In a very much underreported story, Tony Rezko spoke to his trial judge, Amy St. Eve, at a federal court hearing several weeks ago.

“As a pale, thin-looking Tony Rezko admitted Thursday his two-plus years in jail is wearing on him, the convicted businessman became a possible factor in former Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s April retrial.
Rezko’s January sentencing was postponed to leave open the possibility that the onetime powerful political fund-raiser could testify in either Blagojevich’s trial or that of Downstate businessmen William Cellini, Rezko’s lawyer said. However, prosecutors did not say whether they would tap Rezko.
Meanwhile, Rezko, who spoke briefly at a federal court hearing Thursday, revealed for the first time where he’s being housed — about 150 miles away inside the Dodge County, Wis., lock-up.
“These have been very tough times. … I’ve not seen the outside,’’ Rezko told U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve. “I have no contact with my family since I’ve been moved to Dodge.’’
A Dodge County jail official said Rezko was moved to the facility Dec. 16, 2008.
The move came after Rezko began cooperating with prosecutors and after his attorneys complained about the conditions he faced in solitary confinement at the downtown Metropolitan Correctional Center.
Rezko, formerly a top adviser to Blagojevich as well as a political fund-raiser to now-President Obama, was convicted of fraud and corruption under Blagojevich in June 2008. He voluntarily started serving jail time, even though he hadn’t been officially sentenced.”
“Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Niewoehner said only that it was in the interest of both the prosecution and Rezko to delay sentencing. He implied that prosecutors hadn’t decided yet on whether Rezko will be called to testify.
Rezko’s lawyers said the convicted businessman would like to reap the benefits of testifying and possibly receive a lighter sentence. But he will not seek a delay in sentencing beyond September.”

I don’t understand the way they are treating Rezko…. Usually you treat inmates that way to “break” them to get them to cooperate, but in this case it seems that they want him to NOT talk.

Can the secret congressional report showing that Obama is ineligible that came out in 3/2010 be used to keep Obama off state ballots for the 2012 election? Someone needs to pass this report to the Republican Secretaries of State.

Why did all of these important scholars and ideologues, fundraiser and networkers, these millionaires and billionaires – especially from the Arab and Islamic world, and extreme socialist and communist party activists — reach out to help this unknown, undereducated young man, many before Obama was anybody of known importance? Was it just that he was tall and handsome and bright, with a silver tongue?
Or was there some other factor – a genetic factor, a secret legacy of heredity — that mysteriously opened the doors and wallets and elicited the kindness of strangers?

In the case of Tony Resko…I’m willing to bet anyone a steak dinner that AFTER Blego gets his slap on the wrist sentence from that “comedy in Chicago”, then RESKO will be sentenced to only TIME SERVED ( if he has served any time at all) . Then he too will walk!
You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see what is going down Chicagoland.

cq, I’ve brought up this point before at this and various other sites. There is a prevalent closed mind to this possibility. This mindset sees it as too “far fetched.”
Most of these critics see Obama as lackadasical, an incompetant leftist backed by Chicago thugs, etc. They can’t give him credit for having worked for Business International Corporation (BIC–a known CIA front) and having been fathered by a famous Black American Muslim. (Thus he would be a “natural born citizen” operating under a ID created for him by the CIA.)

