Sean Hannity on Fox News recently interviewed Texas Senator Tom Cruz about a possible presidential run in 2016. Hannity brings up the fact that Cruz was born in Canada and may not be eligible.
Carl Cameron on Fox News recently commented about presidential hopefuls and in regard to Ted Cruz made the following statrement:
“But Cruz was born in Canada and is constitutionally ineligible.”

A disturbing trend has developed at Fox. Bill O’Reilly misled the American people for several years by stating that he had done research and that Obama was born in Hawaii. We recently got confirmation that he relied on the birth announcements. Now Jana Winter misrepresents what the Adobe software expert has said.

He further compares the image to that of certified copies for the Nordyke twins. He states that they are from the same type of forms. However, the biggest difference between the 2 images is that the Nordyke twins certificates have a stamped seal and verbage that states:

Bret Baier is correct about one thing, the US Supreme Court needs to clarify the definition of Natural Born Citizen.
The article starts out with some accuracy “Many legal analysts and scholars.”
This is true, there is much disagreement and debate.
However, the article ends “That is how legal experts interpret the “natural born” requirement”, implying a consensus.
Without getting into all the subtle intricacies of law and legal precedent, I will make this simple.
First, the framers of the constitution provided some clarity with this provision:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President;”
A distinction is made between citizen and natural born citizen. Also, this allowed the founder fathers to be eligible and also children born from the time of independence to the adoption of the Constitution on September 17, 1787.
Chief Justice Waite, in Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875):
“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”"

“On Dennis Miller’s radio show Thursday Lord Christopher Monckton, a former policy adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and an activist against global warming “alarmism,” went all-in on questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship.
Monckton, the 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley, hinted about his position on the issue in April 2010 at a tea party rally on the National Mall near the White House. But on Miller’s show, he said the birth certificate issue was far more important that combatting so-called anthropogenic global warming.
“I mean, hey you got a president who has a false birth certificate on the Internet, on the White House website,” Monckton said. “It’s not even clear where he was born. You’ve got a national debt which is rising into the stratosphere. You’ve got unemployment certainly here in California at 11 percent, 50 percent in the construction industry. These are real problems. You’ve got real environmental problems — overfishing, deforestation, pollution, not so much in the west but certainly in other countries. These are real problems which ought to be addressed. You’ve got poverty. You’ve got disease. These are again serious problems in Africa for instance, that we could be helping with. Miller protested by saying he disagreed with the suggestion that Obama has a fraudulent birth certificate. But Monckton dug in his heels.
“I don’t know whether he is Kenyan or not,” Monckton said. “The point is that if I were you, I would want to make absolutely sure that he was born here before allowing him to be elected. And the birth certificate that he put up on that website, I don’t know where he was born. But I do know that birth certificate isn’t genuine.”
Monckton firmly asserted that the birth certificate on the White House website wasn’t real, and claimed it could be dismantled with software.
“It appears in layers on the screen in such a way you can remove quite separately each of the individual dates,” Monckton said. “You use Adobe Illustrator and each of the individual dates is in its own separate layer. This thing has been fabricated. Sheriff [Joe] Arpaio of Arizona has had a team on this for six months. And he has now gone public and said there’s something very desperately wrong with this and of course nobody is saying anything because the entire electorate has been fooled.”

“A stunning challenge has been issued in the argument over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, and it comes from a lead investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz.
Arpaio’s team of volunteer professional law enforcement officers and attorneys concluded after a six-month investigation that there is probable cause that forgery and fraud were committed in the process through which Obama released a “Certificate of Live Birth” image at the White House last year.
Arpaio has assured those interested that the investigation is continuing and earlier suggested that the appropriate avenue might be for Congress to begin an investigation.
The challenge came from lead investigator Mike Zullo, who was interviewed by the CBS Channel 5 affiliate in Phoenix. Reporter Heather Moore pointed out that it was Zullo’s name and face that was being attached to the investigative report, and she asked how comfortable was he making the allegations.
“Very comfortable,” he said, citing experts the investigators consulted during their 2,200 hours of work. “You can build the document. You can’t do that if you scan [a document],”

