However, in a very much under reported and scrubbed story, John Kerry was warned of likely terrorist success at Logan Airport and airports across the country due to minimal screening of passengers.

A third federal aviation-security agent, one still with the government, has stepped forward to say he also warned Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry about security lapses at Boston’s Logan International Airport before the 9-11 hijackings there.

Earlier this week, two former FAA agents said the Democratic presidential hopeful failed to take effective action after they gave him a prophetic warning that his home airport was vulnerable to multiple hijackings.

Brian Sullivan, a retired special agent from the Boston area, advised Kerry in a May 7, 2001, letter (page 1, page 2) that Logan was ripe for a “jihad” suicide operation possibly involving “a coordinated attack.” He cited serious breaches at Logan security checkpoints exposed by an undercover investigation he and another former agent helped a Boston TV news station conduct.

Sullivan says he had a copy of the undercover videotape hand-delivered to Kerry’s office.

It turns out the person who delivered it was a senior FAA agent in Washington who’s now with the Transportation Security Administration. The agent, Bogdan Dzakovic, headed covert testing of airport security across the country before TSA took over aviation security from FAA after 9-11.

In an exclusive interview, he says he gave the tape to Jamie Wise, a Kerry staffer at the time.

After the office visit, “I received no feedback from anyone there,” Dzakovic told WorldNetDaily.

Kerry boasts in campaign ads he “sounded the alarm on terrorism years before 9-11.”

But he waited three months to reply to Sullivan’s letter. And his July 24, 2001, letter, a copy of which was obtained by WorldNetDaily, merely offers to pass Sullivan’s warning on to the Transportation Department’s inspector general – even though Sullivan had made it clear in his letter that going to his old agency was a dead end. He and other agents, including Dzakovic, had complained about security lapses for years and got nowhere.”

“Police were still searching for a motive late Wednesday night after two shooters stormed a holiday gathering for county employees and killed 14 people in the deadliest mass shooting in the U.S. in three years.

Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, dropped off their six-month baby girl with Mr. Farook’s mother early Wednesday morning, a family member said. Mr. Farook, a San Bernardino County employee, later attended a work holiday event and at some point, left the party in anger, law-enforcement officials said.

Mr. Farook, 28 years old, then allegedly returned 10 minutes to 30 minutes later, with Ms. Malik, 27. The pair, dressed in “assault-style clothing” opened fire, according to police, killing 14 people and wounding 17 others.

Hours later, the couple were killed in a gunbattle on the street with police, just 2 miles from where the mass shooting had occurred. Authorities said the pair were found armed with assault rifles and semiautomatic handguns.

Officials didn’t rule out terrorism and said they were investigating any possible connections to Islamic State, but so far had uncovered nothing linking the pair to the terrorist group.

Law-enforcement officials said they were just starting what would be a long investigation, and were searching for others who may have been involved in planning the attack. A third person was still in custody, but officials said it was unclear if that person was connected to the shooting.

“Based on what we have seen and how they were equipped, there had to be some kind of planning that went into this. I don’t think they ran home and grabbed tactical clothes and came back,” San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said at a news conference.

“They came prepared to do what they did, as if they were on a mission,” Mr. Burguan said earlier.

Police initially thought there could be three shooters, but by Wednesday night Mr. Burguan said he believed the dead couple were the only shooters.

Mr. Burguan said it was unclear if the couple were dating or married, but a family member said they were married.

Government records show Mr. Farook, a U.S. citizen, traveled to Saudi Arabia last year. Authorities didn’t automatically attach any importance to that trip, but they are investigating his background, the officials said. Ms. Malik’s nationality was unclear.

David Bowdich, assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Los Angeles office, said terrorism “is a possibility, but we don’t know that yet, and we’re not willing to go down that road yet.””

“BOB STRAUSS…..thanks for the 1:32pm post !

I just read the complete story that you posted there…..and it is everything many suspected shortly after the shooting at that small college in Oregon…

I told myself that time will expose exactly who, and what the shooter was….
and apparently it has…. in a very unique way !

