“New Hampshire House of Representatives Members to Hold Press Conference on Obama’s Eligibility on January 3″

“WE NEED TO INFORM THE PUBLIC”
“On January 3, 2012, several members of the New Hampshire House of Representatives will hold a press conference with the primary purpose of informing New Hampshire citizens and registered voters that Barack Hussein Obama may not be eligible to serve as president and therefore should not have his name appear on the 2012 presidential ballot.

The time and place are tentatively set for 10:00 a.m. outside of the Legislative Office Building in Concord.

The website of the New Hampshire House of Representatives provides the following history regarding its beginnings:

Although threatened with reprisals from the British Crown and a bitterly divided constituency, New Hampshire’s leaders set the course for self-government in January 1776. Determined to keep the government close to the people, our forefathers fixed the size of the House of Representatives as a direct ratio to the state’s population. The first House consisted of 87 members, each one representing 100 families. As time passed and the population increased, the number of Representatives grew, until there were 443. In 1942, a constitutional amendment limited the size of the House to 400 but not less than 375 members. As a result, the New Hampshire House is the largest state legislative body in the United States.
New Hampshire has the largest House of Representatives in the nation. The Concord Monitor has stated that New Hampshire has “the most localized representation of any state in the country.”

On November 15, 2011, Atty. Orly Taitz filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission regarding the placing of Obama’s name on the state ballot, citing his use of a social security number not assigned to him as well as having presented two forged birth certificates as proof that he was born in Hawaii. Several state representatives joined the complaint, and citizens from around the country filed challenges as well. A U.S. Army reserve retired colonel has launched a campaign to prevent Obama’s name from being included on the New Hampshire ballot.
The New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission responded to Taitz by holding a hearing on November 18, during which Taitz presented her case challenging Obama’s constitutional eligibility, focusing on the crimes which she alleged he committed.

Although the New Hampshire Secretary of State’s office has disallowed candidates from running for the presidency due to foreign birthplaces in the recent past, the decision of the Ballot Law Commission was that because Obama completed the application and paid the requisite $1,000 fee, it could not prevent his name from appearing on the 2012 ballot.

Atty. Taitz has since stated that “massive election fraud” is occurring in New Hampshire because it appears that in 2008, boxes of ballots were left out on tables rather than locked in a vault, which Gardner admitted in a video to be a deviation from standard protocol.

Nine members of the New Hampshire House attended the hearing of the Ballot Law Commission, one of whom was Rep. Laurence Rappaport (R-Coos). Rappaport stated that there were nine representatives present at the Ballot Law Commission hearing and that some or all of them organized the press conference to be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.

We first asked him about his reaction to the outcome of the Ballot Law Commission hearing, he responded, “I was extremely disappointed.”
We then asked him about the investigation called for by Attorney General Michael Delaney regarding alleged misconduct on the part of some of the representatives at the Ballot Law Commission hearing. Rappaport’s response was, “There were two investigations. One was by the House Security, run by Randy Joyner, and he reported to the Speaker of the House, and the Attorney General asked the State Police to investigate. Neither one of them contacted me, probably because although I was there, I never said anything. The results of the investigation, as I understand it, were that there were no threats made, and it was basically a non-event.”

Rappaport said that at the time we spoke with him on December 31, a statement to be made at the press conference was in second-draft format. Working on the statement with him are Reps. Lou and Carol Vita and Harry Accornero.

“What we really need to do is emphasize that Barack Obama was not eligible and is not eligible to become president. At the Ballot Law hearing, the Commission and the Assistant Secretary of State said publicly, under oath, on the record, that their authority was only to see that the paperwork was properly filled out and that the $1,000 fee was paid. If you go back a little farther, you find out that they had disqualified a man named Sal Mohamed and another named Abdul Hassan. There are letters, of which we have copies, signed by Karen Ladd, the Assistant Secretary of State. So we applied for a rehearing, which was denied, and we applied to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and last week they denied us a hearing. We can provide complete copies of all of these challenges.””

    Hey All,

This thread is about eligibility, so if I may,

What is up with the 5 candidates who didn’t meet the requirements to get on the Virginia ballot, SUEING to get ON the ballot?

    Anyone? Anyone?

These candidates KNEW the RULES, and yet now that they couldn’t adhere to the rues, they want the GOVERNMENT through the Judicial Branch to USURP those rules?

Romney and Paul are the ONLY two candidates to follow the rules to get on the ballot in Virginia, and they are the ONLY two ELIGIBLE candidates.

IF you believe that Obama doesn’t meet the requirements to be on the ballot in ANY State, then you MUST support the laws of Virginia and determine that the only two candidates who ARE eligible for the ballot in Virgina are Mitt Romney and Ron Paul.

Another thing is this supposed “last” poll that the media is manipulating to make us believe that Santorum has passed Paul.

Well, if you follow the RCP then they have a VERY different picture:

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2012/president/ia/iowa_republican_presidential_primary-1588.html

It shows Romney in the lead by LESS than one percentage point, with the largest lead in ANY of their RCP polls being Paul leading by 4 points in one poll, and Romney with a 3 point advantage in another poll.

It will be interesting to see how the media “reports” the story if Paul does the impossible and finishes one or two in Iowa.

Paul is already polling a strong second in New Hampshire with Romney’s support falling, and Santorum looking up from about 5th (but I’m sure he’ll do better with a good showing in Iowa).

I believe that when Paul’s foriegn policy stance is reported ina FAIR manner, and/or people actually do the research and find out what his policy actually IS, the more people wll realize that Paul’s foriegn policy stance IS mainstream, and that MOST Americans are ANTI-war, and NOT PRO-war as Bachmann and Santorum and Gingrich and Perry and Romney sound.

    Hey All,

I have to admit that I am a bit of a “rambler”, but YOU have to admit that this (politics) is something that I am PASSIONATE about.

I don’t mind having an HONEST debate, and will defend my positions UNTIL I am proven wrong.

Thank ALL commenters here for allowing me to express my OPINION.

  3. Interested Bystander

    Hey All,

I watched Fox News Sunday this morning and they had Paul, Bachmann and Perry on.

I thought Wallace was basically fair with each candidate, and that Wallae gave them ample time to answer the questions.

What I found MOST interesting is that Fox gave about twice the amount of time to Paul as they did the other two, which I liked, especially since Paul is in a statstical tie with Romney in Iowa.

But I’d like to comment this:

I heard Bachmann again say that Paul’s foriegn policy stance for the middle east was “dangerous”, and then she said to look at what is happening in the Strait of Hormuz and said that she had the foriegn policy experience to deal with what was going on, but didn’t say and wasn’t pressed on WHAT she would do.

