Some of you may be new to the Obama eligibility and birth certificate controversies.
First I want to make something crystal clear.
Eligibility, i.e. proof of US birth vs what some may consider to be a valid birth certificate.
Even if the image of an alleged birth certificate on Whitehouse.gov was not forged, it would not be proof of US birth in a court of law.
The reason: it states “or abstract” at the bottom.
Under Hawaii law, one could be born elsewhere and register birth in Hawaii.
Now on to the forgery.
Team Arpaio with Mike Zullo have stated that they know the identity of the forger.
Some have stated that it was John Brennan.

Although I respect your opinion, I heard with my own two ears (and I will admit that being married for 31 years has “distorted” my hearing), about ten days before the end of March, Zullo tell Gallups that there still was a chance for the information to be released before the end of March.
I have heard Zullo say “not years” to the question of whether the information would be released within months or years. Zullo followed that up with something to the effect of “we’re not getting any younger”.
I heard Gallups say that Zullo told him “sooner rather than later”.
Basically what you hear outside of a sideshow at the Carnival.
And then we are let down time after time.

I believe that there is only one way to fight these people and sadly it is with deadly weapons. As I look around I am seeing the insanity become even more intense with the increasing beheadings of innocent people. I’ve wondered the same thing re. silence about the lady who was beheaded. I did hear that she had lost her home in the tornado that swept OK last summer and had rebuilt and was going on with her life. Other than that – nothing. Maybe it is at the request of her family, lest there be jihadist retaliation? I just don’t know. Strange. Or, it could be that the O supporters in the press don’t want to garner sympathy for a victim of jihad?
On second thought, I don’t remember hearing much about any of the victims of the Ft. Hood massacre either. Mum is the word probably, because the PTB don’t want people to be touched in a human way. Islamic State Rape: ‘Just Another Form of Warfare’?