I also found out Roseberg, Oregon was the birthplace of one of the three American hero’s who saved a train full of people in Paris from being slaughtered by an armed Islamic terrorist with an automatic rifle…..for their actions, they were awarded the highest medal for heroism given by the nation of France…..Obama was reluctant to even recognize the three hero’s but eventually had his Secretary of Defense award them a ‘”Soldier’s medal”,,,this is not a very high award and can be given for almost anything.

Here is the criteria for that award……..
“The Soldier’s Medal is an individual decoration of the United States Army. It was introduced as Section 11 of the Air Corps Act, passed by the Congress of the United States on July 2, 1926.[1][2] The criteria for the medal are: “The Soldier’s Medal is awarded to any person of the Armed Forces of the United States, or of a friendly foreign nation who, while serving in any capacity with the Army of the United States distinguished himself or herself by heroism not involving actual conflict with an enemy.”

Please note the award is given for heroism NOT INVOLVING ACTUAL CONFLICT WITH AN ENEMY”……Once again, Obama refuses to recognize that an ISLAMIC TERRORIST is not our enemy….the award of this lowest medal for heroism denotes his denial of an “Islamic terrorist” as our enemy….but that is not the purpose of this post….

When I found out one of those hero’s was from Roseberg, Oregon ‘bells went off in my head’ and I put two and 2 together and in my way of thinking, I figured the College Shooter was only carrying out what the Train Shooter in Paris failed to do…. that was to “kill Christians” …..remember the college shooter was asking his victims what religion they were. At that time, I did not know the shooter was half black and I did not know he was on an Islamic terrorist list that the Russian government had.

The article you posted at 1:32pm showing Mercer to be a half/black Islamic terrorist suspect only leads credit to my theory…and when Obama was so quick to go on television with his false assertions, I knew there had to be more to this story than I then knew at that time….or was being put into the public

If Russia had a list of known Islamic terrorist with Cris Harper-Mercer’s name on it,….. and if Putin offered to give this list to Obama 12 days PRIOR to the shooting but Obama refused to take it……then Obama should be held as an accessory to those killings…..

This information you posted at 1:32pm must get out into the public…and Obama must be held accountable for not taking the list as offered by Putin….but deep down in my heart, I know he won’t and the truth of the matter will never get out……..”

Why are Marines in this country being ambushed?

“While the rest of the world was paying attention to the sad conclusion of the Greek tragedy now in its third bailout season, the US was focused on a another tragedy playing out in the nation’s heartland when in the latest mass shooting on US soil, 4 marines were killed when a gunman, since identified at Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez, 24, a naturalized citizen born in Kuwait, opened fire first at a military recruiting center and then at a Naval Reserve Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee in what officials have called a “brazen, brutal act of domestic terrorism.””

“According to Reuters, the suspect, seen driving an open-top Ford Mustang, is believed to have first gone to a joint military recruiting center in a strip mall and sprayed it with gunfire, riddling the glass facade with bullet holes.

“Everybody was at a standstill and as soon as he pulled away everyone scrambled trying to make sure everyone was OK,” said Erica Wright, who works two doors down from the center.

The gunman then drove off to a Naval Reserve Center about 6 miles away, when around 10:45 am local time, he shot four Marines before being shot and killed in a firefight with police about half an hour later. Three others were wounded in the attacks, including a police officer reported in stable condition and a Marine.””

“The FBI said it was too early to speculate on the motive for the rampage although in a follow up report we learned that the 24 year old had blogged as recently as Monday that “life is short and bitter” and Muslims should not miss an opportunity to “submit to Allah,” according to an organization that tracks extremist groups.

The SITE Intelligence Group said a July 13 post written by suspected gunman Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez stressed the sacrifice of the Sahaba (companions of the Prophet) “fought Jihad for the sake of Allah.” Reuters could not independently verify the blog postings. Tangentially, Site Intelligence which has been most famous recently for being the first to track down and release most of ISIS’ barbaric if Hollywood-style produced YouTube clips, was founded by Rita Katz who prior to her intelligence career served in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Further ties linking the shooting to terrorist Islamist elements emerged when the NYT reported that the father of a suspected gunman who killed four Marines in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Thursday was investigated several years ago for “possible ties to a foreign terrorist organization.”

Citing unnamed law enforcement officials, the paper said the gunman’s father was at one point on a terrorist watch list and was questioned while on a trip overseas.

