Loretta Fuddy, at the center of the Obama birth certificate controversy, is the only death out of 9 passengers who had minor injuries.

“One of the passengers even swam to shore to try to get help. But not everyone got out alive. One person died in the tragic crash.
“That person remained in the fuselage of the plane. Not much details. Always a difficult situation when you can’t get everyone out, and unfortunately that was the case here,” Capt. Seelig said.”
“Nine people were onboard when the plane took off. One person was pronounced dead, three were flown to Honolulu and taken by ambulance to the Queen’s Medical Center. Another three stayed on Molokai and were hospitalized. The rest did not need any medical help.”

An investigator on this case should thoroughly interrogate Yamamoto, first of all, because apparently he was the last person to see Fuddy alive, at least he alone had the details to relate to the priest, who then allegedly quotes what Yamamoto told him about her final moments. Then any others nearby should be intently questioned as to exactly what they saw and heard, if anything.
Here’s the problem. Just like everything surrounding other questionable deaths, the entire case will probably go underground, and we will hear very little, if anything, about the findings. Those details all seem to be worked out ahead of time to not only commit the crime but ensure the subsequent coverup.
We are most assuredly under a criminal cabal the likes and extent of which have never been seen before.
P.S. CW, do you think that someone might have picked up on the Colombo episode? It wouldn’t be the first time a person got an “idea” from a movie or TV airing. (I love Colombo and miss seeing the old reruns.)

……and now the story CHANGES. har har Where have we seen and heard this before. I would strongly suspect Yamamoto, at least until he is absolutely cleared of suspicion. I can’t help wonder if he is a descendant from the infamous Japanese Admiral who once said “I am afraid that all we have done is awaken a sleeping giant,who will now consume all of us”. Guess who DID exactly that. The Japanese who immigrated to Hawaii had REASON to do so. Many were people who remained hostile after the war in the Pacific ended.
……..There is a story that needs to be told about what occurred in Japan AFTER the surrender signed by Hirohito himself. There was a huge wave of resentment which steadily built up where Hirohito was looked upon as a traitor to the interests of Japan. Iedeki Tojo had a lot of friends within the alleged Empire who vowed to one day get even with Hirohito for his surrender. They were the loyalists. They had vowed to fight to the last man,woman and child. If Yamamoto is related to the Admiral,I strongly suspect that some of the radicals might align themselves with people like Soetoro with the hope of one day taking vengeance against the American people for the death of his father. The Admiral was killed when the aircraft in which he was being transported was shot down by American fighter aircraft,that were deliberately sent to mintercept the Japanese transport plane. This consisted of a squadron of Army Air Corp, P-38 aircraft. They subsequently found the Japanese aircraft and shot it out of the air. They also watched it crash in the jungle of an uninhabited island. A few years back a team of forensic investigators found the remains of the airplane and several skeletonised human remains There was clothing which showed conclusively that one of the skeletonised remains was that of Admiral Yamamoto.
I would strongly suspect anybody who held such contempt towards America. While this might not be accurate with regard to the young Yamamoto’s story about Fuddy, I would still be suspicious with respect to his possible motives. My next question is why was her body NOT RECOVERED along with the rest. …after all she allegedly was wearing a life jacket….she would have remained afloat, DEAD or alive.
This latest story is also full of holes. I am wondering when the next story is going to appear. Hell even a child could reach logical conclusions about such a story. Yes she COULD HAVE died from a stress related heart attack,or perhaps she COULD HAVE died from a shark bite. There are a hell of a lot of COULD HAVES.
My next question is Why was her body not recovered. It would have remained afloat whether she was dead or alive if she was wearing a life jacket. So far there has been no confirmation that her body was recovered. Any trained Coast Guard helicopter crew could find a floating body in a bright yellow or bright orange life jacket. She would not have drifted very far from the point where the aircraft went into the drink. I have a lot of questions regarding this one,and I would bet that so do a lot of other people.

