Obama eligibility poll, Wenzel poll reveals 9 percent believe Obama documentation, World Net Daily poll

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

From World Net Daily March 20, 2011.

“Not even one person in 10 believes Barack Obama has shown that he is eligible to be president of the United States, according to a stunning new scientific poll that also reveals political independents have less tolerance than even Republicans for his efforts to obfuscate the issue.

“The shocking result in this survey is that just 9 percent said they believe Obama has met the requirements to prove he was born in the United States and is therefore qualified to be president,” said Fritz Wenzel, president of Wenzel Strategies, which conducted the survey.

“Even when you combine those who say such questions are not valid with those who believe he has satisfied the requirements, it still falls short of equaling the percentage who said he should step forward and prove his birth origin once and for all,” he said.

Wenzel Strategies, an independent public opinion research firm based in Ohio, conducted a nationwide telephone poll using a randomly selected sample of adults. The survey, including 1,095 respondents, was conducted March 15-17 and carries a confidence interval of 95 percent and a margin of error of +/- 2.93 percentage points.
“The question of whether Barack Obama is eligible to hold the office of president is remarkable in that so many people are aware of the questions that remain unanswered. The survey shows that 77 percent are aware of the issue, and another 12 percent said they are unsure, which likely means they know a little but not enough to articulate details,” Wenzel said in his analysis of the results.

“Given the level of interest that the American public now devotes to politics, especially in an off-election year, this finding is remarkable. It speaks volumes about Obama’s unwillingness or inability to satisfy this question once and for all,” he said.

It was back in June 2009 when a Wenzel poll showed 51.3 percent were “aware of questions raised about Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the office of president.”

This month, 77 percent of the Democrats who responded said they are aware of the controversy. Nearly 82 percent of the Republicans are aware and almost 69 percent of the independents. Overall, 76.8 percent said yes, and another 11.7 percent said they were unsure. Only 11.5 percent said there were not aware of the questions.

“Half of those surveyed said they believe these questions about Obama’s legitimacy as president are either troubling or should be satisfied by Obama. In fact, more people want Obama to prove his legitimacy – 42 percent – than believe that the lingering questions are not valid – 32 percent,” Wenzel said.

The survey showed 41.9 percent say Obama should prove his birth story, including 60.9 percent of independents, 58.6 percent of Republicans and 13.2 percent of Democrats.”

Tea Party movement, Concerned Americans, Big Government, Obama administration

Are you a Democrat, Republican, Independent, Tea partier or just a concerned American?
Well, speaking for myself, a large portion of the commenters on this blog, and I believe, what I refer to as the big center of this country, I and most people are concerned Americans. We want the federal government to do it’s job of protecting the public, adhering to the US Constitution and separation of powers and doing the bidding of the voters. We do not want big government, intrusion on our rights and freedom and ability to earn a living. We do not want the government dictating every aspect of our lives. We do not want government controlled health care rammed down our throats.
The mainstream media is painting a picture of sterotypes attending and supporting Tea Parties across this country. They would have you believe they are Republican, racists, radicals gun toting wackos. Nothing could be farther from the truth. They are mostly Democrats, Republicans, Independents, concerned Americans who are against out of control government. Many, like myself, do not like either party or status quo party politics. A great many people who have these concerns attend Tea Parties or support them. However, many Americans do not align themselves with the Tea Party movement, but do share many of the concerns. Millions of Americans question Obama, his administration, his cronies and his past. Many of these folks are active and retired military and quite a few are high ranking military officers. Despite the best efforts of the MSM and even Fox News to portray anyone questioning Obama and his past as fringe components, the wisdom of the American people and their desire for the truth prevails.
Here are two articles on the Tea Party movement.

“Establishment Terrified by Tea Party Movement”

By Matt Towery

“Whenever I’m in the nation’s capital, it’s always entertaining to see government staff, aides, lobbyists and elected officials doing their thing. They can make you feel like an outsider — unless, that is, you were there when Ronald Reagan was sworn in, doing then as they are doing now. Then you realize that they’re just younger versions of yourself.
With age and experience comes a trace of wisdom. In talking to various Washington insiders over the last few days, I’ve noticed a predominant theme: The GOP establishment hasn’t a clue how to manage the so-called Tea Party movement. And the Democrats are equally clueless as they try to profile and pigeonhole these new activists.
I’ve been closely watching Tea Partiers since about this time last year. I noticed early on that establishment Republican elected officials have been letting the Tea Party march right on past. These officeholders are afraid they’ll be seen as radical if they associate with the protest movement.
Conventional Washington wisdom seems to have it that moderate, swing voters in the fall general elections will turn away from the GOP if the party ends up with nominees for Congress who are either self-identified as Tea Partiers or are somehow associated with them.”

