We expect McInnish V Chapman to be sent to the SCOTUS.
The opinions from the Alabama Supreme Court are significant for 2 important reasons.
Chief Justice Roy Moore in his extensive dissenting opinion made the strong case that the secretary of state, once confronted by a potential deficiency in a presidential candidate’s qualifications, has a duty to investigate.
Justice Parker, also dissenting, stated that there are reasons to suspect Obama’s eligibility.
“McInnish attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Obama that have been made

H. Brooke Paige has a case before the SCOTUS challenging Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen because Obama’s father was Kenyan and therefore British.

I personally believe that Soetoro is not even a legal US citizen. I have believed this for several years. If he had become a legal citizen of Indonesia,and entered the US as a foreign student then to hold any office he would have had to be at least NATURALISED. To date I have not even been able to even find valid evidence that he was a naturalised citizen. If he had no legally valid BIRTH RECORD he could not have been legally naturalised either. He accepted money from US Government in student aid as a FOREIGN student. This says that here is a record somewhere of the amount he received and when. If that is accurate then the US government has PROVEN FACT that he is a foreign NATIONAL. Nor is there any evidence anywhere of his name having been legally adjudicated anywhere in the US. ….again because if he has no legally valid BC then he could NOT HAVE LEGALLY CHANGED HIS NAME EITHER. There are people who think you can legally change your name without adjudication. Yes you can change your name, yourself but try and sign contracts,or worse still misrepresent who you are to the IRS, then let them discover it. Then there is a matter of Social Security account numbers. Take a look at how far you get when you use a different name with your Social Security number. Again unless you file a petition for namechange,and then it is legally adjudicated, and subsequently granted,then and only then is your name change legally valid. You might think otherwise ….that is your privilege, I am only stating FACT. In addition the court sees to it that the respective Federal agencies are informed as well. So look at Barry Soetoro……no records anywhere, not even those that would HELP HIM. When you see such an absence of records ,there is usually a reason.
If Barry Soetoro is the legal name of our potus then the name Obama is not that of our POTUS, therefore the person who is using the name at present is legally NOT THE POTUS,or CINC of the US. To hold the office of POTUS the person elected MUST HAVE PRESENTED his LEGALLY ESTABLISHED NAME, with legally valid documentation. There is no conclusive evidence anywhere that Barry Soetoro,ever used his legally valid name, and again as such he is NOT OUR LEGAL POTUS. As such he is also the CINC which is also legally invalid. He can’t legally command any military organisation. I saw some of that Hagmann “teasing” on ORYR yesterday. So, once again, the vying for being the “first” or the “top” steps into the scene to attempt to grandstand those others who’ve gotten the attention for the moment….Arpaio and Zullo. If people who each have had a part in gathering important info would have had the humility to work with others for the same goal we wouldn’t now have a lot of evidence scrubbed because it was exposed too early to the enemy without having proper preparation and experienced strategies. Egos seem to be what is most important. At least, it would appear, Arpaio is attempting to get all the ducks in line along with some kind of willing authority to make it all go somewhere before exposing more.

One thought comes to mind….. I believe that Lucas Smith is an American citizen. As such he has certain rights pertaining to any alleged extradition. Secondly I would be looking closely at the alleged EXTRADITION TREATY(that is if such a legally valid treaty exists.) Then IF,and WHEN it became law. If it became law AFTER the BC was acquired there might be a pretty good reason to tell Kenya to go straight to hell. Third,I have a problem with the legal validity of the alleged extradiction order itself. I believe that it did NOT ORIGINATE from the Kenyan government. I believe that it is in reality some more of Soetoro’s SLIMEY wordsmiths trying to ACT IMPORTANT. I would however be strongly looking at a way to get Smith into witness protection,and putting him somewhere that even the BASTARD nor any of his goons can reach. He is in every bit as much danger as was Fuddy. She met her waterloo while still under court subpoena. As I stated earlier,there is a need to print many millions of copies of the Kenyan BC, and stuff as many mailboxes as possible across the entire US,Alaska, Hawaii,and American Samoa. It could be easily done with a BULK MAIL permit. The postal personell would HAVE to deliver them if they had the proper indicia printed on them,and there was a paid for permit issued by the post office. …….in addition to all of the above I keep getting a GUT FEELING that the entire story might well be a fabrication. There are certain words that leap off the page and say “LOOKY ME,LOOKY ME. I AM A NINE DOLLAR BILL”! One aspect literally screams “PHONEY”. No legally valid issuing agency issues a REDACTED document that is intended to be served upon an individual,nor do they redact a court order for a person’s arrest. Then had he actually been arrested the officers would have taken him to a place of confinement ,and he would NOT be out on bail,if there was a legally valid extradition order. If Kenya was the origin of the order he would have been placed directly on an airplane UNDER GUARD, and transported promptly to Kenya. I think it is time for Lucas to get in contact with both Klaymman,and Taitz and tell them everything that is happening and send both of them ALL OF THE ALLEGED PAPERWORK. He needs a secondary repository that is maintained by either lawyer. I believe that it is IMPERATIVE that these lawyers are kept abreast of all that is going on that pertains to their probable witness in a future action.

