if this was the case Fuddy probably would not have the slightest idea WHAT direction the aircraft was flying, so far as I know she had no knowledge of aerial navigation. But with the idea she was bound for a decommissioned leper colony brings to mind something which I have known for years. Pete…. For Fuddy to have a US Marshal’s deputy escorting her there has to be a reason either documented or undocumented. Normally I do not think that such an official would be provided an escort to a destination unless there was a definite need……which by itself suggests that whatever her objective was it was MORE THAN ordinary. Travelling to a shut down leper colony doesn’t strike me as anything needing FEDERAL PROTECTION. That leaves only a couple of options. Either she was being transported there under detention to get her out of sight,or she was being transported there as a decoy,and was going to be returned to possible incarceration someplace that nobody knew about. …………further I have serious doubts if there was even a nlegally based autopsy done on her. If she had stab wounds a legally operating coroner would have been required to tell it all, and call it MURDER. There was no autopsy reports even released. That by itself spells FOUL PLAY.
In addition to my question: what was she doing on that island in the first place, here is a list of other questions than demand an answer:
1. Was “Deliana” Fuddy found by rescuers in the fuselage, as reported in many news articles, or was she found floating in the water, wearing her life vest, as told to a Catholic priest by Keith Yamamoto, deputy director of the HDOH?
2. Was communication between the plane and the tower possible, or was it not? Did the pilot radio distress or not? If not, why not? How is it that the other plane in the area was able to radio a position?
3. Fuddy’s death was announced relatively quickly. The priest opined that she may have been dead for hours when he gave her last rites. Was she pronounced dead and her family notified before her death was reported to the media? If so, when, where, and by whom was she pronounced dead?
4. Why are Fuddy and Yamamoto the only named passengers? Who was the pilot? Who were the other passengers?
5. How could the NTSB so quickly declare that the wreckage is unrecoverable? Molokai is an island, which is nothing more than an undersea mountain. Given the underwater slope of the island and the fact that the crash was allegedly just offshore, how is it that the wreckage cannot be recovered?
6. Was that plane capable of a controlled landing? In other words, could it glide so that a skilled pilot could set it down intact? Given that 8 of the 9 passengers survived with few injuries, it would seem so.
7. Why did Fuddy alone die? Of what injuries? Autopsy is pending.
8. The plane left the airport at 3:15 p.m., local time. What time did the plane crash and when were the first reports of the crash received? How long before rescue workers got on the scene? How far off shore was the crash site? Some stories say a half mile; others say a mile.
QUESTIONS, QUESTIONS, and MORE QUESTIONS…and no answers .Sounds like a typical Obama “wack” job to me.

I personally believe that she was being FORCIBLY taken there to get her OUT OF SIGHT. Or the destination was a sham from the beginning….if there was a plan to kill her then they needed something to get her into the airplane. So they probably told her that something had happened and that it was mandatory that she disappear for awhile. So who would suspect an out of the way leper colony. Out of sight ,out of mind. There was a possibility that she had a court order for her arrest and that if that happened there would be hell to pay.. So the plan to go to the leper colony was hatched to make her think it was true. But this was not really the plan at all. The real plan was for the aircraft to plunge into the sea with NO SURVIVORS. Unfortunately the pilot done everything right . he plopped the airplane down on the water,and everybody got out….including Fuddy. Since there are NO PICTURES of her wearing a life preserver,we have to take the word of the person who allegedly helped her put it on.. So if she was alive and able to step into the water then she died after she was immersed in the water. She was not a victim of a shark, so that leaves only a natural death or murder. She was 65 years of age and a bit obese. This could have been an easy recipe for stress related heart failure,but since there is no documentation to show the reason for her death there remains plenty of food for conjecture. Personally I believe that she was MURDERED to protect Soetoro,just like Soetoro’s grandmother. I would further bet that Fuddy’s body has either already been cremated,or very soon will be.