What is a CARE home? Is that comparable to a nursing home, or perhaps an assisted living home? It would seem to me that the US Coast Guard would have taken over the operation. I am questioning why the pilot apparently did not inform the coast guard that he was going to ditch the aircraft, and would need assistance quickly. The Coast Guard would have been able to render the assistance quickly. They would have had a chopper in the air almost as the pilot spoke. Again somebody has some questions to answer. It is NOT out of the argument that somebody paid for the airplane and somebody drained certain fluids out of reservoir prior to takeoff resulting in unlubricated bearings,and internal failure of the turbine. Doesn’t it seem odd that the turbine failed when Mssssss Fuddy and others were aboard. I would place a very high odds against that happening. Those aircraft are under a MANDATORY engine PERIODIC program which is designed to find potential failure indications before the failure begins. If the airplane’s periodics are up to date then the liklihood of such a failure is very very slim.

BTW if there was time to get everybody into life jackets there was MORE than adequate time for the pilot (Mr. Kawasaki) to inform the Coast guard that he was deadsticking the aircraft into the drink. If he was close enough to shore to allow a passenger to swim ashore then he could have ditched the aircraft in such a way that it would have slid up on the beach like a boat it apparently had fixed landing gear (NON RETRACTIBLE) which would have helped to keep the airplane from nosing over when the wheels hit the shoreline because the aircraft would have been NEARLY STOPPED at that point . When you ditch the first contact with water takes a hell of a lot of airspeed away from the airplane and after the first contact an airplane rarely goes much further. During the Korean war we watched a lot of AD! Skyraiders ditch. and after the first bounce they came to a stop on the second contact. That is when we were going full speed toward the airplane to assist the pilot in getting out. A few were not so lucky because ADs sink very quickly after ditching… particulary since they were nose heavy with a R-19 radial engine. about 1800 lbs.by itself.
I admire the tenacity of Det. Zullo and the good Sheriff, and I also know their investigation has been exhaustive and dangerous. The results must be delivered to the most appropriate and reliable agency. With that said, I am beginning to lose hope that anything will come of this. This has been all over the internet, with videos, testamentary evidence, etc., Its not like a startling bombshell that will be breaking any news. Mr. Berg, Apuzzo and Ms. Taitz have had compelling evidence in the past yet nothing ever comes of it.

If a dear friend and co-worker and you were both just dumped in the ocean as a result of a plane crash near to land and you both had life jackets on and your friend lost conscience, who would just let her go to drift away. That defies reason. You would hold on to her since you are both in life jackets to await rescue. Things just do not add up with the changing story and the implausible accounts be put out. The survivors all being in life jackets would logically hold on to each other. And if had her hand he should not have left her go. They could have floated there for hours and held on to her in the hopes she could be revived. How would he know she was deceased or simply unconscious. He’s being portrayed as some sort of compassionate helpful person when what he did is opposite of what a person in that position would try to do, cling to her or her life preserver since she went unconscious so she would not drift away.

I am sure that you remember the story of the survivors of the USS Indianapolis……many of them didn’t even HAVE LIFE JACKETS, they had only the will to survive….which is a BASIC HUMAN INSTINCT…..male ,or female. If she was wearing her life jacket correctly it would have also helped her keep her head away from the water. I am sure that you will remember the good ole Navy type life jackets, They were designed so that you would float face upward…that is if you were properly laced in…especially with the top of the preserver snugly about the upper chest area. We had drills from time to time in the proper wearing of life jackets. Thank God we never needed to utilise the training. The pilots that we pulled out of the water in the Sea of Japan usually were wearing the trusty MAE WEAST preserver. Thes guys were really glad to get out of the then 38 degree water. Even in their flight suits they were sometimes at the edge of death. Our group were trained by the then UDT in getting pilots out of a sinking AD…FAST. Only a couple of pilots were lost.
The reason why a number of AD1s were lost is because they were supporting ground troops at low level,(dropping napalm)etc. Most of the time they would get barrages of rifle fire from the ground. Most were brought down because the enemy got lucky and put a round or two through the OIL COOLER of the aircraft. When you lose the engine lube you are basically done with the airplane. The piolts would fly as far offshore as the engine would permit then they ditched the airplanes. Flying an AD1 (SPAD) takes a lot of flying skill to begin with,and a lot of luck to compound that when you are supporting ground troops.. These pilots were very special people in my estimation.

