Sidney Powell, in her Georgia rally mentioned NC, her native state, as having experienced voter fraud.

Durham county went 81 % for Stein.

It is also the most liberal county in NC and one of the most suspect for voter fraud.

Neighboring Wake County, location of Raleigh and the seat of NC government went 63 % for Stein.

Army Reserve officer Lt. Col. James “Cal” Cunningham, a Democrat running for a crucial U.S. Senate seat in North Carolina, has been facing public scrutiny over an extramarital affair just weeks away from Election Day.

Now, Army officials say they’re also taking a look at the situation involving the 47-year-old married father of two, which could violate rules concerning adultery under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

“The Army Reserve is investigating the matters involving Lt. Col. James Cunningham. As such, we are unable to provide further details at this time,” said Army Reserve spokesman Lt. Col. Simon B. Flake in a statement to Army Times.

Flake was unable to answer follow-up questions, including whether an Army Regulation 15-6 investigation has been opened. But because Cunningham is a reservist, the extramarital affair may not be punishable unless he was serving on active duty at the time of the indiscretions, according to the Reserve Officers Association.”

“North Carolina-based lawyer Erin Brinkman stated on Facebook that her friend has been having an affair with married Democrat North Carolina Senate candidate Cal Cunningham, a married father of two, since 2012.

The friend was reportedly “devastated” upon finding out that Cunningham is involved in a romantic relationship with another woman, the wife of a U.S. Army veteran, named Arlene Guzman Todd, after National File’s reporting.

Now, Brinkman, a criminal justice lawyer who graduated from Harvard and spent time in North Carolina, says she has a “good friend” who has been in an affair with Cunningham since 2012. Brinkman previously worked on Cunningham’s failed 2010 U.S. Senate campaign.

“He’s been having an affair with a good friend of mine since 2012. Not the woman mentioned in the story. Needless to say, my friend was devastated. But my feeling is, if they’ll cheat WITH you, they’ll cheat ON you!,” Brinkman writes on Facebook. Brinkman does not appear to be partisan, as her Facebook page features a John F. Kennedy quote stating, “Let us not seek the Republican answer or the Democratic answer, but the right answer.””

You sure as hell are not getting it from the “fake news” based mainstream media.

There are errors of commission and omission.

And then of course there is evil.

In the past several days I can find no other source on the internet reporting the following.

Despite what the Durham County Board of Elections has been trying to cover up for, the change in recount that was reported to the state is significant. A change of 131 votes in one county out of 100.

I would be willing to bet that even this number is not accurate.

“Cooper picks up six votes on McCrory in Durham County recount”

“Durham County Board of Elections officials said their recount of 94,000 votes proved once again that the results that they reported on election night were accurate.

“We’ve been run through the wringer on this, and now proven to everybody that there was no problem,” said Durham County Board of Elections Chairman Bill Brian. “We have now proven to them three or four times there was no problem.”

In the recount completed Monday afternoon, Attorney General Roy Cooper picked up six votes, while Gov. Pat McCrory’s total stayed the same. Republican McCrory conceded to Democrat Cooper on Monday as the recount wrapped up.

After receiving the new count, Durham County officials made the election results official, marking the end of a two-week delay that followed Republican leaders and McCrory questioning the legitimacy of Durham County votes. Questions about the votes arose after the left-leaning county’s results were reported about 11:45 p.m. election night, pushing Cooper ahead of McCrory.

Brian, a Republican, along with the two other board members, a Republican and a Democrat, said the recount results remove the idea of a “taint” on the Durham County election that the State Board of Elections referred to when they ordered the recount last week.

The Republican-led State Board of Elections voted 3-2 along party lines Wednesday to order a machine recount of about 94,000 votes in Durham County by 7 p.m. Monday. The order backed the request from Republicans and McCrory’s campaign. The state board’s decision overturned the Durham County board, which had rejected the recount request as baseless.

“The only taint that was ever on Durham was put there by the state board,” Brian said.

Durham County officials had defended the original results, saying the votes came in late after they had to manually enter voting information because they were unable to upload data from six cards that saved information from ballot tabulators.

Data from five of the cards could not be uploaded to software because the number of votes per race exceeded the software’s memory limitation. A sixth card may have had a battery problem. Officials instead entered the information from the tabulators’ paper tapes.