On another note. Pertaining to the Apario and Zullo investigation, as I understand, there will be a full release at or around March.
If my memory is correct on this criminal investigation, the public release was only going to be done “if” they couldn’t get a DA to prosecute the crimes or if Congress fails to act on the information.

In and around the time of Obama’s release of his alleged Long Form BC there was a release of another BC by a volunteer. Jerome Corsi and WND published this BC in a redacted form. Later a number of volunteers found the name of the volunteer in the Hi Advertiser based on her birth date August 23 and part of her mother’s name, which was not fully redacted. So from 2011 this bc was not a secret, it belonged to Johanna Ah’Nee .
At issue is a discrepancy: Article by Jerome Corsi states that this BC was issued in 1995, it contains the back of the BC with the alleged 1995 stamp, however it conflicts with what she told her employer, namely that she did not have a long form bc as late as 2009.
Johanna was referred to Attorney Orly Taitz in 2011 by Miki Booth, who knows Johanna’s employer, Al, owner of the printing shop, Sure Shot Graphics and Printing Supplies in Honolulu, HI.
Her e-mail stated that Miki Booth asked Al to find a long form BC, as health department refused to give Miki her long form BC. After Miki Booth could not obtain her long form BC, she asked Al if he could go to the Health department with someone else and get it for another person.
According to the e-mail received by Taitz recently Al and Johanna Ah’Nee-Randlph went to Health Department after 2009, after Miki could not get her LFBC and the Health Department refused to give Johanna Ah’nee her LFBC.
This contradicts with the article in WND by Jerome Corsi, whereby Corsi posted the back of the alleged origina BC that Johanna sent to him and it contained 1995 stamp.
Now we have a real discrepancy: according to the stamp on the back, this LFBC copy was given to Johanna in 1995, however it contradicts the fact that she did not have it as late as 2009 and went to the Health Department to ask for it and could not get it. Taitz got from Ah’Nee only a copy and did not have the copy of the back of the LFBC with 1995 stamp.
Johanna met Taitz in HI at the airport when Taitz flew there with 2 experts around August 7, 2011. Taitz had late dinner with Johanna and her niece and a local attorney. Ah’Nee was supposed to go with Taitz to the Health Department the next morning, but she e-mailed Taitz at around 5 am saying that she changed her mind and will not go with her to the Health Department.
What is also interesting, is the fact that Johanna demanded that Jerome Corsi return to her the original. Why did she want it returned? Why would she give Corsi an original instead of a copy?
A couple of days ago Taitz wrote to Miki Booth and Johanna Ah’Nee Randolph and asked how did Johanna finally got her BC after the Health Department refused to give it to her. Taitz did not get any response from either Miki Booth or Johanna. Taitz suspects that the alleged LFBC for Ah’Nee was a dry run for Obama. Investigation continues. This press release is being forwarded to Jerome Corsi wih the request to safe keep the alleged original sent by Ah’Nee to him.

The article you posted was very alarming, but I will not pass it along. Home schooling parents are under enough stress as it is. Rather I will suggest that they join the Home School Legal Defense Association. It has been around since 1983. I was a member when I home schooled my kids, and they were extremely helpful and supportive. You will be informed as to your rights as well as your obligations, state by state.
Articles such as these sometimes serve to put fear in parents who wish to home school. I encourage all parents to save your children from the government indoctrination. You will not regret it, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the fruit of your labor.

Water temps around volcanic islands can vary radically. It can be 70 degrees in none place and 50 degrees at another point only a short distance away. I personally recorded injection temperatures of 55 degrees only 20 odd miles away from Pearl Harbor. I think sea floor volcanic activity might be responsible for such a wide variance, in sea water temperature. I believe that the volcanic activity can create currents which could transport colder water as well as warmer water. Around Hawaii it is more like a game of chance..But I would be the first to say that if the water was in the 70s it is unlikely that hypothermia would have set before she was rescued

I find myself highly incensed relating to the story about the 8 year old child who became the child bride of a 40 year old MUSLIM BASTARD, who repeatedly RAPED the child and done severe injuries to her reproductive organs.