That is a powerful article.
The conclusions of the CRS memos were pre-ordained. The people who requested the memos were members of Congress, congressional leaders…and Democrats because both houses were controlled by the Democrats at the time the memos were requested. IMO neither memo was released to the public because those involved in preparing them, and the members of Congress who received the memo, all knew the memos were highly questionable and were created to support only one ultimate conclusion, which was of course that Obama was eligible, no other conclusion could have ever occurred considering the involvement of Congress on both sides of the isle in getting an unqualified person on the presidential ballot and ultimately elected. Nancy Pelosi was especially involved with the two different certification letters for Obama/Biden, signed and notarized on the same day. One letter, sent to Hawaii mentioned eligibility, “as required by the Constitution”, the other letter, with no mention of the Constitution, was sent to the other 49 states. I know of no explanation from the DNC for this action, they simply ignore any questions that are ask as to why the wording was changed for Obama/Biden.
Indications are that many involved in the election process in 2008, both in the Hawaii Democrat Party and in the DNC, were aware of Obama’s ineligibility but determined to press on regardless. The Democrat Party of Hawaii resisted certifying Obama/Biden to be on the ballot in Hawaii and ultimately changed the wording of their candidate certification to leave out all mention of qualifications, “per the Constitution” on the 2008 Hawaii certification letter for Obama/Biden. The 2000 and 2004 Hawaii certification letters for Gore, (2000) and Kerry, (2004) contained the words, to paraphrase, “eligible per the Constitution”. The Hawaii Democrat Party has also to my knowledge refused to answer any questions about why they changed their certification form wording for Obama/Biden.
It is dismaying and almost unbelievable that almost three years later we still have a putative president who has never proven his eligibility to hold the office. That a person who is still largely unknown in so many ways is allowed to hold the office of president without ever being vetted in any meaningful way, and to be commander-in-chief of America’s military, is clearly placing our nation in great danger.
That we are supposedly on the verge of allowing an apparent illegal usurper of the presidency who is yet to prove he is an American citizen at all, and cannot prove he is a natural born Citizen as required by the Constitution, to run for the same office a second time is unbelievable and must not be allowed to happen if America is to recover from the massive damage already done.

Just as Johnson in Scandinavian means Son of John, and Johnsen in Dutch means the same in different dialect. What this name on a legal document filed in America as a passport for Barack jr. is his legal manifestation that he is Indonesian, not American, as he has renounced his entire ties which bind to these United States.
If this was American English, it would be I, Barack, am a foreigner, as a name means everything in explaining who the individual is. In Indonesian, this name is telling every person there, on the street or in government, that this tan kid is the adopted son of Lolo Soetoro and a certified Muslim…………he is one of the Indonesian clan.
This name Soebarkah is the legal document which would hold up in Indonesian courts as it requires no other documentation. It appearing on a US document signifies it was in use as Obama’s defining name outside these United States.
This is Barack Hussein Obama’s legal name. The meaning of it disqualifies him from the White House and exposes him as criminal fraud, as this child had it explained to him completely what this name meant in adoption, Islam and Indonesia, that he was no longer American.
This is why this kid wanted to be “president of some country” as he knew damn well even then that America was off limits due to his being British and Indonesian, but the Empire had many colonies he could be president of one day if he slummed around far enough.

This morning while watching MSNBC, they had two former Secret Service agents on publicizing a new book called “The Kennedy Detail”. It appears to be a book to dispel any conspiracy theory. My only problem with this is that several years ago while listening to Art Bell of Coast To Coast conduct a 3 hour show on what do you think really happened on that November day in 1963 I heard a theory that sounded credible. After about three hours of the usual calls, one fellow called and said “Now listen – this is what really happened.” His demeanor was very authoritative and knowledgeable sounding. He said that one of the agents in the heat of the moment grabbed his rifle and it accidentally fired. In one of those one-in-a-million accidents, the bullet struck the President. OMG – How can we who are charged with protecting the President, be the cause of his death? Hasn’t anyone ever been suspicious how quickly the Warren Commission concluded it’s investigation. As one of the authors said – “there was no conspiracy”. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT FOR GOD’S SAKE.
As John F. Kennedy was a real WW2 Veteran and hero in saving his crew, I think he would want the truth to be told.

Hickey had clearly heard the first shot. Sitting on top of the
seat back, he had already spun completely around and was staring up
toward the book depository. The other agents were just starting to
turn. So, Hickey hears the first shot and looks back to where he
thought it came from. And in a second or two, the follow-up car goes a
little farther and the oak tree that had obscured his view is cleared.
At that point, Hickey must have seen the barrel of Oswald’s gun. He had
to. He was looking right at it. And Oswald fires again.
So Hickey reaches down and grabs the AR-15 off the floor, flips
off the safety and stands up on the seat, preparing to return fire. But
his footing is precarious. The follow-up car hits the brakes or speeds
up. Hickey begins to swing the gun around to draw a bead on Oswald, but
he loses his balance. He begins to fall.
And the barrel happens to be pointing toward Kennedy’s head. And
the gun happens to go off.
b. On page 108, second paragraph,
Finally, he [Donahue] knew the bullet’s trajectory led straight to
Hickey and his gun. As far as he was concerned, this was an unshakable
ballistic fact. The bullet that hit Kennedy in the head came from the
left rear. From the follow-up car. From the AR-15.
c. On page 112, first paragraph,
Bobby [Robert Kennedy] may well have, understandably, codified the
cover-up: instructing that word of the misadventure go no further and
that the President’s body be brought back to Washington as rapidly as