Then she asks what he would say to “naysayers” who claim the allegations are just a bunch of “B.S.”
“Prove it,” he said. “We did.”
He added, “We proved our point. That document’s created.”
Specifically, he said the image that was released by Obama never was an original hard copy that was scanned, as the White House described. It was instead, he said, an idea created in a computer.
The CBS affiliate report already has had more than half a million views, meaning that the response the station got from the White House on the issue, a reference to a year-old statement by Obama that such issues are “side shows,” may not be sufficient much longer.
Arpaio, at his original news conference announcing the results, said he was not accusing Obama of any crime.
But he said the evidence uncovered shows “violations of the law. We’re investigation those crimes.”
At that time, the posse confirmed it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
In fact, Zullo reported, “We have identified the computer manufacture, [and] where that document resided 20 minutes before it was uploaded onto the White House website.”
The issue of Obama’s birth certificate centers on his eligibility to be president, since the Constitution requires that a president be a “natural-born citizen.””

What makes a man like Glenn Beck, who professes to have religious and conservative values, who claims to believe in the US Constitution, say the things that he says. What makes Beck praise Sheriff Joe Arpaio for doing one part of his job, protect the border, and at the same time ridicule him for doing another
part of his job.
Although I tend to like Glenn Beck and agree with him on most subjects, I have let him have it in the past for criticizing and ridiculing millions of
concerned Americans, including high ranking military officers, for questioning Obama’s past, his records and his eligibility for the presidency. I have never
had a problem with Glenn Beck not agreeing with those concerned Americans. However, he has gone to extremes in his criticism and belittling. This makes me
question, if not his patriotism, his alleged religious values.
Also disturbing about Glenn Beck’s remarks on Obama’s eligibility is his admission that he doesn’t do research and relies on his staff and sources like Bill
O’Reilly. O’Reilly finally admitted that he used the newspaper announcements in Hawaii as evidence of Obama’s birth there. Beck just used this argument as
well. Anyone doing minimal research has discovered that anyone could place an announcement in the paper and do so much after the fact. One also finds that
placing the ad in one newpaper automatically placed it in the other.
Why would Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly use the newspaper announcement as proof of Obama’s birth in Hawaii. Aside from what we know about them, they have always been at best someone announcing a birth, not a legal document and certainly not date, time location proof.
When Glenn Beck left Fox last year, he said that he was leaving with his soul.
I am not convinced that Glenn Beck left with his soul. I also have doubts about Beck’s religious beliefs just as I have with Barack Obama.

It doesn’t matter if Barky was born on the crown of the Statue of Liberty; his father was a Kenyan and never an American citizen and that alone disqualifies him.
The 1875 Supreme Court case, Minor v. Happersett defined a Natural Born Citizen as a person born in the country to citizen parentS. PARENTS. Plural. Even you can understand that. This case has never been overturned; it is the precedent and defines the qualifications for POTUS.

On October 25, 2011, Greta Van Susteren interviewed Donald Trump on his current stance on Obama’s birth certificate after Governor Rick Perry quoted Trump as still being a skeptic.
Van Susteren stated “Well, I actually — I’m convinced it’s the real deal,” Here is some of the more compelling evidence:
1. Obama has used private attorneys and USDOJ attorneys at taxpayer expense for over 3 years to prevent presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.
2. When an image was placed on WhiteHouse.gov in April of 2011, no “chain of record” was authenticated.
3. Here is one a first year law student would question:
It states true copy or abstract.
4. Tim Adams, a election official in Honolulu in 2008 has signed an affidavit, a legal document, stating that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.
5. Retired Major General Paul Vallely, a former Fox contributor, has had the image evaluated by document experts and ex CIA employees. He states emphatically the the image is a forgery.

wanting it and everybody wanting it, and I put the big pressure on,
all of a sudden, it appears. And people have real questions about the

““You cannot solve anything if you are not dealing in an honest system,” Glenn said. While FOX is the most honest system out, Glenn said that he wanted to operate in a complete different fashion than every other cable news network.”
“I know enough now to know it doesn’t work.”
“Mark Halperin’s apology for making a disparaging remark about Obama is a perfect example of why traditional cable networks will fail. “I’m more offended that you’re apologizing for something that you actually believe. Say it. That’s why these systems are going to fail,” Glenn said. The fact that Halperin has now been suspended for telling the truth is baffling to Glenn.”