In other words (or what I heard was) Paul’s stance is wrong, and I know what we need to do, but I won’t explain what I would do.

Why does everyone vilify Paul for having a stance on Iran getting nukes, but won’t press the other candidates about their stance on Iran getting nukes.

NOone wants Iran to USE nukes, as they have threatened to do, but there’s really NOTHING (short of going in and blowing up their facilities) we can do to STOP them from pursuing nukes.

Besides, it is MY opinion that Israel is monitoring the situation closely, and have MUCH better intel than we do, and IF they felt that it was about to be bombed, they would do something about it.

The bottom line is that I am MUCH less concerned about the situation in the middle east, than I am about the situation at HOME.

Israel has already destroyed a nuclear plant in Iraq in 1981, and was vilified in the UN, and couldn’t have cared less.

I believe if Israel felt there was an imminent threat from Iran, they have the capability, intel, and guts to “take care of the issue”, and WE won’t even have to be involved.

But we tell Israel, “we’ll take care of this”, let “big brother” deal with the Iranians because WE know how best to deal with the situation.

And in 10 years we’ll still be doing the same thing.

  4. Interested Bystander, I agree, They all knew the rules to get on the Virginia ballot. But…

I’ve never heard of any problem in the past, about anyone failing to qualify for the Virginia primary ballot. It makes me wonder if maybe Obama’s minions are involved. Obama’s favorite tactic is to get his opposition thrown off of the ballot. We need to give Obama a dose of his own medicine.

This information from Leo Donofrio about citizenship excludes Obama from any ballot.

I was recently forwarded an incredibly amazing article from the October 10, 1811 edition of The Alexandria Herald newspaper. RXSID of Free Republic sent it with a brief note, stating, “Check out this case.” The Herald article is entitled, Case of James McClure. The author is…PUBLIUS.

Publius was the pseudonym used by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay, for their anonymous authorship of The Federalist Papers. Read more.

    Constitutional Education at Your Fingertips
    By Matthew May

It is easy to decry the state of higher education in the United States, an arena in which William Ayers is a decorated figure. But if you have access to a computer with an internet connection, you can rediscover a lost faith in academia and reaffirm the principles of republican government by watching and, more importantly, listening to Hillsdale College president Larry P. Arnn and members of his Hillsdale faculty teach a ten-week course on the United States Constitution beginning in February.

As you may have read in Imprimis, the speech digest of Hillsdale College of Hillsdale, Michigan, Arnn is overseeing an online seminar entitled “Constitution 101: The Meaning and History of the Constitution.” Anyone can register for the course here. There is no financial obligation, but donations are welcome.

CAN CORRUPTION AND GLOBALISM BE STOPPED?

The Navy base at Pearl Harbor on the island of Oahu was attacked by the Japanese on December 7, 1941

(Jan. 1, 2012) — “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.” Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto-1941

The preponderance of recorded history tells us that the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese Imperial Navy and their carrier-based warplanes on December 7, 1941, came without warning and was a total surprise to the American government and the intelligence community. The attack by the 19 Arabian terrorists on September 11, 2001, using commercial airliners as flying bombs, also came as a surprise and the American government and intelligence community were caught flat-footed again, or so we are told. Each of these events changed all American lives forever. Read more.

  12. This is as good as it get’s people. I don’t see how they can put Obama on the Georgia ballot after this. This is an excerpt.

    F. Substantive Question for this Court

Despite all of his attempts to misdirect this Court from the one substantive issue presented, the Defendant has failed to present grounds for dismissal. The Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court consider his simple yet critically important grounds to prohibit the Defendant from appearing on the Georgia ballot:

It is undisputed that President Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. To Plaintiffs’ knowledge Mr. Obama has never denied the fact that his father was not a U.S. Citizen, nor has he ever made any statements contrary to this fact.

The U.S. Supreme Court has defined “natural-born citizens” as “all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.” See Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162, 167 (1875).

  13. CW, Why are my comments in moderation? Is there a way to avoid moderation in the future? What determines which comments go into moderation, and which comments don’t?

  14. Interested Bystander: Have you looked into WHY some of the candidates didn’t qualify or even apply to be on the ballot in Virginia? It is one of the hardest states in the union to get on. Virginia even admits it!

Newt Gingrich got more than the needed signatures (11,400 when 10,000 were needed). For some reason, 1,500 were deemed to be not “good” and therefore he was below the 10,000. The board has not said why those signatures didn’t qualify and it seems his signatures got more scrutiny than others….. I don’t know what happened with some of the other candidates, but I read about what happened to Newt.

Since you can’t vote for write in candidates in Virginia, they should loosen up their regulations to be more in step with the rest of the country as it isn’t fair to their citizens.

I criticized the candidates that didn’t qualify at first, but then when I learned the details, I realized my criticism wasn’t fair…..

  15. Julie,
I so totally agree with you. As a resident in the state of Virginia, I feel cheated because I will not be able to vote my choice, or even write in my candidate.

IB, you are one of the few reasonable Paul supporters, and you make some good points, which causes me, I admit, to take a second look at Paul. But overall, the people that are attracted to him really turn me off. I am not a Bachman fan, but I agree that it would be extremely dangerous for Iran to get nukes. Ron Paul appeared on a late night talk show recently and when asked about Bachman, he said “she must really hate Muslims”. Is he that naive about what the Koran teaches?

“I criticized the candidates that didn’t qualify at first, but then when I learned the details, I realized my criticism wasn’t fair…..”

If the candidates don’t know the rules of a State and they want to be on the ballot, then I blame the candidate and NOT the State.

My understanding is that the laws have been on the books for a long time.

And no, I haven’t researched WHY the candidates were not included on the ballot, so that’s why I asked the question, if you could link an article as to why they were disallowed, I’ll read it, but I haven’t heard Newt, or Perry, or Santorum, or Bachmann or Huntsman speak as to WHY they were not allowed on the ballot.

The report I heard was about Newt and Perry, and it stated that they didn’t have enough signatures for inclusion in the primary.

    Sue,

First thanks for the “reasonable” compliment

I’m sorry that you feel “cheated” and maybe I would also, but I’d feel cheated by the Candidate who wasn’t aware of what the law is.

As far as Iran getting nukes are concerned, I would prefer that they NOT get them either, but the sad TRUTH is there is very little we can do besides telling them in no uncertain terms the consequences of them using nuclear weapons.

North Korea has had nukes for a while now, and they can’t seem to be able to come up with a vehicle to deploy them.