6 Last, but not least, he has finally released a long-form birth certificate, which many noted graphic experts declare to be a digitally altered document manipulated and edited prior to on-line publication.
Fed. Law at 5 U.S.C. 7311 specifically provides that violation of the oath of office includes advocating the overthrow of our constitutional form of government. 18 U.S.C. 1918 declares that a criminal offense punishable by both a fine and imprisonment.

I will repeat something which I learned last week…………It is now official. Soetoro now has an internet eavsdropper COP 24/7,who is charged with the responsibility of stopping ALL of the INTERNET belittling of POOR LITTLE “DINGLE BERRY”. HELL all we do is call a SPADE,a SPADE. You see there is a little thing that I use in my madness that could be the undoing of DINGLEBERRY. For a well founded reason I do not mkae references to the occupier of the WH with the same name others do. I do this for a reason. If he comes for me and tries to prosecute me for belittling him, he will be wrong. Soetoro is not supposed to be his legal name. If that is the case then he cannot prosecute me for allegedly attacking him. If he does then he will confirm that his name was NEVER changed, and is therefore an ILLEGAL occupant of the WH.

It is probable that many charges will be filed against Soetoro relating to the validity of the (ALLEGED) long form BC that Soetoro PUBLICALLY stated is his long form BC. He is NOW COMMITTED. He has been subsequently proven to be a LIAR. The document is deemed FRAUDULANT,and otherwise worthless. No matter how many complaints are filed I believe that NONE of them will be even acted upon by the DOJ,or any of the Federal Judges. Until that dam is fractured Soetoro is safe. But 2012 is coming on like an express train. Aside from a FEW YUPPIE votes he will LOSE in an UNPRECEDENTED LANDSLIDE which will at the same time hand the LIBERAL left their heads,just like what happened in 2010. Everybody needs only vote a straight Republican ticket. I realise that the Repubs and the LIBERAL LEFT are in bed with each other,and out of this relationship will emerge a new form of voter. The new voter won’t be DEMOCRAT,or REPUBLICAN,or maybe not even INDEPENDENT. It will be a voter who’s votes could easily spell the demise of of the DEMOCRATIC party. It will be a CONSERVATIVE PARTY. They won’t draw off votes from enywhere,rather they will be the only party with any votes at all. It will be a TOTALITY. All you have to do is HOLD YOUR NOSE and vote a straight REPUBLICAN ticket. If 300,000,000 people do that then the Democratic party could become history. Given the number of unemployed in the US it would really only need to be about 200,000,000. It would still be a landslide. If Herman Cain can whip some life into his campaign,and he gets into the faces of enough people, and draws them a picture he could win. I have the notion that one PICTURE might be more understandable to the American people,and with out a doubt worth a thousand words.

Recently, I wrote an article wherein I condemned Professor Lawrence Solum, an esteemed Constitutional scholar, for tampering with an article he published in the Michigan Law Review (September 2008) which focused upon the issue of whether John McCain was eligible to be President despite his birth in Panama. That article did not mention Barack Obama.
The opening paragraph of the article stated:
“What was the original public meaning of the phrase that establishes the eligibility for the office of President of the United States? There is general agreement on the core of its meaning. Anyone born on American soil whose parents are citizens of the United States is a ‘natural born citizen.’” (Emphasis added.)

Sorry for the late response,
“Bigger fish to fry”, is the normal response our corrupted congressfolk give us when we bring up the eligibilty issue. To date, they’ve done NOTHING about those “fish,” those 50+ criminal offenses, much less touch the SINGLE issue that can end this screaming nightmare once and for all.
Hope that all clarifiies it.