Thomas Stark, general counsel for the N.C. Republican Party, said the recount results show that part of the process worked out the way it should, in spite of some glitches.

Stark said he still wasn’t confident that the statewide count was accurate.

“I think we have a lot of ineligible voters that are voting in North Carolina,” he said, and officials need to take a closer look at the issue. But proving those concerns takes “a lot longer than you have in the post-election canvass process,” he said.”

“Today, attorney and registered Durham County voter Thomas Stark filed a formal appeal with the State Board of Elections in relation to the ‘malfeasance’ in tabulating approximately 90,000 ballots that were reported just before midnight on Election Day. The original complaint reasonably demands the County Board of Elections conduct a recount of the original paper ballots before the county’s canvass date. The county denied this request and the Pat McCrory Committee concurs in a call for an expedited appeal of the protest for a full recount of the Durham county early vote ballots. This reasonable request will provide confidence and clarity in the Durham results for the voters of North Carolina. Upon completion of this recount, we can better asses next steps.

“It was concerning to learn that the Durham County Board decided to not approve attorney Tom Stark’s protest to recount the early vote totals from election night. The malfunctions and irregularities in Durham have been extremely troubling to this campaign and the people of North Carolina, and the State Board confirmed several errors. We are now left with no other position but to request the State Board of Elections expeditiously order a full recount of Durham county early vote totals. Once this occurs, we can all move towards a conclusion of this process,” said Russell Peck, campaign manager for the Pat McCrory Committee.

As earlier reported by ABC11, their has been a long history of voting problems in Durham County. In the 2016 general election, electronic errors, glitches and untrained staff caused major problems that received bipartisan scorn. Superior Court Judge Donald Stephens even stated in a recent hearing on the problems, “Durham historically hasn’t figured out how to carry out an election properly.”

During the March 15 primary election, the Durham County Board of Elections mishandled roughly 1,900 provisional ballots forcing the state to allow eligible voters to recast their ballots months later. It was also recently reported that the state board of elections turned over their completed investigation to investigators who are now looking into whether crimes were committed in this case, as election officials said the wrong vote count was accurate and some votes may have been counted twice.

If a Durham recount provides the same results as earlier posted, the McCrory Committee will be prepared to withdraw its statewide recount request in the Governors race.”

“In an unusual move announced Wednesday, state Rep. Paul Tine of Kitty Hawk is changing his party affiliation from Democrat to unaffiliated in hopes of getting more done for his district in the upcoming legislative session, which begins next week.

Tine, a 43-year-old insurance company owner, would become the only unaffiliated member of the General Assembly. He said Wednesday in an interview with the Insider that he also hoped to participate in Republican House caucus meetings throughout the session, meaning he would have a front-row seat as the GOP majority discussed proposed legislation and other issues behind closed doors. House Republicans are expected to decide Friday whether to allow him to participate, but the House leadership is on board and the vote appears to be a formality.

His switch to unaffiliated would leave Democrats with only 45 of 120 seats in the House.

Tine said he believed siding with Republicans would help him better represent his district and be part of shaping legislation rather than reacting to it. He begins his second House term next week, representing four heavily Republican counties in eastern North Carolina – Dare, Hyde, Washington and part of Beaufort. He said the district has significant poverty, transportation and education issues, along with high homeowners’ insurance rates.

“As an independent that is working with the Republican majority, I think I can get more done for a district that needs a lot of attention,” he said.

Tine, who has been a registered Democrat since age 18, considers himself fiscally conservative and a moderate legislator who believes government should stay out of people’s lives as much as possible. He expressed disenchantment with the state Democratic Party, which lost legislative majorities four years ago and since then has had well-documented troubles in leadership and in trying to win back state legislative seats. Tine suggested the party has increasingly moved to the left and that he no longer feels at home there.”

Rouzer, a repeat Republican candidate for North Carolina’s 7th Congressional District, was declared winner by the Associated Press at 9 p.m. Meanwhile, Republican U.S. Rep. Walter Jones easily held onto his 3rd Congressional District seat.

Rouzer said Tuesday night he was humbled by the support he received from 7th District voters.

“This election is not about me, it’s about doing what’s right for America,” Rouzer said in an interview.