………nor will I criticise Kawasaki. He chose his option and followed it through very skillfully. Of course he didn’t have many options..not when you are in an airplane which has just lost it’s only engine. Since the airplane and it’s contents have weight,you are going to eventually come down,either out of control,or as a glider. It is obvious that Kawasaki took all the forward airspeed that he could out of the equation,then unhooked and dropped it into the water. This is done by getting the nose up slightly which takes airspeed away,and when the airspeed is diminished the quick application of full plaps literally drops the plane straight down…belly first to a flat and safe landing on water. Then it becomes a matter of getting the hellout of the airplane in a quick orderly fashon. If Fuddy was still alive at that point then she died at some point while in the water.. In photographs she appears to be somewhat OBESE. This is NEVER a help in a dire situation in which she found herself.To begin with I was unaware of her physical condition. If she died from a stress related heart failure it would be within the realm of logical. In addition we have nothing which attests to her ability to swim either. Even in a life jacket there is a need to remain abble to act to keep your head and face out of the water,or from ingesting water into your respiratory system.

You will remember that there is still an outstanding question regarding whether or not he is even a legal citizen of the US. He allegedly entered Occidental on a foreign student visa, and allegedly received US government assistance in so doing. He was obviously then looked upon as a VALID citizen of a foreign country. Otherwise he would not have received US government financial assistance. Allegedly an employee of the US Government bureau who oversees the funding of foreign students became verbal regarding the assistance paid to Soetoro. That all very quickly disappeard from both the internet as well as the MEDIA.. As you have stated if he still holds a foreign citizenship he would be holding DUAL citizenship. But there is NO COMPELLING EVIDENCE to show that he was even born in the US to begin with. So that would leave him with only an Indonesian citizenship,or perhaps a British citizenship. I would conclude that we must first determine if he is even a US citizen at all.. I would guess that the INTERPRETATION lies within how we each of us individually understand ARK adjudication. But I was always of the belief that the Constitution was written by people who knew the English language far better than I do, so I would tend to think that the Constitution does NOT NEED INTERPRETATION.
I agree that running for POTUS is a privilege. The right is earned by being a CITIZEN of the US, born on US soil to parents who themselves are US citizens as well. That is where the right comes from.
If Soetoro is NOT a natural born US citizen he does NOT HAVE the LEGAL RIGHT to run for POTUS, and is seen as being INELIGIBILE.

Befor I get out of here I would like to add an afterthought to something I said yesterday which was incomplete. I said that the AD1 Skyraider was powered by a Wright R-19, 18 cylinder, two row radial engine. That was only early on and during the WW2. Eventually they were being powered by a Wright R3350, in the same configuration, which when they stopped producing the Douglas AD-1 the engine was cranking out 2400hp. That is one of the reasons why it was an airborn BEAST to fly. It required either a crazy person, or somebody with something to prove to fly it and not kill himself in the process.

I work at DOH Hawaii and this whole thing has been weird. My department didn’t even know about the memorial service…. and I’m a supervisor. In fact I didn’t even know anything had happened until I was on my way to work Friday and heard it on the radio… My question is, why haven’t we heard anything regarding CPR attempts? Were there none? Granted, there may have been difficulty due to being in the water and with her wearing a life vest… but simply checking for a pulse and finding none, doesn’t mean it’s over. I’m stunned to hear “She let go of my hand and there was no response.” As if that’s a wrap! What exactly was done to elicit a response from her? The moment she let go would have been a good and logical time to begin ANY type of resuscitation… yet I’ve heard of no attempts being made.

QUERY: Why wouldn’t Yamamoto do everything he could to hang onto Fuddy? He said that she “just let go” and “there was no response from her.”
Why in the world would he left her drift off; how would he know there was no response from her? His story is very fishy and unreasonable. By all accounts there was not panic, and most suffered none or few injuries. He needs to be thoroughly interrogated, but I doubt if that happens.
My bet is that if anyone is complicit, it is the last person to apparently see her alive – Yamamoto.

In the 1950s Hawaii as a whole was always interesting to me. I went on several professionally conducted tours of the main island,and even indulged myself in some freshly served Dole pineapple. We toured the Punchbowl,the Blow hole,a Dole pineapple plantation,etc. During subsequent liberties ashore I had the opportunity to meet a lot of civilian native Hawaiian people. I was there before it became a state. I personally enjoyed my all to brief stay at Pearl.
With respect to the HDOH,I am of the belief that there was several people who made up the top echelon at HDOH who were either directly,or indirectly involved in the support of an extraneous criminal enterprise,as it pertained to birth records….and possible deliberate falsification of birth documents. I would agree with EMM KAY that as such the HDOH would have become a corrupt entity.