Hopefully when the manure hits the fan we will be witness to MASS arrests,and the arrests will include His Highness, Harriet Reid, Mssssssss. These arrests could go as high as the SCOTUS, and right down to both houses,and at least 90% of the Federal Judges. I also believe that many states will see the arrest and prosecution of many of the alleged elected officials. California,and S Carolina have both acted very recently to take out the criminals. The Lucas Smith story, if legitimate, has to be discerned according to the countries/cultures involved where bribery is a way of life…like Kenya. I was always on the fence regarding Lucas Smith; you covered his story very well when it first ‘broke.’
While I’d like to think that Joe Q. Citizen (and not all the high-powered attorneys) would be the one to break this thing wide open, my gut tells me that Smith is just in it for financial gain and notoriety. I read his web site a few times, but found it to be incoherent and rambling.
He came out of nowhere (like barky) with his ‘proof,’ and while I’d like to believe him, something about his story just isn’t right. I’m not even sure that this arrest business is legit!

While I do agree that would have been a huge fear at the time and for several years afterwards, I now believe that a large part of the black community is waking up to their false messiah. He has done absolutely nothing to help their people, in fact he has diminished their chances of ever achieving the american dream. They are more enslaved (to the state) than ever. In the first election, the black americans overwhelmingly voted for o strickly for his race…and I really can’t blame them for that. But I believe a lot of them just stayed home for the reelection. State by State statistics showed there were huge inconsistencies in the number of votes versus the number of registered voters. And statistically, no one can get 100% of the vote in any county. So even though he won his reelection, I don’t think he had the “legitimate” numbers in the black voters as he had the first time around. My point is, I don’t think the race riots would even be an issue now. In fact, if he were proven to be a fraud, it would give them an out, or escape if you will, for them to justify their votes in the first place. They can claim they were duped even worse than the rest of us and let his fraudulence rather than his so-called blackness take the blame.
We (whether we voted for him or not) have been duped and its time for the reckoning….Let the games begin!
Honor, the black community will be even more piss*d when they find out he’s not black.

I suspect an underhand trick by Arpaio. I think he’s getting his Cold Case Posse facts leaked by these other guys: the Hagmanns. They’re maybe making Arpaio’s press conference this weekend for him so as to keep Arpaio’s powder dry. I for one do not believe that the plane ditching KILLED Msssssss.Fuddy. In that type of craft there would have been other SEVERE injuries. I personally believe that she was alive and well when she went out the entrance of the aircraft. She was still under subpoena,which she failed to answer. I believe that she would have been facing a contempt of court citation,and possible slammer time. In all probability the Soetoro GOON SQUAD hit her to keep her from spilling her guts. If the BC that Lucas Smith is the real McCoy,he too has a target on his back,and it is only a matter of time until he is HIT.
I personally believe that the BC which Smith is in possession of is in fact Soetoro’s original BC. When the Oppenheim BC was obtained it’s format and printing is EXACTLY the same as the Soetoro BC. Numerically it is has higher serial number than that of Soetoro which is exactly as it should be. Two constants,….. rather than variables, or unknown values. While two constants do not make a solution,they go a very long way towards showing the TRUTH.