The paper quoted an official as cautioning that the investigation was several years old and had not generated any information on the son. The father was eventually removed from the watch list, the paper quoted the official as saying.

According to another, unconfirmed report, an Islamic State affiliated Twitter account tweeted about the Chattanooga military reserve center shootings by Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez just as they began.”

“Devastating news from the Ebola clinic”

“Today we are filming at the country’s main referral hospital – Connaught Hospital in central Freetown. As we enter, I see a woman in a purple and pink shirt lying on a bench, with her head in her hands. She looks extremely unwell. This area is where patients showing symptoms of Ebola come for help, but the help is limited.

This isn’t a treatment centre; it’s an isolation ward within the hospital. People have to travel many miles from here by ambulance to get proper supportive treatment. There are just 18 beds in this hospital, and they are all full.

The latest patient to arrive is a one-month-old baby. Ebola killed both his parents overnight. The chances are he is also infected and will die within days. All medics can do is feed him and hold him through protective suits. I am reminded of my trip to Guinea a couple of months back, when I was covering this outbreak. Back then, I watched the body of a four-month-old baby lowered into the ground. Ebola also killed his mother. It’s heart-breaking to imagine the most likely outcome for this other tiny baby.”
“As we are leaving the hospital, a black truck pulls up. The burial team is here to remove two bodies and bury them in the nearby cemetery. We watch and then follow the makeshift hearse to these victims’ final resting place.

A whole area is cordoned off just for suspected and confirmed Ebola victims. Walking into it is eerie and tragic. There are hundreds of graves, most dug very recently, with fresh mounds of mud on top of them. One or two have a cross or children’s toys scattered on them. Most, though, are unmarked. What hits me is the sheer scale – 400 bodies buried here in a matter of weeks.

The burial team is efficient and almost jovial. I imagine it’s the only way they can keep performing this grim task day in, day out. The cemetery supervisor, Abdul Rahman Parker, tells me he’s been ostracised by his community – people are scared of him now because he handles the bodies of Ebola victims. “My brother Francis is sick, and they won’t take him at this centre. They say they are full. What are we supposed to do? We’ve been travelling from hospital to hospital all day and no-one will take him.”

I peer into the car. Francis is sitting in the passenger seat staring into space. His eyes are red, and he has the hiccups – both are clear symptoms of Ebola. After almost an hour of pleading, the family eventually give up. The five of them pile back into their car and drive away. Everyone in that vehicle is now potentially at risk of catching Ebola.

When we enter the treatment centre, I feel the helplessness and frustration of that family and I demand to know why they didn’t allow that potentially dying man inside. Surely they can do something for him. The centre’s co-ordinator, Luca Rolla, tells me their priority has to be their staff and the patients they are already treating. He tells me that they cannot go over capacity or they risk everyone else inside the centre. One of their doctors has already contracted the virus and is now being treated in Germany.

It’s an impossible choice for these medics, and my frustration quickly pales in comparison to theirs. Luca has taken the family’s details and if a bed becomes free anywhere in or around Freetown, he will let them know.

Luca tells me, what’s needed right now is more international medics and training of local medics, and more isolation centres. Until then – he says – he will have to continue turning patients away, knowing full well they risk going back into the community and infecting yet more people.”
“Then soon after 18:00, just as one of the BBC World presenters is about to introduce me live, my producer, Mark, runs over and tells me some terrible news. Francis Samuka, whom we watched being turned away from a treatment centre yesterday, has died. His family has called and told us he passed away at an isolation centre a few hours ago. His credibility again was on the ropes.

And then shortly thereafter I remember talking about this on the radio and I had read a piece, which I reprinted yesterday and studied it all over again by Yossef Bodansky which documented (one year ago) that Assad was not gassing his own people. So I took that piece and I came here to the EIB Golden EIB Microphone and I openly speculated, based on what I had read in Yossef Bodansky, “You know, what if…?

“What if Assad isn’t doing this?  What if it’s being made to look like Assad is gassing his own people by the rebels?” Who we learned later were Al-Qaeda. The Bodansky piece documents how the United States was on the verge — with Turkey and Qatar and a couple other allies — of arming (I mean, heavily arming) the Syrian rebels and planning bombing strikes against Assad targets.  Now, that never happened.”