The bottom line is, I am MUCH more concerned about what is going on HERE, and that is my MAIN concern, and the man who I agree with most is Paul.

The way he gets lambasted in the media, and by the “pundits” is unjustified, unwarranted and unnecessary.

My opinion is that it is admirable that the 18 to 20% who support him, have stuck with him in the face of all of the criticism and out and out LIES that the media “reports” about him.

It is also my opinion that the reason the media does this, is because they feel more intimidated by Paul, and they KNOW that if he is elected he will show them for exactly what they are.

Just as the media hides Obama’s past and refuses to report on the corruption in the Justice Department, and is gutless to ask him about either, or why he wants to keep it secret, they are complicent in telling out and out lies, or allowing people to speak lies about Paul without being called out on it.

One of the reasons I researched Paul was BECAUSE of the negative press he gets.

It is NOT my goal to change anyone’s mind about who they should or shouldn’t support, but I DO want people to have ACCURATE data so they can make an INFORMED decision.

  20. IB,
Refresh my memory please. This is not an attack, (I lean towards Perry, but am willing to rethink Paul). Has Paul ever questioned BO’s eligibility?

  26. Happy New Year !!! I swear to God, I was taught in school, both my parents must have been citizens at the time of giving birth to me, if I wanted to be President. The other offices, Senate or Congress, I would just need to be a citizen. The Office of President, or VP, you must be a natural born citizen, aka those born in the country to citizen parents. Stay safe all. Lets make 2012 the year of TRUTH !!!

Quite possibly Ron Paul may be the only eligible candidate with a chance of winning! Who puts together this extra long list of Presidential candidates that are not eligible to be President because none are natural born? Somethings going on here and we have to get to the bottom of it! Put a man in the White House that you and he know is ineligible and you own him! If he doesn’t do as he is told you can release the facts he is a usurper and out he goes! Next puppet please!

“There is speculation that, before George Romney was born, his father, Gaskell Romney, might have become a naturalized Mexican citizen (see Mitt Romney Not Eligible? and Mitt Romney vs natural born citizenship). According to an 1868 Bancroft Treaty between the U.S. and Mexico, any U.S. citizen who became a naturalized Mexican citizen automatically lost his U.S. citizenship:

Those citizens of the United States who have been made citizens of the Mexican Republic by naturalization, and have resided, without interruption, in Mexican territory five years, shall be held by the United States as citizens of the Mexican Republic, and shall be treated as such. (Convention Between the United States of America and the Republic of Mexico, 1868, as cited in Davis, p.585).

If Gaskell Romney had lost his U.S. citizenship prior to 1907, his Mexican-born son, George Romney, would not have acquired U.S. citizenship at birth, in which case George’s US citizenship would be in doubt. George was probably a US citizen and therefore his son, Mitt Romney, is probably a natural born citizen. But at the time of this writing, there seems to be insufficient documentary evidence in the public domain to establish Mitt’s “natural born citizen” status conclusively.”

    Lunacy like this helps Obots.

I have read this site before, the author has not done his homework. The section on Charles Fremont is flat out wrong. Fremont was a bastard and took the citizenship of his mother ( American )

There is no evidence that Mexico granted any type of citizenship to George Romney or that he had to elect anything.

  39. Full statement from VA Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli

    Sounded sincere to me.

    —–

“I obviously feel very strongly that Virginia needs to change its ballot access requirements for our statewide elections. However, after working through different scenarios with Republican and Democratic leaders to attempt to make changes intime for the 2012 Presidential election, my concern grows that we cannot find a way to make such changes fair to the Romney and Paul campaigns that qualified even with Virginia’s burdensome system. A further critical factor that I must consider is that changing the rules midstream is inconsistent with respecting and preserving the rule of law – something I am particularly sensitive to as Virginia’s attorney general.

“My intentions have never focused on which candidates would be benefited or harmed, rather I have focused on what is best for Virginia’s citizens, as hundreds of thousands of Virginians who should have been able to make their choices among the full field of presidential primary contenders have had their number of choices reduced significantly.

“My primary responsibility is to the people of Virginia, and how best to fulfill that responsibility in these particular circumstances has been a very difficult question for me. I believe consistency on the part of public officials is an important attribute. And I believe that Virginians are best served by an attorney general who consistently supports the rule of law. That leads to my conclusion that while I will vigorously support efforts to reduce the hurdles to ballot access in Virginia for all candidates, I will not support efforts to apply such changes to the 2012 Presidential election.

“I do not change position on issues of public policy often or lightly. But when convinced that my position is wrong, I think it necessary to concede as much and adjust accordingly.”

  40. “Gaskell and Anna were married in Mexico in 1895. Their son, George Romney, was born in Mexico on July 8, 1907, and acquired Mexican citizenship at birth.

The Mexican Constitution of 1857 provided that aliens who had Mexican sons were to be considered Mexican, unless they manifested the intention to conserve their nationality. It also provided that Mexican citizenship would be lost by reason of serving officially the Government of another State. A law of 1886 provided that sons born in Mexico of an alien father should be considered as Mexicans, unless within one year after reaching majority they should manifest their intention to retain the nationality of their parent before the political authority of the place of their residence. (Pinson v. Mexico, Report of International Arbitral Awards, 19 October 1928, p.328)

George was born in Mexico in 1907. His father, Gaskell Romney, was born in Utah in 1871, and emigrated to Mexico around 1885. It is generally assumed that Gaskell remained a U.S. citizen while in Mexico. If this assumption is true, Gaskell’s Mexican-born son, George Romney, acquired qualified U.S. citizenship at birth. George’s U.S. citizenship was qualified because it required “election” in later life:

George was born with dual citizenship, being a citizen of Mexico by birth and becoming a citizen of the United States at birth automatically by naturalization pursuant to the Act of Congress granting automatic naturalization in such circumstances. This type of American citizenship is a qualified one and requires an election on his part upon arriving at his majority, or within a reasonable time thereafter. (Congressional Record, June 14, 1967, pp. 15875-6)

Prior to 1952, children born with dual citizenship were required to “elect” U.S. citizenship when they became adults: …

So far, we are not aware of any published naturalization/immigration document showing that George Romney had fulfilled his citizenship “election” requirement. In adulthood, he served as a Mormon missionary in England and Scotland. If he traveled to those countries using a US passport, his US passport application might be construed as de facto election of US citizenship.”

  41. Just for Clarification,

Ron Paul will never be on the Republican Primary Ticket even if he was 20 percent ahead of Romney in first place.

Ron Paul will be on the Independent or Libertarian as always.

Saying it like it is and will be……….