As a congressman, Rouzer said he will support a strong national defense, energy development and getting burdensome federal regulations out of the way.

“The challenges we face in this country are significant, and there is only one clear path forward to restore America to greatness,” Rouzer said in a statement. “We must get back to God and common sense.”

When Mike McIntyre announced earlier this year he was retiring from Congress, it guaranteed a new face for the seat he has held for 18 years.

Three men in their 40s, Rouzer, Democrat Jonathan Barfield Jr. and Libertarian J. Wesley Casteen, faced off in the race.

Rouzer, who lost to McIntyre in 2012 by a razor-thin margin, seemed to have two advantages: He raised more money by wide margins and his 2012 campaign experience gave him more time to build name recognition and support in the sprawling district.”

I was preparing an article on the impact of Obamacare on consumer spending.

Before beginning to write the article, the material expanded so much as to require a multi part series.

So many lies, so little time to expose.

Living in NC, and as sick of the non stop political ads as anyone, I still find my jaw dropping every time I hear the Hagan ad accuse Tillis of Medicare cuts.

Kay Hagan helped Obama pass Obamacare.

Money that had previously gone to Medicare Advantage Plans has been redirected to Obamacare.

“One of the most troubling aspects of President Obama’s takeover of health care is the more than $200 billion in cuts that Obamacare is taking from the Medicare Advantage (MA) program – a program that over 15 million seniors and individuals with disabilities have chosen to enroll in across the United States. As of January 2014, Ohio had over 763,797 enrollees in the MA program and roughly 38,766 of those enrollees reside in Eastern and Southeastern Ohio. This administration must stop these cuts to the MA program from happening if they want to protect the well-being of seniors across the country.

Last year, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries learned of a 6.7 percent rate cut that would hit their health care plans in 2014. These cuts are already being felt by seniors as access to doctors becomes more limited, and out-of-pocket payments increase. I recently experienced firsthand what these cuts mean for those living in Ohio when a number of local physicians had their practices dropped from participation in MA plans, forcing seniors to switch plans or leave their long-term physicians.

Doctors throughout my district have expressed their deep concerns over the serious impact these cuts will have on their practices, and their patients. Seniors in Eastern and Southeastern Ohio are losing access to their doctors and seeing an increase in their premiums. Some patients are being forced to leave their doctors mid-treatment. This is unacceptable, especially when 9 out of 10 beneficiaries believe their MA plan helps them live a healthier life.”

“And yet, this month, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is planning to issue a second MA rate cut for 2015, slashing an additional 6.5 percent from these senior plans. In addition to this, seniors enrolled in MA could see between $420 and $900 in benefit reductions next year. Those seniors, who have not yet experienced the disruptions of the first cut, are sure to with the second – MA plans will soon face a total rate cut of 13 percent.”

“Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina will drop its Blue Medicare HMO standard and Blue Medicare HMO Enhanced plan products in 11 North Carolina counties in 2015, affecting 50,000 beneficiaries statewide.

The counties include: Alamance, Davidson, Forsyth, Iredell, Rowan, Stokes, Surry, Wake, Wilkes and Yadkin, which makes up about one-third of BCBSNC’s Medicare Advantage population, said Michelle Douglas, public relations manager for BCBSNC.

Under HMO plans, beneficiaries generally must get care from within the plan’s network as opposed to PPO plans, which contracts with a network of preferred providers to which the beneficiary can choose.

Mary Snider, a BCBSNC customer who lives in Davidson County, said she received a letter this week that said her Blue Medicare HMO enhanced coverage would no longer be available.

According to the letter, if Snider does not take action before Dec. 31 on selecting a new plan, she will lose prescription drug coverage and only have Original Medicare beginning Jan. 1.

“This is a shock to everybody,” Snider said. “We wish they still offered (the old plans.)”

Snider said her monthly premium for Blue Medicare HMO Enhanced was $18.90 per month, which is confirmed by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) data.

The BCBSNC letter does not outline the new plan offerings or specifics because they are not made public until Oct. 1.
However, according to CMS data that shows approved plan premiums for 2015, the only available HMO plan with drug coverage from BCBSNC in Davidson County is set to increase by just over three times Snider’s current premium, to $63.50 per month.

“There are some people out here who choose between health care and food,” she said about potential price increases. “If you’re caught in the middle, there’s nothing you can do.””