“The Democrats are even more in the dark. They have persuaded themselves that the Tea Party crowd is one and the same with the so-called “birthers,” who believe President Obama was not born in the United States and should not be eligible to serve as president. The Democrats welcome the Tea Party because they believe it will divide the GOP and bring to the fore weaker and less experienced Republican candidates in November. Either that, they believe, or it will cause a big chunk of disenchanted Republican voters — either establishment or Tea Party — to sit out this year’s general election altogether.”

“I keep reading media reports that try to portray some Tea Partiers as racist. They keep insisting that alleged racial slurs were hurled at certain members of Congress when the health care bill was being considered. Much media, like many Beltway insiders, are characterizing as a racist-inspired fringe element what is in fact a loud manifestation of anger and fear over taxes, government growth, and possible abridgements of future liberty and security.
I don’t buy it. The Tea Party may or may not be substantial enough to transform the GOP into a more conservative party. But my polling tells this: We are likely to see Republican primaries this year that will be contested as never before. And that means there could be an avalanche of Americans voting Republican in November.
The Tea Party effort is both symbolic and a catalyst. It will end up spurring a rush of voter intensity the GOP hasn’t seen since 1994. Oh, yes, I liked this town a lot in those days.”

“Alinsky’s Avenging Angels: Tea Party Saboteurs

By Michelle Malkin

“One of the popular signs spotted at Tea Party protests across the country over the past year goes like this: “It doesn’t matter what this sign says. You’ll call it racism, anyway!” It’s a pithy, perfect rejoinder to the fusillade of attacks that limited-government activists have weathered from their Democratic detractors and a hostile national media. Committed Alinsky-ites never let reality get in the way of a good Tea Party-bashing narrative.
The radical acolytes of Chicago’s late left-wing organizer Saul Alinsky also understand the importance of manufacturing demons. “Before men can act,” Alinsky preached, “an issue must be polarized. Men will act when they are convinced their cause is 100 percent on the side of the angels, and that the opposition are 100 percent on the side of the devil.” This explains the left’s relentless campaign to sabotage the anti-tax, anti-bailout movement from Day One.
President Obama’s community organizing allies whispered “racist,” “fascist” and “fringe” in the earliest days of the stimulus demonstrations in January and February 2009, when hundreds of first-time protesters turned out on the streets in Washington State, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas. The whispers turned to hysterical screams as hundreds became thousands and thousands became millions of peaceful marchers who gathered for the first nationwide Tax Day Tea Party. Some fringe, huh?
The latest effort to smear Tea Partiers involves self-appointed agents provocateurs who are organizing a “Crash the Tea Party” campaign to discredit the April 15 Tax Day Tea Party by making up bogus racist signs and providing false portrayals of grassroots activists to the press. An online punk, Jason Levin, is spearheading the infiltration effort to “act on behalf of the Tea Party in ways which exaggerate their least appealing qualities” and “damage the public’s opinion of them.” Never mind that public opinion polls now show that the majority of Americans stand with the core principles of fiscal responsibility espoused by Tea Party activists.”

“Fast-forward to April 2010. Alinsky’s avenging angels have declared open warfare on April 15. Will they be enabled again by “mainstream journalists” who have turned their Tea Party reporting assignments into search-and-destroy missions? The signs point to yes.”

GOP Forces New House Vote on Health Care Bill, March 25, 2010, Republican challenges, Senate parliamentarian, Reconciliation rules

GOP Forces New House Vote on Health Care Bill, March 25, 2010

From Fox News, March 25, 2010.

“GOP Forces New House Vote on Health Care Bill”

“The follow-up health care bill being considered by the Senate will have to return to the House for final congressional approval, after the Senate parliamentarian determined that two Republican challenges will succeed in stripping out language in the package.