  42. Hi, William,
You are probably right about Paul ending up on Independent or Libertarian ticket. If it is the latter, he will have competition from N.M.’s governor, Gary Johnson, who dropped out of the Republican race and announced his intention to run as a Libertarian. In fact, Johnson recently had very kind words for Paul.

  43. Gordo………………….
In the video it certainly appears that MMMSSS. Clemons must have left her false teeth at home.

  44. BC…………………
It seems as though the voters of Virginia have grounds for a really nasty lawsuit against the state, particularly if their right to vote for the candidate of their choice is affected by state law. Since the Virginia law effects a NATIONAL election they have grounds. It could even betaken to the US Supreme court,as a violation of their Constitutional right to vote as they choose. If a candidate is deliberately forced off of a ballot by criminal behavior of a state official (attorney general) then the official is fair game for the voting citizens of Virginia. I believe that there was some behind the scenes finagling done from the WH. I think Cuccinelli’s head is in the jaws of a vice which is being tightened by certain people at the WH.

  45. Bob Strauss………………..
I can’t help wonder if the GOON SQUAD has gotten into your computer system, and have put some unwanted software in to your system which has certain trigger words written into it. It could have been deliberately designed to suppress your comments, and deliberately put into your system, with or without your consent or knowledge. It can be done. 46. Bob Strauss……………….
Others on this blog have had the same thing occur. If CW is not doing it then there is a possibility that the WH goons are in your computer system. I recently had my system thoroughly cleaned out with special attention to systemic COOKIES. There is some really effective anti adware stuff available that will stop the bs cold. 2. The admission by Obama that his birth status was governed by Great Britian is the one fact which the main stream media has NEVER acknowledged. In all of the coverage on the web and on radio and TV nobody will talk about it. Instead of discussing this admission openly, they mock the entire movement. It’s the new Soviet form of sarcasm. They’ve found a new way to censor people, just act like a bunch of bullies in a sandbox and pretend you are in kindergarden. Unlimited Domestic Energy…Right Now
    By Gary Jason

A rush of recent reports indicates that the explosion of non-conventional fossil fuel production continues to transform the world. (Non-conventional fossil fuel production is the production of oil and natural gas by hydraulic fracking and horizontal drilling.) In fact, 2011 will mark a major turning point in energy production worldwide — one with profound geopolitical consequences.

The first report is that Anadarko Petroleum has just raised its estimate for its Colorado Wattenberg field holdings. Anadarko estimates that the field will yield more than one billion barrels of oil and national gas. This would place it right up there with the now-legendary Bakken shale field (in North Dakota) and the Eagle Ford formation (in Texas)

  73. There is reason to consider a Conspiracy to cover-up both Obama and McCain as Ineligible to be president by both Democrats and Republican elites because they found out that McCain was in question AFTER the Senate approved him and that kept Obama free from scrutiny because the democrats had this Questionable research on McCain and told him they would pitch it to the Public and call into question the republican parties ability to vet their own candidate and so how then could they say anything about Obama not being eligible . It is funny this was not a big debate in the main stream media ?

Palin told “Your World” fill-in host Eric Bolling on Monday that people shouldn’t be upset by a potential Trump third-party candidacy. (RELATED: Full coverage of Sarah Palin)

“I’m getting pretty sick and tired of people condemning and cutting down Donald Trump for calling it like he sees it and exercising his right as an American to express his views — even via talking about a third-party candidacy,” Palin said. “I couldn’t do that because I believe personally a third-party candidacy will allow greater assurance that Barack Obama would be re-elected, and that is the last thing on earth I want do see happen.”

Palin touted the credentials of Trump as a conservative and insisted he has the best of intentions.

I can’t help wonder if the GOON SQUAD has gotten into your computer system, and have put some unwanted software in to your system which has certain trigger words written into it. It could have been deliberately designed to suppress your comments, and deliberately put into your system, with or without your consent or knowledge. It can be done. You have shown a propensity to defy the WH BS therefore you have become a target of certain goons. The obots will not hesitate to do that sort of crap.

Also, see the posts after this one, and see what you think.

  85. Paul repeated this afternoon IB that he was counting on the Independents. The point is, he is not representing social conservatives. Either way, I am not the porn watching, smoking, drinking person you admitted you are, IB, and you are proud of your filthy behavior. If people like you vote for Ron Paul, that is another reason not to support him. Disgusting!

    Tina commented:

“Hope you’re right that it is the end of him. I was glad to hear Santorum say Ron Paul is a liberal.”

I’m sure glad the media is pointing out that Santorum not only put “riders” (pork) in bills, but he voted FOR the bills also.

You see, THAT’s the sign of a LIBERAL. Paul put the “riders” in, and then voted AGAINST the bills.

So for Santorum to CLAIM Paul is a Liberal, sure flies in the face of the evidence of Paul having the most CONSERVATIVE voting record since 1937 (hey wasn’t Santorum in the Senate during that time???)

    Tina continues:

“Also, Rand Paul was boasting that his Dad is a vet.”

    He IS a Vet Tina

    Tina goes on:

“But what kind of vet is he?”

OBVIOUSLY a better Vet than YOU are Tina, how long did YOU serve?

    Tina bables on:

“I mean really , my family members were vets from overseas wars and were all in heavy combat.”

Your FAMILY members, what about YOU Tina? And ALL were in heavy combat? ALL???

    Tina continues her criticism:

“Ron Paul served only in the US as a doctor.”

Yeah, and YOU served where, and in what capacity?

    Tina suggests:

“He never asked to go overseas.”

Do you know that as FACT Tina, or are you speculating? Has Paul EVER been asked about this?

Besides Tina, my Dad was in the National Guard at the time, and HE didn’t go to his Commander and insist on being sent over there. I sure wouldn’t have either, the images were HORRIBLE from Viet Nam, or maybe you don’t remember that.

People were fleeing the Country to AVOID having to go Tina.

I don’t blame Paul in the slightest for not volunteering to go to the theater. If you didn’t know Tina, there were many, including my wife’s Uncle, who came home in BODYBAGS from that war.

For YOU to suggest that Paul is less a vet because he didn’t volunteer to go over seas, is simply absurd.

    Tina asks this next:

“Why didn’t he volunteer for combat duty?”

BECAUSE HE WAS A DOCTOR Tina. Doctors generally do NOT go to COMBAT. Maybe you ought to ask your family members how many doctors they had fighting next to them during their “heavy combat”

    Tina concludes with this:

“He served during Vietnam. He wimped out, in my opinion.”

Can you tell me how many of the Candidates even SERVED during the Viet Nam war Tina? Did Perry? Did Romney? Did Gingrich? Did Santorum?