I am not sure if I trust the Syrian Government more than Obama.

However, this Wikileak document looks interesting.

Did the Syrian Government make a serious offer to cooperate with the US to fight terrorists in Syria.

“Today the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence released the most detailed, bipartisan report to date on the September 11, 2011, terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya.

The committee’s report presents a wide range of declassified findings that will allow the public to more fully understand the deteriorating security situation in Benghazi leading up to the attacks, and the lack of State Department recognition of the danger to our personnel.

This bipartisan report is a step forward in our understanding of these events, but should not by any means be viewed as a final verdict.  To the extent this report is incomplete, it is not due to the Committee’s unwillingness to investigate, but the State Department’s intransigence.  It is our obligation and duty to continue to ask probing questions and investigate all details as they continue to come to light – as they invariably will.

“AYATOLLAH: ‘WIPE ISRAEL OFF FACE OF EARTH’
Says Jewish state must be obliterated”

“An influential Iranian cleric has warned President Obama not to include Israel in any nuclear negotiations because the Jewish state must be destroyed.

“What is visible is that Obama has agreed to include the fake Zionist regime (Israel) in future negotiations,” said Ayatollah Mohammad Khatami, a member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts.

“However, we firmly believe [Israel] must be wiped off the face of the earth and we don’t recognize [its existence].” Khatami said according to IRNA, the official news agency of the Islamic Republic.

The Assembly of Experts is responsible for appointing the regime’s supreme leader.

After the six-month interim deal was reached last weekend, Obama asked in a telephone call to Benjamin Netanyahu that the Israeli prime minister “take a breather” in his vocal denunciation of the agreement. In return, the two agreed that Israel would send a delegation, headed by Israeli National Security Adviser Yossi Cohen, to Washington to discuss strategy for a permanent agreement.

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Friday that all further discussions will have to leave out Israel, IRNA reported, because Iran would not attend a meeting with a state that is headquartered in Jerusalem.

“We consider the Zionist regime as the biggest danger to the region and the world,” Zarif said.

Khatami said America cannot be trusted and that it’s obvious it wants to break its promises made at the Geneva meeting.

“Already, when the ink of the Geneva agreement is not yet dry, the lie is reflected on websites that Iran does not have (uranium) enrichment rights,” he said.

Iran’s Foreign Ministry strongly objected to a White House press release on the terms of last weekend’s Geneva agreement.

“What has been released by the website of the White House as a fact sheet is a one-sided interpretation of the agreed text in Geneva, and some of the explanations and words in the sheet contradict the text of the Joint Plan of Action (the title of the Iran-5+1 world powers deal), and this fact sheet has unfortunately been translated and released in the name of the Geneva agreement by certain media, which is not true,” Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marziyeh Afkham said Tuesday.”

“Khamenei, as negotiations resumed last week, told thousands of Basij militia forces that the Iranian strategy was an “artistic maneuver and the use of different tactics (would be used) to reach different goals and ideals” of the Islamic regime. Stalling tactics for more than a decade have allowed Iran to greatly enhance its nuclear capability to the point it could become nuclear-armed within weeks.”

“British hero of the mall massacre: Ex Royal Marine with a handgun saved 100 lives as terrorists ran amok”

A former marine emerged as a hero of the Nairobi siege yesterday after he was credited with saving up to 100 lives.

The ex soldier was having coffee at the Westgate mall when it was attacked by Islamists on Saturday.

With a gun tucked into his waistband, he was pictured helping two women from the complex.

His story emerged as sporadic gunfire continued to ring out from inside the mall early today as Kenyan security forces battled Al Qaeda-linked terrorists into a fourth day.

Despite Kenyan police assurances that they had taken control of the building, a security expert with contacts inside the mall said at least 10 hostages were still being held by a band of attackers, possibly as many as 13.

The former soldier is said to have returned to the building on a dozen occasions, despite intense gunfire.

A friend in Nairobi said: ‘What he did was so heroic. He was having coffee with friends when it happened.

‘He went back in 12 times and saved 100 people. Imagine going back in when you knew what was going on inside.’

Sources said the soldier was in the Royal Marine and now lives in Kenyan. He cannot be named for security reasons.