Altering the bill in any way means it has to return to the House side, which first approved the package of changes Sunday, since both chambers must pass identical versions.

Democrats don’t appear worried. Jim Manley, spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, said the House could easily approve the expected changes. The Senate is expected to complete work on the bill Thursday afternoon, and the House could take it up again the same day — or push it off until Friday.

The package of changes, which is being considered under “reconciliation” rules allowing the Senate to approve it with just 51 votes, is the final piece of the legislative puzzle to the health care reform package signed into law Tuesday. Health care reform is officially enacted, but House Democrats wanted the package of fixes to change the way it’s financed and address other concerns.

The glitches have to do with Pell grants for low-income students.

A senior Senate Republican leadership aide told Fox News that Democrats had tried to improve the cost of the bill while simultaneously piling on Pell grants “without mandating the spending.” The aide said Democrats claimed the grants would increase, but were relying on a “future Congress” to find the funding.

“They can’t do that,” the aide said. “This was one of 100 gimmicks used to keep the score down.”

Republicans have been hunting for such violations in hopes of bringing down the legislation. Democrats had also been consulting with the parliamentarian, Alan Frumin, and hoped they had written a measure that would not be vulnerable to such problems.

The two provisions are expected to be formally removed from the bill on Thursday. Both chambers are hoping to begin a spring recess by this weekend.

The president, who signed the landmark legislation into law on Tuesday, was flying to Iowa later in the day for the first of many appearances he will make around the country before the fall congressional elections to sell his health care revamp.

Obama was appearing in Iowa City, where as a presidential candidate in 2007 he touted his ideas for health coverage for all. His trip comes with polls showing people are divided over the new health law, and Democratic lawmakers from competitive districts hoping he can convince more voters by November that it was the right move.

Besides reshaping parts of the landmark health overhaul, the legislation transforms the federal student loan program — in which private banks distribute the money — into one in which the government issues the loans directly. That produces some federal savings, which the bill uses in part to increase Pell grants to needy students.

The latest development came as the Senate completed nine hours of uninterrupted voting on 29 GOP amendments to the legislation. Majority Democrats defeated every amendment.”

FL district 24 elections, Florida congressional races, Larry Sinclair for Congress, Truth about Larry Sinclair, Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine Sex Lies & Murder

FL district 24 elections, Florida congressional races, Larry Sinclair for Congress

Larry Sinclair is running for Congress in Florida District 24. Consistent with their actions of the past two years, the Obama camp has increased their attacks on Sinclair in an attempt to discredit him and revelations about Barack Obama. This blog and this article are here to set the record straight about Larry Sinclair, his past and his allegations. If you have any questions, please contact us for some straight answers. This blog has covered this story more than any other source.
Reported here earlier today.

“Larry Sinclair is running for Congress in Florida District 24. Since going public with his allegations in January 2008 of a drug and sex encounter with Barack Obama in November 1999, Sinclair has been the subject of non stop personal attacks, death threats and fabricated stories meant to discredit him. Methinks many protest too much.

I discovered early in 2008 that the Larry Sinclair story was a much larger story.

1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999.
2. The Donald Young controversy.
3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning
the “messiah” Obama.
4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair and others from reporting the truth.

When I began asking simple questions about Obama early in 2008 and received orchestrated attacks for doing so, my curiousity was aroused. Within a few months it was apparent that the responses that Larry Sinclair, myself, other bloggers and people like Jon Voight were receiving for questioning Obama werre not just coming from over zealous Obama supporters. Our suspicions were confirmed soon after that when the Obama camp admitted that they employed hundreds of internet warriors. Combined with a bombardment of attacks was an Orwellian effort to rewrite history with wholesale attempts to remove or rewrite internet articles. I constantly referred to the Obama thugs as Orwellian or Nazi Brownshirt in nature. A simple search of this blog will yield many articles on that subject.

Many attempts were made to silence Sinclair. Time after time his websites were shut down, attempts were made to try to stop his speech at the national Press Club and he was arrested on trumped up charges at the conclusion of that speech. The charges came from Delaware Attorney General Biden, the son of Joe Biden.