For you to suggest that ANYONE who didn’t volunteer to go over to Viet Nam, and spend MONTHS in a small tent with water running all through it, with the freezing nights, and with the enemy on your front AND rear, is a “wimp”, you have some GALL.

I’m not going to even express my REAL opinion, because it wouldn’t be “civil”.

I will simply state that your views are VERY skewed. You don’t have ANY idea what it was like being in the military at that time, and you don’t know what those in the military were hearing about Viet Nam at the time.

IF I was in Paul’s shoes, I would have done the same thing.

This comment really ticks me off.

    Give me some PROOF Tina,

I linked the video fo the ACTUAL interview and he says NOTHING of the sort.

    You are a serial LIAR.

You REALLY are beginnng to tick me off.

I may not be as “civil” in my next response.

    Besides Tina,

    Porn is legal

    Smoking is legal

    Drinking is legal

If ANYONE here is “disgusting”, it is YOU for wanting to take those LIBERTIES away from me.

  88. I volunteered for the Air Force after college, IB, but to my great regret I have severe asthma and could not serve. However, I have served in any other way I could in my community at soup kitchens, nursing homes, youth clubs, etc.

It seems you can’t defend Ron Paul at all so you personally attack me. Do you really think that impresses anyone?

Tina, in my opinion, your perspective on the role of government in our lives is equally as dangerous as the Communists in the Democrat party and Barack Obama. As soon as you allow benovelent (in your mind) dictatorship it opens the door for the opposite. It’s sad that you can’t even see this…

So what Tina, you were ineligible to serve, and YOU think you have the RIGHT to criticize Paul who actually DID serve but didn’t want to volunteer to go overseas?

    Tina concludes:

“It seems you can’t defend Ron Paul at all so you personally attack me. Do you really think that impresses anyone?”

Isn’t being a hypocrite someone who does something they accuse others of?

When have I EVER “personally” attacked YOU?

But you claim that me watching porn, or smoking or drinking is “disgusting”? YOU claim these aren’t “personal attacks”?

I defend Paul WITH HIS OWN WORDS.

Besides, is the interview I linked the one you were referencing in your first comment?

IF it is, YOU are the one who can’t criticize Paul using FACTS.

    I defend Paul with EVIDENCE.

    YOU simply spew rhetoric.

  91. IB, I believe you distort the truth. I find your behavior disgusting, and much of the remarks by libertarians on other sites such as those who fight for incest to be legal also are disgusting. Your views are more like those of hugh hefner and not Like those of billy Graham. I can’t take those liberties from you, but I find your defense of them to be disgusting, and more to my point, they make the same points occupy protestors, homosexuals and other liberals make. I am sure the founders wanted personal freedom from dictators, not freedom for porn watchers. The founders were Puritans, Catholics, and others who wanted freedom of religion, not the freedom to make porn movies. This election is about making America great again, not about giving more freedoms to libertarian sexual deviants.

  92. The InsiderAdvantage poll, which has never been wrong in picking the winner in its final Iowa results, says Mitt Romney will win the Caucus vote.

But the poll finds an uptick of support for Newt Gingrich on the closing weekend as Rick Santorum surges. Pollster Matt Towery says after Iowa the GOP race will be a Gingrich-Santorum contest to be seen as the anti-Romney.

It’s an up and down the field “barn burner”.

It looks like whoever has the ball last.

38-35 and still in the third quarter.

Yes Tina, I watch SPORTS also (and I listen to rock and roll).

I’m sure you have a problem with THAT also.

  94. Interested Bystander | January 2, 2012 at 7:34 pm |

Say, IB, I recently read an article describing many Paul supporters as being quite “touchy”. As I read comments on a number of sites, not only are they “touchy” but downright nasty. You haven’t fallen into that category yet, but you’ve come mighty close when calling Tina a “serial LIAR.” We are suppose to refrain from personal attacks here, and you are crossing the line on that score.

We all know that you and some others here are very defensive of Paul and his politics. Not all share those opinions. We prefer other candidates, but I would feel out-of-bounds to strongly criticize someone who might not agree with my choice. Maybe you need to “chill out”, for a spell, as they say. Take a breather.

  95. Interested Bystander

    Cabby,

    The article states this:

“Towery predicts that Ron Paul will fade quickly after Iowa, leaving the anti-Romney race between Santorum and Gingrich.”

Paul is polling SECOND in New Hamshire also Cabby.

Of course IF Paul wins tomorrow night, the media will spin it as Iowans being out of touch with mainstream conservatism, or blame it on the weather and blah blah blah.

  96. IB, or get “on the field” and help your team, whichever it is, WIN.

  97. Interested Bystander

    Cabby,

Is it a “personal attack” when it is TRUE?

She calls me “disgusting”, and gets a “pass”, but I show time and again that she is posting false information, with actual PROOF, and I call her what she is (a liar) and I get criticized?

    Interesting.

  98. Thank, Cabby.

IB, I am honored to debate issues with you. If you personally attack me, it is not going to persuade me to vote for Ron Paul.

  99. Porn is disgusting. I have attacked the the bad behavior, IB. But I understand your points. peace.

Either way, we have to defeat Obama. That is most important. It is not about forming a cult for Ron Paul, even if you wish to support him.

  100. Interested Bystander

    Cabby,

And what REALLY gets me is that Tina CONTINUES to spout those untruths even AFTER I have shown them to be untruths.

How am I “personally attacking” her when I simply show her for what she is?

What have I shown to be untrue?

Paul is NOT ANTI-Israel, as Tina continually comments
Paul is NOT ANTI-war as Tina continually comments
Paul did NOT say he needed the Democrats to cross over as Tina commented just TODAY
Paul is NOT PRO-pot as Tina continually comments

And the list is very long, so I won’t go in to every issue.

It sure would be nice to have an HONEST debate, but when someone continually MISrepresents the position of a candidate, whether I support them or not, I will “defend” them.

“IB, I am honored to debate issues with you.”

No you are NOT Tina, it is NOT a debate when you continually use false information. THAT is indoctrination.

Is the interview I linked with Crowley the interview you were referencing, or not?

Because IF it is, I have shown once again that YOU misrepresented what Paul said.

  103. IB, I know you are passionate in your desire to “set the record straight” when you read things that express other opinions about Paul.

We have respect for that, but there is hardly a post that another can make here without your “rapid response” mechanism going into action. It has become almost to the point of that old saying, “Methinks thou dost protest too much.” (Hamlet)

Well-reasoned debate is fine, but sniping back and forth is not so good.