In light of the ongoing nightmare that is the Islamic State, Foreign Policy, a magazine somewhat reflective of the establishment, has published an article that once again demonstrates why U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East is a disaster: because analysts and policymakers, unable or unwilling to grapple with foreign concepts, opt to articulate them through familiar Western paradigms.
Titled “The Islamic State of Sexual Violence” and written by Aki Peritz and Tara Maller-“We both worked as CIA analysts focused on Iraq’s insurgency and counterterrorism during much of the war”-the Foreign Policy (FP) article opens with this telling sentence: “Of the many terrifying stories emerging from Islamic State-occupied Iraq and Syria, the violence directed toward women is perhaps the most difficult to contemplate.”
This is an odd assertion. Of all the atrocities committed by the Islamic State, is sexual violence against women really “the most difficult to contemplate”? After all, deplorable as sexual violence against women is, it is also one of the most common features of warfare since the beginnings of recorded history. It should not be too “difficult to contemplate.”
Instead, one would think that public beheadings and mutilations-with sadistic pictures of the victims posted online-would be more “difficult to contemplate.” One would think herding off 1500 “infidel” men and coldly shooting them in the head to cries of “Allahu Akbar” would be more “difficult to contemplate.” One would think that forcing religious minorities to convert to Islam or die-with Christians crucified for refusing to embrace Islam-would be more “difficult to contemplate.”
But in the very next paragraph we encounter the reason why FP highlights female sexual abuse while ignoring the truly more “difficult to contemplate” atrocities committed by the Islamic State: to exonerate Islam from the deeds of the Islamic State:
IS claims to be a religious organization, dedicated to re-establishing the caliphate and enforcing codes of modesty and behavior from the time of Muhammad and his followers. But this is rape, not religious conservatism. IS may dress up its sexual violence in religious justifications, saying its victims violated Islamic law, or were infidels, but their leaders are not fools. This is just another form of warfare….
That last sentence is what FP wants readers to leave with-“This is just another form of warfare.” The authors chose the most generic atrocity committed during war, one that is common to all cultures and civilizations-sexual violence, enslavement, and rape-to condemn the Islamic State with. The result is that the Islamic State looks like “just another” enemy combatant.
To demonstrate this, the authors proceed to invoke Western standards of “modesty and behavior” to criticize the Islamic State without letting readers know that Islamic notions of “modesty and behavior” differ significantly and are wholly based on Islamic law, not “natural” law or anything else.
Thus while the authors are correct in saying that the Islamic State is “dedicated to re-establishing the caliphate,” the follow up assertion, “and enforcing codes of modesty and behavior from the time of Muhammad and his followers” is immensely loaded and misleading. So is the statement “But this is rape, not religious conservatism.”
Islamic law, or Sharia, permits the enslavement, selling, and rape of infidel women captured during the jihad, as they are seen as legitimately gained booty, or in the Koran’s phraseology, “what your right hands possess” (another teaching that might be more “difficult to contemplate” than generic wartime rape itself).
Here is how the late Majid Khadduri, “internationally recognized as one of the world’s leading authorities on Islamic law and jurisprudence,” explained the idea of “spoils” in his War and Peace in the Law of Islam:
The term spoil (ghanima) is applied specifically to property acquired by force from non-Muslims. It includes, however, not only property (movable and immovable) but also persons, whether in the capacity of asra (prisoners of war) or sabi (women and children)…. If the slave were a woman, the master was permitted to have sexual connection with her as a concubine.
Accordingly, Sheikh Yasir al-‘Ajlawni says that Muslims fighting to topple “infidel” president Bashar Assad in Syria are permitted to “capture and have sex with” all non-Sunni women, including Shia Muslims, Alawites, Christians, Druze, and Yazidis.
Before him, Egyptian Sheikh Ishaq Huwaini lamented how during the heydays of Islam, “You [could] go to the market and buy her [enslaved, infidel concubines for sale]…. In other words, when I want a sex-slave, I go to the market and pick whichever female I desire and buy her.”
Kuwaiti political activist Salwa al-Mutairi advocated for the formal reinstitution of sex-slavery. She said on video that Islam’s greatest authorities from Mecca, the city of Islam, all confirmed the legality of sex-slavery to her. According to the Kuwaiti woman:
A Muslim state must [first] attack a Christian state-sorry, I mean any non-Muslim state-and they [the women, the future sex-slaves] must be captives of the raid. Is this forbidden? Not at all; according to Islam, sex slaves are not at all forbidden…. the free [Muslim] woman has to be married properly to her husband, but the sex-slave-he just buys her and that’s that…. For example, in the Chechnya war, surely there are female Russian captives. So go and buy those and sell them here in Kuwait; better that than have our men engage in forbidden sexual relations. I don’t see any problem in this, no problem at all.
Some years back, when Sheikh Gamal Qutb, former Grand Mufti of Al Azhar, the most authoritative Islamic institution, was asked on live Arabic-language television if Islam permits sex slaves, he refused to give a direct answer, preferring to prevaricate. When pressed for a clear answer by the determined host, he became hostile and stormed off the set.
Moreover, recall that only a few months ago, Boko Haram-a Nigerian Islamic organization that also believes Allah permits sex slavery-made headlines when it abducted nearly 300 “infidel” schoolgirls to be sold on the sex slave market. Its leader declared on video, “I abducted your girls. I will sell them on the market, by Allah….There is a market for selling humans. Allah says I should sell.”
Nonetheless, FP continues casually invoking Western standards to explain distinctly Islamic phenomena:
IS claims to be a group of holy warriors, crafting a new world order. But the rampant sexual criminality exposes its hypocrisy and extreme brutality…. It gives the lie to the group’s claim that they are pure of heart.

As mentioned, Islamic law makes crystal clear that conquered “infidel” sex slaves are one of the rewards for those waging jihad. It’s not open to debate. It’s in the Koran, was practiced by the prophet of Islam-whom Muslims are encouraged to emulate in all ways-and is a common fixture of Islamic history. Exercising their Islamic right to own and copulate with slaves taken as booty during the jihad is hardly seen as “rampant sexual criminality,” “hypocrisy and extreme brutality,” nor does it have anything to do with hearts, “pure” or otherwise.
The naivety of this FP article is astounding and displays a staggering level of ignorance (or willful blindness) concerning Islam’s rules of war. Of course, that it was written by two former CIA analysts focused exclusively on Iraq, a Muslim nation, helps explain why that country is in the deplorable state it’s in.

I get the feeling that you’re reading where I’m reading.
While I understand peoples’ frustration I cannot, in good conscience, dismiss this investigation as nonsense, or a money-making proposition; Sheriff Joe and Mike Zullo, along with the entire Cold Case Posse, have too much at stake for this to be a scam.
I believe there has been a series of diversions by the Sheriff in order to allow the investigation to proceed unimpeded and also to make the bad guys sweat a little. They know he has something, but to what extent, they have no clue. They know what they are, but does the Sheriff know what they are? This is a brilliant move, IMO.