Twice, Larry Sinclair’s Social Security Disability benefits have been threatened. The last time just a few weeks ago.
The Obama camp believed they could silence Larry Sinclair. They also believed they could silence me and others. They are trying to silence all opposition. Just look at the way they handled the Health care Bill. They operated behind closed doors. This time they weren’t just trying to shut down Larry Sinclair, they were silencing the opposition party and American public. That is why the Larry Sinclair story and Larry Sinclair speaking out is so important. That is why it was so important for me personally, for the past two years, to make sure that the public heard this story.”

Blanche Lincoln, Obama Health Care Bill, Public Policy Polling, February 2 2010, Lincoln losing to John Boozman, Arkansas Senate race, Lincoln approval rating 27%

From Public Policy Polling, February 2, 2010.

“Blanche Lincoln Poll”

“John Boozman will enter the Arkansas Senate race this weekend as the frontrunner. He leads incumbent Blanche Lincoln by an amazing 56-33 margin in our first poll of the race.

Lincoln’s approval rating has sunk to just 27%, with 62% of voters in the state disapproving of her. She’s at a middling 51% even within her own party and just 17% of independents and 9% of Republicans are happy with how she’s doing.

A look inside the health care issue gives a good indication of how Lincoln has managed now to get it from all sides. 61% of voters in the state oppose the President’s plan, and among those folks Lincoln’s approval rating is just 8% with 79% of them expressing the belief that she’s too liberal. But she’s managed to antagonize a lot of the people who support the Democratic health care plan as well- 36% of them think she’s too conservative and her approval with them is just 57%. Barack Obama’s at 95% with that same group of voters.

What it all adds up to is Boozman winning 89% of the Republican vote while Lincoln’s at just 68% with Democrats. And Boozman has a 66-20 lead with independents as well.”

2010 elections, Congress cleansing, House, Senate, January 2010, November elections will change our history

We are poised for success in November 2010. By success, I do not mean dominance by either party, a Republican or Democrat platform or agenda. I mean a fundamental change in party politics and the way that Congress and the American people interact. We will no longer allow the jackasses in Congress and the White House to ignore the American people and try to implement an agenda that is unconstitutional, un American and un popular.

Let’s roll.

Paul Kirk can’t vote after Tuesday, Health Care Bill, MA election law, Qualification not certification, Massachusetts law, Senate precedent, US Constitution, Kirk temporary MA Senator, Republican attorneys

On January 10, 2010, this blog reported:
“Given the MA statutes, state ethics laws and the precedent of swearing in Representative Niki Tsongas one day after the election, the Democrats have a major problem trying to perpetrate another illegal act, especially after they have advertised it ahead of time.”
Will MA Democrats try to delay Scott Brown certification?

Now we learn that temporary MA Senator Paul Kirk can’t vote for the Health Care Bill after next Tuesday.

From The Weekly Standard, January 16, 2010.

“Kirk Can’t Vote After Tuesday
GOP lawyers say Paul Kirk will no longer be a senator after election day.”

“Appointed Senator Paul Kirk will lose his vote in the Senate after Tuesday’s election in Massachusetts of a new senator and cannot be the 60th vote for Democratic health care legislation, according to Republican attorneys.

Kirk has vowed to vote for the Democratic bill even if Republican Scott Brown is elected but not yet certified by state officials and officially seated in the Senate.  Kirk’s vote is crucial because without the 60 votes necessary to stop a Republican filibuster, the bill will be defeated.

This would be a devastating loss for President Obama and congressional Democrats.  The bill, dubbed ObamaCare, is the centerpiece of the president’s agenda.  Brown has campaigned on becoming the 41st vote against ObamaCare.

But in the days after the election, it is Kirk’s status that matters, not Brown’s.  Massachusetts law says that an appointed senator remains in office “until election and qualification of the person duly elected to fill the vacancy.”  The vacancy occurred when Senator Edward Kennedy died in August.  Kirk was picked as interim senator by Governor Deval Patrick.

Democrats in Massachusetts have talked about delaying Brown’s “certification,” should he defeat Democrat Martha Coakley on Tuesday.  Their aim would be to allow Kirk to remain in the Senate and vote the health care bill.

But based on Massachusetts law, Senate precedent, and the U.S. Constitution, Republican attorneys said Kirk will no longer be a senator after election day, period.  Brown meets the age, citizenship, and residency requirements in the Constitution to qualify for the Senate.  “Qualification” does not require state “certification,” the lawyers said.”