  104. IB, I have to disagree. Many commentators have said Paul is anti-Israel with a wild foreign policy. Many commenters have said he needs Democrats and Independents to win. Santorum called him a liberal today. You turn it into a personal attack with me because I represent other views.. That isn’t going to help persuade people to vote for Ron Paul. Just give it a rest. I am not a Ron Paul voter and will never be one.

    Tina commented:

“If you personally attack me, it is not going to persuade me to vote for Ron Paul.”

You show me ONE time when I “personally attacked” you and I will apologise.

But I will state again, in my opinion when you comment something that isn’t true, especially when I have PROVEN time and again that what you posted is false, and you CONTINUE to comment those false statements, then I am going to call a spade a spade.

THAT is NOT “personally attacking” someone.

But yet YOU can get away with calling me “disgusting” and saying that my behavior is “filthy”.

Do I smell a double standard?

  106. Hi Cabby,
    Love your well reasoned comments.
IB, take a step back and figure how your conversation is advancing your cause. You like Paul, obviously, and many people see attractive qualities in him, but can’t get past his stance on Iran, nor the fact that so many people back him simply because he wants to legalize drugs. Our country is in very big trouble, and legalizing drugs is not a priority at this time. Maybe later… maybe not.
    Just my humble opinion.

  107. IB, you have called me liar and a non-Christian. Either way, I forgive you. Peace. People are tired of this. Move on and let’s defeat Obama.

I linked several weeks ago Paul’s policy on Israel, and it is ANYTHING but ANTI-Israel.

And you want to blame ME for not informing EVERYONE?

And Tina, just so we are CLEAR.

Even IF I didn’t support Paul, I would be defending him.

It just isn’t FAIR for you and the media to be MISrepresenting what Paul’s policy is.

Ron Paul has also said he may not be able to hold up through the nominating process, as reported by others, not me. That should concern many. This is why I don’t participate in these media driven “take downs” of all of the Republican candidates. I want the most conservative candidate to win that can win the general election. I think that if Santorum gains some traction that he COULD be more appealing to independents than some give him credit for… I will vote for the Republican who wins the primary race.

  124. Tina fess up! You are a paid Obot doing undercover posting here to discredit the next real President of the United States of America, Ron Paul. You know Dr. Paul is the only Republican capable of defeating the Communist coup you surely belong to. Ron can bring in the old anti-War hippies, the Rotten Rodham’s feminazies, that hate your true candidate Obama because he kicked their Queen off the 2008 ballot. And you know that your democRATs, that are not card carrying Communists, will jump off your sinking Communist ship of fools to vote for Dr. Paul to get legal pot. They care more about smoke than your Communism. Be honest Tina! When did “you” join the Communist Party USA? Does it trouble you that Dr. Paul will audit the Federal Reserve and from then on keep our tax dollars at home? Are you scared that if Ron does away with the IRS your Communist comrades can no longer buy the votes from the underclass with the Communist give-me-programs? If President Paul blocks our southern border and the illegals can no longer sneak in and vote for your Communist friends do you fear the CPUSA will lose control of American politics? Give it up Tina! You have already lost the War, the coup is DOA! Happy New Year! Our Republic is back on track. 2012 will put the old America, the Constitutional Republic back in charge! I don’t like that at all!!! When confronted about it, he just said that he voted no for it. Then why did he put in for it????

I don’t agree with Tina on a whole variety of things, but calling her a Commie because she doesn’t like a racist is just ridiculous!!!!!

  127. Rupert Murdoch just wants anyone but Ron Paul! The attack miss-fired and Santorum is sucking votes away from Mitt! The world truly works in mysterious ways! We The People seem to actually have a future now-a-days.

Cabby, typically I am in agreement with you…however on this issue I have to disagree. Tina make INCENDIARY remarks day in and day out that appear to be designed to cause strife. There are many ways to agitate. Whatever the case, got to run. Just remember that the Ron Paul supporters are going to go somewhere if he doesn’t win, why not try to retain them rather than drive them away with lies about the candidate that they support. I’ve seen her allude to Ron Paul himself being a porn watching drunk who molests children while smoking pot and doing other harmful drugs with illegal aliens… It’s a load of garbage and then when confronted she circles the wagons in her bogus Christian stance with BUTTER IN HER MOUTH PIETY..”oh, I wasn’t talking about Ron Paul”…” I was talking about his supporters”…. I don’t like her type and she is just as bad as the Obots, if she isn’t one, here to cause anxiety and turmoil.

    Sorry Cabby…

Paxson, excuse me, but that is rubbish, and you are going way off the deep end with this comment. My point when I started commenting on this blog is that social conservatives are not in line with many libertarian views on social issues. For one who wants a civil conversation, this is nothing of the kind.

  135. Thanks again, Cabby. I know you don’t always agree with me, but I know you respect people’s right to state their views.

With regard to much of the back and forth here at CW, ankle biters might just as well be OBOTs. What a waist of time and energy!

It is encouraging to hear Perry and Santorum and others hold media prima donnas to account. Republican candidates have much to gain by calling out media machinations.

Anything to take the subject matter away from Obama’s lack of eligibility, due to the fact he is not a natural born Citizen, per Minor v Happerset, Supreme Court Precedent, on who is a natural born Citizen, and Obama doesn’t qualify.

  138. Paxson, yes, beng called a racist is definitely a term thrown around WAY too much lately. However, saying that the Rodney King riots were broken up when the blacks went to get their welfare checks really really deserves to be criticized!!! He also said that we shouldn’t have interferred with Hitler. Do you have any other names that we can call Mr. Paul????????

I don’t like anyone who paints a whole group with a broad brush and Mr. Paul seems to be doing a lot of that. He also was the editor and publisher of his newsletter that had similiar comments back in the 1980′s. He claims that he wasn’t aware of what was written in the newsletters, but when you are listed as the editor……

  139. Here is a link from a newspaper that talks about the Ron Paul controversy with his newsletters…..

I sent an email to Laurence Rappaport, in which I brought to his attention the year and a half research into the court records “Petition for Name Change” that would have been necessary in the US for Soetoro to change his name back to Obama. Soetoro would have been looked upon as a foreign national. Certain members of a Clerk’s office spent over a year and a half researching both the PUBLIC RECORDS,and all of the Superior Courts documents archives in the US Hawaii, and Alaska for evidence of a name change petition having ever been filed by Barry Soetoro. Every Superior Court in the US was researched. There are NO PUBLIC, or privileged evidence of any name change having ever been GRANTED by any of the Superior Courts. Dockett numbers, and other related info was researched at the same time. I thoroughly trust the results that the clerk’s employees obtained. They are trained professionals who know where to look and how to look. If their research is accurate then Soetoro is in fact still the legal surname of our POTUS, and if that is the case he cannot be the POTUS because mmmany Americans voted for Barrack H.Obama, who doesn’t legally exist. This is what I would call ELECTION FRAUD. Keep in mind that MMMSSS.Pelosi signed the REWORDED Hawaiian CERTIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY. This act makes her complicit with the fraud.