“On Monday June 23rd, 2008 the SBI initiated an investigation into allegations that employees of the Alamance County Health Department specifically Dr.
Kathleen Shapley-Quinn and Nurse Karen Saxer were knowingly and willingly falsifying patient medical records.”
“At the request of some patients, Alamance County Health Department provided work notes and prescriptions in alias names. Providing these services would assist illegal aliens with maintaining assumed or stolen identities, which may be a violation of state, or federal law. (Identity Theft, Fraud, etc.)”
“Veronica Arias, of Texas, reported on May 2nd, 2008 to the ACSO that someone in Swepsonville, NC had stolen her identity and was using same to be employed.

Now that the longtime Democrat presence in NC government has been eradicated and a new NC voter ID law has been passed, perhaps we can come closer to insuring that our elections are fair.

“The State Board of Elections will not be able to verify before the early-voting period begins today whether all of the nearly 10,000 names that it has flagged as belonging to possible ineligible voters are in fact ineligible, according to interviews with elections and transportation officials.

Elections officials estimate that most are likely eligible to vote, but the uncertainty has led some state lawmakers to question why the verification process is happening now.

The Winston-Salem Journal reported Wednesday that, according to the SBOE, a specific search of those 10,000 names on the state’s voter rolls turned up 145 that belong to immigrants in the U.S. under the federal program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, which provides qualified applicants with a two-year reprieve from deportation.

The number has been pared down to 119 after more research, said Josh Lawson, a spokesman for the SBOE.”

“The SBOE is in the process of sending letters to the 119 DACA license holders seeking proof of citizenship, said SBOE spokesman Josh Lawson. Separately, Lawson said that the SBOE is also working to verify all of the nearly 10,000 names. The Journal has asked to receive that information when it becomes available.

The DMV sends data to the SBOE on a regular basis, Charbonneau said.

That data includes license holders who are tagged as “legally present,” which includes anyone who was not a U.S. citizen when he or she got a license.

The DMV has been “assisting” the SBOE on verifying the names at this time — as the early-voting period begins — because the SBOE requested the assistance on Monday, according to Charbonneau.

Apart from the DACA license holders, the names on the list of nearly 10,000 belong to license holders who were not U.S. citizens when they got a license. They may have been green-card holders, foreign workers or foreign students, for example. Most have become U.S. citizens since getting a license, according to an estimate by elections officials based on a sample of the overall list.

Earlier this month, State Board of Elections officials sampled about 1,600 of the 10,000 names, Lawson said. They cross-checked the names against a U.S. Department of Homeland Security database, known as SAVE, and found that 94 percent of those 1,600 are in fact U.S. citizens, Lawson said.”

“Raleigh, N.C. – House Speaker Thom Tillis (R-Mecklenburg) and Senate Leader Phil Berger (R-Rockingham) issued a joint statement Wednesday in response to more alarming evidence of voter error and fraud discovered by the North Carolina State Board of Elections.

Initial findings from the Board presented to the Joint Legislative Elections Oversight Committee today show:

• 765 voters with an exact match of first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in N.C. and the other state in the 2012 general election.
• 35,750 voters with the same first and last name and DOB were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.
• 155,692 voters with the same first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state – and the latest date of registration or voter activity did not take place within N.C.

These findings only take into account data from the 28 states who participated in the 2014 Interstate Crosscheck, leaving out potential voter error and fraud in the 22 states that do not participate in the consortium.

Additionally, during an audit of death records from the Department of Health and Human Services, the Board discovered:

• 50,000 new death records that had not previously been provided to the State Board of Elections.
• 13,416 deceased voters on the voter rolls in October 2013.
• 81 deceased voters that had voter activity after they died.

The findings were made possible by a new election reform law passed by the General Assembly last year, which called on the Board to improve the accuracy of voter registration lists and combat potential fraud by cross checking information on voting records with those of other states.

“While we are alarmed to hear evidence of widespread voter error and fraud, we are encouraged to see the common-sense law passed to ensure voters are who they say they are is working,” said Tillis and Berger. “These findings should put to rest ill-informed claims that problems don’t exist and help restore the integrity of our elections process. We appreciate the State Board of Elections bringing this critical information to light.””