A Ferguson police officer was shot Saturday night. The officer, a man, survived the shooting, authorities said.
The shooting occurred in the 1000 block of Smith Avenue in Ferguson, near the new Ferguson Community Center.
Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson said Saturday night that the officer was on routine patrol and spotted two suspects trying to break into a business. He said the business was in Ferguson.
When the officer confronted the suspects, Jackson said, one of them pulled a gun and fired at the officer. The officer was struck once in the arm, and was expected to be okay.
At a news conference near the Ferguson Police Department early Sunday, St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar gave the same account of the shooting as Jackson.
He added that police fired at the suspects at some point during the altercation. But there is no evidence that they were hit. “We have no indication either suspect was shot,” Belmar said.
The second officer who was shot at (drive by) was shot in Berkeley, which is actually about 13 minutes from the location of the first shooting. He was not wounded by gunfire, but was injured when hit with flying glass. There is no indication yet that the shooters would have had any way of knowing he was a police officer, since he was in his personal car. (I-70 was shut down on that one).

Christian Adams, a former Justice Department official who served during both the Bush and Obama administrations said that “the law was a suggestion” under Attorney General Eric Holder and “there is a culture of lawlessness in the Justice Department” on Saturday’s “Huckabee” on the Fox News Channel.
“During the Bush years, when we enforced civil rights laws, we looked at the law, that was the starting point…under the Obama administration, after the inauguration, the law became a suggestion. It was sort of a ‘eh, this law says this, but we’re really after this’…this is an administration that selectively enforces the law, doesn’t apply the law properly, and uses the law as a political weapon” he stated. And “there is a culture of lawlessness in this Justice Department. Right now, there are people, who, according to the Inspector General, committed perjury, still working in the voting section. There are employees who stole laptops, used government credit cards to visit their mistress in Miami, who got a buyout at the Justice Department. There is a culture of lawlessness and tolerance for wrongdoing.”
He added that Holder’s unpopularity was due to his policies and not his race, “there is a reason why Eric Holder is the least popular member of the administration…and it has absolutely nothing to do with race. It has to do with his policies, if anything has to do with race, he’s pushing the race in the face of Americans. he’s calling them racial cowards,” and accused Holder of using race “to deflect criticism, but also to energize the political base.”

On Friday, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said Americans should target and abolish the IRS for targeting conservatives and right-of-center organizations.
She blasted Obama’s IRS for deciding that the “independent Tea Party Patriots are the enemy of the people” and demanding to know the “content of the prayers” from various pro-life groups.
She also expressed disbelief that the IRS would even conduct “massive, burdensome audits” of adoptive parents who are extending “their hearts” and homes to “help the orphans, downtrodden, and the helpless.”
“To advance liberty and justice for all, when you target Americans, right back atcha, we get to target you,” Palin said at the Values Voters Summit.
She asked, “Do you think it’s time to abolish the IRS?”
The crowd roared with approval.

One thing is blatantly clear……the scandal which seems to be rocking the IRS,is in reality not even bothering them. They are still harrassing innocent people, and doing anything they can to upset the lives of their targetted individuals………..some of whom have been audited several times in a given tax year. They know that it costs money to hire a competent attorney to defend. There is a owner of a small company here who recently chose to downsize his business,and laid off 8 hourly employees. The IRS had just finished an audit of him,and recently he was informed that because he chose to downsize, he would be audited. He finally decided to sell the business to get away from the auditing. In spite of new ownership he is now being audited in his personal financial domain. This is nothing more than outright harrassment by the IRS. He wrote several letters to the top IRS honcho,but was not even given the decency of an acknowledgement of them having received his letter.

Just for a little clarity I telephoned a friend whio is a CPA. and I told him about the harrassment which seemed to be going on. He told me that the IRS is now using TAX COMPLIANCE AUDITING firms. If there are 20 such contractors then it is conceivable that a person,or company could be audited 20 times in a month,and personally as well as professionally. This is nothing more than a bunch of IRS GOONS who have created such compliance companies,and is for the sole purpose of making life so miserable for the person or company being audited that they will pay up money to get them off their backs. I believe that Al Capone used the old PROTECTION RACKET against small business people,and I see little difference. Obviously these contractors have IRS backing,with regard to freezing assetts and a host of other actions…..They are total arrogant BASTARDS. They do not even allow any money for a person to buy food or pay for lodging. Bank assetts are frozen with a full fledged tax lien against an account,which does not allow any activity within the frozen account………this was done without a court order,and he has taken it to the attorney general of Indiana. Personally I do not expect any effort to be expended by the Indiana AG. IRS seems to take top billing. In addition they also bill the defendant for the number of hours spent on examining his records. This amounts to thousands of dollars. The whole thing is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg,and it is about time that some of the BASTARDS who perpetrate the bullshi# ended up dangling from an OAK tree.