  141. Bob Strauss…………………
Her in Indiana there has been some really damning evidence of massive election fraud uncovered, concerning ABSENTEE ballots. Thousands have been re examined. Many of the people who allegedly filed them were interviewed and it was discovered that NONE of the ABSENTEE ballots were filed by them. These people also stated that the signatures on the ballots are not their own. All of these people furnished handwriting samples for law enforcement. This is an active and ongoing investigation. The level of crime indicates that whoever was responsible for the PHONEY ballots don’t even give a damn about the probability of being caught. They obviously thought that they wouldn’t be discovered. There are MORE surprises coming. This investigation is just getting started.

  142. Bob Strauss………………
The Indiana AG has publically stated that the investigation WILL continue UNTIL the GUILTY people are brought to justice. Our AG is a very diligent person. If anyone will pursue this criminal enterprise it is him.

“MAKING LAWS OBAMA’S WAY: ‘LAWLESS PROCESS’”

“CONSTITUTIONAL EXPERT ACCUSES WASHINGTON OF ‘HEADLONG PLUNGE’”

    By Bob Unruh
    WND.Com
    January 2, 2012

    Excerpt:

” * Violating the rules of the U.S. House.
    * Inappropriately handing out the legislative powers of Congress.
    * Upending the legislative process

    * Usurping the powers reserved to the states in the U.S. Constitution.

These are not accusations or charges stemming from actions by Congress and the White House, instead, these are accomplishments of Congress and the White House in members’ purpose-driven plan to open the U.S. military to openly practicing homosexuals, lesbians and those with other alternative sexual lifestyles.

That’s according to constitutional expert Herbert W. Titus, of counsel to the Vienna, Va., law firm of William J. Olson, P.C., and teacher of constitutional law for almost three decades at a number of American Bar Association-approved universities.”

    [...]

“The lawless process by which the repeal is being accomplished shakes the American constitutional republic at its very foundations. The central purpose of separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism in the nation’s constitution is to prevent the kind of headlong plunge taken by Congress and the president to repeal DADT in response to emotionally charged cries for equality,” he wrote.

“By the failure of both the legislative and executive branches to abide by the written covenant with the American people to exercise only those powers enumerated in the Constitution, and to exercise those powers only in accordance with the processes specified therein, the leaders of both major political parties have demonstrated that with the repeal fo DADT they have violated their oaths of office to support the Constitution of the United States,” he said.”

    Julie T,

I read your article and would state that it seemed to give a “fair” account of what happened back in the late 80′s and early 90′s, but I predict that the media will continue to harp on this issue the longer Paul stays in the race.

The issue has been “spit and polished” back in Texas, so I’m thinking I would catagorize it as “old news”.

Paul has admitted responsibility for NOT watching the newletters more closely, and has said that he deplores what was written, I heard him say that myself, and if needed, I will find video of him saying exactly that.

Paul is ANYTHING but a racist and he explains himself well as to why he is ANYTHING but a racist.

    Thanks for the article.

  146. There is a current article at the WND site interviewing Jack Abramoff pertaining to the 2012 elections.

While I agree with only a small portion of his claims, I will be commenting to counterclaims and my analysis today. In November, I will compare my analytical prediction to that of Jack’s. I believe at this time, mine will be far more accurate.

  147. Interested Bystander

    Hey All,

Now I’d like to address what went on here last night.

It will NEVER be my intention, to have anything but a “civil” discourse.

I have to admit that Tina’s comment that suggested that Paul was a “wimp” for not volunteering to go to combat in Viet Nam really ticked me off.

I expressed my opinion of that comment earlier, and won’t waste space going over it again.

One more thing, I actually linked two videos of Paul’s interview with Crowley and asked Tina numerous times IF that was the interview she was referencing when she said that she heard Paul say “that he needs the Democrats in Iowa to cross over and vote for him in order for him to win in Iowa because he can’t win the social conservative vote.”

Tina wouldn’t reply to my question, because IF this is the interview, then Paul said NOTHING of the sort. I can recall him saying the word “Democrat” only ONCE in the entire interview and he was explaining how he attracts Democrats AND Independents.

I have to comment that I do not and will NOT condone others coming here simply to vilify another commenter. I use the word “liar” ONLY when it applies, but I will try my best to NEVER “personally attack” ANYONE. I will comment that someone’s opinion is this or that, and I will suggest that some people need to rethink their beliefs in the Bible when it is my opinion that they are “overstepping” the beliefs in religion, or when they continue to post untruths.

We all have our OPINIONS, and I respect that. I truely understand that Paul’s Foriegn policy stance on Iran is UNpopular, and we can argue that issue without attacking each other.

    Tina,

I appologise to you for getting so upset about the “wimp” comment. Viet Nam is something that I researched extensively back in the 80′s when I first entered the military, and unless you have done the same, you simply can NOT understand what those guys went through. And then to come home to the vile remarks and signs and getting spit on, was the “icing on the cake”.

Viet Nam was like all these other wars we think we can conduct now. I can NOT believe that we didn’t learn a lesson from Viet Nam, that being IF you don’t go in with overwhelming force, destroy the enemy until they UNCONDITIONALLY surrender, and get the heck out of there, you will NOT win.

I will also comment that although we “won” the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, we LOST because we continue to try to “nation build”. It doesn’t work, and if you need ANY evidence at all, just look at Iran’s history, and see what has evolved from our trying to install a Government.

    When will we learn?

My 8:43 comment is in Moderation……………..sheesh.

    I.B.,

I agree in part. I personally do not believe that Ron Paul is a Racist. However, when a person is in a leadership position, especially in public, one needs to pay strict attention to details, least it comes back to bite you in the arse and no amount of PR will rectify it fully.

Just the way it is in public politics.

  150. Interested Bystander

    William,

Do you have a link to the Abramoff interview?

Is it in the video area?

    I’ll check there.

As far as the newsletter goes, we are talking almost 15 years and older.

How many times does Paul have to apologise and say exactly what you commented?

  151. I.B.,

America has never won a Politically Correct war. My opinion is simply that if that is the case, then we should not enter it in the first place. However, that does not negate the need for war when outside powers are garnishing weapons (In all its forms) with intent to harm the United States. At that point, Isolation is never an option.

    Just my 2 cents worth.

  152. Interested Bystander

    Thanks William for the link,

You know, I was thinking about this last night on my way to work.

The way I see Paul’s foriegn policy is this:

Say someone in school is bullying you, and tells you he going to kick your behind.

    Paul’s response is:

Ok, but if you try, I’m going to give you the beating of your life

All of the other’s response seems to be to stand in front of the bully poking him in the chest going:

Oh you will, will you, go ahead mr bigshot, go ahead, I dare you

    do you see the difference?

    That’s just MY 2 cents.

  153. Well, logically if nothing else, the same reasoning behind the no confidence backers in the case of the current AG could be called forth in the case of Paul’s organization with his responsibility for what is declared under his name. Even IF there are the claims of no personal knowledge….then there should have been….and therefore people ought to have “no confidence” in those filling or wishing to fill even more responsible positions. If people defend a leadership of ignorance as they seem to want to do now, they just might excuse anything…as is the case of our current situation where our freedoms continue to be blatantly crushed more each day as we watch helplessly.

oldsalt79, I read a story awhile back that Stephen Pidgeon located a name change for Obama that was done in Canada. I will look further to see if I can find more info. The name that was changed to Obama was not Soetoro.

In case you don’t remember, Pidgeon was a lawyer who filed a case, early on in this battle, to cure the election fraud perpetrated by Obama, and Pelosi.

I believe that is what I am stating. In any leadership position, whether in the private sector in management of a corporation (my past positions) or in the public sector; one ought to know the details under your leadership what goes on, especially under declaration of your name. If you do not, then that simply does not bode well as it exposes ignorance and lack of leadership. I you do know, and is in the negative, then again, it does not fit well with leadership.

Either way, it is a loss – loss exposure and extremely difficult to overcome, if ever.

  157. Oldsalt79, I found the info on Stephen Pidgeon faster than I thought it would take. Here is the info.

Tina, There will never be a better time to bring up Obama’s lack of eligibility, than during these upcoming primary elections. He must qualify as eligible or he cannot be on these primary ballots for President.

You can already see the mess stirred up in New Hampshire over Obama’s name being on the ballot, and there are 49 states to go.

Instead of arguing about which candidate is the best person to win in Iowa, we should be screaming FRAUD, at Obama’s name being on the ballot anywhere.

“Instead of arguing about which candidate is the best person to win in Iowa, we should be screaming FRAUD,….”

    Exactly Bob.

No candidate will win with the Karl Rove strategy of “Policy Only” and “Lets be Gentlemen without personal attacks” avenues! That kind of political strategy only ensures Obama’s victory in 2012.

Therefore, it is simply redundant to discuss or debate “which” GOP candidate is best since all will fail.

Exactly, William, but here is where clear evidence of Paul’s pure libertarian stance comes in. His philosophy of “hands off” re. personal behavior (granted, he is opposed to big government’s interference in our private lives, which most of us do to one extent or another) is so ingrained in him that he wouldn’t feel it necessary to monitor others’ opinions, even those who write for him.

If you have noticed, he takes the support of the Neonazis, Code Pink, and others that most of us are repelled by. Here again, his libertarian philosophy seems to keep him from speaking out against any of those extremist groups. Of course, the support he gets from them, no doubt, outweighs any moral responsibility he may feel.

From a realistic viewpoint, how well could he GOVERN considering this mindset that he has? Would he feel responsibility for his appointees? Or would the libertarian approach kick in? Just askin’.

  167. Bob Strauss………………….
If he was still an Indonesian receiving foreign student money while at Occidental, then he would not have been a US citizen at that point. If he changed his name in Canada AFTER the fact then he is still not Barack H. Obama with regard to the US. I am inclined to believe that until he became an American citizen, he would not be able to legally apply for a name change Petition, which is a FULL BLOWN COURT HEARING in the US. If you are NOT a US citizen the court would not do anything except throw out the application.

  168. The name change was; Barak Mounir Ubayd to Barack Hussien Obama on Oct 14 1982 in Skookumchuck, British Columbia

Anyone know if Orly is aware of this?
I believe she worked with Pidgeon early on.

  169. If he applied for and was granted a name change in Canada based upon the name being vacated, then it is probable that he lied about his existing name and if the court detected this then I seriously doubt that he holds a legally changed name. To prove all of this for sure it would be necessary to find the docket number and take a look at whether the name change petition was acted upon by a VALID Canadian Court,or their equivalent to our Superior Courts. It would seem to me that if a name change was granted via a legal petition it would have become PUBLIC INFORMATION in Canada just as it is in the US. There will also be permanent court records as well.

  170. If Barak Mounir Ubyad was an sssumed name that he used to apply for a legal name change then a legally executed name change would not occur until the name being vacated is proven to be correct. I find myself very skeptical regarding the alleged LEGAL name change. The validity of this can be easily checked out. But go to the actual court action. Do not rely upon anything that somebody says. I am sure that the Canadian court will happily comply with a valid request for the docket number, so that it can be researched the way it should be. In fact since it would be public information they might even look it all up for you.

    Cabby my dear friend,

    He cannot…..

Nor can many others facing the falls upcoming. A vast part of Leadership is self integrity and the ability to manage ones concise morals set by examples. Integrity (least for me) is a very difficult challenge to change simply at the whim of a current poll or an outcome of financial interests. For a politician, it appears to be whatever the flavor of the week demands. They might as well call themselves whores or civil prostitutes, as that may be a compliment considering how low one will exhibit and relinquish self honor for false power.

    Just saying.

  172. What was the outcome of the January 3, 2012 New Hampshire Press Conference challenging Obama’s eligibility to be on the New Hampshire primary ballot? We have heard nothing. Was the press conference even held, or did the media wimp out again.

  173. Joe Biden going to be our interim President before the end of this year?

Maybe this will answer some questions many of us have been asking for a long time!! My next question is, since the vice president would automatically become president…he was appointed by Obama…would that make him ineligible? If so that would fall to the Speaker of the House, John Boehner. I’m not sure Boehner could handle it, since he has caved on so many issues, but it should only be for a short term. ANYBODY BUT OBAMA! We have been lied to far too long!

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA’S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT
    AP – WASHINGTON D.C. -

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College … Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental Collegein compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned,” leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $ 950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

    Subject: RE: Issue of Passport?

While I’ve little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York, Jakarta, and Karachi, what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?

A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?

A: There are only three possibilities.

    1) He traveled with a U.S. Passport,

    2) He traveled with a British passport, or

    3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?

A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department’s “no travel” list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenyaon August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a “natural born” American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.