IRS has never been exactly a “friend”, but I can tell you from experience that this agency has slipped way, way down when it comes to just plain competency in routine matters. That is completely apart from the auditing process which has run amok.
Methinks so much effort is being directed nefariously that the IRS personnel can’t even tend to the most routine matters. They make mistakes quite frequently, and some are very serious ones. It didn’t used to be that way.
When I went to work at a very large accounting firm in Phoenix in the 1960’s, IRS had an office in Phoenix at that time, and whenever there was a technical problem that couldn’t be easily solved, we were encouraged by the tax manager to call over there and talk to a certain individual who was very knowledgeable. I did it at least once, and what great satisfaction! Ah…..the good, old days! Now you are taking a huge chance in relying on someone’s advice at IRS headquarters unless it is a very simple, easy question.
Here is something that I dreamed about……OT…but something really great. Most of us have EMAIL accounts don’t we,but how about PRIVATISED INTERNET service. When I say “Privatised” I mean exactly that. You would have to possess a special ID which would be known only to you and the person you are communicating with. This would be a paid for service,and for complete privacy a .10 or maybe a .15 cent surcharge per hour of use,and the money goes to improve the privacy, and quality of service….and you would also have unlimited VOIP as well. I know we already have these services…….yeah but WITHOUT ANY PRIVACY SNOOPERS. It IS POSSIBLE. Privatised PACKET RADIO SERVICE. Again it utilises a personal ID ( telephone number) but when in use the online content is scrambled by special security scrambling unit which is MECHANICAL and not electronic. This goes back to Hitler’s special communicators but have many improvements,which makes them virtually IMPOSSIBLE to enter without proper ID. In Hitler’s day it was called Enigma. and the only reason why it was finally figured out was because several were removed from certain submarines which had not yet sunk as they had been set to do. That potential is easy to get around. I think any competent mechanical engineer could devise the devices.

I certainly agree about Beckel and Williams. Have you ever noticed how the latter screws up his face when not in agreement with what’s being said? He has that “Whaaaat?” look. He really is a very weak individual, in my book, and can go whichever way the wind is blowing.
Beckel sits there so often on “The Five” in a pouty sulk. He tries to use non-verbal body language to demonstrate his feelings, and when he speaks, it is usually not worth five cents. It is all so obvious.

That is exactly why I have said so many times…..JUST LOOK INTO THEIR FACES, their character is always written upon the face of such people. God has given all of us the ability to perceive,and translate what is written upon another person’s face. You only need to know what expressions to look for. Most people who are concentrating upon deceit of others UNCONCIOUSLY allows his/her thoughts to be spelled out upon their faces. Both Beckel and Williams do NOT know how to hide this “telltale” characteristic. However I hasten to add that some people are able to lie to others and they are able to hide the truth from their faces. Soetoro is among these people. So that necessitates listening carefully to every word he utters then you simply look at the entirety of what he has verbally stated. Usually a liar will at some point trip over another twisted fact and it all stands out like a black and blue thumb…..but you also need to have insight into the reality of whatever he might be talking about. It all helps.

One reason why I enjoy watching the Judge is simply because she knows how to communicate,with facial expressions. She does it quite well I might add. Reading facial expressions opens the door to a whole world of perceptions. In addition she is NOT A DUMMY. FACTS ARE FACTS, and as such it is pretty damn hard to alter them or twist words to change the complection of the facts. You are right about the IRS. I have watched it change slowly into the monster it now is. Now that it is DELEGATING the AUDITING processes it brings another set of circumstances into question,and CONTRACTORS to the IRS should NOT HAVE any authority to put a TAX LIEN UPON AN ACCOUNT without any legal justification,or foundation for so doing. Doing this used to require a signed court order. The IRS now has FAR TOO MUCH POWER. When I heard what the CPA told me I found myself really steamed.
